It says Diddy has already served nearly16 months, longer than the national average for similar Mann Act cases and deserves immediate release or resentencing.
Federal prosecutors charged Diddy in 2024 with racketeering, sex trafficking, and transporting women for prostitution after raiding his Los Angeles and Miami mansions. They accused him of using employees to recruit and pay male escorts for his girlfriends, calling it the “Combs Enterprise.”

In a December 23 filing to Judge Arun Subramanian, prosecutors argued Howard does not qualify as a victim under the Crime Victims’ Rights Act, even though he was counted as one under sentencing guidelines in Diddy’s criminal case.
The Justice Department is pushing back hard, saying the freak-off participant was not “directly and proximately harmed” by Diddy’s crimes and, by his own admission, was a paid escort who willingly joined those events.
“Howard advertised commercial sex services,” the filing said, noting he has “self-published a book” and “made multiple media appearances” describing his experiences.
Howard’s relationship with the government began in December 2023, when he contacted a friend of Cassie Ventura, claiming to have information about her civil suit against Diddy.
During interviews, Howard admitted he was a commercial sex worker who took part in Diddy and Cassie’s freak-offs between 2010 and 2017 and described witnessing violence by Diddy against Cassie during those encounters.

Still, this fight feels like a terrible long-term move for Jake.
He stands to lose far more than he gains. Crawford, on the other hand, could see it as a low-risk payday that keeps his record spotless while inching closer to the undefeated record of Floyd Mayweather. Crawford doesn’t fight often enough to realistically touch Floyd’s record, but the idea alone is tempting.

“I think she did a great job, an amazing job,” Rose said. “We live in a free country. She has a right to her own political opinion just like everyone else does.”
Nicki Minaj appeared at AmericaFest on Sunday alongside Erika Kirk, the widow of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. During the conversation, Minaj praised Trump, saying he “has given so many people hope that there’s a chance to beat the bad guys and to win and to do it with your head held high.”

Angeleta Potts didn’t hesitate to open her heart and home to the Jefferson family after learning about their desperate situation. The Jefferson family found themselves homeless after a December 19 fire destroyed their Fox Meadows apartment complex unit.
Fire crews responded to 2821 Los Gatos Court around 5:16 P.M. when a pizza box left on a stove ignited and spread throughout the two-story duplex. The blaze caused $320,000 in building damage and $160,000 in content losses.
The family had been staying in different locations, some in hotels, others with relatives, after losing their home. Potts learned about the family’s situation and immediately knew she had to help.
“Wow, like, if that was to happen to me, I would pray that somebody would reach out and want to help me,” she said.
Within just two hours of hearing about their plight, Potts made a life-changing offer. She provided the Jefferson family with a rent-free home for two months, allowing them to stay together under one roof during the holiday season.
“Just to think about children not having anywhere to stay or don’t have any toys to open up on Christmas… that just wouldn’t sit well with me,” Potts explained about her motivation to help.

Drake nearly choked on his drink, laughing when BenDaDonnn tried warning him about Memphis. The Toronto rapper couldn’t keep it together during their recent livestream.
The whole thing started when Drake asked BenDaDonnn to vouch for his street cred in Memphis. “Tell them how legit I am in Memphis. I feel like people be playing with my name,” Drake said on stream.
BenDaDonnn jumped right in with the theatrics. He told Drake he was just in Memphis and had to defend him. “I did a little get back. They were like, ‘tell Drake he ain’t good.’ I was like, ‘Hold on. Y’all got me f##### up. That’s my main man. Y’all not doing that.'”

Drake has real family roots in Memphis through his father, Dennis Graham, a Memphis native and working drummer who played the city’s soul and R&B circuit before relocating to Canada.
Graham grew up around Beale Street’s music culture and was connected to local musicians, giving Drake a direct bloodline to Memphis’ Black Southern sound. He has repeatedly acknowledged those ties, visiting the city, referencing Memphis in his lyrics, and maintaining relationships there.
The Memphis conversation also led BenDaDonnn to press Drake about his Iceman album. “When the f### is you dropping the album, ugly ass n####?” BenDaDonnn joked during the stream.
