Kanye West has upped the ante on his challenge to Kendrick Lamar for a rap battle, dragging Drake into the developing saga in the process.
In his latest Twitter rant, Kanye West once again seizes control of his follower’s timelines by flooding them with tweets ranging in topics from rappers such as A$AP Rocky and Jim Jones, the suicidal thoughts he claims he has suffered since the death of his mother, KKK-inspired clothing designs and the high fashion industry.
Additionally, a large amount of the tweets Ye shared in a matter of hours were largely focused on Kendrick Lamar and Drake. After claiming “ROCKY NEVER DID NO F##### S###,” Ye set his sights on Drake, both throwing shade on him and showing him love in a string of back-handed compliments and degrading remarks.
“DRAKE’S CLOTHING STYLE IN AUSTRALIA IS REALLY A BAD SEND HELP,” Kanye wrote in one of the first tweets. “IMA KEEP IT LIGHT WITH DRAKE YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS AND WHAT ITS ALWAYS BEEN WITH ALL THOSE ‘YOU CAN SKIM THROUGH’ BARS DRAKE A F##### BEEN A F##### ALWAYS WILL BE A F#####.”
In another tweet, he sent an indirect shot at Kendrick Lamar by referencing lyrics from Drake’s “Family Matters” diss track.
“HATE TO GIVE THIS F##### CREDIT BUT FAVORITE LINE OF THE BATTLE LAST YEAR IS WHEN THE F##### SAID ‘YOU RAP LIKE YOU TRYNA FREE THE SLAVES.’ HE DOES,” he wrote.
Seemingly antagonizing the aforementioned artists he has issues with, West wrote in a follow-up tweet, “IF I LIVE ANOTHER WEEK ALL YOU N##### P####.”
Kanye also shared a screenshot of a conversation with Drake’s associate Top5, alleging that he had snitched Drizzy out for buying Kim Kardashian Birkin bags for Valentine’s Day while also suggesting he would get drake caught up with RICO charges.
Before long, he turned heel to pounce on Kendrick in a series of tweets suggesting that he’s the lesser known artist, writing, “NOOOOBODY HAS EVER LISTENED TO KENDRICK OR KNOWS ANY OF HIS SONGS.”
In another tweet, he added, “KENDRICK WAS THE INDUSTRY PUPPET THEN THEY WAS DONE WITH HIM.”
He then suggested that Kendrick’s performance at Super Bowl LIX wasn’t earned, alluding to the fact that he or Drake or one of his other contemporaries were more “deserving” of the opportunity.
“I ACTUALLY KIND OF LIKED KENDRICKS HALF TIMS SHOW BUT ME OR TRAV OR F#####(AKA DRAKE) DESERVED A SUPER BOWL BEFORE KENDRICK,” he wrote.
West also began peddling the theory that Kendrick Lamar was actually a part of the alleged collusion to dim Drake’s limelight.

The severity of Young M.A’s alleged medical condition appears to have been exposed by her disgruntled ex-girlfriend.
On Tuesday (March 18), an Instagram user whose handle is @itsmselfmade shared a string of posts disparaging the “Ooouuu” hitmaker before making their profile private.
Though the woman didn’t go into specifics about why exactly she was exposing Young M.A, she alleged she met her when she was at her lowest point. Along with posting a video of Young M.A in the hospital, visibly disheveled with the whites of her turned yellow and hooked up to several IV’s, the woman wrote a lengthy caption detailing their toxic whirlwind romance.
“When I first met you, you ended up like this within the next few weeks telling me how you been sick but was hiding it from me,” the Instagram user wrote in the post.
“This was our first Valentine’s Day. He was in the hospital twice with me. I GOT YOU TO WHERE YOU ARE NOW. I nursed you up every day all day and didn’t even know you.”
As the woman continues in the caption of the post, she accused Young M.A of being jealous of her and for having “motion” and pinned it as one of the reasons why she needed to leave her.

DMC introduced me to Bun B, who had never heard of me, and I just let it fly. I’ve known DMC since I was about 10, so that co-sign was big. Every time I get to spit for a legend, it’s still a moment.
AllHipHop: It was wild. I was just out of frame, like, “Damn, I want to be in that shot!” But that whole day felt like a moment for the culture.
Lil Dee: Exactly. That video’s going to be legendary—so many people from all corners of Hip-Hop were there.
AllHipHop: Let’s rewind. Your pops played a big role in putting you on to the culture, right?
Lil Dee: Huge. Me and my dad were tight. I had ADHD bad—doctor said it was the worst she’d seen in 40 years. Hard time relating to kids my age, but my dad was my best friend. We’d ride around bumping Run-DMC, Beastie Boys, Big L, Big Pun, LL Cool J… He used to do graffiti, breakdance—he lived that early Hip-Hop life. One day, I wrote a rap in my room, showed it to him, and he told me to write another. That’s how it started.
AllHipHop: What was your first rap?
Lil Dee: (laughs) “Air Jordans, every day I be wearing high tops / Punch you in the eye, people call you cyclops…” It was wild. I was 10. I remember all my raps, man.
AllHipHop: NEMS told us he thought maybe your dad was writing your bars because they were so good.
Lil Dee: Nah, all me. Funny story—me and NEMS did a song way back, but the computer crashed, so it never dropped. That day, he had me write the verse in the studio—testing me without me knowing. Afterwards, he posted like, “Yo, he writes all his own stuff.” That was the first test I passed.
AllHipHop: Respect. And now you’re 20 and been doing this for a decade. Have you been trying to get signed?
Lil Dee: In the beginning, it was just about being the best rapper I could be. Then I learned it’s way more than talent—you need connections, co-signs, luck even. I’ve had offers, but I won’t sign unless it’s right. No manager, no publicist—everything I’ve done has been on my own. If I can rock Radio City, the LA Coliseum, do tracks with Cool G Rap, get love from Redman, Big Daddy Kane—imagine what I can do with the right team. I’m just waiting for those dots to connect.
AllHipHop: You just dropped a new EP. Tell us about it.
Lil Dee: It’s called Where Do We Go From Here?—produced by my guy Matt Echo. It’s my fourth EP. I got drill beats, melodic joints, classic boom-bap. I’m showing that I don’t fit in a box. Before I step into the next chapter with heavier storytelling and emotional depth, I had to show the range.
AllHipHop: You’re mad lyrical. Who influenced that?
Lil Dee: Big L, Big Pun, J. Cole, and Nas. Big L for punchlines, Pun for flow, Cole and Nas for storytelling. Later I studied Biggie and how he mastered flow. Joiner Lucas too—he taught me how to be lyrical over trap beats.
AllHipHop: You’ve lived a lot in just 20 years. Who are you trying to reach with your music?
Lil Dee: Anyone chasing a dream while battling doubt. I’ve been through death, betrayal, depression, suicidal thoughts—you name it. If my music can help someone push through that, then that’s everything. Doesn’t matter if you’re chasing music or just trying to feed your family—my music is motivation.
AllHipHop: You said you want to bring “real Hip-Hop” back. What does that look like?
Lil Dee: It’s not about dissing what’s out now. There’s real Hip-Hop out there—NEMS, Benny the Butcher, OT the Real. But I want to bridge the gap. A kid won’t listen to an old head, but they’ll listen to me because I’m from their era. A lot of my peers didn’t know about Big L or Pun until I put them on. It’s about access, energy, and social media. That’s how I’m doing it.
AllHipHop: So do you have any fan stories that stand out?
Lil Dee: Valentine’s Day was wild—someone was trying to video call me nonstop. But I love my fans. I respond to DMs, comments, talk to people in the street—20-minute convos. I’m not Drake, I can still engage, and I think that’s why they rock with me.
AllHipHop: Top five dead or alive?
Lil Dee: Big L, Biggie, Big Pun, Nas, Eminem—with Black Thought as the honorable mention. It changes, but those are the ones.
AllHipHop: Dream collaboration?
Lil Dee: DJ Premier. Just Blaze too. Artist-wise? Nas. Always wanted to work with Kanye. J. Cole, Joey Bada$$—Joey actually came into the studio once and showed love. But Nas is the top.
AllHipHop: What’s the ultimate goal?
Lil Dee: I want to be one of the greatest. I want people to say, “Lil Dee—he had bars, he had storytelling, he had flow.” God made me me for a reason. I was given this life and this gift—why waste it? I’m trying to make a run at being the best to ever do it. And even if I don’t get there, I’ll know I gave it everything.
AllHipHop: Last question—are you sticking with the name Lil Dee?
Lil Dee: Nah, I’m changing it soon. I was 12 when I started—my dad’s name is Darren, mine’s Danny, so it was Big D and Lil D in the Italian fam. First time someone clowned it, I already had 25k followers. But I’m switching to Danny James. Feels more fitting for where I’m going.

Sean “Diddy” Combs is now officially on the clock. A federal judge in New York has set key dates for his racketeering and sex trafficking trial, marking a significant step toward what could be one of the most high-profile legal battles in recent memory.
U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian issued an order finalizing the timeline, with jury selection beginning on April 28 and opening statements scheduled for May 12.
The ruling ensures that Diddy, who remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, will stand trial after months of legal maneuvering and unsuccessful attempts to secure release.
Court Proceedings Leading Up to Trial
The legal process kicks off with a pretrial conference on April 25, when attorneys will finalize procedural matters. Potential jurors will fill out questionnaires between April 28 and April 30, with both sides expected to submit their proposed jury lists by May 1. If disputes arise, the judge has scheduled a hearing on May 2 to resolve them.
Voir dire—where attorneys will question jurors under sequestration with public access—will begin on May 5, followed by peremptory strikes on May 9 to narrow the jury pool, where as many as 600 people are expected to be called. With a jury in place, the long-awaited trial will formally begin on May 12.
The Charges Against Diddy
Diddy faces federal charges under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, stemming from an extensive government investigation.
Prosecutors allege that he ran a criminal enterprise that engaged in coercion, drug distribution, and organized sexual abuse.
Investigators claim that his network operated over multiple decades, using private jets, luxury hotels and secretive parties to facilitate trafficking.
One of the key pieces of evidence in the government’s case is a 2016 surveillance video that allegedly shows Diddy violently assaulting ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles.
The footage, first surfaced by CNN in 2024, reportedly aligns with Ventura’s civil lawsuit allegations against Diddy, which he previously denied before settling.

Lydia Harris is aiming at Hip-Hop heavyweights Snoop Dogg and Suge Knight in a new lawsuit filed March 18, 2025, in Texas, alleging the duo and other industry insiders conspired to cheat her out of a staggering $107 million judgment.
The explosive filing accuses Knight, Snoop Dogg, Death Row Records, Interscope Records and music mogul Jimmy Iovine of masterminding a sophisticated scheme of fraud and obstruction that left Harris empty-handed.
Harris, who identifies herself as Death Row Records co-founder and its original vice president, contends the defendants deliberately concealed financial records, filed fraudulent motions and strategically declared bankruptcy to avoid paying her the massive judgment awarded two decades earlier in Los Angeles Superior Court.
Harris argued then that she and her husband, Michael “Harry-O” Harris, invested $1.5 million in Death Row’s launch in 1989 but were later denied their rightful 50% share of the label’s lucrative profits.
However, Harris claims she never saw a penny of the judgment.
The filing accuses the defendants of submitting deceptive legal motions and using strategic bankruptcy filings—first Chapter 11 and later Chapter 7—to shield assets from collection.
Harris further alleges the defendants utilized “systematic misrepresentation and fraudulent telecommunications directed at the Plaintiff in Texas” to block her efforts to collect.
Snoop Dogg is named in the new lawsuit because he is the current owner of Death Row Records. He acquired Death Row Records in February of 2022. He purchased the brand from MNRK Music Group.
As a result, Lydia Harris says she suffered severe financial and reputational damage. She is seeking punitive damages, a complete financial accounting and recovery of all assets owed to her.
This new lawsuit is the latest in a lengthy legal saga stretching back to her original 2002 suit against Knight and Death Row Records.

The legal drama began in November 2024 when Plies filed a lawsuit in California federal court against Soulja Boy, Cardi B, Megan Thee Stallion and GloRilla.
Plies claimed that GloRilla’s song “Wanna Be” illegally sampled his 2008 track “Me & My Goons.”
Adding fuel to the fire, Plies also accused Soulja Boy’s 2010 smash hit “Pretty Boy Swag” of initially using the unauthorized sample, demanding damages and a jury trial.
Soulja Boy immediately fired back at the allegations, calling Plies a “liar” and a “snitch” during a heated Instagram Live session.
Insisting that his song was completely original, he mocked Plies’ accusations as an attention-seeking tactic. Soulja even suggested that the rapper rename himself “Lies.”
Soulja Boy also questioned Plies’ motives, questioning why the rapper waited 14 years to pursue legal action.
Eyewitnesses at the arena described a troubling scene, stating that Morgan appeared disoriented, was bleeding from his nose and “could barely stand up.”

The British rap heavyweight announced the news in a heartfelt Instagram post Monday (March 17).
“Can’t believe I’m saying this,” he wrote, “but my 6th album Home? is available for pre-order now!!! Celebrating my 40th birthday recently put so much into perspective, I’m alive, I’m healthy & for just that im grateful….”
The album, Wretch 32’s seventh studio effort, is set for release May 2, and is a thoughtful exploration of his identity, legacy and roots. Accompanying the announcement, Wretch released a new single titled “Like Home,” featuring Teni.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Wretch 32 opened up about the themes driving Home? .
“I think the word that comes to mind is ‘displacement’,” he said, describing the project. “For anyone who feels like: ‘I’m here, but am I accepted here? Or am I just tolerated here?’ Anyone who is in the middle of that, this record is for you.”
“Home?” follows the rapper’s 2021 album, Little Big Man, and his powerful lead single “Black And British,” released last October, during Britain’s Black History Month.
The track, featuring Little Simz and Benjamin A.D., delves deep into the complexities surrounding the Black British experience, cultural identity, heritage and intergenerational trauma.
The song includes a sample featuring Wretch 32’s grandmother, Beverley Scott, from the 1988 documentary Scenes From The Farm.
The film captures the aftermath of the 1985 riots at Tottenham’s Broadwater Farm estate, sparked by the death of Cynthia Jarrett, an Afro-Caribbean woman who tragically died of heart failure amid a police search of her home.
In his Instagram post, Wretch 32 further expressed his deep connection to the album’s themes

Suge Knight reignited controversy surrounding Eazy-E during a provocative jailhouse interview with The Art of Dialogue podcast, revisiting his eyebrow-raising comments about the late rapper’s death from AIDS.
Two decades after his infamous 2003 appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” where Knight cryptically implied that Eazy-E was intentionally injected with AIDS-tainted blood, the former Death Row Records boss was directly asked if his sinister statement held any truth.

On Monday (March 17), Rolling Stone published an alleged audio recording of Majors appearing to admit to physically abusing Jabari. According to the report, the origin of the audio dates back to 2022, when Majors lived with Jabbari in London as she filmed a Disney+ series.
The couple had purportedly been fighting for days, after which Majors is accused of slamming Jabbari into a car and strangling her. While Jabbari confronts Majors about the attack on the alleged audio, Majors allegedly admits to being “aggressive” with her— something which he claims he’s never done with another woman.
“I’m ashamed I’ve ever,” Majors begins in the alleged audio. “I’ve never [been] aggressive with a woman before. I’ve never aggressed a woman — I aggressed you.”

Elsewhere in the recording, Jabbari claims the root of the attack was centered in her own “sarcastic” rhetoric to Majors, which he denies.
“Well clearly, it’s more than that,” Majors says, prompting Jabbari to repsond, saying, “Something inside of you.” Majors replied, “Yeah, towards you,” as the recording ends.
An attorney for Jabbari declined to comment on the audio clip.
Majors was arrested in New York in March 2023 following an altercation with Jabbari in the back of a vehicle. A jury found the Creed actor guilty of assaulting and harassing Jabbari and a judge sentenced Majors to attend domestic violence counseling. Additionally, Jabbari dropped her federal assault and defamation lawsuit against Majors in November of 2024. Majors and Jabbari reportedly filed a joint notice with the court on November 21 via their attorneys, affirming that the lawsuit was “hereby dismissed with prejudice.”
The alleged audio of Majors surfaces amid the arrival of his upcoming film Magazine Dreams which is due out March 21. On top of that, the clip follows Majors recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, during which he opened up about the childhood abuse trauma he suffered from.
Majors described the lasting emotional scars left by childhood sexual abuse, confessing the experiences deeply impacted his emotional well-being.
“I dealt with sexual abuse from both men and women from the time I was nine,” Majors explained. “From people who are supposed to look after you, in the absence of a father. I was f##### up.”
