Rick Ross is a known car fanatic and started hosting an annual car show on his Georgia property last year. But evidently, the MMG founder’s neighbors are attempting to throw a wrench in his plans. According to WSB-TV, Ross has been allowed to hold a concert that’s expected to attract more than 6,000 fans to their community. Neighbors told Fayette County Board of Commissioners the event brought traffic to a standstill last year. So, members of the Northridge subdivision in Fayetteville signed petitions opposing the show.
“I have the petitions here that we signed,” one neighbor told the board during a meeting Tuesday (April 25), while another said, “Our quality of life was unnecessarily compromised.”

Another claimed Ross’ mansion isn’t zoned for the type of event he wants to hold. The gridlock the event caused was also a point of contention.
“We feel locked out,” a homeowner said. “It took me 40 minutes to get out of my subdivision.”
Ross wants to have the car and bike show on June 3 with Lil Wayne as the headliner. Neighbors say the roads can’t handle the 6,500 fans expected to attend the event.
Toni Braxton has revealed she underwent emergency heart surgery in September to treat a life-threatening lupus complication.
The “Un-Break My Heart” singer, who was diagnosed with the autoimmune disease in 2008, underwent a procedure after doctors discovered that one of her coronary arteries was 80 percent blocked following a series of routine blood and urine tests in September.
“I kept putting (the tests) off thinking, ‘Oh, I’m fine. I’ll be okay.’ But my doctor was persistent and I went to get tested in the last week of September. I did a specialized test and they looked at my heart and saw some abnormalities,” Braxton told People. “I found out that I needed a coronary stent. My left main coronary artery was 80% blocked. The doctors told me I could’ve had a massive heart attack, I would not have survived… It was a traumatic moment for me. I was in shock.”
The 55-year-old underwent emergency surgery two days later and had a stent inserted into the artery to keep it from narrowing or closing.
Reflecting on the health scare, the Grammy-winning singer told People that she will never put off doing her routine tests again.
“It was really a scary moment. Had I not gotten that test, my life would’ve been different,” Braxton acknowledged. “I look at it like it was a blessing in disguise for me because now, putting off tests? Oh no, I will not put off tests. If all I have to do for my lupus and my kidney health is pee in a cup, I can pee in a cup.”
Lupus is a disease that occurs when the body’s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy tissues and organs.
Memphis rapper Lotta Cash Desto was fatally shot in Houston last September. According to Fox26 Houston, local police arrested a second suspect on Friday (April 21). Jeremyah Smith, 19, was identified as a suspect in March. Law enforcement officers successfully arrested Smith without incident in Alexandria, Louisiana. He was then extradited to Texas and booked into the Harris County Joint Processing Center. The other suspect, 24-year-old Christian Isaiah Williams, was arrested at the time of the shooting.
Rumors surrounding Lotta Cash Desto’s murder have been rampant after her father, Hernandez Govan, was indicted for the November 2021 murder of Young Dolph. Lotta Cash Desto was killed around 2:40 a.m. at 5500 Richmond Avenue on September 24, 2022. Some suggested her murder was in retaliation for the killing of Young Dolph.
Detectives located evidence at the scene linking Williams, who was shot in the stomach, to the shooting. Officers discovered Williams in the parking lot across the street from the shooting and transported him to the hospital. Cops found Lotta Cash Desto dead in the driver’s seat of her vehicle along with a second female victim suffering from a gunshot wound. She was taken to the hospital and treated.
After seeing that, Saweetie is dating YG, I bet the homie Quavo decided to glow up on his own. The rumor out there in the street is that Quavo is now dating Chloe Bailey. The specific rumor is that they were seen on a date in Atlanta. They reportedly met on the set of the Netflix movie “Praise This.” The rumors quietly started prior to this date, but they reportedly have now confirmed the relationship. They do seem extremely happy and cool. They have both been out doing joint press promoting the movie and also even giving out relationship advice. For all we know, they are just cool.
On the other side of the spectrum, is Chris Rock and Sharon Carpenter period these two are probably long-term friends. Sharon Carpenter is a journalist of tremendous status, but she has worked at BET, the BBC, and a bunch of other places as well. She’s a very well respected journalist that has managed to transition her brain through the years. So she’s an influencer as well now. the word is she’s dating one of the funniest people on earth in Chris. Clearly, everybody does not hate Chris ha ha ha! According to recent report, they were seen getting drinks at a fancy restaurant in Hollywood. The spies that have been giving the information said that they seemed very smitten and we’re laughing quite a lot.
Believe it or not, Sharon Carpenter was on a reality TV show called “The Gossip Game” with Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur of AllHipHop fame. That was an interesting show that didn’t go very far but it did show some of the inner workings of the media game.
By the way, Sharon is in her early 40s and Chris is in his late 50s. Does it matter?
Lastly, Polo G’s daughter, Leilani is reportedly dating some drug dealer. The joke is the drug dealer is really an actor from the show “Power.” That’s rightGianni Vincent Paolo plays Brayden Weston on “Power” and its spin-off show “Power Book II: Ghost.” There’s not a whole lot more to this, but this is what people are talking about. There is a video and people are basically saying they are chilling and hanging out. There’s not a whole lot of Intel on this as far as I can see. Anything is possible though. What I do know is that he better be on the up and up if he is dating Polo G’s sister.
This look like more than “hanging out.”

Buffalo rapper Westside Gunn plans to retire from music next year, but before he does, he is set to deliver new music and extraordinary art to fans.
Westside Gunn is currently working on Pray for Paris 2 and developing his skills in the fashion industry, following in the footsteps of his friend and collaborator, the late Virgil Abloh.
A significant part of Westside Gunn’s artistic journey has been his close relationship with Abloh, the renowned designer who passed away on November 28, 2021, after a private battle with cancer.
In a recent interview, Westside Gunn spoke about his relationship with Virgil and how he changed his life.
“Virgil changed my life. He was the turning point for me. I’m going to be honest, and for many reasons,” the rapper told AllHipHop.com.
It was Virgil who invited Westside Gunn to Paris, despite the rapper’s hesitations due to his past as a hustler. The Fly God thought that if he applied for a passport, his checkered past could have returned to haunt him and landed him in prison.
“He was like, ‘Yo, come to Paris with me.’ And I was like, I don’t know about all that, man. The thing is, back in the day, I was a hustler…I thought if I went to the passport office, they were going to come out the backdoor like, ‘We’ve been waiting for your ass for six years. You stupid m###########,'” Westside Gunn explained.
Ultimately, Virgil helped Westside Gunn obtain a passport, and the two met in Paris for the first time, despite having only communicated via text.
Virgil went on to design the cover for the first Pray for Paris album, using Caravaggio’s David with the Head of Goliath.
As for the upcoming Pray for Paris 2, Westside Gunn revealed a fascinating tidbit.
“What people don’t know is, quiet as it’s kept, that Virgil was so ahead of his time that he had already designed s### for two to three years ahead of time. There’s still collections of s### that Virgil designed before he passed. What people don’t know about me, and Virgil, is he already designed four album covers for me. Pray for Paris was the first one. There’s still more that we got coming.”
Westside Gunn’s Pray for Paris 2 will be released soon, featuring more of Virgil’s iconic designs, showcasing the importance and closeness of their relationship before his untimely passing.
Bad weather could not dampen the experience at Pharrell’s Something in the Water Festival, which kicked off late on Friday afternoon.
The festival gates were supposed to open at noon, but rain and gusty winds prevented the party from getting underway until around 5:00 PM.
Babyface Ray rocked the Oceanfront festival when he finally hit the Lunar stage, followed by singer Jazmine Sullivan on the Solar stage.
The highlight of Friday’s show was Kid Cudi, who took to the stage about a half-an-hour late because of the weather, around 11:30 PM.
On Saturday, the sun finally made a guest appearance. Rappers like Lil Wayne, Latto, Chris Brown, and A$AP Rock graced the Lunar stage.
Fans at the Something in the Water Festival were in for an unexpected treat last night as well when music icon Sean “Diddy” Combs made a surprise appearance during Pharrell Williams’ “Pharrell Phriends” set.
The legendary artist and producer delighted the audience with a collection of classic Bad Boy hits. Last night, other performers to hit the stage included Lil Yachty, The Kid Laroi, Summer Walker, and Coi LeRay.
He reworked his classic song “Pass the Courvoisier” into a new version, “Pass the Cîroc” alongside Busta Rhymes, “Finna Get Loose” with Pharrell, and “All About the Benjamins.”
The inclement weather also impacted today’s show (April 30th). Organizers announced that the Pop Up Church Service has been delayed until further notice.

Timbaland worked to improve his public speaking skills after he noticed he appeared a “little grumpy” in interviews.
In a recent chat for Variety, the legendary music producer revealed that he has spent time focusing on his public persona as he tends to be rather introverted.
“I’ve never felt great in my speaking – that never was me. And (in interviews), the old Tim used to be real short with my answers, a little grumpy, never elaborate, because I’m really an introvert. I express myself through my music,” he explained. “But now, I’m finding that people actually want to hear me speak, and God has allowed me to articulate it in a way that has the feeling of my music. Even doing this, I’m not gonna say I’m 100 percent comfortable, but I’m like 90 percent.”
Timbaland, real name Timothy Mosley, went on to note that he is considering getting some professional coaching sessions so he can learn even more about public speaking.
“So, for me, it’s been like therapy. I ain’t there yet – I’m not gonna get up and be giving speeches, but now it’s an uncomfortable-comfortable position,” the 51-year-old added. Timbaland is currently working on new music with the likes of Justin Timberlake and Missy Elliott.
Jonathan Majors’ alleged victim was granted a temporary order of protection on earlier this week.
The “Creed III” actor was arrested in New York City on March 25th and charged with multiple counts of assault and harassment in relation to an alleged domestic dispute with a 30-year-old woman.
His lawyer Priya Chaudhry denied the allegations at the time.
On Thursday, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office confirmed that a judge had granted a protection order for the unnamed accuser.
“Today a judge granted a Full Temporary Order of Protection for the victim, per the People’s request and with the consent of defense counsel. (At the time of arraignment, a Limited Temporary Order of Protection was granted),” a spokesperson said.
The order means that both parties must not have any contact with each other directly or indirectly at least until the next court hearing, which is scheduled for May 9th.
Responding to the order, Chaudhry issued a statement to multiple outlets once again insisting that Majors was the victim.
“This is standard in cases such as this, and we consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him,” she said.
“We have been transparent and cooperative with the District Attorney, including giving the District Attorney ample evidence, including witness statements, of Mr. Majors’ innocence,” she continued, claiming that certified experts have declared that the woman did not have any injuries when she went to a nightclub after the alleged incident.
“In fact, the forensic medical expert’s opinion shows that the woman is lying. It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case,” she stated.
Since his arrest, the “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” star has been dropped by his management team at Entertainment 360 and his publicist at The Lede Company. He has yet to publicly speak about the incident.
The latest drama in the tumultuous breakup between Ye and Adidas has resulted in a class action lawsuit filed by investors who claim the company’s partnership with the artist caused them significant financial losses.
This comes after Ye made a series of anti-Semitic and racially offensive statements, leading to public calls for a boycott of Adidas for not ending their partnership with the controversial musician.
Adidas and Ye’s collaboration began in 2013 after the musician’s relationship with Nike ended. The partnership deepened in 2016, resulting in the creation of the Yeezy brand, which encompassed footwear, apparel, and accessories for all genders.
By 2019, Yeezy shoe sales had surpassed $1 billion, and the Adidas Yeezy sneaker line was poised to compete with Nike’s Jordan brand.
However, in the fall of 2022, Ye’s inflammatory behavior took a dark turn.
He began making overtly anti-Semitic and racially offensive remarks, starting with wearing a “White Lives Matter” shirt to a Paris fashion show. The Anti-Defamation League has described the slogan as a “white supremacist phrase.”
The situation escalated when Ye posted a screenshot of a private argument with hip-hop star Sean Combs, also known as Puff Daddy, on October 7, 2022. In the heated exchange, Ye targeted Jewish people, stating, “Ima use you as an example to show the Jewish people that told you to call me that no one can threaten or influence me.”
Ye continued his anti-Semitic tirade on Twitter on October 9, 2022, stating, “I’m going death con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE.” He added, “You guys have toyed with me and tried to blackball anyone whoever opposes your agenda.” The tweet has since been removed.
In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Ye made more anti-Semitic remarks that were omitted from the aired version. He stated, “I prefer my kids knew Hanukkah than Kwanzaa. At least it will come with some financial engineering.”
Despite his incendiary comments, Ye believed Adidas would not end their partnership.
On October 21, 2022, he publicly stated, “I can literally say anti-Semitic [expletive], and they cannot drop me. I can say anti-Semitic things, and Adidas can’t drop me. Now what? Now what?”
In February 2023, Adidas warned that it could shift from a profit to a loss if it failed to sell its inventory of Yeezy shoes. The company estimated that sales would fall at a high due to the “significant adverse impact of not selling the existing stock” of Yeezy products.
Failure to sell the stock of Yeezys, valued at $1.29 billion, would significantly lower the company’s revenue.
The class action lawsuit alleges that senior officers and directors of Adidas knew well before they cut ties that Ye’s erratic behavior could potentially cost the company significant revenues – but they kept the information and the risk he posed to investors and members of the investing public.
The lawsuit claims that the market price of Adidas stock was artificially inflated due to hiding Ye’s increasingly racist behavior until all hell broke loose and they had to get rid of him.
Kid Capri will join dozens of Hip-Hop legends for Rock The Bells’ inaugural Hip-Hop Cruise in November. But before he can set sail, he has a lot of other work to finish. He’ll be at the second annual Rock The Bells festival on August 5 alongside LL COOL J, Queen Latifah, De La Soul and several other pillars of the culture. He’ll also be on the road, performing solo shows and producing music for other artists. Needless to say, the Hip-Hop veteran is a busy man. In 2022, he released his first solo album in nearly 30 years, The Love. Looking back, he tells AllHipHop what an incredible experience that was.
“It was amazing to make an album and not have to depend on the new hit producer or mainstream artist for it to be great,” he says. “I did it all myself, produced and written by me. With the help of my daughter Vina Love, reggae artist Mr. Lexx and R&B artist Lovel, I was able to put together a masterpiece album.”
As for working with his daughter, he adds, “She has been making records and videos before she got on my song, ‘Uptown,’ but ‘Uptown’ is her biggest song so far to date. She just put a new song out with Jackboy, so it was natural when she got on the song with me.”
Interestingly enough, Lil Pump’s Eminem diss actually fueled the creation of the album. In December 2020, the “Gucci Gang” rapper randomly targeted Slim Shady in one of his Instagram videos, saying, “Hey f*ck Eminem, you is lame as hell. Ain’t nobody listening to your old ass. You lame as f*ck, b*tch. I woke up on some bullsh*t. I’m back on my f*ck sh*t.”
“That was just one of the things that did inspire,” Capri said at the time. “I got tired of seeing the younger dudes thinking that the older people ain’t capable. Like we ain’t been here building this business from the ground up from day one. Sometimes, it is the truth. A lot of older people, they get out of touch. They don’t want the younger people to come in and do their thing, and it be just back and forth exchange.
“But when I watch Little Pump disrespect a dude that became the Elvis of Hip-Hop, this dude that sold millions and millions of records, created opportunities for so many people and is one of the greatest MCs on the planet, for him to just disrespect him like that, we losing our respect level.”
Kid Capri catapulted to international notoriety in the 1990s as the first DJ to appear on major television networks. Often heralded as “The Guru of Mixtapes,” his impact on Hip-Hop culture rivals that of any early architect.
The D.O.C. premiered his documentary, The DOC, at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2022. However, it has yet to see a wider release. Those lucky enough to have seen the film were privy to a deep dive into the life of Tracy Lynn Curry whose rap career was cut short following a near-fatal car crash in 1989. Special guest appearances included Erykah Badu, mother to his daughter Puma, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Ice Cube. But evidently, there’s some powers that be who are making it difficult for fans to see the film.
On Friday (April 28), The D.O.C. was asked via Twitter, “Do you know when this bad boy is going to drop? And which platform will it be on? This is something I can’t wait to watch.” The D.O.C. replied, “There is an unnamed company trying to keep you from seeing it.”
The D.O.C. fired off several tweets about the film. When another fan asked about its impending arrival, the Dallas native replied, “Dates in flux because the company is trying to do me dirty.” He added, “Best documentary of the year and I’m not BSing. I have not met one person not blown away. Doesn’t matter race, age, music preference or stage of life. It moves everyone. But there is an UNNAMED company trying to keep it from you!!!”
Speaking to AllHipHop, The D.O.C. could confirm the film would be out this summer but couldn’t get into specifics.
“I’ve been doing business with these people and Hollywood has never been the easiest place to do business,” he said. “But because this means so much to me and the messaging behind it is so important, I gotta make sure it’s right. I’m not going to allow anybody to take advantage of this film in any shape, form or fashion because I feel like it’s purposeful. I’m gonna stand on my rock until they do what they’re supposed to do by it, which feels kind of close.”
Directed by Dave Caplan, The DOC struggles with deciding whether he’ll undergo an experimental surgery that could restore his voice. The D.O.C. was mum on what he decided but said an alternate version of the film will reveal the outcome.
Heavy D, the influential rapper renowned for his infectious beats and captivating lyrics that helped shape the landscape of Hip-Hop music, was honored in a sculpture unveiling event hosted by Mayor Shawyn Patterson-Howard at the highly anticipated luxury high-rise, 42 Broad Street.
Born as Dwight Arrington Myers in Jamaica, Heavy D relocated to Mount Vernon with his family during his youth, where he discovered his passion for rap music.
With his remarkable talent, he swiftly became an integral part of the local Hip-Hop scene, eventually gaining recognition on a global scale. Heavy D released a string of successful albums throughout his career, including his debut Living Large (1987), Big Tyme (1989) and Peaceful Journey (1991), the latter serving as the inspiration for the sculpture commemorating his enduring legacy.
Selected through a competitive process overseen by ArtsWestchester, a prominent advocate for public art, the sculpture, aptly titled “Peaceful Journey,” was crafted by the esteemed Brooklyn-based artist Eto Otitgbe.
The artwork finds its place at the bustling intersection of Broad Street and Fleetwood Avenue, offering a visible symbol of homage to Heavy D’s influence.
Otitgbe explained that the sculpture aimed to pay tribute to the profound impact of Mount Vernon, the Bronx, and Los Angeles on the lives of Black and Brown individuals, a theme poignantly depicted in Heavy D’s music.
“I wanted to pay homage to the Mount Vernon community that had such an important place in Hip-Hop with this work of art,” said Otitigbe of Peaceful Journey.
During the unveiling event, Heavy D’s family, including his mother, Euhlalee Myers, attended and expressed their appreciation for the artwork. Heavy D’s mother shared her son’s deep affection for the arts and his unwavering love for Mount Vernon.
Reflecting on the occasion, she stated, “My son loved the arts, and this sculpture depicts the love that he had, especially for the city of Mount Vernon,” ABC7 reported.
Mayor Patterson-Howard also addressed the crowd, acknowledging Heavy D’s significant contributions to the city’s cultural fabric.
“Heavy D holds a special place in the history of Mount Vernon and the Hip-Hop genre. This sculpture serves as a fitting tribute to his legacy and the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop.”
Tragically, Heavy D’s life was cut short at the age of 44, leaving an indelible void in the music industry.
His sudden and unexpected death served as a stark reminder of the fragility of life and the enduring impact of his artistry.
In the wake of Heavy D’s untimely departure, his memory lives on through his timeless music and his profound influence on Mount Vernon and the Hip-Hop community.
The sculpture “Peaceful Journey” is a poignant tribute to his legacy, reminding all who encounter it of this legendary rapper’s vibrant spirit and immense talent.
Nick Cannon has made his feelings perfectly clear about the recent cancelation of Jada Pinkett’s Facebook show, Red Table Talk. During an episode of the Daily Cannon Show, the Wild ‘N Out host expressed how relieved he was the “toxic table” is over. The second the topic was brought up, he uttered the word “good.”
He continued, “If there was no ‘Red Table Talk,’ then he wouldn’t have slapped the s–t out of Chris Rock. I don’t want to know all this s–t about y’all. I just want to mind my Black own business. I don’t want to be up in everybody else’s kitchen. Keep that s–t to y’all selves.”
As Cannon’s co-hosts began to argue with him, he referred to the couple as being “royalty”—but in the past tense. Cannon insisted the episode in which Will Smith and Pinkett discussed her “entanglement” with singer August Alsina led to Smith smacking Rock at the 2022 Oscars.
Cannon didn’t back down on Twitter either. On Thursday (April 27), he shared a clip of the interaction and wrote in the caption, “F**K THAT TABLE!”
Will Smith became internet fodder in 2020 following the controversial episode. Alsina had already stirred the pot when he claimed in an interview he’d had an affair with Pinkett.
“We were over,” Pinkett explained at the time. “From there, as time went on, I got into a different kind of entanglement with August. One of the things I want to clear up that was kind of swirling in the press was you giving permission, which the only person who can give permission in that particular circumstance is myself.
“But what August was actually trying to communicate—because I could actually see how he would perceive it as permission because we were separated amicably—I think he also wanted to make it clear that he’s not a homewrecker, which he’s not.”
Pinkett claimed she entered the relationship out of a “desire to feel good and help heal him” but ended up discovering she needed to find happiness first. After ending the relationship, she and Smith got back together.
But at last year’s Academy Awards, tensions boiled over when Rock made a joke about Pinkett’s bald head. Smith boldly marched on the stage and smacked Rock on live television. Back at his seat, he was seen screaming, “Keep my wife’s name out of your f###### mouth!” Smith was then given an Oscar for his role in King Richard, making the moment even that much more bizarre. As a result, Smith was banned from participating in an Academy-related events for 10 years.
As for Red Table Talk, Facebook scraped the show on Wednesday (April 26). Producer Westbrook is currently looking for a new home for the show.
Rappers Jim Jones and Maino have come a long way, transforming their initial friction into a deep bond, which has led to not only their first joint album, Lobby Boyz, but also a completed follow-up, Lobby Boyz 2.
The duo’s unique chemistry, which blossomed over time, has been the secret sauce to their successful collaboration.
Jim Jones, aka Joseph Guillermo Jones II, shot to fame as part of the hip-hop group The Diplomats and as a solo artist, with his single “We Fly High” soaring to the fifth spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Maino, born Jermaine Coleman, made a splash with his debut single “Hi Hater” and his hit “All the Above,” featuring T-Pain, which ascended to number 39 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Their first album, Lobby Boyz, hit the shelves in May of 2022.
According to Maino, the duo initially had some bumps in the road, but over time, they found their groove and became close friends.
He reminisced, “We didn’t start off that way… We didn’t necessarily get along early on. But the good thing about it is nothing ever happened between us to ever derail a friendship that could have been.”
Maino further described how their relationship flourished.
“So we got cool. And over the years, it was just always love. Like, yo, pull up to the studio, I’m coming by. Yo, come over here, I’m pulling up. Yo, what are you all doing tonight?” They spent countless hours together, bonding over music and their families, which ultimately paved the way for their fruitful collaboration.
Maino emphasized that their deep chemistry stemmed from their strong friendship, saying, “That’s why the chemistry is like that, and it’s deepening the music. And it’s easier to do music with [people] that you [care about] like that.”
The recording process for both Lobby Boyz albums involved spending every day together, which allowed them to become almost like family.
“I’m talking about being with each other every single day for hours… Family love me, his family love him. We then bonded.”
With the successful release of Lobby Boyz and the completion of Lobby Boyz 2, fans can eagerly anticipate more music from the dynamic duo.
“Oh, we already did Lobby Boyz 2. That was already done.” Their strong bond and unique synergy will likely continue to produce unforgettable tracks for years to come, proving that the best things happen when you mix friendship with legitimate business.
Cam’ron had some words for Joe Budden following Friday’s (April 28) interview with N.O.R.E. on The Joe Budden Podcast. On Saturday (April 29), the Harlem-bred rapper shared a video of N.O.R.E.’s conversation with Budden to his Instagram. The clip finds the two rap figures laughing about ’90s rappers’ perceived failures.
“You know what’s crazy? I’m looking at these rappers trying shows now—you know, rappers from our era—and they are so failing,” N.O.R.E. said during the sit-down. “… They doing sports shows, they doing comedy shows. They talkin’ about, ‘Yo, I’m up. I’m just doing this for fun.’ No you are not!”
Budden busted out laughing and says, “It’s great to see people fail … You can’t take the blueprint and hire different contractors. They sellin’ ass out here, huh?”
Convinced they were talking about his podcast, It Is What It Is, Cam’ron wrote on Instagram, “Damn @therealnoreaga. I told you I couldn’t trust you. Lolol. Im just f###### wit ya. But what other rapper from the 90’s got the sports and cooking show? U know u my n*gga for life. But ya man hoe budden’s threw u under the bus on the very Nx episode. said he didn’t know who u was talking bout. I don’t give a f### how his numbers is N.O. Stay away from that crack head!!!”
Not long after, Budden returned with a post of his own, writing, “Now that n***a know he too sensitive to do this w me. Chill before I feel like playin’ back & you start makin’ calls again. Focus on your suits and pink set, that ‘crackhead’ lapped you lonnggggggggggg ago.”
N.O.R.E. caught flak for the Budden interview in numerous ways. Fans felt he was referencing the late Combat Jack at one point, which Budden later addressed on an episode of The Joe Budden Podcast.
“N.O.R.E. sat there and sent some shots at, seemingly, Loud Speaker Network and Combat Jack,” he said. “He didn’t name names. He said ‘Tax’ but he didn’t name names. Anybody that know Joe know the respect that I have for Combat Jack. You will never hear me utter one bad word about Combat Jack … If I would’ve known that that’s what N.O.R.E. was trying to do, and I still don’t know that ’cause I’m not taking the internet’s word for anything. But if I thought that he was doing that, I would’ve stopped him in his tracks.”
Domani amassed millions of views for “I Did It” before it even dropped thanks to social media. The video was reposted on several all-star platforms thanks to the likes of Offset, Sonny Digital, Coach K, Rapsody, and more. This song is a departure from his emotive, through provoking side, the artist says. “This song is a braggadocious way of expressing confidence. Some may say ignorance,” he admits.
Domani should be dropping a new album this year and we’ll be waiting. In the mean time, he’ll be jumping on a tour of Los Angeles, Atlanta, and New York City.
According to reports, Rapper Lil Pump seems to be facing a challenging financial situation,.
Not only has the IRS recently targeted him for unpaid taxes, but now City National Bank has filed a lawsuit against him for an unpaid line of credit.
The 21-year-old rapper, born Gazzy Garcia in Miami, Florida, rose to fame in 2017 with his viral hit “Gucci Gang,” which garnered millions of views on YouTube and peaked at #3 three on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart.
Despite his success in the music industry, the young artist appears to be struggling financially.
The government is actively trying to collect the outstanding balances from the rapper. However, the IRS is not the only organization seeking repayment from Lil Pump.
According to RadarOnline, City National Bank recently filed a lawsuit against him, claiming they extended a $300,000 line of credit to the rapper in 2019, before the pandemic shut down most live events.
The bank notified Lil Pump in August of 2021 that he had defaulted on the terms of the loan, but they received no response.
According to the bank, the rapper still owes them $98,000 of the initial loan, plus an additional $4,000 in interest, bringing his total debt to City National Bank to $102,000.
To date, Lil Pump has not responded to the IRS or City National Bank regarding these financial issues.
Lil Pump’s financial woes could impact his career, as well as his lifestyle. The rapper is known for his extravagant spending habits, such as purchasing luxury cars and designer clothing after signing an $8 million deal with Warner Bros. Records in 2018.

As a young adult, she was constantly teased for being “too big” and “too muscular,” leaving her feeling self-conscious. Rahki felt the weight of society’s beauty standards bearing down on her, leading to some disordered eating and exercise habits.
But, as she matured and started to explore her love for fitness and weightlifting, Rahki had an epiphany. She realized that her brawny body was nothing to be ashamed of; instead, it was something to be proud of!
“Seven years ago, when I started in the fitness industry, there was no one that looked like me. No one of my culture wanted to be ‘thick and fit’ – everyone chose to be slim, so I decided to break the barriers and change the fitness standard,” she explained.
With newfound confidence, Rahki started hitting the gym like a boss, training every single day for two hours straight. Her workouts became her secret weapon, her body her tool for strength and empowerment.

As if that weren’t enough, Rahki decided to go all-in, becoming a personal trainer, YouTuber, and influencer with over 766,000 followers on Instagram. She’s the epitome of fitness greatness and an inspiration to anyone who wants to reach for the stars in the fitness world. Forget burning calories. Rahki is all about high-intensity interval training, using higher reps and lighter weights to promote size and growth.
Of course, talking about Rahki without mentioning her incredible leg muscles is impossible. Her followers can’t get enough of her “thickest legs on Instagram,” and her leg day workouts and progress photos are always a hit. But Rahki wants people to remember that she’s more than just a muscular pair of legs – she’s also a mum to a son named Power.
“When I became a mother, my world changed in ways that are hard to describe. Suddenly, I had to take care of another life, watch my child grow and learn, and navigate the challenges that come with motherhood,” said Rahki. “Since having my son, I am constantly learning, not just about what being a mother is all about, but also about myself as a person. One of the most significant things Power has taught me is patience. Before becoming a mother, I never imagined that I would have as much patience as I do now.”

In addition to learning patience, Rahki has also discovered how parenthood can help cushion the blows life throws you.
“I faced a significant loss when my own mother passed away from Covid-19 in the middle of my pregnancy. But despite this tragic event, I was able to adapt quickly and tap into my innate mother instincts to become the best mother I could be for Power.”
While motherhood has been an incredible journey, Rahki, who looks up to former Miss Olympia 10-time champion Iris Kyle, is quick to admit her physical health did take a turn for the worst during her pregnancy and spiraled even further during the Covid-19 global lockdowns.
After suffering from preeclampsia, pre-diabetes, and high blood pressure, Rahki found herself weighing over 300 pounds. She knew she had to make a change, but with gyms closed because of the pandemic, she couldn’t train as hard as she used to.

“Training has 85% of everything that I do. Fitness is a huge part of my life and regime, so when I couldn’t train, I became very depressed and anxious. My dress size more than tripled, and I was buying 2XXL clothing,” she recalled. “I couldn’t even do one squat because I was so big, and my legs hurt.”
How, then did she manage to lose the weight and get her body back in shape?
“It was either I fight for my life, or I watch my entire life decline, so I started doing cardio here at my house,” she shared. “I purchased a treadmill during the pandemic and started working out inside of my condo. I started using weights on the balcony, then I hired a personal trainer, doing bench presses, bends over rows, reps of barbell curls, standing barbell curls, high and low incline dumbbell presses, and a lot of other workouts. After dieting for three months and losing my first 20 pounds, I decided to start going back to the gym and then started Pilates classes. Everything took off from there. I am so proud of myself – I’ve lost over 75 pounds!”

Today Rahki has regained peak condition and can now again run a mile in under six minutes and do 43 deadlifts at 315lbs.
When Rahki isn’t crushing it at the gym, she’s a woman of many talents. She’s a certified personal trainer, fitness model, actress, and business owner. She’s appeared in music videos, commercials, and TV shows, and she’s currently working on launching her own fitness brand.
Despite her accomplishments, Rahki remains humble and grounded, always putting her message of self-love and empowerment first.
She’s a true fitness powerhouse; we can’t wait to see what she’ll accomplish next!
Tax season is coming to an end and reports say one of the music industry’s biggest stars has taken issue with the Internal Revenue Service, quarreling about how much money they actually owe. The name might shock you, but Beyoncé evidently wants to go to war with the IRS. On April 17, she reportedly filed a petition disputing the agency’s claim she owes $2.7 million in taxes and penalties.
Now, she wants a tax court to possibly reconsider requiring her to pay the additional tax and penalties assessed by the IRS’ January 18 Notice of Deficiency, according to Forbes. The government is zeroing in on only Beyoncé’s personal account because she does not file jointly with her celebrity husband, JAY-Z.
Within the Notice of Deficiency, the IRS alleges Beyoncé owes $805,850.00 in taxes with $161,170 in penalty from 2018, an epic year for Beyoncé and her husband. The two released a studio album called EVERYTHING IS LOVE that accompanied their iconic On the Run II Tour.
She’s also disputing being on the hook for $1,442,747 in taxes and $288,548.40 in penalties for the year 2019, another big year. In addition to Beyoncé starring in Disney’s Lion King, she also produced and sang on the soundtrack, The Lion King: The Gift. Both 2018 and 2019 tax issues have incurred additional interest.
Beyoncé says the IRS got it twisted and has made an error when it comes down to her finances, and she’s willing to fight to prove them wrong. Mostly, she believes the IRS did not give her credit for $868,766 attributable to a charitable contribution carryover reported in 2018.
Michael C. Cohen of De Castro, West, Chodorow, Mendler & Glickfeld, Inc. will be her legal representation in the case.
Nick Cannon has hit back at the suggestion he “fumbled” his marriage to Mariah Carey.
During an episode of “The Daily Cannon” radio show, Nick’s co-host Courtney Bee Bledsoe told him he “fumbled” his six-year marriage to the Always Be My Baby singer.
“I mean, you fumbled Mariah,” Courtney said, to which “The Masked Singer” host replied, “Did I? Explain to me how I fumbled Mariah.”
Courtney clarified that she was simply “playing” before adding, “I don’t know. I just know you’re not with her, so that’s a fumble.”
Nick then replied, “Maybe she fumbled me.”
The TV personality insisted that he “was there” for the pop diva during the marriage before Courtney joked, “You didn’t make ‘Always Be My Baby,’ so… it’s a little different.”
Nick and Mariah got married in April 2008 and welcomed their twins, son Moroccan and daughter Monroe, in April 2011.
They separated in 2014 after six years of marriage, and their divorce was finalized in 2016.
The 42-year-old has gone on to welcome ten more children with five other women.
“The Daily Cannon” morning radio show launched on Monday.
