President Donald Trump questioned the future of media consolidation and market dominance Sunday night (December 7) as he addressed Netflix’s $82.7 billion plan to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery.

Donald Trump warned that the deal “could be a problem” due to the massive market share it would create.

“Well, that’s gotta go through a process, and we’ll see what happens,” Donald Trump said. “Netflix is a great company. They’ve done a phenomenal job. Ted (Sarandos, Netflix co-CEO) is a fantastic man. I have a lot of respect for him. But it’s a lot of market share, so we’ll have to see what happens.”

The Netflix deal, announced Friday, would reshape the streaming landscape by combining two major entertainment giants. But before the transaction can be finalized, it must pass a rigorous antitrust review by the U.S. Department of Justice.

The merger is expected to close after Warner Bros. Discovery splits its Streaming & Studios and Global Networks divisions into separate publicly traded entities, a move projected for the third quarter of 2026.

When asked directly whether Netflix should be allowed to go through with the acquisition, Donald Trump responded, “Well, that’s the question. They have a very big market share, and when they have Warner Bros., you know, that share goes up a lot. So I don’t know. That’s going to be for some economists to tell.”

He also revealed that Sarandos had recently visited him at the White House and praised the executive’s accomplishments.

An Ohio man’s family outing to Dave & Buster’s turned into a 30-minute ordeal after he asks about a 50% off games promotion. Here’s what likely happened.

TikTok creator Tim Holmes (@kingdomquest), who usually produces content about his toy product Nurkl, posted a video about the ordeal last week.

He said his family arrived at the arcade chain hoping to stretch their game credits twice as far based on a promotional email claiming games were half off. Dave & Buster’s locations typically have a half-price Wednesday, so an advertisement for Sunday would be an exception.

“We show up, and we’re going through, and I’m looking at the games, and I’m like, ‘Am I going insane?'” Holmes said. “Because on the games, it looks like the cost to play a single game is the same as a normal day, but they said that they’re half priced today. So I was like, ‘I’m gonna go ask someone. I’m gonna go ask an employee.'”

Holmes talked to an employee who didn’t seem to understand the issue. Then he spoke with another employee. “And he goes, ‘Yeah, I think they’re supposed to be half priced today,’ but he’s like, ‘I was looking at the machines myself, and they are showing that they’re full price, so I’m not sure what’s going on,'” he continued.

After cycling through a few people who relayed conflicting answers on whether the promotion was active, a head manager finally popped up. Holmes explained the half-off deal, and allegedly the manager said he believed the games should be half-off. Holmes said the manager promised to check the system and find out for sure.

Should the Dave & Buster’s Games Have Been 50% Off?

Holmes says the ordeal lasted 30 minutes, and the family didn’t play any games during that time. “So I asked him, ‘Is it possible that when I put my card in there, it actually subtracts half the points instead of what it’s saying on the machine?’ And he goes, ‘Yeah, that’s possible, I guess.'”

But when Holmes went and played, he found that the game charged what he thought was the normal amount. The TikToker had found that “the average cost was between four and six [tokens]. And on the high end, it could be up to 12. Four to six was the average cost, right? And they’re supposed to be half price.”

It’s essential to understand how Dave & Buster’s pricing works, and new information is reshaping this story. According to detailed pricing data compiled by the Dave & Buster’s Reddit community, the chain implemented system-wide price changes in March, dividing its 171 locations into four pricing tiers.

The Columbus Polaris location, where the creator likely visited, falls under Tier 2 pricing, where chips cost between 12.71 and 21.43 cents each, depending on purchase volume. At this location, the average game typically costs between 6.8 and 12 chips, roughly translating to about $1–$2 per game. But this depends on the type of game.

How to Understand the Dave & Buster’s Chip Conversion Rate

According to the subreddit, the updated standard arcade games run 6.8–9.0 chips, redemption games like Skee-Ball cost 7.5–11.0 chips, and VR attractions can run 16.0–25.0 chips or more.

Critical here is that the company’s well-known “Half-Price Wednesdays” promotion brings the average game cost down to about 3–5 chips (approximately $0.50–$0.75 per game). This is what the toy maker expected to see on “Half Price Sunday.”

By the end of the clip, Holmes felt cheated. He said, “I believe that manager is lying to me.”

In reality, the company altered the pricing. In this situation, it seems like this was likely not a case of malfeasance. The games do appear to be half-price, but Dave & Buster’s just increased its prices since March.

Gervonta “Tank” Davis just popped back onto Twitter for the first time in months and he has all the smoke for Cam’ron and Mase.

The undefeated knockout artist woke up fuming after the latest episode of “It Is What It Is,” the popular sports talk show hosted by the duo. The pair had been promoting the Pitbull Cruz vs. Lamont Roach fight for months. By the way, Roach got robbed again last night! Last night, Cam stepped into Roach’s corner after the bout. And Tank’s name came up.

And that’s where things got messy.

When Stat Baby asked if Tank deserved a fight with the winner, Cam’ron and Mase didn’t hold anything back. They went back to Tank backing out of a scheduled matchup with Roach, questioned his decision-making around the scrapped Jake Paul fight and referred to Paul calling Tank “an actual human piece of garbage.” Now, I do not ride with that part.

Then they doubled down on something that I believe stung the pugilist.

Both hosts argued Tank lost his previous fight with Roach, something most people believe. But they took it farther, saying the draw only happened because of Tank’s star power. Good point. There mentioned the uncalled knockdown…which was a knockdown. I do not care what anybody says. Roach outworked the champ. Period.

Cam and Mase didn’t stop there.
They said Shakur Stevenson now looks sharper.
They said Tank isn’t Floyd Mayweather.
And Cam’ron even floated the idea that a 47-year-old Floyd could still give Tank problems today. OUCH.

That awakened the beast.

After a three-month Twitter silence, Tank popped up with a direct shot at Cam’ron:
“Ask Coach Cam’ron how does his throat feel?” Oh. We going there with it?

Then a fan reminded him Mase had talked spicy too and Tank escalated. “I’ll pull up to that show and beat the sh*t out of Mase,” he said on Twitter.

Classic Tank.

But if the champ wants the last word, it won’t come from threats. It’ll come from taking big fights and winning them. He did not beat Roach and he did not fight the YouTuber. So, we’ll have to wait and see how it goes from here. Those dudes are like 50 and never boxed a day in their life.

Gene Deal fired back at Misa Hylton after she accused him of causing harassment over old paternity rumors. The former Diddy bodyguard didn’t hold back when responding to Hylton’s claims.

“I saw that today. Somebody sent me that s### today, man,” Deal said on The Art of Dialogue. “And my whole thing about it is, Misa, how am I harassing you? I’ve never harassed you. I’ve always been a protector of you so far, until now.”

Deal worked security for Diddy for years and has spoken publicly about his time with the music mogul. He said he won’t back down from telling his version of events.

Hylton posted on Instagram this week, saying she and Justin Combs faced harassment because of Deal’s comments and Netflix’s new Diddy documentary. She said the speculation about Justin’s paternity has caused “heartbreaking” pain for her family.

She said she’s a private person who doesn’t deserve public scrutiny.

Hylton and Diddy dated in the 1990s and had Justin together in 1993. The drama centers around old rumors that Anthony “Wolf” Jones was Justin’s real father.

Jones worked as Diddy’s bodyguard and close friend before being killed in Atlanta in November 2003. Jones was shot and killed along with friend Lamont Girdy during the Atlanta incident. Police said dozens of shots were fired during the deadly confrontation.

Deal has previously suggested Jones might be Justin’s biological dad. But he said Hylton’s anger is misdirected.

“For you to go and try to snake that whole situation and saying I’m the reason why you being harassed,” Deal continued. “No. Your ex [Diddy] is the reason why you being harassed.”

The Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning brought renewed attention to old rumors about Diddy’s family.

“Misa is mad at me and upset with me because I didn’t clarify that,” Deal said. “It wasn’t for me to clarify. Misa, I ain’t harassed you not one time.”

The back-and-forth comes as 50 Cent continues promoting his Diddy documentary series.

Stefon Diggs launched his furniture and lifestyle brand SI VIS PACEM at Miami Art Basel over the weekend.

The New England Patriots wide receiver got public support from his girlfriend, Cardi B, who posted “Proud of you… designed by Stefon Diggs” on her Instagram story.

The 32-year-old NFL star’s brand name comes from the Latin phrase “Si vis pacem, para bellum,” meaning “if you want peace, prepare for war.” Diggs had been working on the project for months before the Miami launch.

Cardi B attended the showcase with Diggs’ mother, showing strong family support for his business venture. The couple welcomed their first child together, a baby boy, on November 14.

The furniture launch happened during Diggs’ birthday weekend. Cardi threw him a lavish 32nd birthday party in Miami to celebrate his November 29 birthday. She sang Stevie Wonder’s “Happy Birthday” as he blew out his candles.

If Damon Dash thought his $25 million bankruptcy would get a lawyer targeting him for years off his ass, he was severely mistaken.

Christopher Brown has launched a forceful challenge in Florida’s bankruptcy court, arguing that Damon Dash’s bid for a financial reset cannot erase more than $4.8 million in court-ordered debts stemming from years of defamation and misconduct.

Brown’s latest filing outlines a long trail of legal defeats that began with a 2022 jury verdict in a case over the film Dear Frank. That case produced an $823,000 award in favor of director Josh Webber, but things escalated when Dash made accusations during an interview on the Earn Your Leisure podcast.

Dash’s comments on the podcast cost Webber a $4 million directing deal for the movie Fast Life, a project that collapsed after Dash’s remarks spread online. That lawsuit ended with a sweeping default judgment after Dash refused to comply with repeated court orders.

Dash has tried to frame the bankruptcy as a way to breathe, not a sign of surrender. Before Brown’s latest legal action over the weekend, Dash said Chapter 7 would freeze the people trying to collect from him.

He described the process as a shield rather than a setback, suggesting creditors would be stuck on the sidelines while the case played out.

That sentiment came through clearly when he addressed the situation on The Art of Dialogue.

“All the people that you owe money to, they’re not allowed to sue you anymore. They’re not allowed to sue you for a certain period of time, cause there’s nothing to collect. This dude Chris Brown, he muddies the waters a lot because he’s a lawyer and he’s intelligent. I’m not going to take that from him. But I think he’s dumb because he just wasted a lot of time. Allegedly. I don’t want to catch another lawsuit. Even though I can’t get sued, I got PTSD, I think,” Damon Dash told said_._

Brown and Webber’s latest complaint argues the opposite.

His attorneys say Dash’s actions were intentional, malicious, and financially destructive, and that the bankruptcy code bars the discharge of debts arising from willful injury.

The filing stresses that Damon Dash had already been told by a court that his statements were false, yet he continued to repeat them publicly, knowing the harm they would cause.

The pushback doesn’t end with Webber.

Attorney Christopher Brown, who won a separate judgment after Dash accused him of robbing a child and being investigated by the FBI, filed his own nondischargeability action.

Brown claims Dash hid assets by shifting ownership of his “CEO” clothing brand, concealing jewelry, withholding royalties and refusing to disclose his life-story rights, which the lawyer says “should be sold in the same fashion as the rights of another Florida debtor,” the notorious, Casey Anthony.

He also points to a pattern of public attacks that began after Dash was sued over copyright and trademark disputes involving Dear Frank and Edwyna Brooks’ Mafietta book series. Both adversary cases land at a critical moment for Dash.

If the court sides with Webber and Brown, the most damaging judgments he faces will survive bankruptcy.

I’m hearing some chatter—chatter that’s giving real life to the idea that a sequel to this Diddy documentary might already be in motion.

A lot of you have pointed out the missing pieces in the current doc. I don’t know if Netflix left certain parts out because they’ve already popped up elsewhere, or if they purposely held material back for a second installment. But believe me, there’s plenty more that could be said.

And let’s be clear: a whole lot of people did not participate in this docuseries. It’s very possible 50’s involvement scared some folks off…or, depending on how you look at it, made others more willing to talk. Either way, the tide feels like it’s turning. People seem more ready to speak now, especially after seeing the impact this documentary series has had.

We’ve also watched people crawl out of the woodwork to tell their truth or to shut down some of what’s being presented. So yeah, we’re going to be debating this one for a long time. But let’s keep it real: the money is the engine here. Netflix wants streams and subscribers. This documentary has everybody talking, everybody watching, and definitely bringing in new subscribers.

So while this is just a rumor, I wouldn’t dismiss the chatter about a second round of Diddy talk. Honestly, this feels like just the beginning. I don’t think for a second that this is the end of anything. If anything, it’s the opening chapter. And I’m willing to bet we’ll see plenty more stories unfold between now and the time he gets out and probably way beyond that.

Ja Rule Calls 50 Cent A “Dry Snitch” Over Diddy Doc; Demands He Donate Profts To Domestic Violence Survivors

Ja Rule ripped into longtime rival 50 Cent over the rapper’s involvement in the Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, accusing him of hypocrisy and calling him a “dry snitch” for spotlighting Diddy’s alleged misconduct while ignoring his own history.

The Queens native didn’t mince words on social media, writing, “N#### always telling on somebody…ol dry snitch ass n####!!! #SYBAU.”

He followed up with a pointed message about 50 Cent’s motivations behind the project: “Let’s be real that n#### dgaf about the victims we ALL know why he did the doc… Herman’s a cancer to the culture if he cares so much then donate the profits to charities for domestic violence…”

Ja Rule also took a direct shot at 50 Cent’s past, referencing a 2013 domestic violence case involving the rapper and his ex-girlfriend Daphne Joy.

“I’m not condoning Diddy’s behavior, I’m showcasing Herman’s character…” he added. “Hermans no different… ALLEGEDLY!!!”

The Netflix docuseries, which 50 Cent executive-produced, dives into decades of allegations against Diddy, including claims of abuse, intimidation and misconduct in both his personal life and business dealings.

The series features interviews with former Bad Boy Records staff, alleged victims and industry insiders. While some viewers applauded the documentary for amplifying survivors’ voices, others questioned its timing and intent.

Diddy’s legal team dismissed the series as a “shameful” attack and accused 50 Cent of exploiting the situation out of personal spite. They also raised concerns about the inclusion of confidential footage, including strategy meetings with Diddy’s lawyers, which they claim was never cleared for public release.

Netflix and the filmmakers maintain that all materials used in the series were obtained legally.

The feud between Ja Rule and 50 Cent has stretched across more than two decades, rooted in both personal grievances and professional competition. Their animosity has played out in diss tracks, interviews, and social media spats since the early 2000s.

Ja Rule’s latest criticism centers on what he sees as hypocrisy. In 2013, 50 Cent was charged in Los Angeles with domestic violence and vandalism after an incident at Daphne Joy’s condo.

Prosecutors alleged he kicked down her door, destroyed property worth thousands and kicked her during an argument. He was charged with one count of domestic violence and four counts of vandalism.

Later that year, Jackson avoided trial by pleading no contest to a reduced misdemeanor vandalism charge. The domestic violence count was dropped. He was sentenced to three years of probation, ordered to complete community service and pay fines, and was issued a stay-away order protecting Joy.

In March 2024, Joy accused Jackson of rape and abuse during their relationship in a social media post. Jackson denied the allegations and filed a defamation lawsuit in Texas, claiming her statements were false and tied to a custody dispute over their son. The case was dismissed without prejudice in September, meaning it could be refiled.

Ja Rule’s call for 50 Cent to donate proceeds from the docuseries to domestic violence charities adds another layer to their ongoing battle. As of now, Jackson has not publicly responded to the demand.

“Hermans no different… ALLEGEDLY!!!,” Ja Rule concluded his tirade. While Rule’s intention may have been good, many took aim at him for supporting Diddy under any circumstances.

Post Malone’s crew hit up Kamakhya Temple yesterday (December 6), praying for good luck before his big show in Guwahati tomorrow (December 8). The rapper’s team, including his manager and production crew, walked around the sacred shrine on Nilachal Hill, asking for blessings.

The visit to the Kamakhya Temple shows respect for local traditions. The ancient shrine is one of India’s most sacred sites, dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya, the goddess of desire. Pilgrims travel from across the country to seek blessings there.

Cassie Ventura is now officially considered unreachable by the federal court after a judge ruled she has been evading service in a freak-off lawsuit filed by Clayton Howard, clearing the way for him to serve her through alternate means.

Judge Anne Hwang issued the order granting Howard’s request after months of failed attempts to physically locate or directly notify Cassie about the civil claims tied to his allegations of being trafficked for “freak-offs” with her Diddy.

The ruling came after Howard demonstrated what the court called “reasonable diligence,” detailing nine failed service attempts at three addresses in New York and Connecticut, as well as outreach to her lawyer, Douglas Wigdor of Wigdor LLP, which responded but declined to accept service.

The order noted that investigators used databases, DMV searches, property searches, field visits, and skip tracing, yet still “failed to confirm a current, verifiable address” for Cassie.

With no physical location confirmed, the judge agreed that alternate service was the only practical option and authorized Howard to send the summons, complaint, and order by email to Wigdor and attorney Meredith Firetog, with instructions to forward the documents.

This legal win adds new momentum to Howard’s lawsuit, which has gained national attention after his appearance in Sean Combs: The Reckoning, the Netflix documentary that helped ignite a wave of lawsuits and public scrutiny of Diddy’s alleged abuse.

Howard was one of the most talked-about figures in the film, laying out graphic accounts of his years working as a sex worker who participated in the so-called “freak-offs.”

His allegations included claims that Diddy and Cassie not only orchestrated the sessions but imposed disturbing rituals. Howard said Cassie used to collect his semen in a cup, describing how the couple “liked to see her play with it and drink it,” a detail that became one of the most viral moments from the documentary.

Cardi B dismissed growing reports of a confrontation between Offset and Stefon Diggs at a Miami nightclub during Art Basel weekend.

Speculation erupted online Sunday, December 7, after a post alleged that Offset entered the same venue where Cardi and Diggs were present, leading to a brief altercation.

Cardi responded directly to the claim on social media, writing, “Not true at all.”

Clips from that night show Cardi celebrating with friends, dancing and enjoying herself without any visible signs of conflict or the presence of either Offset or Diggs, who is currently on a bye week and does not play again until December 14, when the Patriots take on the Buffalo Bills.

If you’re not familiar, 50 executive produced the docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which digs into the long list of allegations and controversy around Puff. And even though he swears there’s no beef, he’s been throwing darts left and right.

In the ABC interview, 50 Cent called Puff his “favorite villain” and tried to play it cool, as if there was no real tension.

“I don’t know him to be tough,” he said. “Like, we haven’t even had problems. Me and him. They all say we’ve had beef for 20 years, but I have hired both of his sons for different projects that I worked on…I don’t have that energy towards him where we were trying to hurt each other.”

Earlier this week, 50 Cent also claimed Diddy sent him an ominous warning in the form of flowers, as he performed at Miami hotspot, E11EVEN.

“What kinda gay s### is this Diddy send me flowers at club 11 LOL why all the four play get busy, you know I’m stupid 🤔,” he wrote.
