The pregnant woman is rumored to be the rapper’s girlfriend.
The Louisiana rapper, born Javorius Scott, was arrested on Thursday by Texas police on a family domestic warrant.
He was found hiding in an attic during the time of his arrest. $24,000 in cash, oxycodone, promethazine, marijuana, and several firearms were also seized from the home during his arrest.

This isn’t the first time the rapper has run into trouble with the law.
Last May, JayDaYoungan was scheduled to perform at Rolling Loud Miami but was arrested that morning for drug possession. 20 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and oxycodone were recovered from a car he was riding in.
He was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released the next day on $2,500 bail.
(AllHipHop News) A former friend who attempted to extort comedian Kevin Hart with a sex tape is about to pay big time.
Montia Sabbag sued Kevin Hart and his former friend/alleged extortionist, Jonathan Jackson, for $60 million in September of 2019.
Sabbag just asked for a default judgment against Jonathan Jackson, because the guy has refused to file an answer to the high-stakes lawsuit.
“Plaintiff, Montia Sabbag hereby does move and request that the Clerk now and therefore enter Default upon Defendant: Jonathan Todd Jackson, on the basis that the record in this case does not clearly confirm that the Defendant has filed any appearance herein, or has caused any attorney to file an appearance herein, let alone file any answer, response, or to otherwise plead or defend against this matter in any manner, or kind, or sort whatsoever within the time provided by the law, and that it is now nearly two (2) weeks past the time allowed,” Montia Sabbag’s lawyer Andrew Williams said.
Montia Sabbag’s life changed in September of 2017 after Kevin Hart took to Instagram to reveal he was being extorted by someone who had a video of the “Get Hard” actor having sex with someone other than his wife, Eniko Parrish, who was pregnant as the scandal unfolded.
Jackson was charged with attempted extortion and extortion by threatening letter.
Montia Sabbag went after both men in court, claiming they were both in on a conspiracy to tape her having sex without her knowledge.
Kevin Hart addressed the scandal head-on in his six-part docu-series on Netflix titled “Don’t F**k This Up.”
In the docu-series, Hart calls the scandal “lowest moment of my life”, adding, “The worst part is just knowing how you made somebody feel. When I got to see that firsthand with Eniko, when I got to see the effect my reckless behavior had, that was crushing. That tore me up. That really tore me
Eniko Parrish also addressed the controversy, revealing someone sent her footage from the tape via social media.
“I was pregnant at the time. I was about seven/eight months pregnant, I was having breakfast, I opened my phone and immediately I just lost it,” she recalled. “I called him crying, I’m, like, p#####. Right then and there I kept saying, ‘How the f##k did you let that happen? You publicly humiliated me. Your whole, everything’s on Instagram, everything’s on social media.”
(AllHipHop Features) BOP is a stylish action-comedy that is sort of thin on plot but is still a fun ride. Each of the Birds get a little time to shine here but this is clearly a Harley Quinn movie. Margot Robbie plays Harley Quinn with the same brand of spirited craziness she did in 2016’s “Suicide Squad” except she’s a tad more heroic here. In short, after breaking up with the Joker, Harley ultimately teams up with the Birds to protect/save a young pickpocket artist from a crime lord (Ray Sionis a.k.a Black Mask) who she has stolen something valuable from.
Harley tells the whole story of BOP using animation, on-screen bio introductions, and voiceover narration while even breaking the 4th wall at times. The movie is pretty fast-paced clocking in at under 2 hours which doesn’t lend a ton of time to fully fleshing out all of the characters. The 1st act of the movie spends a lot of time detailing Harley’s “Emancipation” from the Joker and unfolds in a non-linear fashion (many scenes are out of order) which does affect the pacing and flow of the movie for a period of time.
While the Birds are introduced early and get their moments, it isn’t until the 3rd act of the film that they all finally come together to fight alongside Harley. All of the actresses here are well cast as is Ewan McGregor who portrays the charismatic, eccentric & menacing Black Mask. Of the Birds, my favorite standout is Huntress who plays a savage warrior and has the most interesting backstory.
Cathy Yan does a good job directing BOP in hyper-stylized sort of way that fits the vibe of the film and serves the characters well. Chad Stahelski (Director of the “John Wick” films) choreographs many of the action sequences that are entertaining for the most part although I expected a tad more here.
Tonally, Birds of Prey doesn’t take itself too seriously, is purposely over the top and wears its zany playfulness like a badge of honor. The film’s narrative structure definitely takes cues directly from the “Deadpool” playbook but also yields its own brand of wild uniqueness as well. I went into the theatre with low expectations but ended up having an enjoyable time watching this film. I can’t say I loved Birds of Prey but it is a solid comic book movie that entertains and one that I think die-hard fans of the Harley Quinn character will especially enjoy a great deal.
(AllHipHop Rumors) This is a mess. Snoop Dogg called Gayle King, best friend of Oprah Winfrey…just about everything you can call a woman. Was he right? Not if you are a regular civilian like me. But this is Snoop. He did a very SNOOP move with this situation! Snoop showed up on the Rickey Smiley Show and let his other views out and expounded on some of the more controversial parts of his beef with Gayle And Oprah. Lordie!
Snoop talks about Kobe Bryant as his friend/family and how that fueled his rage toward Gayle Bryant. It makes a bit more sense, even though I don’t condone how Snoop did it, I understand more. “We hurt right now. I think that it wasn’t necessary…you could have asked great questions,” Snoop said of the Gayle King interview with Lisa Leslie. He continued saying that it made her uncomfortable because Kobe was a really different type of interview. “What are you bringing this up for? You had ample opportunity to ask (these types of questions)! It didn’t feel like CBS made her do it…it felt like she wanted to do it. So that why I didn’t understand that weak ass apology. I’ma keep riding on her til I see her face to face. You got all this power. Get in order! You got people that look up to you and Oprah and think you are the best think since grass and y’all coming at Black men like this. You came at Russell Simmons, you made that documentary about Micheal Jackson that was false… Y’all doing the most accusations against Black men, but then y’all hanging with Harvey Weinstein. And Oprah’s spiritual advisor is doing 19 years right now for all kinds of sexual allegations and she ain’t said nothing about him. So, if you gonna be fair, be fair. Put the camera on everybody. I’m not here to save nobody that is wrong…because if you wrong, you wrong.”
Now…that was a lot. But there is more. Snoop also addressed the notion that he’s attacking Black women.”
“[People] need to hear from me directly instead of watching Instagram and getting half the story, just the aggression as opposed to seeing why. And not me trying to attack her, because I’m not a woman basher,” Snoop continued. “I’m just representing the people that can’t speak for right now. I’m the people’s champ. She spoke for them people so I’m speaking for our people.”
Thoughts?
Gayle King is saying that she is receiving death threats and Oprah is teary eyed.
To be clear, every white person witnessing the #ONCODE unity that Black people are displaying against the unjust, unfair and wicked behaviors of #GayleKing & #Oprah yes,YOU TOO WILL RECEIVE the SAME if not MORE SEVERE PUBLIC CORRECTION if YOU mistreat us! Black or White! #Itsover
(AllHipHop News) Tekashi 6ix9ine is being sued by another rapper named Yung Gordon, who claims the incarcerated rapper stole his radio drop and turned it into his hit record “Stoopid.”
Yung Gordon, who hails from Miami, is suing Tekashi69, producer Tay Keith and publishing company Create Music Group.
Yung Gordon says he was working with a promotional company called Take Money Promotions, which was helping him to secure radio drops, or short promotional audio clips, which usually run over the music before or during DJ’s mixshow.
Yung Gordon claims he sent a 9-second drop to Take Money with featuring his original music.
According to Yung Gordon, after he sent over his drop, Take Money passed off the music to Tekashi 6ix9ine, who allegedly stole it and turned it into his song “Stoopid.”
The theft was so egregious that the video version of the song also opens with a recording of the drop written and performed by Yung Gordon.
“Stoopid” ended up being a huge smash for Tekashi 6ix9ine, real name Daniel Hernandez. The song has been certified platinum, while the video has racked up over 180,000,000 views on YouTube.
Tekashi 6ix9ine and his publishing company Create Music allegedly refused to answer Yung Gordon’s calls when he tried to find out what was going on.
Yung Gordon even had the “Stoopid” video temporarily removed from
YouTube, but the visuals were quickly put back up.
“Despite the notice to all parties the Defendants continue to distribute and profit off of Plaintiff’s copyrighted work. The infringement by the Defendants is willful, as evidenced by their continuing infringement and by the fact that none of the Defendants have neither sought nor obtained a license from the owners of the rights,” Yung Gordon’s lawyer said in the complaint.
The internet has shared various opinions on NBA YoungBoy and his pleather of women.
The rapper always seems to find his way into some drama and the latest debacle is the physical altercation between his lady Yaya Mayweather, her friend, and NBA’s other girl, Cecilia.
Over Super Bowl weekend, the three women got physical outside of his hotel in Dallas. Cecilia took to Twitter to talk major sh*t about Yaya and also spilled the possibility of her being pregnant.
Well, Yaya let the world know she is riding for her man til the end.
It’s not every day you meet a hungry, passionate rapper out of Las Vegas. Insert D.cross, who began his journey battle rapping and soon discovered his knack for bars, punchlines, and simply. With music being his calling in life, the 29-year-old proves there’s no correct trajectory to your path — if you put in the work, the rest will come.
D.Cross puts on for all the street rappers in the world. Regardless of your situation, he serves a role model for anyone trying to make it out the trenches.
With a string of releases that hit the fans in a unique way, including “Watch Out” featuring Boosie and “Legendary” featuring Houston’s own Sauce Walka, D. Cross claims he’s just doing it for the city.
To date, his biggest accolade had to be opening for The Game on his Europe 45 Tour, swooning the crowd with his real-life lyricism and undeniable ability to rap.
AllHipHop: For those who don’t know, who is D.Cross?
D.Cross: A rapper from Las Vegas. I’m from North Las Vegas, Nevada, born and raised. A father, a friend, a brother. My kids are 12 and 11.
AllHipHop: Why should people f##k w/ you?
D.Cross: I’m authentic. Everyone says that but right now, I’m Cross da Boss. That’s what they call me. CBD, that’s what I call myself. Music nowadays, it’s all the same. There’s no real message in that s##t no more, like “what are you saying to me?” And rap done saved me. As we speak right now, I’m in the back of a $240,000 car. Riding in the backseat, so let ‘em know.
AllHipHop: How would you describe your sound?
D.Cross: I don’t have a sound honestly. I can do everything. It’s non-describable. When you hear it, you just know it’s me. My sound is me, you know it’s me. You don’t get no inspiration from any other rapper like me.
AllHipHop: Being from Las Vegas, what were you seeing growing up?
D.Cross: When you think about Vegas, you think about the strip. You don’t think about the poverty areas because nobody goes there. The main market is 30 minutes south of any real hood. Growing up, you see the same things you see at any area with high poverty. You see violence, war, gangbanging, drug-selling. You see all of that but I was never the kid who wanted the old school.
I don’t want nothing that’s successful to the next person. I know it might make me sound like an arrogant, cocky person but that’s who I am: I’m very humble. But I never wanted some regular stuff. Growing up, you see the same things you see in any neighborhood with poverty, but I saw something different at a young age. I know I was going to be something.
AllHipHop: You started making music at 13 right?
D.Cross: 13 was when I started writing. I used to battle rap. When I was battle rapping, it was more so to put a couple dollars in my pocket. When I beat 25 dudes in literally one day at this place called the Silver Nugget, it was a competition. If you win, you get to be the next guy up. I got on a hot streak and the notoriety from rapping became more serious.
When I knew it was serious is when I went on my first tour two years ago. My first overseas tour on big arenas and big stages, I realized “I could really do this.” That’s when I started feeling myself.
AllHipHop: What’s one thing you want fans to get from “Ovo”?
D.Cross: “Ovo” is a song about my life. A bunch of money, a bunch of regular s##t. I don’t want nobody to take nothing from the music, but if it relates to you, dope. If it doesn’t, then turn it off.
AllHipHop: What does it mean to go on tour with The Game?
D.Cross: That’s my brother. It’s regular. Everything regular, nothing exciting. Before any of this is happening right now, n##gas were already rich. It’s kind of hard to adjust because the money was already there. Now so, everybody’s watching ya’ll. When you a real street n##ga, having some real money in there feels different. It’s cool, but it’s too much. But it’s regular.
AllHipHop: What is it you want fans to get from your story?
D.Cross: You can progress. You can take something and make it out of nothing, same thing as everybody else. You can really grow. I’m actually 29 years old. I didn’t get signed at 18 years old. I didn’t get signed at 21 years old when you’re still a child, I’m a grown man. Now you’re looking at me and you can go back on Youtube and catch up to the story. Just letting them know, 29, 30, 35 is not too old. Chase those dreams, and know you can figure out anything.
AllHipHop: Top 5?
D.Cross: To keep it real, rap don’t chart. [chuckles] I don’t really have a top 5. I like rap, I don’t like all this autotune s##t. It’s all the same tune, all the same noise. Game, Kiss, Meek, RIP Nipsey. Anybody who don’t use a lot of autotune and can say something, I like.
AllHipHop: What are some goals yourself as an artist at this point of your career?
D.Cross: I just want to be something for the city. Vegas doesn’t really got nobody come out and if we do, it’s a bunch of weirdos. It ain’t never no real solid street n##ga coming out. Everybody else got a story to tell. LA got a story, New York, Chicago. Everybody has people who came before them. n##gas who tryna come out, I’m one of them. For the most part, I want to do it for the city. I don’t really care about anywhere else.
AllHipHop: What’s the best encounter you had with a fan?
D.Cross: Oh man, got my name tatted. I’ve met fans with my name put on them, that’s hard. Sometimes I got a fast flow and to go bar for bar with the song, it’s impressive. Not even that but chillin’ with fans, It’s always love. The best moments I had so far with fans has been overseas. Because when you get money, there’s more people who want to show you love. These n##gas don’t know me broke that was a long time ago. Most of the love I’m getting is when I’m crossing that water man, overseas love.
AllHipHop: 3 things you need in the studio?
D.Cross: The microphone, engineer, and a beat. I don’t do drugs.
(AllHipHop News) Chris Brown has been ordered to pay sanctions to the woman suing him over an alleged rape at his Tarzana, California home in 2017.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Los Angeles judge has demanded the singer pay $2,500 to the unidentified accuser while setting a date for Brown to be deposed.
The plaintiff filed suit against Brown and an associate, Lowell Grissom Jr., claiming the singer tried to ply her with drugs during a house party before his friend sexually assaulted her.
The Jane Doe recently asked the court to force Chris to sit for a deposition, and the judge overseeing her case has agreed, ordering the star to meet with lawyers on February 19th.
One of his representatives, Blair Berk, claims Brown has made it “unreasonably difficult” for her and her colleagues to “carry out the representation effectively,” adding: “Our relationship with Mr. Brown has come to a point where Tarlow & Brown and I can no longer adequately defend or represent him.”
The Staples Center, where Kobe played basketball for the Los Angeles Lakers for 20 years, became a makeshift memorial site for the tragic sportsman and his daughter immediately following the crash in Calabasas, California.
Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti confirmed a memorial was in the works last week: “We are one city that believes in each other, believes in something bigger than ourselves and we will absolutely do everything to make sure that this is done so that everybody can come to it as well,” he told reporters.
Staples Center has previously hosted memorials for Michael Jackson and Nipsey Hussle.

(AllHipHop News) A woman suing rapper Future over the paternity of her baby girl is demanding he be forced to take a DNA test.
Eliza Seraphin filed court papers in Broward County, Florida last summer, claiming the “Jumpman” hitmaker is the father of her daughter Reign.
He has repeatedly dodged the question of the baby’s paternity in legal responses to Seraphin’s lawsuit, so now she is seeking a court order for Future to submit to a scientific test to put the topic to rest, reports The Blast.
A ruling has yet to be made, but if the DNA is a match, she will be seeking retroactive child support and compensation for her hospital expenses following her little girl’s arrival last April.
In the documents, Future admits to having a sexual relationship with Seraphin from 2016 to 2018 but insists he never would have slept with her if he knew she’d tell all about it.
Seraphin is one of two women claiming to have given birth to Future’s babies – Cindy Renae Parker lodged a similar suit in Texas in October, claiming he is the father of her son Legend, who was born in July.
The rapper is refusing to acknowledge both children, insisting he only has five baby mamas, including his ex-fiancee Ciara, the mother of his five-year-old son Future Zahir.
(AllHipHop News) 50 Cent has attacked U.S. TV personality Gayle King for bringing up Kobe Bryant’s 2003 sex scandal in an interview with basketball legend Lisa Leslie.
The CBS anchor scored a big news chat with the Women’s National Basketball Association icon, and during the TV interview, she dared to go where most have not in the wake of Kobe’s death in a helicopter crash last month.
50 Cent was appalled King brought the case up in her interview with Leslie and took to Instagram to slam her, stating: “It was not complicated. You just said it was dismissed.”
Posting a video of the clip, he captioned it: “What is this, wait somebody gotta help me understand why they keep doing this. I apologize for my language in advance let’s talk about this.”
The rapper also posted a video of himself embracing the late sportsman.
Posting a video on IGTV before she appeared on CBS “This Morning” on Thursday, she addressed the criticism she had faced over the clip the network aired of her interview with Leslie.
“I’ve been up reading the comments about the interview I did with Lisa Leslie about Kobe Bryant and I know that if I had only seen the clip that you saw I’d be extremely angry with me, too,” she confessed. “I am mortified. I am embarrassed and I am very angry.
“Unbeknownst to me, my network put up a clip from a very wide-ranging interview totally taken out of context and when you see it that way it’s very jarring. It’s jarring to me. I didn’t even know anything about it. I started getting calls: ‘What the hell are you doing? Why did you say this? What is happening?'”
In the interview, Leslie insisted her friend Kobe was “not the kind of guy” who would “do something to violate a woman or be aggressive in that way,” insisting, “That’s just not the person that I know.”
King pressed: “But Lisa, you wouldn’t see it though. As his friend, you wouldn’t see it.”
Explaining herself in the IGTV video, King explains, “I reached out to Lisa because I know that she’s a longtime friend of Kobe’s to talk about his legacy and friendship. We had a really wide-ranging interview, talked about many things – his career, his passion, his sense of humor, the way he was mentoring other people, how he was starting his next chapter… And yes we talked about that court case because that court case has also come up.
“I wanted to get Lisa’s take on it as a friend who knew him well. During the course of the interview, I asked follow-up questions because I wanted to make sure that her position and perspective were very clear and at the end when she said it was time to leave it alone I thought that was powerful. And I insisted that be part of the interview because I thought that it put a nice button on that part of the conversation.”
(AllHipHop News) Nicki Minaj wishes she had kept her “mouth shut” instead of wasting her time and energy feuding with her former boyfriend Meek Mill on social media on Wednesday.
Hours after trading shots online, Nicki Minaj sat down for a wide-ranging interview with her manager, music mogul Irving Azoff, at the Pollstar Live! event at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles, and admitted she was still trying to learn not to engage in time-wasting spats.
Asked for the advice she would offer to rising stars, she said, “I would give advice to all artists, but especially women. Just try your best to let the small stuff go.
“I took some time recently to just reflect and took time away (from social media), and… I was looking at the things I had given my energy to and I couldn’t believe it. I was just like, ‘What the hell?’
“So I think, keep your eye on the bigger picture, is what I would say (to new artists). (If I could) I would have redone the whole thing and just kept my mouth shut. Put my music out and shut my mouth.”
Nicki Minaj was then asked directly about her most recent Twitter activity, to which she quipped, “I was hacked! I got hacked this morning, guys, don’t believe anything you saw! The good ol’ hack excuse.”
You beat your own sister and taped it. Spit on her & taped it. Kicked me in front your mother and sent her to the hospital. Sucking drake dick made u feel tough again. Move on.
“It just happens. It never fails, every time I do it, five minutes later, I’m like, ‘Why the f##k (did I do that)?’ Every single time,” she shared.
“But it’s a good lesson in knowing how to master your anger and emotions, so every time I do that, I give myself a talking to in my head, like, ‘OK, you played yourself (messed up), you shouldn’t have did that. You learned your lesson, again. How many times you gonna learn your lesson?’ So I gave myself that talk today, sir.”
“Again, another time where I shouldn’t have had social media on my phone, and that’s why for the last month I haven’t had social media on my phone,” she said. “I just recently put it back on, and I’m about to take it back off!”

(AllHipHop News) Lil Yachty’s mom Venita McCollum wants to help parents navigate the complexities of the music industry with her new book “Raising A Rapper.”
Yachty had just finished high school when he informed his mother he wanted to pursue a career as a rapper.
Within a year of his graduation and some encouragement from “Mama Boat,” Lil Yachty landed a joint venture deal with Quality Control, which is arguably hip-hop’s hottest label, with artists like Cardi B, Migos and Lil Baby signed to the roster.
“There is this belief that all rappers come from poverty, and this simply is not the case,” said McCollum. “There are so many things that instill a sense of fear in parents whose kids want to enter into creative industries. I’ve learned so much along this journey and hope I can calm these parents’ fears based on my real-life experiences through my son’s rise to stardom.”
Venita McCollum hopes her new book “Raising A Rapper” will dispel myths surrounding rappers and the music industry while giving parents the tools they need to help their children thrive if they are pursuing a career in the music industry.
“I don’t want parents to feel like they have to pass their child off to someone else to manage, they can learn the industry” explained McCollum. “I want to empower all parents of creatives and to inspire young people to dream big.”
To this day, Mama Boat serves as the CFO of his companies Lil Boat Sailing Team, Yachty Touring and Boat Boy Publishing.
According to Lil Yachty, his mother has been indispensable since the beginning of his career.
“I always knew this would be my story, even when I was working at McDonald’s by-day and networking with artists by-night. You can’t convince anyone else that it’ll work for you until you convince yourself,” said Yachty. “When I walked across the stage to graduate, I had a plan, and my mom had another plan. But there’s no way I could have really gotten started without her on board—I wasn’t even old enough to sign deals by myself at the time.”
“Raising A Rapper” can be purchased on Amazon, as well as on Venita “Mama Boat” McCollum’s website, RaisingARapper.com.

(AllHipHop News) Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter spent the last week dealing with backlash for sitting during the singing of the national anthem at the 2020 Super Bowl. According to Jay, that action was not meant to be a form of protest like Colin Kaepernick’s kneeling demonstration at NFL games.
The Roc Nation founder’s explanation also did not sit well with some people. A paparazzi cameraman asked fellow Hip Hop legend Common if Jay was in a no-win situation.
“First of all, Jay-Z is a man of action,” responded Common. “I really respect the fact that he is like, ‘Okay, we gonna change the situation from the mentality that’s going on for communities to financially…’ He talks about mental health. He is for the people.”
The Let Love Have the Last Word author added, “I know that he’s about that and he been living that life, and he does it when the lights ain’t on. He do it sometimes where we don’t even know that he’s been helping out people.”
There have been reports that Jay and his wife Beyoncé anonymously bailed out Black Lives Matter protesters in Ferguson, Missouri and Baltimore, Maryland. He openly provided funds to bail out incarcerated parents on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
“I really respect those who do the work and don’t always announce it and Jay-Z’s one of those people. He told you what his intentions was,” stated Common. “If you ain’t happy with that – meaning he was checking out what was going on because he was part of the production – if that’s what he was doing and you not happy with it, so be it.”
