Cardi B Drags Nicki Minaj’s Husband & Brother As Rap Beef Erupts With Brutal Insults

Nicki Minaj reignited her long-running feud with Cardi B on Monday (September 29) by questioning the chart-topping success of Cardi’s new album and dragging her personal life into the crossfire.

The Hip-Hop heavyweights exchanged a barrage of insults across social media, with Minaj disputing the reported 200,000-plus units sold of Cardi’s “AM I THE DRAMA?” and mocking everything from her rap skills to her appearance.

Minaj didn’t hold back, suggesting Cardi underwent surgery to resemble her and even took a jab at the father of Cardi’s unborn child, NFL player Stefon Diggs, by implying he’s bisexual.

Minaj compared Cardi’s music to a children’s cartoon, dubbing her “Barney B,” and posted cryptic messages on social media.

“To every enabler: Never provoke a writer while they’re [writing],” she tweeted. “You joined the game as a willing participant. Don’t try to back out now.”

She also teased her own album release with the date “3.27.26” and took aim at JAY-Z and Roc Nation, writing, “You failed. Let the reindeer games begin. We #WinAgain.”

Cardi B Targets Nicki Minaj, Calls Out Comparisons

Cardi didn’t stay quiet. She fired off a string of responses, calling Minaj “Cocaine Barbie” and writing, “You must’ve missed me, huh crazy?? Now kiss my feet.”

She added, “The power I have.. make these btches come out of rehab everytime.”

Cardi also dragged Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, and her brother, both of whom have criminal convictions related to sex offenses.

She continued, “Why you keep bringing up my album?? It’s not the gag that you think it is..You been in the game like 16 years.. you need to compare yourself to YOUR peers that started around YOUR time. Rihanna, Taylor swift, Drake…those are the numbers you need to be competing wit and you can’t cuz you doing lower than all of them… I was in high school when you came out wtf is you comparing yourself to me for???”

Cardi also addressed Minaj’s repeated comments about her pregnancy, writing, “Alright now this the third tweet talkin about my pregnancy… like you wasn’t going to different fertility doctors cuz you couldn’t reproduce from all them percs scrambling your eggs. NOT ALLEGEDLY…Lord protect my babies.”

The two rappers have a long and public history of beef, dating back years, including a physical altercation at New York Fashion Week in 2018.

Trump Doubles Down On Portland After Ice Cube’s Bus Was Set On Fire

Federal Troops Deployed to Portland

Donald Trump ordered federal troops to Portland, Oregon, as local officials continue investigating a fire that damaged Ice Cube’s tour bus shortly after his concert in the city.

In a message posted Saturday on Truth Social, Trump stated, “I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary.”

The move follows heightened tensions in the city and echoes Trump’s 2020 deployment of federal officers during protests that drew national scrutiny.

Ice Cube’s Bus Caught Fire Downtown

Portland Fire & Rescue is still reviewing the cause of the blaze that ignited Tuesday night on the front passenger-side tire of Ice Cube’s chartered bus. The vehicle was parked near Southwest Broadway and Oak Street when the fire broke out, according to fire department spokesperson Rick Graves.

The 56-year-old Hip-Hop artist had just finished performing at the Moda Center as part of his Truth to Power tour. Through a representative, Ice Cube addressed the incident, saying, “I’m not taking this incident as a personal attack. A coward like that would burn anybody’s property that was out there at the time.”

As of Saturday, officials have not announced any suspects or motives.

Trump’s Comments Escalate Tensions

Trump’s remarks this week suggest a more aggressive stance toward Portland. On Thursday, he told reporters, “We’re going to get out there and we’re going to do a pretty big number on those people in Portland,” referring to “professional agitators and anarchists.”

He has consistently portrayed the city in grim terms, once describing it as “like living in hell.” Earlier this week, he signed an executive order labeling antifa a domestic terrorist organization.

Local Officials Push Back

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson rejected the federal intervention, saying, “I have not asked for – and do not need – federal intervention.”

Oregon lawmakers have also raised concerns about immigration enforcement practices in the state. Rep. Suzanne Bonamici said Friday, “ICE has said they’re targeting people for arrest and detainment who have committed crimes. That’s what they told us. But that’s not what we are seeing.”

The Department of War has not confirmed whether the deployment will involve National Guard units or active-duty military forces, according to BBC News.

Investigation Still Ongoing

Portland Fire & Rescue has not released any new findings related to the tour bus fire as of Saturday. Ice Cube has continued his tour without further reported incidents.

Cardi B Plays Bible To Protect Her From Dark Energy

Cardi B Turns To Prayer After Pregnancy Announcement Triggers Negativity

Cardi B said she felt an unsettling wave of negativity from women after confirming her pregnancy, prompting her to lean on her mother’s prayers for protection.

The Bronx-born rapper said the energy around her shifted after she shared the news. “I called my mom the other day to pray over me and my baby because I feel like a lot of weirdness has been coming out from people and women and all this stuff ever since I announced that I was pregnant,” she said.

Cardi B Says Women Are Wishing Harm On Her Unborn Child

Cardi, whose real name is Belcalis Almánzar, didn’t hold back when describing the kind of energy she’s been feeling. “There’s a lot of weird women that will wish you weird stuff on your kid, like stillbirth, death, slowness, you know what I’m saying? And I feel that energy. I feel people putting that on me.”

She believes many people had already guessed she was pregnant before she confirmed it. But once it became public, she said the tone shifted. “And it’s funny because I know that y’all knew that I was pregnant because clearly everybody kind of figured that I was. But the negativity and the weirdness that people are bringing and putting, I told my mom like, please pray for me and for the Lord to cover me.”

Cardi B Leans On Faith To Protect Herself And Her Baby

To shield herself from what she described as “dark energy,” Cardi said she turns to her spiritual practices. She often plays the Bible out loud in her home to create a protective atmosphere. “I personally believe nothing is as powerful as a mother’s prayer,” she said.

The Grammy-winning artist has spoken before about her belief in spiritual protection, but this time she said the tension feels more direct. She believes the negativity intensified after she made her pregnancy public and said she’s doing what she can to stay grounded.

Cardi made the comments earlier this week while addressing her followers amid her ongoing pregnancy.

Nicki Minaj Fires Shots At JAY-Z & Cardi B, Cardi Strikes Below Belt

I don’t know why this isn’t interesting to me, but I’m going to talk about it anyway! Nicki Minaj is on a rampage. She has her eyes and sights fully on JAY-Z and Cardi B! For some reason, this has become the cornerstone of her album rollout for next year. As you can see, she’s already disrupted part of Cardi B’s rollout. Cardi B debuted at the top of the charts, but Nicki celebrated as if she did not. But that’s another story—we’ll get into that in a second.

A few months ago, Nicki was up in arms over Jay, Roc Nation, and money she said she was owed, plus a lot of other things that had nothing to do with bars. Nicki is one of the best writers of our time, so I’d rather hear her making music than unloading on social media. But that’s just me. Here we are with the drama. First of all, she seemingly celebrated Cardi not debuting at the top of the charts, which was surprising to me because Cardi’s rollout was incredible, spanning multiple cities and even underserved territories. I thought it was masterful. Second, Cardi’s album Am I The Drama? was very, very good and well-received by both fans and critics alike. But she was up against some heavy competition on the charts, so she didn’t land at number one. Personally, that doesn’t matter to me—it’s all about the music.

Anyway, it seems like some slick talk—perhaps on Young Thug’s album and other stuff—has Nicki fired all the way up. Now she’s going at Jay and Cardi in a way that feels like a vendetta. I think we’re going to have to deal with this energy consistently from now until her album drops next year. I just hope it doesn’t take away from the music itself. That said, Nicki has made it clear she’s writing! I think she emphasized that because Cardi B has co-writers, while Nicki is all MC. There’s a slight distinction, but Cardi doesn’t care. I don’t think Atlantic Records cares either. And honestly, I don’t think most people care anymore.

JAY-Z is another story. I wonder if he’s even thinking about any of this or if he’s brushing it off from a yacht somewhere. Personally, I’d love to see Jay come back out. I feel like Hip-Hop needs him just as much as it needs Nas. We need these great examples of veteran MCs still operating at a high lyrical level. That said, Jay’s not doing the Super Bowl now, so that’s off the table. Meanwhile, Nas is about to drop some time this year—we definitely know that’s happening. So we’ll have to wait and see.

Nevertheless, Nicki Minaj is on a rampage, and it doesn’t seem like it’s stopping any time soon. I’m here for it, though, because it’s basically the essence of Hip-Hop. Since we’re not going to get along, we might as well get it on—lyrically. Keep it on wax and may the best rapper win.

As I type this, Cardi and Nicki are going back and forth over Twitter…this is WILD! But that will be the next post…but here is a dose of what is happening.

EXCLUSIVE: Yella Beezy Presses Dallas Prosecutors For Informant Identities Ahead Of Mo3 Murder Trial

Defense Moves To Uncover Witnesses And Evidence

Yella Beezy is demanding Dallas County prosecutors release the identities of informants and witnesses as he prepares for trial in the capital murder case tied to the 2020 death of Mo3. Attorneys for the rapper, whose real name is Markies Conway, filed multiple motions requesting the court compel the state to turn over critical details before proceedings begin.

The defense is asking for the names and addresses of all potential witnesses—including any confidential informants—at least 20 days prior to the trial’s start date. Conway’s legal team is also seeking access to all evidence collected during the investigation, including lab reports, photographs and physical items.

Conway’s attorneys want all statements he made to law enforcement, along with a pretrial hearing to determine whether those statements were made voluntarily. The defense is pushing for a judicial review to ensure Conway wasn’t coerced or misled during police questioning.

Another motion asks the court to disclose whether any witnesses received deals or incentives in exchange for their cooperation. The defense also wants to block the prosecution from introducing unrelated prior incidents unless a judge finds them relevant to the case.

In addition, the legal team is requesting full access to any materials used to refresh witnesses’ memories and a complete record of all evidence gathered during the investigation.

Capital Murder Charges Stem From Alleged Murder-For-Hire Plot

A Dallas County grand jury indicted Conway in March 2025 for capital murder with remuneration. Prosecutors allege he arranged the killing of Mo3 by paying Kewon White to carry out the shooting on Interstate 35E in Dallas on November 11, 2020. White and Devin Brown were arrested as co-defendants.

According to The Los Angeles Times, investigators claim Conway withdrew $40,000 in cash shortly before the shooting and cite surveillance video as part of the evidence linking him to the crime.

Conway Remains Under House Arrest

Conway was arrested on March 20, 2025, and initially held on a $2 million bond, later reduced to $750,000. He is currently under house arrest with GPS monitoring, according to Fox 4 News.

If found guilty, Conway could face the death penalty under Texas law. His trial is scheduled to begin February 2, 2026.

D4vd Update: Celeste Rivas Death Certificate Uncovers Pregnancy Detail

Celeste Rivas was not pregnant at the time of her death, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner, who released a death certificate that directly refutes widespread online rumors surrounding the 18-year-old whose dismembered body was found inside the trunk of a Tesla in the Hollywood Hills.

The disturbing discovery was made on September 8, when authorities located Rivas’ remains in a vehicle registered to D4vd, a rising Hip-Hop artist. The car had reportedly been abandoned for several weeks before police were alerted.

While the official cause of death has not yet been determined, the Medical Examiner confirmed an autopsy was completed but stated that further toxicology tests and investigative work are required before a final ruling can be issued.

The certificate, however, did clarify one detail that had been widely speculated across social media: Rivas was not pregnant and had not been within the last year. That specific point had fueled a wave of online commentary, prompting the public clarification.

LAPD Captain Scot Williams told TMZ, “Confirming whether Rivas died from foul play or other causes is critical to the case,” adding that detectives are unable to officially classify her death as a homicide until they receive the Medical Examiner’s final findings.

For now, police say it “remains unclear whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the concealment of her body.”

In a statement issued Monday, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Robbery-Homicide Division said, “It remains unclear whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the concealment of her body. RHD is thoroughly examining every aspect of this case to uncover the truth and seek justice for Celeste Rivas Hernandez and her family.”

The car in which Rivas was found had been parked for an extended period in a secluded area of the Hollywood Hills, raising questions about how long her body had been there before discovery.

Rivas had been reported missing since April 2024 after fleeing her home in Lake Elsinore. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office had been searching for her for over a year.

D4vd, who gained popularity through TikTok with moody singles like “Romantic Homicide” and “Here With Me,” has not been named a suspect.

The indie pop singer, originally from Queens and raised in Houston, canceled his Withered World Tour earlier this month without offering a reason.

As of now, the investigation remains open while detectives continue to examine how the teenager ended up in D4vd’s vehicle and what led to her death.

Rapper Preparing $10M Lawsuit Against Fashion Nova Over Alleged Design Theft?

Fashion Nova and litigation. It seems like they are married or estranged. The mega-brand, loved for its quick-turnaround fashions and equally criticized for “borrowing” too freely, might be stepping into yet another storm. Word has it that a certain rapper feels their designs were snatched, repurposed, and plastered on Nova’s site without the proper blessing. $10 million in damages is the big number. That’s not small change!

Now, let’s#### pause for a second. Fashion Nova has been down this road before. Their model is to tap into pop culture, run the trends through the machinery and get them on to us in record time. Sometimes that means licensing or collaborating with an artist or brand. Other times, it’s just… uncanny resemblance. With fashion, “nothing new under the sun” isn’t just a saying. But when someone with a big voice in Hip-Hop feels ripped off, that can turn into paperwork.

Here’s the thing: I’ve been hearing about this for a minute. A lawsuit was supposedly “on the way” but nothing has hit the courts yet. That makes this feel like one of those “wait and watch” situations. But those close to the situation keep saying litigation is being discussed in real numbers. I think it is going to happen, because this person is not playing.

What makes this interesting is the timing. Hip-Hop merch has become a real business, not just something to push on tour. For some artists, it’s their bread and butter! They must protect their designs. In this case, the rapper is working with a designer. A fast-fashion giant possibly has more money that we can imagine. But I am sure they cannot fathom losing their intellectual property or just rolling over. That’s just a fight waiting to happen. Cultural credibility will often clash with corporate cash. Maybe I need to rap!

So, what happens next? If this goes to court, we’ll finally get to peel back the curtain and see if there was indeed a bite taken out of the rapper’s creativity. I’ll also get to spill the beans on said rapper. Until then, it’s speculation. Fashion Nova is loved and sometimes hated. A $10 million bomb will shake everything up.

“What has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done, and there is nothing new under the sun…”

A$AP Rocky Sells Raided Los Angeles Home For Big Cash

A$AP Rocky quietly parted ways with his Los Angeles mansion for $3.95 million in an off-market sale that wrapped in April, just weeks before Rihanna revealed her pregnancy at the 2025 Met Gala and months ahead of their daughter Rocki’s September 13 birth.

The 4,300-square-foot property, nestled between Beverly Grove and West Hollywood, had been under scrutiny since April 2022, when LAPD officers raided the home using battering rams.

The search was tied to a 2021 shooting investigation. Authorities seized multiple boxes and firearms, but none matched the weapon involved in the alleged incident. Rocky was acquitted of all related charges in February 2025.

The timing of the sale appears deliberate. Rocky, 36, finalized the deal just days before Rihanna’s high-profile Met Gala appearance in New York, where she debuted her baby bump.

The couple, who also share sons RZA, 3, and Riot, 2, have since welcomed their third child.

Initially purchased in 2015 for $3.05 million, the modern-style residence featured a sleek Italian kitchen, designer appliances, multiple balconies and a backyard designed for entertaining—complete with a zero-edge pool and spa.

Though the home was once a staple in Rocky’s portfolio, he had not lived there for some time. The decision to sell may signal a clean break from the legal ordeal that once surrounded the property.

The sale is just one move in the couple’s broader real estate shuffle. Their primary residence remains a $13.8 million colonial-style estate in Beverly Hills, which they bought in 2020.

The 7,700-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a private gym and a cocktail bar—ideal for a growing family.

Rihanna’s holdings stretch far beyond California. The billionaire mogul owns a $21.8 million beachfront condo in Barbados and has previously held properties in New York and London.

The couple’s Beverly Hills home continues to serve as their family hub, offering privacy and space for their three children. Rocky’s real estate pivot appears aligned with his focus on family life and music, marking a new chapter following his legal challenges.

EXCLUSIVE: Lawyer Wants Damon Dash Assets Despite Bankruptcy, Cites Interviews & Instagram Comments

Damon Dash is once again at the center of a legal storm as attorney Christopher Brown pushes a federal judge to greenlight the auction of Dash’s company assets despite his recent bankruptcy filing in Florida.

Brown, representing filmmaker Josh Webber, is urging the court to move forward with the sale of Dash’s entertainment holdings, including Poppington LLC, arguing that Dash’s bankruptcy petition doesn’t shield him from debts tied to defamation and other intentional wrongdoing. Brown claims Dash continues to flaunt wealth publicly while avoiding financial accountability.

The dispute stems from a years-long legal feud over the film Dear Frank, which Webber produced and Damon Dash was initially hired to direct. Webber and his company, Muddy Waters Pictures, removed Dash from the project, alleging he was high on set and unprofessional. Dash later rebranded the film as The List and pitched it to networks, prompting a lawsuit for copyright infringement and defamation.

A jury sided with Webber and awarded over $800,000 in damages. Brown then sought to seize Dash’s business interests, including Poppington LLC, and place them under the control of the U.S. Marshal for public sale.

The conflict escalated in March 2024 when Dash appeared on the Earn Your Leisure podcast and accused Webber of stealing the film. According to legal filings, Dash’s remarks cost Webber a $4 million film deal. Webber filed a defamation suit and won a $4 million default judgment after Dash missed court deadlines and failed to attend mediation.

Facing mounting judgments, unpaid taxes and child support, Damon Dash filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in Florida earlier this month. In court documents, he claimed to have less than $5,000 in assets, including a $500 phone, $2,500 in jewelry, and $100 in cash. However, Brown argues that Dash failed to disclose key assets, including his life rights and intellectual property, which could be sold to repay creditors.

Brown also pointed to Dash’s public statements, including a September 2025 interview on The Breakfast Club, where Dash claimed he had $5 million in the bank, a record deal with Sony Music for his “Black Guns” group, and a new book deal. Brown argues these statements contradict Dash’s bankruptcy claims and show he still controls valuable assets through Poppington LLC.

“The bankruptcy filing only covers his personal property,” Brown stated in court documents. “It does not impact the assets of Poppington LLC, which remain subject to auction.”

Brown also noted that Dash has not filed any adversarial motion to stop the auction and that delays have been caused by Dash’s own legal tactics.

Federal Judge Robert Lehrburger is now weighing whether to allow the asset sale to proceed. If approved, Poppington LLC’s catalog—including films like Honor Up and Too Honorable—could soon be sold off to satisfy Dash’s debts.

Dash’s bankruptcy filing lists more than $25 million in liabilities, including over $8.7 million owed to the IRS and New York State, nearly $650,000 in unpaid child and spousal support, and more than $5.5 million in unsecured claims from lawsuits and legal fees.

In 2024, Dash’s one-third stake in Roc-A-Fella Records was auctioned for roughly $1 million to cover back taxes and support payments. The bankruptcy filing aims to wipe out unsecured debt and stop ongoing collections, but creditors argue Dash is hiding assets that could be liquidated.

The court has already ordered the sale of Dash’s film studio and streaming platform. A decision on whether the auction of Poppington LLC’s assets can proceed is expected soon.

Here’s What DMC of Run-DMC Wants You To Know About Recovery

DMC Channels Sobriety Into New Stage Project

DMC is turning his personal battles with addiction and depression into a creative mission with “Rock Bottom: The Musical”—a developing stage production that aims to challenge the stigma around mental health and substance abuse. The Run-DMC icon, now 60, says the show draws from his own recovery journey and is meant to help others find strength through storytelling.

“Rock Bottom is a musical about recovery, addiction and sobriety,” DMC said in an interview with WBZ NewsRadio 1030. “I was approached to participate by Simon Kirk, one of the most incredible drummers and musicians in the history of music from Free and Bad Company.”

A Cast With Shared Experience

The production’s lineup includes artists who’ve faced their own struggles, such as Aerosmith bassist Tom Hamilton, comedian Tony V and musician Woody G. For DMC, the collaboration is about more than music—it’s about breaking silence.

“We’re doing this musical to destroy and eradicate the stigma associated with addiction,” he said.

A Life Behind the Mic and in the Shadows

Even as Run-DMC helped define 1980s Hip-Hop, DMC was privately battling alcoholism and depression. He has spoken openly about suicidal thoughts and a spiritual crisis that persisted despite his fame.

“I’m DMC from the hip hop group Run DMC, who walked this way with Adidas to tell the world how tricky life could be. But I’m also an alcoholic, suicidal, metaphysical, spiritual wreck even though I was DMC,” he said.

A Turning Point at 35

DMC’s lowest moment came when he discovered he was adopted, a revelation that deepened his depression. A conversation with another adoptee helped him realize he wasn’t alone.

“It wasn’t until I met another adoptee who made me realize, oh, I’m not the only adopted person in this world. I knew I wasn’t alone,” he said. “Then I started thinking I might not be the only depressed person in this world.”

That moment led him to seek professional help and begin therapy, which he now calls “the most gangster thing” in Hip-Hop.

“If you removed guilt and shame from the situation, you remove the pain of going through it,” he said. “Don’t be ashamed of being on meth. Don’t be ashamed of being abused, ashamed of being an alcoholic. We all been there. There’s a million people like you. You are not alone.”

Using His Platform to Speak Out

DMC has long used his voice to raise awareness about mental health. In his 2016 memoir, Ten Ways Not to Commit Suicide, he detailed his struggles and urged others to seek help without fear.

“No matter what it is that you’re going through, do not be ashamed to ask for help,” he said. “You’re not weak, you’re not psycho. It’s no different from having a backache and gotta go to the chiropractor. It’s no different from having a toothache and gotta go to the dentist.”

Bridging Rock and Hip-Hop

DMC also reflected on his group’s historic collaboration with Aerosmith on “Walk This Way,” which helped merge rock and Hip-Hop audiences.

“When Steven Tyler took that mike stand and knocked down the wall that was separating us in the video, people all over the world saw that didn’t just happen in the video. It happened in the world for real,” he said.

New Music and What’s Next

DMC continues to blend genres. A new track featuring Sebastian Bach, Travis Barker, Mick Mars and Duff McKagan is scheduled for release in January.

“Rock Bottom: The Musical” is still in development, with fundraising underway and no official release date yet. But for DMC, the goal is clear.

“Your story of struggle, just by talking about it, will save people’s lives,” he said. “You gotta go take care of yourself so you can take care of your world.”

**You can also catch DMC live on October 18 at The 3rd Annual Hip-Hop Cultural Summit at the Delaware Art Museum. Check out AllHipHop.com/summit for more information.

Judge Joe Brown Nicknames Lizzo “Hogzilla” During Scathing Critique Of Flute Performance

Judge Joe Brown unleashed a scathing critique of Lizzo during a recent appearance on The Art of Dialogue, targeting her appearance, public behavior and what he sees as a broader cultural shift in beauty standards and health.

“Lizzo looks grotesque and she’s an embarrassment,” Brown said, referencing the singer’s viral performance where she played a crystal flute once owned by former U.S. President James Madison. “She shows up at a major Philharmonic production and she’s using a glass flute that belonged to a President of the United States of America. All of the women there are in formal ball gowns down to their ankles. The men have on white tie and tails and she shows up naked with a flimsy little piece of lingerie on looking like a hogzilla playing that glass flute. Yes, she has talent, but what is she doing?”

Brown then shifted his focus to the evolving standards in media, particularly in fitness and modeling. He criticized Sports Illustrated for what he described as a decline in physical ideals.

“Take Sports Illustrated,” he continued. “Tell you where it’s progress to. Sports Illustrated starts off and it still is there. You get the prime examples of male physical prowess. These physically impressive specimens of masculinity, football players, boxers, wrestlers, track stars, swimmers, skiers, you know, they are the epitome of fitness. You used to have the women counterparts, the models. They were beautiful, toned bodies, looked like racehorses. And now you got fat slobs on there that look like they couldn’t run from the front porch to the sidewalk. And that’s supposed to be female beauty.”

Brown continued his commentary with a comparison to the Muppets character Miss Piggy, saying, “Well, what did you just say about the boys that are still in there looking physically fit, Superman style specimens of masculinity, and now they get Miss Piggy and I’m sorry.

“I walked in a barbecue place not long ago and I’m looking at the wall and there is a full-size poster of Miss Piggy and Miss Piggy used to go look grotesque. Remember when she used to chase her Kermit and Kermit would be trying to get away? Now I’m looking at Miss Piggy and Miss Piggy looks normal cuz most of the women in the place look like Miss Piggy or they’re bigger.”

He added that while he doesn’t question the worth of individuals, he believes the glorification of unhealthy lifestyles is dangerous. “Not saying that they’re not lovely personal women, but they’re going to drop dead a heart attack, strokes, or whatever, Type 2 diabetes because of the problems. That’s not healthy.”

Brown concluded by suggesting that Lizzo’s public persona is masking deeper issues. “They’re glorifying people that couldn’t make it in the real world. What happens if there is a natural disaster? These people wouldn’t survive. So why are you trying to push this? It’s compensation for an inferiority complex.

“That’s the psychology behind it. That woman detests and despises herself, but she broadcasts it as an effort to convince others that she’s proud of it. She’s not. She needs help. Not not adulation. She needs help. I feel sorry for her.”

Brown’s remarks have reignited debates around body image, representation and public shaming, particularly in the entertainment industry. Lizzo has not yet responded to Brown’s comments as of publication.

SIGNS: Humans Inhale Credit Card-Sized Microplastics Every Week According To Scientists

Humans Inhaled A Credit Card Of Plastic Every Week According To Scientists

An inhale of air carries more than just oxygen. Scientists say people are now breathing in fragments of plastic equal to the size of a credit card each week, a growing body of research reveals. The discovery has pushed microplastic pollution from oceans and soil into the most intimate spaces of the human body—our lungs.

This isn’t exactly new info. Experts have warned about microscopic plastic particles in food and water for years. But newer studies confirm plastic fibers are being found inside human lungs, veins, brains, placentas and even hearts. The sad revelation has fueled concerns that inhalation is a major route of exposure for both people and animals.

Microplastics and nanoplastics—shed from clothing, packaging, furniture, tires and nearly every plastic product in daily use—are now embedded in every ecosystem on Earth. There are more than 16,000 chemicals tied to plastics and many of them are toxic. Researchers link plastic chemicals to cancers, autoimmune disease, endocrine disruption, preterm births and neurological issues. One 2018 estimate pegged U.S. health care costs tied to harmful plastic chemicals at $250 billion. That is scary and eye-opening.

The scale of exposure is startling. On average, a person consumes or inhales about 5 grams of plastic a week—the equivalent of 2,000 microscopic particles. In a year, that adds up to 260 grams, roughly the weight of an apple. Common particles detected in human lungs include polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET), both widely used in consumer goods.

Size matters, too. Smaller plastic shards are more easily absorbed, allowing them to travel through the bloodstream to the brain, where scientists warn they may disrupt neurological function. Inhaled plastics can lodge in lung tissue, potentially triggering inflammation, asthma or even lung cancer.

Exposure is worse indoors, where paints, flooring, furniture, and dust continuously release plastics. Outdoor sources include highways, where tires grind down into the air with every mile. Researchers have even found that airborne plastics travel on weather systems, influencing cloud formation thousands of miles away.

While the long-term impacts are still being studied, occupational health research already shows plastic inhalation is dangerous. “We know that inhaling plastic dust in industrial settings causes harm,” one scientist told researchers, “so there’s no reason to think household exposure is benign.”

Experts say people can reduce their risk. Using air purifiers, filtering drinking water and wearing natural fabrics like cotton or hemp can cut exposure indoors. Avoiding heavily packaged foods and choosing natural building materials over plastics also helps. On a community level, schools and municipalities are being urged to ban single-use plastics, install refill stations and adopt reuse and recycling programs.

But scientists stress individual choices alone won’t solve the problem. Plastic production continues to rise globally, which means microplastics will keep multiplying until policy forces systemic change. “Until we end plastic pollution at the source,” researchers note, “we will only see microplastics grow in our daily lives.”

The evidence is clear: plastic is no longer just choking oceans and wildlife. It’s embedding itself in human bodies, silently reshaping what it means to breathe, eat, and live on a planet wrapped in plastic.

What You Can Do Now

  • Install or use a home air filter to reduce airborne particles
  • Filter drinking water with a home system or pitcher filter
  • Limit processed and packaged foods whenever possible
  • Choose natural fiber clothing such as undyed bamboo, organic or recycled cotton, hemp, jute, linen, and wool
  • Build and furnish homes with natural materials like wood, stone, and metal, and use natural fibers for coverings
  • Encourage schools to replace single-use plastics with reusable materials and integrate environmental education
  • Push for filtered water fountains and natural building materials in learning environments
  • Support community initiatives that eliminate single-use plastics in municipal buildings and events
  • Advocate for stronger regulations on plastics and incentives for reuse, refill, repair, and sustainable practices

Ab-Soul Opens Up After Painful Freestyle Meltdown On Kai Cenat’s “Mafiathon 3” Stream

Ab-Soul stumbled during a freestyle on Kai Cenat’s “Mafiathon 3” Twitch stream Saturday night (September 27) and addressed the slip-up head-on during an Instagram Live session the following day.

The Top Dawg Entertainment rapper appeared on the “On The Radar” segment of Cenat’s marathon broadcast but faltered mid-performance, losing track of his lyrics and unable to recover.

Known for his layered lyricism and sharp delivery, the moment came as a surprise to many who expected a standout showing.

“I honestly feel like B-Rabbit. I choked,” Ab-Soul admitted, referencing the 8 Mile protagonist. “Happens to the best of us.”

He added, “That’s tough, guys. I never bombed in such a way. I’m struggling with it.”

Rather than deflect blame or offer excuses, Soulo took accountability. When a viewer suggested he should retaliate with a diss track, Ab-Soul quickly shut it down.

“Those guys gave me the opportunity to perform and display true skill, true artistry, and I choked,” he said.

After the stream ended, Ab-Soul went straight to the studio, where he connected with supporters during the same Instagram Live.

Ab-Soul has been a key figure at Top Dawg Entertainment since 2007 and is one-fourth of the West Coast collective Black Hippy, alongside Kendrick Lamar, ScHoolboy Q and Jay Rock.

His reputation for intricate bars and philosophical themes has earned him a loyal following in the Hip-Hop world.

Cenat’s “Mafiathon 3” has drawn major attention this month, aiming to cement the Twitch star as the platform’s first streamer to hit one million subscribers.

That goal was reached on Sunday (September 28), with the event continuing through the end of the month.

The stream has featured appearances from a long list of celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, Snoop Dogg, Wiz Khalifa and Mariah Carey.

Jelly Roll’s Wife Bunny Xo Slams Body Comments After His 200-Pound Weight Loss

Jelly Roll faced criticism for his dramatic weight loss, but his wife, Bunnie Xo, isn’t letting the internet reduce his transformation to a superficial “glow-up.”

The “Dumb Blonde” podcast host fired back at social media commenters in a TikTok video posted Saturday (September 27), after her husband dropped nearly 200 pounds since beginning his health journey in December 2022.

“Girl, your man is so hot now that he lost all that weight,” Bunnie said, quoting a message she received. “Is he… Cause he’s always had the same face. He’s always had the same heart. He’s always had the same soul.”

She continued, “I think the most appropriate thing here to say is that he looks so much more healthier now that he has lost weight.”

The country-rap crossover artist, known for his hit “Save Me,” opened up about his weight loss in April during an appearance on the “Big Night AHT” live show.

“I started at 540 pounds. I’m 357 pounds this morning, baby,” he told host Pat McAfee. “I’m going to lose another 100 pounds and go skydiving with my wife!”

Bunnie used her platform to challenge the fixation on physical appearance, urging people to look deeper.

“We’ve gotta stop living in a ‘Shallow Hal’ world, guys,” she said. “‘Cause you know what? You might miss out on the best love of your life by judging somebody by their weight.”

Jelly Roll Eyes Up “Men’s Health” Cover

Jelly Roll, who has been open about his struggles with weight and self-image, discussed the emotional side of his transformation on Bunnie’s podcast in December 2024.

“I think that people that become as big as I became, when they lose the weight, they’re kind of ashamed,” he said. “They’re so ashamed that they go and hide and lose the weight, and then they come back out, and they don’t really know how to interact with the world.”

Now, the singer has his sights set on a bold new milestone. He wants to land on the cover of Men’s Health by March 2026 and achieve “one of the biggest transformations.”

Bunnie ended her TikTok message with a strong show of loyalty: “He’s been that dude. I’ll forever be cheering him on no matter what weight he is.”

Public Enemy Booked On “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Days After Controversial “Cancelation”

Public Enemy will perform on Jimmy Kimmel Live! Monday (September 29), less than a week after Kimmel’s controversial “cancelation.” It will mark P.E.’s first appearance on the show in nearly a decade.

The group’s last Kimmel stop was in October 2015. Chuck D and Flavor Flav released their sixteenth studio album, Black Sky Over the Projects: Apartment 2025, in June, but it’s unclear what song they’ll perform on the late night talk show.

Longtime Public Enemy bassist Brian Hardgroove confirmed the news on Facebook, writing, “Kimmel’s return to the airwaves will undoubtedly be an historic marker in the timeline of American entertainment vs the government. You shouldn’t miss it. It will also be the most consequential performance of all of Public Enemy’s TV performances (IMO). Check it out on Sept 29th.”

Hardgroove might be right. Kimmel’s temporary cancelation was seen as an attack on free speech, something Public Enemy has championed for decades.

Jimmy Kimmel Live! was suspended by ABC following the host’s monologue covering the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. During his on-air commentary, Kimmel remarked, “The Maga Gang is desperately trying to portray this individual who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of their own, and they are doing everything possible to leverage this for political advantage.”

Kimmel also mocked supporters flying flags at half-mast and ridiculed Donald Trump’s response, declaring, “This is not how an adult mourns the murder of someone he refers to as a friend; it resembles how a toddler grieves for a goldfish.”

The monologue generated outrage among political commentators and several major ABC affiliates, prompting Trump and conservative voices to celebrate and demand further crackdowns on critical speech. Facing threats by the FCC to revoke ABC’s broadcast license, Disney stated the suspension stemmed from “our belief that certain comments were poorly timed and insensitive” and was enacted “to avoid further inflaming a tense situation at an emotional moment for our country.”

Kimmel returned to air after nearly a week of negotiations and public protest over the decision. Disney explained, “We have engaged in thoughtful discussions with Jimmy over the past few days, and following those conversations, we have decided to bring the show back on Tuesday.”

Kimmel was not required to apologize and instead stood firm that his remarks had been “grossly mischaracterized by a certain group of people.” His comeback was supported by a public letter signed by more than 400 Hollywood celebrities protesting the suppression of free speech.

However, not all ABC affiliates resumed airing his show; major station owners like Sinclair refused to broadcast Jimmy Kimmel Live! until further notice, stating, “We are in ongoing discussions with ABC as we assess the show’s potential comeback.”

Despite partial blackout, the show returned online and through ABC-owned stations, marking a victory for Kimmel’s stance and igniting continued debate about the limits of commentary on American television.

D4vd’s Tesla Sat For 11 Days Before Teen’s Body Was Found In Trunk

The Tesla registered to D4Vd reportedly sat untouched on a Hollywood Hills street for 11 days before the decomposed body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was discovered in the trunk.

According to a timeline published by the Los Angeles Times, the black 2023 Tesla was first flagged by a parking enforcement officer on August 27 after neighbors on Bluebird Avenue complained about the vehicle being parked for days near the singer’s rental home.

On September 3, the car was ticketed for violating the city’s 72-hour parking rule. Two days later, it was hauled to a Hollywood tow yard.

It wasn’t until September 8 that a tow yard employee noticed a foul odor coming from the vehicle. Authorities were called, and after obtaining a warrant, investigators opened the trunk.

Inside, they found a black duffel bag containing the remains of Hernandez, who had been reported missing multiple times in 2024 by her family in Lake Elsinore. Her body was discovered just a day after her 15th birthday.

The teenager, who weighed 71 pounds and had a “Shhh” tattoo on her finger, had last been seen while still in seventh grade.

Her disappearance had prompted repeated reports to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office earlier this year.

The Tesla was registered to D4Vd, whose legal name is David Anthony Burke. The 20-year-old singer, who rose to prominence through TikTok and previously created Fortnite montage videos on YouTube, had been on tour promoting his album when the investigation unfolded.

He had performed in cities including Boston, Toronto, and Chicago before canceling the remaining dates.

Law enforcement sources say D4vd has been cooperating with investigators. Detectives executed a search warrant at his Hollywood Hills rental home, located just north of Sunset Boulevard, where they seized electronics and other devices. D4vd has since moved out and terminated his lease.

Police have not determined a cause of death or publicly confirmed any direct connection between D4vd and Hernandez.

However, multiple media outlets have reported that the two may have had a romantic relationship.

Hernandez’s brother told the Daily Mail that she met D4vd when she was 11 or 12, and relatives say she began spending time with him as a young teen, raising questions about the nature and timeline of their interactions.

Authorities have not commented on when or how D4vd and Hernandez first met. The investigation remains active as detectives continue to piece together the girl’s final days.

EXCLUSIVE: Damon Dash Declares War On Lawyer, Claudia Jordan With $100 Million Claim – “You’re On Notice”

Damon Dash has launched a $100 million legal salvo against attorney Christopher Brown, putting Claudia Jordan on formal notice and accusing them of conspiring to damage his reputation and derail his film project.

The Hip-Hop entrepreneur issued a demand letter threatening a civil RICO lawsuit, alleging fraud, defamation and interference tied to the movie The List, previously titled Dear Frank.

Dash claims the group worked together to strip him of creative control and ownership of the film.

The letter, which names Jordan, Brown and others, accuses them of perjury, social media defamation and false claims that Dash says contributed to his financial collapse.

Dash is currently in Chapter 7 bankruptcy, with court filings showing over $25 million in liabilities and less than $5,000 in assets.

The legal threat comes after years of courtroom clashes between Damon Dash and Christopher Brown. Brown represented filmmaker Josh Webber, who won an $805,000 jury award for copyright infringement after Dash tried to assert ownership of the film.

Brown’s legal team also filed a defamation suit against Dash in 2020, citing public comments Dash made during interviews and online appearances.

In the defamation suit, Brown claimed Dash called him a “lawyer that made a living helping bad people steal money.” Dash was slow to reply to the lawsuit, resulting in a $4 million default judgment.

Dash’s new demand letter frames the battle as a broader conspiracy. He accuses Claudia Jordan of giving false testimony and making misleading statements about his behavior during the production of The List.

Jordan previously alleged that Dash acted inappropriately on set, which Dash denies, stating that his interactions were professional and aimed at helping her prepare for the role.

According to Dash, the coordinated effort to discredit him and seize control of the film played a direct role in his financial downfall. He claims the legal attacks were designed to exhaust his resources and force him out of the entertainment space.

Despite the mounting legal pressure, Damon Dash has remained vocal and combative. He has accused Brown of using the courts to extort him and has publicly challenged the legitimacy of the lawsuits.

The $100 million demand letter show Dash’s intention to fight back against those he believes have wronged him. The case continues to unfold as Dash attempts to regain control of his career and reputation.

Terence Crawford Traffic Stop Sparks Internal Police Investigation

Terence Crawford was pulled from a vehicle at gunpoint by Omaha police just hours after a parade celebrating his historic boxing win, prompting an internal investigation.

The traffic stop unfolded early Sunday morning, shortly before 1:30 A.M., after officers reported observing a vehicle driving erratically. According to a statement from the Omaha Police Department, the driver was eventually identified as Crawford, who was cited for reckless driving.

A video of the incident, recorded from inside the vehicle, has since circulated on social media. The footage shows officers with guns drawn ordering four occupants out of the car.

One of those passengers was reportedly a member of Crawford’s security team, who was found carrying a legally owned firearm.

Police stated that all individuals in the vehicle were legally permitted to possess firearms. However, officers claimed they spotted a gun on the floorboard near the driver’s seat, which led to the high-alert response.

The traffic stop came just hours after thousands gathered in downtown Omaha to honor Crawford’s recent victory over Canelo Álvarez. With that win, Crawford became the first male boxer in the four-belt era to hold undisputed titles in three separate weight classes.

Omaha Mayor John Ewing and Police Chief Todd Schmaderer acknowledged the incident in a joint statement on Sunday, confirming that the department is launching an internal affairs investigation.

“We are aware of a video circulating on social media regarding a traffic stop involving the newly crowned super middleweight boxing champ,” the statement read.

A spokesperson for the Omaha Police Department told ESPN the video was recorded by someone inside Crawford’s vehicle. The department has not released body camera footage or further details about the officers involved.

Crawford has not publicly commented on the incident as of Monday morning.

EXCLUSIVE: Sir Jinx Accuses T.I.’s Label Of Withholding $800K In “Dope” Money

Sir Jinx is taking legal action against T.I. and his imprint Grand Hustle LLC, claiming the Atlanta rapper’s team owes him more than $800,000 in unpaid royalties for the 2016 track “Dope.”

The Los Angeles-based producer and songwriter, born Anthony Wheaton, filed a federal lawsuit in Pasadena on September 28, 2025, alleging copyright infringement and multiple other violations tied to the release of the song.

According to the complaint, Jinx co-wrote and co-produced “Dope,” which features Marsha Ambrosius and appeared on T.I.’s album The Dime Trap.

The lawsuit claims that Jinx registered the song through his company, Goonz Skwad Music, and was credited for his work, but never received royalty payments or a financial breakdown, despite repeated requests.

In November 2022, his legal team sent a formal demand letter to Grand Hustle, but the issue remained unresolved.

Jinx accuses the label of exploiting the song without proper authorization and profiting from his contributions while refusing to compensate him.

The complaint lists five legal claims: copyright infringement, conversion, breach of good faith, unjust enrichment, and failure to provide accounting.

The suit alleges that Grand Hustle “copied, distributed, and exploited” the song in violation of Jinx’s exclusive rights under federal copyright law. It also alleges the company “acted in bad faith” by withholding payments and retaining earnings derived from his work.

The filing seeks compensatory damages exceeding $800,000, along with statutory damages, restitution, interest, and attorneys’ fees. Jinx is also requesting a full accounting of the profits generated from the song’s release through Universal Music Group.

Sir Jinx, a veteran of West Coast Hip-Hop, rose to prominence in the late 1980s as a member of C.I.A. alongside Ice Cube. He later played a key role in shaping Ice Cube’s early solo albums AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted and Death Certificate, and has produced for artists including Xzibit, Yo-Yo, Too Short, and Kool G Rap.

His collaboration with Dr. Dre on “Dope” marked a rare crossover into Southern Hip-Hop, showcasing his range as a producer. Despite being credited, Jinx says he was left out of the financial equation.

‘Y’all Are Shady’: Man Flying Frontier From San Diego To Vegas Gets Told He Doesn’t Have Seat After Picking One. Then He Tries To Get His Bag

The internet is never short on Frontier Airlines nightmare scenarios, and this TikTok creator just added another to the list. On Sep. 12, Jerrud (@jerrudtoks) went viral after posting a video from the airport gate itself, announcements blaring in the background, as he explained how he was just kicked off his flight without his checked luggage. The video has already pulled in more than 70,000 views.

Jerrud says the drama started before he even got on the plane. He’d booked his seat the night before, but when he went to check his bag due to a promotion that would provide compensation to check your bag instead of carry-on, Frontier staff told him something wild: He didn’t actually have a seat.

“I’m like, wait what are you talking about? I have a seat. I booked this flight,” he explained in the video. “And they’re like yeah, you don’t have a seat. Don’t worry though, the flight won’t be full.”

So, he waited it out while the entire plane boarded. Finally, a boarding pass in hand, he headed down the jet bridge. His bag was loaded, he found his row, and then, there’s a plot twist.

“There’s somebody in my seat. It’s actually a pilot,” Jerrud said. After discussion with the Frontier staff, they told him to wait in the back while they sorted it out. Another unlucky passenger who’d been told the same thing was also standing there. In the end, that guy got the seat. However, Jerrud was escorted right back off the plane.

No Flight, No Seat, But a Bag on Board

From there, things only got worse.

“I’m like dude, my bag’s on this plane. Like what are you going to do with my bag?” Jerrud told the gate agent. She tried to intercept it before departure but came back with the answer no traveler wants to hear: “They already put it on the plane.”

With no flights until the next day, Jerrud pulled up DOT regulations and tried calling customer service. After three dropped calls, he finally got through, only to be told they’d send him an email. “So yeah, they’re sending me an email, but I don’t know what that means,” he admitted.

He ended the video with a request: “Please like so this post is boosted. Thank you.”

So You Got Bumped…Now What?

Nobody books a flight thinking, “Can’t wait to get kicked off this plane.” But if it happens, you need to know your rights. The Department of Transportation (DOT) requires airlines to hand you a written notice breaking down what you’re owed when you’re involuntarily bumped.

Here’s the quick breakdown of your rights: if the airline gets you to your destination within an hour of your original arrival time, you’re out of luck. There’s no cash.

If it takes 1–2 hours (or up to 4 hours internationally), they owe you at least 200% of your one-way fare, which is capped at $1,075.

Miss your destination by more than 2 hours (4 hours internationally), or they don’t rebook you at all? That jumps to 400% of your one-way fare, up to $2,150.

In other words: If they boot you off, don’t just take the L. Make sure you get the bag, too.

Commenters Were Not Shocked

The comments lit up with people who weren’t surprised in the slightest, roasting Frontier’s reputation for being anything but reliable.

“Frontier is actually what people think Spirit is,” one person joked.

“Step one never book with frontier,” another warned.

Someone else even offered a workaround: “Never call. Message them on Facebook. They always answer, and I have always gotten a refund or voucher when I have had a problem.”

Then an airline employee jumped in to spill some behind-the-scenes tea: “As one of *the luggage people* at my airline, I can definitely get go your bag, and have to do it all the time for standby passengers,” they wrote. “If it was gate checked, it’s probably right at the front of the bin anyway. Super easy! We find it, we scan it off, and walk it up or get it rerouted to your new flight! Those agents were just being lazy [weary face emoji] sorry that happened! Hope you found your bag OK!”

Jerrud did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Frontier, however, did weigh in. A spokesperson told us, “I’ve confirmed with our Customer Care team that they are making contact with this individual and ensuring the refund process is expedited.”
