Kanye West Urges Fans Not To Write Off Drake Despite Kendrick Lamar’s Dominance

Kendrick Lamar dominated the Grammys, with his epic Drake diss “Not Like Us” sweeping all five categories he was nominated in and seemingly putting the nail in the coffin in their epic battle—but Kanye West has cautioned against ruling Drake out.

West has had his own years-long tensions with Drake, so he knows a thing or two about going to lyrical war with the OVO honcho. He addressed the rap battle during his highly anticipated upcoming interview with Justin Laboy for “The Download.”

In a preview of the interview aired at Ye’s Grammys after-party Sunday night (February 2), he compared Drake to Wolverine from the X-Men comic books, conceding that while K. Dot “took him down for a little bit” Drake will be back soon.

At one point during the conversation, LaBoy asked, “So Kendrick killed Drake, he’s dead?” but West refused to write off his former nemesis.

“Yeah, for now,” he replied. “You can’t ever count out Steph Curry. That man might hit two hundred points in one song or something.”

He explained, “Drake added something to the algorithm, to our frequency. He advanced it … and now Kendrick has now advanced the frequency.”

West also warned his rap peers could be “wiped out,” if they can’t keep up with Lamar.

Kanye West debuted his own Drake diss amid the Kendrick Lamar battle during his first controversial interview with Laboy last April. He dropped a verse on Lamar, Future and Metro Boomin’s song “Like That,” and announced he was “very excited about the elimination of Drake.”

Papoose Walks Claressa Shields To Victory In Historic Undisputed Title Fight

Papoose proudly walked his new lady Claressa Shields out to the ring, rapping a melody of hits ahead of the champion boxer’s historic victory in her hometown of Flint, Michigan, on Sunday night (February 2).

Shields maintained her flawless record by defeating Danielle Perkins to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion in women’s boxing. With this victory, she also made history as the first boxer—male or female—to achieve undisputed status in three different weight divisions (heavyweight, middleweight, and light-middleweight) during the “four-belt era.”

Shields’ professional record now stands at 16-0, with world titles across five different weight divisions.

Papoose joined his girlfriend on her ring walk, rapping a melody of his hits as Sheilds prepared to take on the previously undefeated Perkins.

The TuneCore executive stood ringside as Shields dropped Perkins with a right hook in the 10th and final round, pacing along the ropes and dapping a friend in admiration of the stunning display.

Papoose rushed to embrace his new boo after she nabbed the win. The judges scored the fight 97-92, 99-90 and 100-89 in her favor.

Sharing a clip of the knockdown on his Instagram Stories, Pap branded Shields “The GWOAT.”

Social media users had plenty to say about Papoose and Claressa Shields after the recent online spat with Remy Ma.

Shields engaged in a highly publicized feud with Remy Ma after all sides hurled scandalous accusations.

Remy, who has since confirmed her relationship with Eazy The Block Captain, put Papoose on blast, exposing his romance with the boxer and accusing him of being unfaithful during their marriage.

Papoose retaliated, branding Remy a narcissist and accusing her of multiple affairs. Shields then jumped into the dispute, announcing she would fight Remy for just $1.

Drake’s Dad Responds To Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Grammy Sweep

Drake may not have said anything about Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” Grammys sweep, but his dad, Dennis Graham, spared a few words on the song winning the top honors at the ceremony Sunday night (February 2).

After dominating the charts and dancefloors worldwide, Lamar’s scathing Drake diss “Not Like Us” won all five categories it was nominated in, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year, pushing K. Dot’s Grammy wins total to 22 awards.

After dominating charts and dancefloors worldwide, Lamar’s scathing Drake diss “Not Like Us” scooped all five nominated categories—including Record of the Year and Song of the Year—boosting K. Dot’s Grammy total to 22 awards

Reporters caught up to Drake’s dad shortly after Lamar’s triumphs and asked his thoughts on the song that calls his son a pedophile winning Record of the Year.

“I don’t care nothin’ about that s###,” Graham replied. “That ain’t got nothin’ to do with me.”

Nonetheless, he wished Lamar well, saying, “All the best to him… I don’t do that b#######.”

Dennis Graham remained largely silent throughout Drake’s battle with Kendrick Lamar, although he did react to the song that kicked off the feud. He took to Instagram after Dot’s verse on Future and Metro Boomin‘s “Like That” dropped to mock artists starting beef with his son to boost record sales.

“Yo I am about to drop some new music and I am not sure if it’s going to sell, but I am going to call some of my homies and get them start a beef with Drake and get them to unfollow him and that’s going make my s### shoot up to number 1,” Graham wrote last March. “I’m sure this is going to work so let me get some people on board for this and watch what kind of attention this gets!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL BE NUMBER ONE 1Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Kendrick Lamar Disses Drake’s Dad On “Meet The Grahams”

Meanwhile, Lamar had a few words for Drake’s dad on Meet the Grahams, including telling him he produced a “master manipulator.”

“I’m blamin’ you for all his gamblin’ addictions,” he raps. “Psychopath intuition, the man who like to play victim/You raised a horrible f#####’ person, the nerve of you, Dennis/Sandra, sit down, what I’m about to say is heavy, now listen/Mhm, your son’s a sick man with sick thoughts/I think n##### like him should die/Him and Weinstein should get f##### up in a cell for the rest they life.”

Beyoncé Becomes First Black Woman In 26 Years To Win Album Of The Year Grammy

Beyoncé has finally scooped the award that’s evaded her entire career, winning Album of the Year for COWBOY CARTER at the 2025 Grammy Awards.

Despite being nominated for Album of the Year four times and holding the record as the most awarded and nominated artist in Grammy history, the superstar songstress had never secured the coveted golden gramophone.

However, that changed on Sunday night (February 2) at the Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles, as Beyoncé became the first Black woman in 26 years—and only the third ever—to win Album of the Year.

Husband JAY-Z was looking on proudly as daughter Blue Ivy led her mother onstage to collect her golden gramophone.

Beyoncé first thanked the Los Angeles firefighters battling recent wildfires before dedicating the award to Linda Martell, the first Black woman to play the Grand Ole Opry.

“I’d like to thank and acknowledge and praise all of the firefighters for keeping us safe,” she began. “I just feel very full and very honored. It’s been many, many years. I just want to thank the Grammys, every songwriter, every collaborator, every producer, all of the hard work. I want to dedicate this to Ms. Martel, and I hope we just keep pushing forward, opening doors. God bless y’all. Thank you so much. Thank you.”

Beyoncé also made history by becoming the first Black female artist to win Best Country Album with COWBOY CARTER. Both Bey and Hov were visibly stunned as the singer’s name was announced.

JAY-Z Calls Out Grammys A Year Before Beyoncé Wins Album Of The Year

Beyoncé’s Album of the Year triumph comes on the heels of JAY-Z’s criticism last year, when he called out the Grammys for her never having won the coveted category.

He aired his grievances with the Recording Academy while accepting the Dr. Dre Global Impact Award.

“I don’t want to embarrass this young lady, but she has more Grammys than everyone and never won album of the year,” Jay-Z said, referencing Beyoncé making history in 2023. “So even by your own metrics, that doesn’t work. Think about that. The most Grammys; never won Album of the Year. That doesn’t work.”

Jaden Smith Dragged To Hell Over Grammy Outfit Featuring Castle On His Head

Jaden Smith is getting clowned over his outfit at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday (February 2).

Will Smith’s son hit the Crypto.com Arena red carpet wearing a black tuxedo paired with a headpiece shaped like a miniature castle.

The eccentric accessory featured a structure resembling a multi-story house, complete with a doorway framing Smith’s face.

His custom tuxedo, crafted by Louis Vuitton, added a touch of classic elegance to his otherwise unorthodox look.

The 26-year-old actor and musician was not among this year’s Grammy nominees. He attended in support of his father, Will Smith, who played a key role during the evening as one of the show’s presenters.

But Jaden’s attention-seeking antic with his fashion choice did its job and swiftly made headlines.

“Jaden Smith you’re not a vibe bro,” one user snarled while another was more frank: “Jaden Smith looks dumb as f###.”

Jaden wasn’t alone.

Walking alongside him was his younger sister, Willow Smith, who opted for an all-black outfit with a long coat worn over what appeared to be underwear—offered another moment that had fashion critics dissecting the siblings’ shared penchant for the unusual.

Kanye West Crashes Grammys With His Near-Naked Wife

Ye caused yet another spectacle Sunday night when he and wife Bianca Censori made an unorthodox arrival at the 65th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

The couple, accompanied by an entourage of at least five people, allegedly appeared uninvited, according to Entertainment Tonight.

Censori’s eye-catching outfit — if you want to call it that — was a sheer, form-fitting mesh dress revealing almost everything beneath—likely added fuel to the media frenzy.

Videos show her shedding an oversized fur coat on the red carpet with nothing on but the sheer dress – sparking questions about potential indecent exposure.

Their arrival reportedly made a splash for all the wrong reasons, lasting only long enough for security to intervene. Entertainment Tonight reported that the couple was “quickly escorted out” but the outlet later deleted its story.

Ye is nominated for Best Rap Song for his collaboration with Ty Dolla $ign on their track “Carnival.” According to the official Grammys website, Grammy-nominated artists are usually not excluded from the ceremony.

Still, some have speculated that the entire brief appearance may have been an intentional media stunt.

During the event, Ye posted several photos on X.com that featured himself alongside his nearly nude wife, including one of the couple locked in a tongue-filled kiss.

Observers have noted that Ye may have orchestrated the moment to command attention rather than celebrate his nomination.

While moments of controversy are hardly new for the Grammy-winning rapper, this particular instance captured the public’s attention not for his music but for Censori’s look and their unorthodox red-carpet cameo.

Diddy Rushed To Hospital From MDC Jail

Sean “Diddy” Combs was reportedly rushed to a Brooklyn hospital this past week for medical evaluation as he awaits trial.

The 55-year-old, currently held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, is undergoing a legal battle laced with accusations of sex trafficking, racketeering, and facilitating prostitution—claims he has strenuously denied.

According to a report by Page Six, Diddy was escorted to the Brooklyn Hospital Center recently to receive a noninvasive medical test.

A source close to the situation explained that the trip was prompted by the artist’s complaint about lingering knee pain. Doctors performed an MRI to evaluate his joint’s internal condition.

“To ensure privacy, safety, and security, we do not comment on the confinement conditions of individuals in our custody, including medical details or trips,” a Bureau of Prisons representative told The New York Post, which owns Page Six.

Reports also suggest that law enforcement officials were placed on alert regarding Diddy’s hospital visit to avoid unexpected disruptions should the information become public knowledge.

Diddy, with a storied career spanning decades, has been held in federal custody since his arrest in September 2024.

Despite multiple court appeals, bail requests have repeatedly been denied by the presiding authorities. His next major legal challenge looms in May, when his trial is scheduled to begin. The accusations against the music mogul have not stopped at federal charges.

In the months following his arrest, more than 100 individuals have come forward with claims of mistreatment and abuse by Diddy.

The volume of allegations adds a heavy emphasis to the courtroom drama expected when his case commences on May 5.

Diddy has remained steadfast in proclaiming his innocence and his legal team has vowed to vigorously contest all accusations, and the star himself has maintained that he is prepared to clear his name.

SIGNS: Former NYPD Officer Resigns Over “Shot-For-Sympathy-Case”

A former New York state trooper who claimed he was shot on a Long Island highway has resigned after triggering a massive multi-state manhunt.

An NBC News report has revealed that Thomas Mascia, 27, actually shot himself and staged the whole incident as an attack perpetrated by a minority, according to prosecutors. Mascia brought the gun home in an apparent bid for attention or sympathy.

Mascia and his parents, Dorothy and Thomas Mascia Sr., surrendered to state police in Long Island on January 27. Prosecutors say Mascia faces charges for tampering with evidence, false reporting, and official misconduct.

His parents were also charged with firearm possession after investigators found a semiautomatic rifle with illegal modifications in their bedroom. Interestingly, the gun found wasn’t even the one Mascia allegedly used in the bizarre self-shooting incident.

Prosecutors noted that Mascia’s father, a former NYPD officer and convicted felon, wasn’t allowed to own firearms.

Jeffrey Lichtman, who once represented Jimmy Henchmen, is also the Mascia family’s attorney. He said the former trooper’s actions were a cry for help stemming from long-untreated mental health issues.

“There are many less severe and less dangerous ways to garner sympathy that don’t include shooting oneself,” Lichtman commented. “This case is a tragedy caused by unseen and untreated mental health issues, and now an entire family is suffering as they usually do in such situations.”

State police said an investigation found no evidence to support Mascia’s initial story that he had pulled over to check on a disabled vehicle when an unknown gunman opened fire. Nassau County District Attorney Anne Donnelly shared during a press conference that Mascia had staged the October 30 shooting and even went to great lengths to make it look real.

According to Donnelly, Mascia dropped shell casings on the shoulder of the Southern State Parkway in West Hempstead, then drove to Hempstead Lake State Park, where he shot himself in the leg. After bringing the gun back to his parent’s home, he returned to the parkway to make the phony report.

“The evidence uncovered and the absence of evidence told us everything we needed to know,” Donnelly said. “Even though Mascia tried to hide his tracks, it didn’t take long for everyone to uncover that his harrowing story was nothing more than an elaborate work of fiction.”

The incident set off a widespread manhunt involving law enforcement agencies from New York, New Jersey, and Delaware. Authorities temporarily shut down the parkway, causing chaos and alarm among the public.

Mascia’s original claim was that he had approached what he thought was a stranded motorist when a dark-skinned man in a black sedan with a New Jersey plate shot him. Investigators, however, found no evidence of such a vehicle or suspect. GPS and other technology confirmed that Mascia had actually shot himself at the state park.

Donnelly called Mascia’s actions “unconscionable.” “He knew the fear it would create. But he did it anyway,” she said. “Whether for sympathy, attention, or to ease a wounded ego, it’s unacceptable.”

The situation escalated further when law enforcement held a ceremony for Mascia after his hospital release, vowing to find the “shooter.” Donnelly emphasized the irony. “We never would, because the shooter we were looking for only existed in Mascia’s imagination.”

Mascia, who joined the state police in 2019, had been suspended without pay since November when the investigation began. He officially resigned last Friday. State Police Superintendent Steven James didn’t mince words, calling Mascia’s conduct “egregious” and a black mark on law enforcement.

“We do not tolerate such conduct, especially when a member breaks the law,” James said during the press conference.

Kendrick Lamar Makes Grammy History With “Not Like Us”—At Drake’s Expense

Kendrick Lamar made history Sunday night, stamping his name even deeper into Hip-Hop’s hall of fame with a trio of wins at the 2025 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

His searing diss track “Not Like Us” aimed at his nemesis Drake, swept up three golden gramophones, including Best Rap Song, Best Rap Performance, and Best Music Video.

The significance?

Kendrick Lamar’s unapologetically confrontational track cemented itself as the first diss track ever to nab multiple Grammy wins, making it a landmark moment in the awards’ history.

“Not Like Us,” could still take home more awards it was also nominated in five categories, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year.

Adding to the triumph, these wins bring Lamar’s career Grammy total to an astounding 20 trophies.

Before Sunday’s ceremony, he had already claimed 17 accolades, but this year’s trifecta is unprecedented.

The track also marked a collaborative victory, with producer Mustard joining Lamar in crafting the song’s sharp production. Mustard stepped in during the Premiere Ceremony to accept one of the awards on Kendrick Lamar’s behalf.

This Grammy domination sets the stage for Lamar’s next major milestone: headlining next month’s Super Bowl halftime show. Talk about timing.

With just weeks before the biggest stage in entertainment, Kendrick Lamar is already riding an uninterrupted wave of glory, solidifying his place as Hip-Hop royalty.

While Lamar was commanding the night in Los Angeles, Drake was enjoying a starkly different scene halfway across the globe.

The rapper posted photos from a sun-soaked beachside bar in Perth, Western Australia, ahead of his upcoming “Anita Max Win Tour,” which kickoffs on February 4.

Grammys or Super Bowl—Might Kendrick Lamar Do Both?

There haven’t been a whole Lotta Grammy rumors going around this year. Most people are down and dejected at the world burning. But, as the morning broke and the folks that we know populated the staffing portion of the show, rumors are happening.

The prevailing rumor is that Kendrick Lamar will perform at the Grammys.

This was weird because a lot of folks, myself included, assumed that, because of the Super Bowl, he would not perform at the Grammys. The two major events are exactly one week apart.

We know that Kendrick has something dazzling for the Super Bowl, but we didn’t really speculate too much on what might happen at the Grammys.

We know that 2024 was Kendrick Lamar’s year, but there were many other amazing things going on in the Hip-Hop world.

Nobody told me exactly why they thought Kendrick would be performing, but these people are not those that you wouldn’t trust. They definitely are at the venue in the wee hours of the morning working the event.

Anyway, whatever it is, we can be pretty sure that it will be far different than The Super Bowl.

Dwyane Wade Reveals Life-Threatening Battle With Kidney Cancer

Dwyane Wade shared a deeply personal chapter of his life last week, offering details of a kidney surgery that removed a cancerous tumor and tested his mental and emotional fortitude.

Speaking on his podcast, The Why with Dwyane Wade, the 13-time NBA All-Star revealed that he underwent a life-saving operation in December 2023 to remove 40% of his right kidney after experiencing troubling symptoms.

Initially noticing issues like stomach cramps and urinary problems, Wade made the critical decision to consult a doctor.

“On the process of checking, like, ‘Why is my p### coming out slow, why is my stream ain’t powerful? Why is it a lil weak?'” he shared with co-host Bob Metelus.

A subsequent full-body scan unveiled a concerning cyst or tumor on one of his kidneys, prompting multiple medical experts to recommend surgery.

Wade, now 43, described the gravity of the diagnosis and the life-altering moment he decided to proceed.

“Thank God that I did do the surgery because the tumor was cancerous,” he said, revealing that 40% of his kidney was removed to ensure all cancerous cells were eradicated.

While one kidney remains fully functional, the portion that was left behind operates at 60% capacity.

The retired Miami Heat star stopped short of providing a current health update but delved into the emotional toll of the experience.

Reflecting on his vulnerability during the process, Wade admitted the diagnosis and surgery signified a moment of weakness, something he had never before shown those closest to him.

“My own journey to have that surgery, I think it was the first time that my family, my dad, my kids, they saw me weak,” Wade explained. “That moment was probably the weakest point I’ve ever felt in my life. The moment I was by myself, I was struggling, dog. As a man, you never want your family to see you weak. Don’t want to be perceived weak, don’t want to be seen in your weakest moments but I had to… I saw everybody show up for me and be there for me and in that process, in my weakness I found strength in my family.”

Wade noted that the decision to seek medical advice was heavily influenced by his father, Dwyane Wade Sr., who himself battled prostate cancer—an experience that gave the younger Wade a greater awareness of the importance of proactive health measures.

Beyond basketball accolades, Wade’s legacy also includes his role as a father to his six-year-old daughter Kaavia, whom he shares with his wife, actress Gabrielle Union.

Additionally, he is a father to Zaire, 22, Zaya, 17, and Xavier, 11, from previous relationships.

Will Smith Breaks Down “Bro” Pitch That Made Him Turn Down “The Matrix”

Will Smith opened up about why he famously passed on the chance to play Neo in the science fiction classic “The Matrix.”

Reflecting on the groundbreaking offer, Smith revealed that his decision ultimately boiled down to one thing: the pitch was just too abstract to connect with at the time.

As the story goes, the actor, known for his role in 1997’s “Men in Black,” was approached by the Wachowskis—sibling filmmakers who would later revolutionize cinema with “The Matrix.”

But their vision wasn’t immediately obvious to Smith.

“When I read it, it was interesting,” Will Smith told Zane Lowe during an interview. “As you can imagine, ‘The Matrix’ was hard to understand on the page.”

Unlike roles instantly capturing his attention, this one left him with more questions than answers. Then came the in-person meeting, where the Wachowskis tried to articulate their futuristic dream.

“I met with the Wachowskis, and they were talking about inventing cameras,” Smith recalled, leaning into the moment their enthusiasm shot past him.

Describing their pitch, he said, “This was my pitch for ‘The Matrix.’ This was the pitch I heard: ‘So, bro, we’re going to invent these cameras, right, bro? And you’ll be able to jump in the air, right? But then you’ll be there. You’ll hold there. But then the camera moves around you, bro.'”

The surreal description didn’t sell Smith on the groundbreaking cinematic technique known today as bullet time.

Unable to visualize how it would come to life, Smith opted to star in 1999’s “Wild Wild West,” which was critically panned but commercially successful.

Keanu Reeves ultimately took on the role of Neo, catapulting both himself and “The Matrix” to pop culture immortality.

Will Smith, looking back, has publicly admitted that Reeves was the better fit for the part.

Kanye West Says He’s “50 Percent More Influential” Than Any Other Human During “SNL” Freakout

Kanye West’s emotional temperament took center stage once again as newly unearthed footage shows the rapper storming off the set of Saturday Night Live in 2016 after discovering a stage design he had not approved.

The tense behind-the-scenes moment has surfaced as part of the Peacock documentary _Ladies & Gentlemen… _50 Years of SNL Music and it paints a dramatic picture of the high-wire act that is live television and the meticulous creative control West demands.

The footage reveals that just moments before his scheduled performance, West erupted in frustration upon learning that a crucial component of his stage design—a mirrored floor and a slanted backdrop—had been altered without his consent.

“”I’m 50 Cent more influential than any other human being…they took my stage off SNL without asking me…,” West fumed before walking off.

Crew members, trying to diffuse the crisis, pleaded with Kanye to reconsider. They reminded him that leaving would hurt his image more than it would affect the show.

Ultimately, West came back, but the incident showcased the shaky balance between artistry and logistics innate in live productions.

When West eventually hit the stage, he delivered a grandiose performance featuring a lineup as his creative vision.

Joined by Chance the Rapper, Gospel legend Kirk Franklin, Kelly Price, The-Dream, Young Thug, and El DeBarge, West debuted new material from his then-forthcoming album, The Life of Pablo, the finnicky _r_ap star peformed songs like “Ultralight Beam” and “Highlights”

Throughout his relationship with SNL—appearing multiple times since his debut in 2005 on the heels of “Gold Digger”—West has repeatedly used the platform to unveil bold concepts and new music.

At times, these moments have pushed the limits with praise and controversy in equal measure.

Beyoncé Raises The Bar Again With “Cowboy Carter” Tour

Beyoncé has set the stage for another monumental year, confirming she will embark on the highly anticipated “Cowboy Carter Tour” in 2025.

The announcement follows the release of her Grammy-nominated country album Cowboy Carter, which debuted last March, delivering chart-topping hits and earning acclaim for the iconic performer’s exploration of the genre.

The star reignited curiosity over the weekend when a cryptic teaser at the end of her “Beyoncé Bowl” Netflix special alluded to the forthcoming tour.

A title card reading “Cowboy Carter Tour” flashed at the conclusion of the show, prompting an avalanche of speculation online.

Netflix itself fanned the flames, posting a subtle “Look at that horse” caption on X, a nod to imagery associated with the album and tour.

Across her social channels and website, she shared a striking visual announcement: the words “COWBOY CARTER TOUR 2025” illuminated on a giant lightbulb-style billboard.

Alongside the reveal, she posted an avant-garde photo of herself, exuding ethereal confidence in white braided hair and matching eyebrows.

Tour dates are still under wraps, but Beyoncé’s timing couldn’t be more strategic.

The Grammy Awards are Sunday (February 2), where she’ll vie for 11 awards, including Album of the Year and Best Country Album for Cowboy Carter.

Diddy Scores Another Win: Male Accuser Must Reveal His Identity

Sean “Diddy” Combs notched another courtroom victory as a federal judge in New York ruled that a man accusing the music mogul of sexual assault must reveal his identity.

The lawsuit was filed in October by an individual identified only as “John Doe.”

John Doe claims he was 17 years old when he met Diddy at a Miami nightclub in 2003. He was introduced to the Hip-Hop heavyweight under the pretense of career prospects.

According to the lawsuit, the teenager was later invited to Diddy’s home, where he alleges he was offered a drink that caused physical weakness and disorientation. The filing claims Diddy then drugged and sexually assaulted him.

Attempting to shield his identity, the accuser argued in court that disclosing his name would expose him to potential public backlash, harassment, and deep emotional distress.

His legal team cited Diddy’s alleged history of intimidation tactics to support the request for anonymity, asserting that their client feared retaliation.

Diddy’s attorney fired back, arguing that the allegations were both serious and reputationally damaging, making it fundamentally unfair for the plaintiff to proceed without disclosing his identity.

In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan sided with Diddy, stating that while anonymity may be granted under specific circumstances, it is not guaranteed in civil cases, especially those involving high-profile defendants.

The decision marks the second pivotal ruling Kaplan has issued that Diddy’s legal team is leveraging to his advantage.

In a separate case involving the Alexander brothers — former real estate developers accused of gender-motivated violence — Kaplan recently determined that certain claims brought under the New York City Gender-Motivated Violence Act (VGM) were invalid due to timing conflicts with broader state laws like the Adult Survivors Act (ASA).

While the judge did not dismiss the substantive allegations against the Alexanders on their merits, Kaplan ruled that the suit was time-barred under legal technicalities.

Now, Diddy’s attorneys are pointing to that precedent in an effort to eliminate similar lawsuits. Diddy has faced a growing number of legal battles after federal sexual misconduct cases emerged against the entrepreneur in recent months.

His lawyers allege that many of these claims are opportunistic, aiming to capitalize on the tidal wave of lawsuits filed under loosening statutes of limitation laws.

Diddy is locked away at the MDC jail in Brooklyn, where he is awaiting trial for sex trafficking and RICO charges.

R. Kelly Victims Want Their $9M As They Go After Singer’s Royalties

R. Kelly may be locked away in jail for the next 27 years but his legal problems – and financial woes keep piling up now that six of his accusers have filed a legal action to seize his music royalties to collect on a nearly $10 million judgment.

The lawsuit seeks to redirect earnings from Kelly’s catalog toward satisfying the outstanding debt from a prior court ruling award to Lizette Martinez, Lisa Van Allen, Kelly Rodgers, Faith Rodgers, Roderick Gartell, and Gem Pratts.

They secured a $10.36 million default judgment in 2022 after R. Kelly and his co-defendants, including manager Donnell Russell, failed to appear in court.

The debt, with added interest, stands at $9,937,314.38. A payment of $210,639.77 was collected earlier this year through a garnishment process, but it only covered a fraction of 82 days’ worth of accrued interest.

The original lawsuit stemmed from harassment, intimidation, and retaliation allegations tied to Kelly’s abusive behavior and those of his associates, particularly following the release of the “Surviving R. Kelly” documentary.

The court ordered significant payouts to the victims, ranging from $1.15 million to $2.75 million each, alongside punitive damages and legal fees incurred throughout the trial.

Universal Music confirmed R. Kelly still generates royalties from a 1991 publishing deal. Although the agreement was terminated in 2019 amidst Kelly’s mounting legal challenges, Universal remains responsible for collecting and remitting royalties on the singer’s behalf.

The victims now request a court order to seize all future royalty payments until the judgment is paid in full.

Faith Rodgers, who testified against Kelly in his federal trial in Brooklyn, alleges Kelly filmed her without consent and falsely imprisoned her during their relationship when she was 19.

Others, like Lizette Martinez and Lisa Van Allen, documented harrowing experiences of grooming and manipulation in both court filings and public disclosures.

Martinez later wrote about her abuse in a book.

R. Kelly, imprisoned on separate federal convictions, claimed he was unaware of the legal proceedings that led to the $10 million default judgment.

R. Kelly also denied Russell was ever his manager and argued that he had no involvement in Russell’s actions, which included efforts to intimidate victims by calling a Manhattan theater claiming someone had a gun and was about to shoot the place up.

Russell, who achieved his goal of shutting down the screening of “Surviving R. Kelly,” was sentenced to one year in prison for his dastardly action.

Kanye West Comes Back To Twitter To Disrespect Kamala Harris

Kanye West has been a hot topic again. After Elon Musk threw up what many perceived as a Hitler salute, openly posing as a Nazi, a lot of people started bringing Kanye into the conversation. Why? Because he also embraced Nazi-ism.

But it was more “Look at what you did to Kanye West, but you’re not doing the same to Elon Musk!” You know, a reverse UNO in racism.

Well, it seems like Kanye and Elon Musk are now aligned in love and unity. Kanye has always been Team Trump, but now it looks like he’s even more entrenched in that world.

Kanye left Twitter, but now he’s back because it’s called X now. And who owns X? Elon Musk. Looks like the Nazi crew is back in full swing.

Let’s not forget Kanye once called himself a Black Skinhead. Peas in a pod!

I know a lot of you still consider Kanye to be the G.O.A.T., but personally, he’s nowhere near that for me. In fact, I stopped listening to his music a long time ago. That’s the ground I stand on. Where do you stand? Anyway, do what works for you. But as far as I’m concerned, that dude is dead to me.

Now, here’s the latest. Kanye took to Twitter to go on a rant about former presidential candidate Kamala Harris. From the looks of it, he must’ve stopped taking his meds again.

He said he used to want to have sex with her, but now that she lost the election, he doesn’t. Because he “doesn’t have sex with losers.” (Oh and he can’t spell “losers” apparently.) Real classy. He also updated his profile picture on X to a photo of Kamala Harris.

I didn’t even bother to read the rest of his rant, but if you want to, it’s below.

At this point, Kanye is a pariah, and our culture really needs to stop defending him. I know he’s a billionaire now, but I don’t care.

In fact, maybe he needs to be a trillionaire just to feel good about himself. Ever since his mother passed, it’s like he’s been trying too hard. I’m sure she would be proud of what he’s become. (Yeah, that was sarcasm.) Anyway, that’s a whole other story.

Money isn’t everything. Some of us still stand on integrity, morality, common sense, and just doing what’s right. Kanye West is a tool. He’s Trump’s tool, and I’m sure he fits perfectly.

Honestly, someone should just get a group photo of all these guys together. Let’s see them all in one frame—smiling and cheesing.

That way, we can forever remember who they always are. Because we, the people who stand in solidarity, are moving forward.

It’s Black History Month. And we don’t need this nonsense!

Diddy’s Former Assistant Drops More Bombshells: Wild Parties, Drugs & Power Plays

This is crazy. Just when you thought it was somewhat safe, more Diddy drama emerges. There’s a new four-part series called The Fall of Diddy and it’s on the streaming platform MAX. Well, after the four parts, there’s a 30-minute fifth part called “The Assistant,” and that’s a helluva testimony that’s very different than the others. It seems to be an add-on.

Former senior executive assistant Phil Pines is the man in question. In a bombshell interview, Pines laid out details about what he calls “Wild King Nights.”

These events sound very similar to the famous “freak-offs.” Pines, who worked closely with Diddy from 2019 to 2021, paints a picture that’s nothing less than debauchery. We’re talking absolute chaos.

“It was a circus,” Pines said. “He did whatever he wanted, and we were just at his disposal.”

These “Wild King Nights” had alcohol, marijuana, ketamine and Molly, as well as baby oil. There are some extremely graphic descriptions in his claims. He said he would have to clean up the mess. He said a bathtub could have water on top, but when you went to empty it, mad baby oil was at the bottom. Pines claims these parties involved plenty of younger women.

“A lot of times, you would have him with a younger female,” Pines alleged. “There’s a power dynamic there. A more impressionable girl is easier to reel in.”

But it gets even crazier.

Investigation Discovery’s new docuseries has Diddy requesting specific substances. In a recording, a voice alleged to be Diddy’s says, “I need some Cialis and give me 20 X, please. I need a Plan B.”
A-YO!

Want more? Here’s more. Pines said Diddy would test HIS loyalty, forcing him to do things.

“I remember hearing the words, ‘Prove your loyalty to me, King.’” He said Diddy forced him to have sex with somebody at one of these events. He alleges he showered with him.

When you see the docu-series, his face tells a story of torment. He was really messed up over this. He also talked about his religious beliefs and how Diddy “got him” despite his convictions. Pines filed a lawsuit in December 2024, accusing Diddy of sexual battery and harassment.

Diddy maintains his innocence. His legal team issued a statement dismissing the accusations: “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.”

Beyoncé Said “No” to SNL Sketch Until Justin Timberlake Did “This”

Justin Timberlake is no stranger to memorable moments, but even he admits that convincing Beyoncé to join him in a hilarious Saturday Night Live sketch back in 2008 was no easy feat.

The pop superstar, now 43, recently described the lengths he went to in order to persuade the legendary singer to step into comedy alongside him for what would become an iconic skit.

Timberlake, hosting the long-running comedy show at the time, recounted the story in the NBC documentary Ladies & Gentleman… 50 Years of SNL Music.

The former NSYNC member explained how a pitch from cast members Andy Samberg and Bobby Moynihan landed them all in full leotards and high heels to perform as background dancers who never made the cut for Beyoncé’s performances.

“(Andy) said Bobby Moynihan has this great idea for a sketch about you, me, and him being Beyoncé’s background dancers that never made the cut,” Timberlake said, detailing the behind-the-scenes conversation. “I was like, ‘full leotard?’ And he’s like, ‘yeah.’ I was like, ‘This is too funny. We have to do this.’”

That initial enthusiasm quickly hit a snag when they approached Beyoncé, also 43 and in the midst of her own meteoric solo career post-Destiny’s Child. Timberlake admitted she didn’t exactly jump on board.

“She was very polite about it, but she was very hesitant. And when I say hesitant, I mean like, she was not having it,” he shared.

Thinking outside the box, Timberlake decided to take a dramatic approach to win her over.

“I put the leotard and the heels and the hose on and everything, and put a robe on,” he recalled. “I walked and knocked on her door, I threw the robe down and put my hands on my hips, and she was like, ‘No you didn’t!’”

Thankfully, his bold move paid off.

Beyoncé agreed to participate, and the resulting sketch became one of the most talked-about moments of that season of SNL, with both stars embracing the comedic absurdity.
