This was amazing.

It started out good, but it got weird really fast. These dudes are basically the same person on two sides of the same coin. Even though I don’t know a lot about either, the impression I got is that they are both concerned with the Black community, young people in particular, call out the ills of said community and beef with a lot of people in the mainstream. They even agree on some things, true or false, about celebs like C Tha God. You would think they would get on a live chat and agree. They didn’t.

When Hassan apologized up front, I thought they would find a common ground. Kwame Brown basically said he glorifying being gangsta, but Hassan pushed back on it. But, I think the key difference is that Kwame was a rich man at a young age and Hassan was in jail. But Kwame Brown broke it down over the “Rock Ni99as Snot Box” mantra that Hassan lives by. But…this was such a real convo. He said that Hass wants the shine for being the hood woke dude. But then, he took him to task about what he said ABOUT HIM. KB went into Youtube algorithms…and so it started.

Pro Golfer Gene Siller, Two Others Killed By Aspiring Rapper

What in the world???

An arrest warrant revealed that rapper named Bryan Anthony Rhoden, who goes by the moniker B Rod, is accused of shooting and killing a 46-year-old pro-golfer Gene Siller at country club in Georgia.

In addition to that murder, authorities believe he was also responsible for the death of two other men, Henry Valdez, 46, of California and Paul Pierson, 76, of Kansas, were found tied-up with gagged in his truck.

After five-days of looking for the responsible individuals, police arrested and charged the 23 year-old with all of the aforementioned murders, three counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of kidnapping.

Reports state that Siller was shot somewhere near the 10th hole of the golf course. The other two deaths had nothing to do with the golf course or Siller but were a part of an even more ghastly crime.

Those victims were found gagged with duct tape, lifelessly bound in the rear of B Rod’s white Ram 3500 pickup truck.

The truck was left on the course as he tried to flee the scene of the crime. Pierson turned out to be the owner of the truck. In a bizarre twist to this story, the upcoming rapper had been arrested hours before Valdez and Pierson’s bodies were found.

That arrest was for driving under the influence, handing the authorities a false ID and a few other vehicles and traffic charges.

The “Made It Out” rapper was originally sent to the DeKalb County jail on Sunday morning at 2 AM but has since released on bond.

While the motive for has been established for Valdez and Pierson’s death, it is believed that Siller was killed after he witnessed yet another crime perpetrated by B Rod.

“As this remains an active case and investigation, we will be limited on the amount of information or details we can release,” Cobb County Police Chief Tim Cox said.

“But with the suspect in custody, our investigation will continue to work the case to its completion and move it forward to the Cobb County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution.”

Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz is expanding his empire by investing in a solar power firm.

After Heliogen went public the entertainer dumped some cash into an industry that seems to be the wave of the future.

2 Chainz took to his Instagram to share the news. The caption read as follows:

“So I invested in this company that basically takes the suns energy and packages it up for reuse even at night kinda like a sun refinery,” 2 Chainz revealed.

The clean energy merger that created this opportunity was between Heliogen and S### Athena.

What makes S### Athena Technology Acquisition Corp super interesting is that the CEO is Phyllis Newhouse, a Black woman who is also the founder and CEO of Xtreme Solutions.

Newhouse and her team initiated the merger between Heliogen and her company, striking the incredible number of $2 billion.

She told Forbes, “We had companies calling us on day one, the day that we went public with the S###. If you put Heliogen against any other company that we were talking to, they’re solving a world problem. And they’re solving that problem with renewable energy.”

As a Black woman, she is also excited to lead in this space.

“We wanted to show that women can serve in any capacity in a S###, with the expertise that we bring to the table. So that’s what the all-women-led idea was, to show that we can do all facets of what is required,” Newhouse continued. “And now we can go out and participate in all SPACs… we always went into this with the idea that we would branch off into many more opportunities because we could keep creating.”

A$AP Rocky continues to pioneer the fashion space, with his latest business move. The rap star has been named the first-ever guest artistic director of the PacSun brand.

Rocky’s A$AP Worldwide business signed a partnership deal with PacSun that will last for the next 18 months.

Under the agreement, the fashion Maven’s business will oversee PacSun’s Grand campaigns, in addition to creating in-store activations at their flagship locations in New York City and Los Angeles.

“This partnership is special to me because it’s a collaboration that combines my roots, A$AP Worldwide, and some of the most respected heritage brands that have roots in both the sportswear and lifestyle worlds,” A$AP Rocky said in a statement. “Together with PacSun, we will be releasing several limited-edition collections that are both nostalgic and forward at the same time.”

Over the past few years, PacSun’s brand’s popularity has soared, thanks to collaborations with influencers like A$AP Rocky, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

The company has also entered into partnerships with other big named fashion-forward companies like Vans, Jerry Lorenzo’s Fear of God Essentials, Champion, John Galt, Kendall + Kylie Jenner, and others.

Cardi B and Offset spared no expense for the birthday celebration of their daughter Kulture.

Kulture turned three yesterday (July 10).

The husband and wife rap duo marked the milestone with a lavish princess-themed birthday party in a makeshift castle completed with troubadours, human dolls, and even a unicorn.

The toddler looked adorable in her pink princess outfit, as she arrived in a horse-drawn carriage.

Cardi B admitted she gets frantic when it comes to her daughter’s birthday.

“I’m just a emotional mess today .I gotta do sooo much s### but I just want to be in bed hugging on my baby girl.I hate when I get like this around her birthday,” Cardi B tweeted the day before the birthday party.

Thankfully, Cardi put her nerves to rest as she celebrated with Offset.

The couple appeared to be the picture-perfect image of marital bliss, as Offset clutched Cardi’s pregnant belly as they danced, and celebrated Kulture’s birthday.

Kulture appeared to be in great spirits after a health scare earlier this week.

Cardi B revealed Kulture had been bitten by a mosquito and had a severe allergic reaction in the days before her birthday celebration.

Cardi B and Offset are growing their family as well. She is currently pregnant with their second child. Cardi made the big reveal during the 2021 BET Awards.

Damon Dash Takes Control Of His Image In New Reality Show

Damon Dash is producing a brand new reality series where he is in control of the final chop.

In his new docu-series, “In Love for A Living,” he hopes to soften the popular image of him as a bull in a china shop.

As the Executive Producer, Dash gets to curate how he, his fiancée Rachel Horn and their new son Dusko are portrayed.

In an interview with Deadline.com, the Roc-a-Fella founder stated, “I’ve been on a couple of shows. I was on ‘Growing Up Hip Hop’ and a couple of other ones with BET and VH1, and I never really liked the way the narrator portrayed me or the way we were projected, and I wanted to just showcase the reality of what it just looks like to be in a great relationship, as opposed to just showcasing the trauma and the dysfunction of our culture.

“I wanted to showcase what it looks like to have a healthy, normal, loving relationship and come from this world,” Damon Dash continued.

The show will cover some very sensitive subjects, humanizing the man that is behind much of Jay-Z’s early success.

“In Love for a Living is really celebrating our love, Raquel, and I, and all the things that come with it, the trials, the tribulations,” Dash shared. “But also, it’s sort of educational. So, a lot of it is about parenting and getting pregnant, IVF, and then after you have a baby, how to raise a baby or at least doing what we’re doing because we’ve been curating a very particular curriculum for him with these principles, OSG, which is 90 principles.”

One of Hip-Hop’s most innovative thinkers, he doesn’t have to shop this project to any major network if he doesn’t want to.

Rapper Indian Red Boy Gets Murdered Live On IG Live, Allegedly Over Nipsey Hussle Diss

My god. Where are we going people? Indian Red Boy is a rapper I had never heard of previously, but that does not mean he is unimportant. He is now dead and people are talking about him in ways nobody could have imagined. Indian Red Boy, real name Zerail Dijon Rivera of Inglewood, California, was on his IG Live enjoying his life, chatting it up when all hell broke loose.

The familiar, repetitive sound of “pop,” “pop,” “pop” rang out…and they didn’t stop. Multiple shots rang out and Zerail Dijon Rivera aka Indian Red Boy gurgled some words “get help” before slumping. He was gone. The video is something I would not have normally watched but I did. And, it is horrible. I was truly disturbed at what I saw. Needless to say, he did not make it.

I immediately asked “Why would this happen?!?” This is where the rumors kick in. It seems like there may have been some disrespect levied against Nipsey Hussle from the young rapper. This is speculation and does not justify murder. But….that is what the streets are saying.

Anyway, dude was a Blood so there’s that.

According to reports, he was shot in the face. You can see that in the video. the crazy thing is that dude must have thought it was sweet because he was at some sort of family event in broad daylight. This went down around 4pm! A walk-by shooting. “A man in his 20s dead tonight after being shot in the face,” the reporter said.

Even though he was murdered in this way, he was not totally hated. There were numerous tributes in the aftermath of his horrific slaying.

Rap star Cardi B who could not contain herself after her husband Offset and his group Migos made the cut.

The Bronx beauty took to social media to share her thoughts on her husband being mentioned on his list. On Twitter, she posted the following:

Tekashi 69 Kidnapper Isn’t Vaccinated; Loses Bid To Be Freed

The guy who kidnapped Tekashi 69 can forget about getting out of prison due to the COVID-19 pandemic and he has no one to blame but himself.

Anthony “Harv” Ellison was trying to take a page out of Tekashi 69’s playbook.

The rainbow-haired Brooklyn rapper was released out of his two-year prison sentence early because he suffers from asthma.

The rapper, born Daniel Hernandez, was also rewarded because he cooperated against the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods during a racketeering trial against the gang in 2020.

Harv also claimed his severe asthma put him at an elevated risk of catching the coronavirus as he serves out a 24-year prison sentence, thanks in part to the testimony of Tekashi 69.

He told Judge Paul Engelmayer that he had completely reformed himself already, even though he has only served two years of the two-decade sentence.

Harv also pointed to his clean record since being incarcerated, as well as his aspiration to run for Mayor of New York City, should he be released.

Earlier this week, Judge Engelmayer refused to release Harv, claiming he had refused to get vaccinated.

Had he done so and gotten vaxxed, the probability of Harv catching the coronavirus and getting sick would be greatly reduced.

Judge Engelmayer offered a little bit of praise to Harv for reforming himself over the past two years. However, letting him out after two years was not enough punishment for the violent crimes he committed on behalf of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods.

Judge Engelmayer reminded Harv that he kidnapped Tekashi 69 at gunpoint and threatened to shoot him and his driver.

But more damning, was the fact that Harv sliced up a man named Mark Hobdy and permanently disfigured his face, just because he was friends with a man who had shot at a member of the gang.

“First, Ellison kidnapped Daniel Hernandez by ramming his vehicle, drawing a gun, and threatening—credibly, according to the testimony of the victims—to shoot him and his driver. Ellison ‘put two people in fear of their lives’ who ‘had done nothing to deserve that.’ His motivation was to steal jewelry from Hernandez and to punish Hernandez for disrespecting Ellison and, as perceived by Ellison, Nine Trey as well,” Judge Engelmayer said. “Finally, Ellison’s attack on Hobdy, in which he sliced open an innocent man’s face to send a message to others, was even
more cruel and bloodthirsty. Hobdy had not done anything to Ellison or Nine Trey, yet Ellison
disfigured him for life.

“Given the gravity of Ellison’s crimes, the fraction of the sentence imposed that he has to date served, and the fact that he has presented no or virtually no information in support of release that was not known to the Court at
the time of sentencing, his motion is frivolous,” Judge Engelmayer ruled.

Law Makers Call ‘P###’ A National Crisis

More than a third of the nation believes that America is in the middle of the public health crisis, related to pornography.

According to the Atlantic, 16 states have already passed resolutions with this declaration.

And more are soon to come at the recommendation of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, which believes that the increase of access to p### is the root cause of elevated sexual activity teens and sexual violence against women, problems in marriage, sex trafficking, and is “potentially biologically addictive.”

In a recent poll, conducted by the site, p### is not necessarily seen as a public health crisis but a part of life. 53% said it was not, 25% said it was and the rest had no opinion.

Most people said that they spend less than 20 minutes a week watching p###. 6% said that they started watching p### before becoming a teenager. 

While 79% of those asked to participate believed that the p### was not addictive, 17% said that they did or had struggled with p### addiction.

Over the last year, particularly for adult entertainment, the social-distancing and quarantining mandates helped spike profits in the market.

Platforms like OnlyFans and Modetize are now allowing “actors” in the industry (particularly females and members of the LGBTQIAA+ community) to earn the top profits.

Now, OnlyFans is reportedly seeking a $1 billion valuation and is changing its focus from p### to lifestyle.

According to Bloomberg, “It also raked in more than $400 million last year, taking a 20-percent fee as it handled more than $2 billion in sales last year after demand exploded during coronavirus lockdowns.

In total, OnlyFans has paid out more than $3 billion to its 1.25 million creators”

No health crisis, but a lot of money being made.

As of July 2021, Pornhub, one of the most successful online p### sites, is worth between $1.5 billion and $2 billion.

It has over 23 million registered users and 1 million daily visits, people seem to come in droves to the site.

But does that make it a public health concern— despite having so many people checking for it?

More stats are gonna have to be shared.

All this seems to do is be misplacing blame for a larger problem in America: Hyper or Over-sexualization.

According to research conducted in 2011 by the University at Buffalo “on average, 83% of women featured in [Rolling Stone] magazine were sexualized, in contrast to 17% of men.

It was discovered that within those statistics, women were 1000% more likely to be featured in ‘hyper-sexualized images,’ defined as images objectifying the subjects by portraying them as “ready and available for sex” rather than ‘sexy.’”

P### is a lucrative afterthought of a larger national psychology of freakiness.

It is not a crisis. It is the byproduct of warped American desire, not a crisis.

Nikole Hannah-Jones And Ta-Nehisi Coates Tell PYIs To Kick Rocks As Howard Welcomes Them To Faculty

Nikole Hannah-Jones and Ta-Nehisi Coates will bring all their brilliant Black selves to the faculty of one of the top Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

The two noted journalists have been welcomed to teach at Howard University.

HU released the news on Twiitter:

“Howard University is proud to announce Nikole Hannah-Jones & Ta-Nehisi Coates will join the HU faculty to help educate the next generation of black journalists. The appointments are supported by nearly $20 million donated by four donors.”

Hannah-Jones has been in the news ever since she released her controversial but very necessary 1619 Project, that teaching history through the lens of Critical Race Theory. Part of the backlash was that she was not immediately offered tenure at the institution that she had worked, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

She did not take the offer, opting to accept the position as the inaugural Knight Chair in race and reporting in Howard University. She will be working on setting up Center for Journalism and Democracy at the school.

Coates, the author of the New York Best-Seller “Between the World and Me,” accepted a position to the faculty.

Stormzy And Chip Beef Flares Up Over Dave’s Song “Clash”

North London rapper Chip fired off at his rival Stormzy after the latter released a verse on Dave’s song “Clash” dissing him.

“Overrated one, most hated one.

This verse references their conflict last July, when Stormzy pulled up to Chip’s house to get it popping.

With lightning speed, he followed up with “Clash?” taking aim at son’s head.

The beef has been brewing for about a year, after Chip dropped the single “Flowers,” “10 Commandments” and “Waze” with Skepta and Young Adz, which teamed up for “Waze” which mocked Stormzy’s claim that he’s the “king” of Grime.

This time fans hope the conflict will stay on beat.

While Dave’s song had a subliminals from Stormzy targeting him, Chip made a whole joint taking aim.

Juice WRLD Estate Announces New Trilogy Of Albums

Today (July 10) marks the first anniversary of the posthumous Juice WRLD release Legends Never Die.

To mark the occasion, his record label Grade A announced that a batch of brand new music is on the way from late rap star.

And the new project from Juice WRLD will not just be a one-off. It is a part of a three-album trilogy. The first release in the series is titled The Party Never Ends.

While not much detail was available about the first release in the series, the label dropped the album’s artwork along with an animated trailer to get fans excited.

Anticipation for the trilogy is high.

The animated video for The Party Never Ends. racked up over 1,200,000 views in a little under 24 hours. The news of the Juice WRLD trilogy comes on the heels of a flurry of activity from the late rap star’s estate.

Last month, Juice WRLD’s mother Carmela Wallace revealed she was opening a brewery in his hometown of Homewood, Illinois to honor her son.

Damn. Things just ain’t the same for white girls. Back in the day, they would get anything they wanted: food, money, houses, cornrows, Black men. Anything! Well. The times have changed. So, you can imagine the commotion that has been caused when Jay-Z curves a defenseless lil girl? LOL!

So, people are waiting for Jay and he obliges most of them. They have various items for him to sign and he signs them. I can’t see exactly what all those items were, but one person came up with her own THANG and was immediately rejected. Now, you would think that since it was a little white girl that Jigga would oblige her, but he was ruthless. He completely curved the girl that brought a baseball to the signing frenzy. I don’t know what made her bring a baseball to Jay Z, but it failed miserably. She should’ve tried a piece of paper or even a microphone if she wanted to be clever. Now she is a viral sensation for all the wrong reasons. Hopefully they get her counseling because I am sure that this curvature is a very hurtful moment in her short life.

Jay-Z once said he made the Yankee hat more famous than the Yankees. That makes him a default Yank. LOL!

Mariah Carey Is A Vindictive Liar Says Her Brother

Mariah Carey’s older brother is convinced the superstar purposefully defamed him in her 2020 memoir, noting she has a reputation for having a “vindictive nature.”

Morgan Carey, 61, took his estranged sister to court earlier this year after he accused her of writing “malicious falsehoods” about him in her book, “The Meaning of Mariah Carey.”

In the memoir, the singer recounted a vicious fight between her brother and their father, and claimed he had been institutionalised when he was younger.

Mariah Carey stated she “never felt safe” around “troubled” Morgan, because of his “unpredictable” rage issues.

Mariah recently fired back at Morgan’s lawsuit, insisting there was nothing defamatory about her memories.

She argued the book’s message of seeking triumph over adversity is a matter of public interest.

But Morgan, who is 10 years older than Mariah, has since taken issue with her argument.

Responding in an affidavit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court in New York he fumed, “It is particularly ironic to hear Mariah assert that her intention was not to defame me, but rather to inspire troubled youth.

“This is coming from someone whose public behavior includes glamorizing her excessive drinking and coining the now popular term ‘splash’, as well as other behaviors which would be in poor taste to mention here.”

Morgan claims there were plenty of other aspects of his difficult childhood she could have used as examples to inspire readers, such as his battles with cerebral palsy or grand mal epilepsy.

“This detail is conspicuously absent, which makes it clear that ‘inspiration’ was not on the agenda,” he continued. “Mariah’s agenda merely focused on book sales and her image, all at my expense with no regard to the truth or my well-being.”

He also points out Mariah’s history of showbiz controversies.

“(Her publishers) would hardly be unaware of her contentious and vindictive nature as she has attacked many entertainment industry icons like Jennifer Lopez, Eminem, Madonna and Christina Aguilera,” Morgan fumed.

And Morgan is sure he will emerge victorious in court.

“Actual evidence, timelines…, witnesses and history will bear out my testimony,” he said .

Morgan added of pursuing his case, “The public humiliation of Mariah’s baseless and false attacks will forever color my professional and personal interactions and will forever be a bell which can not be unrung.”

Representatives for Mariah Carey have yet to comment on the remarks.

Mariah is also facing a similar lawsuit from her estranged sister, Alison Carey.

Back in May before Migos hit album Culture III arrived, the group announced they were planning a takeover of Las Vegas.

Now the details for their Culture III Las Vegas event this October have arrived.

Group members Offset, Quavo, and Takeoff have partnered with travel company Pollen to curate a four-day weekend of events, pool parties, and takeovers in Las Vegas.

The packed schedule includes a guest lineup that includes fellow QC rapper Lil Yachty and recently recovered rapper Gunna.

The events will take place at some of Las Vegas’s hottest venues, including Drai’s Beach Club & Nightclub and Area 15.

According to Pollen, Migos’ first-ever curated experience includes “bespoke activities, musical guests, and a community of fellow fans looking to make memories together.”

Migos is also catering to fans who might be light on cash. Through Pollen, the rappers are offering monthly payment plans leading up to the event, for as low as a $30 deposit.

And Pollen is offering a COVID-19 money-back guarantee, promising to refund 100% of their fans’ money, should the event be canceled or rescheduled due to an outbreak of COVID-19.

Comedienne Tiffany Haddish broke the ice with her new movie co-star Nicolas Cage by recalling how she experienced her first orgasm while watching his classic action film “Face/Off.”

The actress went on to reveal how she and her then-boyfriend found themselves in a near-empty movie theater to check out “Face/Off.”

But they ended up getting frisky and missed a good part of the film – until Tiffany Haddish orgasmed and opened her eyes to find Cage appearing to stare down at her from the big screen.

“As I was achieving a momentous moment that I had never experienced in my life, I open my eyes, and the eyes of Nicolas Cage are looking into my eyes super big,” she laughed.

Tekashi 69 Sued For Stealing Tattoo Artist’s Name And Ruining His Life

Tekashi 69 is being sued by the man that inspired his infamous name.

The Brooklyn rapper has gone on record stating that he copped his name from a Japanese tattoo artist named Takashi Matsuba.

But in one interview that appeared on Showtime he said that his namesake was a heroin addict — so cool right?

Definitely wrong … on so many levels.

First: Heroin as a drug is bad kids.

Second: The original Takashi says that he is not on the horse and is suing everyone that helped perpetuate that lie and has “created confusion and the false perception that” the two were ever cool.

Takashi says, “[the] defendant Hernandez is a convicted violent felon who has served time in prison, and on information and belief was also convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor.”

“This action also asserts a claim for defamation arising from the defendants’ making and broadcasting the absolutely false and defamatory accusation that plaintiff is a heroin addict,” the lawsuit alleges.

This is demonstrated in Showtimes’ Supervillain: The Making of Tekashi 6ix9ine.

During a scene where the “GOOBA” rapper is sharing his story, he says, “There was this tattoo artist named Takashi from our neighborhood. And he was this heroin addict. He did heroin to create. He did it to get himself in his little world. He did it to be himself. And that’s where I got the name Tekashi from. And that’s who I am.”

Takashi denies this and believes that this association with the rapper has hindered him from getting work.

His attorney weighs in on this point, “tattooing requires the use of needles, and heroin is connected in the public’s mind with hypodermic needles.”

The artist is asking to help restore his name and reputation.

He has submitted for Showtime to edit the footage and for Hulu, who produced another doc on the rainbow-haired artist that also mentions him titled 69: The Saga of Danny Hernandez, will do the same.
