Donald Trump Picks Linda McMahon For Education Role Amid WWE Child Abuse Lawsuit

Donald Trump has selected World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) co-founder and his transition co-chair, Linda McMahon, as his nominee for education secretary.

McMahon also headed the Small Business Administration during Trump’s first term in office and is reportedly a major Republican donor.

“Linda will use her decades of Leadership experience, and deep understanding of both Education and Business, to empower the next Generation of American Students and Workers, and make America Number One in Education in the World. We will send Education BACK TO THE STATES, and Linda will spearhead that effort,” Trump said in a statement Tuesday evening (November 19).

The nomination comes after Trump vowed to shut down the Department of Education. In a campaign video, he accused schools of “indoctrinating young people with inappropriate racial, sexual and political material.”

He also pledged to cut federal money for “any school pushing Critical Race Theory, transgender insanity, and other inappropriate racial, sexual, or political content on our children.”

Meanwhile, his selection of the former wrestling industry executive was met with criticism. WWE co-founders Linda and her husband, Vince McMahon, were named in a lawsuit last month filed by five former “ring boys” employed by the company as teenagers.

The suit accuses the company and its founders of looking the other way as a longtime ringside announcer groomed and sexually abused the plaintiffs.

Donald Trump also raised eyebrows with his nomination for administrator for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. If Trump gets his way, Dr. Mehmet Oz, former television talk show host and heart surgeon, will lead the federal agency that oversees health insurance coverage for more than 150 million Americans.

Ice Cube Sets Record Straight On Donald Trump Support

Ice Cube has a message for anybody thinking he supports Donald Trump or has thrown his hat in with the MAGA fanatics.

While the Hip-Hop icon did not endorse either the Democrat or Republican candidate in this year’s election, he’s faced claims that he is actually a Donald Trump Supporter.

However, he made his stance clear during a recent interview. He told Baller Alert that anybody who believes he’s on board with the MAGA movement is wrong.

“People who think I’m MAGA or a Trump supporter… that I went out there and voted for the Republicans…they got me f##### up,” he asserted.

Ice Cube insisted that he never voiced support for Donald Trump, nor has he endorsed any candidate in the past. “It’s just a narrative that’s wrong,” he said, adding that the belief stems from his involvement in Trump’s “Contract With Black America.”

Back in 2020, Ice Cube caused a stir after working with Trump on his plan to address racial inequality.

“Both parties came to me,” the NWA legend explained. “I discussed it with the Democrats, discussed it with the Republicans.”

Ultimately, Ice Cube said that while the Biden campaign wanted to wait until after the election, Trump’s team wanted to adopt some of his ideas for their “Platinum Plan.”

“That was done in their own think tank,” he said of the plan. “They came up with that. People are saying that was my plan and so they running with it. But, they the one’s stupid because that’s not the truth.”

Ice Cube Defends Working With Donald Trump

In October 2020, Ice Cube explained that he had never met Trump or spoken to him directly about the Platinum Plan. He also defended working with him following the backlash.

“Every side is the Darkside for us here in America,” Ice Cube tweeted. “They’re all the same until something changes for us. They all lie and they all cheat but we can’t afford not to negotiate with whoever is in power or our condition in this country will never change. Our justice is bipartisan.”

Meanwhile, Ice Cube is gearing up to release his eleventh studio album, Man Down.

“The album my fans have been waiting on,” he said of the project. “This one is for my Day 1s, no b#######, hardcore hip-hop.”

Man Down is slated for release this Friday, November 22.

Drake Fans Mock Kendrick Lamar Amid Taylor Swift Collab Rumors

Kendrick Lamar and Taylor Swift are rumored to be reuniting on a new song, and Drake fans can’t stop talking about it.

Their epic rap battle was one of the most impactful moments of the year, and the pop star’s name was mentioned in multiple tracks, with Drizzy mocking K. Dot over his “Bad Blood” collab.

However, according to a new rumor, Lamar is teaming up with Swift on a new song. DJ Snake, who is apparently working on Lamar’s album, recently leaked the news during a recent interview conducted in French. Acknowledging he had just dropped a bombshell, he said in English, “world premiere.”

It’s unclear if Swift is to feature on Kendrick Lamar’s upcoming album, although they were photographed in the studio last December.

The rumor sent shockwaves on social media, eliciting strong reactions from Drake fans mentioning his references to Taylor Swift in the Kendrick Lamar feud.

“The fact that Drakes diss tracks to Kendrick become more and more relevant everyday,” one user shared. “Yet Kendrick keeps getting all the praise…”

Another person added, “Drake masterclass again kendrick is dropping a verse for the swifties.”

Meanwhile, a third fan quoted two seemingly prophetic lines from Drake’s disses, referencing the Taylor Swift collab rumor and K. Dot’s recent Grammy nominations sweep.

Drake mocked Kendrick Lamar for his ties to Swift on “Push Ups.”

“Maroon 5 need a verse you better make it witty,” he rapped. “You only need a verse for the Swifties.”

He also took multiple shots on “Taylor Made Freestyle” and called Swift the “biggest gangster in the music game right now.”

Check out some more reactions to the collab rumors below.

Two New Accusers Claim Diddy Drugged & Assaulted Them In Shocking Lawsuits

Sean “Diddy” Combs faces fresh allegations from two new accusers, one male and the other female, claiming he drugged and sexually assaulted them.

The latest filings are two of three lawsuits filed by attorney Tony Buzbee on Tuesday (November 19). Buzbee has filed over a dozen complaints against the Bad Boy Entertainment founder and claims to represent over 120 alleged victims.

One of the latest suits comes from a Florida man using the pseudonym “John Doe.” He claims he was invited to an after-party at a Miami home where Diddy, or someone in his entourage, gave him a drink that made him fall in and out of consciousness.

When the man awoke, he was unclothed and noticed a sharp pain in his rectum and a###. Doe claims he turned around to determine the source of the pain and saw Diddy attempting to have a### sex with him.

He alleges that Diddy spoke to him in a sexually explicit manner while wearing an unsettling smile. However, Doe claims the influence of drugs left him unable to resist or defend himself against the assault.

Doe woke up naked in the same room the following morning. He was handed back his clothes and dropped off at the club he was at the night before.

Woman Accuses Diddy & His Security Team Of Assault in New Lawsuit

The second suit was filed on behalf of a Maryland woman, identified in the court docs as “Jane Doe.” She claims Diddy sexually assaulted her outside a Halloween party in New York City in 2001 when she was 18 years old.

The woman alleges Diddy’s security guard led her to a black SUV limousine where Diddy waited with six members of his security team. Things took a turn for the worse after she was given a drink, which made her feel dizzy.

Doe alleges Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on his entire security team while insulting her and spraying champagne over her. She claims he then forced her to perform the act on him.

In the third suit filed by Buzbee on Tuesday, a stuntman who once worked on Robocop accused Diddy of brutally sexually assaulting him after promising him an audition for a music video.

Diddy hasn’t responded to these latest allegations. However, his legal team has vehemently denied similar claims in the past.

Diddy Accused Of Sodomizing Stuntman Who Worked On “Robocop” Film: “Hope You Had Fun”

Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing explosive new allegations of drugging and sexually assaulting a stuntman who once worked on *Robocop*.

The lawsuit, one of three new complaints filed today by Tony Buzbee, paints a graphic picture of the music mogul’s alleged abuse of power.

According to the court docs, a man identified as “John Doe” says Diddy lured him to New York in 2001 with promises of a music video role.

Instead, things took a dark and disturbing turn – to say the least.

The stuntman claims he met Diddy at a luxury hotel near Central Park for what he thought was an audition.

Shortly after being offered a drink—first alcohol, which he declined, and then a Diet Coke—things allegedly went south.

Doe says he started feeling dizzy and nauseous, realizing too late that his drink was likely spiked.

What happened next is horrifying – if true.

Doe alleges he woke up semi-conscious to find himself being sodomized and assaulted by Diddy.

He describes seeing Diddy’s signature chest tattoo and iconic gold cross necklace as the assault took place.

It didn’t end there—Doe claims Diddy’s bodyguard and another man in the room joined in, all while laughing and flashing cameras.

Even more heartbreaking, Doe says he fled the hotel in shock, leaving behind a prized possession: his *Robocop* stuntman jacket, which he never recovered. On his way out, someone reportedly taunted him with, “Hope you had fun.”

According to the lawsuit, he went home, and when he went to use the bathroom to defecate, a condom came out.

“Once back at home, Plaintiff tried to put the event out of his mind, but was reminded of it when he painfully defecated a used condom and realized he was bleeding rectally. When the bleeding did not stop for a couple of days, Plaintiff visited a local clinic and then a proctologist, who repaired Plaintiff’s a### with a laser procedure,” the complaint reads.

The man later sought medical treatment for injuries, including r##### bleeding and a broken tooth. The alleged assault left Doe physically and emotionally scarred.

Diddy hasn’t responded to these latest claims, but his legal team has fiercely denied similar allegations in the past.

Machine Gun Kelly Ready To Guide “The Voice” Contestants

Machine Gun Kelly will join *The Voice* as an advisor to Gwen Stefani’s team, lending his expertise to help contestants through the competitive playoff round.

The “Don’t Let Me Go” musician, born Colson Baker, will make his appearance on the hit NBC show on November 19, stepping in as a mentor for Stefani’s group of aspiring singers.

A newly released teaser shows MGK offering encouragement and performance tips to contestant Jake Tankersley.

In the clip, Machine Gun Kelly suggests Tankersley let his charisma shine through on stage, advising him, “You have a good smile, so maybe crack a smile on that and let people know they can be close to you.”

He continued by pointing out, “When you have any moment when there are no lyrics, because there are so many words, step away from the mic and play your guitar.”

Stefani told *People* magazine that she was thrilled to welcome MGK to her team. She praised his individuality and willingness to push boundaries.

“He has such an identity in terms of self-style and how he communicates through his artistry,” Stefani said. “He’s bold. He sees things from a fresh perspective.”

MGK, 34, expressed excitement about the collaboration, noting that he was eager to work with Stefani in any capacity.

“I still feel like so much of a student, so it’s hard to be in this role, but hopefully, I added something,” he admitted in an interview.

In related news, MGK and his fiancée, actress Megan Fox, recently shared that they are expecting a child following a miscarriage last year.

The couple took to Instagram to reveal the pregnancy, accompanied by a video of a positive pregnancy test result.

Megan captioned the announcement, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” a reference to the lyrics from MGK’s song “Last November,” written about their previous loss.

Boot Camp Clik’s Buckshot Makes Triumphant Return Following Assault

This ain’t a rumor, because I ain’t telling in this one!

I can’t tell you how much I’ve heard about the situation involving Buckshot of Black Moon. It’s a touchy subject—more of a street situation than anything else. But what’s clear is that Buckshot is back! And just in time!

Word on the streets is that a situation in Brooklyn involving a rental property, now owned by the rapper, allegedly escalated into a horrific and brutal fight. The aftermath, which was shared across the Internet, looked really bad. Despite the severity of the incident, Buckshot “said what he said” by performing at his own birthday celebration.

The celebration took place at the iconic SOB’s in Manhattan, with the entire Boot Camp Clik in the building, including the Duck Down Records family. From Smif-N-Wessun to Sean Price’s enduring legacy, the crew showed up in full force to support their brother.

Given the severity of his reported injuries, I didn’t think Buckshot would even make it to the stage, let alone perform. But in true soldier form, he defied the odds. Wearing a hoodie and sporting a full-grown beard, Buckshot hit the stage with undeniable energy, rocking the mic like the veteran MC he is. While it’s impossible to say if he’s fully recovered, his performance was nothing short of inspiring.

It’s a testament to his willpower and the brotherhood that Boot Camp Clik represents. From their breakout days with the 1993 classic Enta da Stage to Duck Down Records becoming a cornerstone of independent Hip-Hop, Buckshot has always embodied perseverance and authenticity. His ability to overcome challenges and still show up for the culture is nothing short of legendary.

Today is his actual birthday, making this performance even more meaningful. It’s a blessing to see one of our Hip-Hop brothers alive, well, and still doing what he loves. We’re in complete solidarity with Buckshot, wishing him continued strength and success. Let’s hope he continues to contribute greatness to the world, just as he has done for decades.

In the meantime, check out the performance here!

Ray J Casts Doubt On Diddy’s “Freak-Off” Parties & Reveals Peace With Incarcerated Mogul’s Sons

Ray J is now expressing his disbelief in the onslaught of allegations Diddy faces as his alleged “freak-off” parties have become at the center of his federal indictment on sex trafficking and racketeering crimes.

During his latest interview with Chris Cuomo for NewsNation, Ray J opened up about the swirling allegations against Diddy, particularly scrutinizing the infamous claims of wild “freak-off” parties. Though Ray J had previously been vocal, speaking out about the horrors of Hollywood, he’s now changed his tune and his slamming the rumors as sensationalism. In his initial remarks, the “One Wish” hitmaker appears to give Diddy the benefit of the doubt over his lavish, fabled about parties, calling the allegations surrounding them “out of control” and more.

“I think a lot of the stories are becoming out of control, It’s super extreme again,” Ray J said. “You know, you start one way and then as it builds, there’s thousands of people creating a new narrative. When you do your research, do your due diligence on it, a lot of it doesn’t come back real. It’s starting to feel like it’s all one-sided against one man and people are liking it.”

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

Ray J elaborated further when asked for his prediction whether other major A-List celebrities will be implicated in the sensational stories as Diddy’s case develops.

“You know, I think that there might have been times where people partied with a certain team of people, and it might have been a freak-off at that party, right?” he said. He emphasized his skepticism, adding, “But I can guarantee you, most of the celebrities that went to those parties never even heard of a freak-off.”

Ray J didn’t hold back as he continued pondering whether the claims were exaggerated.

“The freak-offs in the beginning sounded really interesting and entertaining, I would say,” he remarked. “But in this space now, when you look back, where were the freak-offs?”

As the conversation shifted, Ray J began to break down his personal conflict with Diddy’s sons, which had made headlines recently following their alleged altercation outside of a nightclub. While addressing the rumored incident, Ray J also spoke about the claims he made regarding the assassination attempt on his life that he shocked social media users with earlier this month.

In doing so, he shot down claims that either incident had anything to do with his reconciliation with Diddy’s sons, which is more-so rooted his belief that de-escalation is paramount in highly tense situations.

“You know, we all had to sit down, and we had to really figure out what this looks like and what we should do, moving forward — and so we’ve worked out our differences,” he confirmed.

Ray J’s revelations come amidst Diddy’s ongoing legal troubles. In September, Diddy was arrested after being federally indicted on charges including sex trafficking and racketeering. The Bad Boy Records founder’s criminal trial is set for May 2025.

50 Cent Is “Back In Action” After Louisiana Senate Committee Votes In Favor Of Film & TV Tax Credit

50 Cent is already shifting back to his regularly scheduled programing following the news of the fate of the tax incentives at jeopardy in Louisiana.

On Tuesday (November 19), the music-turned-media mogul took to his Instagram account to celebrate the news of the Louisiana Senate Committee’s vote which elects to retain the state’s film and tax credit. Prior to the senate issuing the ruling vote, The Louisiana House of Representatives voted 87-12 in favor of a bill that included the elimination of film and TV tax credits.

The vote was triggered by Republican Governor Jeff Landry, who decided to change Louisiana’s tax codes after winning the gubernatorial election in 2023. 50 Cent previously shared a post alluding to being on the edge of his seat as he awaited to see the results of the govermental process as the state level. Similarly, in his latest post, he admits he was “sweating” for a brief moment, while also relishing in the win and the circumstances surrounding it.

“Man they had my ass sweating,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption of the post. “WTF, we back in action watch GLG GreenLightGang. I’m coming with some heat.”

While the good news is the fact that the state is retaining the film and TV tax credits, which would’ve expired in June 2025 had the senate committee voted against it, there is some bad news, as well. The state has reduced the cap on the program from $150 million to $125 million.

Those numbers could end up producing tight profit margins for 50 Cent, who has already expressed his belief that the renovations needed to get the G-Unit Films headquarters facility in Shreveport will be upwards of a $100 million investment. In a 15-minute video he shared on YouTube on November 18, 50 Cent laid out the massive financial impact of his recent Humor & Harmony Weekend Festival in Shreveport while detailing his plans for the multi-million dollar revitalization of the city along with G-Unit Studios. In a tweet he shared promoting the video, he teased his big plans for the year ahead.

“My interest in [money bag emoji] is to use it for things that inspire people to become more than what they are supposed to be,” he wrote. “You’re either with me on that wave or you’re not. Watch what I do in 2025.”

Denzel Washington & Ridley Scott At Odds Over Gay Kiss

Ridley Scott has firmly rejected Denzel Washington’s assertion that a same-sex kiss was originally filmed for “Gladiator II” but later removed, dismissing the idea as false during a Monday premiere in Los Angeles.

In an interview, Washington made waves when he claimed to have filmed a scene for Scott’s upcoming historical epic where his character kissed another male character “full on the lips” before that moment was allegedly cut.

When asked about the statement during the star-studded red carpet event, Scott didn’t mince words.

“No, that’s b#######,” the British filmmaker told reporters from Variety. “They never did. They acted the moment—it didn’t happen.”

Responding later that same evening to the attention his comments had gained, Washington softened his previous remarks, clarifying that the kiss had been more of a brief gesture than anything substantial.

“It really is much ado about nothing,” Washington said. “They’re making more of it than it was. I kissed him on his hands, I gave him a peck, and I killed him.”

Washington had earlier stirred the conversation during an interview with LGBTQ+ publication Gayety, where he disclosed a same-sex kiss involving his character Macrinus, who Washington described as being attracted to both men and women.

He claimed the scene was ultimately cut—perhaps, he theorized, due to the filmmakers’ hesitance on the matter.

“I actually kissed a man in the film, but they took it out,” Washington told Gayety. “I kissed a guy full on the lips and I guess they weren’t ready for that yet. I killed him five minutes later. It’s Gladiator. It’s the kiss of death.”

Washington’s remarks generated further discussion on the editing choices made in “Gladiator II,” but Scott remained resolute, while others tied to the production also downplayed the situation.

Actress Connie Nielsen, who also stars in the film, addressed those claims during the Governors Awards in Los Angeles, suggesting that various scenes—hers included—didn’t make the final cut simply due to time constraints.

“My grieving scene didn’t make it into the film either,” Nielsen explained. “It’s not homophobia. It’s just there was no room for it.”

Producer Michael Pruss echoed this sentiment. “There was so much stuff that was shot that didn’t make it into the film. It was truly a non-event.”

“Gladiator II,” featuring Paul Mescal in a lead role, has already launched in the UK and is set to arrive in U.S. theaters Friday.

EXCLUSIVE: Tony Buzbee—Lawyer Suing Diddy—Accused Of Assaulting Jane Doe

The tables have turned on controversial lawyer Tony Buzbee, who’s representing dozens of people accusing Diddy of sexual assault. Buzbee finds himself in an ironic twist of legal drama; he’s now on the receiving end of a fiery lawsuit accusing him of assault and other shady practices by a woman he represented in a divorce proceeding.

In a bombshell filing, allegations against Tony Buzbee include legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, emotional distress and even fraudulent concealment. The woman, only referred to as Jane Doe, claims that Buzbee’s alleged misconduct began with an assault.

From there, she claims he spiraled out of control and committed a series of ethical lapses during his representation of her in divorce proceedings.

According to Jane Doe’s lawyer, Jeremy I. Bohrer, Buzbee prioritized covering his tracks over protecting her financial interests, leaving her shorted by millions in a divorce settlement she now wants voided. Jane Doe is seeking actual and punitive damages, a nullification of the settlement and attorney’s fees.

For Buzbee, who’s made headlines as a legal crusader for victims, the case may pose the ultimate test of his courtroom chops—on the defensive side.

The lawsuit is the latest headache for Buzbee in the last 24 hours. On Monday (November 18), a public figure identified as John Doe filed a lawsuit against Buzbee, claiming he was trying to extort a massive amount of money under the threat of filing “fabricated” and “malicious” allegations of sexual assault.

Buzbee also allegedly told John Doe he would dig up an untold other number of victims if the high-profile figure did not pay up.

According to the filing, John Doe’s lawyer said the legal maneuvering was “nothing more than a weapon in a calculated plot to destroy (his) high-profile reputation for profit, despite the complete absence of any factual basis for such claims.”

“Tony Buzbee is a hypocrite,” Bohrer tells AllHipHop. “There is nothing worse than when a black hat masquerades as a white hat.”

Mike Tyson Retires: A Word About The Unlikely Hip-Hop Icon

“Life is beautiful, but you have to accept the good and the bad as being beautiful.” – Mike Tyson

Mike Tyson is more than a legendary boxer; he’s a cultural icon whose legacy transcends the ring. For those of us immersed in Hip-Hop during the Golden Era, it goes deeper. Tyson has always been more than just a heavyweight champion—he’s been a symbol of strength, resilience and the raw energy that defines the spirit of the genre.

Tyson became the youngest heavyweight champion in history at the age of 20, a feat that electrified the world and resonated deeply within Hip-Hop culture. In the late ’80s and early ’90s, both Tyson and Hip-Hop were disruptive, revolutionary forces of pure power. They broke barriers, demanded respect and embodied the defiant spirit of an era. Tyson wasn’t just a fighter; he was our fighter—the people’s champ, who fought with a ferocity that echoed the struggles of the communities that embraced him.

Hip-Hop saw Tyson as one of its own. He was a mainstay in its narrative, rubbing shoulders with icons like MC Shan, LL COOL J, KRS-One and eventually Tupac Shakur. Will Smith even made a comedic song called “I Think I Can Beat Mike Tyson.” In the latter part of the ’90s, Tyson would collaborate on Canibus’ unforgettable “Second Round K.O.” The late Sean Price (fellow Brownsville native) dropped Mic Tyson, his third solo studio album, on October 30, 2012. Tyson’s unapologetic, larger-than-life ethos was alive and well, even though he had lost to Buster Douglas by this time. We loved him regardless, as he was still the culture.

In a recent viral interview, Tyson reflected on his legacy with an almost depressive humility, saying, “I’m just passing through. I’ma die and it’s gonna be over. Who cares about legacy after that?” It’s a sobering perspective, but Tyson doesn’t get to decide this one. We do. He may understand, but he’ll never fully know the indelible mark he’s left—not just on boxing but on an entire generation.

To those of us who grew up in the turbulent ’90s, Tyson represented survival and triumph over adversity. Those were chaotic times—rules were being rewritten, norms were being challenged, and Hip-Hop was still defining itself. Tyson’s presence in our lives wasn’t just about his dominance in the ring; it was about the strength he showed outside of it. His resilience in the face of controversy and his ability to rise again. Time after time, he mirrored the struggles of the Hip-Hop community.

Tyson’s life has been one of incredible highs and devastating lows. Yet, it’s his unique ability to face adversity that makes him a true icon. He’s one that we love regardless of the business terms of his last fight. Whether it was overcoming a difficult childhood, personal and legal battles or the loss of his mentor, C## D’Amato, Tyson has shown us what it means to fight. That includes his boxing opponents but also the forces around your average, every day person. As a young Black male in the ’90s, Tyson was a real-life anti-hero.

He personified the “killer instinct” that we admired and needed just to make it as we swam with the sharks. We found a way through at every turn. For Tyson, it was boxing. For others, it was basketball, Hip-Hop and even college. Even in his most controversial moments, Tyson remained unapologetically himself, a trait that only deepened his connection to the culture.

On the Mount Rushmore of Boxing & Beyond

To me, Mike Tyson isn’t just a boxing legend—he’s on the Mount Rushmore of boxing for what he has accomplished. He’s a figure whose story is woven into the fabric of our lives. The fight with Jake Paul is another chapter that reminds us that greatness is often born from imperfection.

As I reflect on Tyson’s legacy, I feel a deep gratitude. He was a beacon of strength during my younger years, someone I looked up to in moments of uncertainty. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do. Tyson lovingly shut down Evander Holyfield, who floated a third fight between the two legends. He already said he had “no regrets to get in [the] ring one last time.” It should be noted that he and Paul broke viewing records and users reported horrific buffering on Netflix. Winning can be ugly.

Mike Tyson’s story isn’t over and it’s not limited to boxing.

In a recent interview, he discussed who he “is”:

“I don’t see myself as an “animal” or a ‘savage’ anymore. I see myself as a businessman, a productive businessman with determination, goals, and drive. It’s the same drive I had back then; I just express it differently.”

His evolution—from boxing prodigy to Hip-Hop icon to introspective philosopher—continues to unfold. Whether he acknowledges it or not, Tyson’s legacy is cemented and it is as eternal as the cosmic dust we’ll all become. He’s a part of us, a part of Hip-Hop, and a part of the universe.

So here’s to Iron Mike: a fighter, a symbol and a legend who taught us all to punch, fall down, get up no matter how hard life hits.

Raekwon Defends Redman’s Lil Wayne Bar In Freestyle With Method Man

Method Man, Redman and Raekwon recently teamed up for a one-of-a-kind Hip-Hop cypher and it’s already turning heads.

In the latest edition of Red Bull’s Spiral one-take freestyle series, the trio of legendary MCs go toe-to-toe with each other, spitting a barrage of insane bars in back-to-back fashion.

Within seconds, it’s clear that Method Man, Redman and Raekwon still have the Midas touch and can turn any microphone they grasp into gold. However, Redman stood out in particular for once again showcasing his potent impact.

About midway through his blazing verse, the fiery lyricist name-drops Lil Wayne in what could already be considered a generational bar. Seemingly bridging the gap between the OGs and new school, Redman nods to Weezy’s influence while also commenting on the state of the culture.

“The rap game done birthed a lot of lames/New rappers, they hero is Lil Wayne/But my hero Billy Danze and Lil Fame,” Redman raps in part. “This rap industry, I don’t understand them/East Coast radio, sound like Atlanta.”

In an Instagram post AllHipHop shared highlighting Redman’s eyebrow-raising lyrical handiwork, countless users chimed in with their opinions of the meaning of the bar in the comments section. Raekwon himself assured viewers that the “Let’s Get Dirty” rapper wasn’t dissing Lil Wayne in any form or fashion.

“Little wayne is iconic !!!!! ” Raekwon wrote in his initial comment.

In a follow-up comment he added. “He saying the younger generation look up to wayne,” he wrote. “He look up to his generation.”

To add further context, Redman was paying homage to M.O.P.’s Billy Danze and Lil Fame. The Brooklyn-bred ’90s rap duo was a part of the Gangstarr Foundation. In 2000, their hit single “Ante Up” help boost the popularity of their fourth studio album, Warriorz, which reached No. 25 on the Billboard 200 chart.

Jeezy Accused Of “Harassing” Jeannie Mai With “Secret Subpoena” For Bank Records

Jeezy’s ex-wife Jeannie Mai is accusing the rapper of harassing her and has asked a judge to quash a subpoena for her bank records.

Despite finalizing their divorce in June, the former couple are still in court after Mai accused Jeezy of contempt in September. She claimed her ex-husband failed to follow through on several terms of their divorce settlement.

However, in a new filing, Jeannie Mai claims Jeezy issued a “secret subpoena” to City National Bank for her personal and business bank account statements, deposit slips and evidence of withdrawals before November 1.

Her attorney claimed “the subpoena is grossly overbroad and oppressive,” and “was issued for the sole purpose of embarrassing and harassing Ms. Mai.”

The attorney continued, “Given [Jeezy’s] propensity for failing to pay his financial obligations, both in his prior unrelated custody case, and based on the number of lawsuits that have been filed against him by his former employees and associates regarding non-payment of debts, it is clear that [Jeezy] motive in issuing said subpoena was for no other purpose than to harass and intimidate Ms. Mai.”

In her September filing, Mai claimed Jeezy owed $4,000 to cover tuition and childcare costs and over $92,000 to cover her rent for four months. Additionally, she said the “Okay (Remix)” hitmaker refused to transfer the two vehicles awarded to her in the settlement and she was never given access to a $500,000 account Jeezy was supposed to set up for their child.

Jeezy Denies Jeannie Mai’s Settlement Allegations

Jeezy denied the claims and accused Mai of “blatant misrepresentations,” to “mislead and delude” the court. He claimed Mai provided “fraudulent” lease agreements when asked to confirm her rent.

His attorney claimed “the lease agreements provided by [Jeannie] were fraudulent,” and said Mai failed to hand over childcare receipts.

Further, Jeezy denied Mai’s claim that he failed to put a six-figure sum in an account for their daughter and said the DMV was processing the vehicle transfer requests.

Saafir, born Reggie Gibson, was closely associated with the West Coast Hip-Hop scene. While not Xzibit’s biological brother, the two have referred to each other that way numerous times over the years. They were part of the group Golden State Project along with Ras Kass in the early 2000s.

Saafir first gained prominence as a member of the Hobo Junction collective, a group known for its lyrical prowess. He’s also known for his infamous battle with Hieroglyphics, a moment that added to his legend in the 1990s.

His debut album, Boxcar Sessions (1994), is considered an underground classic. He also released other notable works, including Trigonometry and Good Game: The Transition, and appeared in the cult-classic film Menace II Society (1993).

Xzibit is gearing up to release his first album in more than a decade, Kingmaker. He’s released two singles from the project so far: “Been a Long Time Pt. 2” and “Play This At My Funeral.”

AllHipHop sends our condolences to X and Saafir’s loved ones.

Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre Explain How Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” United West Coast

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre recently opened up about the power of Kendrick Lamar’s music.

During an exclusive interview with N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN for the live rendition of the Drink Champs podcast at Complexcon Snoop and Dre spoke about “Not Like Us” and its unexpected role in uniting the West Coast. Snoop, known for his leadership in the Hip-Hop community, explained how Kendrick’s Drake diss, which doubles as a coastal anthem, broke down long-standing gang divisions, making history in the process. Snoop started by recalling the powerful moment when Kendrick Lamar united multiple gangs on stage peacefully earlier this year when he performed at the Kia Forum aren for The Pop-Out concert.

“You’ve seen that stage where Kendrick was at that night at that concert, it was 98% Bloods up there,” Snoop Dogg said, setting the stage for a deeper conversation about the track’s cultural impact.

He then elaborated on the surprising outcome of Kendrick’s music, particularly “Not Like Us,” revealing how it transcended gang culture and helped mend old wounds.

“Let me tell you what that record did do, It unified the West,” he said.

According to Snoop, the song had a unifying effect, despite its controversial nature.

“So it may have been disrespectful, but it’s Hip-Hop, so it’s part of Hip-Hop,” he admitted. “I chose no sides because I have no individual cause with that. That’s the grown man going against the grown man.”

Snoop continued, adding what truly impressed him was how the hype from the song was able to bring rival gangs together.

“What it did do was unite the West and make everybody out here start looking at each other, like, how much love we got for each other,” he explained. “It was a Blood walk where the Bloods had a peace treaty. You had certain Crip gangs, they came together and became real friends as opposed to being enemies.”

Snoop credited Kendrick with playing a pivotal role in this cultural shift.

“So that record did a lot for us on the West as far as uniting,” he continued, “So we should speak on that.”

N.O.R.E., intrigued by the conversation, shifted gears, asking Snoop about the dance associated with gangs and the culture attached to it.

Snoop was quick to explain, “It’s the walk.”

“If you a Crip, it’s the Crip walk. If you a Blood, it’s the B-walk.”

The mention of the dance had N.O.R.E. laughing, adding, “But now it’s white people walking!” To which Dr. Dre reacted in disbelief, urging N.O.R.E. to clarify. “Wait, say that again.”

Dre continued, “No, no. Wait. Say that again. Because most people don’t understand that and they don’t even know that that exists.” .

With Dre eager to educate listeners on this cultural nuance, Snoop dove deeper, explaining how gang members from both sides contributed to the creation of the dance.

“So when it comes to the gang culture, that dance was created by gang members,” Snoop said. “So on both sides, dance to the music, they dance with that in mind.”

He clarified that while the Crips had dominated the music scene, both Bloods and Crips had their own version of the walk, a cultural expression tied to their identities.

“If you a Blood, you put your gang first,” he added. “That’s the Blood walk. If you a Crip, that’s the Crip walk. But the Crips have been so dominant in the music industry that you think that that’s the only way that it’s done.”

Snoop continued, emphasizimg the inclusivity of the culture, noting that even artists from multiple generations who represent the red side participated in the same dance.

“When you see Kendrick, you see Quik (DJ Quik), you see YG, whoever you see that’s from the red side, they dance the same way we dance,” he pointed out. “Because it’s a culture thing. You know what I’m saying? It’s for the culture. They just represent for their side, but both sides are together. So it’s a unification.”

Dr. Dre concluded, adding, “And you could never understand this s##t if you don’t understand the culture.”

Snoop Dogg previously echoed similar sentiments about Kendrick’s#### song earlier this year in June when he crowned the former TDE rapper the King of The West.

EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Claims Leg Shackles In Court Ruining His Image With Jurors

Sean “Diddy” Combs walked into court on October 10, 2024, with his ankles bound in chains, a sight that sparked outcry and a flurry of legal maneuvering from his defense team.

The music mogul, facing serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering, recently argued that the shackles were unnecessary and prejudicial – a judge agreed.

Diddy was granted his request to be unshackled during his court appearances after Judge Subramanian agreed to the request on Tuesday (November 19).

The media widely reported the sight of the former Hip-Hop icon in restraints, raising concerns about potential juror bias.

Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, complained that the shackles undermined the presumption of innocence, interfered with his ability to communicate with his lawyers and degraded the dignity of the judicial proceedings.

The media coverage of Diddy’s shackling was extensive, with outlets like ABC News, the Associated Press, and CNN reporting on the incident.

The widespread attention heightened concerns that potential jurors could be influenced by the image of Diddy in shackles, compromising the trial’s fairness.

In their letter, Diddy’s attorneys argued that there was no justification for shackling him during court proceedings.

Judge Subramanian ordered the U.S. Marshals Service to remove the shackles before bringing Diddy into the courtroom for all future appearances.

Will YNW Melly Be Released? Judge Questions Jail’s Handling Of Rapper

YNW Melly could soon learn whether jail conditions are horrific enough to set him free as a federal judge has ordered Broward County officials to explain why the rapper shouldn’t be released.

The South Florida MC, who is facing the death penalty for allegedly murdering two close friends in 2018, filed a lawsuit accusing the Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) of subjecting him to degrading conditions.

According to the Miami Herald, U.S. District Judge Melissa Damian ruled that BSO must provide a detailed justification by December 6 explaining why Melly, whose legal name is Jamell Demons, should remain incarcerated despite his claims of unconstitutional treatment.

Melly’s lawsuit filed earlier this month asserts he has been kept in near-total isolation, barred from communication with both his family and legal team, in conditions described as shocking to basic human dignity.

The 12-page lawsuit, reported by *AllHipHop*, alleges Melly’s imprisonment violates multiple amendments to the U.S. Constitution.

Among the accusations are claims that the Hip-Hop artist has been deprived of his rights to legal counsel and subjected to inhumane treatment.

Melly’s attorney, Michael A. Pizzi Jr., says his client has spent the bulk of the past three years in solitary confinement without phone calls or contact with loved ones, including his mother.

“These restrictions are not related to any legitimate security concerns and are instead punitive measures designed to deteriorate Melly’s mental health and impede his ability to prepare for his trial,” Pizzi said.

He also noted that after false accusations of an escape attempt in 2022, Melly’s jail restrictions tightened further.

Melly, who has pleaded not guilty, is accused of orchestrating the murders of Anthony Williams and Christopher Thomas Jr., two childhood friends and fellow members of the YNW collective, in what prosecutors allege was part of a plan to stage a drive-by shooting.

His original trial, held in July 2023, ended in a deadlocked jury, and no verdict was reached. His retrial is scheduled for September 2025.

The rapper’s lawsuit demands his immediate release, arguing that conditions in the Broward County Jail constitute cruel and unusual punishment.

According to Pizzi, repeated attempts to seek relief through state courts have proven fruitless.

Melly’s legal team also criticized the jail system for targeting him with restrictive measures not routinely applied to inmates of other demographics.

“No non-Black inmates are subjected to such punitive restrictions,” Pizzi said.

Kim Kardashian Accused Of Secretly Supporting Donald Trump

Kim Kardashian is being accused of “soft-launching” her support of Donald Trump after showing off her new Optimus Robot.

The humanoid bot is a creation of Elon Musk’s Tesla, and social media users believe the SKIMS founder used the robot to signal her covert support for Trump. The President-elect recently appointed the world’s richest man and former Republican presidential candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy, to jointly lead a newly created Department of Government Efficiency when he takes office.

On Monday (November 18), Kardashian shared a video of her interacting with the robot on social media, sparking backlash.

“this is the covert Trump administration endorsement,” one user shared.

“The subtle but not so subtle Trump alignment bc lol to watch,” another person said. “u might as well just say it atp Kimmy.”

The criticism continued after Kardashian shared another video featuring the robot and Musk’s Cybercab.

“Soft launching being a Trump supporter is CRAZY,” read one response.

Shortly before the election, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s son, Saint West, shared unfavorable memes about Kamala Harris on his YouTube channel. Kardashian later deleted the account, but her latest post has fans believing it wasn’t a mistake.

“Kim’s son posting that Kamala rant definitely came from him listening to his mother’s conversations,” one critic said.

Donald Trump Was Disappointed Kim Kardashian Failed To Endorse Him in 2020

Kim Kardashian did not endorse either candidate in the 2024 Presidential election. She previously showed support for Biden following his election victory in 2020, something Trump reportedly considered a betrayal.

“I was disappointed in Kim,” Trump said, adding, “I get along with her fine. I got along with her then-husband — in fact, he endorsed me and all that stuff.”

Donald Trump then referenced Kim Kardashian’s criminal justice advocacy.

“But with Kim, I did a lot of prison reform that she couldn’t get done with anyone else. Then, in order to be accepted by Hollywood, she didn’t endorse me.”
