PREMIERE: June3rd Unleashes New Banger “POV”

June3rd is here to take over the rap game. Hailing from Florida but based in Los Angeles, the rising star is best known for his raw melodies and aggressive lyricism, combining the genres of R&B and rap into one unique blend. Getting his start working with the talented Eric Bellinger, June exploded onto the scene with his debut single “Thirsty,” which currently hails over 3.1 million plays on SoundCloud alone and has kept the pressure on with stand-alone singles leading to today.

Now, he unleashes his newest single titled “POV,” premiered exclusively today in AllHipHop.

The upbeat banger, produced by Dream Addix, showcases June’s blunt lyrical style, holding fans over until his forthcoming debut project titled Jemeni—slated for a Summer 2021 release. After dropping his previous single “Wait 4 It,” June automatically knew he had to follow up with another banger that’ll make people get up and enjoy the moment.

Speaking on the record, June3rd states, “‘POV’ is that fun, sexy track that’s all about the moment. You don’t know what’ll happen, but you’re all in. If you’re for the vibes and good energy, this one’s for you. We need those feel-good tracks during these crazy times. I want fans to follow me on this journey to Jemeni, my debut project I’m working on. You can expect more good music for sure, I got more heat in the tuck!”

Tekashi 69 And Lil Nas X Explode On Each Other Over DM’s

Tekashi 69 has hit back after being accused of sliding into Lil Nas X’s DMs.

The rapper found himself in hot water after allegedly making a homophobic comment about the “Old Town Road” star while referring to a story about China’s recent decision to make COVID-19 a### swabs mandatory for foreign visitors.

“Lil Nas X entered the chat,” Tekashi appeared to comment on the post, which was shared on TikTok and Twitter.

Nas addressed the controversy by sharing the screenshot and asking Tekashi “this you?”

After failing to receive a response from Tekashi, Nas made the decision to share some direct messages he allegedly received from the “Trollz” star on Instagram.

“Yo,” Tekashi wrote in the message from October last year. “Gonna be in ya city soon what you doing lol?”

However, Tekashi hit back in a video shared to his Instagram page, in which he showed himself going to his messages to prove that he hadn’t contacted Nas.

“Before this s### blows up, lets just nip this s### in the bud,” he said in the clip.

But fans were quick to point out that despite Tekashi’s denial, Instagram users are able to unsend messages.

Nas has yet to respond to Tekashi’s denial video.

Coming 2 America? Why Did It Drop Early?

Have you seen Coming 2 America yet? Coming 2 America is this sequel to the original of almost the same name, which came out in the late 1980s! It stars and Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall, and a host of others that created a classic that has endured for 30 years. The original did not get 5-start ratings…

That's Racist GIFs | Tenor

Moving on!

Well, the movie is “back” and it has everybody’s talking once again! I just wanted to say, that Coming 2 America dropped early last night! I was trying to catch a stream and didn’t because it was a bad link, but I went to my Amazon account and it was there. But why?

Well, it’s pretty simple! Just like I said, everybody was trying to get to the movie! It was in such high demand, that I believe Amazon opened up the floodgates so that the people could get the movie as they were trying to get it. There were numerous streams and opportunities early for critics and journalists, but not others. I am others. Also, there was a case of piracy and bootlegging!

Soon as the digital files are released, it was open to be stolen and re-purposed in other ways. Amazon knew that there is/was an extreme high likeliness that the movie that they promoted for months would be released to places they could not monetize. So they opened it up for everyone early to subvert that sort of piracy.

So what are y’all think about the movie?

I have not seen it yet but I do intend to watch it all tonight as I initially intended, because I don’t have anything else to do on a Friday night. Watching it last night would’ve ruined my weekend. So I am going to check it out and let you know later. I will say this, Coming To America (the original) is a hard act to follow, and this movie has a big burden to bare. I am surprised they even tried it! I see some of the reviews and it’s not so good, but some of the others give it a little bit of slack and some concession for the modern era. So let’s check it out! Give it a shot y’all!

Nicki Minaj & Kenneth Petty Reportedly Under Investigation In “High-Priority Case”

Last year, YouTube channels and Instagram blogs began covering an unnamed woman claiming that she was being tormented by Nicki Minaj, her husband Kenneth “Zoo” Petty, and people connected to the famous couple. The situation has now made mainstream news.

The Daily Beast ran a piece this week titled “Nicki Minaj and Husband Kenneth Petty’s Campaign to Silence His Sexual Assault Victim.” Petty, now 42, was convicted of attempted rape of a sixteen-year-old girl (known as “Jennifer”) in 1995. As a result, he is required to register as a sex offender. The Queens, New York native was also convicted of assault, unlawful imprisonment, and criminal possession of a weapon.

In the article, the alleged victim claims associates of Minaj and Petty have repeatedly harassed her for months as a way to force her to retract her story about being assaulted by Petty. She previously made the same accusations against the Pettys in a YouTube video posted in November and later in a social media video where she showed her face.

Minaj and Petty’s purported pressure campaign against Jennifer, which allegedly included bribe money, was said to be part of an effort to get Petty cleared for potential federal charges for failing to register as a sex offender in the state of California. Supposedly, if Jennifer recanted her story then Petty would be able to get his record expunged.

According to Jennifer, she was contacted by the United States Marshals Service about the Petty and Minaj harassment allegations. A source apparently confirmed to the Daily Beast that an official investigation is underway. The probe is being described as a “high-priority case” with some evidence that has already been found.

Jennifer has also repeatedly claimed that she personally spoke to Minaj and informed the Hip Hop superstar that she was in fact the woman who was assaulted by Petty and she had no plans to recant her story. Jennifer was also reportedly prompted by supporters of Minaj to speak to several lawyers as a way to convince her to change her mind.

In 2018, Nicki Minaj posted on Instagram that Kenneth Petty was “in a relationship” with the alleged victim at the time of the assault which was not true. She also wrongly told the “internet” that the victim was 16 and Petty was 15, but they were both actually 16 when the alleged crime took place in 1994.

Neither Minaj nor Petty has publicly commented about the possible criminal matter involving Jennifer’s claims of harassment or Petty’s pending failure to register as a sex offender case. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Central District of California declined to comment to The Daily Beast about a potential ongoing investigation. Jennifer retained legal counsel after moving several times out of fear of intimidation and retribution.

A Woman Makes A Troubling Accusation Of Fivio Foreign

Fivio Foreign.

Bro is a whole king out here in the world of NY Drill Rap and hardcore Brooklyn Hip-Hop. But all is not well, despite a rapidly ballooning rap career.

Fivio Foreign, known for that big record “Big Drip,” he’s accused of forcing himself on a woman. And, the woman said she did not want it AT ALL. She says she repeatedly tried to stop him from touching her, but he would not except the notion. In a video, which has spread widely throughout the Internet a woman known only as Zendi said that this is what happened to her. She says that she was at an event or a party with the rapper and the music was so loud no one heard her yells. She said she said, “this feels like rape.”  And then she says that he ALLEGEDLY said that he would “dead rape her.” WOW.

Apparently the music then stopped and her friend heard her screams and stopped him from actually raping her. Check out the video and see what you think.

Zendi’s presumed friend says she was there and compared notes…in agreement. This apparently happened at an after-party that was full of “white b*tches and coke heads.” Seems like they were allegedly considered “opp thots” and targeted accordingly. I wonder if they saw the white chicks as opp thots, allegedly.

TikTok Star Ocho Drippin Names Top 5 Artists & Teases ‘Ape S###’ EP

Ocho Drippin’s “F*ck It Up” will forever be a moment in time, and he’s not letting his foot off the gas pedal in the slightest.

Hailing from Watts, California, the rising rapper got his first taste of virtual success with the 2018 single, a West Coast banger that immediately got every club, function, concert, and lituation turnt up — garnering over 20 million streams and even exploding on TikTok with millions of teenagers creating their own dances and challenges.

Hailing from the Nickerson Garden Projects, Ocho Drippin reps his zip code 90059 proudly.

Inspired by the likes of Lil Durk, DaBaby, and Tee Grizzley, the 23-year-old combines lyricism with uptempo beats inspired by real-life experiences. Most recently, he released his newest single titled “Same Ni**a,” guaranteed to get you ready to vibe out.

AllHipHop: How you been since the last time we talked?

Ocho Drippin: I’ve been good. I’ve been real good. I’m working on my project right now, it’s called “Ape S###.” I’m tryna get it right. It’s been many late nights and early mornings in the studio, working with some great producers.I got some dope artists I’m trying to work with and lock in.

AllHipHop: What was the household like growing up in Watts?

Ocho Drippin: It was cool! The city made me who i am,I wouldn’t change that for anything. Growing up I’d bump heads with my big brother every now and then, but other than that I had a good childhood . I’m the baby so I was getting everything I wanted. [laughs]

AllHipHop: When did music come into play for you?

Ocho Drippin: It came when I got out of camp, out of a little jail camp. When I was 17, I started taking it serious. Ever since I really started listening to Uncle Luke and his sound of music, I started writing, writing, writing. Trying to figure out what lane I wanted to go to. Do I go to drill music? Do I want slow music or uptempo? I started figuring it out as I started experimenting. I soon saw Uptempo is what I wanted, faster beats etc.

AllHipHop: What did “F*ck It Up” do for your career?

Ocho Drippin: It took off faster than I thought it would. People started creating dances, playing it at parties tagging me. I then started to see it pick up streams and on social media. I remember it getting to a million streams and just thinking WOW!

AllHipHop: Fondest memories from those days?

Ocho Drippin: Going crazy. I was going to every party, performed at BET Awards, TDE shows, high schools, all types of stuff. When I started doing bigger shows and started seeing all the people it hit different and I knew things were changing.

AllHipHop: Bring us back to the recording session for “F*ck It Up.”

Ocho Drippin: That’s song came from me playing around. I was writing, trying to put stuff together. I put gang for the gang members, I started saying like “lil b#### really f### it up, on a handstand doing tricks f### it up.” I started taking off with it. I recorded it and I didn’t think it was gonna go this far. I posted it on Instagram, then I start seeing the views. The views hit 40K on my Instagram, just off the views. As the days started coming, everybody’s kept telling me to drop it. So I dropped it and it went crazy. I got a million in 5 days.

AllHipHop: Were you ready for all that?

Ocho Drippin: Not really because I didn’t know what to do. It was too fast. I was young too. I was 19, I’m 23 now. Almost 4 years ago. I just went back #1 on TikTok again. It bumped back down now because that “Body-yody” song by Meg. She bumped me down, but I just went back #1.

AllHipHop: How does it feel to be #1 on TikTok? That’s wild.

Ocho Drippin: It feels good. They put my song by a Michael Jackson song too, they got everybody dancing to it. I got Johnny Dang, I got people from Power, NFL players, everybody dancing to it, it’s crazy

AllHipHop: What was your favorite?

Ocho Drippin: Johnny Dang. The one from Power. Number 11 from the Steelers, I forgot his name. I got Juju dance to it from the Steelers, Tinashe and Justina from Wild N Out.

AllHipHop: Will there be a remix to “F*ck it Up”?

Ocho Drippin: Yes there will. [laughs] We’re looking into Cardi B, Mulatto, Sada Baby. We’re trying to lowkey go towards a Blood rapper. They’re all Blood rappers, so I was trying to go towards that. I do a Crip too, but it was basically a Blood anthem.

http://hyperurl.co/OchoSeason

AllHipHop: One thing you want fans to get from Ocho Season?

Ocho Drippin: Don’t underestimate me. I can do different stuff. I could do trap music, slower music, fast music. I could do everything. They gotta stay tuned!

AllHipHop: Why did you name the new single “Same N***a”?

Ocho Drippin: Because I want people to know I’m the same n*gga. I’m still him. I’m still the bad guy. I’m changing and growing but still ME. I’m trying to be good now. [laughs]

AllHipHop: What have you been doing different?

Ocho Drippin: I’ve been in the studio. I’ve been staying away from trouble. I used to get in trouble, but that’s why I had to move away. I was getting in trouble a lot, so I had to move away. Get away from the bad crowd. I’ve been good for a while and just working on my craft.

AllHipHop: Why’d you move to Las Vegas?

Ocho Drippin: I really don’t know. I was thinking further than Vegas.I was trying to go to Atlanta but I chose Vegas because I could get back to the city faster if I wanted to.

AllHipHop: How do you like it out there?

Ocho Drippin: It’s good. I stay on the cooler side. You see more army people, older people. I’m chill. I can walk around with my slippers on, ain’t gotta worry about nobody. I go to LA every 2 to 3 weeks. Come back, stay out here for a week records, then go back home.

AllHipHop: How’s the independent grind?

Ocho Drippin: Independent grind is cool and all, but it’s some stuff I don’t know. A lot of stuff, this music stuff isn’t easy. People think it’s easy, it’s not. With deals and contracts you’re getting. What you got to bring to the table? All that is hard so being by yourself is tricky. So I had to learn to get a little bit of help to teach you and look out for you. Definitely get a lawyer to help with all those contracts . You get a lawyer, you can do it by yourself. Nipsey did it lol.

AllHipHop: How much work are you putting in?

Ocho Drippin: A lot! All my time. I’m trying to get back into things, but it’s hard. People think it’s easy but it’s hard. S###, pushing it yourself is hard. You need a little bit of help. Even though I got all the people dancing to it, it’s still hard. I’m trying to do bigger things. I’m trying to get some of them radio smashes, stuff the bigger labels can help you with.

AllHipHop: What can we expect from your forthcoming projet, Ape S###.

Ocho Drippin: We might throw 8 songs on there. I’m on some faster vibe, it sounds cool too. There’s some cool vibes on there too. It’s some Uncle Luke speeds, some a little slower jams. This one’s my turnt up project right here, it’s ready for the clubs.

AllHipHop: Do you miss being outside?

Ocho Drippin: Yeah, it’s messing up my money. [laughs] Seeing everybody face, seeing them all turnt up. Seeing all the kids,. I performed for all the kids. I did Power 106 high schools and everything.

AllHipHop: Do you get nervous?

Ocho Drippin: A lot of times, I go out there nervous, not knowing if they know my songs. I started performing at schools in the valley thinking Damn, would they know my song? I would sing the song and the whole gym would be dancing & singing. I would be saying “ Arent we in the valley! We supposed to be chillin’. [laughs]

AllHipHop: California is killing it right now with the music. Do you feel the West Coast has made a name for themselves like they did in the 90’s?

Ocho Drippin: Yeah, we coming back. We got some artists on the come up: 1TakeJay, Kalan.FrFr, Ambjaay, D3. We coming back and we all young too. We should be back real soon.

AllHipHop: 3 things you need in the studio?

Ocho Drippin: Weed, something to drink, and girls.

AllHipHop: Is it true you wanted to be a p### star before?

Ocho Drippin: Hell yea! If rap doesn’t make it, being a p### star will. I like girls, I’m in love with girls lol.

AllHipHop: How much do they inspire your music?

Ocho Drippin: Oh, they inspire a lot! That’s who I make my music for, to see them dance. TikToks and all that type of stuff.

AllHipHop: Who would you like to collaborate with that you haven’t yet?

Ocho Drippin: See I wanted to do something with DaBaby and them, but I also want to do something with their artists: Stunna4Vegas, Wisdom. It’s one named 1BoyDrew, I think he’s Meek Mill artist. I want to work with him too, but the upcoming ones are what I want.

AllHipHop: Who’s in your Top 5?

Ocho Drippin: I got Tee Grizzley, Lil Durk, Meek Mill. I be listening to Kalan.FrFr, he’s on my list. Sada Baby and Rio Da Yung OG.

AllHipHop: Any goals for yourself as an artist at this point in your career?

Ocho Drippin: My goal is to make it to where I want to be. I want to make sure everybody’s right, family etc. I like to buy homes. I also wanted to be a real estate agent, get that bag.

AllHipHop: Anything else you want to let us know?

Ocho Drippin: My EP’s coming out real soon, Ape S###. Ya’ll be prepared for it, it’s coming. I’m giving ya’ll about 8 to 10 songs, all bangers!

Vanessa Bryant Explains How Love For Her Surviving Children Keeps Her Motivated After Kobe And Gianna’s Death

Kobe Bryant’s widow is motivated to push through the grief and “keep going” by the memory of the basketball icon and their late daughter Gianna.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend and 13-year-old Gianna were killed in a tragic helicopter crash in January, 2020, and now, more than a year after the heartbreaking loss, Vanessa Bryant has admitted she still struggles to come to terms with their untimely deaths.

Speaking to People magazine, Vanessa said: “I can’t say that I’m strong every day. I can’t say that there aren’t days where I feel like I can’t survive to the next.”

However, Vanessa draws strength from her surviving children, daughters Natalia, 18, Bianka, four, and 20-month-old Capri.

“I guess the best way to describe it is that Kobe and Gigi motivate me to keep going,” she shared. “They inspire me to try harder and be better every day. Their love is unconditional and they motivate me in so many different ways.”

Vanessa continued of the constant grieving process, “This pain is unimaginable (but) you just have to get up and push forward.

“Lying in bed crying isn’t going to change the fact that my family will never be the same again. But getting out of bed and pushing forward is going to make the day better for my girls and for me. So that’s what I do.”

Mello Music’s first release from Bushido is “Black Rock,” which features Joell Ortiz, Namir Blade, Solemn Brigham and the label’s newest signee Stalley.

“I’m very excited about the situation and the opportunity with Mello Music Group.  Partnering with Mello Music at this stage of my career is a blessing.  As a label, they let you be yourself and let you be an artist; while also helping you expand independently” Stalley exclaimed to Billboard.  “They understand me as an artist and as a creative, which is very important.  They have a great and enthusiastic fanbase and I look forward to merging my brand and fanbase with theirs.  I look forward to growing with the label.”

“While my debut Mello Music project will be released later this year, I’m eager to showcase my talents with the rest of the label on the Bushido Compilation album and debut “Black Rock”; the single is dope!”

Mello Music Group’s Bushido Compilation album will be released on 4-2-21.

Tekashi 69 Denies Being A “Rat” And Admits He Developed An Addiction While In Prison

Tekashi 69 spoke to TMZ Live about his notorious case and being labeled a snitch. From his perspective, the rainbowed hair Brooklyn rapper believed that the gang he aligned with actually betrayed him two years ago.

6ix9ine said, “What’s your definition of a snitch?”

Charles from TMZ replied, “In this case, the definition is one who rats out people that they were tight with; rats them out to law enforcement.

“What’s loyalty to you, Charles?” he asks.

“Loyalty would be that you don’t snitch on the people closest to you … on your friends,” the TMZ executive responds.

Then the rapper lays it out, “If another staff member kidnapped you, is that loyalty to you? You’re working right now … If Harvey is stealing all of the money that you’re making right now, and giving you crumbs … but is taking the majority of their money, is that loyalty?”

“These are my people. Like how many people between 2018 I had beef with the whole West Coast. I beef with Houston. I beef with Chicago. Did I ever get kidnapped by Chicago or Texas or the West Coast? I got kidnapped by my own people. What I did wasn’t snitching.”

“What I did was being smart and realized that God put me here to cut my grass, so I could see snakes in my grass.”

The host then asked him, “Do you have concerns about your safety … even though you believe you didn’t snitch the people that you did testify against? They may feel that you did and do you have concerns about your safety. ‘Cause I’ve noticed the time that we’ve been talking to you, you look around a lot.”

“Nah,” the “Gooba” rapper replied, “I’m at Dunkin’ Donuts and I really want to order my coffee. When I went to jail I got addicted to coffee. I didn’t know how happy coffee makes me.

“It [also] makes you go to the bathroom in like 3 seconds,” he joked.
