Ye Didn’t Think Kim Kardashian’s SNL Joke About Divorce Was Funny

Ye has insisted his divorce from Kim Kardashian is “no joke” because he still wants to be with the reality star.

Ye appeared on the podcast “Drink Champs” on Thursday for his first interview since the release of his album DONDA and touched upon numerous topics during the lengthy interview – one of which was his impending divorce from Kim, the mother of his four children.

Reflecting on Kim’s recent appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” during which she joked about her marriage split, Kanye said: “‘SNL’ making my wife say, ‘I divorced him,’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off, and I ain’t see the papers. We’re not even divorced… They ain’t no joke to me. My kids want they parents to stay together. I want us to be together.”

It’s been claimed that the podcast was recorded before the pictures emerged of Kim and Pete Davidson, who appear to have embarked on a fledgling relationship after being seen on two consecutive date nights earlier this week.

Kanye continued to admit he’s spoken to the pastor at his church about “wanting to put his family back together.”

In the interview, Kanye reflected on his long-running feud with Drake, likening it to sports rivalries.

“It’s all psychological, right? So, it’s like what pen, what button is someone gonna hit?” he shrugged.

Just Blaze Responds To Kanye West’s “Drink Champs” Interview Insults

Just Blaze heard what Kanye West had to say on REVOLT’s Drink Champs.

The acclaimed producer was insulted by Kanye West and labeled a copycat in an interview with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN. Just Blaze reacted to his former collaborator’s comments in a message posted on social media.

“I’m only addressing this publicly because it was stated publicly,” he wrote. “I’m not here for mudslinging, I’m just a bit confused and disappointed. None of what was said tonight regarding me fits with any of our history or our previous interactions – particularly in light of very recent attempts to work together again.”

Just Blaze noted, “Through recent years [Kanye West] has reached out to collaborate on various projects, including a much rumored collaborative project that he was looking for me to handle a good amount of. It unfortunately never saw the light of day due to reasons unrelated to me. Most recently, a couple of months back I woke up to a literal red alert from his people that he was looking for me for his last album in the 11th hour. We tried to pull something off but it was way too last minute.”

On Drink Champs, Kanye West slammed Just Blaze. Ye derisively compared their career trajectories in addition to labeling Jay-Z’s longtime producer a copycat.

“He get credit for The Blueprint, and I did the first half of The Blueprint, and he just copied my half,” Yeezy said. “Look where I’m at today and look where he at today.”

Just Blaze concluded his response by addressing Kanye West’s remarks about his career. He also asked the media to not use his words for clickbait.

“Regarding that one comment: respectfully, I’m happy for him and the fact that he has succeeded in the ways he wanted to, but not everyone wants to be where he is,” he explained. “Everyone’s definition of personal success if a bit different. I’m quite happy where I am creatively, with my family, and my life in general. We were a part of history together and I wish him well and continued success.”

JayDaYoungan Arrested AGAIN

Weeks after one Baton Rouge rapper, NBA YoungBoy, was moved out of one Louisiana jail cell, another rapper from the same city is going in.

This time, rapper JayDaYoungan was picked up by law enforcement for the fourth time in three months.

The feds’ division of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives poured in to snatch the 23-year-old rapper, whose real name is Javorious Tykies, up.

According to The Advocate, the charges for his latest arrest are not clear.

Last week JayDaYoungan was in Washington Parish jail for five days on drug and weapon possession charges.

On September 16, he was arrested in Tangipahoa Parish on counts of accessory to second-degree murder and obstruction of justice to a crime linked to a shooting in that town that left one dead and two injured.

The first charge was on August 20. JayDaYoungan was pulled over and arrested for recklessly driving high speed with his passenger door open in Washington Parish.

He had two passengers in the car. One was a baby who was sitting without a seatbelt on a woman’s lap. For this incident, he was charged with the careless operation of a vehicle, no child restraint, and driving with a suspended license.

Well, who is he?

JaDayYoungan might not be as known to the mainstream as he is to Louisiana cops, but he is pretty popular to some.

His three songs “23 Island,” “Elimination” and “Opps,” combined have a total of 170 million streams on Spotify. Fans are out there and surely concerned that this legal trouble might stop him from making great music.

Or maybe not. As reported by AllHipHop.com, NBA YoungBoy, who is also from his hometown, just dropped a chart-topping project while he was locked up.

Let’s hope this is not a part of a new rollout for an album.

This story is developing.

Visionary Dante Tweaks Shares How TrapRock is More Than a New Genre

For ages, music has been the unspoken language connecting artists with souls around the world. There are several genres of music, and each of them has a separate appeal to the human soul. A breed of new artists has recently started exploring various sub-genres to develop contemporary music that is unique and cutting edge. Following the trend, Dante Tweaks, another visionary rapper, and musician has introduced his own genre of contemporary music called “TrapRock.” The Trap star has recently launched his single “Off The Bat” in this genre, creating quite a buzz across digital media platforms.

Dante Tweaks was born and brought up in the Bronx, a place known to be the cradle of rock and hip-hop music. The diverse music culture eventually had a profound impact on Dante. It eventually led to a growing interest in rock music that is hard-hitting and cutting edge. Dante started composing tunes from a very early age. To pursue his passion for music as a career, Dante moved to Connecticut. Here, he noticed a gap in the entertainment industry and knew he had to do something to bridge it with his talent.

Dante was only 19 when his first single was played on Hot 93.7, Connecticut’s most popular hip-hop radio station. This achievement was a much-needed boost for him to hone his craft. Another single by Dante titled “Plug Ran Dry” was listed at number 69 on the UK iTunes Charts. He kept pushing his limits and fearlessly experimented with various genres to develop a unique and electrifying sound that he calls TrapRock. Dante believes his new sound will enthrall audiences like ever before. It has the potential to form several other sub-genres in the future.

Today, Dante is an accomplished rock star who is taking his TrapRock to new heights every day. His love for music, being identified as a Trapstar, and because of all the struggles he has been through to pursue music, Dante has a crazy follower base across digital media. The artist receives an average of 2,000 streams per month on Spotify, and the number is only increasing every month.

He owns an independent record label named Howell Records, which has a recording studio. Howell Studio is the only recording studio in Connecticut that is endorsed by Hot 93.7, the hip-hop radio station. The Trapstar has also performed with notable artists Grafh, Young Dirty Bastard, and Street Gena. He believes his TrapRock sound is the beginning of a new movement in Connecticut that will encourage more aspiring artists and passion-driven people to follow in his footsteps.

After years of struggle and single-handedly building a team and starting a studio, Dante Tweaks is now the boss in his space. His debut TrapRock single titled “Off the Bat” is taking digital media by storm. This highly energetic music expresses his thoughts in a unique way that will resonate with people in CT and those from his community. Yella Beezy Arrested On Sexual Assault & Weapons Charges

Yella Beezy found himself in police custody for the third time in 2021.

According to multiple reports, Yella Beezy was arrested in Plano, Texas on Thursday. He’s been charged with felony sexual assault, abandoning or endangering a child and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

The Dallas-bred rapper, whose real name is Markies Deandre Conway, was booked into Collin County jail on Friday. He was released after posting a $57,500 bond.

Yella Beezy’s latest arrest comes just a few months after he was apprehended on drug and weapons charges. In August, he was busted for possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony, and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Back in February, Yella Beezy was also arrested for having an unlicensed weapon. Dallas cops pulled him over for allegedly running a stop sign then discovered a gun while searching his vehicle.

The gold-selling artist claimed his February arrest was the result of police harassment. He vented about the situation in a post on Instagram Stories.

“It be ya own kind that do you the dirtiest that what be so crazy 2 me!” he wrote. “And I’m speaking on the crooked police!”

Yella Beezy recently signed with Asylum Records. He dropped a new single titled “I Guess” on Friday.

Whose President Is This? Donald Trump Hit A Kid In The Head With A Baseball

Your man Donald Trump is at it again.

White America’s shining example of failing upwards has bonked a kid in the head with a baseball while at the World Series.

TMZ, God bless them, has caught it all on video for posterity.

As they report, “the video shows a young boy desperately attempting to get DT’s attention. Finally, the ex-prez heard the kid, and asked him to throw a baseball for him to sign. The 75-year-old politician grabbed a marker from a Secret Service agent … and signed the baseball. Then came time to toss the ball back … and that’s when Donald Trump plunked a kid square in the dome, after an adult male who was with the kid failed to make the routine catch.”

Let’s be reminded that this is the same man who claimed he was going to go “pro” as a baseball player, which I’m sure makes the likes of Mariano Rivera tremble in his boots. Just look at the grace and elegance with which Donald Trump tosses a baseball. Classy!

“I was supposed to be a pro baseball player. At the New York Military Academy, I was captain of the baseball team. I worked hard like everyone else, but I had good talent,” he said back in 2004.

Obvious BS aside, this is clearly more than Donald Trump ever threw a baseball with his own sons, so there’s that.

Man Who Kidnapped Tekashi 6ix9ine Caught In Prison Smuggling Ring

Crooked cops and officials are not just in 50 Cent’s#### series “Power” or “BMF.”

They are out here helping hustlers every day.

Recently, three individuals who “used to work” for the Metropolitan Correction Center (MCC) in Manhattan are getting locked up to play both sides of the law.

One of them even found herself wrapped up in the Brooklyn rainbow-haired rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine’s case.

The trio was a part of a scam to get burner phones into the prison to give to specific inmates. They also were smuggling in cigarettes (yes … think OZ or Orange is the New Black).

According to the Associated Press, the employees were all charged with conspiracy charges and honest services wire fraud.

One of the former federal employees, ex-jail secretary Sharon Griffith-McKnight, advocated for one of the Bloods that is serving time for the kidnapping of rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine.

She told a judge once that Anthony Ellison, a leader of the Nine Treys, was a “model” inmate.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams took to the press to express his disappointment. He wrote in a statement that their behavior “undermined the institution they swore to serve by conspiring with the very inmates they are charged to protect.”

Michael J. Driscoll, head of New York’s FBI office, chimed in, saying, “The guards we’ve arrested today acted like nothing more than the criminals in their charge and assisted incarcerated offenders in committing more crimes.”

Kanye West Unfollows Kim Kardashian On Instagram Again

Kanye West has unfollowed Kim Kardashian on Instagram once again.

Yeezy made the social media move amid his estranged wife’s rumored romance with Pete Davidson. Kim Kardashian and the comedian sparked relationship speculation after being spotted holding hands at a California theme park in October.

The G.O.O.D. Music founder previously unfollowed Kim Kardashian on Instagram in September. The social media slight didn’t last long as he began following her again a few days later.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce from Kanye West in February. She cited irreconcilable differences in the filing.

The couple has been married since 2014. They have four children: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.

Kanye West addressed his pending divorce during an interview with REVOLT’s Drink Champs. He expressed his desire to stay married to Kim Kardashian and complained about her October appearance on Saturday Night Live.

SNL making my wife say ‘I divorced him’ on TV because they just wanted to get that bar off,” he told hosts N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN. “I’ve never even seen the papers. We’re not even divorced. My kids want their parents to stay together. I want us to be together.”

While hosting SNL, Kim Kardashian mentioned her split with Kanye West in her monologue. She blamed his personality for their divorce.

“When I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality,” she explained. “I know it sounds mean, but people keep telling me that comedy comes from truth. And if there’s one thing that I always strive to be, it’s genuine.”

Kanye West Reveals How He Feels About Drake; Talks Their Beef, Kim K & A Potential “Verzuz”

Kanye West sat down with N.O.R.E and DJ EFN for an episode of “Drink Champs” where he discussed numerous topics. During the nearly two-and-a-half-hour interview, Ye revealed extensive details about his relationship with Drake. He spoke about the diss tracks, subliminal shots, and whether Drake and Kim had an intimate relationship.

Kanye discussed his long-standing feud with Drake in-depth and compared it to playing in the NBA. “People are either on your team or not,” he said, though he has no hard feelings towards Drake. He gave him credit for selling “more records that anybody” and said Drake simply plays the game differently.

Kanye Talks Tactics

According to Kanye, those “different” tactics include moving “five blocks down the street from you” and sending DMs to ” every single girl in and around your family.” He likened Drake’s strategy to stealth combat and said, “Drake don’t’ do a diss like an outright diss song where it’s a head shot. He’s gonna’ set it up like war.”

“This is the first time we’re in a place of professional rap,” Ye continued. He suggested Drake disses him in songs in ways only he can recognize. “If he throws out a bar right here, it might be a bar only, like Pac say, ‘you and I know what’s going on.’ But it’s all psychological. It’s like what button is someone is going to hit.”

https://twitter.com/AGeminiStallion/status/1456471719674216449?s=20

He came up with an on-the-spot analogy of the situation and compared Drake’s subliminal shots to Evander Holyfield’s hidden underhanded tactics used against Mike Tyson in their infamous bout. “I bit his ear but they ain’t see what Holyfield was doing.”

Kanye discussed being driven by competition and said the purpose of multiple “DONDA” listening sessions was to put pressure on the rest of the field, “We wanna make it hurt,” he said. “That’s what competition is. We made everybody push their summer back. Drake pushed back those release dates. That’s a fact, that actually happened.”

“I Love Drake”

Despite years of bad blood between the pair, Kanye is still a fan of Drake. “I love Drake,” he said. “Let’s have Drake have his spot of what he meant in my life specifically and what he’s meant to rap over the last decade specifically.”
The Chicago native also revealed, “I be wanting to sit down with Drake to day this just as an OG.” He talked about the music they make lacking “redemptive qualities.” Referring to the diss tracks back and forth between them he said, “We put on a façade and act like we ready to die.” He said that as men of God they need to find a way to reach redemption.

Ultimately, Kanye remains unconcerned about things ever getting too far. He said there are “Too many people that get paid off of either of us for something to happen to either of us.”

Kanye On “Sicko Mode”

Ye also claimed he put Jay-Z, Kim Kardashian, Kid Cudi, Pusha T, Travis Scott and Drake in a group chat at the height of the tension between them and told them he is “worth more than all of you in this group text combined.”

He spoke about the effect Travis Scott’s “Sicko Mode” had on his mental health claiming he called it ‘A flagrant foul” in the aforementioned group chat. He added, “I would have to bring my kids to a party where they threatening my life on a song. And then they wonder why you end up in the hospital.”

Ye Talks Drake and Kim Kardashian

Kanye raised the subject of the rumored romance between Drake and his wife, Kim, and called her, “My Wife, because she’s still my wife. It ain’t no paperwork.”

The fashion mogul claimed he confronted Drake directly. “I had this conversation where Drake is like “I never f##### Kim.’” However, Kanye responded “But you acted like you did. You got bars that’s like ‘Hidden Hills give your wife the chills,’” referring to Drake’s verse on DJ Khaled’s “Greece” which many thought was Drake implying he had something going on with Kim. He continued, “It’s like somebody throwing a marble and hiding they hand.”

Then, Kanye disclosed he also had the conversation with Kim. Ye claims she is no longer a Drake fan after the Canadian rapper suggested they had an intimate relationship. “Kim be like, ‘I don’t listen to this n#### no more. This n#### acting like he f#####.’”

Will We Ever See A Kanye vs. Drake “Verzuz?”

Early on in the conversation, N.O.R.E asked Ye if he had been watching Timbaland and Swizz Beat’s “Verzuz” series. He asked the question everyone was waiting on; would Kanye take on Drake in a Verzuz? Ye said he would and went further, saying that he would beat Drake:

“I’m winning every situation,” he said as the room erupted in customary “Drink Champs” applause.

When N.O.R.E doubled back to make absolutely clear Kanye would agree to a battle with Drake, Ye was unequivocal. “Yea, absolutely,” he said. “But it already happened, he played one of my leaked songs and it was better than every other song this year.”

N.O.R.E then asked Kanye about “leaking” Drake’s address which he says he didn’t do. He discovered the address the same way anybody else could, via Google Maps, apparently.

Kanye also discussed his efforts in the fight for Larry Hoover’s freedom and hopes bringing Drake on board will go some way to achieving that redemption he spoke of.

Fat Wavey – “Drank Force 1” Video

New York City has been experiencing a resurgence in the mainstream within the past few years, namely from Brooklyn.

The drill sound emanating out of that borough has captured the national consciousness, but other areas in the mecca of Hip Hop are branching out with their own sound. Case in point, Fat Wavey. A native of Manhattan’s Lower East Side, the newcomer has made great strides since emerging on the scene back in 2019.

He has released several full-length projects including collaborations with the likes of Famous Dex and Day Lee. He’a also received heavy cosigns from members of the ASAP Mob and Lil Uzi Vert affiliate Ngeeyl of 300 Ent.

Fresh off of releasing his most recent album, Fat Wavey ups the ante with the visual for his latest single “Drank Force 1.” The track finds him showcasing his menacing bars over Ransom’s drill-infused backdrop.

The track and accompanying visual are a perfect mashup for Fat Wavey’s rap style, which is a unique change for today’s rap scene. Watch the George Buford-directed video below, and stream his album ‘Blessed With The Curse.’

PCA Beezy – “No Talking” Video

McComb, Mississippi isn’t well known in the Hip Hop world but native PCA Beezy is looking to change that.

Though he is a newcomer to the nationwide scene, PCA Beezy has been a trailblazer in his city, having been the first rapper from McComb to garner 100K views on YouTube.

Self-made with the southern do-it-yourself spirit, PCA Beezy purchased his own Big Rig and launched his own trucking company, which helped finance his record label and the accompanying expenses that come with it.

This is far cry from his days of struggling due to a broken home and poverty-stricken environment. This is in addition to living in a state with a strong history of slavery and the remnants of it still being felt. Never one to give up on himself, PCA Beezy has changed his fortunes and now looks to take his talents and city, nationwide.

This was all the more evident with the release of his debut project, appropriately titled ‘Da UnderDog.’ The 9-track project encompasses PCA Beezy’s life work and is a perfect encapsulation of his journey thus far.

Fresh off the release of the project, he doubles back by dropping the official visual for his single “No Talking.” Check out the video below and stream ‘Da UnderDog!’

Saba Announces ‘Few Good Things’ Album, Drops “Fearmonger” Single

Chicago emcee Saba became one of the top independent rap acts over the last five years. The Pivot Gang co-founder earned critical acclaim for his second studio album Care for Me.

Saba is now set to let loose his highly-anticipated third studio LP Few Good Things. This week, Saba dropped the Few Good Things lead single “Fearmonger” featuring Daoud.

“A ‘fearmonger’ is defined by Cambridge as ‘someone who intentionally tries to make people afraid of something when this is not necessary or reasonable.’ I’m saying we’re embedded with this ‘irrational fear,'” says Saba.

The Ghetto Sage collective member continues, “The song takes this concept and kind of turns it slightly abstract by assigning a character to ‘fearmonger.’ I’ve never made a record that sounded anything like this, and part of the fun of releasing music is to create worlds sonically and have people trust you to show them around your own imagination.”

In September 2020, Saba dropped the “2-song double single” of “Mrs. Whoever” and “Something in the Water” featuring South Florida rapper Denzel Curry. Pivot Gang’s You Can’t Sit With Us compilation arrived one year earlier.

Saba also states:

At the time of making this record, I was beginning to realize how big of a hold fears actually had on me. With big decisions to make, I was never sure if I was doing the right thing. Fearing if I was actually doing enough. Fear had become something that I just accepted. No longer trying to overcome it. Fear of losing everything. Fear of failure. Fear of not being enough. I walk on uncharted territory and it makes me think of my own family and their relationships to fear, failure, and success. The song mostly deals with fear as it relates to money in the Black household, a fear that I am still currently working through.

Being from a long line of poverty is not a new story, but it does come with its own traumas and judgments that can make our relationship to success feel like it’s never enough. It’s embedded into us from our upbringing so we spend our adulthood trying our best to unlearn it. It becomes you holding on to a dollar afraid to spend it or share it because you don’t know if it’s your last one. There is no family line or trust fund or rich grandparent that can help you. If you hit the bottom, it’s just that. The same way that your parents were, and the same way their parents were. “I know if I fall back down ain’t no one there to lend me rope.”

Travis Scott Returns With New Singles “Escape Plan” & “Mafia”

Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival begins today in Houston, Texas. As a precursor for the star-studded showcase, Scott dropped a two-pack with the “Escape Plan” and “Mafia” songs.

It is not clear if the tracks will live on the forthcoming Utopia album. Travis Scott has teased the project on social media for over a year. In October 2020, he tweeted, “GOING TO GO COOK UP AND BUILD THESE WALLS FOR UTOPIA. SEE YOU GUYS SOON.”

“Escape Plan” was produced by Oz and Nik D. “Mafia” was produced by Jahann Sweet and Boi-1da. According to the song credits on Tidal, J. Cole is credited as a composer and lyricist for the latter song.

Utopia is expected to be Travis Scott’s first full-length studio LP since 2018’s well-received, chart-topping Astroworld. Additionally, the Cactus Jack Records head appeared on the JackBoys compilation which also reached #1 on the Billboard 200 chart.

When asked if he felt burdened to succeed with new music, Scott stated in an interview, “I don’t feel no pressure, except to keep the fans alive. There’s so much more ground I can cover, and I want to cover it, and I love the challenge of it. I want to make a f###### new sound. I might spend days banging my head against a wall trying to figure it out, but once I do it, it’s like ultimate ecstasy.”

Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival 2021 sold out in under an hour back in May. Apple Music will stream “Astroworld: Live” tonight (November 5) at 10 pm ET. The two-day festival’s full lineup also includes SZA, Bad Bunny, Young Thug, Master P, 21 Savage, Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, Baby Keem, and additional acts.

London on da Track, Buddah Bless, OG Parker, The Neptunes, 9th Wonder, and other producers provided the beats.

Still Over It is the follow-up to 2019’s Over It. Summer Walker garnered critical praise for her debut album. Plus, that Platinum-certified project debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200 chart with 134,000 first-week units.

“Take this opportunity to learn from my mistakes. You don’t have to guess if something is love,” Summer Walker told Apple Music. “Love is shown through actions. Stop making excuses for people who don’t show up for you.”

The 25-year-old Interscope recording artist continued, “Don’t ignore the red flags. And don’t think you have to stay somewhere ’cause you can’t find better – you can and you will. Don’t settle for less—you don’t deserve it and neither does your family.”
