Jonathan Hay is pushing back against The Notorious B.I.G. Estate, claiming its countersuit misrepresents the timeline of his collaboration with the late rapper’s brand and its key figure, Biggie’s son CJ Wallace, while also reinforcing his allegations involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.
In a statement sent to AllHipHop, The Beverly Hills Agency, which represents Hay and fellow Diddy accuser Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, responded to the estate’s latest legal claims, calling out what they describe as “brazen fabrications” in Wallace’s countersuit.
“CJ Wallace’s countersuit contains falsehoods stating Jonathan Hay’s project with The Notorious B.I.G. Estate ended in ‘approximately August 2020,’” the agency said in its statement. “On the contrary, CJ Wallace did an interview with Billboard that was published August 14th 2020 and CJ said ‘Before we met our producer Jonathan Hay [of R.U.S.H. Music], the question was: what does Frank White sound like?’ CJ also stated in the same Billboard interview, ‘Doing this music project with Jonathan was a creative project that I never thought I’d do.’”
The statement also pointed to two other interviews Wallace gave in November 2020—one with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and another with Variety—where he continued to praise Hay and their creative partnership.
According to Hay’s lawsuit and police report, his relationship with the estate allegedly dissolved after he was physically attacked in 2021. The Largo Police Department in Florida confirmed to Fox 13 that it worked with the Los Angeles Police Department on the case. The outlet also reported the matter was referred to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for possible criminal charges against Wallace, Combs and Willie Mack.
The estate of The Notorious B.I.G. filed a lawsuit against publicist Hay recently, alleging he fabricated shocking stories about CJ Wallace and Diddy in an attempt to revive his fading career and retaliate after a failed collaboration.

The filing cites an October 2024 interview in which Hay stated, “Puffy and Biggie’s son CJ had sexual relations,” and identified Willie Mack as Wallace’s “boyfriend.” Both remarks are characterized in the complaint as deliberate fabrications meant to harm Wallace’s professional reputation.
The allegations reportedly escalated in later interviews where Hay described Wallace attending Diddy’s notorious “freak-off” events and witnessing criminal sexual behavior. He also accused Wallace of luring him into a residence where Diddy allegedly assaulted him—claims the estate calls knowingly false and maliciously constructed.
Hay claims Diddy assaulted him during a 2021 meeting connected to the remix project, claiming he was restrained by members of Diddy’s entourage and forced into sexual acts as Wallace and Mack looked on. Hay alleged that Diddy “ejaculated on a shirt Biggie once owned, tossed it on Hay and said, ‘Rest in peace BIG,’” according to a police report referenced by the lawsuit.

The illness typically affects people over 60 and can resemble Parkinson’s disease in its early stages, which often leads to misdiagnosis. While there is no cure, treatments like physical therapy, antidepressants, Botox injections and Parkinson’s medications may help ease symptoms.

Stefon Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit in Maryland federal court against social media figure Christopher Blake Griffith after the influencer accused him of sexual assault and plotting a murder to cover it up.
The New England Patriots wide receiver took legal action on October 1, alleging Griffith fabricated a disturbing story about a night in May 2023 at Diggs’ Rockville home. According to court records obtained by TMZ Sports, Diggs says Griffith’s claims were not only false but crafted to gain attention online.
The lawsuit centers on a night Diggs hosted several influencers at his Maryland residence after a charity basketball game in Washington, D.C. The group went to a local nightclub before returning to Diggs’ home. The NFL star says he went to bed while his assistant asked Griffith to leave.
More than two years later, Griffith allegedly posted a series of accusations on social media during summer 2025. He claimed Diggs “drugged and sexually assaulted” him, then arranged a violent assault days later to “suppress his gay/bisexual secrets from becoming exposed.”

6ix9ine is now facing a second push from federal prosecutors—this time over what should happen after he serves the prison term they are urging the judge to impose.
In a newly filed memo, the government asks Judge Paul A. Engelmayer to place 6ix9ine back on supervised release for a new multi-month term if he is sentenced to jail next week, directly rejecting a proposal from the probation office to cut ties with the rapper entirely.
Probation officials in Florida, who oversee 6ix9ine’s case, told the court they want to end his supervision after only three months of home incarceration.
In their filing, they stated that they have “have exhausted all efforts and resources to correct Mr. Hernandez’s behavior” and no longer believe that further monitoring will be effective in rehabilitating him.
Their proposal would place him on lockdown with electronic monitoring, then close his file for good. Prosecutors fired back, arguing that ending his supervision rewards a pattern of ignoring rules.
They warned the judge that allowing a defendant to “avoid the hassle” of court-ordered oversight by repeatedly breaking the rules would send the wrong message to 6ix9ine and anyone else on federal supervision.
“Termination of supervised release based on prior noncompliance sends the wrong message to this and similarly-situated defendants—that they can simply avoid the hassle (and rehabilitative benefits) of supervision by refusing to comply with their terms of release. Failure to comply with the terms of supervised release should be met with additional supervision, until the defendant can convincingly establish that he is a safe bet to avoid recidivating. That is not presently the case,” wrote U.S. Attorney Jay Clayton.
They also argued that the structure of supervision has prevented him from spiraling further, citing his recent completion of long-delayed community service as evidence that consequences still have an impact on him.
The government told the court 6ix9ine still needs strict monitoring, counseling and accountability, calling supervised release a necessary part of steering him toward consistent compliance.
“While supervised release has not yet gotten Hernandez to where he should be, it has prodded him in the right direction. A new term of supervised release is necessary to further guide Hernandez toward rehabilitation until he establishes that can stand steadily on his own two feet,” Clayton said.

Diddy is being slammed by NBC, which says he admitted he wrecked his own name long before their Peacock documentary, The Making of a Bad Boy, came out.
The network wants his $100 million lawsuit tossed and says his downfall is his own doing.
NBC’s new filing says the film didn’t ruin him. They say his guilty verdict, a long list of lawsuits and his own words in court explain everything. Lawyers for the network highlighted what he told the judge at sentencing.
He said, “Because of my decisions, I lost my freedom. I lost my career. I totally destroyed my reputation.” NBC argues that the line alone shows he can’t blame a documentary for the damage.
He claims The Making of a Bad Boy paints him as a predator and ties him to the deaths of Kim Porter, The Notorious B.I.G. and Heavy D. Diddy says it leans into rumors to make him look like a monster and even compares him to Lucifer, aka the Devil himself.
The rap mogul claims NBC released a rushed, sloppy documentary and he presented his alleged proof: a quote from Ample Entertainment co-founder Ari Mark, who told The Hollywood Reporter, “It’s really competitive and I think that is why it wasn’t enough to be fast, it was also necessary to be distinct. There’s no time and this was an extremely fast turnaround.”
NBC says the documentary pulls from public records, long-reported claims and interviews that were already part of national news.
His own case made those stories hit harder. A federal jury found him guilty of trafficking people across state lines for prostitution under the Mann Act.
The case involved accusations from Cassie Ventura, a woman called “Jane” and several male sex workers. The disgraced mogul received a 50-month sentence, a substantial fine, and strict rules upon his release.
Diddy spent more than a year at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn before being recently transferred to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. That is where he is serving his time today.
Current records indicate that he is incarcerated until 2028. Prison hasn’t been peaceful either.
Reports Diddy broke phone rules right after arriving and was allegedly caught with homemade alcohol, though his team pushed back on that part. He still got punished.
Newark police swarmed Chancellor Avenue Saturday night (November 15) after a burst of gunfire left a 10-year-old boy and a 21-year-old woman dead and three others wounded in a violent outburst that rattled the New Jersey city.
According to Fox 5 New York, the shooting unfolded just after 7 p.m. local time at the intersection of Chancellor Avenue and Leslie Street, according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office. First responders arrived to find five people suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite emergency efforts, the boy and woman were pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Three other victims—an 11-year-old boy, a 19-year-old man and a 60-year-old man—were hospitalized but are expected to survive, authorities said.
The aftermath was captured on the Citizen app, showing a heavy police presence as officers secured the scene and began combing for evidence. As of Sunday (November 16), no arrests had been announced and investigators have not released any details about possible suspects or motives.
New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy addressed the tragedy on social media, writing, “Please keep the victims and their families in your prayers tonight.”
The identities of the deceased have not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The Essex County Prosecutor’s Office has launched a full-scale investigation into the shooting. A $10,000 reward is being offered through the Essex County Crime Stoppers program for tips that lead to an arrest. Anyone with information is urged to call 877-TIPS-4-EC.
Newark has made strides in reducing crime under Mayor Ras Baraka, but this latest act of violence has reignited concerns about gun-related incidents in the city. Community-based programs have been credited with lowering violent crime in recent years, making Saturday’s events even more painful for residents.
The shooting took place on November 15 around 7 p.m., according to the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office.
SZA praised Kendrick Lamar and their long-running creative chemistry while reflecting on their recent tour and multiple collaborations in a new GQ interview.
The “Kill Bill” singer, speaking in GQ’s Man of the Year issue, described Lamar as a disciplined and deeply intentional artist whose process she admires.
“He’s such a professional human,” she said. “The way he approaches everything is so methodical but fluid. It’s beautiful. I definitely have just tried to observe. And you know, he’s so mature. I love working with him.”

A woman who’s having issues with her Hyundai got a notice from her local dealership that she was “neglecting” her car despite putting in regular service. Confused, she tried to appeal only to get denied.
Frustrated, she decided to put her experience out on TikTok and see if any mechanics or automotive experts can help her figure out what to do about her car.
“I put in for an appeal and I am here praying that Hyundai or God gives me a miracle and pushes this through,” Donna (@phoneafriend13) said in a video that’s garnered over 25,000 views since Oct. 24.
Woman Explains Text She Received from Hyundai
Donna was having issues with her 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. The car wouldn’t stop sputtering, even when she would drive 10 or 20 miles an hour on the road. She had to drive with her hazards on, because the car would make a “ticking” noise as she went down the road.
One day, her son and a friend borrowed her car to stop at McDonald’s. About 30 minutes after leaving, they called her to let her know the car stopped entirely at a red light.
“ The car would not move. They said the steering locked up, but all the lights stayed on on the dash,” she said. “They also said it was smelling pretty bad.”
Another person came by and helped them put oil in the car and move it to a different location. They left the car parked overnight until Donna could assess the situation.
“I got to wake up today and this is my present,” Donna said. She drove the car home, but expressed worry that the engine would blow up “at any time.”
Hyundai Denied Woman’s Claim Due to ‘Neglect’
Toward the end of her first video, Donna revealed the car’s battery fully died. She was unable to move the wheel nor start the car. “The car’s gone,” she said in a follow-up.
Considering the fact that Hyundai cars usually come with an extended warranty, Donna made a claim with the company. But Hyundai quickly denied her request for service, accusing her of neglecting her vehicle.
She provided the company evidence that she had gotten her Hyundai routinely serviced, but it was of little use. Now, she’s hoping that further appeals could help her get her car fixed under warranty.
“Sorry, but it’s a Hyundai. Common problems reported for the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe include issues with the engine (crankshaft position sensor failure, excessive oil consumption, and recalls for engine components), transmission problems (hesitation, shuddering, and potential failure),” said one commenter.
Despite the fact that some models are generally reliable, many mechanics consider Hyundai’s a money-waster. The cars are a “mechanic no-no,” that show up in “never buy” lists because they routinely fail or sputter on the road.
Despite Hyundai’s own claims that its cars have “smart design, affordability, and innovation,” the company’s cars are also known for poor paint quality, routine dual clutch transmission issues (DCT), and overall weak resale value.

Boosie Badazz secured a delay in his federal gun possession sentencing, pushing the court date from November 21 to January 9 as he continues efforts to avoid prison time and pursues a presidential pardon from Donald Trump.
The Baton Rouge rapper, whose real name is Torrence Hatch Jr., appeared on The Breakfast Club the same day the court granted his request.
He remained defiant and upbeat despite federal prosecutors recommending a two-year sentence.
“I’m confident like a muthafucka,” Boosie told the hosts. “I ain’t going to jail. I don’t speak that out my mouth. I’m from down South. Your word, your mouth, is a powerful source.”
While he acknowledged the final decision rests with the court, Boosie insisted he’s mentally prepared for whatever comes.
“It’s still up to the judge,” he said. “It’s up to God, but it’s up to the judge. You know, people saying, ‘He gotta do two years.’ That’s not a fact of this case. It’s up to the judge what the judge wanna do. I’m confident, man. I’m chin up, chest high.”
The 42-year-old artist also reflected on past legal battles, noting a shift in how he feels treated by the justice system this time around.
“I don’t have a judge that hates me this time,” he said. “I’ve always had judges that crucified me.”
Boosie’s current legal trouble stems from a June 2023 arrest in San Diego, where police found a firearm in his possession. Because he is a convicted felon, the charge falls under federal jurisdiction.
Though state charges were dismissed in 2024, federal prosecutors refiled the case.
In August 2025, Boosie accepted a plea deal that dropped a second firearm charge in exchange for a guilty plea. The agreement may reduce his sentencing exposure under federal guidelines.
Meanwhile, Boosie has taken an unusual step by hiring Washington D.C. lobbying firm J.M. Burkman & Associates to petition Trump for a pardon.

According to the firm’s Jack Burkman and Jacob Whol, their mission is “seeking a presidential pardon” for the rapper, whom they described as a “rapper and world-class musician.”
The lobbying move followed Boosie’s direct appeal to Trump on social media.

The new sentencing date of January 9 gives his legal team more time to prepare arguments and possibly advance the pardon request before the court rules.
Kim Kardashian locked in a $5 billion valuation for her shapewear brand Skims after closing a $225 million investment round led by Goldman Sachs, setting the stage for a major global retail expansion.
The deal, finalized on November 12, 2025, marks one of the largest consumer brand funding rounds of the year and pushes Kardashian’s personal net worth to an estimated $1.9 billion, according to Forbes.
The fresh capital will support Skims’ plans to scale its physical retail operations and strengthen its international footprint.
“We can’t wait to take Skims to the next level as we continue to innovate and set the standard for our industry,” Kim Kardashian said in a statement.
Skims, co-founded by Kardashian and CEO Jens Grede, has evolved from a direct-to-consumer shapewear startup into a full-fledged lifestyle label offering loungewear, activewear and fashion basics.
The company currently operates 18 stores across the U.S. and partners with major global retailers.
Grede said the company’s projected revenue for 2025 is expected to top $1 billion, calling the milestone a reflection of the brand’s long-term strategy and execution.
Initially launched in 2019 under the name “Kimono Intimates,” the brand rebranded as Skims after facing public backlash over concerns of cultural appropriation.
The company plans to focus “predominantly” on brick-and-mortar growth in the coming years, aiming to compete with legacy athleisure brands like Lululemon and Alo Yoga in a crowded wellness and fashion market.
Industry analysts say Skims’ rise mirrors a shift in consumer demand for inclusive sizing and body-positive apparel, an area where traditional athletic brands have often lagged.
The latest funding round positions Skims to expand its market share while continuing to redefine the shapewear and athleisure space.
A woman got a surprise visit at her workplace from a Tinder match a full year after she matched with him. How did he find her? She had casually mentioned her occupation and he dropped by, despite living in an entirely different town.
In a video with over 20,000 views, TikTok user @k.i.l.a.97 explained how a match she had only chatted with for a few hours showed up at the barber shop she worked at unexpectedly.
“ There are so many other places you could get a haircut and you chose this one, the one where you know that I work at and that I ghosted you twice,” she said, clearly creeped out with the situation.
Texas Woman Accidentally Texts Ghosted Tinder Match
It started when @k.i.l.a.97 matched with “Matt,” who provided his full name and contact information when they first started talking. They chatted for a few hours around a year ago before @k.i.l.a.97 disengaged, ghosting him due to a lack of interest.
She accidentally reached out to Matt a year later while trying to contact her cousin with the same name. Her former Tinder match quickly reached out again, but she ghosted him out of a lack of interest. “ He’s like, ‘Yeah, we matched on Tinder a while ago,’” she said. “Then he said his full name and I was like, ‘Oh. OK.’ So then I just didn’t answer again.”
It got worse though. She asked her aunt for her cousin’s phone number and tried to text him again, only to text Tinder Matt once more because it merged his contact with her cousin due to Apple’s contact card system.
“ I went and I texted [my cousin’s] number,” she said, “and I was like, ‘Hey, so funny. I just went to text you and I actually texted this guy that I ghosted from Tinder and he texted back,’ and he was like, ‘Yeah, this is still him.’”
Mortified, @k.i.l.a.97 described the situation as “awkward as [expletive].” She had to fully delete Tinder Matt’s phone number to get in contact with her cousin without the contacts merging.
Tinder Match Finds Woman at Work
While working at a barbershop in Texas, her old Tinder match appeared. His name appeared on the booking for another one of the girls working that day, something that @k.i.l.a.97 picked up on immediately.
Sure enough, when he walked through the door, she realized that he showed up at her workplace, a minor detail she had mentioned during her short conversation with him a full year prior.
“Oh my God, that’s him,” she said when she saw him. To her, it felt like he was deliberately showing up, as he lived a full town over. “It was not a good time. I [expletive] hid in the back room, like the whole time he was there,” she said. “He ended up being like her regular client would keep coming in.”
How Apple’s Contact Merging Service Works
Apple may accidentally merge contacts when users use the “merge all,” function in the contacts app.
When someone merges contacts on their iPhone, Apple’s contact list cannot differentiate between one “Matt” and another. That’s why it assumes that one “Matt” contact might be the same person as another “Matt” and merges them together.
For those curious, you can unmerge contacts if it’s not your cup of tea. You’ll have to manually unlink the accounts rather than “unlinking” them all, but it’s relatively straightforward, only requiring a press of a button.

Babyface will peel back the curtain on decades of chart-topping collaborations and emotional turmoil in a new documentary directed by Chris Moukarbel and produced by Kenya Barris.
The untitled film, backed by HarbourView Equity Partners, will trace the Babyface journey from a quiet kid in Indianapolis to one of the most influential forces in R&B.
The 13x-Grammy winner will appear in exclusive interviews and share never-before-seen footage from his personal archives.
“Finally telling the story of my life,” Babyface said on Instagram. “And I’m honored to do it with the best.”
In a statement, Babyface reflected on the emotional excavation the project has required.
“I’ve often wondered how an unassuming kid from Indianapolis got to where he is today, working with artists and achieving dreams I could’ve never imagined when I first started,” he said. “This documentary is giving me a chance to go down memory lane with a fine-tooth comb, reexamining the highs and lows of my life and career. I’m discovering where all the songs really came from — and perhaps just as important, the how and why.”
The film will also include behind-the-scenes footage from Babyface’s upcoming Las Vegas residency at the Pearl Concert Theater at Palms Casino Resort, where he’s scheduled for four weekend shows in 2026.
