When asked in his Hypebeast interview about why he wanted to get into the cluck-cluck market, he said, “Sharing something I love, like delicious food with my fans all over the world, how could I say no?”

“It’s all about spreading love and showing people what is possible when you dream,” he said, adding that “we goin’ global,” he concluded.

“The concept is global. Three continents and 150 locations is just the beginning. But we’re going to do it different – not only do we deliver by land, but we will be delivering by sea – with jet ski’s offering boatside delivery. We’re doing everything new.”

According to Bloomberg, the flagship stores will be in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, France, and the United Arab Emirates.

The North American franchises will first open in the following popular cities: New York, Atlanta, Houston, Miami (where the jet ski option will most certainly be popular), Los Angeles, Toronto, and Vancouver.

The offerings on the menu included bone-in and boneless chicken wings that will set you back $6.95 for a six-piece order. The franchise will also immediately offer eight different flavors, including “Un Un Un Believable Buffalo,” “Don’t Quit Nashville Hot,” “You Loyal! Lemon Pepper,” “Honey! Honey! Hot Honey Sriracha,” and “They Don’t Want You To Win TRUFFALO.”

“Representation matters and we don’t see enough of it… I hope that this show inspires more people and paves more shows like it… where you get to see this beautiful blackness, our African culture and everything being portrayed on scenes in such a positive light. The way that it should be,” Ludacris said.

“There is an episode called ‘Hair Comes Trouble’ and a song called ‘Proud of My Hair,’ and Karma actually once went through a situation where girls were touching her hair and she started feeling a little self-doubt.  We had to remind her that she comes from a lineage of beautiful people with beautiful hair, and it made her appreciate her hair again.”

Ludacris revealed that his daughter wanted to rap from an early age. He taught her the importance of writing about her own life experience, which led to the idea for the show.

“How the inspiration behind Karma’s World came about was when my daughter was young, all she wanted to do was rap like her daddy, and I told her if she wanted to do music, she had to talk about what goes on at her age and life — which then birthed the idea of Karma’s World with the music and everything else,” Ludacris says.

He added, “This is the story of dreams to reality 100%, and that’s who I am. As we all grew up, there was something that was a staple of our childhood that helped to form who we are as individuals and things we’ll never forget. There were certain shows that helped build us. Build our confidence, that we looked to as a form of entertainment. But also just to brighten our entire lives up and I think that’s exactly what I want Karma’s World to do for many children and many people in this new generation.”

Tiffany Haddish, Danielle Brooks, Jordan Fisher, Dawnn Lewis, Dascha Polanco, and Ludacris supplied the voices for “Karma’s World.”

Rick Ross first teased the single last week (Nov. 5) when he shared his new album artwork and release date. Ross is uncharacteristically dressed in a pink fedora and white cape. The image, shot by renowned Hip Hop photographer Jonathan Mannion also features the Florida rapper in a pair of white gloves, gold pinky ring, and flamboyant diamond-encrusted brooch pin.

This week, Rick Ross caught further backlash following his appearance on the first episode of REVOLT’s new show “Assets Over Liabilities.” During the interview, Ross shared that he bought a $1 million house in Atlanta just so he could drive past it.

“Homes was something I was always fascinated about,” he said. “So me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta. We used to ride by here all the time [we would pull over] and just be like G######.

“After I got my deal and my situation, I bought a million-dollar home maybe two minutes from here that I still own that’s right around the corner, just so I can ride by it every day while I’m in Atlanta, and that’s what the play was,” Rick Ross explained.

He’s said to be worth a cool $40.

Offset Denies Claims He Got Into A Fight At ComplexCon

Earlier this week it was reported that Offset got into a fight while attending ComplexCon this weekend. Footage of the Migos rapper involved in some sort of altercation went viral, but Offset says he wasn’t involved in any fight himself; he was actually stepping in to break one up.

Offset was unhappy with the talk of him brawling at events he was booked to attend and decided to clear the matter up directly. He spoke to Complex to make it clear he was not directly involved in the fight, despite what is being reported.

“I wasn’t fighting at ComplexCon. I stepped in to break up a fight caused by a booth’s security,” he said. “The story is false and overshadows why I’m a regular at ComplexCon. I was there to support the culture and emerging brands and designers. I’m focused on that. I’m in a positive space. Appreciate the concern.”

The footage of the altercation went viral and clearly captured the Atlanta rapper and his entourage in the fight scene. The video shows some men exchanging words before an unnamed man starts throwing hands. Security and other bystanders then attempt to break up the fight.

Offset Keeps Jim Jones Out Past Curfew

“Let them know you got me out past my curfew bro, I need the alibi. This is an alibi right here,” he said to Offset.

Offset replied: “My wife call me sometime, I got to show her the game, so I already know what’s going on.”

“Exactly, one from The Bronx and one from Harlem and s### gone get dangerous in a minute, boy,” Jones responded about their respective partners, Chrissy Lampkin and Cardi B.

“When a N***a have u out last curfew sometimes u gotta show receipts lol. I blame this all on @offsetyrn lol,” he wrote. “I’m still gone get my head bust lol.”

Kanye West Says He Was Using Backpack Rap

Kanye West appeared on the most recent episode of “Drink Champs” for a now-infamous revealing interview. Kanye spoke about everything from his beef with Drake to Jay-Z and Dame Dash to his relationships with his peers. Long-time collaborator and friend for over 2 decades, Talib Kweli caught some shots from Ye in that first part but the Chicago native wasn’t finished with him.

Now, part two is here and Kanye West is back at it again. In a clip being circulated, Ye says he was never a backpack rapper, the style that initially made him famous. He claims he was just using the backpackers, and furthermore, he doesn’t even really like it like that.

Specifically, he named Talib Kweli and said he never appreciated his music at all.

The conversation veered into the territory of backpack Rap and Kanye suggested he was never really part of that movement. N.O.R.E asked him flat out, “So you saying you not from that?” Kanye responded with, ”Not at all I was using…” before being interrupted by laughter from the room.

N.O.R.E and DJ EFN were thrown off guard by Ye’s candor and unsure of how to proceed.

Kanye then addressed Talib Kweli, “I apologise once again to Kweli. I’m sorry.” Before adding, “I never f##### with your raps” and exploding into laughter.

Then, he was reminded that he had been spotted recently with the New York emcee. “Oh s###, I did just see that n####,” he said. “I totally forgot. Now I’m really gone have to fight this man. There’s gone be ten n##### with fitted caps from 12 years ago chasing me.”

Kanye West On “Drink Champs” Part One

Last week, Talib responded to the first part of the interview where Kanye said “Common is a thousand times better rapper than Kweli.” He addressed this and Ye’s other comments via Instagram and in an interview with TMZ

In one post, he responded with some quotes from Yeezy contradicting his “Drink Champs” statements.

“Kweli and Mos Def took me in when nobody else would. They were like “we like you.” – Kanye West.

“(Kweli) taught me the most about being an artist. More than anybody.” – Kanye West.

“There was something about this (MAGA) hat when I put it on it made me feel like Superman.” – Kanye West.

Then, he spoke on Kanye’s disdain for his baseball caps saying, “BTW @kanyewest I also wear fedoras too. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤣”

Wack 100 Changes His Mind About Megan Thee Stallion: “Tory Ain’t Fire No Shot”

Wack 100 previously came out in support of Megan Thee Stallion after she accused Tory Lanez of shooting her in the foot last July. However, it appears he’s now changed his mind and is saying Megan must have been drunk or high because Tory didn’t shoot her.

Wack shared his thoughts about the incident in a clip shared online from a recent conversation on Clubhouse.

“Let’s really do the math. Some of the strongest bones in our mother*cking body is in our foot right… n*gga,” he said. “If you take a bullet to that foot and it break them bones you are not walking backwards with your hands in the air… it is not happening… it’s not gonna f*cking happen.. you gon lay yo ass down, man or woman, and you gon scream like a mother*cking hoe.. you gonna holler and scream and you not finna be on stage in 2-3 weeks twerking!”

Wack 100 then suggests that Megan wasn’t shot at all. He believes she injured her foot after kicking out a window following an argument with Tory.

“Back and forth conversation… ‘f*ck you, f*ck you.’ Meg in the backseat with her homegirl who’s no longer her homegirl, ‘pull this motherf*cking car over,’ ‘ f*ck that I aint pulling the car over.’ Leaned back kicking that window now we talking.. now we got the glass cutting of the foot.”

Wack 100 On Clubhouse Part 1

Then, in the second clip, he insinuates that Megan – drunk or high, heard a shot, and blamed Tory for it. He added any gunshot residue test will determine the truth.

“Tory ain’t fire no shot. Imma be real with you bro lemme tell you something.. when motherf*ckers be high and drunk and all that on top of sh*t and motherf*ckers just rambling off at the mouth we’ve all been in these situations… and you hear a motherf*cking shot.. man you don’t know where that shot came from half the time but you got to have a general idea of it in your head.. where you think the shot come from right? One thing I do know is I have not seen that GSR test mentioned. That GSR ain’t going nowhere unless you use urine or milk.”

Wack Appears To Contradict Himself

Nevertheless, last August Megan named Tory as her alleged shooter. Wack 100 seemed to believe her, contradicting his recent remarks.

“@theestallion is a -CIVILIAN- She can’t be classified as a SNITCH CIVILIANS TELL THE TRUTH,” he wrote on Instagram.

In the caption, he compared her to his daughter. “My daughter is raised the same way —- #NotGuilty Stop trying to enforce Ice Hockey rules on a kickball field.”

Travis Scott Dealing With Another Astroworld Death & Trademark Battle

Another person who attended Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival has died.

Bharti Shahani passed away on Wednesday, according to her family’s attorney. She succumbed to injuries suffered at Travis Scott’s event.

Shahani was a college senior studying electronics systems engineering at Texas A&M University. She went to the Astroworld Festival with her sister and cousin.

The 22-year-old woman was injured during the crowd surge and taken to Houston Methodist Hospital. Her family said she suffered multiple heart attacks and quickly showed no brain activity after she was hospitalized.

Shahani is the ninth person who’s died from the chaos at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival. Hundreds more were injured, including a nine-year-old boy who’s in a coma.

On Thursday, Travis Scott and his representatives issued a new statement about the Astroworld Festival. He offered to provide aid to victims and shared a way to contact his team.

“Over the last week, Travis Scott and his team have been actively exploring routes of connection with each and every family affected by the tragedy through the appropriate liaisons,” the statement read. “He is distraught by the situation and desperately wishes to share his condolences and provide aid to them as soon as possible but wants to remain respectful of each family’s wishes on how they’d best like to be connected. “

The message continued, “To those families who would like to reach out directly to his team, please send an email to the below address where we will have a team on hand to assist. AW*************@***il.com.”

In addition to the Astroworld Festival tragedy, Travis Scott has potential legal trouble brewing over a trademark. The embattled rapper was hit with a cease and desist from Jonathan Patarkatsi, the CEO of the Down To Earth beverage brand.

According to the New York Post, Patarkatsi claims Travis Scott’s guilty of trademark infringement. He contends the multi-platinum selling artist used his company’s trademarked Down To Earth logo for apparel.

Scott’s lawyers say there’s no validity to Patarkatsi’s gripe since “down to earth” is a generic phrase. But a potential lawsuit could prove otherwise.

Petition To Boot Travis Scott From Coachella Hits Over 35,000 Signatures

Coachella organizers are under pressure to drop Travis Scott from the 2022 line-up.

The rapper is billed to headline the forthcoming event, which takes place in southern California from April 15th to 17th and the 22nd to the 24th.

There are calls for Travis to be replaced, following the Astroworld tragedy that killed eight and left hundreds injured.

Amid numerous lawsuits accusing the star of “inciting mayhem” during the November 5th event, an online petition is urging Coachella promotional firm Goldenvoice and their company CEO Paul Tollett to remove the “Sicko Mode” hitmaker from the event.

The “Remove Travis Scott” as a Goldenvoice performer petition on campaign site change.org has so far attracted more than 35,000 signatures.

Travis Scott has already been dropped from a forthcoming appearance at the Day N Vegas festival in Nevada, with Post Malone stepping up as his replacement.

In a statement following the tragedy, organizers confirmed: “Travis Scott will no longer be performing at Day N Vegas. The security and safety of all attending Day N Vegas has been and is always top priority in our festival planning.

“We continue to work hand in hand with law enforcement, medical personnel, and public safety agencies on our protocols for the weekend.

“Post Malone will join rappers Kendrick Lamar and Tyler, the Creator who are both due to perform over the weekend.”
