Zendaya Allegedly Refuses To Promote “Euphoria” With Sydney Sweeney After Racist Ad Scandal

Zendaya is reportedly steering clear of joint press appearances with Sydney Sweeney for Euphoria Season 3 as tensions rise over Sweeney’s controversial ad campaign and her Republican voter registration.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, the Emmy winner has opted out of any shared promotional duties with her co-star ahead of the show’s Spring 2026 return.

The decision follows backlash over Sweeney’s American Eagle ad, which drew criticism for what many viewed as racially charged messaging.

The ad featured the line “Sydney Sweeney has great genes,” with the word “genes” crossed out and replaced with “jeans.”

Critics slammed the campaign for its perceived ties to white supremacist language and eugenics.

The controversy intensified after former President Donald Trump publicly praised the ad, saying he “loved” it.

Soon after, public records revealed that Sweeney had registered as a Republican voter in Florida ahead of the 2024 election, fueling the backlash further.

When asked about the criticism in a recent GQ interview, Sweeney brushed it off.

“I did a jean ad,” she said. “I mean, the reaction definitely was a surprise, but I love jeans.”

Zendaya, who has publicly opposed Trump-era policies in the past, notably responded to a 2017 comment from then-White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders by posting on X, “It’s not funny,” after Sanders claimed Trump was joking about encouraging police brutality.

Industry insiders say Zendaya’s refusal to appear alongside Sweeney is a deliberate move to distance herself from the political and racial controversy surrounding her co-star.

“It’s no wonder she’s refusing to do it,” a source told the Daily Mail. “It’s a difficult position for Zendaya to be in because if she even stands next to Sydney on the red carpet, it can be read as her excusing Sydney’s views on Trump and her refusal to apologize for the racist ad.”

The timing couldn’t be worse for Sweeney, who is already facing professional setbacks. Her biographical boxing drama “Christy” opened to just $1.3 million across more than 2,000 theaters, despite a $15 million production budget. The film’s weak debut marks one of the lowest in recent box office memory.

Sweeney defended the film in an Instagram post, writing, “We don’t always just make art for numbers, we make it for impact. And Christy has been the most impactful project of my life.”

“Christy” is Sweeney’s third consecutive theatrical miss in 2025, raising questions about her box office appeal amid ongoing public criticism.

With HBO’s Euphoria set to return in 2026, the reported rift between its two leading stars may complicate the network’s marketing efforts for one of its most-watched series.

Nicki Minaj Slammed For Amplifying Trump Administration “Achievements”

Nicki Minaj stirred backlash online Tuesday after resharing a White House TikTok that showcased former President Donald Trump celebrating his administration’s policies using a remix of her music.

The video highlighted Trump’s stances on border control, gas prices and transgender athletes in sports—prompting criticism from LGBTQ+ advocates and immigrant communities who viewed the post as an endorsement of discriminatory agendas.

The TikTok, originally posted by the official White House account, featured a montage of Trump’s latest moves set to Nicki Minaj’s song “Va Va Voom.”

Critics pounced on the rapper and questioned why the Trinidad and Tobago-born artist would amplify a message tied to anti-immigrant and anti-trans rhetoric.

Many pointed to the irony of Minaj, an immigrant herself, engaging with content that promotes policies seen as exclusionary and noted the strength of her LGBTQ+ followers.

“Majority of her fanbase is part of the LGBTQ they are her core audience and supporters,” one user wrote. Another said: “She’s not even American why tf is she feeding into the ‘protect our people’ ‘Americans first’ like she’s one of them. They wil be the first to tear her down when needed.”

Supporters of Minaj argued that her repost was more about acknowledging the use of her music than a political endorsement.

Last week, Nicki Minaj re-posted The White House’s mashup of “Beez in the Trap” and 4 Non Blondes’ “What’s Up?” while showing Trump and Melania walking hand-in-hand on a balcony. The footage also included clips from Trump’s inauguration and was set to a beat that has recently gone viral on social media.

Nicki Minaj reposted the clip to her own platforms, responding with enthusiasm. On X, formerly Twitter, she wrote, “The President & First Lady of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Barbz, idk which one of you uploaded this to the white house TikTok but just know unlimited backstage GAG CITY FOR LIFE. Idk what timeline we’re on right now, I’m just goin w|the flow.”

Nicki Minaj also previously praised Trump’s comments on religious persecution in Nigeria, further fueling debate about her stance on global and domestic issues.

Truth Behind That Shocking Bloated Anthony Davis Photo Everyone’s Sharing

Anthony Davis got dragged into some bogus internet drama after a fake pic showing him lookin’ like he packed on pounds hit social media while he’s been out with an injury.

The phony photo originated from the parody account NBA Centel, which is known for its online antics. This time, they cooked up a heavily edited image of the Dallas Mavericks forward lookin’ bloated and out of shape and folks online ran with it like it was real.

Davis hasn’t touched the court in six straight games thanks to a calf issue he caught early in Dallas’ game against the Pacers on October 29. He’s only logged five games this season and the injury bug is once again messing with his availability.

Jason Kidd, the Mavs’ head coach, isn’t dropping a return date yet, but said Davis is moving along with rehab and working out on the floor. Real photos from the sidelines show him next to Kidd, lookin’ like his usual athletic self, with no wild weight gain in sight. So that viral image is total cap.

Dallas took a close L to the Bucks 116-114 on Monday night with Davis was still out and the team’s not rushing him back, trying to keep him healthy for the long haul. Injuries have been a thing for Davis for years now.

This calf strain is just the latest in a long list of issues that’s sidelined him in past seasons. The Mavs are playing it safe, hoping he can get back on the court soon without risking more damage.

SIGNS: Man Who Lost $883M Bitcoin Finally Stops Searching Landfill

James Howells and his lost Bitcoin hard drive is the stuff legends are made of. Bro is finally closing the most expensive chapter in crypto history. After twelve long years, two major court battles and one very stubborn landfill, the Newport, Wales engineer is ending his search. You might remember him. He is the one who accidentally lost 8,000 bitcoins…now worth roughly $883 million. He has officially waved the white flag on recovering them. But he’s turning his loss into a new hustle. Let us recap.

Howells’ story has been digital legend since 2013, when he claims his ex-girlfriend mistakenly threw away a hard drive holding his Bitcoin wallet. For the record, I never thought was an accident, but that is my POV. Since then, he’s been battling Newport City Council for permission to dig up the landfill where he believes it lies buried under tons of waste. His efforts has not been cheap – $149,000.

Earlier this year, Howells made one last Hail Mary. He made a multi-million-dollar offer to buy the entire landfill before the council closes it in 2026. But, for some reason, the council wasn’t having it. It could be the $149,000 in legal costs he owes them. “We will not be spending any more of our officers’ time on this issue until that payment is made,” the council told the BBC. Damn.

Howells fired back, “If they don’t wish to sell the site, they should say so clearly. But this tactic of using unrelated debts to shut down a lawful offer—one that’s in the public interest—raises serious questions, not just legally but morally.” I actually agree with him. I knew he would never find that drive, but now he’s got a new drive.

Ceiniog Coin. Instead of trying to dig up his missing millions, Howells plans to back a new cryptocurrency. Will, this work… somehow linking this new coin to the value of his legendary lost wallet? Seems so.

Crypto expert Josh Riddict told the BBC the idea actually makes sense in principle. “Since James’ wallet is publicly known and the blockchain is there for all to see, it’s easy evidence that these 8,000 coins do indeed exist,” Riddict said. “The need to readily access them to ‘prove’ their existence simply isn’t required. Ultimately, the market will decide how valuable they deem this new coin offering to be.”

After over a decade of digging, Howells now says he’s ready to move forward. Good luck with Ceiniog Coin, bro. I hope you get even a fraction of that $883 million

Damn…

Summer Walker Rolls Out Star Collaborators With Wedding-Themed Reveal For “Finally Over It”

The Atlanta singer revealed the guest features on Monday (November 10), in a behind-the-scenes video starring “Pour Minds” podcast hosts Drea Nicole and Lex P, who played wedding caterers dishing out humorous commentary on the fictional nuptials.

“Did you see 21 Savage with that plate of beans?… You know he British, chile,” Lex joked, referencing the rapper’s London roots. Walker and 21 have a history of collaboration, including “Secret” in 2020 and “prove it” from his 2024 American Dream album.

The whimsical reveal also confirmed the return of Bryson Tiller, who previously joined Walker on “Playing Games,” and Chris Brown, who toured with her during the Breezy Bowl XX run. Walker had already teased Brown’s involvement during a lie detector interview.

Former collaborators Sexyy Red and GloRilla are also featured on the project.

The video also included playful nods to other guests. Drea joked about Anderson .Paak possibly sharing his wig vendor because “hair was laid,” while Lex called Teddy Swims the “real tatted up” guy seated next to Sexyy Red. Brent Faiyaz was described as “flirtin’ with everybody.”

Latto, previously named by Walker as one of the “rap girls” on the album, is also featured, along with Sailorr, who collaborated with Walker on the “Pookie’s Requiem” remix earlier this year.

‘Now I go with much bigger equipment’: Florida Sam’s Club shopper used to ‘swear’ by this $97 Stanley Fatmax for roadside assistance. Here’s why he switched

A Florida roadside assistance technician and Sam’s Club shopper says he used to swear by the Stanley Fatmax jump starter when he was first in the business. This is why he eventually switched.

TikTok user Julio (@theroadsidegenius) posted a video about the Stanley Fatmax Professional Power Station during a visit to Sam’s Club on Oct. 9. He films the video in the aisle at an Orlando Sam’s Club where the Fatmax is on sale for $97.98.

“Roadside confessions,” Julio says to start the video. “When I first started doing roadside assistance, I swore up and down by this jump box right here. Because at that point in time in my life, it was $65 at Sam’s Club. I wouldn’t recommend it now, because now I go with much bigger equipment.”

Florida Man’s ‘Roadside Assistance Confessions’

In the comments section, several viewers weighed in to say that they can relate to Julio’s confession. It seems that he isn’t the first mechanic or roadside assistance tech to choose the Stanley Fatmax as their first jump starter.

“My nephew started out with one of these,” wrote one viewer.

“Got one at auction for $20 and loved it until a buddy left it in the rain and ruined it. But there’s definitely better options now and smaller ones too,” said a second viewer.

“Yes, we’ve all fallen short of the glory,” joked a third viewer.

Someone else asked what Julio would recommend instead. “JNC or NOCO,” he wrote.

Why Is Stanley Fatmax a Beginner’s Jump Starter?

The Stanley Fatmax Professional Power Station is a jump starter with 24-inch jumper clamps, 1200 amps, a 120 PSI air compressor, and four USB charging ports. It features an alternator check button, a battery status button, and an area light power button. It also has a storage compartment and a nozzle adapter.

The Jump-N-Carry JNC660 jump starter Julio recommended, which generally retails for about $135, peaks at 1700 amps. They’re specifically designed for mechanics and other service professionals, so not only does it have more power, but it’s also known for its reliability and durability.

For $150, the NOCO GB50 will net you 1500 amps. That’s enough to jump start 30 vehicles on a single charge. It can jump start all terrain vehicles, motorcycles, RVs, tractors, trucks, vans, and even watercraft. That must be what Julio is talking about when he refers to “bigger equipment.”

All Hip Hop contacted Julio via TikTok comment and direct message for comment.

SZA Links With L.A. Italian Restaurant To Provide Free Meals To Local SNAP Recipients

SZA and Los Angeles eatery Jon & Vinny’s have joined forces to hand out 1,400 complimentary meals to local families relying on SNAP benefits, offering relief as federal assistance programs face uncertainty during potential government shutdowns.

The seven-day initiative, which runs from November 11 through November 17, will provide 100 takeout dinners for two each day at Jon & Vinny’s Slauson Avenue location.

The meals are available to community members who receive Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits, with up to four meals allowed per household. Pickup times will be scheduled between 3 P.M. and 5 P.M. each day.

The collaboration was announced in a joint Instagram post on Monday, November 10, with both SZA and Jon & Vinny’s sharing the same message:

“Yall know how much I love Jon and Vinny’s!! But it ain’t no fun if the Homies can’t have none !!”

The post continued, “Last week @sza reached out to us with an idea and now, with her help, it’s a reality. Over the next 7 days we are partnering with her NOT Charity to provide 1400 free meals (100 dinners for 2 per day) for Los Angeles community members who receive SNAP.”

A post shared by SZA (@sza)

The effort comes at a time when millions of Americans face food insecurity due to political gridlock in Washington.

SNAP supports approximately 40 to 42 million low-income Americans monthly, distributed to over 22 million households nationwide.

The program deployed about $8 billion monthly before the shutdown; without federal appropriations, benefits were paused or drastically reduced for November 2025.

SZA’s NOT Charity, which she launched to support underserved communities, is leading the charge in this partnership.

The meals are designed to provide not just nourishment but comfort, especially for families navigating economic hardship in a city where the cost of living continues to climb.

6ix9ine’s Cruel Joke About Demi Lovato’s Overdose Sparks Backlash

6ix9ine stirred intense backlash after mocking Demi Lovato and her battle with addiction during a podcast appearance where he suggested sending her drugs to trigger a relapse.

During an episode of Andie Elle’s podcast, the polarizing rapper veered into controversial territory when the conversation shifted to former child stars and addiction.

After the host mentioned being sober, 6ix9ine responded by invoking Lovato’s near-fatal overdose in 2018.

“She’s gonna relapse,” he said. “Let’s send her a gift. Let’s send her some…” The final word was censored, but context made it clear he was referring to narcotics. He added, “Make her relapse.”

The remarks were met with immediate outrage across social media, with critics calling them cruel and dangerous.

Many pointed to Lovato’s 2018 overdose, which led to three strokes, a heart attack and lasting brain damage.

The singer has since spoken openly about her recovery, including her use of Vivitrol injections and complete abstinence from substances.

Lovato’s transparency has made her a vocal advocate for mental health and substance abuse awareness. Her supporters rallied behind her, condemning 6ix9ine’s comments as reckless and deeply offensive.

When questioned about the uproar, 6ix9ine defended his remarks in a statement to TMZ, saying, “Dark humor is going extinct,” and added, “People in this new generation are just overly sensitive.”

His attempt to brush off the criticism only intensified the backlash. Many argued that joking about addiction—especially involving someone who nearly died—is not comedy but cruelty.

The moment adds to 6ix9ine’s long list of controversies, which include legal issues and inflammatory public behavior.

When asked about unreleased tracks from D’Angelo, he responded with a knowing smile and said, “You’ll see soon.”

He added, “It’s always the sound of yesterday, but for the future. This record is no different.”

D’Angelo, who passed away in October 2025 after a battle with pancreatic cancer, left behind a legacy that reshaped modern R&B.

Albums like Voodoo and Black Messiah cemented his influence on neo-soul and Hip-Hop, and his death left a void in the music world.

Questlove featured D’Angelo in his latest documentary, Sly Lives, which explores the rise, fall and influence of Sly Stone.

The film follows Questlove’s acclaimed Summer of Soul and continues his deep dive into the lives of music legends.

The tribute concert brought together a powerhouse lineup including Stevie Wonder, Maxwell, Beck and Flea from Red Hot Chili Peppers. Together, they performed a medley of Sly and the Family Stone classics in celebration of the group’s Hall of Fame induction.

D’Angelo’s last album, Black Messiah, dropped in 2014. With Questlove’s remarks, there’s renewed hope that more of the Virginia-born artist’s work may soon emerge.

Diddy Gets Top Prison Job & Rehab Placement, Faces Discipline For Call Violation

Sean “Diddy” Combs reportedly landed a coveted job and enrolled in an intensive rehab program at Fort Dix federal prison, but still ran into trouble after violating phone rules just days into his sentence.

The embattled Hip-Hop mogul is now working as a chaplain’s assistant at the New Jersey facility, one of the most desirable inmate positions available, according to CBS News.

The role gives him access to a climate-controlled chapel library and a private office, along with the rare privilege of sharing food brought in for religious services.

His publicist, Juda Engelmayer, described the environment as “warm, respectful, and rewarding.”

The position also includes administrative duties like maintaining records, cleaning offices, and managing call-out lists that determine which inmates can leave their units for appointments or programs. That task alone can offer influence within the prison population.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

At the same time, Diddy is participating in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP), the Bureau of Prisons’ most rigorous substance abuse treatment.

Entry into the program is selective and often delayed, but successful completion can shave up to a year off an inmate’s sentence.

“Mr. Combs is an active participant in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP) and has taken his rehabilitation process seriously from the start,” Engelmayer said. “He is fully engaged in his work, focused on growth, and committed to positive change.”

Diddy’s legal team previously cited drug use as a major factor in his controversial behavior, including what they referred to as “freak-offs.”

In a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian, he wrote that he was “now sober for the first time in 25 years” and committed to confronting his “drug abuse and anger issues.”

“Prison will change you or kill you — I choose to live,” he wrote in his sentencing memo.

Diddy Allegedly Violated Prison Phone Rules

But the mogul’s transition hasn’t been without missteps. On November 3, just four days after arriving at Fort Dix, Diddy reportedly violated prison rules by participating in a three-way phone call — a breach of federal policy that restricts inmates to single-party calls with approved contacts only.

According to the publication, Diddy called a woman and asked to speak with “the digital person” about blogs. She asked if she should add the person to the call, and he said yes.

The conversation initially focused on visitation plans, including a suggestion to bring “200 singles,” though the reason for the cash remains unclear. Federal prisons prohibit paper money, allowing only coins for vending machines.

The woman then added an unidentified man to the call, bypassing standard security protocols.

Diddy later explained that the third person was part of his legal team and was helping draft a statement for approval by The New York Times. He denied discussing blogs.

Multi-party calls are banned due to concerns they could be used to coordinate illegal activity, including smuggling, gang operations, or witness tampering.

Diddy claimed he was unaware of the rule, saying he never received the orientation handbook upon arrival.

Prison officials recommended a 90-day suspension of his phone and commissary privileges. The disciplinary action was filed on November 4, his 56th birthday.

Engelmayer defended the incident, saying, “It was a procedural call initiated by one of his attorneys and was protected under the attorney-client privilege. There was nothing improper.”

His legal team had previously requested placement that would support his rehabilitation and allow for more family visits — goals that appear partially met through his current assignments.

Rumors that Diddy was drinking inside the prison have circulated, but his representatives denied those claims.

50 Cent Fires Back After Vivica A. Fox Warns Women Not To Date Him

50 Cent responded to Vivica A. Fox with a playful jab after the actress told a crowd she regretted dating him and warned others not to follow in her footsteps.

The G-Unit mogul posted an AI-generated image of himself holding a red and blue pill on Monday night (November 10).

“Either way I’m a have that ass in the matrix,” he captioned the post. ‘You know I love me some you girl, but Damn it’s been 22 years Vivica.”

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by 50 Cent (@50cent)

His post came just days after Fox opened up during a keynote speech at the New Jersey Ultimate Women’s Expo, where she reflected on their brief but headline-grabbing relationship from 2003.

When asked what advice she would give her 17-year-old self, the 61-year-old actress didn’t hesitate.

“Don’t date 50 Cent,” she said, drawing laughter from the audience. “Don’t date no damn rappers.”

But the moment turned serious as she revealed the emotional toll the relationship took on her. “Just so you know, it took me years to be able to laugh about it,” Fox said. “I had to learn to laugh not to cry no more. But I did it.”

Their romance began after 50 Cent publicly flirted with her at the 2003 BET Awards. The relationship lasted about eight months but has managed to stay in the public conversation for over two decades, often reigniting through interviews, social media posts or throwback clips.

In a 2024 interview, Fox described the “In Da Club” rapper as “the love of my life” and said he would “always have a very special place in my heart.” Her latest remarks, however, suggest a more complicated view of their history.

Their public exchanges have ranged from playful to petty, including disputes over TV ratings and Instagram posts.

Earlier this year, 50 Cent shared a clip from their 2003 BET Awards moment.

“I look back at some of the s### that I did,’ he wrote. “I gotta learn to shut the f### up. Look at that look at end that’s trouble. WTF.”

‘They just didn’t want to’: South Carolina Publix deli runs out of banana peppers for customer’s sub. Is the policy to take some from the aisle?

After learning her local Publix deli was out of banana peppers for her sub, a South Carolina woman questions why the staff couldn’t simply walk over to the aisle and grab a replacement. Apparently, she’s not the only one with this question.

TikTok user Galina Mamontova (@galinamamontova) posted the video with her Publix deli question on Sep. 24. She starts the video with a simple question. “Can someone at Publix please tell me how y’all run out of things at the deli?” she asks.

Mamontova explained that she just went to Publix for a sub and asked the deli worker to add banana peppers to it. “She was like, ‘We’re out of banana peppers.’ I was like, ‘OK, no problem, I’ll just get jalapenos,’” she says. “But I thought about it and I was like, ‘I really want banana peppers.’”

She decided that she could just go to the banana pepper aisle on her way out of the store and add them to her sub at home. But then it occurred to her that the deli workers at Publix could easily do the same thing. “How am I willing to just go to the aisle, get banana peppers, and call it a day, but how are they not able to?” she asks.

Viewers React to South Carolina Woman’s Publix Sub Question

In the comments, former and current Publix employees weighed in on the question. One segment of the commenters said that the deli worker or the manager can actually pull product off of the shelves to serve customers.

“I guarantee if you ask the store manager, they will grab a bottle of them off the shelf and take it to the deli,” wrote one person. “Signed, a former store manager.”

A second viewer agreed. “The deli manager should have already done that.”

However, another segment of the commenters said it’s not as easy as it might sound. “The deli has to order the toppings from the supplier,” one viewer wrote. “Once we run out of those, we’re out. If a customer wants them and we’re out, we can pull them from the shelf to meet your needs. The banana peppers that are on the shelf are not the same ones the deli gets in for subs. It’s just a different process and not as cut and dry as you would think.”

Can the Publix Deli Take Toppings from the Grocery Section?

While it’s not common or particularly cost effective, sometimes restaurateurs use grocery store ingredients to supplement their inventories. So it doesn’t appear government regulation would bar this activity.

Furthermore, according to the Publix deli page, customers can choose from the selection of meats and cheeses at the deli counter, and they can also even look around the store and pick other brands that they’d like to try. The deli worker will slice those up to create a customized sandwich.

Although the page doesn’t specifically mention banana peppers, it seems reasonable to assume that the policy extends to toppings. Either way, as Mamontova proved with her video, it never hurts to at least ask.

All Hip Hop contacted Mamontova via TikTok comment and direct message for comment.

Tyrese & Mona Scott-Young Brought Love & Supplies to Jamaica After Hurricane Devastation

Tyrese Gibson and Mona Scott-Young Touch Down in Jamaica with Love and Relief for Hurricane Victims

Tyrese Gibson brought heart and purpose to the tarmac in Jamaica as he arrived with TV powerhouse Mona Scott-Young to deliver relief to communities devastated by the recent hurricane. The R&B singer and Fast & Furious star joined forces with the Love & Hip Hop creator to personally hand out supplies to residents struggling to rebuild.

Landing on the island Monday, Gibson and Scott-Young shared videos on social media showing private jets packed not with luxury goods, but essential relief items. The duo made it clear their mission was rooted in compassion, not celebrity.

“This is not a private jet just for the private jet of it all. This is a humanitarian mission,” Scott-Young said. “We were able to do what we could in a short time. Y’all know I’m empowered and so my thing will be providing power and I brought a lot of Starlink with me and I’m looking forward to you guys helping me to get as many Starlinks to Jamaica so people can speak to their families.”

Starlink is a satellite internet service provided by SpaceX that provides high-speed internet access globally, especially in rural and remote areas.

Scott-Young, who has long expressed her love for the Caribbean, paused to appreciate the nation’s beauty despite the destruction. “It’s beautiful out here, as beautiful as I remember it. Y’all know I love Jamaica,” she added.

Tyrese echoed that energy, beaming as he stepped off the jet. “Jamaica, we here baby,” he said. “We loading up. I’ve always wanted to do this. We know there’s a lot of trauma and we’re not only here to give but to give with all of this love attached.”

On Instagram, Gibson reflected on the strength he witnessed on the ground, writing, “The resilience of the Jamaican people on full display…”

Both stars are part of a growing wave of global figures stepping up to support Jamaica in its time of need. Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation, Nicki Minaj, Denzel Washington, DJ Khaled and numerous others have also contributed aid and resources following the deadly storm.

Tyrese encouraged his followers to donate to Roww.Org, an organization founded by his late friend Paul Walker.

The first glimpse of Michael, the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic, has already rewritten the record books.

The trailer, which debuted last week, pulled in more than 116.2 million views worldwide in its first 24 hours, according to data from WaveMetrix. That figure not only makes it the most-watched music biopic trailer ever but also the most-viewed trailer in Lionsgate history.

The film stars Jaafar Jackson, the late pop icon’s nephew, in the lead role. Colman Domingo, fresh off an Oscar nomination, portrays the Jackson family patriarch, Joe Jackson.

Set to premiere on April 24, 2025, Michael aims to chronicle the highs and lows of the King of Pop’s life and career. The cast also includes Miles Teller as attorney John Branca, Kat Graham as Diana Ross, Nia Long as Katherine Jackson, Laura Harrier as Suzanne de Passe, Kendrick Sampson as Quincy Jones and Juliano Krue Valdi playing a young Michael.

Speculation about the film being split into two parts resurfaced this week, though no official confirmation has been made. During a quarterly earnings call, Lionsgate Motion Picture Group chair Adam Fogelson addressed the chatter.

“While we’re not yet ready to confirm plans for a second film, I can tell you that the creative team is hard at work making sure that we’re in a position to deliver more Michael soon after we release the first film,” Fogelson said.

The record-breaking trailer was released on November 8.

Tim Westwood Gets Bail On Serious Criminal Charges

Tim Westwood walked out of Westminster Magistrates’ Court a free man on Monday after securing bail on serious criminal charges that could derail the veteran DJ’s legacy forever.

The 68-year-old Hip-Hop pioneer faced his first court hearing since prosecutors hit him with a devastating 15-count indictment last month. The charges paint a disturbing picture spanning over three decades of alleged misconduct.

Authorities accuse the former BBC Radio 1 host of four rape counts, nine indecent assault charges, and two sexual assault allegations. The timeline stretches from 1983 to 2016, with victims reportedly as young as 17 years old when the alleged incidents occurred.

Magistrates released him on conditional bail with one strict requirement: zero contact with prosecution witnesses.

Particularly damaging are three indecent assault charges allegedly happening inside BBC studios during the 1990s – right when Westwood was building his reputation as Britain’s Hip-Hop ambassador.

Seven women have come forward with allegations against the longtime radio personality. The charges detail a pattern of alleged abuse across London locations, including Fulham, Vauxhall, central London, Stroud, and Finchley.

Westwood’s legal troubles represent a dramatic fall for someone who championed Hip-Hop culture in the UK since the early 1990s. He joined Radio 1 in 1994, hosting his influential rap show until departing in 2013. Capital Xtra then became his broadcasting home until 2022.

The case now moves to Southwark Crown Court for a hearing on December 8, where Westwood is expected to enter formal pleas to all charges. He has consistently denied any wrongdoing since the allegations first surfaced.

EXCLUSIVE: Big U Fights To Get Out Of Jail To Attend Son’s Funeral

Big U is seeking a temporary release from federal custody to attend the funeral of his son Jabari “Baby Uiie” Henley, who was fatally shot in South Los Angeles on Halloween night.

Prosecutors must respond to the motion by November 14 if they have any objections to Big U attending the services, while a judge will make the final decision on November 17, 2025.

His 34-year-old son Jabari was gunned down around 11 P.M. on October 31 at the corner of 69th and Figueroa streets, just outside a smoke shop.

According to police, Jabari approached a vehicle when someone inside opened fire. He died at the scene. Authorities have not identified a suspect and no arrests have been made.

The Los Angeles County medical examiner ruled the death a homicide. Investigators have not confirmed whether the killing was gang-related.

Jabari was the older brother of Los Angeles Chargers linebacker Daiyan Henley.

“2025 has brought me more pain than joy and this one has been by far the biggest hit… my family gone stand through the storm because thats who we are I’m gone make sure we straight big bro!!!,” Daiyan Henley said. “I got nephew don’t even worry bout it Love you ALLAH BLESSED me with one more night with my big brother didn’t know you’d be gone the next day.”

Big U is currently jailed on a sweeping federal indictment that accuses him of running a criminal organization dubbed the “Big U Enterprise.” The 43-count case includes charges of racketeering, murder, extortion, fraud and obstruction of justice.

Big U, who once ran a nonprofit called Developing Options aimed at steering youth away from gangs, is accused of misusing the organization’s funds for personal gain.

Federal prosecutors allege he and his associates used their influence in the music and entertainment industry to extort artists, athletes and celebrities who did business in Los Angeles.

The indictment also claims Big U killed aspiring rapper Rayshawn Williams in 20201, after Williams released a song that criticized him.

Authorities say the group submitted fraudulent applications for government grants and pandemic relief loans, including false claims about the profitability of Big U’s music company.

The case is part of a broader federal campaign to dismantle organized crime networks in Los Angeles. Big U has remained in custody since his arrest in March 2025.

Cancer Survivor Accuses B.o.B. Of Sexual Assault In San Diego Hotel Suite

Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., aka B.o.B., finds himself at the center of serious legal allegations after a Texas woman filed a lawsuit claiming the rapper sexually assaulted her following his April 2025 performance in San Diego.

The plaintiff, identified only as “Jane” in court documents due to her status as an alleged sexual assault victim, attended the Hip-Hop artist’s show at the California Beer Festival held at Del Mar Fairgrounds on April 26, 2025.

The married mother of two had traveled from Texas specifically to see the performer whose music she credits with helping her survive a cancer diagnosis.

According to legal filings obtained by CBS 8, the woman developed an emotional connection to the rapper’s lyrics during her 2016 cancer treatment. After being declared cancer-free, she planned a trip to visit her cousin in San Diego, timing it to coincide with the artist’s concert appearance.

The performance featured songs from the rapper’s acclaimed 2010 release The Adventures of Bobby Ray, tracks that held special significance for the plaintiff during her medical struggles. During the show, the artist unexpectedly brought her onstage to participate in a dance segment.

Following the performance, the lawsuit states that the rapper’s manager approached the woman with an invitation to an after-party at the performer’s downtown hotel suite.

Court documents reveal her thoughts at the time: “[Jane] viewed the unexpected invitation as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to hang out with one of the biggest stars in Hip-Hop, whose music played a major role in keeping her emotionally healthy to continue her arduous struggle against cancer.”

The woman and her cousin arrived at the Westin Hotel in the Gaslamp District around 3 A.M., where they were escorted to the penthouse suite by the rapper’s manager. The lawsuit alleges that problems began when her cousin left the room to retrieve a jacket from their vehicle.

According to the complaint, once alone with the plaintiff, the performer began inappropriate physical contact.

The legal filing describes the alleged assault: “[Jane] was shocked as she didn’t think this could happen and didn’t know what to do. This was coming from the man whose music helped her through her most desperate time; the Hip-Hop artist whom she traveled from Texas to see; and now she is being sexually assaulted by the very same man.”

The lawsuit claims the rapper’s wife entered the room during the incident, prompting him to order her to leave.

Court documents state: “Mr. Simmons got up and walked to the doorway to ensure his wife had left the room and would no longer bother him or interrupt what he was planning to do. He quickly returned to his kneeling position before a seated [Jane], where he resumed rubbing her inner thighs and waist with the intent to sexually assault her.”

The alleged assault continued until the performer’s manager knocked on the door, providing the woman an opportunity to escape. She found her cousin in the hotel lobby, who informed her that security would not permit her return to the penthouse.

50 Cent Admits He Missed Signing Young Chris Brown Due To Inexperience Marketing Kids

50 Cent admitted he missed a major opportunity when a young Chris Brown auditioned for a G-Unit campaign, revealing he didn’t know how to market a teenage talent at the time.

On Monday morning (November 10), the rapper-turned-mogul shared a throwback clip from the “R&B Money” podcast, where Brown recounted his early brush with 50 Cent during what would become a pivotal moment in his career.

“It was for a G-Unit campaign,” Brown said, recalling a major booking that gave him his first real shot. “So I was like you know what, ’50 Cent he gone be able to see us. He’s going to be at the shoot, we can give him our demo, we can sing.’ You know, the typical like I want to get signed s###.”

That led to a backstage hangout with 50 Cent during the shoot, where the then-teenage performer tried to make an impression.

“We were bad little kids,” Brown said. “We already had weed and s###, so we was trying to smoke our weed on the side. They like, ‘Man what y’all doing?’ So we like ‘Nah, we rap and we sing. So we started performing and then they was like, ‘You know what man y’all n##### is dope.’”

Despite being impressed, one person on 50’s team made it clear they weren’t ready to handle young talent.

“But we don’t know how to f###### market no damn kids, we some gangsters,” Brown recalled being told. “So I was like, ‘Damn.’ Like I understood it.”

Reflecting on that moment, 50 Cent posted the clip to Instagram with a caption that hinted at a tinge of regret:

“I knew CB had it back then, I just didn’t know how to market kids,” he explained. “I went to award shows to see him get busy now he is the best we got. Like it or not !”
