Tyler, The Creator Praises Doechii, Willow Smith & More As “CHROMAKOPIA” Holds On To No. 1 Spot

Tyler, The Creator is opening up to fans about the intricacies of his latest album, CHROMAKOPIA, as it continues to dominate with impressive commercial sales numbers.

On Sunday (November 10), the Los Angeles native enlisted his Twitter following for an exclusive question-and-answer session, soliciting their late-stage revelations about the album now that listeners have had nearly three weeks to sit with the project. Coincidentally enough, Tyler’s CHROMAKOPIA earned yet another appearance on top of the Billboard 200 chart after the 160,000-plus units it sold during it’s second week of tracking helped extend its run at the No. 1 spot for another consecutive week.

“from CHROMAKOPIA, did anything grow on you, catch your ear after some time, took a while to click?” Tyler, The Creator questioned in his initial tweet.

As responses poured in from fans, Tyler proceeded to engage with several users, in turn revealing multiple golden nuggets about the album while praising a host of his collaborators. In response to a fan celebrating his decision to work with English singer-songwriter Lola Young, Tyler also gave flowers to Willow Smith, who he said was an “alien” and Doechii, who he said makes him “nervous” due to her talent.

“Lola voice is has so much power to it,” he wrote. “Willow is an alien that girl is f###ing special….and doe…she really has me nervous shes so good, im very lucky they’re all apart of this album man.”

Following a fan’s emotional response to his mom’s appearance on the album cut “I Hope You Find Your Way Home” Tyler revealed the specific portion of the song the user had remarked about was inspired by the limited edition collection he designed for Louis Vuitton in collaboration with Pharrell Williams.

“That was a real clip from a call when the my LV collection got announced,” he wrote. “No one knew about it, i kept it tight lipped, so she was legit shocked.”

Tyler, The Creator also quipped, “I had no choice, it needed her,” in a reply to a fan thanking him for snagging Solange Knowles to provide her angelic vocal stylings for the album.

In addition to confirming Santigold also worked on the album, Tyler also roasted haters who don’t like his “Sticky” banger featuring GloRilla, Sexyy Red and Lil Wayne and briefly touched on the double meaning of his lead single “NOID.”

Lil Zay Osama Shuts Down 30-Year Prison Sentence Rumor

A New York judge sentenced Lil Zay Osama to 14 months in prison for possession of a machine gun on November 7. The Chicago-bred rapper reacted to rumors claiming he received a 30-year prison sentence on Monday (November 11).

“Stop believing everything u hear or see on the internet!” he wrote on Instagram Stories. “You really think u can get 30 years for a switch? Hell no!! idc what state [you] in facts but switches is dangerous and carry 3 or 4 years maybe less depending on ya background but they becoming a problem in a lot of cities so it might be worse for you different strokes for different folks. I caught a blessing don’t look at my situation and think you need a switch cause it can end bad for you.”

He added, “I just wanna thank god, my kids, my family and my label for standing behind this whole way.”

Lil Zay Osama, whose real name is Isaiah Dukes, pleaded guilty to the gun charge in May. Judge Nina Morrison ordered him to pay a $10,000 fine in addition to his prison time.

“The defendant knowingly carried a fully automatic weapon, a pistol with a switch device whose only purpose is to make a dangerous weapon all the more deadly – and then carelessly left that gun in the back of a rideshare,” U.S. Attorney Breon Peace said. “[This] sentence serves as a warning that those who possess illegal guns, particularly with switches that convert those guns into machine guns, will be held accountable for their actions and for the danger they pose to our community.”

Lil Zay Osama was arrested after leaving his gun in a rideshare vehicle following a ride from Manhattan to Queens in 2022. A grand jury indicted him over the incident in January 2024.

Diddy Allegations Scaring Off Potential Buyers Of His Los Angeles Mansion

Diddy’s legal woes hurt the market for his Los Angeles mansion. According to PEOPLE, the Hip-Hop mogul’s listing received no offers over the past two months.

“The property itself is stunning, yet it’s clear that the criminal allegations has impacted buyer interest,” a real estate source told PEOPLE. “There has been some overseas curiosity from high-profile international buyers, but no serious offers. “It’s already a challenging market with buyers being more cautious in general. Coupled with the property’s high profile and recent news, it’s making it a tougher sell.”

Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, sought $61.5 million for his home in Holmby Hills. Homeland Security raided the mansion in March.

Authorities arrested Diddy for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. He pleaded not guilty to the charges.

Diddy remains in a New York jail after judges refused to grant him bail. He filed a renewed motion for bond on Friday (November 8).

“Mr. Combs proposes an updated bail package that is far more robust than the previous proposal,” his lawyers wrote.

The proposal included a $50 million bond, 24/7 monitoring, visitor restrictions and no internet or phone access except for meetings with Diddy’s legal team. Diddy and his family also offered to surrender their passports to secure his release.

Diddy’s trial is scheduled for May 2025. Judge Arun Subramanian denied Diddy’s request for an expansive gag order on November 8.

“Not all alleged victims will be participants in this case, and a blanket restriction on their speech will silence individuals who may never have anything to do with the proceedings here,” the judge said. “And in any event, less restrictive alternatives must be considered and rejected before imposing a restraint on speech.”

Diddy faces up to life in prison if convicted. His sex trafficking charge carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years behind bars.

Polo G Sends Message To Brother Trench Baby As He Faces Felony Murder Charges

Polo G is pledging his love and loyalty to his incarcerated brother Trench Baby, whose fate hangs in the distance amid his felony charges of murder.

On Sunday (November 10), the “Heartless” rapper shared a message on his Instagram Story dedicated to Trench Baby, who has been in custody at Los Angeles Men’s Central Jail since he was arrested in November 2023 after being charged with felony murder in connection to the fatal shooting of 20-year-old Dashaun Berry. In addition to petitioning for his brother’s freedom in the post, Polo G outlined the complex relationship they share and pledged his commitment to his role as Trench Baby’s protector no matter the circumstances.

“Free trench just cause I ain’t said it in a while I love Lil bro even when we don’t see eye to eye,” Polo G wrote in the message. “I’m his big brother I always have and always will play a protective role no matter how much he feel like he can hold his own. that’s not real blood and can’t s### change that but us.”

Both Polo G and Trench Baby were arrested in August last year after cops raided Capalot’s Los Angeles area mansion in connection to a robbery, which his brother was allegedly involved in. At the time of the raid, Trench Baby posted a chaotic video of authorities surrounding the otherwise idyllic mansion.

“Us Marshall’s Got My House Surrounded Gang Wtf?” Trench Baby wrote on Instagram Stories.

Both Polo G and Trench Baby were booked by both the LAPD and the Burbank Police Department on a host of charges, including a gun charge Capalot was hit with over possession of a short-barreled rifle, and robbery and drug charges his brother faced. More specifically, Burbank Police Department arrested the brothers over an incident from April 2023, in which they were charged with kidnapping, robbery and assault with a deadly weapon.

Their mother Stacia Mac informed fans of their release from jail in an Instagram Stories post on Thursday (August 24). The two posted $100,000 bail.

Polo G is also facing yet another gun charge after he was arrested for felony possession of a concealed weapon in San Fernando Valley, California last month on October 19. Fortunately, there is some positive news surrounding the Chicago-bred rapper amid he and his brother’s legal issues. It appears as though he’s back to floating on features as Meek Mill shared a rousing snippet of he and Polo G with his Instagram followers on November 10.

Megan Fox announced she’s pregnant with Machine Gun Kelly’s child on Monday (November 11). Fox posted a maternity photo and a shot of her positive pregnancy test on social media.

“Nothing is ever really lost,” she wrote on Instagram. “welcome back.”

The baby will be Machine Gun Kelly and Fox’s first child together. MGK has one daughter with his ex-girlfriend Emma Cannon. Fox shares three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green.

MGK and Fox previously suffered a miscarriage in their relationship. Fox disclosed the loss in her poetry book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous.

“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life,” she told Good Morning America. “I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us. Why did this happen?’”

MGK and Fox’s relationship was the subject of breakup rumors following their 2022 engagement. T-Pain Reacts To Getting His Own Street & Key To City: “Dream Come True”

Tallahassee, Florida celebrated its hometown hero T-Pain by renaming a street in his honor and presenting him with the Key to the City. The influential artist capped off an eventful day with a concert at the Adderley Amphitheater at Cascades Park on Sunday (November 10).

“Everything that went on today was just a dream come true,” he said.

Tallahassee Mayor John Dailey praised T-Pain for leaving an indelible mark on the city.

“He has had a tremendous impact on Tallahassee,” Dailey said. “He’s had a tremendous impact on the kids in Tallahassee, and he’s a great role model and a great example. I’m just proud to celebrate with him today.”

T-Pain signed autographs for kids who gathered to watch his Key to the City presentation. He was grateful to experience the outpouring of support in his hometown.

“Nobody really expects this,” he told the Tallahassee Democrat. “The people that usually are real forward about it [say], ‘I’m gonna be successful. I’m gonna do this I’m gonna do that.’ Usually, it’s them forcing their way in and it’s short-lived. A natural success is much better than a forced entry.”

T-Pain’s parents beamed with pride as they reflected on his accomplishments.

“I’m extremely proud of my son at this moment because of the fact that he’s worked so hard to become the gentleman and the person that he is today in the music industry,” his mother, Aliyah Najm, said. “He had some ups and downs, but he made it through. Now he’s being recognized for it.”

His father, Shaheed Najm, added, “It means a lot to me to see what we started come full circle. We’re very proud and appreciative of what the city is doing today.”

Lil Wayne Receives Consolation Prize From NFL After Super Bowl “Snub”

The NFL Network recruited Lil Wayne to be a weekly guest on the pregame show NFL Gameday Morning for the rest of the season. The Young Money rapper will start appearing on Sunday (November 17).

NFL Gameday Morning airs Sundays at 9 a.m. ET on the NFL Network. Rich Eisen hosts the show alongside analysts Kurt Warner, Gerald McCoy and Steve Mariucci.

Lil Wayne joined NFL Gameday Morning after complaining about getting snubbed for the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show. The New Orleans native and many of his fans believed he deserved to headline the event since the Super Bowl is being held in his hometown.

“I blame myself for not being mentally prepared for a letdown and for just automatically mentally putting myself in that position; like somebody told me that was my position,” Lil Wayne said on social media. “But I thought there was nothing better than that. That stage and that platform in my city. So that hurt. It hurt a whole lot.”

The NFL and Roc Nation selected Kendrick Lamar to perform at the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show, leaving Lil Wayne devastated.

“It broke me and I’m just trying to put me back together,” he said. “But my God, have you all helped me. Thanks to all my peers, my friends, my family, my homies on the sports television and everybody repping me … I feel like I let all of y’all down by not getting that opportunity, but I’m working on me and I’m working. So, thank you.”

Lil Wayne bemoaned the “snub” again at his Lil WeezyAna Fest.

“I said to myself, ‘I wanna be on stage for the Super Bowl one day in front of my mom,’” he told the crowd. “And I worked my ass off to get that spot, that position. It was ripped away from me. But this m############ moment right here? They can’t take that. They can’t take that from me.”

Super Bowl LIX will be played at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on February 9, 2025.

Azealia Banks Rips Megan Thee Stallion For Tainting JAY-Z’s Legacy

Azealia Banks delivered a characteristic tongue-lashing to Megan Thee Stallion over the weekend, tearing into her music and labeling her a stain on JAY-Z’s “flawless” reputation.

The controversial rapper didn’t hold back when airing her thoughts about the H-Town Hottie, slamming her hit-making abilities. Banks also compared Meg to rival Nicki Minaj, claiming she will regret her beef with the NYC rapper.

“Megan makes terrible music. I think even she knows that,” she began her rant. “And she’s not really got that aspirational ‘I want to be like her’ thing Nicki has. She has to know that most of her success and marketing s### is 100000% done in spite of another artist (Nicki Minaj) which automatically makes it unsustainable.”

She continued, “Cardi and Meg are gonna feel the fallout of wedging everything against public anti-nicki sentiment because they’re both not smart enough to understand that hatred is often rooted in love. People hate Nicki because they adore her. Attention is attention. Only a d###### would hop on and try to ride that wave without a plan b.”

Megan Thee Stallion Failed To Garner Any Grammy Nods

Azealia Banks’ tirade was seemingly in response to a Megan Thee Stallion fan account claiming the Houston rapper was snubbed in the recent Grammys nominations. Although Megan released her self-titled album in June, she failed to garner a single nod. The project featured four Top. 40 singles, including her first solo number-one on the US Billboard Hot 100, “Hiss,” and viral hit, “Mamushi.”

According to Azealia Banks, Megan Thee Stallion, who is signed to a Roc Nation management deal, will tarnish JAY-Z’s legacy with her supposed failure.

“Meg The Stallion is going to be a HUGE s### stain on Jay-Z’s damn near flawless reputation for creating huge female stars,” she added. “Rita Ora was the flop bird s### he avoided landing on his head but this Meg s### is Def going to land on his report card. You don’t go from Beyonce & Rihanna to Rita Ora & Meg The Stallion.”

She concluded, “Talk about a downgrade. Sheesh.” Check out her tweets below.

Gladiator II: Non-Spoiler Review To Classic Movie

By Chris “Boogie” Brown

Gladiator II is the long-awaited sequel to the five-time Academy Award-winning Gladiator from 2000. Once again, legendary director Ridley Scott takes the helm, bringing together an impressive ensemble cast led by Paul Mescal.

Set more than two decades after the original, Gladiator II unfolds during a period of tyrannical rule by a corrupt and treacherous Roman Empire.

The story follows Lucius (Paul Mescal), a hardened warrior and son of Maximus, the iconic character portrayed by Russell Crowe in the first film. Having suffered great loss at the Empire’s hands, Lucius vows to seek retribution, restore order, and return Rome to its people.

Gladiator II is a triumphant return for Ridley Scott and, in my opinion, his best film since 2015’s The Martian. It’s an epic journey packed with remarkable performances, engaging storytelling, stunning visuals, and thrilling action sequences. The film’s vast scope and scale are impressive, with meticulous attention to production design, period costumes, locations, and grand sets. Despite its 2-hour-and-30-minute runtime, the film maintains a steady pace thanks to a compelling story and sharp editing.

Aidan Monaghan/Paramount Pictures

At its core, Gladiator II delves into Lucius’s character arc, taking him through grief, self-discovery, and vengeance against the Roman Empire. The film wastes no time immersing the audience in its intense themes. Early on, viewers are thrust into the “Battle for Numidia,” a full-scale Roman invasion of Lucius’s adopted homeland. This 14-minute sequence is a chaotic display of brutal combat and bloody carnage.

The Roman Colosseum hosts much of the film’s action, showcasing Ridley Scott’s most ambitious gladiatorial set pieces yet. From fierce battles with Roman gladiators to CGI-enhanced encounters with baboons, rhinoceroses, and even bloodthirsty sharks in a flooded arena, these scenes are wildly imaginative and unabashedly entertaining.

The cast of Gladiator II brings strong performances across the board. Paul Mescal shines as Lucius, playing a reflective and emotionally vulnerable warrior, distinct from Russell Crowe’s Maximus. Mescal skillfully handles the intense battle sequences with a raw, believable rage. Pedro Pascal excels as Marcus Acadius, a fierce yet noble general and target of Lucius’s vengeance. Connie Nielsen returns as Lucilla, bringing quiet strength and hope amid Rome’s turmoil.

Fred Hechinger and Joseph Quinn deliver unhinged performances as the ruthless twin emperors Caracalla and Geta, while Denzel Washington stands out as Macrinus, a former gladiator turned cunning strategist for the Empire. Washington’s layered portrayal brims with charisma, hubris, and humor, adds depth to his character.

Aidan Monaghan/Paramount Pictures

Overall, Gladiator II doesn’t feel like a mere cash grab but a worthy continuation of the original story that stands on its own merits. Despite a few slower, melodramatic moments, it’s a well-paced sequel that is both engaging and entertaining. While it may not surpass the original, it certainly captures its heroic spirit. With Ridley Scott’s expert direction, John Mathieson’s gorgeous cinematography, and Harry Gregson-Williams’s triumphant score, the film is both visually and aurally stunning.

Whether it’s the nostalgic connection to the original, the standout performances, or Scott’s talent for large-scale action, there’s something here for every fan to enjoy. Gladiator II opens in theaters everywhere on November 22nd and comes highly recommended—enjoy!

LeBron James Roasted By Fans Over Unlikely Snoop Dogg & Coach K Dream

LeBron James has garnered a reputation over the years for exaggerating and embellishing the truth or even outright lying, and his latest recollection, a dream about Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre and Coach K, has fans howling.

The NBA legend has entire videos and threads on multiple platforms dedicated to some of his most outlandish remarks – check out a compilation at the end of the page. His latest tweet could soon be added to the collection, with fans accusing him of lying about a dream.

On Sunday (November 10), James, who was drafted to the NBA straight out of high school, recalled a wild dream about playing college basketball at Duke University for five-time national champion Mike Krzyzewski.

“Just woke up from having a dream I was playing for Duke for Coach K inside Cameron Indoor Stadium!” he tweeted. “It was INSANE in there. Told Coach K it was an honor to suit up for him and he said the same thing back to me. He’s such a LEGEND!”

The dream continued, with LeBron James claiming the game transferred into a show with Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre performing.

“Then…..” he added, “It turned right into a concert. Snoop &  Dre were the performers and they was doing the song “The Next Episode”. The roof inside Cameron damn near came off! Haha. Then my [alarm] went off and I woke up.”

LeBron James Fans Refuse To Buy Dream Story

However, owing to his reputation, social media users refused to believe LeBron James, even when recounting a dream.

“Lebron gets all the good dreams,” one fan joked, while another said, “You wake up and decide to lie unprovoked.”

Meanwhile, a third trolled James with their own fantastical tale. “I had a dream that I was a newborn baby,” they replied. “My mother dropped me off at your front door step and you took me in. You raised me, you trained me, you nurtured me into your own image and I became one of the greats thanks to you!!!”

While social media users poked fun at LeBron James’s dream, the Blue Devils took him very seriously.

“Lakers/Duke exhibition game/concert next year in Cameron?” the official Duke Men’s Basketball account tweeted.

T.I. Has Hilarious Nickname For Son King Harris’ New Baby

T.I. recently became a grandfather for the third time after King Harris welcomed a son with girlfriend J’Nijah “Nana” Epps earlier this month.

The ATL legend first announced the news of the little boy’s arrival during an interview in September. T.I. jokingly vowed to make sure his grandson becomes “The greatest gangsta of all time” as payback for King Harris’ unruly behavior over the years.

Judging from a parenting update from King, T.I. is following through with his promise. According to the 20-year-old rapper, although the baby has so many nicknames, including “King Jr.,” “Jack Jack” and ”Man Man,” T.I. has a unique moniker for his grandson.

“Who knows, maybe y’all see little Jack Jack sooner or later,” he said before reeling off his son’s pet names. “Pops call him ‘K2’ and ‘The World’s Greatest Gangsta.’”

In his September interview, T.I. teased, “I told him I’mma make this the greatest gangsta of all time. I will raise this child to torture you the way you tortured me. I promise you there will be an indictment in this young one.”

The little boy is only weeks old, but King Harris is already feeling the torture of sleepless nights.

“Truth be told! Before this little n#### I ain’t been getting no sleep,” he said elsewhere in the video. “But now I’m damn sure not getting no sleep. This n#### be up every morning, and then around the morning time he likes to do that little live concert s### that I be doing with him. And he like to walk around the house and s###. So, that’s what I’ve been dealing with!”

During one of his recent “concerts,” King Harris and his son caught a vibe to T.I.’s introspective song, “Still Ain’t Forgave Myself.”

Diddy’s Ex Bodyguard Files $100M Defamation Lawsuit Against Rape Accuser

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ former bodyguard Joseph “Big Joe” Sherman is reportedly suing a woman who claimed he and the Bad Boy Records founder raped her.

In September, Thalia Graves filed a lawsuit claiming Thalia Graves accusing Diddy and Sherman of drugging and violently raping her at the Bad Boy Records studio in 2001. She also claimed the pair filmed the alleged assault and later sold the footage.

In a new court filing, Sherman claimed he never met Graves and is suing her for defamation and emotional distress. Sherman stated that he stopped working for Diddy in 1999 and wasn’t allowed near him or his studio.

“Plainly said, the Plaintiff, Joseph Sherman, was not even allowed into Bad Boy records studios or near Sean Combs after 1999,” the lawsuit states. “Consequently, he could not have videotaped or raped Thalia Graves.”

In his complaint, Sherman’s attorney labeled the allegations “utterly false and untrue.” They argued Graves made “outrageous, disgusting, and life altering statements and publishings…without any regard for the truth.”

The suit continues, “Joseph Sherman has never met Thalia Graves, let alone raped her.”

Sherman Accused Graves Of “Orchestrating A Money Grab”

During an interview last month, Sherman claimed Graves was targeting him because he refused to be a witness in her case against Diddy.

“Her and whoever she’s in cahoots with was orchestrating a money grab. And she wanted me to be part of that money grab,” he said. She wanted to get Diddy,” he said.

His lawsuit included an alleged text from Graves asking Sherman to testify against Diddy in exchange for keeping him out of the case.

“These statements imply that Defendant, Thalia Graves, is aware that Plaintiff, Joseph Sherman, is innocent of any alleged sexual assault but is attempting to leverage baseless allegations as part of her broader litigation strategy,” Sherman’s attorneys argued.

Meanwhile, Sherman shared a video on Instagram after filing the lawsuit.

“Let the war began,” he wrote. “I want a 100 million. My first lawsuit two more coming.”

Cardi B Claps Back At MAGA Troll With Melania Trump Nude Photo

Cardi B lashed out at a Donald Trump supporter mocking her past as a stripper, firing back with a jab at Melania Trump.

The NYC rapper has previously called on MAGA trolls to leave her alone after the election. However, she rose to the bait after a Trump supporter called her out on social media, ridiculing her in response to a throwback video from the rapper’s strip club days.

“Just a reminder,” they wrote alongside a clip of Cardi in a skimpy outfit. “She tried telling millions of people Kamala Harris was the right choice [for] America.”

Cardi B was quick to clap back, referencing Donald Trump’s wife Melania’s former modeling career.

“OH,” she wrote, posting a magazine cover featuring Melania Trump in the nude.

It’s not the first time Cardi B has shared a nude throwback image from Melania Trump’s fashion model days.

Back in 2020, the “Enough” rapper hit back at conservative commentator and ex-Republican congressional candidate DeAnna Lorraine over a tweet comparing her to the former First Lady.

“America needs far more women like Melania Trump and far less like Cardi B,” she tweeted.

Alluding to the unfounded rumors Melania Trump was once an escort, Cardi B replied, “Didn’t she used to sell that Wap?”

She also shared another nude photo in a follow-up tweet. “This pic giving me ‘ yea you f##### wit some wet ass p####’ vibes,” she added. “Just sayin.”

Cardi B slammed Donald Trump during a speech at a Kamala Harris rally shortly before the election.

“He’s selling us bigotry, misogyny, chaos and confusion. He wants us to hate each other,” she said. “And it’s going to cost you your money, equal opportunity, affordable health care and any rights you thought you had for your body. He gon take it from ya.”

50 Cent Says Diddy “Down Bad” But Tells Ray J To Chill Amid Wild Rant

50 Cent is weighing in on Ray J’s wild remarks about Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ legal issues, once again telling him to chill.

After previously warning the singer to steer clear of Diddy’s sons following their recent altercations, the G-Unit founder is doubling down. As well as poking fun at Ray J, 50 Cent refused to pass on the opportunity to throw a shot at Diddy amid his endless trolling of the incarcerated Bad Boy Records boss.

On Sunday (November 10), 50 Cent shared a clip of Ray J discussing the allegations against Diddy on the News Nation show “CUOMO.”

“‘Cause, you know, they saying that people like the church doing it,” Ray J said in the video. “So now, I can’t turn cheek to cheek when somebody hit me, because now I’m thinking about butt cheeks, you know? It’s like… It’s a lot, and it’s just not adding up to me.”

Alluding to Ray J’s run-in with Diddy’s sons, 50 Cent teased, “Oh now i see why they was gonna pack Ray J out, he wilding bro.”

He added, “It feels like he saying this because Diddy down bad. I’m a hit Ray and tell him chill LOL.”

50 Cent Urges Ray J To Leave Diddy’s Sons Alone

Earlier this month, 50 Cent warned Ray J about the Combs brothers. “JUSTIN and them gonna f### you up,” he said, referencing Ray’s remarks about their father.

During a conversation with Nicki Minaj, Ray J admitted he crossed the line with Diddy’s sons.

“I got over cocky and said some things that were out of bounds,” he said on Instagram Live. “I said some over the top things that had to do with sodomy and other things and I wasn’t proud of myself about what I did.”

Meanwhile, Diddy is making another attempt to get out on bail. He’s been behind bars at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center since September 2024. He faces significant charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

Diddy’s attorneys proposed a “far more robust” bail package, including a $50 million bond. They argued allegations of obstruction and witness tampering are baseless. Furthermore, the team claimed that the conditions of his detention “leave him unconstitutionally handicapped,” in preparing his defense.

GloRilla Saving Herself For Marriage Following Pregnancy Prank

GloRilla has recently been very vocal about relationships and settling down, but according to her latest announcement, the “TGIF” rapper is officially off the market.

The Memphis rapper is having a stellar year as one of rap’s fastest-rising stars. She racked up several viral hits in 2024, scored a Top. 5 on the Billboard charts with her album Glorious, earning nearly 70 million streams in the first week and scored two Grammy nominations.

With all of that going on, it appears GloRilla is determined to focus on her career until she meets the one. On Sunday (November 10), Glo hopped on social media with an announcement on her relationship status.

“Single & celibate until God send me my husband,” she penned.

GloRilla may be single and saving herself for marriage, but she recently confused some fans into thinking she was ready to give birth. Last month, Glo pranked her fans by popping out with a baby bump on social media.

“Was so sick of hiding & sucking my stomach in lol,” she wrote alongside a pair of selfies with a prominent baby bump.

Her post attracted criticism, with some in the comment section mocking her and questioning her baptism. However, supportive fans fought back for Rock, arguing that she’s trying and deserves support.

“Can’t believe so many are asking how many times she got baptized,” one fan shared. “As if you can’t dedicate your life to Christ over and over until you get it right.”

Another added, “There’s no time limit on getting right with god. Y’all leave this lady alone !” while a third said, “Lord keep her… she’s trying.”

Karlissa Saffold, the grandmother of Rock’s son with Blueface, has been one of her harshest critics. However, she claimed “everything I hated about her was left in that water” after seeing Chrisean Rock’s baptism video.

Chrisean Rock’s transformation has also extended to her music. She previously shared a snippet of a “hood gospel” song she wrote about her faith. Super producer Timbaland caught wind of the song and was inspired to create an AI remix.

“My Music Is A Product of My Life”: James Tonic on Redefining Modern Music with French-Rooted Soundscapes

James Awad, known by his stage name James Tonic, is a modern music icon deeply rooted in Quebec’s cultural landscape. As a first-generation Lebanese Canadian, James has created a unique space for himself in the music industry.

Yet, unlike many artists who draw directly from their ethnic backgrounds, James’ music is defined not by his Lebanese heritage but by a profound connection to his Canadian French roots, which shine through in his genre-blending sound that balances alternative hip-hop folk rock and pop rock.

For James, his creative journey has always been more about exploring and amplifying Quebec’s musical legacy than reflecting on his Lebanese heritage. “Quebec is where I was born and raised; it’s my home and my cultural foundation,” he shares.

“My music is very much a product of my life here and the rich French culture that surrounds me.”

This devotion to his roots comes through in his choice to sing primarily in French, connecting deeply with Quebec’s Francophone audiences and honoring the traditions that have shaped him.

“Growing up, I was surrounded by these beautiful, intricate sounds from Lebanon—maqam scales, the darbuka’s beats, the oud’s melody,” James shares.

“While I love to blend those with Western pop and the storytelling of French chanson, I do not make them my main focus. It is much more of an influence.

“I’ve always felt that pull between two worlds,” James says thoughtfully. “Music became my way of exploring what it means to belong, to hold onto my roots while finding my place here. Each song tells a piece of that story.”

His recent album, No Sorrow (2023), showcases his commitment to this heritage, with lyrics and themes that resonate deeply within Quebec’s cultural narrative. Songs like Looking At Me and Day Off, which feature collaborations with prominent artists like NAV, are grounded in the poetic introspection of French chanson, a style that captures Quebec’s distinct cultural spirit.

“Working with artists from different genres, like NAV and Gunna, lets me push my sound further,” James says.

“It’s all about blending influences and seeing how we can create something that feels fresh and unexpected but still rooted in who we are. I write about universal themes—love, resilience, finding hope,” James reflects.

“Even though my story is specific, those emotions connect us all. It’s the power of music, bringing people together from all backgrounds.”

While James is fluent in multiple languages, he chooses to sing primarily in French as a tribute to his upbringing and the Francophone community he identifies with. “Singing in French isn’t just a choice; it’s part of who I am,” he reflects.

His bilingualism serves to connect with a diverse audience, but French remains his preferred medium of expression, offering a personal authenticity that English or Arabic could not replicate.

By performing in French, he finds a unique way to share his story while honoring the cultural resonance of the Quebecois dialect.

Although James’ background includes Lebanese roots, his music focuses on his Canadian upbringing, which is free from any overt Middle Eastern influence.

He is clear about his choice to keep his work rooted in the environment he knows best: “I’ve never felt the need to incorporate Lebanese elements into my music,” he says, “because my heart and mind are in Quebec. The landscape, the people, and the unique culture here inspire me.”

James’ story becomes one of dual identity, where his Lebanese heritage is acknowledged but not integrated into his music, reflecting his experiences as a Quebecois artist.

His focus on Canadian French traditions allows him to offer a unique contribution, enriching cultural fabric with his distinctive voice: “I see my role as a continuation of that legacy.

“If my success can inspire other immigrants and minority groups to embrace their heritage and follow their passions without sacrificing who they are, then I feel like I’m making a difference.”

Drummer Records, the label supporting his recent projects, has recognized this distinctiveness, working to amplify James’ voice not as a multicultural figure but as a Quebecois artist.

Though his roots may be complex, James’s work speaks universally through themes of love, loss, and self-reflection expressed in a style that resonates with both local and international listeners.

His “Stuck In LA Tour” spans multiple cities, bringing Quebec’s cultural depth to new audiences. “The beauty of music is that it can travel, but for me, it’s always coming back home,” he says.

Through his dedication to Canadian French music, James offers an artistic expression that’s true to his experiences. His voice, lyrics, and style are not a blend of cultures but a celebration of the one he knows best, resonating with listeners as an authentic tribute.

My goal is to create a space where people can experience something unique—a blend of cultures and sounds that feels new,” James says.

“Highlighting diversity is a big part of what I hope to achieve. I want to bring visibility to the Lebanese immigrant community within Canada, showing the value of multiculturalism and diverse cultural contributions to society.

“And when young artists join me on stage, I see that next generation coming up. It’s inspiring to see them find their voice.”

His journey is a testament to embracing one’s primary cultural environment and sharing it with the world, making him a prominent figure in Canada’s Francophone artistic community.

Michael Jackson Film Delayed To Compete For Awards

The highly anticipated biopic about Michael Jackson has been delayed by six months, pushing its release from April 18, 2025, to October 3, 2025, Lionsgate confirmed.

The film, titled Michael, casts Jaafar Jackson as the King of Pop, portraying his uncle’s rise from a child star with the Jackson 5 to his superstar status in the music industry, up until his final days before his death in 2009.

Lionsgate’s decision to reschedule the launch to fall suggests a strategic move in positioning the film as an awards season contender, a tactic commonly seen in films aimed at nominations.

Set to hit theaters alongside Roofman, a crime thriller starring Channing Tatum and Kirsten Dunst, Michael will also arrive a week prior to Disney’s sci-fi epic Tron: Ares, starring Jared Leto.

The timing reflects heightened competition for both box office earnings and potential honors on the awards circuit.

Directed by Antoine Fuqua, best known for his work on Training Day, the movie will feature performances from Colman Domingo as family patriarch Joe Jackson, Nia Long as matriarch Katherine Jackson, and Miles Teller as Michael’s longtime manager John Branca.

The script, penned by renowned screenwriter John Logan of Skyfall and Gladiator fame, aims to capture pivotal moments throughout Jackson’s life.

Fuqua, who shared an exclusive preview of footage at San Diego Comic-Con in July 2024, has expressed a personal connection to the project.

“Michael was a big influence on my career,” Fuqua said, explaining his motivation for taking on the project. “He was an incredible artist and a human being, and we’re exploring that.”

The film is expected to span a substantial runtime and will feature a musical catalog of 30 of Jackson’s hits, that’s integral to capturing the essence of the Thriller legend’s story.

Co-produced by John Branca alongside Graham King, who took Bohemian Rhapsody to box-office success, Michael carries certain expectations of both critical and commercial acclaim.
