D4vd Swatted Days After Teen’s Body Found in Tesla

D4vd was the target of a swatting hoax at his family’s Hempstead home in Texas just ten days after police discovered the decomposed body of a 15-year-old girl in the trunk of his impounded Tesla in Los Angeles.

On September 18, officers armed with rifles arrived at the residence following a 911 call falsely claiming gunfire, screaming and a possible death at the property. The entire response was captured on police body cameras, showing officers approaching the home with weapons drawn.

The parents of the 20-year-old singer, born David Anthony Burke, answered the door visibly alarmed.

“Someone is messing with us,” his father repeated to officers, while his mother asked them to check the property in case someone was hiding nearby.

Police confirmed the call was a swatting prank, a dangerous tactic where false emergencies are reported to provoke an armed law enforcement response. No arrests were made and no official report was filed.

The hoax came shortly after the Los Angeles Police Department revealed that the body of Celeste Rivas Hernandez had been discovered in the trunk of D4vd‘s Tesla on September 8. The vehicle had been towed from a location where it had been parked for weeks.

“The vehicle had been parked at the location from which it was towed for several weeks, so Ms. Rivas Hernandez may have been deceased for several weeks before the discovery of her body,” the LAPD said in a statement.

Hernandez, who weighed 71 pounds and had wavy black hair, was wearing a tube top, black leggings, a yellow metal chain bracelet and stud earrings at the time of her death, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner.

Investigators have not yet determined how she died. However, police acknowledged there may be “criminal culpability” related to the concealment of her remains.

“The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner has not yet determined the cause or manner of Ms. Rivas Hernandez’s death,” LAPD said. “As such, it remains unclear whether there is any criminal culpability beyond the concealment of her body.”

Hernandez had been reported missing from her Lake Elsinore home earlier this year. Sources told TMZ that D4vd’s friends believed she was 19, though she was actually 15 when her body was found—just one day after her birthday.

D4vd, who rose to prominence on TikTok with tracks like “Romantic Homicide” and “Here With Me,” canceled his U.S. tour on September 19 and paused the release of his deluxe album “Withered.” He has not made any public appearances since vacating his Hollywood Hills residence, which was searched by detectives.

The swatting incident adds another layer of scrutiny to a case already drawing national attention. False emergency calls like these have become a growing concern, especially when tied to high-profile investigations.
A spokesperson for the artist has not responded to requests for comment.

The LAPD continues to investigate the circumstances surrounding Hernandez’s death, which was confirmed on September 8.

BREAKING: Judge Shoots Down Diddy’s Attempt To Have Prostitution Conviction Dropped

Diddy lost a key legal battle Tuesday (September 30) in Manhattan federal court, where a judge refused to toss out two prostitution-related convictions, setting the stage for his sentencing on Friday (October 3) on charges tied to the Mann Act.

The 55-year-old Hip-Hop mogul was found guilty in July of arranging for male sex workers to cross state lines for paid encounters with his girlfriends—violations of the Mann Act, a 1910 federal law originally aimed at curbing sex trafficking.

In previous court filings, Diddy’s lawyers claimed the conviction was unprecedented and an overreach into his personal habits involving “freak offs.”

“This is wildly out of proportion to the conduct at issue—threesomes where fully competent adult men and women voluntarily crossed state lines and had consensual sex with each other, and the defendant made no money from the conduct,” Diddy’s lawyers said in court filings. “We are unaware of any other Mann Act prosecution based on such conduct.”

U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian rejected Diddy’s bid to overturn the convictions, brushing aside his legal team’s argument that the charges were an overreach.

“To any modern reader, the plain meaning of prostitution is sex for sale. Every modern dictionary the Court consulted says the same thing,” Judge Subramanian wrote. “What happened in this case was transportation for prostitution even under Combs’s understanding of the term: Combs transported the escorts (who were financially motivated) and intended for them to engage in prostitution.”

Diddy was acquitted of more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy, which could have carried a life sentence. However, the two Mann Act violations still carry significant weight—up to 20 years in prison.

Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro painted the mogul as a voyeur who enjoyed filming and watching amateur adult content, which she said falls under First Amendment protections.

Prosecutors countered that Diddy reimbursed his ex-girlfriends for arranging the sexual liaisons, making him culpable under federal law.

Testimony from Cassie, Jane Doe and other women played a central role in the case, with prosecutors alleging Diddy financed the encounters through his partners, effectively paying for sex across state lines. The judge agreed.

“First, Combs’s conduct is not protected by the First Amendment. First Amendment protection
applies “only to conduct that is inherently expressive,” Judge Subramanian wrote. “Evidence at trial showed that when Combs filmed, he didn’t typically give notice ahead of time or ask for consent, as a film producer would; and that he masturbated, suggesting that the purpose was his immediate sexual gratification.

“In fact, he sometimes participated in the sexual activities. The evidence showed that Combs ‘and the escort would both … have intercourse’ with Ventura at the same time. And after Ventura or Jane finished having sex with an escort, Combs would have sex with Ventura or Jane, often while the escort’s semen was still on their body. At other times, Ventura would ‘put [the men’s] semen on [Combs], usually on his chest, on his nipples,’” Judge Subramanian said in his opinion.

The ruling solidified the convictions and cleared the path for Diddy’s sentencing.

Federal prosecutors are seeking a sentence of 11 years and 3 months, citing what they describe as violent and coercive behavior. Prosecutors allege Diddy used threats and intimidation against women and showed no remorse.

They are also pushing for the maximum allowable fine, arguing that his wealth and influence should not shield him from full accountability. Prosecutors said the evidence showed “a pattern of abuse” and that Diddy “has not accepted responsibility for his actions.”

Meanwhile, Diddy’s defense team is asking for a drastically reduced sentence. They argue he has already served the equivalent of 14 months in pretrial detention since September 2024.

They are requesting home confinement instead of additional prison time, citing his lack of prior convictions and the nature of the charges he was acquitted on. Judge Subramanian has denied bail several times, citing public safety concerns and the seriousness of the charges.

LeBron James Cuts Off Kai Cenat’s Dreads During Wild Livestream Appearance

LeBron James took a pair of clippers to Kai Cenat’s head during a livestream Monday night (September 30), creating an internet spectacle as the NBA superstar trimmed off the streamer’s signature dreads while thousands watched in real time.

The unexpected barbershop moment unfolded on Cenat’s livestream, where James made a surprise appearance and took on the role of barber. With a steady hand and a grin, James buzzed off a thick lock of Cenat’s hair, prompting a mix of disbelief and excitement from the chat and Cenat himself.

“OHH!!!!!” Cenat screamed as James held up the freshly cut dreadlock like a trophy. “It’s not that bad [laughs].”

The moment quickly went viral across social media, with clips of the cut spreading across Instagram, Twitter (X) and TikTok. The video, originally posted to Cenat’s Instagram, shows James confidently wielding the clippers while Cenat braces for the snip.

James, who’s no stranger to viral moments off the court, appeared relaxed and amused throughout the stream. Cenat, known for his high-energy content and massive online following, had teased the haircut for weeks but few expected the NBA star to be the one to actually do it.

The livestream, which drew in tens of thousands of viewers, was part of Cenat’s ongoing content series where he collaborates with celebrities and influencers. The haircut marked a symbolic moment for Cenat, who had been growing his dreads for years.

No word yet on whether James plans to open a barbershop, but for now, the clipper cameo has already etched itself into internet lore.

The livestream stunt was part of Kai’s highly publicized 30-day subscriber challenge, where the involvement of LeBron James significantly boosted the event’s profile, blending sports celebrity with online streaming culture. Find a shot of the stunt below and video above.

Beanie Sigel Expands From Food Truck To Full Restaurant Venture

Exclusive content alert…

Beanie Sigel and pizza in Philly is what’s happening. The Broad Street Bully is a man we’ve seen evolve over and over. Now, one of the best ever is putting his muscle behind a brand new venture. Beans has already dipped his toes into the food game before with that popular food truck, but now he’s taking things up a notch.

Next month, he and his partners are set to launch SANTUCCI’S ORIGINAL SQUARE PIZZA, an Italian-style restaurant opening in University City. And no, this isn’t just a mom-and-pop corner spot. We’re talking about a full setup with pizza franchise at the forefront, plus amenities that include a proper bar. The inside is still under construction, but from what I hear, it’s shaping up to be a nice addition to the neighborhood.

Now, Beans has never been shy about diversifying. We’ve seen rappers go from mic to mogul, but Sigel sliding into the Italian cuisine lane is wild behavior. Most people would put soul food, cheesesteaks or something else in his lane, but he’s going mainstream. To me, this is genius. Pizza and liquor are recession-proof. Everybody eats pizza and we can say beans got all the bars now. I think there will be more offerings, but I’ll give you more info later.

The bigger question is how much of this venture Beans is really getting his hands on. Will we yell “BEANS!” when he walks into Santucci’s? Will we see him greeting customers like it’s Roc Night? Either way, this move is major…like figgas. It is nice seeing him evolving into a businessman who’s wrapping his hands around non-rap bags.

Support the legends. “Feel It in the Air” will take on a whole new meaning in University City soon.

P.S.—I’m sure he is still rapping, so don’t sleep.

Public Enemy Sends Message To Donald Trump With Jimmy Kimmel Performance

Public Enemy brought a message of solidarity to Brooklyn on Monday night (September 29), during a charged performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, using the stage not just for a medley of hits but to publicly support Jimmy Kimmel amid his ongoing feud with former President Donald Trump and the FCC.

The Hip-Hop pioneers lit up the Brooklyn Academy of Music with a three-song set including “Don’t Believe the Hype,” “The Hits Just Keep on Comin’” and their unmistakable protest anthem “Fight the Power.”

But it was Flavor Flav’s words before the music dropped that drew the loudest reaction.

“Hey yo Jimmy Kimmel, we are Public Enemy and I just want you to know that Public Enemy always got ya back,” Flav shouted, turning to reveal “Fight the Power” emblazoned across the back of his jacket.

The appearance came during a special week of Jimmy Kimmel Live tapings in Brooklyn, as Kimmel continues to deal with fallout from his recent suspension and Trump’s threats of legal action.

Trump lashed out at ABC for reinstating Kimmel’s show, accusing the network of airing “99% positive Democrat GARBAGE” and suggesting it amounted to an illegal campaign contribution.

The suspension followed controversial remarks Kimmel made about conservative figure Charlie Kirk after Kirk’s assassination, which prompted pressure from Trump allies and FCC commissioner Brendan Carr.

Kimmel’s return, however, came with a ratings boost. His comeback episode drew over six million viewers, the biggest audience for his show in a decade—even with some local affiliates refusing to air it.

Meanwhile, Public Enemy continues to make noise on their own terms. In June, the group dropped Black Sky Over the Projects: Apartment 2025 unexpectedly on Bandcamp.

Tyrese Denies He’s On The Run After Vicious Dog Mauling Death

Tyrese Gibson is pushing back against claims he’s dodging law enforcement after his Cane Corsos allegedly mauled a neighbor’s dog to death in Atlanta, insisting he’s not on the run and is working with legal counsel to resolve the situation.

The Grammy-nominated singer and actor is now wanted on an animal cruelty charge in Fulton County after his unleashed dogs allegedly killed a five-year-old King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Henry on September 18.

Surveillance footage reportedly shows Gibson’s four large dogs wandering the neighborhood and scratching at a neighbor’s door shortly before the incident. Authorities say they had warned Gibson multiple times about his dogs roaming freely.

According to Fulton County Police Animal Services Captain Nicole Dwyer, there were five separate complaints in the 10 days leading up to the fatal attack.

“It is the negligence on his part as the homeowner and animal owner, just letting them roam free,” Dwyer said. “And now they have killed an innocent animal.”

After initially agreeing to surrender his dogs on September 22, Gibson allegedly asked for more time when officers arrived. He was told that a search warrant would be issued if he didn’t comply.

When police returned, neither Gibson nor the dogs were at the property. The arrest warrant remains active as of this week. But Gibson, speaking through a representative, says the narrative being pushed is misleading.

In a statement shared by Loren Lorosa of The Breakfast Club, the entertainer said he is currently in Los Angeles with his family and legal team.

“Tyrese wants everyone to know he is not on the run,” his representative said. “He says he’s in LA with his family and his attorneys are working to figure this all out. Tyrese says — if there was a demand for him to turn himself in on a certain day / time he would but he claims that’s not the case.”

His legal team confirmed Gibson was not in Atlanta when the incident happened but acknowledged his responsibility.

“Mr. Tyrese Gibson wishes to extend his deepest condolences to the family who lost their beloved dog in this tragic incident,” the statement continued. “His heart is truly broken, and he has been praying for the family constantly, hoping they may one day find it in their hearts to forgive him.”

Gibson’s attorneys say he took immediate action once he learned what happened.

“Mr. Gibson was out of town when the incident occurred, but he accepts full responsibility for his dogs,” the statement read. “As soon as he learned what had happened, he immediately made the incredibly difficult decision to rehome his two adult dogs and their three puppies in safe and loving homes. The liability of keeping them was simply too great, and his heart could not bear the thought of anything like this ever happening again.”

Fulton County officials confirmed the arrest warrant remains active as of Monday.

‘Me watching this with a spine tattoo and my due date is Wednesday’: Texas woman gets a back tattoo. Then she gets pregnant—and her doctor steps in to warn her

TikToker KJ (@kjnicole1223) is viral with a public service announcement for moms-to-be and anyone planning on it with spine tattoos: you might run into problems when it’s time for an epidural. In her Sep. 22 video, she warned people about why they should avoid getting tatted on the “epidural spot.”

In the short 26-second clip, KJ shared a story from when she was giving birth a couple of years ago. As she was prepping for her epidural, the anesthesiologist mentioned how lucky she was not to have a tattoo running too far down her spine.

“Because then he wouldn’t have been able to give me the epidural because there’s a chance that the ink could leak into the spinal cord,” she explained.

The comment caught KJ off guard, admitting she had never heard anything like that before, which is why she decided to pass the warning along.

“I just thought that’s valuable information that I didn’t know about at all,” she added. “Just so you know.”

Are Epidurals Safe If You Have a Spine Tattoo?

The concern about pregnancy and tattoos isn’t completely out of left field. Medical researchers have studied whether tattoos can complicate things when it comes to spinal or epidural anesthesia. In a study released in March, researchers found that tattoos in the lower back area can indeed lead to complications, “including infections, allergic reactions, and skin lesions.” This is due to the possibility of tattoo pigments being introduced into the spinal canal.

But having ink on your spine doesn’t automatically mean you can’t get an epidural. It does mean is that your anesthesiologist might need to adjust their technique depending on the placement of the tattoo and how much coverage you have. As the study put it, “Anesthesia providers should be aware of the possible complications and adapt their practices accordingly.”

It’s also explained that more studies are needed to really understand how tattoos affect anesthesia safety long-term.

Moral of the story: Speak with your medical provider if you have concerns. Your anesthesiologist knows the risks. If adjustments are needed, they’ll make them.

The Comment Section Is Divided

The comment section lit up, with people quick to weigh in. While many thanked KJ for sharing the info, others dropped their own experiences with tattoos and epidurals. Even a few weren’t buying it at all.

“That’s… not how tattoos work [skull emoji],” one commenter wrote.

“Fact checked: Not true. Only concern is if it’s fresh ink,” another added.

“Girl, I’m getting my spine tattooed as we speak. So I’m just gonna tell myself that he’s a liar,” one joked.

“I have a huge spine tattoo and got [an] epidural with both of my babies,” someone else shared. “Not sure how accurate this is.”

Another chimed in with what their doctor said: “Just wanted to spread some light I’ve had two kids and two epidural. You can have a back tattoo and get an epidural it just has to be at least 2 years old to do so. At least that is what my anesthesiologist told me.”

KJ did not immediately respond to our request for comment.

@kjnicole1223

Not enough people know this…. It’s important tho. Just get your spine tatted anywhere BUT the epidural spot 😀

Latto Finally Addresses 21 Savage Relationship After Years Of Rumors

Latto finally put the whispers to rest in New York City this week when she confirmed she’s romantically involved with fellow Atlanta rapper 21 Savage, calling him her “husband” and repeating “My man, my man, my man, my man.”

The admission came during a quick sidewalk chat with TMZ Hip Hop on Monday as she headed to dinner.

When asked what she was up to, Latto responded, “To go have this dinner with my husband.” The reporter followed up by asking if she was tired of people asking about her rumored relationship with 21 Savage. She didn’t hesitate.

“No,” she said, then doubled down: “My man, my man, my man, my man.”

That brief but direct exchange ended years of speculation surrounding the two chart-topping artists.

Though neither had publicly confirmed the relationship before, fans have long pieced together clues from social media posts, coordinated vacations and subtle nods in interviews.

Talk of a romance between the two first surfaced around 2020. Despite the chatter, both artists kept their personal lives quiet while continuing to build their careers.

Over the summer, blurry vacation photos of the pair on a tropical island reignited buzz. Locals at the resort reportedly confirmed their presence, and the images quickly made the rounds online.

Still, neither Latto nor 21 Savage addressed the rumors—until now.

Latto’s confirmation marks the first time either artist has publicly acknowledged the relationship, which insiders say has lasted around four to five years.

EXCLUSIVE: Rod Wave Sued For $27 Million, Stiffing Promoter To Fly On Jets, Buy Houses

Rod Wave is being sued for $27 million after a concert promoter accused the Hip-Hop artist of breaching a multimillion-dollar tour deal and blowing the money on luxury travel and real estate instead of fulfilling his obligations.

According to a federal lawsuit filed by Grizzly Touring, the Florida rapper allegedly pocketed tens of millions in advance payments but failed to complete the agreed number of performances on his “Last Lap” tour.

The company claims it fronted more than $57 million to cover his fees, production costs, insurance and other expenses, but Rod Wave only delivered 26 of the 35 contracted shows.

“[Rod Wave] refuses to pay Grizzly a single penny of the more than $27 million he owes, and was required to pay in the first instance, and has instead chosen to spend his advance on private jets and lavish second homes,” said Grizzly’s attorney, Pravin Patel.

The lawsuit centers on an amended agreement signed in February 2024, which guaranteed Rod Wave $40.25 million for the entire tour. Grizzly says the artist earned $29.9 million from the shows he did complete, but then abruptly pulled out of the remaining dates and refused to return the unearned portion of the advance.

The tour kicked off in October 2024 and was initially scheduled to wrap by December. However, delays emerged due to what Grizzly describes as production issues, including difficulties with setting up and tearing down elaborate stage equipment.

The company states that those problems were Rod Wave’s responsibility, as he had signed off on all routing and dates in advance.

Grizzly claims it worked to reschedule the impacted shows, but continued to absorb costs for venues and crew, even as the tour stalled. Then, according to the lawsuit, Rod Wave announced plans to promote his own concerts through a separate company, directly violating an exclusivity clause in his contract with Grizzly.

[Rod Wave] has made unfortunate statements about Grizzly, falsely claiming that some of the Shows during the Last Lap tour were cancelled or rescheduled as a result of poor scheduling and routing by Grizzly, which is simply not true,” Patel said.

Grizzly says it sent multiple demand letters to Rod Wave and his company, Hit House Entertainment Inc., over the summer, but received no repayment and no cooperation. Rod Wave’s legal team has reportedly argued that the contract is no longer valid, citing what they claim were “unilateral” and “last-minute” changes to the tour schedule.

The promoter is now seeking a federal judge’s approval to award more than $27 million in damages, as well as additional compensation for lost profits and legal fees.

Grizzly is also seeking a court order to block Rod Wave from launching any new tours without their involvement, citing concerns about long-term harm to their business.

Young Thug Admits His Pain Over Gunna Friendship Breakdown

Young Thug laid bare his feelings about Gunna during a raw moment on the “It’s Up There Podcast,” revealing that their friendship crumbled after the YSL RICO case split them apart.

“I’m not gonna be able to look at [Gunna] the same no matter what,” Thug said during the interview released Monday (September 29). “We can go get a trillion dollars together. I’m not gonna be able to look at you the way I looked at you before we went to jail.”

The Atlanta rapper, who was once inseparable from Gunna, said their relationship took a permanent hit after Gunna accepted an Alford plea in December 2022.

That deal got Gunna out of jail but required him to acknowledge that YSL was a gang. Thug, meanwhile, stayed locked up until October 2024, when he reached his own plea agreement.

“I love you to death,” Thug said. |I know you love me. We love each other to death, but we just going our own ways.”

Both artists were swept up in a 2022 RICO indictment that named 28 individuals tied to YSL, which prosecutors claimed was a hybrid of a record label and street gang. The case dragged on for nearly two years and became one of the longest criminal trials in Georgia history.

“The only reason why I’m looking at it like some b####### is because you my brother,” Thug added. “On top of that, you my man, you my best friend.”

While Thug said he holds no resentment, he admitted that Gunna’s decision felt like a betrayal of their bond.

“It ain’t even no sense for you to trying to be back cool with me because we gonna be around each other and it’s gonna be weird,” he said. “The dap-up gonna be different, everythin gon’ be different ’cause I already look at it like a different situation.”

Thug made it clear he’s not rooting against Gunna’s success. “I still want you to eat, just not at my table,” he said.

The tension was evident on Thug’s latest album, UY SCUTI, released September 26.

The project features heavyweights like Travis Scott, Cardi B and Future—but Gunna’s name is nowhere to be found.

“If I be around [you] and be happy and pretend, I’mma just feel like a f### n####,” Thug said. “I’mma feel like not a real person. I gotta be real, bruh.”

Thug’s legal saga ended with a guilty plea to six charges, including drug possession and gang activity, in October 2024.

EXCLUSIVE: Sir Jinx Takes T.I. To Court Over “Dope” Profits

Lawsuit Filed in Pasadena Over Unpaid Music Royalties

Sir Jinx filed a federal lawsuit in Pasadena accusing T.I.’s label Grand Hustle LLC of failing to pay more than $800,000 in royalties for the 2016 track “Dope.” The Los Angeles producer says he co-wrote and co-produced the song but never received a cent.

The complaint, filed on September 28, 2025, claims Grand Hustle violated copyright law and several other statutes by distributing and profiting from the track without providing Jinx with proper compensation or accounting.

Jinx Says He Was Credited But Never Paid

According to the filing, Jinx—born Anthony Wheaton—registered the song through his company Goonz Skwad Music and was listed as a co-creator. “Dope,” which features Marsha Ambrosius, appeared on T.I.’s album The Dime Trap and was promoted as a collaboration with Dr. Dre.

Despite being credited, Jinx claims he never received royalty payments or financial disclosures. His legal team sent a formal demand letter to Grand Hustle in November 2022, but the label allegedly ignored it.

The lawsuit outlines five causes of action: copyright infringement, conversion, breach of good faith, unjust enrichment, and failure to provide accounting. The complaint accuses Grand Hustle of exploiting the track without authorization and benefiting from Jinx’s contributions while withholding his share of the revenue.

The suit states the label “copied, distributed, and exploited” the song in violation of his exclusive rights under federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. 106). It also alleges the company “acted in bad faith” by keeping the profits and refusing to pay.

Damages Sought Exceed $800,000

Jinx is asking the court to award him more than $800,000 in compensatory damages, along with statutory damages, restitution, interest, and attorneys’ fees. He also wants a full accounting of profits earned from the song’s release, which was distributed through Universal Music Group.

West Coast Hip-Hop Veteran Crossed Into Southern Sound

A longtime figure in West Coast Hip-Hop, Jinx rose to prominence in the late 1980s as part of C.I.A. with Ice Cube. He later helped craft Ice Cube’s early solo projects AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted and Death Certificate and has produced for Xzibit, Yo-Yo, Too Short, and Kool G Rap.

His work on “Dope” marked a rare foray into Southern Hip-Hop, but Jinx says he was ultimately excluded from the financial rewards.

As of now, Grand Hustle has not responded to the lawsuit in U.S. District Court.

Cardi B Threatens Ice Spice, Disses Latto In Leaked Phone Rant Amid Nicki Minaj Feud

Cardi B unleashed a profanity-laced tirade threatening to put hands on Ice Spice in a leaked phone call shared by JT, escalating an already messy online war involving Nicki Minaj and other rap heavyweights.

The explosive audio, seemingly recorded last July, surfaced after JT posted it on social media following a heated exchange between Cardi and Minaj on Monday (September 30).

The Bronx rapper can be heard yelling at multiple people on the call, allegedly including someone from Ice Spice’s camp.

“I’m not Latto,” Cardi says in the clip, adding “I’m a beat her the f### up. I’m a knock her the f### out.”

She also threatened Ice Spice’s rumored boyfriend and producer, Riot. “I’m a get Riot beat up by my n#####,” she said. “You think I’m f###### p####-ass Latto?”

The call appears to have taken place the same day Ice Spice visited the Empire State Building to promote her Y2K! album, which dropped July 26, 2024.

That project included the track “BB Belt,” which leaked the day before and was widely interpreted as a diss aimed at Cardi.

At the time Cardi appeared to respond to Ice Spice, tweeting, “These b###### have absolutely lost their mind… I’m getting all my lick backs on my album tho …ON EACH ONE OF YOU B###### !!!”

Cardi B Vows To Put Hands On Ice Spice Whenever They Cross Paths

The post appears to have been made on the same day as the leaked recording of Cardi B threatening Ice Spice.

“Y’all know exactly what the f### the b#### said,” Cardi shouted during the call. “Put her on the phone right now.”

When someone mentioned Ice Spice was about to do an “Empire State joint,” Cardi snapped. “She in New York? Tell her link up. Where y’all at?”

She continued pressing for Ice Spice’s location, threatening violence at any future public appearance.

“Y’all wanna f###### act stupid,” Cardi raged. “N#### think I’m Latto? You think I’m Nicki? I’ll beat you the f### up, all y’all. I’m a beat her ass. I’m a beat her. Any red carpet, any f###### show I see her at, any f###### event, I’m a f###### beat her.”

Cardi also claimed she had no prior issue with Ice Spice but changed her stance after recent events.

“I’m a beat her the f### up,” she added. “Y’all n##### think I’m playing. I’m a show you.”

JT, who had her own spat with Cardi after being dissed on the track “Magnet,” chimed in on X with a series of mocking posts. “lol that b#### home ugly & mad no celebration!” she wrote. “I would’ve been break dancing right now if I was #1 but she know she lied!!!!!”

The tension between Cardi and Ice Spice has been brewing for over a year.

Ironically, just weeks ago, Ice Spice publicly praised Cardi during an interview with Keke Palmer.

“I feel like Cardi B definitely brought back that hope [that] girls could rap,” she said. “Because for a long time, Nicki [Minaj] seemed so unattainable.”

‘I’m Glad I’m Not As Chopped In Real Life’: Livvy Dunne Goes Into Bathroom Stall At Restaurant. Then She Overhears 2 Girls Talking About Her

Sometimes your haters can’t help but be your biggest fans. Nobody knows that better than influencer and former gymnast Olivia Dunne (@livvy).

In her latest viral TikTok, Dunne dropped a storytime about overhearing a bathroom conversation, only to realize they were talking trash about her. Posted on Sep. 18, the video has already pulled in over 1.4 million views

When Haters Act Like Fans

It went down in the bathroom during date night with boyfriend, Pittsburgh Pirates pitcher Paul Skenes. She explained that after sitting down for dinner, she went to the restroom and entered the last open stall. That’s when she overheard two girls in the other stalls talking.

“They’re like, ‘Did you see that Livvy Dunne is here? Like, what is she even doing here?’” Dunne said. “So then I stop what I’m doing and I try to listen a little closer. One of them goes, ‘Like honestly, I thought she’d be more chopped in real life.’”

Being a little messy, Dunne decided to stir the pot.

“So then naturally, I chimed in and I was like, ‘Oh my god, I heard Livvy Dunne is the worst,’” she laughed.

Clueless that they were talking to Dunne, the girls kept pressing…until she walked out of the stall and everybody was on mute.

“I think I heard literal crickets,” she joked.

The awkward silence didn’t last long, though. The same girls hit Dunne with an unexpected request.

“Then they asked me for a photo and I took it,” Dunne said.

In the end, she laughed off the entire situation, joking that she was just glad she’s “not as chopped in real life.”

Fans React to Dunne’s Viral Storytime

The comments section lit up with people applauding Dunne for keeping it classy and laughing at the fact that even her haters still wanted a selfie.

“The fact that you joined them on the hate [skull emoji],” one commenter wrote.

“Our generation is so unserious, trash talking through the stalls and then ‘OMG selfie!’ Like gtfoh [face with tears of joy emoji],” another said.

“Responded to criticism with class! Great example for everyone to follow,” someone else added.

Adding fuel to the chaos, one commenter even pretended to be the bathroom culprit, posting, “It was me and my friend I’m so sorry. We love you now! Thanks for the pic” with a photo as proof.

But not everyone bought it.

“People still thinking you’re the culprit,” someone replied.

“Seen as tho you’re friends with her sister it seems highly unlikely [face with tears of joy emoji][face with tears of joy emoji],” another said.

Dunne didn’t immediately respond to our request for comment.

Kim Kardashian Crushes Ray J’s RICO Accusations With Legal Threats

Kim Kardashian responded swiftly after Ray J claimed during a livestream that she and her mother Kris Jenner are under federal investigation for racketeering. Her attorney, Alex Spiro, called the remarks “false and defamatory” and warned that repeating them could lead to legal consequences.

“There is no credible evidence whatsoever to support Ray J’s accusations,” Spiro said in a statement. He added that no law enforcement agency has contacted Kardashian or her family about any criminal matter.

During a September 2025 livestream with Chrisean Rock, Ray J alleged that federal authorities were preparing a RICO case against Kardashian and Jenner. “The federal RICO I’m about to drop on Kris and Kim is about to be crazy… the feds is coming. There’s nothing I can do about it. It’s worse than Diddy,” he said, referencing the ongoing federal investigation involving Sean “Diddy” Combs.

Ray J also claimed he was cooperating with federal agents, though he offered no documentation or supporting evidence.

Kardashian Attorney Warns Media Outlets

Spiro urged news platforms to delete any content repeating Ray J’s statements, warning that publishing such claims could qualify as “defamation per se” under California law. He emphasized that the Kardashian family has not been approached by any federal agency regarding criminal activity.

The legal team’s response came as Ray J’s comments circulated widely online. In the livestream and follow-up posts, Ray J encouraged those close to Kardashian to “warn her” about the alleged investigation.

No Federal Charges or Investigations Confirmed

Despite the online speculation, no official documents or credible sources have confirmed any federal probe involving Kardashian, Jenner or any member of their family. As of October 2025, there are no known criminal investigations or charges pending against them.

Kardashian has not personally addressed the claims, but her legal team made its position clear: the accusations are baseless and legally actionable.

Cassie Ventura Fears “Swift Retribution” If Diddy Walks Free At Upcoming Sentencing

Cassie Ventura said she fears “swift retribution” from Sean “Diddy” Combs in a blistering three-page victim impact statement submitted to a federal judge ahead of the music mogul’s sentencing, warning that if he walks free, she fears swift retaliation.

The letter, filed Monday (September 29) in U.S. District Court, accompanied a request from prosecutors urging Judge Arun Subramanian to hand Combs a minimum sentence of 11 years and three months.

Combs is set to be sentenced Friday (October 3), after being convicted of two counts of transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.

“I am so scared that if he walks free, his first actions will be swift retribution towards me and others who spoke up about his abuse at trial,” Ventura wrote in the letter, per Rolling Stone.

Ventura’s statement recounts what she described as more than a decade of abuse, beginning when she was 19.

She testified that Combs used physical violence, threats, drugs and manipulation to control her both personally and professionally.

“For four days in May, while nine months pregnant with my son, I testified in front of a packed courtroom about the most traumatic and horrifying chapter in my life,” she wrote. “He groomed me into performing repeated sex acts with hired male sex workers during multi-day’ freak-offs,’ which occurred nearly weekly.”

She alleged she was forced to wear specific outfits and consume drugs and alcohol during these encounters “so he could control me like a puppet,” she wrote.

Ventura also described repeated physical assaults. “Over the nearly eleven years we were together, Sean Combs would hit me, punch me, stomp on my face, pull my hair, and throw my body to the ground and against the wall,” she stated.

Combs’ legal issues escalated in November 2023 when Ventura filed a civil lawsuit accusing him of abuse.

The case drew national attention after CNN released surveillance footage showing Combs assaulting Ventura in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016.

During the eight-week trial, jurors convicted Combs of transporting male escorts for sex but cleared him of racketeering and sex trafficking charges involving Ventura and another woman who testified under a pseudonym.

Ventura expressed disappointment with the jury’s decision. “While the jury did not seem to understand or believe that I engaged in freak-offs because of the force and coercion the defendant used against me, I know that is the truth,” she wrote.

She urged the court to impose a sentence that reflects the harm she endured. “His sentence should reflect the reality of the evidence and my lived experience as a victim.”

She also pushed back against the defense’s portrayal of their relationship. “While the defense attorneys at trial suggested that my time with Combs was akin to a ‘great modern love story,’ nothing could be further from the truth,” she wrote.

Ventura rejected the idea that Combs has changed or is now committed to helping others. “This disgusts me,” she wrote. “He is not being truthful. I know that who he was to me—the manipulator, the aggressor, the abuser, the trafficker—is who he is as a human.”

She revealed that the trauma led to substance abuse and suicidal thoughts, crediting her family for intervening and helping her seek treatment.

Ventura’s letter arrives as prosecutors press for a sentence of at least 135 months (11 years and 3 months) along with a $500,000 fine, arguing Combs’ crimes demand accountability.

Defense attorneys, by contrast, have urged the court to impose just 14 months, citing his time already served, his reported sobriety, and claims of mentoring fellow inmates.

The decision now rests with Judge Arun Subramanian, who will weigh Ventura’s harrowing testimony against the sharply divided sentencing recommendations when Combs appears in Manhattan federal court on Friday (October 3).

‘A Girl Can’t Even Finish Using the Bathroom’: Miami Woman Orders Uber Eats. Then She Takes A Look At Her Security Camera

A woman got her food delivered by Uber Eats only for it to be ripped away moments later.

In a video with more than 3.2 million views, Miami-based TikTok creator Dulce Lopez posted doorbell camera footage showing a recent Uber Eats order that she never received.

The clip shows the delivery driver taking a photo of the food to confirm the drop-off, leaving it at the door for less than a minute, and then running back to grab it.

“I stopped using Uber Eats because they refused to refund me for this,” Lopez wrote in the video’s caption.

In her description, Lopez said she has since switched to DoorDash after Uber declined to credit her account.

Are There Any Consequences For Uber Drivers Stealing Food?

According to Reddit posts, media reports, and Uber Eats’ own policies, the consequences for drivers depend on the situation. Uber Eats frequently tells customers their meals have been refunded and sometimes offers credits. But the company rarely confirms whether it removes drivers accused of theft.

In one case reported by the Daily Dot, Uber Eats refunded a customer’s stolen meal but did not answer their question about whether the driver was banned. The outlet noted that using the platform “seems like Uber Eats these days is a Russian roulette.” This raises concerns about how thoroughly drivers are vetted.

The Daily Mail reported a similar case in Australia. In that situation, a customer said their order from Betty’s Burgers was taken by the driver.

Complaints about the company’s customer service and driver accountability are widespread. Some drivers with low satisfaction scores remain active on the app despite repeated offenses, as pointed out by the Daily Dot

Why Didn’t Uber Eats Credit Lopez?

In many theft cases, Uber Eats has refunded customers. Lopez’s situation appears different. She alleges Uber refused to refund her despite video evidence of the driver taking the food.

Refunds often come down to how a customer’s complaint is reviewed. If Uber Eats does not find evidence compelling or if the account has had multiple prior refund requests, the company may deny compensation.

Uber Eats Customers Offer Suggestions

Commenters on Lopez’s post suggested ways to handle the situation. Some recommended filing a chargeback with her credit card company.

Others encouraged her to call the non-emergency police line and report the incident as theft, providing both the video and order details. “Watch how quickly Uber will refund,” one wrote.

Several users said they switched to competitors such as DoorDash after repeated issues. One commenter noted Uber Eats refused further refunds after claiming they had used “too many,” even though the customer argued missing drinks and items were the company’s fault.

AllHipHop has reached out to Uber via email and Lopez via TikTok direct message. We’ll let you know if they respond.

Diddy Could Spend Decade In Prison As Prosecutors Push For 11-Year Sentence

Sean “Diddy” Combs could spend more than a decade in federal prison after prosecutors asked a Manhattan judge to hand down an 11-year sentence tied to his conviction on prostitution-related charges.

The embattled Hip-Hop mogul, who was found guilty in July of transporting male sex workers across state lines for drug-fueled sexual performances, is set to be sentenced Friday (October 3) by U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian.

According to court documents cited by Reuters, prosecutors are pushing for “at least 135 months’ imprisonment” and a $500,000 fine.

The sentencing recommendation caps off a stunning downfall for the Bad Boy Records founder, once considered one of the most powerful figures in music.

Diddy was acquitted of the most severe charges—racketeering and sex trafficking—which carried the possibility of life in prison. Still, the jury convicted him on two federal counts tied to transporting men for sex acts involving his former girlfriends.

During the trial, prosecutors described disturbing scenes, alleging Diddy orchestrated so-called “Freak Offs,” where he directed and filmed the encounters while using drugs. Two ex-girlfriends testified that Diddy physically assaulted them and threatened to cut off their financial support if they refused to participate.

Defense attorneys argued Diddy should serve no more than 14 months, claiming the court should disregard the abuse allegations since jurors cleared him of coercion.

If the judge agrees, Diddy could walk free by the end of the year thanks to time served at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center following his September 2024 arrest.

The final decision now rests with Judge Subramanian, who will weigh both sides during Friday’s hearing in Manhattan federal court.

Should You Actually Bother To Check Out Of Hotels? Oklahoma Travel Agent Reveals Whether You Should

A travel agent shared her perspective on whether or not you should check out of a hotel when you’re leaving. In a video on TikTok with over 107,000 views, Shay Martin (@jettotravel) discussed the question: Should you check out or Irish goodbye?

Do people normally check out of hotels?

An article from Today explored the same topic, ultimately concluding that travelers should probably check out before leaving the premises.

Many people think that checking out early is a courtesy, as it can give the hotel the opportunity to start cleaning a room earlier. If the front desk know that the room’s empty, it gives the hotel leeway to get more work done sooner, letting them pay more attention to room cleanings.

Commenters had mixed feelings about whether or not a check out is necessary. One person said it’s “not necessary in 2025,” as hotels have moved to digital room keys.

Other people disagreed, including those who work in the industry. “Front desk agent here!” one comment said, “Please stop by the front desk and let us know. Also, please ask for the bill and review it. [It is] easier to make billing adjustments while you are still at the hotel.”

On a separate video posted by @the.s###.chat, a commenter agreed with the sentiment, saying, “As a former housekeeper, it makes our jobs a lot easier if you’re polite and let someone know.”

Martin’s take: It’s a courtesy, but worth doing

“ My take is [that] it’s a personal preference as long as you’re checking out on time, but let me tell you why.”

Martin explained that checking out of a hotel is just a courtesy to the hotel for the most part, and not something that a customer is obligated to do.

“ If you’re leaving the hotel at 5:00 a.m. because your flight’s at [7:00 a.m.], checkout’s not till 11 a.m., and you don’t tell anybody, then they’re not gonna start cleaning your room till 11 a.m.,” she shared. “ So it’s just like a nice thing to do, [because] some hotels just don’t even do anything with that information.”

She did clarify that if you’ve damaged your room in any way, you should probably chat with the hotel clerk to straighten it out before leaving. It’s easier to discuss potential room charges in-person than over the phone, and more than a courtesy to do so.

She also added while speaking to Today: “Ultimately, I think checking out is a personal preference. It only becomes an issue, in my opinion, if you are disrespecting the check-out time entirely.”

AllHipHop has reached out to Martin for more clarification on her perspective. We’ll let you know if she responds back.

@jettotravel I did an interview about this topic earlier this summer. There’s some controversy on whether or not this is a requirement and my opinion is it depends on your circumstance! #hotel #etiquette #travel #traveltip #travelagent ♬ original sound – Shay | Travel Agent

Cardi B Drags Nicki Minaj’s Husband & Brother As Rap Beef Erupts With Brutal Insults

Nicki Minaj reignited her long-running feud with Cardi B on Monday (September 29) by questioning the chart-topping success of Cardi’s new album and dragging her personal life into the crossfire.

The Hip-Hop heavyweights exchanged a barrage of insults across social media, with Minaj disputing the reported 200,000-plus units sold of Cardi’s “AM I THE DRAMA?” and mocking everything from her rap skills to her appearance.

Minaj didn’t hold back, suggesting Cardi underwent surgery to resemble her and even took a jab at the father of Cardi’s unborn child, NFL player Stefon Diggs, by implying he’s bisexual.

Minaj compared Cardi’s music to a children’s cartoon, dubbing her “Barney B,” and posted cryptic messages on social media.

“To every enabler: Never provoke a writer while they’re [writing],” she tweeted. “You joined the game as a willing participant. Don’t try to back out now.”

She also teased her own album release with the date “3.27.26” and took aim at JAY-Z and Roc Nation, writing, “You failed. Let the reindeer games begin. We #WinAgain.”

Cardi B Targets Nicki Minaj, Calls Out Comparisons

Cardi didn’t stay quiet. She fired off a string of responses, calling Minaj “Cocaine Barbie” and writing, “You must’ve missed me, huh crazy?? Now kiss my feet.”

She added, “The power I have.. make these btches come out of rehab everytime.”

Cardi also dragged Minaj’s husband, Kenneth Petty, and her brother, both of whom have criminal convictions related to sex offenses.

She continued, “Why you keep bringing up my album?? It’s not the gag that you think it is..You been in the game like 16 years.. you need to compare yourself to YOUR peers that started around YOUR time. Rihanna, Taylor swift, Drake…those are the numbers you need to be competing wit and you can’t cuz you doing lower than all of them… I was in high school when you came out wtf is you comparing yourself to me for???”

Cardi also addressed Minaj’s repeated comments about her pregnancy, writing, “Alright now this the third tweet talkin about my pregnancy… like you wasn’t going to different fertility doctors cuz you couldn’t reproduce from all them percs scrambling your eggs. NOT ALLEGEDLY…Lord protect my babies.”

The two rappers have a long and public history of beef, dating back years, including a physical altercation at New York Fashion Week in 2018.

Trump Doubles Down On Portland After Ice Cube’s Bus Was Set On Fire

Federal Troops Deployed to Portland

Donald Trump ordered federal troops to Portland, Oregon, as local officials continue investigating a fire that damaged Ice Cube’s tour bus shortly after his concert in the city.

In a message posted Saturday on Truth Social, Trump stated, “I am directing Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to provide all necessary Troops to protect War ravaged Portland, and any of our ICE Facilities under siege from attack by Antifa, and other domestic terrorists. I am also authorizing Full Force, if necessary.”

The move follows heightened tensions in the city and echoes Trump’s 2020 deployment of federal officers during protests that drew national scrutiny.

Ice Cube’s Bus Caught Fire Downtown

Portland Fire & Rescue is still reviewing the cause of the blaze that ignited Tuesday night on the front passenger-side tire of Ice Cube’s chartered bus. The vehicle was parked near Southwest Broadway and Oak Street when the fire broke out, according to fire department spokesperson Rick Graves.

The 56-year-old Hip-Hop artist had just finished performing at the Moda Center as part of his Truth to Power tour. Through a representative, Ice Cube addressed the incident, saying, “I’m not taking this incident as a personal attack. A coward like that would burn anybody’s property that was out there at the time.”

As of Saturday, officials have not announced any suspects or motives.

Trump’s Comments Escalate Tensions

Trump’s remarks this week suggest a more aggressive stance toward Portland. On Thursday, he told reporters, “We’re going to get out there and we’re going to do a pretty big number on those people in Portland,” referring to “professional agitators and anarchists.”

He has consistently portrayed the city in grim terms, once describing it as “like living in hell.” Earlier this week, he signed an executive order labeling antifa a domestic terrorist organization.

Local Officials Push Back

Portland Mayor Keith Wilson rejected the federal intervention, saying, “I have not asked for – and do not need – federal intervention.”

Oregon lawmakers have also raised concerns about immigration enforcement practices in the state. Rep. Suzanne Bonamici said Friday, “ICE has said they’re targeting people for arrest and detainment who have committed crimes. That’s what they told us. But that’s not what we are seeing.”

The Department of War has not confirmed whether the deployment will involve National Guard units or active-duty military forces, according to BBC News.

Investigation Still Ongoing

Portland Fire & Rescue has not released any new findings related to the tour bus fire as of Saturday. Ice Cube has continued his tour without further reported incidents.
