Cam’ron Makes A Cameo In Damian Lillard’s “Paid In Full” Music Video

Damian Lillard is often named one of the greatest athletes-turned-rappers of all time. The veteran NBA player’s music career as Dame D.O.L.L.A. has produced some note-worthy projects.

Dame D.O.L.L.A. returned this week with a brand-new music video. The “Paid In Full” visuals, featuring Texas-bred recording artist Tobe Nwigwe, also contain an appearance by New York City rap star Cam’ron.

“New video dropping today at noon west coast time for my track ‘Paid In Full’ featuring @TobeNwigwe. We paid tribute to the classic Paid In Full movie with a cameo from Killa Cam @Mr_Camron,” posted Damian Lillard on September 19.

Damian “Dame D.O.L.L.A.” Lillard’s latest video drew inspiration from the cult classic film Paid in Full. That Charles Stone III-directed crime drama from 2002 starred Cam’ron, Mekhi Phifer, and Wood Harris.

In addition to being a 7-time NBA All-Star for the Portland Trail Blazers, Lillard released his debut studio album in 2016. The Letter O included contributions by Jamie Foxx, Juvenile, Lil Wayne, and other acts.

Damian Lillard followed The Letter O with 2017’s Confirmed, 2019’s Big D.O.L.L.A. and 2021’s Different On Levels The Lord Allowed. He also let loose the 16-track Don D.O.L.L.A. in August of this year.

Lil Baby Seemingly Responds To Blueface Diss With Cryptic Tweet: “Y’all Stop Playing”

Blueface and Lil Baby appear to be sending subliminal shots at each other online after their recent diss tracks.

The “Thotiana” hitmaker took aim at Lil Baby on his latest track, “Baby Momma Drama,” earlier this week after the Atlanta rapper fired the first shot on an unreleased song he previewed at a club over the weekend.

The drama arose back in February when Blueface accused Lil Baby of trying to get with his then-pregnant girlfriend, Chrisean Rock, after she took a photo with the “Heyy” hitmaker at a party.

This past weekend, Lil Baby shared a video on his Instagram Story previewing a song with a shot for Blueface. “Put a hunnit up a million times, f### is a Blueface?” he raps on the track.

Blueface fired back earlier this week on “Baby Momma Drama,” released Monday (September 18).

“Lil Baby thought he knew me [laughs]/ How you let another grown man feel up on your booty?/ Couldn’t be me, boy, I am not a hoochie/ You n##### really industry, I am really in the streets,” Blueface replied.

Blueface was seemingly referencing a viral video shared earlier this summer of Lil Baby and a friend at his concert.

The Glass Window Entertainment founder apparently caught wind of Blue’s diss, responding on social media.

“Whooo?” he wrote on X (formerly) Twitter Tuesday night (September 19.) “Y’all stop playing.”

Blueface responded a short while later, tweeting, “You know who,” alongside a purple demon emoji. Check out their tweets below.

Birdman Declares Southern Rap Dominance, Claims East And West Will “Never” Regain Supremacy

Birdman credits Jermaine Dupri with breaking down barriers for Southern rappers when East and West Coast fans weren’t listening to their music, leading to a dominance in Hip-Hop that Southerners will never relinquish.

While East Coast vs. West Coast was the central debate dominating Hip-Hop supremacy discussions for many years, the Cash Money Records co-founder says the South has taken over from both regions and will “never” give up its reign at the top.

Baby got into the topic during an appearance on The 85 South Show podcast earlier this month. He recalled that back in the day a song could be a hit in the South but take forever to make waves outside of the region.

Birdman Says “We Here Forever”

“But once they caught on to us, like it is now, I don’t think they’ll ever get it back,” Birdman explained. “We here forever.”

He continued, crediting Jermaine Dupri, who Baby said, “really broke that barrier” and “went up there and was fighting” for Southern rappers. “He went up there and really made them play our music,” he added. “They wouldn’t play our music at all. I got a lot of respect for Jermaine Dupri.”

Although Birdman insisted he has “nuthin’ but love for the East and the West,” he claimed they will never regain the hold they once had. “We ain’t never letting this s### go,” he added. This a feeling, this a vibe and I don’t think we’ll ever let it go. Ever. And I say that respectfully. I just don’t think we’ll ever let the vibe and the motion go.”

The “Money To Blow” hitmaker also denied he was hating on other regions. “It’s all about competing. It’s about who got the best talent, who can make the best records. That’s what this s### all about. Ain’t nobody got to be hatin’ on nobody to compete with music,” Birdman concluded.

Lil Kim Claims She Never Approved Ebony Magazine Cover Photo: “It’s The Sabotage For Me”

Lil Kim denies approving the edits on her heavily photoshopped Ebony Magazine cover and is hitting back against the outlet after fans criticized her dramatically edited appearance.

She took to her Instagram Stories with an image of the magazine cover, clarifying her perspective.

“Who is this? Cuz that’s not the photo I approved or any other content they’ve put out,” Lil Kim penned Tuesday (September 19). “I always told Ebony it looked like a painting but they didn’t wanna listen. They said they love it. It’s the sabotage for me. The funny s### about this, is that this is THEIR retoucher!”

Ebony Magazine’s Photography Director Responds To Lil Kim

However, the magazine’s photography director, Keith Major, disagreed. He responded to fans in Ebony Magazine’s comment section ripping the outlet over their editing of the image. “Man, she wanted to be in control of the retouching so this is what we got,” he replied.

Instagram/Ebony Magazine

Lil Kim also shared a post from an Instagram user with the name @rayeesuh, who bills herself as a “social media manager to the stars.” The comment was seemingly in response to Major’s remarks, backing up the rapper’s claims that she was not responsible for the retouching.

“How about we talk about how your photos exposure was so low we couldn’t even salvage them,” she wrote. “At the end of the day it was EBONY’s retouchers who edited the photo. I also heard you. got fired after this s###. Let’s talk about that, sir.”

The NYC icon thanked her, adding, “Talk that real s###!”

The famed magazine shared multiple covers in their Hip-Hop 50 celebratory issue Monday, including Busta Rhymes, 50 Cent, Swizz Beatz and Rick Ross alongside Lil Kim.

“[Lil Kim] shows up on our cover on her own time and in her own way,” the outlet wrote in their Instagram caption. “Maximizing her agency as a trendsetting and Hip Hop legend on the terms she sets. That’s just how a Queen Bee does it—shall she proceed?”

Diddy Says Global Icon Award “One Of The Biggest Honors”

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has reflected on being honored with the Global Icon Award at the recent MTV Video Music Awards. The “I’ll Be Missing You” rapper spoke with Extra TV about how it felt to be recognized with the award earlier this month.

“I ain’t gonna lie, it is like I’m living the dream,” the 53-year-old star told the outlet. “You have to understand just being from Harlem, just being a kid growing up watching MTV… it is like one of the biggest honours I could ever imagine receiving.”

In the interview, the Hip-Hop mogul also discussed the release of The Love Album: Off the Grid, his first solo album since 2006’s Press Play.

“It’s something that sort of hits you like boom. It is time. It is time to put the cape back on,” Diddy explained of the album’s timing. “Time to spread the love. Time to lift up the frequency.”

The project features collaborations with Mary J. Blige, Babyface, 21 Savage, French Montana and Justin Bieber, among others.

Speaking of the “Sorry” singer, the rapper added, “A lot of people see Justin as a pop artist, but I know Justin from him singing R&B to me when he was just coming up in the game.”

The Love Album: Off the Grid was released on September 15.

Chris Rock Needed Counseling After Getting Smacked By Will Smith

Leslie Jones has claimed Chris Rock went to counseling after Will Smith slapped him at the 2022 Oscars. Will Smith slapped Chris Rock during the ceremony’s live broadcast after the comic made a joke at the expense of Smith’s wife Jada Pinkett Smith.

In a recent interview with People, the ‘Ghostbusters” star, 56, claimed the “humiliating” incident “really affected” her good friend Rock.

“People need to understand his daughters, his parents, saw that. He had to go to counseling with his daughters,” Jones told the outlet.

She added, “For a long ass time I was just mad. Chris Rock did a f###### joke. I know Will, too… I was like, you couldn’t handle that s### afterwards. This is the Oscars. The whole world is watching. I was like, ‘Chris, when he got up why didn’t you run?’ I would’ve been running around that stage like, ‘Will, calm down. Jada, call your man!'”

The “Saturday Night Live” alum, who was speaking with People to promote her forthcoming memoir, “Leslie F**king Jones,” said she was grateful that Rock was able to discuss the incident in his recent Netflix special “Selective Outrage.”

“Everybody got p##### off about him doing a special. That’s what comedians do. Instead of us going crazy we f###### go talk about it on the f###### stage. Thank God we’ve got the stage,” she shared.

The star’s memoir was released today (September 19).

Megan Thee Stallion: “I’m Not Tussling With No Damn Justin Timberlake”

Megan Thee Stallion has spoken out after her viral VMAs moment with Justin Timberlake.

Following rumors the two musicians had a heated exchange at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, Megan Thee Stallion has clarified that they were not arguing.

“We got to go bring sexy back, so I’m excited,” the 28-year-old recently told Us Weekly. “I definitely want to do a song with him.”

The pair went viral after a clip showed Justin leaning over to speak to Megan The Stallion, who pointed her finger and shook her head vigorously as she spoke to the NSYNC star and his bandmate Joey Fatone. She then turned away, looking irritated.

“I don’t have any apps on my phone right now, like social media-wise, so I didn’t know what the hell anybody was talking about. And my friend called me, she’s like, ‘Were you arguing with Justin Timberlake?’ I said, ‘Why would you ask me that? Like, in what world would they say (I’d) be arguing with Justin Timberlake? What are you talking about?'” Megan recalled.

She added, “Then when somebody showed me the video I was like, ‘Oh, my God! I talk with my hands! I’m not tussling with no damn Justin Timberlake.'”

The “Savage” rapper told the outlet that she and Justin, 42, were bonding over their shared astrological sign, Aquarius. She added that she also had trouble hearing him during their chat.

“I was just telling him, like, ‘No, no, no. I can’t hear you. I have my in-ears in. This meeting right here does not count. I’m going to meet you after this,'” she recalled.

Megan Thee Stallion attended the ceremony to perform “Bongos,” her latest collaboration with Cardi B, for the first time.

Kurupt Has High Hopes For Hip-Hop’s Future: “We’re Starting To Get Back The Culture”

With Hip-Hop 50 celebrations erupting across the globe, the spotlight is on the culture’s roots more so than in recent years. Although Hip-Hop’s origins are often a topic of debate—some mark August 11, 1973 as the day it took shape, while other believe it happened earlier—one thing can’t be disputed. Hip-Hop consists of four core elements: emceeing, deejaying, graffiti and breaking.

But somewhere along the way, “rap” became interchangeable with Hip-Hop, which only does the culture a disservice. After all, rap is just one element of Hip-Hop. Despite the glaring oversight, the pioneers, architects, trailblazers and pillars of the culture are organizing in droves. And, with the extra attention on the anniversary, they’re seizing the moment to take the culture back from entities that have tried to destroy it.

Case in point, South Los Angeles OG Kurupt—one of Eminem’s favorite rappers—has returned with a new single called “Don’t Ask Me” featuring Suga Free with production by Prohoezak. An unmistakably West Coast affair, it’s yet another promising sign that Hip-Hop is coming full circle. Kurupt sees it, too. Speaking to AllHipHop, Tha Dogg Pound legend excitedly talked about the future.

“A lot of these corporations are filled with people who didn’t know the history,” he says. “A lot of these corporations were still with people who didn’t respect the history, and a lot of these corporations was filled with people who was strictly business, right? They wasn’t about the culture. Now we’re starting to get back the culture. The culture is priceless. Now when you get back to the culture, you can see people getting their props.”

Kurupt admits as a young kid coming up in the Crenshaw district, he wasn’t as familiar with Hip-Hop history as he is now—but he’s had great teachers along the way. At age 19, Kurupt signed with Death Row Records and was surrounded by Suge Knight, Dr. Dre, Lady of Rage, Snoop Dogg, Nate Dogg and RBX. He and Daz Dillinger ultimately formed Tha Dogg Pound and were featured on Snoop Dogg’s monster solo album Doggystyle in 1993. With so many talented and motivated people around him, he learned who people like Kool Herc, Afrika Bambaataa and Grandmaster Flash actually were.

“That’s the key to the game— who is your leader?” he says. “Everybody has to have somebody they mind, and everybody has to have a good leader. And I had great teachers, and that’s who educated me about the culture. They educated me to developing my style. A lot of these people, they didn’t have great teachers.”

After decades in the game, Kurupt is a mentor now too. He’s in no way slowing down his output either; “Don’t Ask Me” is just a taste of what’s to come. As he explains, “I have a Kurupt Presents: A Toast to the Coast project coming out. I’m going to do a dedication to the West Coast. All records on there are for the West Coast. I flipped an Eric B. & Rakim record. It’s a dedication to my idol. I also have a solo album called Transition that should be coming out next year. I’m working on the next Dogg Pound project with Daz and Snoopy, too [Dogg Food 2]. We’re staying busy.

“Dogg is all over the place, so we gotta wait for the champ. Oh my god. He’s with Jack-in-the-Box, you understand me? He’s over there with Martha [Stewart]. He’s over there doing big things. He’s on the beach drinking Corona. He’s everywhere! Once Snoopy hits, I shut down. Once the champ calls and the mack signal goes up, I gots to go. I get it in now before Dr. Dre and Snoop call.”

Travis Scott Grilled Over 2021 Astroworld Tragedy In Court Deposition

Travis Scott faced questioning in a deposition for various lawsuits filed against him over the Astroworld Festival tragedy in Houston on Monday (September 18). According to the Associated Press, the deposition might take days to finish. It marked the first opportunity for attorneys to question Scott about the tragic 2021 Astroworld Festival. However, they’re under a strict gag order preventing them for saying much about the case.

“Travis Scott’s deposition is typical legal procedure. What is not typical is how the media continues to focus on him despite being cleared of any wrongdoing by extensive government investigations, including by the Houston Police Department,” Ted Anastasiou, a spokesperson for Scott, said in a statement. “Travis is fully cooperating with the legal process while still remaining committed to his tour in support of his record-breaking album, ‘Utopia,’ and his charitable efforts to support at-risk communities.”

A crowd crush at the event left 10 people dead and hundreds injured. More than 1,500 cases were filed against Scott and other parties involved in the Astroworld Festival. Live Nation reached settlements with some of the families of victims who died.

Following an investigation by Houston Police, no charges were filed against Scott. A grand jury declined to indict him and five other people on any criminal counts related to the deadly concert. Police Chief Troy Finner wouldn’t explain his agency’s overall conclusion regarding the investigation.

Shaquille O’Neal Compares Deion Sanders To Phil Jackson: “Best Coach In College Football”

Deion Sanders’s short tenure as the head coach of the University of Colorado Boulder football team has already elevated Buffaloes games to a must-see television event.

Colorado came back from a fourth-quarter deficit to beat Colorado State on Saturday night. That 43-35 victory in double overtime lifted Coach Prime’s Pac-12 squad to a 3-0 record in 2023.

Despite predictions that Deion Sanders’s run leading his son, star quarterback Shedeur Sanders, and the rest of the Colorado players would fail, the Pro Football Hall of Famer continues to defy the doubters.

Deion Sanders apparently has a huge fan in 4-time NBA champion Shaquille O’Neal. The former Los Angeles Lakers center even compared Sanders to legendary basketball coach Phil Jackson.

“I know exactly what the kids are going through because when you are standing in front of someone that has an impressive résumé and you’re trying to get to the level that he gets to, everything you say is golden,” Shaquille O’Neal told TMZ Sports.

Shaq also added, “I felt that way when Phil Jackson first came to the Lakers. Before he got there, me and Kobe [Bryant], we got swept all the time. But when he stepped in the locker room, we saw he didn’t panic so it told us not to panic. We know that this guy knows what he’s talking about.”

Phil Jackson coached the Los Angeles Lakers to five NBA Championships between 2000 and 2010. Before finding success in the City of Angels, the Zen Master won six NBA Championships between 1991 and 1998 as the leader of the Chicago Bulls.

“When [Colorado] was down 15 [points], a camera panned to Deion’s face and it reminded me of Phil Jackson. I’ve always said, ‘If the general doesn’t panic, the troops don’t panic,'” said Shaquille O’Neal. The Inside the NBA analyst later stated, “Deion, right now, is the best coach in college football.”

Deion Sanders has not only generated global buzz for the University of Colorado Boulder in the sports world. The professional football and baseball legend also invited Hip-Hop culture to The Centennial State. Both Lil Wayne and Offset were on hand to watch Colorado defeat Colorado State.

DDG Calls Out Women Saying His Girlfriend Halle Bailey Can “Do Better”

Hip-Hop performer Darryl Dwayne Granberry Jr., aka DDG, reportedly began dating singer/actress Halle Bailey in 2022. Since that time, the couple has triggered countless headlines.

DDG, 25, is back in the news this week for some words he posted about Halle Bailey on the X platform. Yesterday (September 18), the internet personality/recording artist slammed women who have been critical of their relationship.

“And all them females [talking] bout my girl can ‘do better’ f### broke n##### wit no ambition,” posted DDG in a now-deleted tweet. “Ya ain’t never been to Chanel & can pick out whatever & how many bags ya want.”

Throughout DDG’s time dating Halle Bailey, the former Central Michigan University student faced backlash for his connection to one-half of the Chloe x Halle duo. For example, last year, Insecure‘s Amanda Seales publicly advised Bailey to dump her boyfriend.

Despite calls for her to break away from Granberry, Halle Bailey recently reinforced her affection for the Maybe It’s Me… album creator. The 23-year-old star of Disney’s The Little Mermaid shared how the connection with DDG inspires her creative work.

“Love has been a really big one for me too, because that’s something I’m experiencing for the first time, and it’s, like, ‘Whoa’ in your brain. It’s just fireworks, a spark for creativity,” Bailey said. “You have puppy love experiences, you think that’s love. But this is my first deep, deep, real love.”

Diddy Declares An R&B Resurgence Following “The Love Album” Release

Diddy played a role in introducing R&B singers such as Mary J. Blige and Faith Evans to the world. The Bad Boy Entertainment and Love Records founder also delved into the genre with his own latest body of work.

The Love Album: Off the Grid arrived on September 15. Diddy’s fifth studio LP featured appearances by R&B singers such as Blige, The-Dream, Summer Walker, The Weeknd, Jazmine Sullivan, Ty Dolla $ign, Kehlani, Coco Jones, John Legend and others.

In celebration of its release, Diddy hosted The Love Radio Takeover on Apple Music 1 last week. During the three-hour live broadcast, the man formerly known as Puff Daddy spoke about the state of R&B music.

“I wanted to work with different voices that I never had a chance to work with in R&B. I wanted to unify R&B because I believe that R&B is not getting the right lens,” said Diddy. He continued, “I want to tell you some Black people, we do look alike. I could dig that, but Hip-Hop and R&B are two different things.”

Diddy also added, “Baseball and soccer are not the same thing. So we do a disservice to the talent that’s trying to come up, the musicians, the infrastructure, the ecosystem of our African-American culture by pitting it up against Hip-Hop.”

In 2022, Diddy appeared ready to write R&B’s obituary. That August the Harlemite sent out a tweet that read, “Who killed R&B?” His post led to other recording artists, like R&B/pop superstar Usher, pushing back on the idea that Rhythm and Blues died.

Fast forward a year later, Diddy now seems to believe R&B is alive and thriving. He spoke about how many of the musical contributors on The Love Album: Off the Grid assisted in moving that style of music into a new era.

“We’re coming with this album to make it clear that R&B is here. There’s an R&B resurgence and we all got together,” Diddy said on Apple Music 1. “This is not just my album. This is our album. Everybody that’s on the album from Summer Walker to Jazzy. Teyana Taylor, Babyface, John Legend and so many more.”

Nicki Minaj Posts Family Photos After Her Husband Gets Dragged Online

It’s been a tumultuous few days for Nicki Minaj. The music superstar hosted the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards and won Best Hip-Hop for “Super Freaky Girl” at the September 12 ceremony.

However, drama involving her husband quickly overshadowed Minaj’s success at this year’s VMAs. Kenneth “Zoo” Petty began beefing with Cardi B’s husband, Offset, on the internet. That online feud apparently kicked off after one of Kenneth Petty’s associates threatened Cardi B and Offset in a video. In response, Offset reportedly sent a direct message to the man which sparked more reactions from Petty.

As the story of the bad blood spread, online commenters blasted Petty for possibly inciting violence and incriminating himself. Others brought up the fact that Petty was convicted of attempted rape by force in 1995, leading to conversations on social media about Minaj marrying a registered sex offender. Even Cardi B alluded to Petty’s past criminal history of sexual abuse as a clapback against a troll who tried to spread a false narrative about her father.

It appears Minaj wants to look unbothered by the tension surrounding her spouse. The 40-year-old Queen album creator uploaded photos of herself, Petty and their son to her Instagram page on Monday (September 18).

Nicki Minaj and Cardi B have been feuding for years. Footage of Cardi throwing her shoe at Minaj during a New York Fashion Week event in 2018 brought the deep-seated hostility to the forefront. Since then, the two rappers have engaged in both subliminal and direct disses.

Drake Announces He’s Moving To Houston: “Finally” Found Dream Home In The City

Drake’s ties to Houston just got even stronger as the Hip-Hop superstar revealed that he’s moving to the city where it all started for him.

During night two of his It’s All A Blur tour in H-Town Monday night (September 18), the O.V.O. founder revealed that he’s been house hunting for some time but has finally found the ideal spot for a second base outside of his mansion in his hometown of Toronto.

It appears the deal is sealed, with Drake telling the audience that he had to “wait until it’s official” first.

“I’ve been looking for a long time trying to figure out where to find the right place for me to live, and where I belong outside of Toronto,” he shared. “And I finally, finally found it after all these years. I found my place in Houston, Texas, y’all!”

Drake Shows Love To Houston Legend Bun B

The city was instrumental to Drake at the start of his career. It’s where he met his mentor, Lil Wayne, after being introduced by famous Houstonian Jas Prince. He recorded the first of many of his features with another of Houston’s legends, Bun B, in 2009 for his third mixtape, So Far Gone.

Drake showed love to Bun B when he pulled up to the first show in Houston on Sunday night (September 17).

“Get the legendary Bun B on the camera real quick!” Drake said during the concert. “This my dog right here. Raised me up in this s###.”

After pushing back the release of his For All The Dogs album last week, Drake told the Houston crowd that the wait is worthwhile as he is sitting on another classic.

“I got my album coming out for y’all October 6,” he shared. “I know I pushed it back, but it’s for good reason. ‘Cause I’m trying to represent for the H-Town like I always do. Another classic on the way.”

Blueface Feeds Into “Baby Momma Drama” With New Music Video Ft. Chrisean Rock And Their Son

Blueface has debuted a new song amid his ongoing conflict with the mothers of his kids aptly titled “Baby Momma Drama.”

The track comes after the “Thotiana” hitmaker bragged about signing both of his kids’ mothers, Chrisean Rock and Jaidyn Alexis to his MILF Music label.

In the “Baby Momma Drama” video, Chrisean Rock seemingly signs her contract, albeit a handwritten one with “MILF Music Forever” scrawled on the cover page. Check out the video, currently only available on YouTube, below.

However, he’s recently been feuding with the mother of his two older children despite their reconciliation during Rock’s pregnancy. After seeing Blueface sign Rock, Jaidyn Alexis announced she has ditched the label.

“My new manager would never,” she tweeted over the weekend. “Who’s watching the baby?”

Then, over on Instagram, Alexis confirmed, “I’m sorry to all the fans, I’m no longer with MILF Music. I do not condone bullying and anything on his page is no longer my consent.”

“I signed both my baby mommas I guess I’m the problem,” Blueface wrote later that day.

However, after Blueface dropped the “Babay Momma Drama” visuals, Jaidyn Alexis seemingly had a change of heart

She retweeted a post branding her “The First Lady of Milf music” urging, “don’t let no one trick you out your spot.” Alexis followed up with, “I didn’t say I was done w music.”

It looks like Blueface’s “Baby Momma Drama” continues.

Snoop Dogg Shows Off A Day’s Worth Of Blunts While Watching Premiere Of His New “Monday Night Football” Theme Song

Snoop Dogg may be overseas on tour, but that doesn’t mean he has to ditch all his usual habits, including smoking on a blunt or two while watching ESPN’s Monday Night Football.

However, this week’s episode was extra special, opening with the new theme song featuring the Doggfather himself. Snoop Dogg joined forces with Chris Stapleton and drummer Cindy Blackman Santana for a new rendition of the Phil Collins classic “In the Air Tonight.”

Check out Snoop’s verse on the new theme song below.

The network confirmed their rendition is the new theme song of ESPN’s Monday Night Football. The song will continue for future broadcasts. The track premiered ahead of the New Orleans Saints game against the Carolina Panthers on Monday night (September 18) on ESPN. Viewers got another chance to see Snoop Dogg and his collaborators’ new theme song an hour later to kick off the Browns vs. Steelers game on ABC.

Snoop Dogg Lines Up His Blunts For “Monday Night Football”

Although he’s currently in the Netherlands on the European Leg of his world tour, Snoop Dogg made time for Monday Night Football. He shared a video from his hotel room where he was watching the Steelers game, praising T.J. Watt for making Steelers history to become the team’s all-time sack leader.

“Let me show you what I been doing today. All in a day’s work,” Snoop Dogg shared before showing off his handiwork. He panned the camera down to his windowsill, where he had the remains of 11 blunts neatly lined up in a row.

“Ooh wow. That’s some good work dawg,” Snoop said, complimenting himself. “What kinda pack was it? Death Row. What a brotherhood.”  Watch the clip below.

While there have been claims Snoop smokes up to 150 blunts a day, the roaches he left on Monday are more in line with how much the Death Row Records honcho says he actually smokes. He shared a video in November 2022 featuring ten half-used joints lying on a table.

“This is all in a day’s work,” Snoop Dogg declared, refuting rumors he smokes much more.

50 Cent Fan Tries To Rush The Stage And Instantly Regrets It

Although 50 Cent has shared the stage with many a special guest on his Final Lap tour, one brave concertgoer quickly discovered that Fiddy isn’t a fan of uninvited ones.

The G-Unit founder and his tour rolled into Chicago on Saturday (September 16), ready to put on a show. However, 50 Cent was met with an unexpected surprise guest as he paid homage to one of the city’s rap stars.

As 50 and his crew rocked the stage to Chief Keef’s “Love Sosa,” a fan decided to join them. He jumped on the stage and made a beeline for 50 Cent. Nonetheless, the security team (and Uncle Murda) were ready for him.

The stage invader got within feet of the Hip-Hop mogul before being apprehended by a burly security guard who was soon joined by several others. They swiftly bundled the man offstage as 50 Cent looked on, feathers distinctly unruffled. Check out the clip below.

It was a different story in Detroit the following day when 50 Cent was joined by a surprise guest, but this time a very welcome one. Eminem joined his protégé to perform some of their bangers, including “Patiently Waiting” and “Crack A Bottle.”

50 Cent’s Touring Days Coming To An End

The Final Lap tour is set to a close in November, and it could be 50 Cent’s last time hitting the road.

“I got a lot of spots I gotta hit before I be done, because this is the Final Lap Tour,” he said in May, adding, “I won’t be running around like this no more. I gotta do my film and television stuff and got a lot of other things going on behind the scenes that I gotta work on, so I won’t be out touring as much as I’ve been touring…I’m having fun this time because it’s set up to enjoy myself, we not feeling pressure.”
