Rob $tone Taps Dom Kennedy In West Coast Banger “No Handshakes“

Rob $tone is a gem coming out of the West Coast, and now he taps Los Angeles’ own Dom Kennedy for his newest single titled “No Handshakes.”

Stemming off the momentum of his previous releases — “All 9 Innings” which served as the anthem for the San Diego Padres home baseball games, “I Love It” featuring Rubi Rose, and “GOSSIP” featuring Too $hort — this new record pays homage to California as a whole: the unmatched weather, beautiful women, and undeniable swag.

Speaking on the record, Rob states, “This record is crazy special to me! Dom’s a real solid dude & legend in the game so to gain his respect and have him rock with me the way he does means a lot. I’d been working on my album BONA FIDE for a minute and when I sent this one to Dom, he said ‘this the one for real’ and sent his part back in a few hours! I was out at Delilah when he sent it and instantly left the table to go get a good listen to that! Much love and respect to the big homie!”

Rob $tone is San Diego’s finest, and he’s here to put his city on the map at all times. Exploding onto the scene with his viral smash “Chill Bill” in 2015, who’s music video on Youtube currently has over 288 million views and counting, the West Coast rapper has been continuously feeding his fans with nothing short of bangers.

Most recently, he released his 7-track EP titled Solitaire Stone, holding fans over until his highly-anticipated forthcoming album BONA FIDE.

Kanye West Trying To Save Family As Kim K. Jokes About Divorce At Gay Wedding

Kanye West is trying to keep his family together amid his divorce from Kim Kardashian.

“The Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star filed for divorce from the rapper earlier this year, but he insists he is still fighting for their marriage and has not yet signed the divorce papers.

“At the end of the day, I ain’t got the paperwork yet. So I’m going to come on this joint and try to save my family and keep my family together,” he said during the recently released second part of his Drink Champs podcast appearance.

Kanye’s comments come after he explained he wanted to stay with Kim and claimed their children “want their parents to stay together” in the first part of his chat.

“I ain’t never even seen the papers, we’re not even divorced… That ain’t no joke to me. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together,” he said.

Kanye went on to claim the media did not want him and Kim to be together and explained he had spoken to his pastor about his marriage.

While Kanye is adamant about keeping his family together, Kim is apparently not feeling the same way.

Kim, who made some jokes about her divorce from Kanye during her high-profile appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” continues to make wisecracks about splitting up with her soon-to-be ex-husband.

Kim was at the rehearsal dinner for entertainment executive Simon Huck and his fiancé Phil Riportella when she let loose.

“It’s honestly so nice to be here for a gay wedding. I mean I haven’t been to one since my second wedding,” Kim Kardashian said. “I was a little bit confused because I haven’t really figured out this marriage thing myself. I don’t know what kind of advice you think I’m gonna give to you guys tonight.”

‘Stranger Things’ Star Caleb McLaughlin Drops His Debut Single “Neighborhood”

The upcoming fourth season of Stranger Things is expected to land on Netflix next summer. Before the popular horror series presents its next installment of episodes, one of its breakout stars is officially stepping into the music world.

Actor/singer/dancer Caleb McLaughlin recently released his debut single “Neighborhood” via Steve Stoute’s UnitedMasters platform. Columbus, Ohio native R∆§H∆Р(born Rashad Thomas) wrote and produced the song.

“I’m truly excited for my fans to hear what I’ve been cooking up in the studio for the last five years,” says 20-year-old recording artist Caleb McLaughlin.

He adds, “Growing up with Stevie Wonder’s records inspired my love for music and many other old-school artists. I am honored to have my fans by my side in this new chapter of my life. I hope they enjoy the song as much as I did creating it. Much love and blessings to everyone!”

A Ted Cadillac-directed music video for McLaughlin’s “Neighborhood” will arrive on Friday, November 19. Additional tracks by the Screen Actors Guild Award and NAACP Image Award winner are said to be on the way in the next year as well.

Cardi B Addresses People Saying She’s “Supposed To Have Long Hair” Because She’s Mixed

Belcalis “Cardi B” Almánzar has been very open about discussing her race and ethnicity. That includes the daughter of a Dominican father and Afro-Trinidadian mother repeatedly speaking on her hair texture.

This weekend Cardi B once again addressed people having something to say about her head of hair. The Invasion of Privacy album creator wrote on Instagram:

Why everytime I post my natural hair I hear “you’re MIXED you’re supposed to have long hair”? That’s not true and very misleading. I been posting pics of my hair journey for years and being mixed don’t mean your hair is always long and curly, that wasn’t my case. Since I was a child I have problems with managing my hair and couple years ago I find different methods that work for me and look at my length now. They’ll try to make us believe our hair won’t grow this long it’s not true. A lot of hair products we used back then wasn’t good for our hair but that’s all we had to choose from also we couldn’t afford to get to the salon regularly, if at all. now everybody is getting better options, making affordable GOOD products, learning from natural hair YouTube and tiktok about how to care for our hair better. I want women of color with tighter curl patterns to know that you don’t have “BAD HAIR” there’s no such thing as bad hair. and “good” hair don’t mean a certain texture. ALL HAIR IS GOOD.

Check out my pinned story “HAIR DAY” and I can’t wait to show ya more of my hair care routines.

That Instagram message from Cardi B amassed more than 4 million likes and over 31,000 comments. Blue-check-marked celebrities such as Ozuna, Rico Nasty, Bobby Lytes, Jason Lee, and Sukihana left positive statements under Cardi’s IG post.

Back in January, Cardi B also commented on social media users questioning her racial identity. The Afro-Latina superstar tweeted at the time, “Every 6 months I gotta explain myself cause people can’t research… Every 6 months this [becomes] a topic cause people [can’t] do simple research. Trust me I’m tired of it too.”

Cardi B Issues Raw Response to Project Pat’s “Chickenhead” Comments

What does Cardi B and “Chickenhead” have in common? The “WAP” rapper’s moves impact the entire Hip-Hop genre. One of Rap’s Southern sons, Project Pat, tackles this question.

It should be noted that Project Pat delivers an unabashed honesty. His thoughts on Cardi’s creative canon are candid. Keep in mind, that Project Pat’s Ode to the Ratchets, “Chickenhead,” contains many a bristling bar.

The north Memphis narrator spits, “…bald head scalawag, ain’t got no hair in the back / gelled up, weaved up, yo’ hair is messed up…,” yes, a punishing perspective. This offering is included on his 2001 release, Mista Don’t Play: Everythangs Workin.

Recently, the curious, VladTV, inquires about the classic track being sampled for “Bickenhead.” It appears on Cardi B’s, Diamond-certified, debut album, Invasion of Privacy. The matter-of-fact MC offered, “It was a real good look, man; shout out to her!”

A gracious smile serves as the segue into his next statement, “I was a Cardi B fan back when she was on Instagram talkin’ crazy.” In addition to earning financial compensation, “Bickenhead,” helped to garner over 20,000 Instagram followers for an appreciative Project Pat.

Via Twitter, after learning about the “Chickenhead,” commentary, Bacardi expressed her sheer gratitude.

For making this moment possible shout out to Hip-Hop!

Protestor Calls For Travis Scott To Go Bankrupt After Astroworld Festival Tragedy

It’s been over a week since the fatal catastrophe at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival on November 5. The death toll has risen to ten after a 9-year-old boy succumbed to injuries caused by the massive crowd crush at the Houston-based event.

Despite offering two separate apologies, Travis Scott continues to face backlash as a result of the deadly incident. Alleged victims filed multiple lawsuits against the Texas native and his associates. Some listeners are boycotting his music.

According to NewsNation reporter Brian Entin, one woman even started a protest outside Travis Scott’s home in Houston. The unnamed objector was photographed holding a sign that read, “You destroyed lives. You deserve bankruptcy.”

Travis Scott is receiving a lot of public blame for the Astroworld Festival casualties because he is one of the organizers of the concert. The 30-year-old recording artist also garnered backlash because he has a history of encouraging his fans to “rage” at his shows.

In addition, there were reports that Travis Scott attended a Drake-hosted Astroworld Festival afterparty at Dave & Buster’s. A source connected to the JackBoys frontman claimed Scott was unaware of the severity of the situation at the time of the post-event celebration.

Travis Scott pulled himself from the Day N Vegas festival in Nevada. Post Malone replaced him as a headliner. There is also a petition to have Scott banned from all Goldenvoice-produced festivals such as Coachella, Stagecoach, and Tyler The Creator’s Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival.

Polo G Declares Chicago Has The Best Rappers

Which American city is running Hip Hop at the moment? According to Chicago’s Polo G, his hometown is presently producing the top talent in the culture.

Polo G took to Twitter on Sunday to make a disputed declaration. The Hall of Fame album creator tweeted, “Chicago got the best rappers.”

Chicago is also the locale that raised contemporary acts such as Kanye “Ye” West, Lil Durk, Chance The Rapper, Chief Keef, and G Herbo. Late rap stars Juice WRLD and King Von also claimed Chicago as home.

“[And I’m talking about] really rapping not just making good songs, but saying the s### that the real ones gone feel 💯🌪️,” Polo G later added.

Polo G did receive some pushback for his definitive claim about the Windy City. For example, Yungeen Ace had a lighthearted reaction to Polo’s tweet about Chicago rappers.

“Ya after Florida rappers🤣,” wrote Yungeen Ace in a quote-tweet response. Polo G then replied, “We prolly both biased 😂.”

The conversation about cities with the best emcees is taking place as Polo G prepares to drop the deluxe version of his #1 album Hall of Fame. The 2.0 edition of the project will hit DSPs on December 3.

“There’s so much talent on this record, so many styles of music, it breaks the algorithm,” Snoop Dogg said about the album. “Right now, the algorithm is telling us you have to rap this way, you have to sound this way, but they’re not telling you how it’s supposed to feel. My algorithm is going to give you a feeling, not a sound.”

DaBaby & DaniLeigh Argue On IG Live As Cops Are Called

DaBaby and DaniLeigh got into it last night, much of it played out in a series of Instagram Live videos.

DaBaby went live on Instagram to record an argument between the pair while DaniLeigh was feeding their three-month-old daughter. Somebody calls the cops to ask Dani to leave, where she claims to have been staying since the birth of their baby. The singer then took to her IG Live and filmed her interaction with the police who she claims DaBaby called.

A little later, DaniLeigh went back on Live to explain the situation, crying throughout, she said she loves him but deserves better. She said she tried to make their relationship work for their baby, but they keep going back and forth.

She also claims DaBaby came to her out of nowhere and asked her to leave while she was in bed.

DaBaby posted a statement on his Instagram story shortly after the first IG Live. He says that he wrote the statement himself and didn’t have a PR or someone from his team do it for him.

DaniLeigh then put out several of her own where she says DaBaby probably asked her to leave “so he can f### on his baby mother and other hoes.”

She also suggests he’s using their relationship issues to promote his EP/Tour. “Literally putting the date on his ‘statement,’” she wrote.

Later on, DaBaby posted another video calling the situation “some real deal Hollywood s###.”

The pair have a child together so hopefully, this can be resolved without further hostility.

Cardi B Responds To “Queen Of Hip-Hop” Claims By Halle Berry & Winnie Harlow

Halle Berry has caused a storm after calling Cardi B the “Queen of Hip-Hop;” a title many believe is held by Nicki Minaj.

Halle made the declaration on Saturday (Nov. 13) at the premiere of her new movie, “Bruised,” which she directed and stars in. Halle and Cardi B curated the female-emcee-driven soundtrack to the flick.

The Hollywood star thanked her ”partner-in-crime,” before declaring, “I reached out to Cardi B because she’s the Queen of Hip-Hop.”

https://twitter.com/Cardi_theGoat/status/1459855193898729478?s=20

The “Barbz,” Nicki’s loyal army of fans were fuming, feeling the “Super Bass” rapper has earned the Queen’s crown. Though Cardi’s rise may have been faster, Nicki has put years of grind in the game and made an impact like few others.

The following day, Winnie Harlow used her appearance at MTV’s “2021 Europe Music Awards” to voice her thoughts on the matter. The supermodel presented the award for Best Hip-Hop to the winner, Nicki Minaj, “the one and only ‘Queen of Hip-Hop.’”

While Nicki has yet to address the drama, Cardi took to Twitter to share her thoughts on the matter. “I know how some of you girls like to tussle over this typa childish s***,” she wrote. “But ntm on Halle Berry. Anyway her movie #BRUISED dropping THAT SHE DIRECTED HERSELF on Netflix on November 24th. The FIRST female rap movie soundtrack!! we produced together out this FRIDAY!”

9-Year-Old Boy Injured At Astroworld Tragedy Dies Family Attorney Says

A nine-year-old boy is reportedly the tenth victim to have died after sustaining injuries at the Astroworld Festival tragedy in Houston, Texas on November 5.

Ezra Blount attended the festival with his father but they were separated during the panic caused by the crowd rushing the stage. Little Ezra had been standing on his father’s shoulders but was knocked to the ground. He got trampled in the chaos before being pulled out by another festival-goer.

Ezra received medical assistance and was placed in an induced coma. It was determined he had suffered organ damage and was suffering from brain swelling due to cardiac arrest.

On Sunday (Nov. 14), a lawyer representing Ezra’s family confirmed his death, making him the youngest victim of the tragedy.

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump representing the family said in a statement: “The Blount family tonight is grieving the incomprehensible loss of their precious young son. This should not have been the outcome of taking their son to a concert, what should have been a joyful celebration.”

He added: “Ezra’s death is absolutely heartbreaking. We are committed to seeking answers and justice for the Blount family. But tonight we stand in solidarity with the family, in grief, and in prayer.”

Lawsuits Pile Up Against Astroworld Organizers

Numerous lawsuits have already been filed against Travis Scott, guest performer Drake, and Live Nation. On Friday attorneys representing the Blount family (and another 200 people who claim they were injured in the stampede) announced they are filing an additional 90 lawsuits against the event’s promoters.

“Nobody should ever die from going to a concert,” Crump said.

“So this lawsuit is not just about getting justice for them, but it’s about making sure that the promoters and the organisers know that you cannot allow this to ever happen in the future.”

Last week (Nov. 8) Harris County officials released the names of the initial eight victims:

Monday (November 8): Mirza Baig, 27, Rodolfo Peña, 23, Madison Dubiski, 23, Franco Patiño, 21, Jacob Jurinke, 20, John Hilgert, 14, Axel Acosta Avila, 21, and Brianna Rodriguez, 16.

The ninth victim, 22-year-old Texas A&M senior Bhari Shahani died on Thursday (Nov. 11). She had been declared brain dead and was on life support before her family was forced to let her go.

Travis Scott recently hired the former mayor of Baltimore, Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to be his spokesperson on the Astroworld tragedy.

Kanye West Drops “DONDA” Deluxe Edition Including Leaked André 3000 Collab

Kanye West released his 10th studio album, back in August – the highly-anticipated, 27-track “DONDA” and has hinted at a deluxe version for some time. Now, the “Flashing Lights” rapper has ended the speculation and dropped an extended version with five additional tracks. One garnering attention is Kanye’s much-hyped collaboration with André 3000, “Life Of The Party.”

The track was first heard at one of Yeezy’s many listening parties. Then, Drake leaked it the day after dropping his Certified Lover Boy” album. The version ChampagnePapi leaked on his SiriusXM show included a Drake diss, something 3 Stacks was unaware of.

The OutKast star will be pleased to know the shot at Drake is left out of the deluxe edition.

“’Life of the Party’ is the best rap song I’ve heard this year,” wrote a user on Twitter. “I’m glad Kanye didn’t use the Drake diss version and respected André 3000’s wish of keeping that verse out of the song.”

Andre 3000 revealed he was unaware of the diss after Drake leaked the song. He was hoping to be part of a project centred around Kanye’s mother, Donda West.

Kanye Adds 5 Extra Songs to “DONDA”

Furthermore, the tracklist is completely re-sequenced and adds a couple of sequels with additional guest appearances. Yeezy’s Young Thug collab “Remote Control” now also features Kid Cudi. KayCyy features on “Keep My Spirit Alive” with Conway The Machine and Westside Gunn.

“Never Abandon Your Family” and “Up From The Ashes” make up the final two new songs. Kanye West added a few more extras for his fans on the deluxe version.

The Masks Return For The Rollout

This weekend, Kanye teased the project ahead of its release with promotional campaigns on both the east and west coasts. On Saturday, in New York an army of Kanye West clones took to the streets, identically dressed in a very particular Ye look. They were all wearing the black Gap Round jacket and cap Kanye wore himself a few weeks ago. They also donned the same bizarre white skin-toned mask as the Rap superstar.

According to reports, the group of about a dozen Kanye clones gathered around Union Square, milled about for a time before marching off in unison.

Additionally, “Kanye West Presents Donda Deluxe” billboards began appearing in New York and L.A.

Afrika Bambaataa Handed His First Loss In Sex Assault Lawsuit

The sexual assault case against Hip-Hop pioneer Afrika Bambaataa appears to be stalled – for now.

Back in September, it was revealed that a John Doe accuser had filed a civil lawsuit against Afrika Bambaataa.

John Doe claimed Bambaataa molested him for four years in the early 1990s, starting when he was 12-years-old.

The man filed his lawsuit just before the ex statute ran out, allowing him to pursue the civil case against Bam, born Lance Taylor.

Documents obtained by AllHipHop reveal John Doe’s lawyers have been attempting to serve Bambaataa with the lawsuit, but he cannot be found.

A process server went to Afrika Bambaataa’s last known address in The Bronx, where a woman answered the door.

The unidentified woman who lives at the address said she never heard of Afrika Bambaataa and that he never lived at the address John Doe’s attorney had on file.

“A woman answered the door (brown skin-head scarf-58+-5’5-125lbs) said she lived at this address for 15 years and never heard of Lance Taylor -Afrika Bambaataa or the Zulu Nation,” process server Calvin Nelson said.

So far, no one has responded to the civil lawsuit on behalf of Bambaataa or The Zulu Nation as of press time.

Afrika Bambaataa’s lack of action in replying to the lawsuit could end up costing him dearly.

The Hip-Hop pioneer was already handed a significant loss in the case.

John Doe needed the court’s permission to proceed anonymously with the civil suit, which is seeking an undetermined amount of damages for “assault and gross negligence, physical injury, severe and permanent emotional distress, mental anguish, depression, and embarrassment.”

Because Bambaataa nor his legal representation have replied to the civil suit, John Doe’s request was granted by Judge Deborah A. Kaplan.

John Doe is one of several men who claim Afrika Bambaataa took advantage of his position as the leader of the Zulu Nation to sexually assault them.

In 2014, Ronald “Stinger Bee” Savage went public with his allegations in his book “Impulse Urges And Fantasies: Life Is a Bag of Mixed Emotions, Vol. 1,” although he did not call out Bambaataa by name.

However, in 2016, Savage, a former member of the New York State Democratic Committee, publicly accused Bam during an interview with Shot 97’s host Star.

Afrika Bambaataa denied the allegations via an exclusive statement to AllHipHop.com, issued by his lawyer at the time, Vivian K. Tozaki.

“Recently, defamatory statements were published seeking to harm my client’s reputation so as to lower him in the estimation of the community while deterring others from associating or dealing with him. The statements show a reckless disregard for the truth, were published with knowledge of their falsity, and are being made by a lesser-known person seeking publicity. Valuable cultural resources, such as Afrika Bambaataa’s good name and time, should never be used to assist a mediocre person’s asinine quest for social media popularity and superficial gain,” said Tozaki, who was representing Bambaataa at the time.

John Doe filed his lawsuit under the New York’s Child Victims Act (CVA), passed in 2019. The law opened a one-time, one-year lookback window for survivors to file civil lawsuits seeking compensation for the sexual abuse they suffered as children.

Funerals Underway For Victims At Travis Scott’s Astroworld Tragedy

The funerals for the nine victims of the Astroworld Festival have started.

The first person to be laid to rest was for a 27-year-old named Danish Baig. Baig, who died trying to save his fiancée, was laid to rest on November 7th in Colleyville, Texas.

On Friday (November 12th), a funeral for a victim named Rodolfo Peña, 23, was held in Laredo, Texas.

Yesterday (November 14th), 16-year-old Travis Scott named Brianna Rodriguez, who died during the deadly surge on November 5th at NRG Park.

Family, and friends who attended Heights High School with Rodriguez spokenof her outgoing nature in the limitless possibilities for the young life that was suddenly cut short.

“We don’t know what her career, her future, would have been, but her dancing just got everyone’s attention,” Jackson Lee, who attended the service, told reporters outside afterward. “It was natural, of course, but also you were touched by this warm and loving family,” U.S. Representative Sheila Jackson Lee told reporters outside of Rodriguez’s funeral services.

More funerals are expected to take place over the coming weeks.

[Shortly after the AstroWorld tragedy, Travis Scott vowed to pay for the funeral costs for all of the victims.

And, more disturbing news is coming out about the events that unfolded on November 5th.

According to reports, over 5,000 extra people had managed to get inside of NRG Park, which had already sold about 50,000 tickets to the Astroworld Festival.

So far, Travis Scott and the concerts promoter Live Nation have been sued by at least 200 people.

And, there is growing speculation that shareholders may sue the publicly traded company for their negligence, which caused the stock to tumble, passing financial losses to Live Nation’s investors.

Dave Chappelle Angers Students At His Old High School, Fundraiser Postponed

The controversy surrounding Dave Chappelle’s Netflix show the closer continues to ensnare the comedian in drama.

Dave was supposed to host a fundraiser for his high school alma mater The Duke Ellington School of The Arts.

The legendary comedian is attempting to raise money for a new theater run by the school, which would be named after Dave Chappelle.

However, the event, which was scheduled for November 23rd has been canceled over student protests.

According to Politico, a group of students threatened to organize a walkout over Dave’s controversial jokes about the Transgender community.

The students were angry that an exhibition honoring Dave, who has donated over $100,000 to his former school, would have been unveiled the same day as the fundraiser.

“We recognize that not everyone will accept or welcome a particular artist’s point of view, product, or craft, but reject the notion that a ‘cancel culture’ is a healthy or constructive means to teach our students how society should balance creative freedom with protecting the right and dignity of all of its members,” a representative for the Duke Ellington School of The Arts told Politico in a statement.

Plans for the fundraiser or originally canceled, but students and faculty managed to come to a compromise to reschedule the event.

Now, the fundraiser with Dave Chappelle is supposed to take place on April 22nd.

Dave Chappelle has been embroiled in the controversy surrounding the closer since the special dropped on Netflix on October 5th, 2021.

Initially, Netflix’s CEO Ted Sarandos supported Chappelle in a statement sent to employees, which only inflamed matters more.

“With ‘The Closer,’ we understand that the concern is not about offensive-to-some content but titles which could increase real world harm (such as further marginalizing already marginalized groups, hate, violence etc.) While some employees disagree, we have a strong belief that content on screen doesn’t directly translate to real-world harm,” Sarandos said.

Many people, including Netflix’s employees felt Chappelle’s anti-trans content crossed the line, and would eventually lead to violence against members of the community.

On October 25th, Netflix employees organized a walkout 2 boycott the special, which is still available on Netflix.

Beanie Sigel Refuses To Take Kanye’s $50 Million Says Billionaire Owes Him Nothing But Love

Beanie Sigel will not be getting $50 million from Kanye West for giving him the name Yeezy.

During the first part of Kanye’s interview with the Drink Champs podcast, Kanye admitted he owed Beanie Sigel money for coming up with the name Yeezy.

“I still owe any money, and I’ve been trying to give him this money for a minute. I’ve been trying to give it to him. This man made up the name. It’s like, you know, the lady who made the Nike Swoosh. Phil Knight went back and made sure she was straight,” Kanye told Drink Champ hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN.

During an appearance at a club in Philadelphia, Beanie Sigel said Kanye West was planning to give him $50 million, along with 5% stock in the Yeezy brand.

But, according to Beanie himself, he was joking.

During an interview with TMZ, Beanie said Kanye was the one who grew the Yeezy brand to a billion-dollar franchise and that he didn’t want the $50 million!

“I did name him that [Yeezy], but as far as his business mind and where he took it, Kanye worked hard for this. Kanye don’t owe me nothing,” Beanie Sigel told TMZ. “I don’t know if I took an I would take a number. Because you give somebody a fish today he gonna eat for the day. If you teach somebody how of fish he going to eat forever. He [is] going to teach his family out of fish.”

Although Beanie said he would not take $50 million from Ye, he would love to do some business with his former Roc-A-Fella Records brethren.

Beanie said he was not interested in any handouts, but he would love to present more business opportunities to Kanye.

“Let’s sit down, let’s talk. It ain’t a dollar amount that’s on our relationship, ain’t nothing that I’ve done that I wouldn’t do it again, bro. You don’t owe me nothing but love, bro,” Beanie Sigel said. “But let’s get to some money, let’s get to some music, let’s get to some fashion, let’s get to some movies. We can do all that, and the rest will fall in place.”

Judging by Kanye’s massive success with the Yeezy brand – which is worth a reported $6.6 billion, it might be worth a sit down for all parties involved.

What can be said about the Brooklyn rapper Jay-Z? He is not just a businessman, but a “business” man. He began his career as a part-time partner of rapper Jaz-O and as a hype-man for Big Daddy Kane.

He has won 23 Grammys (most ever by a rapper); is like his two protégés, Rihanna and Kanye West, in the billionaire club and has the hottest chick in the game wearing his chain.

Jay-Z and his Marcy Ventures Partners have their hands in almost any industry or endeavor imaginable. Not bad for a kid from the projects, huh?
