EXCLUSIVE: Biggie’s Estate Pounces On Lewd Claims About Diddy, CJ Wallace & Notorious B.I.G.

Notorious B.I.G.’s estate is going after publicist Jonathan Hay, accusing him of inventing outlandish stories about CJ Wallace and Diddy to revive his stalled career and retaliate after a failed music project.

Biggie’s estate claims that Hay’s interviews sparked chaos across the internet, as he described graphic encounters that the complaint calls fabricated and malicious.

In an exclusive obtained by AllHipHop, B.I.G.’s lawyers say Hay began pushing false narratives after the estate refused to release his 2020 “Ready to Dance” remixes.

Attorneys say Hay shifted from praising CJ Wallace as an “honor and a privilege” to work with to spreading stories that placed Wallace at the center of lurid claims.

The estate points to an October 2024 interview where Hay said, “Puffy and Biggie’s son CJ had sexual relations.” Hay also claimed Willie Mack was Wallace’s “boyfriend.”

Both statements are listed in the complaint as invented attacks intended to damage Wallace’s credibility in the industry.

Hay escalated the story in a later interview, alleging Wallace attended Diddy’s infamous freak-off gatherings and watched criminal sexual activity.

He also accused Wallace of luring him into a home so Diddy could assault him. The estate states those claims were concocted and delivered with full knowledge they were false.

Hay’s most graphic allegation resurfaced in reporting by AllHipHop.com.

In that account, Hay claimed Diddy forced him into a violent oral act during a 2021 meeting tied to the remix project. He told interviewers he was restrained by members of Diddy’s circle and forced to perform sexual acts while Wallace and Mack were present.

Hay claimed Diddy ended up e########## on a shirt Biggie once owned, tossed it on Hay and said, “Rest in peace BIG,” Hay alleges to cops in the report.

The lawsuit describes these claims as reckless and impossible, given Hay’s earlier emails and conduct.

Before the conflict escalated, Hay had praised Wallace and the team in messages that were placed in the record.

On July 11, 2021, he wrote, “I have absolutely loved working with CJ and you guys as it’s truly been an honor and a privilege.” He added, “I have NO issues whatsoever with anyone else outside of Willie. It’s been a complete joy working with all of you.”

The estate says these messages show Hay never mentioned assaults or misconduct until years later, when public attention could benefit him.

The filing notes that Hay threatened to release music without approval after the estate pulled back from the remix project. Those threats led to a cease-and-desist letter on July 15, 2021.

The lawsuit seeks compensatory and punitive damages, arguing that Wallace suffered a loss of work due to the statements published across YouTube and social media platforms.

The estate says the interviews have reached hundreds of thousands of viewers and continue to spread.

Cuban Rapper Chocolate MC Convicted In Revenge Murder Plot Over Fellow Artist’s Death

Yosvanis Sierra Hernández saw his fate sealed Wednesday in a Miami courtroom after a jury found the Cuban rapper guilty of soliciting a murder-for-hire plot aimed at the man accused of killing his longtime friend and fellow Hip-Hop artist El Taiger.

Known in the music world as Chocolate MC, Sierra Hernández was convicted on charges of soliciting first-degree murder and issuing written threats to kill or cause bodily harm.

Prosecutors said the rapper tried to recruit inmates at Miami-Dade correctional facilities to kill Damián Valdés Galloso, who is facing first-degree murder charges in the October 2024 shooting death of El Taiger, born José Manuel Carbajal Zaldívar.

The six-person jury returned the verdict after less than two hours of deliberation, capping off a trial that featured emotional testimony, social media evidence and a rap song that prosecutors claimed doubled as a call to violence.

According to the state, Sierra Hernández used Instagram to offer $20,000 and a year’s worth of commissary to anyone willing to kill Galloso. One of the key pieces of evidence was a track titled “Pincha Lo,” which prosecutors translated as “stab him.”

On the witness stand, Sierra Hernández broke down while describing his friendship with El Taiger, which he said began in their teenage years. Speaking through a translator, he told the jury: “Maybe at one point I did not express myself the right way, or the way I should have. But I’m not capable of killing anyone.”

At one point during the trial, he held up a yellow notepad that read “Dios conmigo, ¿quién contra mí?” or “God is with me, so who could be against me?”

As the guilty verdict was read aloud, his girlfriend, Yelena, wept in the courtroom and said in Spanish: “They said he’s guilty, but it’s an injustice. He didn’t kill anyone. He’s not a killer.”

Sierra Hernández has reportedly been in custody at Metro West Detention Center since June, following a separate incident in Opa-locka where he allegedly pulled a gun on a man who asked for a photo and then fled the scene.

The murder-for-hire conviction carries a potential sentence of up to 15 years. Sentencing will take place at a later date.

Organized in partnership with the Jamaican government and cultural groups like Jammins Events, Irie Jam Radio and Roadblock Radio, the concert is being positioned as more than just a musical gathering.

“This is more than a concert — it’s a movement,” said event producer George Crooks. “Every ticket purchased directly supports rebuilding lives, homes, and hope in Jamaica.”

Tickets go on sale November 14 via Ticketmaster.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, Shaggy described the dire situation on the ground after the hurricane ravaged parts of Jamaica. He said, “People are homeless. There’s no running water, there’s no electricity, there’s no shelter. They were sleeping on the streets. We came in last night, we gave out water, we gave out food. There are actually bodies trapped in homes that people haven’t been able to clear.”

The Grammy-winning artist personally arranged for private planes to deliver urgent supplies, including food, water and medical gear to affected areas. Sean Paul also stepped in by matching donations to boost the relief push.

Chicago Judge Orders Release of 615 ICE Detainees, Rebukes Donald Trump’s Immigration Policy

Judge Jeffrey Cummings halted a sweeping immigration crackdown in Chicago by ordering the release of up to 615 people detained during a federal enforcement campaign that targeted long-term U.S. residents without bond hearings.

The ruling, issued Wednesday, directly pushes back on a Trump administration policy shift that eliminated bond hearings for many immigrants with deep roots in the country.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Cummings determined that hundreds of those arrested during “Operation Midway Blitz” between June 11 and October 7 were likely held unlawfully.

“It seems highly likely to me that at least some of those individuals are among the 615 detainees who are not subject to mandatory detention,” Cummings said during the hearing.

According to court documents, many of the detainees were working-class individuals, including 20 landscapers, four ride-share drivers, and others detained while commuting or shopping at places such as Home Depot and Menards.

The judge’s order stems from the Castanon Nava settlement, which limits warrantless arrests by ICE and related agencies in Illinois and nearby states.

The decision could eventually affect hundreds more cases if additional arrests made between June and November are found to violate the same legal standard.

Cummings criticized the nature of the arrests, pointing out that 54 people were taken from job sites, 20 while commuting, and nine while shopping. Seven were picked up at immigration hearings and 11 more in public spaces like parks, gas stations and even a Dunkin’ Donuts drive-thru.

He dismissed the notion that these individuals were dangerous, saying they were not “assorted other ne’er-do-wells” or the “worst of the worst.”

The ruling impacts a larger pool of roughly 1,800 people arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the Chicago area.

Of those, only about 750 remain in the country, with 135 having final removal orders or criminal convictions, according to Mark Fleming of the National Immigrant Justice Center.

The case drew national attention through stories like that of Ruben Torres Maldonado, whose detention interfered with his daughter’s cancer treatment. A separate judge, Jeremy Daniel, had already ordered a bond hearing for Maldonado.

The Department of Justice requested a delay in the release order, which Cummings granted until November 21.

That pause gives the federal government time to consider an appeal, though more than 100 judges across the country have issued similar rulings challenging the administration’s interpretation of mandatory detention.

Immigration advocates argue the law only applies to “noncitizens who recently arrived at a border or port of entry,” not individuals who have lived and worked in the U.S. for years.

Cummings previously extended the Castanon Nava agreement through February, continuing to restrict ICE operations in the region. His latest order follows a review of numerous petitions from detainees contesting their detention status.

The judge’s decision lands amid an aggressive federal immigration presence in Chicago, where recent raids have drawn criticism from local officials and civil rights groups who say the tactics violate constitutional protections.

EXCLUSIVE: Swizz Beatz Denies $7M 1MDB Fraud As Pras Faces 20 Years

Swizz Beatz is pushing back against claims that he pocketed $7.3 million in stolen 1MDB funds, insisting the money was legitimate business income tied to his music ventures, not proceeds from Malaysia’s massive corruption scandal.

Attorneys for the Grammy-winning producer rejected accusations that he knowingly received “fraudulent transfers” from shell companies tied to fugitive financier Jho Low.

The suit, filed by British Virgin Islands liquidators representing defunct entities that prosecutors say were used to divert Malaysian state funds, seeks to recover millions allegedly routed to Dean, his company Swizz Beatz Productions Inc., and another entity, Monza Studios Inc., between 2012 and 2014.

Dean admits receiving several transfers totaling $7.3 million but denies any wrongdoing. His lawyers say the funds were payments for professional services and investments, not bribes or laundered assets.

One transaction, a $1.5 million transfer, was explicitly labeled “Alsen Chance investment in music production (Everyday Is Your Birthday),” a description Dean’s team says proves the deal had a clear business purpose.

“Defendants deny such funds were fraudulently or improperly transferred,” the filing states, arguing that all payments were “received without actual fraudulent intent and for reasonably equivalent value.” The payments reportedly moved through JPMorgan Chase accounts in New York between September 2012 and September 2014.

According to the response, $3.3 million went to Swizz Beatz Productions, $1.8 million to Monza Studios, and $2.2 million to Dean personally.

Dean’s lawyers at Blank Rome LLP maintain that their client had no knowledge of the 1MDB scheme or the origins of the money. They frame him as an innocent business partner whose name is being dragged into a global scandal years after the fact.

The filing also reveals Dean’s limited connection to Jho Low, admitting he met the Malaysian financier in the 2010s but denying any friendship or involvement in his affairs.

“Dean was introduced to Low but deny Low and Dean were friends,” the document states.

The 1MDB fraud, one of the largest embezzlement scandals in history, saw billions stolen from Malaysia’s sovereign wealth fund and laundered through luxury real estate, art, and entertainment ventures.

Low, who remains a fugitive, is accused of funneling money to celebrities, movie producers, and art dealers as part of a global web of corruption. Dean previously surfaced in the 1MDB saga when the U.S. Department of Justice moved to seize an Andy Warhol painting connected to Low.

Dean agreed to surrender the artwork in 2020 but did so “without admission of liability,” according to court records. The contrast between Dean’s civil case and the criminal fallout for others linked to Low’s network is striking.

Former Fugees rapper Pras Michel faces 15 to 19½ years in prison after a Washington, D.C. federal judge sided with prosecutors’ sentencing recommendations, ruling that Michel’s role in the 1MDB lobbying and foreign-agent conspiracy warranted the “eye-watering” term, according to AllHipHop.com.

Michel was convicted last year of operating as an unregistered foreign agent and conspiring with Low to influence U.S. officials on the financier’s behalf.

Akon Clears Air After Arrest News Spread Online

Akon’s name started trending this week after reports claimed the singer had been arrested, but according to someone close to the global star, the situation was nowhere near as serious as it sounded.

The phrase “Akon arrested” sparked plenty of conversation and even jokes since he had a song called “Locked Up.” So, yes….“Locked Up” humor was good. But those familiar with the situation told AllHipHop the reality was far less dramatic.

“Technically, Akon was arrested,” the source clarified, “but it was over something incredibly minor — basically a traffic ticket. It was handled quickly, and he was released almost immediately.”

The “representative” stressed that what circulated online as a “mug shot” might not even have been an official booking photo, though it definitely looked like one. Either way, the whole ordeal was over within moments. Our report definitely delved into the nuance of it all, but who is reading these days? Not too many people. This was sparked off our IG post, not the site. So, be aware.

Anyway, after resolving the issue, Akon reportedly left the country immediately and is now overseas, enjoying life in Asia. “He’s not tripping off that little situation,” the source said. “It was blown up by TMZ and others because they had inside info on the ticket.” But he’s been in Asia since that all happened. Although, he may have left by now.

So despite the click-worthy buzz, Akon isn’t behind bars. Again, we did not misreport it, but people truly did not look past the headline. Others definitely used clickbait headlines to make this into something bigger than it was.

Always read past the headline…especially when it comes to Akon, because he’s reading!

Offset Claims Halloween Drop Was Business Move As “Haunted By Fame” Sells Under 8K First Week

Offset claims he used his Halloween drop Haunted By Fame not to top charts but to break free from a restrictive recording contract.

The 14-track release arrived October 31 through UMG Recordings with little promotion, confusing some in the Hip-Hop community.

Now it’s clear the surprise wasn’t about spooky vibes—it was business. The former Migos rapper allegedly orchestrated the project as a contractual loophole rather than a commercial play.

Offset confirmed the move himself on Instagram, stating the project was a “Mixtape to get out my deal.”

Sales reflected the intent. The project failed to chart on the Billboard 200 and moved fewer than 8,000 units in its first week. Even with features from NBA YoungBoy, Lil Dump and NoCap, the tape didn’t gain traction.

The music itself pulled no punches. On the track “No Sweat,” Offset appeared to take aim at estranged wife Cardi B and her relationship with NFL player Stefon Diggs.

The lyrics sparked speculation about Cardi B’s personal life, but Offset had already hinted at regret over how he handled their relationship. During an appearance on the “Baby, This is Keke Palmer” podcast, the Atlanta artist admitted, “I was definitely not perfect. I made a lot of mistakes. I did a lot of wrong, and it’s always on the front screen, so it was hard to move on from it.”

When asked what he would’ve done differently, he didn’t hesitate: “I should have respected her way more. I made bad decisions as a man, stepping out, and I gotta take that on the chin.”

Offset’s divorce from Cardi B has been a topic of public fascination, especially after reports surfaced that he turned down a $10 million settlement offer to walk away from the marriage.

‘You went cheap on tires what you expect?’: Mississippi woman takes her Chevrolet Malibu to Walmart for new tires. It went better than expected

A Mississippi woman is pleasantly surprised after taking her beloved Chevrolet Malibu to Walmart for a tire installation. It turned out better than she expected.

TikTok user Stxph98 (@itsstxph980) is the proud owner of a 2021 Chevrolet Malibu. She posted a video on Sep. 28 that shows the job Walmart did on her recent tire replacement. “POV: I trusted Walmart to install two brand-new tires on my car,” she writes in the video’s text overlay.

The first clip shows her worn down Hankook Kinergy GT tires, which are nearly bald. The video then cuts to her receipt, which shows that Walmart did the replacement, plus a rotation. At the end of the video, Stxph98 shows the new tires installed on her vehicle.

“My two back tires had started balding, so it was time to replace them. I ordered two Kinergy FT tires. I paid around $330 plus $36 for installation ($18 per tire),” she writes in the caption. “And they didn’t mess anything up neither.”

Viewers React to the Walmart Tire Installation Review

In the comments section, one viewer said it seems like Stxph98 got a decent value for the price. “Oh, yeah, you definitely got your money’s worth,” the person wrote.

Another viewer pointed out the extremely rough condition of Stxph98’s original tires. “The tires were BALD, girl,” the person wrote. “Oh my god.”

When tires are worn down to this extent, the remaining tread is less than 2/32 of an inch. And that means they need to be replaced immediately. The commenter isn’t wrong to be appalled; driving on tires like this is extremely dangerous.

Opinions on Walmart’s tire installation services are mixed. In this Reddit thread posted to r/askcarguys two years ago, some mechanics said they avoid chains like Walmart because the quality of the work can vary by location.

However, others said that they actually rely on Walmart for jobs like this because it’s a corporate outfit with detailed training and procedures. Multiple said they’ve used the tire installation services at Walmart with absolutely no trouble.

Two Perspectives on Using Walmart Tire Installation Services

“There’s nothing wrong with using Walmart for a tire install,” wrote one redditor. “All the tech is doing is taking the wheel off the car and putting it in the machine, then back on the car.”

A second person offered, “I go to a particular one because I have never had issues there. But I hear people do have issues at times. The prices there are really good, though. Mine doesn’t even charge for installation if the tires are purchased there.”

According to Cheapism, Walmart is the best option for the budget conscious car owner. However, the site thinks Walmart’s wholesale sibling Sam’s Club is the best overall value, because of its roadside assistance program.

All Hip Hop contacted Stphx98 via TikTok comment and direct message for comment.

50 Cent Mocks Hurricane Chris While Flexing G-Unit Studios Plans

50 Cent stirred the pot again Wednesday night (November 12) by posting an image of a sleek glass high-rise labeled “G-Unit Film & Television Studios,” while reigniting tensions with Hurricane Chris over their ongoing Shreveport beef.

“Oh No Christopher is not gonna like this one bit! LOL 😆 SHREVEPORT going up!” the Hip-Hop mogul wrote on Instagram, taking a not-so-subtle swipe at the Louisiana rapper who previously slammed him for exploiting the city.

The post, which showed a glass tower branded with the G-Unit name, raised eyebrows—especially since 50 Cent is known for sharing AI-generated visuals.

It’s also unclear if the building exists, as his actual studio headquarters is located at Shreveport’s historic Stageworks facility.

Hurricane Chris Slams 50 Cent Over Humor & Harmony Festival Performers

Back in August last year, Hurricane Chris called out 50 Cent for hosting the Humor & Harmony festival in Shreveport without including prominent Louisiana artists. He accused the Queens rapper of profiting off the region while ignoring its cultural roots and community needs.

“You threw a m############ concert in Louisiana and didn’t book no Louisiana legends and put no bankroll in any Louisiana legends’ pockets, but you paid the police half a million dollars,” Chris said in a video that quickly went viral. “What type of b####-ass s### is that?”

50 Cent clapped back by mocking Chris’s career and reminding him that Louisiana artists like Master P and Fredo Bang were on the lineup.

He even poked fun at Chris’s 2007 hit, “A Bay Bay,” using it as ammo in their digital back-and-forth.

Despite the drama, 50 Cent has made major moves in Shreveport. In 2024, he secured a 30-year lease at the Stageworks facility for just $200 a month plus maintenance, transforming the nearly 1 million-square-foot space into a production hub for film, television, sports and live events.

The city has embraced the venture. Mayor Tom Arceneaux gave 50 Cent a key to the city and declared an official “50 Cent Day” to celebrate the studio’s launch.

The project is expected to bring jobs, encourage local development and attract outside productions to the area.

50 Cent has said the studio is part of a broader push for Black-owned media spaces, joining the likes of Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta.

Planned content includes new G-Unit shows, films and possibly a “Paid in Full” series, though no production dates have been announced yet.

Egon Sues Madlib As Legal War Escalates & Company Implodes

Egon has filed a federal lawsuit against Madlib in California’s Central District Court, demanding a judge declare that their joint venture, Madicine Show LLC, owns the rights to a decade’s worth of recordings, not the producer himself.

The complaint, filed November 11, escalates the unraveling of a once-productive partnership between the two Hip-Hop collaborators. The dispute centers on who controls the music catalog built under the Madlib Invazion and Madicine Show imprints, which are home to projects featuring Freddie Gibbs, Four Tet’s Kieran Hebden, and the late Mac Miller.

Eothen “Egon” Alapatt claims Madlib, born Otis Jackson Jr., is attempting to remove those recordings from the company’s assets and claim them as personal property.

“The recordings at issue were created and exploited pursuant to a licensing relationship between Jackson and Madicine Show,” the lawsuit states. “They remain company assets.”

Alapatt argues the music was never Madlib’s to take. He says the producer granted Madicine Show the rights “necessary to exploit his recordings” and that those rights are not revocable. The suit also warns that removing the catalog would breach contracts with collaborating artists and “impair the value of the catalog itself.”

The lawsuit portrays a creative alliance that began in 2011 and operated smoothly for years. According to the filing, Madlib focused on crafting beats while Alapatt handled business strategy, production and distribution.

“The business’s success rested on that combination,” the complaint reads.

But the relationship fractured after Madlib brought in new management. Alapatt claims the producer “turned against Alapatt and the enterprise they built,” leading to a breakdown in communication and trust.

The legal standoff intensified after Madlib filed his own lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court in October 2024. That case accused Alapatt of mismanagement, self-dealing, and blocking access to digital platforms, including Bandcamp, Apple Music, and YouTube.

Madlib also alleged that Egon used his separate label, Now-Again Records, to divert revenue from Madicine Show.

That earlier lawsuit sought to dissolve the company and appoint a court receiver to wind it down. The court granted that request, prompting Alapatt’s federal countersuit.

He argues the receiver cannot fairly manage the company’s assets until ownership of the catalog is legally resolved.

Alapatt’s filing seeks a declaration that Madicine Show co-owns the copyrights, that Madlib cannot interfere with the catalog’s use, and that all royalties must be distributed in accordance with the company’s structure.

This isn’t the only legal trouble circling Egon.

In late 2023, MF DOOM’s widow, Jasmine Dumile Thompson, sued him for allegedly stealing more than 30 of the late rapper’s handwritten rhyme notebooks.

The notebooks, which included lyrics and notes from albums like Madvillainy and Operation: Doomsday, were allegedly obtained by Egon after paying rent on DOOM’s former office.

That case ended in early 2025 with a confidential settlement. Egon returned the notebooks to the estate and both sides agreed to focus on preserving DOOM’s legacy.

EXCLUSIVE: T.I., Sabrina Peterson Heading For Showdown In September 2026

T.I., the Grammy-winning rapper and Hip-Hop mainstay, is set to enter a Los Angeles courtroom alongside Sabrina Peterson in September 2026, for a long-awaited defamation trial that stems from years of public accusations, legal filings and social media fallout.

The federal case, which has been marred by delays, motions and counterclaims, centers on dueling allegations between T.I. and Peterson, an entrepreneur and influencer.

T.I. filed suit in December 2024, claiming Peterson falsely accused him on Instagram of being under federal investigation for sex trafficking.

Peterson denied the allegations were false and responded with her own claims, alleging T.I. defamed her business, Pretty High Co., by stating she sold cannabis products without a license.

The court has scheduled a settlement conference for November 24, 2025. If that fails, the case will proceed to trial in late September the following year.

This isn’t the first time the two have clashed in court. Peterson originally filed a defamation lawsuit in 2021 against T.I., his wife Tiny Harris and a third party, alleging T.I. once held a gun to her head during a dispute with his assistant.

She claimed the couple’s public denials and statements harmed her reputation and caused emotional distress.

However, that case was dismissed in March 2025 after Peterson missed court deadlines, failed to pay $96,000 in legal fees and did not comply with court orders.

Peterson attempted to revive the suit, arguing that her previous legal team had mishandled the case. A judge rejected her appeal in October 2025. Her attorney called the dismissal “a miscarriage of justice” and said they plan to appeal.

Meanwhile, T.I. has moved to strike Peterson’s counterclaims in the federal case, arguing her accusations are legally baseless and protected speech under California’s anti-SLAPP statute.

His legal team maintains that his statements were made in the context of litigation and therefore fall under litigation privilege.

Peterson’s counterclaims include that a July 2025 Instagram video by T.I., which did not mention her by name, was meant to cause her emotional harm. T.I.’s attorneys argue that the video fails to meet the legal standards for intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Both legal teams have requested more time to complete discovery and clarify the scope of the trial.

In a joint statement, they informed the court that they’ve been “cooperatively and professionally engaged in ongoing communications” and that additional time would enable them to “meaningfully participate in mediation.”

They also cited personal matters, including medical issues and a death in the family, as reasons for the delay. Both sides requested a trial date of September 29, 2026.

‘That’s illegal. It would be theft’: Arkansas woman goes through drive-thru. Then she catches worker self-tipping 20% on her order

An Arkansas woman is upset after the restaurant she frequents recently added a 20% self-tip on her drive-thru order without asking.

The woman, TikTok user @momma_og3, claims that a restaurant she frequents (which she decided to leave unnamed) forced a 20% tip for her drive-thru food order.

The clip underscores ongoing frustrations with expanding expectations around tipping, even in quick-service settings where customers wouldn’t usually tip. It also raises questions about whether some workers might be exploiting payment systems to tack on unauthorized gratuities, gouging unsuspecting customers who don’t review their bills.

“I just had a restaurant try and do me dirty,” she started, dressed in a costume as it was Halloween. “I go to this restaurant every once in a while, and I get a family meal with chicken pitas. Normally, it’s $50-something dollars. She hands it to me—$68.” The TikToker assumed the price variation was due to inflation.

Woman Catches Restaurant Drive-Thru Self-Tipping

“Then she hands me a little tablet to sign,” she continued. “She had put on there 20% as a tip already, and just gave that to me as the price. No, ma’am. I put ‘no tip.’ It’s $57.”

She was incredulous, as the restaurant had a drive-thru, where she picked up her food. “I am shocked she just assumed I owed her $68,” she said. “If I wouldn’t have caught that, I would have been out the $11 that I don’t think they should get. I don’t know. Who’s in the wrong here? Are they trying to cheat me? You don’t tip in the drive-thru. I think no.”

Viewers Express Outrage Over Tipping Culture

The comments section agreed with her. “THEY are absolutely in the wrong. That’s theft,” one person said. “That’s illegal. It would be theft,” another concurred.

One wondered what the tip would be rewarding. “Twenty percent added tip on a drive-thru order? No. Absolutely not,” they said. “A tip for what exactly? Making the food? That’s what you’re already paying for!”

There are many similar instances, even some viral moments. One includes a TikToker named Drea, who documented an incident at a donut shop drive-thru where the employee set the payment machine at an angle and had already selected the highest tip option before handing it to the customer.

According to the TikToker, the employee’s hands were “kinda shaky,” and she seemed to be trying to prevent the customer from changing the tip amount.

Another TikTok video shows a server keying in a 25% tip without asking permission from the customer. When the customer, who was the server’s dad, questioned him, the server said, “I do that every single time. Without fail.”

Why Consumers Are Experiencing ‘Tip Fatigue’

Depending on where you live, this could potentially qualify as petty theft under the law, but it’s more likely that these issues get settled outside of the legal system. If this happens to you, and you’re not able to catch it before the charge clears, it’s probably best to contact the establishment and ask them to refund the tip.

There is the worsening “tip fatigue,” which continues to be an ongoing issue for restaurants. “Consumers, bombarded with tip prompts at coffee shops, self-checkout kiosks, and even non-service venues, are growing resentful,” says a WebProNews report.

According to a July report from the payment company Square, tip amounts are on the decline and that is impacting employee pay. That’s happening while food prices continue to increase due to inflation.

The reality is that there’s a connection between tip fatigue and the lawlessness in these employees’ actions. People are eating out less, which is resulting in lower revenue, fewer tips, and likely fewer shifts for workers. The broad squeeze of inflation will probably lead to many more of these sorts of events across the wider spectrum of retail.

Ray J Breaks Down Over Princess Love During Live Stream & Leaves New Girlfriend in Tears

Ray J stunned thousands during a chaotic live stream on November 12 when he told his current girlfriend he still wants to be with Princess Love, leaving the woman in tears and viewers speechless.

Broadcasting from what appeared to be his home, the Love Cabin host launched into an emotional monologue about his health and personal life.

“I had pneumonia. Alright? And I almost died two days ago. So I was tripping in the bed, and I was shaking, and I was losing my mind maybe two and a half days ago,” Ray J said, appearing disoriented and possibly intoxicated.

The stream, which featured Shila, a contestant on his Zeus Network dating show and his apparent new romantic partner, quickly spiraled into an uncomfortable exchange.

As Shila tried to steer the conversation, Ray J cut her off and dropped a bombshell.

“I love you, you’re one of my closest friends, but I still want to be with my baby mama and my kids. I want to go home and just live life and just not think about anything else. It’s just a dirty world and I’m tired of it,” he said.

Shila, visibly upset, began to cry on camera as Ray J laughed, further confusing viewers.

The moment added another layer to the already complicated relationship timeline between Ray J and Princess Love.

The former couple, who share two children, have filed for divorce four times since 2016. Their most recent filing came in February 2024, when Princess Love announced via social media that she was ready to end the marriage for good and focus on co-parenting.

Despite the back-and-forth over the years, she confirmed in a recent update that she is “still moving forward with divorcing” Ray J.

Ray J responded to the filing by requesting joint custody and asking the court to have both parties cover their own legal fees. As of November 2025, the divorce has not been finalized. Shila, who has been featured prominently on Love Cabin, has played a central role in the show’s romantic plotlines.

Her involvement with Ray J has been a key focus of the Zeus Network series, which thrives on love triangles and reality TV tension.

The live stream drew widespread attention not only for its emotional content but also for Ray J’s erratic behavior and his declaration that he’s “tired of being out in this world.”

Deb Antney Says Gucci Mane Looked “Drugged” During “Breakfast Club” Interview, Slams Keyshia Ka’oir

Deb Antney didn’t hold back when she called out Gucci Mane’s behavior during his recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club” with Keyshia Ka’oir, questioning whether the rapper was under the influence and accusing Ka’oir of exploiting his mental health for clout.

The longtime music executive and mother of Waka Flocka Flame, who once managed Gucci herself, voiced concern during a sit-down with V. Lenore.

Antney said something felt off about the Atlanta rapper’s demeanor during the interview, suggesting he may have been medicated or impaired.

“It just did not seem like him,” Antney said. “But there’s many rumors about that relationship, period. That’s not him. In a million years, you wouldn’t get to make me believe that either he wasn’t drugged up or something wasn’t going on with him there. That’s just not him.”

She also criticized Ka’oir for publicly discussing Gucci’s mental health struggles, including his battle with schizophrenia, which he has spoken about before.

Antney took issue with how Ka’oir presented the information, implying it was more about attention than awareness.

“I don’t feel like he should have come out nationally saying the stuff that she said about her husband,” Antney said. “That sounds like somebody that wants attention. That’s seeking attention, and that threw her husband out on the chopping block. I don’t care what anybody says… This ain’t about them worrying about no damn mental health. This is them worrying about people trying to be on top.”

Antney also referred to Ka’oir as “the handler” and questioned the motives behind the couple’s public disclosures.

Her comments mirrored criticism from Nicki Minaj, who previously blasted Ka’oir on social media. Minaj accused Ka’oir of controlling Gucci and using his condition to manipulate the narrative.

“She’s there to keep Gucci sedated,” Minaj tweeted on October 20. “Gucci hates Debra Antney. They don’t want Deb around me. She’s around me now.”

Minaj didn’t stop there. She also accused Ka’oir of betraying her husband for attention. “Why would they have had to talk to you? You see how you just revealed that it was not about Gucci Mane, you silly hoe?” she wrote, adding, “You dishonored your husband. You do not honor Gucci Mane.”

Blueface Kisses Hazel-E On Date Night After Chrisean Rock Claims He Attacked Her

Blueface added fuel to his already chaotic post-jail saga by locking lips with Hazel-E in a new Instagram post, just days after Chrisean Rock accused him of assault and announced she was cutting off co-parenting with him.

The “Thotiana” rapper, who was recently released from jail after serving time for a probation violation tied to a Las Vegas shooting case, shared a video of his night with Hazel-E.

In a video shared to his Instagram Stories, Blueface revealed he was out with his “fancy date.” Hazel-E responded with “Welcome home.”

Chrisean Rock Claims Blueface Attacked Her

The post comes amid a whirlwind of controversy surrounding Blueface’s personal life.

Earlier this week, Chrisean Rock went live on Instagram and claimed she was ending their co-parenting arrangement after he allegedly attacked her.

“I got stomped out in his kitchen, that’s the last time me and my son will ever be around that,” she said. “I’m not doing no co-parenting if my life is on the line.”

The allegations followed Blueface’s release from jail earlier this month. He had been incarcerated since January 2024 for violating his probation in connection with a 2021 shooting outside a Las Vegas strip club.

Since his release, Blueface has been entangled in ongoing disputes with multiple exes, including Rock and Jaidyn Alexis.

Alexis, who shares two children with the rapper, has also been vocal about her issues with him. She recently posted cryptic messages on social media that many interpreted as digs at Blueface’s behavior and parenting.

Hazel-E, known for her stint on Love & Hip Hop, has not publicly addressed the nature of her relationship with Blueface.

However, this public display has already stirred speculation about a budding romance between the two.

‘I’m mad’: Minnesota woman gets oil change at Walmart. She can’t believe the state of her car when they return it

A Minnesota woman is in disbelief after seeing the results of her Walmart oil change. Here’s what went wrong.

TikTok creator Volentae Kersh (@volentaekersh) shared a short clip with over 180,000 views showing the “check engine” light on after she received an oil change at her local Walmart.

The overlay text says, “Took my car to Walmart for an oil change and this happened. I’m mad.” It’s not clear what condition the car was in prior to the oil change.

There were varying ideas about what could be wrong with the car and if Walmart’s service could be to blame.

Viewers Review Walmart’s Oil Change Services

“I’ve heard a lot of bad things happening with Walmart auto service,” said one person in the comments. Many commenters echoed the sentiment.

However, others said they use Walmart’s oil change services with no issues. “Bought my truck brand new in 2012, have my oil changed at Walmart, 220,000 miles later, still doesn’t burn any oil,” said one person.

Another wrote a similar sentiment. “I’ve had my car for 10 years now, they’ve done every oil change since I’ve had it and never have had no problems,” he said.

There was one answer that the TikToker liked, likely indicating it was her situation. “The check engine light is most likely because they replaced the oil filter,” he said. “Go back the mechanic can reset that and turn it off, no problem.”

Another person concurred, suggesting to the TikToker and others to ensure the automotive tech double-checks their work. “Have a scan check before you jump onto conclusions,” he warned. “A check engine light is emissions related and not oil level related.”

Other Reported Issues With Walmart Oil Changes

People have reported issues with Walmart oil changes. One woman went so far as to file an insurance claim after her car locked up and had to be towed. There is a August story from Louisiana where a woman brought her 2018 Hyundai to a Walmart, and found that the oil drain plug was never reinstalled. The damage to her engine was nearly $10,000, of which Walmart paid just $6,000.

On forums across Reddit, the reviews are extremely hit or miss (but mostly miss). Of course, that’s likely because people are more likely to go online (or to Reddit) to complain.

Many car experts do not recommend bringing your vehicles to the retail giant for oil changes. However, it’s essential to note that Walmart charges approximately $25-$55 for oil changes, while competitors Jiffy Lube and Valvoline can charge more than twice as much. If a person has a newer car and visits their dealership, they would pay even more.

The reality is that, especially given the current economic climate, Walmart’s risk/reward is too favorable to pass up. People do not have the income to spare for splurging on higher-end repair and lube services beyond what they are currently using.

All Hip Hop reached out to @volentaekersh and Walmart for additional information.

Coi Leray Reacts To Flirty Video That Sparked Justin LaBoy Romance

Justin LaBoy dropped a flirty behind-the-scenes video on Wednesday night (November 12) that revealed the exact moment sparks flew between him and Coi Leray, confirming what many already suspected.

In the clip from their September 2025 sit-down on Season 2 of “#Respectfully The Justin LaBoy Show,” LaBoy confidently told Leray, “You my new hobby,” before asking, “where we going after this?”

He then added, “Take a shot with your right hand, so we don’t go left on each other.”

Leray responded with a mix of charm and caution: “I think you’re cute,” she said, before admitting he was probably “toxic,” and unlike the “nerds” and “geeks” she usually prefers.

LaBoy captioned the post, “SHE BEEN MINE EVER SINCE,” while Leray chimed in under the comments with, “Now we stuck 4ever.” She also reposted the moment on her Instagram Stories, writing, “lol crazy how life turn out.”

The pair’s chemistry was first noticed during their on-screen interview, which quickly ignited speculation across Hip-Hop media circles.

By late October, rumors swirled that the two were officially dating, after cozy photos and online banter made the rounds.

On Tuesday (November 11), Leray briefly confirmed their relationship status in a now-deleted Instagram post, where she declared she was “in love” with LaBoy.

The couple has since been seen smiling and affectionate in public, seemingly unbothered by the attention. LaBoy even took a playful jab at Leray’s past relationships in a video, thanking her exes for their “mistakes” and celebrating how things worked out in his favor.

The relationship comes after Leray’s complicated history with rapper Trippie Redd.

The two previously dated in 2019, briefly reunited in 2024, and welcomed their daughter Miyoco in June 2025. They split before the baby’s birth amid cheating rumors.

B.o.B Says Cancer Survivor’s Assault Lawsuit “Baseless Money Grab”

B.o.B is pushing back hard against a civil lawsuit filed in California that accuses him of sexually assaulting a woman in a San Diego hotel room following his April 26 concert—an allegation the Hip-Hop artist flatly denies.

The woman, referred to in legal filings only as “Jane,” claims the alleged incident occurred around 3 a.m. at the Westin Hotel in the Gaslamp Quarter after she and her cousin attended B.o.B’s show and were invited to an after-party.

She alleges that when her cousin briefly stepped out of the room, B.o.B touched her without consent, forced her legs apart and said, “What makes you think I won’t kiss you right now,” before doing so. She also claims his wife entered the room during the encounter but was told to leave.

B.o.B, whose real name is Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., has responded through his attorney Leron E. Rogers of Fox Rothschild LLP, calling the claims entirely false.

“Our client, Bobby Ray Simmons Jr., known professionally as B.o.B, categorically denies the false allegations contained in the Complaint filed. This filing appears to be a calculated attempt to leverage publicity and extract a financial settlement from a public figure — a baseless ‘money grab’ under the pretense of litigation,” the statement reads.

The lawsuit, filed November 7 in Los Angeles County, includes no criminal charges and remains a civil matter. No arrests have been made, and the case is still in its early stages.

According to the complaint, the woman says B.o.B’s music helped her emotionally during cancer treatment and that she felt a deep connection to his work. She claims members of his team were present during the alleged incident but did not intervene.

B.o.B’s legal team further stated, “Mr. Simmons will not be intimidated or coerced by such tactics, nor will he remain silent while his name and reputation are unfairly attacked.”

The lawsuit alleges that the incident ended only after B.o.B.’s manager knocked on the door. The woman is seeking damages, though the exact amount has not been disclosed.

In a sharp rebuke of the claims, B.o.B’s attorney added, “We believe the allegations are a fabricated narrative and the plaintiff is using B.o.B as a scapegoat … Fabricating accusations of this nature is both irresponsible and harmful.”

The artist, known for hits like “Airplanes” and “Nothin’ on You,” has not commented publicly beyond the legal statement. His team has indicated they will not provide further remarks at this time.

“Mr. Simmons recognizes that true victims of sexual assault deserve to be heard and supported, and false claims only undermine their pursuit of justice,” the statement concluded.

As of November 12, both parties are preparing for the next steps in court.

Yo-Yo Mixes Hip-Hop History With Kitchen Flavor In Her FOX 5 DC Interview

Yo-Yo served up a blend of music legacy and culinary flair during her appearance on FOX 5 DC, where she spotlighted her cooking series “Downright Delicious with Yo-Yo” and reflected on her decades-long journey through Hip-Hop and beyond.

The Grammy-nominated artist joined FOX 5’s Marissa Mitchell to talk about her latest venture on Aspire TV. The show, which airs Tuesdays, features the rapper sharing home-style recipes with the same energy that helped define her as a force in West Coast Hip-Hop.

“It’s a gift from God. I love to cook. I mean, it’s the only time I can bring my family from upstairs to downstairs. And it’s my passion. It’s something that I’ve been doing for a long time,” Yo Yo said. “I play music. I invite people over. I cook for you. I create a great cocktail for you. I beat you in dominoes and spades. And we have an amazing time. And this is just my way, another way of feeding the community.”

“Downright Delicious with Yo-Yo” isn’t just about food, it’s about culture, family and connection. The show reflects the values that Yo-Yo has long championed, both in her music and her community work.

The Los Angeles native rose to prominence in the late 1980s, earning acclaim for her collaborations with Ice Cube and her unapologetic voice in a male-dominated genre.

Outside of entertainment, Yo-Yo continues to invest in the next generation through her Yo-Yo School of Hip-Hop, a program that uses music as a tool for education and empowerment.

Her foundation, Cafe Mocha Cares, assists women, children, and families in transitioning from shelters back into society. The organization celebrated its 15th anniversary, hosting the “Salute Them Awards.”

The cooking show is another chapter in her evolving career, one that blends her creative talents with her dedication to uplifting communities.

SLAWN & OPAKE Bring “Heroes, Villains & Violence” To Miami’s Art Of Hip-Hop

London-based artists SLAWN and OPAKE announced a deeply personal and visually arresting exhibit at The Art of Hip-Hop in Miami, using paint, pain and past trauma to anchor their three-day show, “Heroes, Villains, and Violence,” during the city’s busiest cultural week.

Running December 3-5, the exhibition marks the second anniversary of The Art of Hip-Hop and lands right in the middle of Miami’s Art Basel festivities.

The show explores themes of personal redemption and transformation, drawing directly from both artists’ real-life struggles and creative rebirths.

SLAWN, born Adebayo Oke-Lawal, blends his Nigerian roots with a bold street art aesthetic, turning massive wood panels into layered reflections of race, class and pop culture.

His work has appeared alongside Hip-Hop heavyweights like Gunna, Skepta and Central Cee, and his early days founding the fashion label Motherlan cemented his status as a cultural disruptor.

OPAKE, also known as Edward Worely, brings a graffiti-influenced style that reinterprets childhood cartoon icons through the lens of addiction, psychosis and mental health recovery.

His chaotic compositions and repeated imagery mirror the cycles of substance abuse and the mental toll it takes.

The exhibit’s boxing motif symbolizes the artists’ ongoing internal battles and their fight to stay on track while providing for their families.
