President Joe Biden Bashes Donald Trump For Lying After Widely Panned Debate

President Joe Biden and Donald Trump’s first debate of the 2024 election cycle left many voters feeling hopeless on Thursday night (June 27). Biden defended himself against widespread criticism of his debate performance at a campaign rally in North Carolina on Friday (June 28).

Biden attempted to ease concerns about his fitness for the presidency. He also called out Trump for repeatedly lying in their debate.

“I know I’m not a young man,” Biden said. “Folks, I don’t walk as easily as I used to. I don’t speak as smoothly as I used to. I don’t debate as well as I used to. But I know what I do know. I know how to tell the truth. I know right from wrong. I know how to do this job. I know how to get things done. And I know, like millions of Americans, when you get knocked down, you get back up.”

He continued, “I know what it will take to bring this economy to everybody. I know what it’ll take to rally the world to stand up against [Vladimir] Putin and defend freedom, not yield to him. And I know what it takes to keep the world safe and free for the years ahead. Folks, I give you my word as a Biden, I would not be running again if I didn’t believe, with all my heart and soul that I can do this job. Because quite frankly, the stakes are too high.”

Fat Joe and E-40 appeared at Biden’s rally in North Carolina. Fat Joe performed the hit singles “Lean Back” and “All the Way Up” while E-40 did renditions of “Snap Yo Fingers” and “Tell Me When to Go.”

The second presidential debate between Biden and Trump is scheduled for September 10. Trump will be sentenced for his falsifying business records conviction on July 11.

Fugees Reunion Album In The Works?

Lauryn Hill, Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel’s reunion might not be limited to a tour. A source told Page Six the Fugees are working on a follow-up to their 1996 album, The Score.

Recording a new album may require urgency since Pras awaits sentencing for his role in an illegal foreign influence scheme. He was found guilty of conspiracy, concealment of material facts, making false entries in records, witness tampering and serving as an unregistered agent of a foreign power in 2023.

The Fugees reunited for their first performance in years in 2021. The group planned a tour to celebrate The Score’s 25th anniversary, but COVID-19 concerns led to its cancellation.

Hill recruited her fellow Fugees members for a tour commemorating the 25th anniversary of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill in 2023. A vocal injury forced Hill to several shows, but Wyclef assured fans the tour would resume in 2024.

“I would say to everybody we’re picking back up on the Fugees tour this year,” he told AllHipHop in February. “If you missed the Fugees last year, catch the Fugees this year. Another big thing I’m excited about is my Netflix movie called Prince of Port au Prince, which is based on my childhood and how I escaped poverty through imagination, so look out for that.

“That’s going to be amazing. Me and Lil Wayne, we’re in the studio working on some secret, cool music. So, yeah, a lot of good things to look out for in 2024. We’re coming for sure. 100 percent.”

Wyclef turned out to be right, as Hill and the Fugees announced the tour’s continuation on Monday (June 24). The group will be joined by Hill’s son YG Marley.

The upcoming tour begins in Tampa, Florida on August 9. The Fugees are scheduled to perform across the U.S. through September before heading overseas in October. The European leg of the tour includes concerts in London, Manchester, Paris and Amsterdam.

Check out the tour dates below.

Kodak Black Reveals Just How Severe His Percocet Addiction Was

Kodak Black discussed his Percocet addiction at a show in Los Angeles on Thursday night (June 27). The Florida-bred rapper claimed he took 100 pills per day at his worst point.

“When I was at my stage, chewing on them Percs, I ain’t gonna say I popped them b######,” he told the crowd. “But when I was at my stage, I was chewing like – bruh, I swear to God and my n#### will vouch – I was chewing 100 Percs a day, man. Average like 40. Average! If I was f###### with them fake s####, bruh, I’d have been dead. Bruh, I say that, I’m explaining myself now. I don’t want y’all to hear that and take that and feel like it’s okay to do that s###, ya feel me?”

Kodak Black regretted his “I knew the Perc was fake, but I still ate it ’cause I’m a gremlin” line from the hit single “Super Gremlin,” which peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The polarizing artist admitted he was conflicted about rapping the fake Perc lyrics.

“It’s sad though, bruh, because it’s like that s###—the bar came to mind so quick,” he said. “I’m like, ‘Damn, I don’t wanna say this s###, but I know this b#### gon’ go in.’ But we ain’t gon’ play like that, bruh.”

Earlier this year, a Florida judge dismissed drug possession and evidence tampering charges against Kodak Black. He was arrested for cocaine possession and tampering in December 2023. Prosecutors did not pursue the cocaine charge, instead charging with oxycodone possession. His lawyer insisted he had a prescription for oxycodone.

Kodak Black’s arrest resulted in a probation violation, which left him stuck behind bars for about two months. He pleaded guilty to failure to report police contact and was released from jail in February.

Pete Rock Dubbs Donald Trump “A Savage” Following Joe Biden Debate

The 2024 Presidential Debate got underway on Thursday night (June 27), pitting President Joe Biden and Donald Trump against each other. Social media, of course, blew up with reactions to what many Americans are calling “a sad day” for the United States.

Of course, there were no shortage of jokes. One particular clip of Biden is making the rounds due to Trump’s response. As Biden was speaking on border patrol, Biden seemed to trail off until he was inaudible. Trump replied, “I really don’t know what he said at the end of that sentence. I don’t think he knows what he said either.” Biden just looked at him with a blank stare, prompting even more criticism to come his way.

Pete Rock wrote on the clip, “Trump is a savage,” while others simply laughed. Others had Biden’s back, explaining he’s had a stuttering problem since he was a child.

Hosted by CNN at the network’s Atlanta studios, the debate, moderated by Jake Tapper and Dana Bash, featured no live audience, allowing for a focused and intense exchange between the candidates. Biden and Trump tackled key issues including the economy, healthcare and foreign policy, each trying to underscore their vision for America’s future while criticizing their opponent’s past actions and proposals.

The debate was marked by sharp exchanges and contrasting styles, with Biden emphasizing his administration’s achievements and plans for continued recovery and growth, while Trump criticized Biden’s handling of domestic and international issues, promising a return to what he described as more effective policies.

The event was widely covered and streamed across multiple platforms, ensuring a broad audience. Political analysts and viewers alike have begun dissecting the performances, with many noting the significance of this early encounter in shaping the narrative for the 2024 presidential race in November.

Drake Accused Of Instagram Entanglement With Mustard’s Ex-Wife In Spite Of Kendrick Lamar Beef

Drake fans believe the Toronto rapper is attempting to tell Mustard to catch up based on his latest petty social media move.

Chanel Thierry, the West Coast music producer’s ex-wife, has apparently followed none other than the 6 God himself on Instagram. Adding fuel to the fire, Drake swiftly reciprocated by following her back, sending the rumor mill into overdrive. And based on the screenshot proof, the theory is airlock-tight considering both of their following tallies on the app currently match up.

Coincidentally, this latest messy development adds to the swirling news cycle generated after Kendrick Lamar and Mustard recently made headlines for their powerhouse performance at the Juneteenth “The Pop-Out: Ken & Friends” concert, which left fans and music legends crowning K. Dot the “King of the West. Not to mention the move also comes on the heels of the pair taking over the internet with the behind the scenes footage from their recent shoot for the official music video for the scorching Drake diss track “Not Like Us,” which was shot in Compton.

Additionally, fans are on the edge of their seats, eager to see how Drake will respond to Kendrick and Mustard’s undeniable synergy as rumors circulate that Drizzy may release another diss track when K. Dot drops the video for their chart-topping collab. There’s also added context to this situation based on Mustard’s relationship with Thierry, which appears to have strained following a court battle earlier this year.

In January, he was reportedly seeking sole legal custody of the 11-year-old son he shares with his ex-wife after he expressed his concerns about their son’s education at the school he was attending. The former couple also went to battle in court over finances after it was reported that Thierry demanded $80,000 per month in child support for their three kids. However, reports confirm they have since agreed to monthly support payments of $24,000.

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

There’s also a ton of speculation that Drake’s move following Thierry could be a calculated retaliation, and or revenge tactic, Drizzy is exploring due to the producer seemingly “switching up” on him. Even though Mustard and Kendrick achieved a No. 1 debut with “Not Like Us” the track serves as their first collaboration and the Perfect 10 producer also recently revealed he has been attempting to get K. Dot on one of his records for years.

As a result, the track’s success has been a topic of heated debate, particularly when compared to Mustard’s past collaborations with Drake, including the 2019 hit “Who Do You Love” featuring YG.

Could we see a Drake-Mustard face-off in the near future? Will there be another round of the Drake and Kendrick beef? Could we see Thierry “Pop-Out” with The Boy?

Who tf knows, but one thing is for sure, we are in the midst of one of the pettiest of times in rap.

Charleston White Says Kendrick Lamar Only Unified Rival L.A. Gangs For Video Shoot

Charleston White is back with another hot take, this time on the ongoing beef between Kendrick Lamar and Drake. Kendrick recently shot a video in his hometown of Compton for his chart-topping Drake diss, “Not Like Us,” drawing huge crowds, including rival gang members.

In a new interview, White emphatically stated the only reason Kendrick Lamar invited the rival gang members to “The Pop Out: Ken & Friends” concert was for the optics—not because he necessarily wanted to broker peace in his community. He also insinuated Kendrick’s concert did nothing to stop gang violence from continuing.

“Kendrick did that for a video shoot,” he said. “He didn’t do that to bring n##### together. Them n##### just found something to dance to.”

White then commented on the unknown local artists who performed at the Juneteenth concert, saying, “They ain’t going nowhere. Ain’t nobody finna to listen to no up and coming L.A. artists, but L.A. artists in their neighborhood. Don’t nobody want to hear that s###.”

From there, White went on to insist Drake is the superior artist. He continued, “Let me just say this. Drake a way better rapper. I know Drake’s songs. I ain’t never heard a n#### in Texas pull up bumping Kendrick’s s### or nothing. I was just going against the grain. Let’s be clear. Kendrick can’t compare unless you like twisting your fingers up like the retarded people. That’s the only way you gonna like Kendrick, you’ve got to be retarded.

“Sensible people don’t gravitate to that b#######. So, so what he gave theses up and coming artist the spotlight for the day. Most of them will be dead tomorrow due to the gang politics. California, Compton or whatever you want to call it, homie is not [inaudible]. Why would go shoot somewhere where nothing grows, everything dies? For what?”

White’s comments follow his controversial remarks on the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio. On June 23, just hours after the news broke that Foolio had been fatally shot at Holiday Inn in Tampa, White shared his thoughts on the incident via Instagram. He insisted nobody should mourn Foolio’s death because of the way the rapper carried himself and how “hard” he tried to die, a reference to the multiple times he’d already been shot.

“I knew they was going to get him ‘cause the boy worked hard to die,” White said. “That boy worked hard to get shot on. Man, he shot his foot off last year givin’ his partner [inaudible]. N#### got his foot shot off, he’s not supposed to be bouncing around on his birthday. Man, get somewhere and sit down and rest that foot and work your hips, n#### […] Then I’m thinking, ‘At the Holiday Inn?’ What the f###?

“There ain’t no protection on a n#### at a Holiday Inn. They ain’t even got valet parking! Man, that n#### worked hard to die. S###, he earned it. Should nobody be sad. The way the n#### lived and talked gangsta, should nobody be sad for what happened to Julio Foolio. One thing we know about him, he didn’t go to heaven.”

Foolio was reportedly ambushed in the hotel parking lot. His attorney, Lewis Fusco, confirmed the tragic news, saying, “Yes, I have been his attorney for many years. He was shot and killed in Tampa. I cannot make any statements at this time other than confirming he was killed outside of a Holiday Inn hotel while celebrating his birthday in Tampa this weekend.”

Fusco explained Foolio had been in Tampa all weekend to celebrate his birthday, where he initially stayed at an Airbnb but was asked to vacate the property due to the number of people at the residence. He then booked a room at a local Holiday Inn, where he was evidently ambushed in the parking lot.

“All of this information has been released by law enforcement,” Fusco added. “However, I am unable to comment on anything else at this time until it becomes public record.”

“Not too long ago, I asked him ‘What do you want to do with this?” LeBron recalled. “Like you want to get to the pros?’ Bronny James told his father that he did and explained why. “He said, ‘Because I want to make a name for myself.’ I said ‘Let’s get it,’” LeBron replied.c

ESPN’s Dave McMenamin received word that Lebron and Bronny James were surrounded by their closest “friends and confidants” at a private dinner in New York.

According to ESPN‘s Dave McMenamin, the gathering took place over dinner in New York City, where there were less than 20 people in attendance.

“When they got the call from the Lakers, LeBron James had a champagne toast to everyone there,” he shared. “I’m told it was less than 20 people. And sources tell me he got very emotional in considering the weight of the moment.”

Ice-T Calls Trump World’s Biggest “Conman” & Says Biden Could “Die At Any Minute”

President Joe Biden and Donald Trump have been courting the support of rappers in the race to the 2024 presidential election, but Ice-T is unimpressed with the current state of politics.

The veteran rapper and actor recently shared his thoughts on the Democrat and Republican candidates for the upcoming election, and he doesn’t like his choices.

“I think all of this s### is a big exposé on how foul politics is across the board,” he said during an interview with The Independent

Ice-T referenced Trump’s recent conviction after being found guilty on 34 felony counts in the Stormy Daniels “hush money” trial. According to Ice-T, Donald Trump has “more criminal charges than anyone I grew up with.”

He also said Trump is not bound by the same restrictions as the average citizen. “Like if you had all my guys together, they don’t have the same amount of charges as this dude and he’s running for president… and he doesn’t have an ankle bracelet on,” Ice said. Ultimately he branded Trump “the biggest con artist that the world has probably ever seen”.

While he’s not a Donald Trump fan, Ice-T has concerns about Joe Biden’s age. “I mean, you got Biden, he could sneeze and die at any minute, you know?” he added. “It’s f##### up that the people don’t really have candidates that are honorable and who we can believe in. The world is in turmoil right now.”

However, Ice-T had some kind words for another pair of rivals, reflecting on the epic battle between K. Dot and Drake.

“The best part to me, like Snoop [Dogg] said, is it made people start listening to lyrics again,” he explained. “For a while [with Hip-Hop], people weren’t even listening to the f###### words.”

Megan Thee Stallion Fires Back At Nicki Minaj On “Figueroa” & “Rattle”

Megan Thee Stallion’s self-titled album is finally here and it appears the simmering feud with Nicki Minaj is far from over.

On Friday (June 28), The H-Town Hottie dropped off Megan, the first release via her Hot Girl Productions. She seemingly addressing her feud with the NYC rapper in at least wo tracks.

On “Figueroa,” Megan opines about “P#### hoes on the internet” using her to “drive traffic” before apparently distancing herself from Nicki Minaj.

“I’m a m###########’ brat, not a Barbie,” she raps, “On go with any b#### that wanna start it.”

The song “Rattle” appears to take off where “Hiss” left off, with Megan Thee Stallion taking subliminal shots at Nicki Minaj, going off on her “haters” and rappers with ghostwriters.

“I wanted everybody right here with me, but that was my fault being too friendly,” she raps. “I was thinking everything was all good, but the whole time you was my enemy / Only time y’all n##### in agreement is when all y’all tryna go against me / Only time y’all weak hoes link up is when another b#### tryna get rid of me.”

Megan Thee Stallion: “Worry ‘Bout Your Man And Your Kid”

She also dropped off a few lines that divided social media users, who couldn’t decide if Megan Thee Stallion targeted Nicki Minaj or her former best friend Kelsey Nicole.

Four years ago, Megan joined forces with Nicki Minaj rival Cardi B on hit single “WAP,” a year after collaborating with Minaj on “Hot Girl Summer.”

“Damn b#### it been four years / Worry ’bout your man and your kid / Your life must be boring as f### if you’re still reminiscin’ ’bout s### we did,” she said.

However, in her next bar, Megan dismisses a meeting of “bitter b######,” which appears to be an obvious reference to Minaj bringing her “Super Freaky Girl (Queen Mix) to a stop on her Pink Friday 2 Tour earlier his year.

“And I ain’t worried ’bout the bitter b#### link up,” Megan added. “Y’all hoes earned them seats in the fan club.”

Megan Thee Stallion and Nicki Minaj traded shots earlier this year in an intense spat. Megan dropped “Hiss” before Nicki Minaj clapped back on “Big Foot.”

Drake Drops Off Two Summer Bangers On Camila Cabello’s “C,XOXO” Album

Drake is switching up the tempo for the summer, getting back into his singing bag with two features on Camila Cabello’s new album.

While there were rumors that Drake was planning another diss following his battle with K. Dot, Camila Cabello unveiled two Drake features on her C,XOXO album on Friday (June 28).

Cabello previously teased the nearly two-minute-long Drake solo interlude, “Uuugly,” at the Rock in Rio music festival in Brazil earlier this month. The interlude came about because Drake “wanted to do one more thing for the album.”

The singer also explained why he has his own song on the album. “Because selfishly, I just want to hear Drake on my own album,” she said. I love that for me — it’s like that rebellious mood. Who says I can’t do that? It’s Drake talking his s###.”

“Uuugly” follows “Hot Uptown” on the tracklist, a duet Cabello has been teasing for months. While they sparked dating rumors after linking in Turks and Caicos last year Cabello revealed the trip “was vacation plus some work.”

Camila Cabello discussed how the Drake collab came about during a recent interview with Apple Music’s Zane Lowe, revealing, “I DMed him and then I played him my album and he f##### with it. I sent the idea for ‘Hot Uptown,’ and I wrote my part. I sent it back to him, and we chopped it to it felt like a duet. Then when he re-worked on his parts again, he gave me an outro which was the ‘UUUgly part.”

Donald Trump Has Black Twitter Baffled After Claiming Immigrants Are Taking “Black Jobs” During Presidential Debate

Donald Trump is catching heat online following his remarks about “Black Jobs” during the first presidential debate of the 2024 election.

On Thursday evening (June 27) the political rivals faced off in a testy debate. Inflation was among the hotly contested debate topics, with Trump blaming Biden for creating high inflation. He also accused Biden of allowing high levels of immigration through the Southern border. PBS News categorized these claims as false.

“He’s blaming inflation and he’s right. It’s been very  bad,” Trump stated. “He caused the inflation and it’s killing Black families and Hispanic families and just about everybody. It’s killing people.”

Trump continued. “The fact is that his big kill on the Black people is the millions of people that he’s allowed to come in through the border. They’re taking Black jobs now and it could be 18, it could be 19 and even 20 million people. They’re taking Black jobs, and they’re taking Hispanic jobs.”

Trump & Biden Faceoff On Inflation

His comments caused a stir, and “Black Jobs” began trending on X (Twitter) following the debate.

Adrianne Shropshire, executive director of BlackPAC, an organization that works to mobilize Black voters, told Reuters that the reference to migrants taking Black jobs had become “a hilarious meme all across Black Twitter right now.” She added, “That there are specific Black jobs for Black people that immigrants are coming to take. Utter nonsense.”

Like Shropshire, many online questioned Trump’s remarks.

“Trump said Hispanics are coming in to USA and taking Black jobs…. WHAT THE F### IS A BLACK JOB???!!” one person asked.

“’Black jobs’ is one of the craziest things I’ve heard. Which came right after ‘he’s being like a Palestinian, but a bad one.’ H########,” added another.

Meanwhile, academic and author Marc Lamont Hill stated, “I hate that no one has challenged this notion of ‘Black jobs.’”

Diddy Day Canceled In Miami Beach Amid Legal Woes

Miami Beach revoked a proclamation declaring October 13, 2016, as Sean “Diddy” Combs Day. According to the Miami Herald, the Miami Beach Commission rescinded the honor without debate on Wednesday (June 26).

Diddy Day was scrapped weeks after New York took back his key to the city. New York officials asked Diddy to return the key in response to footage of him assaulting his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura.

“The Key to the City of New York is presented to individuals whose service to the public and the common good rises to the highest level of achievement, and who act as a model for fellow and future New Yorkers,” Mayor Eric Adams wrote.. “After internal deliberations, the Key to the City of New York committee recommended nullifying and rescinding Mr. Combs’ Key. I have accepted their recommendation, and am requesting that Mr. Combs immediately return his Key to the City to New York City Hall, Office of the Mayor.”

Cassie sued Diddy for rape and years of abuse in November 2023. The two quickly settled out of court, but the lawsuit was just the tip of the iceberg for Diddy.

More women and a producer named Lil Rod sued Diddy for sexual assault, among other allegations, over the past seven months. Homeland Security raided the Bad Boy Records founder’s homes in March.

The Notorious B.I.G.’s mother Voletta Wallace denounced her son’s longtime collaborator in May. She was disturbed by reports of pervasive abuse and the Cassie assault video.

“I hope that I see Sean one day and the only thing I want to do is slap the daylights out of him — and you can quote me on that,” Wallace said. “Because I liked him. I didn’t want to believe all the awful things, but I’m so ashamed and embarrassed.”

The feds have been investigating Diddy for sex trafficking. Investigators are reportedly seeking to bring his accusers before a grand jury.

Childish Gambino Accuses Audiomack Of New Single Leak & Scraps Album On Instagram Live

Childish Gambino might not deliver his new album as promised, following a leak of his upcoming single “Lithonia” hitting the internet before its scheduled release.

In a video clip from his recent Instagram Live, Gambino appeared frustrated over the leak, which was scheduled for release on July 2. As the Atlanta creator began venting, he explained why he was upset about the situation, which he felt devalued “Lithonia” and contributes to the larger disconnect between artists and their fans.

“And then, yeah, ‘Lithonia,’ the rollout like ‘Lithonia,’ is coming out July 2, that got leaked, kind of p##### me off to be honest,” he said in part. “That’s another reason why y’all don’t get good s###. It is just for what it is. Don’t, it’s not valuable enough.”

Gambino also accused streaming website and artist platform Audiomack of perpetrating the leak.

“It is just a single and I know who did it. Audiomack,” he said in part. “F###### no suit for you, y’all. You’re not getting the album now. That’s what time I’m on.”

In the aftermath of Childish Gambino’s wrath, Audiomack released a statement regarding the leak, which it claims was caused by user interference.

“This morning, we learned that an Audiomack user correctly guessed the URL for Childish Gambino’s already-announced new single, revealing a July 2 release date,” a rep for the streamer told Billboard. “The music itself was never playable. We already have a fix in place, which we are rolling out now.”

Though Gambino didn’t disclose a date, he did promise the release of a subsequent album this summer immediately after the ATAVISTA project dropped. Fans shared mixed reviews about it, which essentially re-worked his 2020 album, 3-15-20.

Maino Calls Cap On Hitmaka’s Claims About Slapping Incident

Hitmaka (formerly known as Yung Berg) claimed he never got slapped by Maino, which didn’t sit well with the man who allegedly smacked the rapper-turned-producer years ago. Maino reacted to Hitmaka saying the slapping story was false on Angela Yee’s radio show Way Up.

“Berg, why you even speaking about this issue?” Maino said. “We’re talking over 10 years [ago]. It’s not relevant. Why you taking time to make up these stories?”

Yee played audio of a recent Hitmaka interview in which he denied getting slapped by Maino at a club in 2008. Maino questioned why Hitmaka discussed the incident years later and rejected the producer’s version of events.

“All that’s cap,” Maino said. “And that’s my issue. Why you even talking about this? Anytime I’m doing an interview [and] they mention that, I downplay it … I just seen him last year. I ain’t on nothing. We way past that. Why you even speaking about that? And not to mention, not only are you speaking about it, but if you’re gonna talk about it, at least say the truth!”

He added, “We all was in a different place back then. And I did a lot of stuff back then. I had a lot of skirmishes and issues with a lot of people, but we got past that … You brought that up and you’re not even telling the truth. You’re making it seem like—you’re talking about I’m opening up for you. It’s all cap.”

Maino said Hitmaka “was not in the right stand of mind” regarding their 2008 altercation. The slap “straightened [Hitmaka] out a little bit,” according to Maino.

President Joe Biden Recruits Fat Joe & E-40 In Battle Against Donald Trump

Donald Trump isn’t the only candidate courting the support of rappers ahead of the 2024 presidential election. Fat Joe and E-40 will appear at President Joe Biden’s rally in North Carolina on Friday (June 28).

The Hip-Hop artists will join Biden less than 24 hours after he faces off against Trump in the first presidential debate of the 2024 election cycle. Biden’s campaign called Fat Joe and E-40 “legends of the music industry who understand the importance of utilizing their platforms to ensure their fan base understands the stakes of this election.”

Biden’s campaign enlisted Fat Joe and E-40’s help after Trump curried favor with several rappers over the past two months. Drill rappers Sheff G and Sleepy Hallow endorsed Trump at a rally in May. Earlier this month, Trump met with Detroit’s Sada Baby, Icewear Vezzo and Peezy. Sada Baby admitted Trump “might be the first person to make [the rapper] vote.

“Him reaching out showed me like some type of effort that another candidate hadn’t shown ever,” Sada Baby said, per NBC News. “I’m trying to act like it doesn’t mean too much, but it means a lot.”

Rappers faced backlash for supporting Trump. Icewear Vezzo defended his meeting with Trump and suggested it wasn’t an endorsement.

“We don’t all have to agree on everything,” Icewear Vezzo wrote. “I just know not many of us will ever have the chance to really speak up for us and address how we may really feel so I stepped out on faith I didn’t meet him as a rapper I met him as a man and a father who understands the only way to attempt change things is to address things.”

Trump was convicted of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in May. He awaits sentencing. The Republican candidate faces three more criminal cases, but the trials aren’t expected to start before this year’s election.

Unreleased JAY-Z & Nas Collab To Hit DSPs Courtesy Of Shaq

The original version of Shaquille O’Neal’s “No Love Lost” featuring Jay-Z, Nas and Lord Tariq will finally drop on Friday (June 28). Shaq brought the unreleased song out of the vault for his You Can’t Stop the Reign album’s streaming release.

You Can’t Stop the Reign coming to DSPs Friday,” he wrote on Instagram. “Unreleased Jay-Z + Nas track included.”

Shaq’s “No Love Lost” was meant to be Jay-Z and Nas’ first collaboration, but Nas didn’t appear on the song when You Can’t Stop the Reign dropped in 1996. Shaq explained Nas’ absence in a 2022 interview with Drink Champs.

“People didn’t clear it,” Shaq said. “Look, I didn’t take it personal ‘cause … me being in the studio with Nas, I’m happy. I get to call my boy and be like, ‘Hey, come over, Nas cover.’ I get to call my boy and say, ‘Jay in here.’ I get to call my boys and say, ‘Yo Biggie at the house. We ‘bout to jump on the Sea-Doos.’ That’s what it’s all about.”

Another Shaq collab with a Hip-Hop legend was shelved when Ice Cube blocked the former NBA star from releasing a song with Dr. Dre. Shaq revealed why the track never saw the light of day on The Big Podcast in June.

“Cube was executive producing one of my records,” Shaq said. “And he put me in the studio with Dr. Dre. I did a song called ‘That’s Gangsta.’ Cube heard it and was like, ‘Nope. We’re not releasing this.’ Dre did the beat “I thought it was nice … And then I played it for Cube … He was like, ‘Shaq, you’re a f###### Laker, bro. I don’t want you talking about nothing gangsta. We not doing none of that s###.’ And it never came out.”

Amber Rose Denies Being Paid To Support Donald Trump As She Blasts “Brainwashed” Critics

Amber Rose is doubling down on her support for convicted felon Donald Trump after critics dredged up an old tweet of her calling the former president a sexual predator.

On Wednesday (June 26), social media users shared Rose’s old posts after she stepped out in full MAGA gear with Forgiato Blow, the self-proclaimed Mayor of Magaville.

Amber Rose’s critics pointed out she was singing a different tune about Trump a few years ago and suggested she switched up for money.

“Mann f### the fact that he’s old and f### the fact that he was on TV,” she wrote about Trump in 2018. “He is a sexual predator just like Trump and Harvey! (I hope they get their day as well).”

Furthermore Rose said Trump should be held accountable over his infamous quote about “grabbing” women “by the p####.”

Rose, however, is laughing off the backlash, insisting she was “misinformed” when she called Trump a predator and denying being paid to support him.

“Lmaooo no one caressss that s### is old AF,” she wrote on Thursday morning (June 27). “I was just as ill informed and brainwashed as you all are in these comments. I didn’t and don’t get paid for s###…. Yall Love to jump to conclusions. I’m just happy to be on the right side of history.”

Amber Rose Still Supports Donald Trump, Despite Felony Convictions

This wasn’t the first time social users packed up Amber Rose for defending Trump. Despite the backlash, Amber Rose continues to champion him, even after he was convicted of 34 felonies.

“Still voting for Donald Trump,” she told TMZ, adding that his conviction “helps him more. I think people see the injustice in what happened and they want to vote for him more than ever.”

Lil Yachty & James Blake Recall “Craziest” Studio Sessions With Young Thug

Young Thug has a very unorthodox approach to making music, so much so that Lil Yachty and James Blake both shared that they had the craziest-ever studio session with the YSL rapper.

Yachty hosted Blake on his A Safe Space Podcast ahead of their upcoming joint album Bad Cameo.  During the show, Lil Boat asked the British singer about the “craziest” studio session he’d ever had.

“Probably Young Thug, during Covid,” Blake replied before Lil Yachty added, “I was just about to say the same thing. Young Thug, for me, was definitely the craziest session ever.”

Yachty then went on to describe a chaotic session with Young Thug. “It’s 60 people in a room, the mic’s in the room, he’s recording in the room. No one stops talking, it’s weed smoke, there’s nowhere to sit, the lights are low,” he recalled.

Despite his session with Thugger taking place during the global pandemic, Blake shared a “very similar” experience. “And nothing stops, it’s like it just carries on, he keeps recording. It doesn’t matter that you’re there,” he added.

Nonetheless, according to Blake, Young Thug was “very supportive” and made sure he was straight even with all the distractions around him.

While Lil Yachty was shocked by Young Thug’s recording style, he greatly valued his opinion and once scrapped an entire album on Thug’s advice. Yachty went back to the drawing board three times on his Lil Boat 3 album.

“One time I played it for Young Thug,” he explained during an interview last year. “He said it was dog s### so I just started over.”
