Disney’s $3.5 Billion Boycott: The Quiet Revolution Against Trump Era Retaliation

America has always had a funny way of testing its freedoms. The latest example? Disney. Yes, Mickey Mouse and lightsabers are suddenly sitting at the crossroads of politics, free speech, and resistance. It started with Jimmy Kimmel. Or maybe I should say it boiled over with Jimmy Kimmel.

The late night host’s removal by ABC, a property of the Walt Disney Company, widely seen as a punishment for his political comedy. For many, it was the last straw in a pattern of the Trump administration weaponizing power against critics. People expected outrage on social media, maybe a few fiery op-eds. What they didn’t expect was the birth of a quiet, economic rebellion.

The Money Talks, Louder Than Tweets

Disney has lost about $3.5 billion in market value in just one week. Why? Because people started boycotting its products, streaming services (Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN, among others), and even theme parks. That’s not a petition or a trending hashtag. That’s real money walking out the door. For perspectively, The Walt Disney Company’s generated $91.4 billion for its fiscal year in 2024

No matter how it seems, this moment is different. Folks might not be ready to chain themselves to barricades or burn their careers for a revolution that has no safety net. But refusing to swipe a credit card? Canceling Disney+? That’s doable. And maybe more effective. It’s nonviolent, it’s collective, and it hits where it hurts most, the balance sheet.

Disney as the Symbol

If you’re wondering, “Why Disney?” you’re not alone. But think about it. Disney isn’t just a company. It’s a cultural monolith. It’s movies, merch, childhood memories, and vacations rolled into one. For decades, we tolerated its controversies and contradictions. We’ve bypassed allegations about its founder’s politics to its monopolistic grip on entertainment.

Now, the company’s sheer size makes it the perfect target. People I’ve spoken with believe Disney parks may soon become the focal point of this boycott. It’s not just economic impact, it’s symbolic. And if it holds up, it will be ripple broadly.

This Isn’t Hollywood — It’s Real Life

Of course, this doesn’t look like a Hollywood revolution. Nobody’s storming Death Stars or riding into battle with lightsabers. But it’s a rebellion nonetheless. It’s a grassroots attempt to test whether ordinary people still have leverage in a country where corporations and politicians seem untouchable.

We’re not debating Jimmy Kimmel’s monologues here or if he is funny or not. We’re testing the First Amendment. We’re asking whether criticism, comedy, and political dissent can exist without political or corporate retaliation. And the battlefield currently, strangely enough, is Disney.

The Biggest Question

The real question is how long this will last. The talk is that they may bring Kimmel back. Will consumers stay the course? Or will the pull of Marvel movies and base desires win? Boycotts are powerful, but they’re also hard to sustain. Sacrifice is easy to preach and tougher to live, even if it is frivolous an minor.

Still, something feels different this time. Maybe because it’s personal. Maybe because, for once, people feel like they have a tool that doesn’t require martyrdom. Or maybe because folks are realizing that when you take away choice, you leave people no option but to resist. For some reason, the cries are heard now.

Steady and undeniable – and bloodless – is the kind of revolution America needs right now.

JT Suggests Cardi B Has Horrible Hygiene In Response To “Am I The Drama?” Diss

Cardi B reignited her long-running feud with JT on her latest album, Am I the Drama?, taking direct aim at the City Girls rapper on the track “Magnet” and throwing jabs at Lil Uzi Vert in the process.

It didn’t take long for JT to fire back though. In a since-deleted tweet, JT clowned Cardi and insinuated she has bad hygiene.

“Guitar body ho wasn’t talking about me,” she wrote. “Better be quiet before I tell them the real tea. B#### PH balance will fry a whole fish. YUCK. With that one flow lol.”

Cardi B snapped on JT in the second verse of the song “Magnet,” rapping, “All that dick ridin’, still ain’t get no feature-ass b####/She just mad she got a n#### she be sharin’ bags with/My n#### cheat, but I don’t stick no d##### in his ass, b####/You look a hot mess, easily impressed-ass b####/You never gave looks, you started getting dressed-ass b####/Ricky O the only fashion house you know-ass b####/You should’ve asked me, would’ve took you to the show, lil’ b####.”

The tension between the two artists dates back to 2022, shortly after the release of “Tomorrow 2” and the unraveling of City Girls. The friction has simmered online and in interviews, but Cardi’s new album appears to pour gasoline on the fire.

Cardi also used the album rollout to address Joe Budden, who questioned whether she writes her own lyrics. In response, she posted a behind-the-scenes video from July 2024 showing her crafting the verse for “Magnet.” Alongside the clip, she tweeted, “Don’t give me backhanded 10’s cuz I’ll always be able to prove my s###.”

Cardi B didn’t stop with JT. On the track “Pretty & Petty,” she took aim at BIA, continuing a streak of lyrical call-outs that have become a hallmark of her latest project.

Industry insiders project Am I the Drama? to debut with approximately 95,000 to 105,000 album-equivalent units in its first week, according to early estimates from HITS Daily Double. That would mark one of the strongest opening weeks for a female rapper in 2025.

Gavin Newsom Trolls MAGA Rapper Kid Rock With Fake Ban From California

Gavin Newsom used his official press office account on X to mock Kid Rock with a fake performance ban in California, blaming the rapper’s “horrific” music.

The California governor’s post read in all caps: “BECAUSE OF HIS HORRIFIC MUSIC, CALIFORNIA WILL INDEFINITELY SUSPEND KID ROCK FROM PERFORMING IN THE GOLDEN STATE. YOU’RE WELCOME!”

The statement wasn’t a real policy or legal action. Instead, it was a satirical jab aimed at the MAGA-aligned rapper’s politics and public image, continuing a social media feud that began weeks earlier.

Over the last few months, Newsom’s office has mocked Kid Rock’s popularity and even joked about revoking his California residency. One post read that Kid Rock was “a threat to California’s eardrums” and suggested he “stay in Michigan if they still want him.”

In August, the governor’s social media account posted Trump-style all-caps rants, including “I HATE KID ROCK!!!” and a digitally altered image of Kid Rock endorsing Newsom, styled like a mock campaign poster.

The trolling is a political counterpunch that mimics Trump’s approach to online insults. Trump has previously targeted celebrities like Taylor Swift with a similar tone and tactics.

Kid Rock, who has been vocal in his support of Trump and conservative causes, fired back with crude remarks. He referred to Newsom as “Gavin Newscum” and posted, “The only support Gavin Newscum will ever get out of me is from DEEZ NUTZ.”

The back-and-forth has played out entirely online, with no real consequences beyond social media engagement. As of the time of Newsom’s latest post, Kid Rock had not publicly addressed the fake suspension.

SIGNS: Entire Police Department Quits After Mayor Fires Historic Black Woman Police Chief

Martha Caradine Demoted As Ackerman’s First African American Woman Police Chief Sparks Echoes Of A Wider Pattern

Martha Caradine made history in September 2024 when she became the first African American woman to lead the Ackerman, Mississippi police force, rising from assistant chief . But in September 2025, she was demoted, and several officers resigned in protest. According to reports, there was one cop left on staff.

That move doesn’t just stand alone. It fits into a disturbing trend: Black women being pushed to the margins across federal and local jobs as the second Trump administration ramps up mass firings, cuts, rollbacks of DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) efforts, and layoffs.

Since Trump re-entered the Oval Office, over 300,000 Black women have left or been forced out of the workforce. These insidious movies include layoffs, budget cuts or feeling unsafe and unsupported. It is all real and it has all happened since The Donald moved into that big, white house.

In August 2025, the unemployment rate for Black women jumped to 7.5 percent, up from 5.4 percent in January. This marked a rapid unraveling of job security for the nations most educated and qualified group.

Caradine’s story sits nicely inside this ongoing turmoil. Her demotion isn’t just about one town. It reflects a system-wide issue where Black women who reach high level leadership roles seem especially vulnerable. Based on their qualifications, talent and even personalities they deserve none of this.

Her marriage to Lawrence Caradine, chief of police in nearby Eupora, adds another layer. This is in the home – not remote for her family. They have not commented, but they do have an active FB page where they bring to light those that support them.

Ackerman’s new mayor, who happens to be a white woman, has caused outrage, but she stands on her decision. But people are awake, watching and the support of the resigning police force shows true conviction. Martha Caradine’s demotion may seem local, but it resonates nationally. Black women’s job exits are trending upward, faster than most other groups. This happens despite their qualifications and education. This is the new battleground.

Caradine’s removal shows how fast “firsts” can be celebrated for a moment, but then systemically abandoned. Ackerman won’t be the only town watching this pattern. We’ll all be watching.

Cam’ron Roasts Damon Dash After REVOLT CEO Confirms He’s Lying About Chairman Role

Cam’ron wasted no time roasting Hip-Hop mogul Damon Dash after REVOLT CEO Detavio Samuels denied he was acting chairman as Dash had previously claimed.

In a statement written to the REVOLT team, obtained by The Shade Room, Samuels wrote, “Team, I know some of you might’ve caught Dame Dash’s interview on The Breakfast Club. To set the record straight: Dame Dash is a hip-hop pioneer with a proven track record as a creator.

“Yes, we’ve been in conversations about potential partnerships—things like licensing his shows and films to REVOLT. But there is no signed deal.”

He added, “He is not the chairman of our company. There is no acquisition path on the table. The quote from me in VIBE is completely fabricated. I never said any of that.”

The quote Samuels is referring to reads, “As the CEO of a media company dedicated to Hip Hop culture and the diverse creators and consumers who drive it, it made sense to do business with Dame.”

Cam’ron took the opportunity to hit below the belt with a joke about Dash’s teeth—or rather lack of.

“You can’t say he’s lying through his teeth, he ain’t got none,” he wrote in the Instagram comment section. “Lying thur ya gums his treacherous lol.”

Dash quickly refuted Samuels’ account and posted an Instagram post with his “receipts.” As he noted in the caption, “I hate to bring out receipts but @detavio give me a call, I never would’ve took the deal if there wasn’t a pathway to ownership.”

Dash included a text to Samuels in which he asks, “Also is there still a pathway to ownership,” and Samuels appeared to say “yes.”

Dash claimed he would serve as the network chairman of REVOLT TV for one month during an interview with The Breakfast Club on Tuesday (September 16). The 54-year-old Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder said. he was planning to hold the position for one month, during which REVOLT will simulcast 25 episodes of his podcast, Bosses Take Losses, and stream a large portion of his media catalog.

Dash co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records in 1994 alongside JAY-Z and Kareem “Biggs” Burke, helping to launch the careers of artists such as Freeway, Beanie Sigel, Memphis Bleek, Kanye West and Cam’ron.

REVOLT, meanwhile, was launched in 2013 by Diddy, who stepped down as chairman in November 2023 amid ongoing legal issues related to his RICO scandal. The network has since shifted to an employee-owned model.

Sidney “Omen” Brown, Grammy-Winning Producer For Beyoncé, Drake & Lil Wayne, Dead At 49

Sidney Brown, the Grammy Award-winning producer known as Omen, has died. He was 49.

Details of his passing have not been made public, but his friends and peers have expressed their dismay and sorrow over his death.

A Harlem native, Omen carved out a reputation as one of the most versatile and sought-after producers of his generation. His work spanned Hip-Hop and R&B, touching projects from industry giants such as Drake, Beyoncé, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, Fabolous, Action Bronson, Redman and Mýa.

Ethyl’s a popular venue in Harlem where Omen would DJ made a public post expressing their sadness as a staff.

“We are beyond [heartbroken],” the venue wrote on Facebook. “Omen has been a major part of what made Ethyl’s beat from the very beginning. Sidney ‘Omen’ Brown was not only a DJ who could get our Dance floor jumping, but he was also a Grammy Award Winning Producer who worked with Beyonce, Lil’ Wayne and …helped write and produce (‘Tell It Like It Is’) for Ludacris!”

Early Career

Born August 21, 1976, Brown began making noise in the late 1990s and early 2000s when his beats appeared on early Roc-A-Fella Records releases. He produced “Everybody” on Memphis Bleek’s Coming of Age and “No 1 Can Compare” on Amil’s debut All Money Is Legal.

By the early 2000s, Omen’s production was in steady demand. He contributed “Change You or Change Me” and “Why Wouldn’t I” to Fabolous’ Street Dreams and crafted “Taste This” for Mýa’s Moodring. His sound also reached Keith Murray’s He’s Keith Murray with “Swagga Back.” In 2002, Omen scored the Roc-A-Fella/Universal Pictures comedy Paper Soldiers, helping set the tone for the Roc’s cinematic foray.

Recording Academy Recognition

Omen’s breakthrough came in 2006 when Ludacris tapped him for “Tell It Like It Is,” a standout on the rapper’s double album Release Therapy. That project won the 2007 Grammy Award for Best Rap Album, securing Omen his first Grammy. Around the same time, he landed another placement with Redman on “Soopaman Luva 6” featuring Hurricane G.

Mainstream Impact

A pivotal career shift happened when Omen connected with Noah “40” Shebib. Through 40, he was introduced to a then-rising star Drake. Omen co-produced “Shut It Down” featuring The-Dream on Drake’s 2010 debut album Thank Me Later.

That same period, Omen collaborated with 40 on Lil Wayne’s “I’m Single.” The track first surfaced on Wayne’s No Ceilings mixtape before being re-released on I Am Not a Human Being, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The song also received an MTV2 video premiere in 2010, further expanding Omen’s mainstream visibility.

Beyond those high-profile placements, Omen’s beats touched artists across multiple generations and styles, from underground mainstays like Immortal Technique to R&B royalty like Beyoncé. His ability to move fluidly between the streets and the charts made him a trusted collaborator in both worlds.

Legacy

Across nearly three decades, Omen left an indelible mark on Hip-Hop and R&B. Known for his humility and work ethic, he built a catalog that reflected both soul and street edge, shaping the sound of an era while helping deliver some of the genre’s most memorable records. He was a beloved son of Harlem that touched lives, including AllHipHop.

Funeral arrangements have yet to be announced.

Jon B On 2Pac’s Final Verse, Michael Jackson’s Call, Nas’ Pull-Up & 30 Years Of Classic R&B

Jon B is a rarity: a white artist in R&B who never compromised his craft for pop crossover. He stepped away from album-making for more than a decade to prioritize family, and now, returning to a transformed music landscape, he rises like a phoenix. Born Jonathan David Buck, Jon B is back with Waiting on You, a set steeped in classic soul. He brings along vibrant collaborators—Rick Ross, Tank, and Alex Isley—but the album, start to finish, is unmistakably Jon B.

AllHipHop sat down with the R&B mainstay at WonWorld Studios for a conversation that feels both like a reunion and a reset. Fresh off the release of his album Waiting on You, Jon is in classic form—writer, producer, vocalist—reaffirming the warm, soul-first sound that made Bonafide a touchstone in 1995 and still packs venues today.

In this candid talk, the singer revisits a pivotal era when Hip-Hop and R&B learned to share the same room, revealing how his studio session with Tupac Shakur, which turned out to be ‘Pac’s final recorded verse, helped push the line authentically. He salutes mentors and peers (Babyface, Nas, Tank, Donell Jones, Rick Ross) and spotlights rising collaborator Alex Isley, whose tone he calls timeless.

Beyond credits, Jon centers authenticity. He was reared in a classical music household with a lifetime steeped in Black music culture as well as an 18-year marriage that grounds the star between sold-out weekends and school-day routines. Jon B makes a powerful case for R&B that grows up without growing dull. Watch the full interview below or some of the highlights in the edited transcript.

Tupac: The Studio, The Blessing, The Last Verse

Jon B: “Hip-hop and R&B weren’t really fused yet. We didn’t give people a choice…‘take it or leave it.’ Tupac being on the record changed everybody’s mind.”

In the lab with Pac: “We were in the studio two weeks before he went to Vegas, three or four hours in and we were already halfway done. As tough as his persona was, Pac was the nicest, most diligent worker. He was cutting another song in the next room while working on mine.”

Afeni’s green light: “I was reluctant to put it out after he died, didn’t want to exploit my man. Afeni Shakur told me, ‘My son loved that song. He wanted it to come out.’ That’s what made me release it.”

Creative push: “I’d drift from the melody and Pac would lock me in, ‘Nah, it goes like this…’ He coached and produced me too.”

Babyface & The 18-Year-Old Major-Label Run

Jon B: “Babyface was and is a mentor—vocally and musically. Signing to Yab Yum Entertainment with Tracy Edmonds opened the door to Epic Records. I was 18 walking into Sony like, ‘Whoa’…publishing deal, record deal, Learjet flights to New York.”

Michael Jackson: Remix + Phone Call

Jon B: “I remixed ‘You Are Not Alone’—they didn’t ask many people. Michael called the studio: ‘I love it—it’s different from the original and I like it.’ Later I shook his hand at the BRITs. He’s the goat of goats—my first favorite artist.”

Nas Pulled Up to the House: “Finer Things”

Jon B: “Nas came to my spot—we’re playing pool, chilling. I play him the beat. He goes, ‘That’s some male Sade—smooth. I can rock over that.’
He wrote the song twice. First version was dope; he said, ‘I hate it, I’ll redo it.’ The second time, he asked for names, cars, visuals—turned it cinematic.”

“If I was your man, your knowledge would expand till we both are equal… There’s three things on my list… Number one, you got to be real… Number two, be who you are… Number three, give me peace and I’ll show you the world.” —Nas on “Finer Things” as recited by Jon B

Authenticity, Race, and Kicking Down Doors

Jon B: “Early on my complexion was a challenge, people made jokes. I didn’t see other artists in my lane getting that. I feel like I knocked down walls so the next man didn’t have to.
Before there was a Justin Timberlake or Robin Thicke, I’d already dropped three R&B albums with platinum singles. This isn’t dress-up. I’ve lived R&B and Hip-Hop since junior high.”

The New Album: Classic Soul with Heavy Friends

Jon B: “Waiting on You is me bringing it back to what you know me for. Guests include Rick Ross, Donell Jones, Tank, and Alex Isley (Ernie Isley’s daughter).

Tank pulled up to my studio. I asked which verse he wanted—he said, ‘You bodied those. Let me put a bridge on it.’ Then he gave it the bridge of life-piano, strings-uplifted the record.
Alex has this classic, Sade-esque subtlety but her own jazziness. She heard a joint and cut it exactly as I wrote it. That’s the best compliment to a songwriter.”

Marriage, Family, and the Business That Actually Works

Jon B: “I’ve been married 18 years—two daughters (18 and 11). My wife is my manager—clothes, videos, bookings. If it wasn’t for her, this might not be the same interview.
We keep it classy, no reality shows, but we did our first magazine cover together and hit Sherri and Tamron Hall to celebrate our 18th.
Real talk: a lot of rappers managed by their wives are the ones doing well. Corporations can take 20% and not really pull for you. Your wife will, because it’s her household too.”

30 Years In—And Still Selling Out

Jon B: “Thirty years since Bonafide—shows are sold out, people singing album cuts that weren’t singles. I’m going to sing my heart out until I can’t. The celebration continues.”

EXCLUSIVE: Inmates Rave Over Diddy’s Free Game Class In Jail

Diddy is earning high marks from fellow inmates at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center for leading a class that’s reshaping lives behind bars while he awaits sentencing on October 3.

The Hip-Hop mogul, currently in custody following his conviction on two federal counts of transporting individuals for prostitution, has been teaching a course called “Free Game” inside the federal facility.

According to letters from participants obtained by AllHipHop, the sessions are far more than motivational speeches—they’re giving incarcerated men a renewed sense of purpose.

“Because of this class I have a purpose, something to look forward to every day,” wrote inmate Arturo Santiago. Douglas Welch added, “He has showed us that it is the little adjustments to our everyday lives that add up to a big change.”

The program has received the highest possible rating from the unit counselor at MDC, who described it as an “excellent class.” Inmates credit the course with helping them set realistic goals and track their weekly progress.

Wellington Eustate shared, “Mr. Combs teaches us about how chasing the easy money is the wrong way to achieve greatness. He has shown me that it’s never too late to start nor is it ever too late to achieve your dreams.”

The class, which blends personal development with practical advice, has clearly resonated with the jail’s population.

Didier Rios Galinda said, “Everybody was motivated for the lessons the class provided—in my case particularly it has had very much impact.”

Quinton Davis echoed that sentiment, saying, “The Free Game class with Mr. Combs has affected me in a good way… I’ve learned many things like how to create a successful plan. And that plan has to be realistic.”

Charles Scruggs said the course provided him with the tools to avoid illegal activity after his release.

“I was really appreciative to receive some knowledge of sort to take back to the real world and not have to think about doing something illegal. He taught me to come up with a plan.”

Another inmate, Recaldo Fray, said the class changed his mindset.

“Mr. Combs has inspired me to change my views on life so far to start thinking about having a plan, not giving up, putting my pride aside. I have seen myself a lot more discipline. He has taught me every plan or dream starts with belief.”

Corey Batchelor called the experience meaningful. “It means so much to me to be able to sit down and learn all of this from Mr. Combs, he has taught me so much and I thank him for it.”

Raymond Castillo noted the course’s impact on unity inside the jail. “In a place of segregation, I have seen Mr. Combs bring unity to all races and ethnic groups no matter the background as a unified front.”

Diddy, who was acquitted of more serious charges including racketeering and sex trafficking, remains in custody without bail.

Prosecutors are pushing for a sentence of at least 51 months. His legal team is requesting a term as short as 14 months. He is expected to receive credit for roughly 10 months already served.

Sentencing is scheduled for October 3, 2025.

‘I’d Rather Have My Card Go Into The Negatives Than Do This!’: Michigan Server Receives $5 Cash Tip. Then The Customer Has A Change Of Heart

A woman was shocked when a customer asked for their $5 tip back after handing it to her. The reason? The table said they did not realize how much their food would cost and needed the money returned.

“So I had a two top come in. They were rude as [expletive] right off the bat… like… waving at me as I’m bringing this whole tray of food to a six top nearby,” Halina, the server who shared the story, said in a recent TikTok video with more than 52,000 views.

“At the end I give the check to them and right before I give them the check [a woman at the table] goes, ‘Miss, this is for you,’ and gives me a $5,” she said. Halina thanked the table for the tip and told them to have a great day.

But moments later, the mood shifted. “The woman then opened the bill for her food and looked at it with concern,” Halina said. That’s when the customer approached her and explained she “didn’t know the bill would be that much,” and asked for the $5 back.

Halina gave the tip back, albeit with some level of discontentment. In her video’s description she said, “‘Are you upset with me?’ No, clearly you need it more than I do. Please get out [of the restaurant],” quoting the last interaction she had with the table of two.

‘Reverse tipping’: Servers can relate

The video, which has circulated widely on TikTok, struck a nerve among service workers who have had similar experiences. Servers weighed in across social media platforms, sharing their own stories of “reverse tippers”: Customers who hand over tips only to retract them within moments or days after.

In r/ServerLife, a subreddit where industry workers swap stories, servers described various difficult encounters. One person wrote: “A server at my restaurant had a customer pay a tab with a credit card and left both a cash and credit card tip. For some reason, a few days later she claimed that there was some kind of mistake made and she wanted her cash back. Our employer is demanding that he pay back the customer out of pocket. Is this legal? This is in Texas [by the way].”

Another post described a case of an apparent mistake from a customer: “A person’s bill was $400. They left the same amount as a custom electronic tip on a Clover. (100% tip). I leave with the cash. My manager says it was a mistake, the tip was refunded after I’m home with cash in hand.”

The comments under Halina’s TikTok show how widespread the problem is. One viewer shared, “I had this happen too. His bill was about $45-50. He gave me [a] $15 tip. Generous thank you [from him] As I’m bussing their table he asks how much it was and asks for it back just to give me [only] $10 in front of 10 other adults.”

Others were not forgiving to the couple from the original video: “So… I’d rather have my card go into the negatives than do this!” one commenter wrote. Another added: “If you can go out to eat you can afford to tip. That’s ridiculous.”

AllHipHop has reached out to Halina via email for more information. We’ll let you know if she responds.

“South Park” Targets FCC Chairman In Episode About Gaza, Trump Jr. & Free Speech

FCC chairman Brendan Carr took a comedic beating on Wednesday (September 24) as South Park returned with a blistering episode that skewered everything from the Gaza conflict to prediction markets and political manipulation—placing Carr squarely in the crosshairs.

In the episode titled “Conflict of Interest,” Carr is dragged into a chaotic plot involving Donald Trump Jr., toxoplasmosis, and a satirical jab at free speech.

After being exposed to cat feces, Carr contracts the parasite, prompting a doctor to warn Vice President JD Vance, “If it reaches the brain, he may lose his freedom of speech.”

The episode marked the first time South Park directly addressed the ongoing war in Gaza since Israel’s military campaign began two years ago.

True to form, creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone didn’t hold back, delivering their signature brand of dark humor and political commentary.

At South Park Elementary, students dive into prediction markets, placing bets on real-world events.

One of the most disturbing wagers? Whether Kyle’s mom would “strike Gaza and destroy a Palestinian hospital.” Ever the opportunist, Cartman jumps in to rig the odds for personal gain.

The episode also casts Donald Trump Jr. as Strategic Advisor for Predictive Markets and Special Advisor to Israel. When Kyle tries to remove the Gaza-related bet, Trump Jr. sends him to Carr at the FCC, dragging the chairman deeper into the absurdity.

Though the episode was delayed a week—officially due to production issues—it aired shortly after the murder of Charlie Kirk, a timing many believe was intentional to avoid immediate backlash.

In a climactic moment, Kyle’s mom travels to Israel and confronts Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu face-to-face. “Just who do you think you are, killing thousands and flattening neighborhoods, then wrapping yourself in Judaism like it’s some shield from criticism?” she says.

The episode becomes available for streaming on Hulu starting Thursday (September 25).

“Her Brother Dropped Her Off”: Alabama Man Matches With Woman On Tinder. Then He Notices Something Suspicious At Valero

What do Tinder, Kevin Gates, and Snapchat all have in common? They all collide in one Alabama creator’s viral story. User Fatboy (@fatboy6119) recently shared the story of his chaotic match on Tinder, and the wild twists that followed. Since dropping on the app, the video has already pulled in more than 461,000 views.

Fatboy swears it started like any other Tinder match. Her bio said she was looking for someone between 25 and 30, and he landed in that range. After some back-and-forth texts, they agreed to meet at a Tuscaloosa, Alabama mall, where she said her brother had dropped her off. All things were normal… until he asked about her music taste.

The Red Flags Were Flagging in 4K

“She goes, ‘I like Kevin Gates,’” Fatboy said. “So I was like, oh OK, who else do you listen to? Lil Wayne?” Her answer was the same. “‘Nah, I just listen to Kevin Gates. I just like Kevin Gates.’”

After that slightly awkward exchange, they saw a movie and ended the night with nothing more than a hug. However, she was quick to set up a second date, this time asking for something more private. She wanted a hotel, but Fatboy offered a friend’s place instead.

When the day arrived, he drove over blasting Kevin Gates to “get in the mindset.”

“I’m a big gangsta,’” he said. “You know, I’m getting ready.”

Her brother dropped her off again, they spent their time together, and then her brother returned to pick her up. That’s when the story veered into stranger territory.

She started sending him messages on Snapchat. First, with some specific compliments about his equipment. Then, she followed up with a request for photos, so she could “get a toy made in the exact size.” She ended with a suggestion to record their hookup next time.

At that point, the red flags were too loud to ignore. Fatboy admitted he backed off and ghosted her.

The Plot Twist Nobody Saw Coming

A couple of weeks went by, and Fatboy figured the whole thing was behind him, until a Facebook message from a stranger landed in his inbox. The man introduced himself as the woman’s fiancé.

According to him, he’d actually given her permission to sleep with someone else before marriage, but only if it was recorded. Since she hadn’t filmed it, she lied at first… until the truth eventually came out.

That’s when the fiancé made his wildest request: Run it back, and this time on camera.

“He messaged me on Facebook. He said it could be fixed. All I had to do was sleep with her again and let her record it,” Fatboy explained. “I was like, yeah, bud, I don’t want no part in that.”

The fiancé even tried to sweeten the deal with a cash offer, insisting Fatboy could help “fix” their relationship. Unfortunately for the fiancé, Fatboy was not going for it.

“Bud, y’all need help,” he concluded. “I don’t want any part in that.”

Commenters Can’t Get Over the Kevin Gates Connection

The comments section immediately lit up, with people pointing out the random mention of Kevin Gates in Fatboy’s story.

“Kevin Gates planned this whole thing I just can’t prove it,” one commenter joked.

Another said, “Kevin Gates and exclusively texting on sc should of been major red flags lol.”

Some were simply stunned by the wild story itself.

“You couldn’t have waterboarded this story out of me, but I’m glad you told it,” someone wrote.

“There were several points when I thought I knew where it was going and was completely wrong [loudly crying face emoji],” another admitted.

“I believe this is an original experience,” someone else said.

Fatboy did not immediately respond to our request for comment. We’ll be sure to update the story if we hear back.

Chrisean Rock Faces Police & CPS After Trashing Room During Wild Las Vegas Hotel Stay

Chrisean Rock was hit with a $1,000 penalty and a visit from both police and Child Protective Services after a chaotic four-day stay at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas ended with a trashed hotel room and an Instagram Live that raised red flags.

The 25-year-old reality star and her boyfriend HoodTrophy Bino checked in on Thursday (September 19) and checked out on Monday (September 23), but not before hotel staff found the suite in complete disarray. Photos obtained by TMZ Hip Hop showed empty Don Julio bottles, scattered clothing and a used Monster N2P nitrous oxide tank—commonly used for whippets—strewn across the room.

Bino, who made the reservation, was fined for smoking in a non-smoking room after staff discovered evidence of tobacco or marijuana use.

But the mess wasn’t the only issue.

On the first day of their stay, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and CPS showed up at the hotel around 4:50 P.M. after viewers watching the couple’s Instagram Live noticed children in the background and called authorities.

Bino recorded the moment officers entered the room, with Rock heard speaking off-camera.

TMZ Hip Hop reported that the situation was resolved on-site and no further action was taken. The couple was allowed to stay in the room after speaking with officers.

The incident adds to Rock’s growing list of legal problems. She’s previously faced drug-related charges in Oklahoma dating back to 2020. Most recently, she was arrested in June 2024 on outstanding warrants tied to those charges and was extradited to Oklahoma, where she served time before being released in September.

Cardi B Exposes Her Wildest Fantasy In Jaw-Dropping Podcast Moment

Cardi B didn’t hold back on sex or secrets during her appearance on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast Wednesday (September 24), where the Hip-Hop star gave explicit insight into her bedroom preferences and fantasies.

The Bronx-born rapper, 32, joined Cooper for a game of “Confess or Text” and wasted no time diving into a question about unspoken kinks.

“S###, I think I’ve done them all,” she quipped. “Nah … I would like, in a threesome, to have a really pretty face girl that I really like.”

Currently pregnant with her fourth child, Cardi B didn’t shy away from graphic detail, describing her ideal scenario with another woman.

“Not just like my turn, your turn, my turn, your turn,” she added. “Like making out, clashing on it.”

When asked about the last time she faked an orgasm, she admitted it had been a while but acknowledged she’s done it before. “It’s been a minute. It’s been really a long, long time,” she said.

The Grammy winner has long been outspoken about her sexuality. Back in 2018, while still married to Offset, she told fans her birthday wish was to have sex in “30 different positions.”

Cardi filed for divorce from Offset last summer. She’s now expecting a baby with NFL star Stefon Diggs, marking her first child with the Buffalo Bills wide receiver.

Hillary Clinton Warns Donald Trump & Robert Kennedy Jr.’s Ideas Will “Cause Deaths”

Hillary Clinton slammed Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Donald Trump on national television Wednesday (September 24), accusing the pair of pushing “crackpot ideas” about vaccines and pregnancy medications that she says will “cause deaths.”

Appearing on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” the former Secretary of State tore into the administration’s recent health guidance and Kennedy’s controversial vaccine record, warning that the rhetoric coming from the White House is putting lives at risk.

“I mean, this is so crazy, it’s so wrongheaded, it’s so shortsighted. And it’s going to cause deaths,” Clinton said. “These guys want to literally turn the clock back.”

Her remarks followed a Monday (September 22) press conference where Kennedy, now Secretary of Health and Human Services, and Trump floated unproven claims about widely used medications.

Trump, during a White House briefing, suggested that Tylenol use during pregnancy could be linked to autism in children. The administration then issued guidance advising pregnant women to avoid the drug, despite no conclusive scientific evidence supporting that claim.

“When your president says something, when a Kennedy, who’s the secretary of HHS, says something, what are you supposed to believe?” Clinton asked. “You know, people are confused. And too many Americans are listening to this, you know, very destructive anti-science tirade that we’re hearing from this administration. And it’s going to cost lives. It already is costing lives.”

Health Organizations Condemn Donald Trump & RFK’s Health Claims

Kennedy has long faced scrutiny for his vaccine skepticism. Since taking office, his advisory panel has recommended against the use of a combined measles, mumps, rubella and chickenpox vaccine for children, a decision that has drawn backlash from public health professionals.

Trump, meanwhile, has repeatedly amplified debunked theories linking vaccines to autism, despite overwhelming scientific consensus to the contrary.

Major medical organizations, including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Autism Science Foundation, swiftly condemned the administration’s Tylenol warning, calling the research “limited” and “inconsistent” with no proven causal link.

The White House fired back at Clinton through spokesman Kush Desai, who said her criticism reflects “open contempt and condescension towards everyday Americans” and claimed it’s “exactly why she so devastatingly lost in 2016 to President Trump and why she’s no longer relevant.”

Clinton’s comments arrive amid growing concern among health experts about declining vaccination rates and the potential long-term consequences of the administration’s messaging.

Mariah Carey Gracefully Sidesteps Nick Cannon Co-Parenting Question

Mariah Carey kept it cool and composed Wednesday (September 24) on CBS Mornings when asked about her co-parenting dynamic with Nick Cannon, offering a brief but telling response that quickly drew praise across social media.

“Hmm. I kind of feel like it’s best if I don’t talk about him because he can just be in his own world,” Carey said when host Gayle King brought up her ex-husband during a segment promoting her new album Here For It All. “No offense to him.”

Nick Cannon Reflects On Life After Mariah Carey Divorce

The moment came just days after Cannon’s recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club” podcast, where he reflected on how his divorce from Carey contributed to his decision to have 10 more children with five different women.

“I just didn’t do the work,” he explained. “So then I looked up, 12 kids later, and I’m like, ‘Wow, I could have [done] things differently.'”

Cannon admitted his choices were driven by emotional fallout from the split.

“It wasn’t like I was acting out. It was more of being careless, being frivolous with my process because I could do it, because I had the money,” he said.

He also acknowledged he wasn’t in the right headspace to make thoughtful decisions at the time. “Obviously, life happens as well, so it wasn’t like, ‘Oh, I’m going to go have 12 kids.’ It was more about like, ‘Yo, I’m gonna just live life and have fun and whatever happens, happens. I can handle it.'”

Carey and Cannon were married in 2008 and finalized their divorce in 2016. They share 14-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.

Her decision to avoid diving into the topic publicly was met with applause online.

One user on X (Twitter) wrote, “She’s absolutely being 100 percent respectful here, and knowing what Nick is like now, she did the right thing by not answering the question. Good for her.”

Another added, “A different level of class because that is still her kids’ father.”

Carey’s poised response stood in contrast to Cannon’s recent openness about their past, but she made it clear she wasn’t interested in revisiting that chapter on national television.

Janice Combs Walks Free From $33M RICO Lawsuit As Diddy Remains Behind Bars

Janice Combs walked away from a $33 million racketeering lawsuit on Tuesday (September 19) after a federal judge tossed the case, handing the 85-year-old mother of Sean “Diddy” Combs a rare courtroom win as her son remains locked up awaiting sentencing.

The lawsuit, filed by Deon Best, known as D1, accused Combs of fraud, forgery and hiding documents to steal publishing rights to the 1998 track “Come With Me” from the Godzilla movie soundtrack.

However, the court ruled the claims were both too old and too vague to move forward, stating Best would “take nothing” and that Combs and her companies could recover legal costs.

The judge found the allegations missed the four-year statute of limitations and lacked specific details about when or how the alleged misconduct occurred.

Best claimed he only became aware of the alleged wrongdoing in 2023 and sought tens of millions in damages. He argued Combs used her influence within her son’s business empire to quietly take control of the song’s royalties.

The decision ends months of legal back-and-forth that painted Combs as a behind-the-scenes operator in her son’s financial dealings. But the court didn’t buy it.

Meanwhile, Diddy faces his own legal storm. The 54-year-old Hip-Hop mogul was convicted in July 2025 on prostitution-related charges but was acquitted of more serious racketeering and sex trafficking counts.

He’s been in federal custody for over a year and is scheduled to be sentenced in October.

Janice Combs Speak Up For Son Diddy Ahead Of Sentencing

Another lawsuit is still pending. Kirk Burrowes, Diddy’s former business partner, has accused Combs of helping push him out of Bad Boy Entertainment using “intimidation, violence, fraudulent misrepresentation, and financial concealment.”

Despite the mounting legal issues, Combs has remained vocal in her support of her son. In October 2024, she released a statement through her attorney calling the accusations against Diddy a “narrative created out of lies” and labeling the public scrutiny a “public lynching.”

She defended him again after hotel surveillance footage surfaced showing Diddy assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie, saying he was “not the monster they have painted him to be.”

As Diddy’s legal team pushes for a reduced 14-month sentence, nearly 70 letters have been submitted to the court, including one from his mother. In her letter, Combs acknowledged her son had “made some terrible mistakes” but pleaded for leniency so she could spend her remaining years with him.

Cardi B Explains Butt Reduction Procedure That Left Her Partially Numb

Cardi B dropped a bombshell about her cosmetic journey and a pricey piercing during Wednesday’s (September 24) episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast, revealing she had butt reduction surgery to remove silicone implants.

The Grammy-winning rapper, 32, opened up while explaining why she wouldn’t recommend the $13,000 butt crack piercing she recently got.

“It didn’t hurt, but I’m not going to recommend it to people because I had surgery,” she told host Alex Cooper while sporting boyfriend Stefon Diggs’ NFL jersey.

“I have surgery on my butt. You know, sometimes people say that my butt is too big, but they don’t understand. They already did a butt surgery to reduce my ass,” Cardi said.

She likened the procedure to a tummy tuck, explaining, “So, you know, like when people do a tummy tuck in your stomach? I practically did a tummy tuck on my ass, like on top, so I could remove some biopolymers.”

The surgery left her with partial numbness. “So, like the top of my ass, like that skin part is like numb, like a tummy tuck. So when I pierced my ass, I ain’t felt s###.”

As for the piercing itself, Cardi revealed, “It was the easiest piercing ever. It cost me $13,000 because it was real diamonds. And guess what? It went down the toilet.”

The Bronx-born rapper has long been transparent about her cosmetic history. She previously admitted to getting breast implants at 19 and undergoing “illegal butt injections” early in her career.

Over the years, she’s also had liposuction, veneers and breast augmentation. In August 2023, she revealed she had 95 percent of her biopolymers removed.

Despite outside opinions, Cardi made it clear she’s content with her body. “I look at myself in the mirror, and it’s like I really wouldn’t change a thing. Maybe I would like my butt to be smaller, but it’s like I said, it’s really hard for my butt to be smaller.”

She also addressed the pressure to go under the knife again. “People be like, ‘Well, you need to reduce your butt more.’ And it’s like, I think you guys think that people just plug something inside my a###### and just suck it out.”

“For me to reduce my butt, I would have to literally sit on a table, get cut from the bottom, get cut from the top, and be embarrassed for like three months,” she added.

Cardi ended the conversation with a firm stance. “So, it’s like, I’m not going to put myself in that position again because you don’t like my body. I’m comfortable. I learned to live with it. I don’t get no complaints [from] nobody, and it is what it is.”

Metro Boomin Denies Rape Allegations In Federal Court Testimony

Metro Boomin denied allegations of sexual assault in a Los Angeles federal courtroom Wednesday (September 24) during emotional testimony in a civil trial stemming from a 2016 incident involving a woman he met in Las Vegas.

“Absolutely not,” the 32-year-old producer, born Leland T. Wayne, told jurors when asked if he had raped plaintiff Vanessa LeMaistre, according to Rolling Stone. When asked again minutes later, he doubled down: “No way in the world.”

The Grammy-nominated beatmaker, known for collaborations with Future, Young Thug and 21 Savage, took the stand in downtown Los Angeles and called the accusations “preposterous.” He said he had been waiting for the chance to speak publicly about the case.

“I’ve been thinking about this day for a year,” Metro said while being questioned by his attorney, Lawrence Hinkle. “I really don’t know where to start. This is crazy. I can’t even believe I’m up here doing this right now.”

Metro Boomin Accuser Details Alleged Assault

LeMaistre, who was 30 at the time of the alleged assault, claims Metro Boomin drugged and raped her at a hotel after they met in Las Vegas. She testified that he handed her a drink that caused her to “black out” before allegedly assaulting her without a condom.

Metro rejected the entire account, insisting he always used protection and pointing to his relationship at the time.

“Even at that time, my high school sweetheart and I were still using condoms,” he said. “There was no way this girl I just met in Las Vegas, that I had unprotected sex with her.”

The producer also spoke about his personal views on sexual violence, shaped by the loss of his mother to domestic abuse.

“I believe people who do stuff like that should be tortured and killed,” he told the court.

LeMaistre completed her testimony earlier in the day, telling jurors the alleged assault and the recent death of her newborn child were “the two, by far, worst things I’ve ever experienced in my life.”

The defense brought in clinical psychologist Dr. April Thames, who testified that LeMaistre had been diagnosed with “borderline personality disorder with psychotic features” following a review of her medical history and a clinical evaluation.

Young Thug, a longtime friend and collaborator of Metro Boomin, was present in court to support him. “I’m just here to support him,” the rapper told reporters during a break. “He’s a longtime friend.”

Gavin Newsom Blasts Donald Trump & Warns 2028 Election May Not Happen

Gavin Newsom unloaded on Donald Trump and sounded the alarm about the future of U.S. democracy during a sharp-edged appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert Tuesday (September 23), warning that the 2028 presidential election might not even take place if Americans don’t act.

“I fear that we will not have an election in 2028,” Newsom told Colbert, his voice steady but urgent. “I really mean that in the core of my soul – unless we wake up to the code red of what’s happening in this country.”

The California governor didn’t hold back, calling Trump a “son of a b####” while defending his state’s 41 lawsuits against the former president’s administration.

“What people appreciate is that we’re willing to fight and not only fight symbolically by having a little bit of fun but fight substantively,” he added. “We have 41 lawsuits against this son of a b####. We’re pushing back and we’re winning and we’re filling a void on a lot of issues.”

Newsom pointed to Trump’s 2020 decision to deploy 4,000 National Guard troops and 700 active-duty Marines to Los Angeles during anti-ICE protests as a red flag. “He sent the military to American cities to police American citizens, and the ICE issue is alarming beyond words,” he said. “It is the largest private domestic army of its type or police force anywhere in the world. He’ll have 30,000 people that increasingly appear to be swearing an oath of office to him, not the Constitution of the United States.”

He also described a disturbing incident involving a 15-year-old disabled student in Los Angeles. “They pulled out guns on this kid. They pulled out guns and handcuffed this young child,” Newsom said. “Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars. People disappearing. No due process. No oversight. Zero accountability.”

The 57-year-old Democrat has long positioned himself as one of Trump’s most aggressive political adversaries. His state, often labeled the “resistance” during Trump’s first term, has led the charge against federal policies on immigration, climate change and healthcare.

“This guy is flooding the zone, he is dominating the narratives, facts don’t seem to matter, and Democrats, frankly, have had a difficult time pushing back,” Newsom admitted.

He also criticized Trump’s global leadership, saying the former president abandoned “leadership and moral authority around the rest of the world.”

Newsom’s combative approach has boosted his national visibility. According to CalMatters, he’s viewed as a top Democratic contender for 2028, though his aggressive tone has stirred debate within his own party.

Kanye West Documentary Rakes In Big Bucks Without Traditional Marketing

Kanye West delivered both drama and dollars as his documentary In Whose Name? pulled in $776,000 during its limited U.S. theatrical debut, despite minimal promotion and a modest rollout across 1,000 cinemas.

The film spans six years of Ye’s turbulent life, capturing some of his most polarizing public moments—from the backlash over his “White Lives Matter” shirt to his antisemitic comments on Twitter.

Clips from the “In Whose Name?”, including one in which Kanye West reportedly lashes out at Kris Jenner, have quickly circulated online, fueling even more interest.

Despite the lack of a major marketing campaign, the strong box office performance suggests there’s still a sizable audience curious about Ye’s public unraveling and private reflections.

The documentary’s producers plan to expand its theatrical run and eventually release it on streaming platforms.

In Whose Name? is expected to reach digital platforms in the coming months.

Damon Dash Strikes Back At 50 Cent With Supreme Team Documentary

Damon Dash is reclaiming control and legacy with a new documentary on the Supreme Team, a direct response to recent jabs from 50 Cent and Cam’ron over their upcoming Paid in Full series that left him out of the picture.

The Roc-A-Fella co-founder has joined forces with Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff Jr., the son of the infamous Queens drug figure Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff, to produce Supreme Truth, a documentary set to debut next month.

The project aims to retell the story of the Supreme Team from the perspective of those who lived it—something Dash says is long overdue.

https://www.instagram.com/reel/DO\_WpfTkSY1/?utm\_source=ig\_web\_copy_link&igsh=NzNicWY1a3lwaHRp

“Supreme truth Documentary release date Next month. We have to tell the story the right way and the right way is For Preme and Prince to be in control of their own Narrative. I love how this manifested,” Dash said.

The move comes after 50 Cent and Cam’ron announced they were developing a new installment of Paid in Full without Dash’s involvement, despite his role in producing the original 2002 film.

That film depicted Harlem’s drug underworld and was inspired by real-life figures Dash helped bring to the screen.

Rather than respond with words, Dash is answering with a project that not only challenges the narrative but also brings him into alignment with someone from 50 Cent’s most dangerous chapter.

Supreme McGriff Sr. and 50 Cent’s history is well documented, including a long-standing beef that escalated after 50 referenced the Supreme Team in his song “Ghetto Qu’ran.” That feud reportedly led to a shooting that nearly took 50’s life.

By collaborating with McGriff Jr., Dash is making a calculated move that doubles as both a creative and symbolic strike. It’s a reminder that Dash still holds weight in Hip-Hop storytelling and isn’t afraid to confront uncomfortable truths from the culture’s past.

The documentary aims to deliver an unfiltered look at the Supreme Team’s rise and fall, with Dash using his experience in film and music to shape the project.

The partnership also sends a message to those who may have counted him out.

The release date for “Supreme Truth” is scheduled for next month.

Halsey Says Columbia Records Blocked New Album After Sales Dip

Halsey says she’s been benched by her label after her latest album didn’t meet expectations—despite a strong debut and sold-out tour.

“I can’t make an album right now,” she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe during a recent interview. “I’m not allowed to. It’s the reality.”

The 30-year-old singer revealed that Columbia Records has halted her ability to record new music following the release of The Great Impersonator, which dropped on October 25, 2024.

The album opened at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and moved 100,000 units in its first week—a figure that would be a win for most artists—but not enough for her label.

“If I’m being honest with you, the album sold 100,000 f###### copies first week,” she said. “That’s a pretty big first week, especially for an artist who hasn’t had a hit in a long time.”

Columbia reportedly measured the album’s performance against Halsey’s 2020 project Manic, which featured the 6x-platinum single “Without Me” and debuted at No. 2 with over 239,000 equivalent album units.

“It would be considered a success for most artists, 100,000 albums in the first week, in an era when we don’t sell physical music,” she said. “But it’s a failure in the context of the kind of success I’ve had previously. And that’s the hardest part of having been a pop star once, because I’m not one anymore, and I’m being compared to people that I don’t consider lateral to me.”

Halsey Gears Up For “Back To Badlands Tour” In October

The comments add to a long history of friction between Halsey and the music business. She left Capitol Records in 2023 after creative disagreements and signed with Columbia that June, hoping for more freedom.

Capitol had released her first four albums, including her 2015 debut, Badlands, and the critically praised Manic. Despite the label freeze, Halsey’s live shows are thriving. Her “My Last Trick Tour” wrapped in July after selling out 32 dates and breaking her personal touring record.

“They want Manic numbers from me,” she said, pointing to the pressure to repeat past success.

Still, she credited her supporters for keeping her career afloat. “I love them, God bless them, because they’re the only reason that I’m even able to make anything at all, that I can sell that many copies of an experimental concept album about death,” she said. “They support me.”

Halsey is now gearing up for her “Back To Badlands Tour” in Los Angeles. The trek is a 10-year anniversary of her breakout debut.

Dallas Sniper Shooting At ICE Facility Sparks Conspiracy Theories, Others Blame Newsom

Joshua Jahn opened fire from a rooftop near a Dallas, Texas, Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility early Wednesday, killing two detainees and critically wounding a third before dying by suicide, according to federal investigators.

The 29-year-old gunman targeted an unmarked ICE transport van parked outside the North Stemmons Freeway facility around 6:30 A.M., officials said. Authorities reported Jahn unleashed a barrage of bullets at both the van and the sally port entrance before turning the weapon on himself as officers approached.

The FBI, now leading the case, is treating the incident as an ideologically motivated act of violence. Officials recovered shell casings at the scene engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.”

Another wrote, “This is the fishiest s### I’ve ever seen. We’re supposed to believe the shooter wrote ‘Anti-ICE’ in pen on a bullet and then shot detainees but not ICE officers?”

FBI Director Kash Patel addressed the attack in a statement, calling it part of a disturbing pattern.

“These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off,” he said. “We are only miles from Prairieland, Texas, where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers.”

The victims were all ICE detainees being transported in the van. Two died at the scene. The third remains hospitalized in critical condition. No ICE agents were harmed.

Jahn had no known violent criminal history, though a 2015 marijuana possession arrest was found in Collin County records. Authorities believe he may have been living in Durant, Oklahoma, and conducted a search of a family home in Fairview, Texas, after the shooting.

The Dallas facility was closed for the day as federal teams gathered evidence and assessed potential links to other anti-ICE incidents.

The Department of Homeland Security has reported a nearly 700% rise in attacks on ICE personnel in recent months. The agency has since adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward threats or violence against its officers and buildings.

The details written in pen on the wet bullets, drenched in water, have fueled online speculation and skepticism.

“Shell casings that say ‘anti ICE’ instead of something like ‘f### ICE’ or ‘abolish ICE’ or something else an actual human being would say? C’mon man, this is so obviously fake,” one user posted on X.

Another wrote, “This is the fishiest s### I’ve ever seen. We’re supposed to believe the shooter wrote ‘Anti-ICE’ in pen on a bullet and then shot detainees but not ICE officers?”

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom is facing backlash after critics tied his recent comments about ICE to the shooting.

During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Newsom said, “If some guy jumped out of an unmarked car, in a van and a man with a mask tried to grab me, by definition you’re going to push back. These are not just authoritarian tendencies, these are authoritarian actions by an authoritarian government.”

Newsom also described ICE as “the largest private domestic army of its type or police force anywhere in the world” and warned that agents appear to be pledging loyalty to former President Trump instead of the Constitution.

The FBI, Dallas police and ICE continue to investigate. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.

50 Cent’s $50M Entertainment District Approved In Shreveport

50 Cent just scored a major win in Louisiana as Shreveport officials gave the green light to his $50 million entertainment district, a project city leaders are calling one of the largest economic investments in the region’s history.

The Shreveport City Council voted Tuesday (September 23) to create the Film and Entertainment Gateway Economic Development District, a downtown zone that will be funded by a 2 percent sales tax.

The plan centers around reviving the area by transforming it into a production and entertainment hub anchored by Millennium Studios and Stage Works Studio.

“This is one of the largest economic development deals in this city, in this region that we’re having,” District A Councilwoman Tabatha Taylor said during Monday’s (September 22) administrative session.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2025 or early 2026, according to representatives from 50 Cent’s executive team. The project aims to attract film and television productions while breathing new life into downtown Shreveport’s economy. Production has already started at Stage Works Studio, while Millennium Studios will undergo infrastructure improvements to address flooding issues before it becomes fully operational.

Some community members are pushing for the district to reflect local cultural roots. Craig Lee, a local advocate, called on the city to rename the area the Sam Cooke Cultural Arts District, honoring the legendary singer’s ties to Shreveport.

“This project is going to be the largest development in the history of North Central Louisiana, spearheaded by an African American,” Lee said. “Sam Cooke was inspired here to write ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’ — that’s a branding opportunity the world would recognize.”

Ahead of the vote, 50 Cent shared a local news clip on Instagram on Monday (September 22), writing, “Shreveport is gonna be the place to be, Art, music, film, Television and entertainment. Let’s go !”

Dua Lipa Denies Firing Agent Kneecap; But Says Its Still “Free Palestine”

Dua Lipa dismissed a report alleging she cut ties with her agent after he attempted to remove Irish Hip-Hop group Kneecap from the Glastonbury Festival lineup due to their pro-Palestinian stance.

The Grammy-winning artist responded after the Daily Mail claimed she dropped longtime agent David Levy for signing a letter urging Glastonbury organizers Michael and Emily Eavis to exclude Kneecap from the June festival.

Dua Lipa, however, made it clear Levy hasn’t represented her in years.

“I do not condone the actions of David Levy or other music executives toward an artist speaking their truth,” Lipa wrote on Instagram Stories. “I also cannot ignore how this has been handled in the press. Not only was the story completely false, but the language used by the Daily Mail has been deliberately inflammatory, crafted purely for clickbait, clearly designed to fuel online division.”

A representative from her agency, WME, also weighed in, stating Levy “transitioned into an advisory role” back in 2019 and has not been involved in Lipa’s business since.

“He fully removed himself from the project, among others, earlier this year,” the spokesperson said. “Reports suggesting that Dua Lipa or her management dismissed one of our agents because of his political views are categorically false.”

Lipa, who has publicly supported Palestinian rights during the Israel-Gaza conflict, added, “It is always Free Palestine, but exploiting a global tragedy in order to sell newspapers is something I find deeply troubling.”

Despite the controversy, Kneecap performed at Glastonbury as scheduled.

However, the BBC cut their livestream during the set after the trio led the crowd in chanting “Free Palestine” and “F**k Keir Starmer,” referring to the UK Prime Minister.

The group has remained in the headlines.

Kneecap member Mo Chara was charged in May with a terrorism-related offense for allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag at a 2023 performance.

He has denied the charge and is expected in court later this week.
