Metro Boomin Dubbed “Metro Groomin” Over Shocking Unearthed Tweets

Metro Boomin is catching heat online after fans dredged up the producer’s old tweets amid the ongoing beef between Drake and Kendrick Lamar.

After Metro kicked off the lyrical warfare with Future and K. Dot on We Don’t Trust You cut “Like That,” the warring duo engaged in mudslinging back and forth on multiple diss tracks with salacious accusations flying back and forth.

However, Metro Boomin found himself under the microscope after social media sleuths scanned his old tweets.

“Metro Groomin,” began trending on X (formerly Twitter) on Monday evening (May 6), as users saved and shared the posts, many of which were problematic, to say the least.

One compilation of such tweets includes Metro Boomin making statements including, “she might be young but she ready,” and “I’m tryna tell [one of my friends] that age ain’t nothing but a number.”

Many of the tweets date from between 2011 and 2014, when the 30-year-old producer was between 17 and 20 years old.

Other posts include song lyrics referencing drugging girls with Molly, while a string of tweets from 2010 lays out a list of 10 rules. They include “No Means Blow,” and “Commin 2 my hotel ya gotta blow, 1, 2, 3, and maybe 4.”

In another tweet, Metro wrote, “That’s that r Kelly trapped in the closet s###,” in response to a photo of a female friend with a toddler. Another since-deleted post sees Metro tweet about “walking through the grocery store with both hands in my pockets like a true pedophile.”

Gunna Fans Make Balcony Tremble Going Crazy For ”Fukumean” At Detroit Concert

Gunna’s performance of “Fukumean” had Detroit fans so hyped they had the balcony jumping at his Detroit show.

The ” Wassam” hitmaker almost gave a new meaning to the phrase “bring the house down,” at the Detroit stop of his Bittersweet Tour at the historic Fox Theatre Monday night (May 6). Fans lost their minds when Gunna played his hit song, “Fukumean.” The top row had the entire balcony of the nearly one-hundred-year-old building rocking precariously to the beat.

Gunna shared a clip of the trembling balcony on Instagram. He was clearly feeling the heat, captioning his post with a grinning face with a sweat emoji.

Meanwhile, it was Flo Milli feeling the pressure on her first night opening Gunna’s tour last weekend. She was forced to walk offstage after the crowd hurled objects at her at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio.

“B#### when I catch you…I swear to f###### God,” Flo said as she ended her set early.

After the show, Gunna took to X (formerly Twitter) to condemn the rowdy fans. He warned that no Flo Milli disrespect will be tolerated on tour. “Family ties,” he added.

Arli Lennox also came to her defense having experienced similar treatment while on tour with Rod Wave.

“Flo Milli I’m sorry this happened to you,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. “You are beautiful and incredibly talented woman. Some of these people can be so damn cruel.”

Meanwhile, Gunna is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated One of Wun album. The project is set to arrive on Friday, May 10.

Cardi B’s Show-Stealing Met Gala Gown Needs 9 Helpers On Red Carpet

Cardi B has had some iconic Met Gala looks over the years but perhaps none as dramatic as the gown she wore for the 2024 event.

On Monday evening (May 6), Cardi B joined the fashion glitterati for the 2024 Met Gala. Co-hosted by Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth, the theme was “The Garden of Time.”

Cardi B made a daring statement in an avant-garde black gothic gown and matching headdress. The tulle layers of her skirt took over the red carpet and needed at least nine assistants to fan out the meters of fabric.

She was also dripping in diamond and emerald jewelry, with a bold statement necklace and matching accessories.

By the time she got around to her Vogue red carpet interview, Cardi B had dropped two attendants and was only down to seven.

“I’m that b#### and you b###### could never,” she told the interviewer. “Before y’all consider comparing yourself to me, b####.”

Other showstoppers on the night included co-host Zendaya, who donned two outfits for the glamorous occasion. Meanwhile, fellow NYC rapper and longtime Cardi B rival Nicki Minaj wore a delightful floral number that perfectly fit the theme. An array of colored flowers adorned her sculptured yellow Marni gown.

Cardi B was on hosting duties following the annual event, hosting her own Met Gala after-party. She changed into a stunning red number for the occasion, her long tresses dangling loose at her shoulders.

Doja Cat Rocks Wet T-Shirt Dress For 2024 Met Gala

Doja Cat knows how to create a memorable fashion moment and she turned heads with two unconventional looks, transforming the 2024 Met Gala into the “Wet Gala.”

On Monday evening (May 6), the stars donned their best red carpet looks for the annual event dubbed the Fashion Oscars. Co-hosted by Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, and Chris Hemsworth. The dress code was “The Garden of Time,” for the Costume Institute’s spring exhibition, titled “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.”

While guests wore a dizzying array of colors and fabrics in line with the theme, Doja Cat stuck to white cotton.

She emerged from NYC’s Mark Hotel wearing a pair of fluffy white towels. One kept her modesty intact while the other was wrapped around her head as though fresh from the shower. Doja accessorized her look with a diamond necklace, earrings and towering heels.

However, by the time she arrived at the Met Museum Doja had changed into her second look of the evening. She walked the red carpet in a soaking wet white oversized t-shirt dress, leaving little to the imagination. Renowned makeup artist Pat McGrath explained she pained, “enchanted tears of joy streaming down her cheeks,” for the high fashion affair.

Doja Cat explained her NSFW wet t-shirt fit during a red carpet interview with ET.

“I know that people are gonna do flowers,” Doja began. ‘But my flower of choice is the most used flower, and it’s cotton. And so, I wanted to do a white T-shirt also because a white T-shirt is timeless.

She added, “it felt very poetic to choose this. I knew it wasn’t going to blend in too much, and I don’t really like to blend in.”

Earlier this week, Doja Cat raised eyebrows with her pre-Met Gala looks. She went on a shopping spree in just a bed sheet and thong. A day later, the “Paint The Town Red” hitmaker dressed down in a saran wrap two-piece.

Macklemore Throws Jab At Kendrick Lamar V. Drake Beef With Pro-Palestinian Anthem

Macklemore has resurfaced with a new single called “Hinds Hall,” a pro-Palestinian anthem that simultaneously serves as commentary on the Kendrick Lamar versus Drake beef.

The Seattle-bred rapper, who infamously bested Kendrick Lamar in the Best Rap Album category at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards in 2014, announced the track via social media on Monday (May 6). He promised to donate all proceeds to UNRWA, an independent 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides support for the humanitarian work of the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees.

The lyrics and accompanying video highlight the ongoing Israel-Hamas War, which erupted in October 2023. It was apparently inspired by the work of student protesters at Columbia University, who occupied the campus’s Hamilton Hall last week and renamed it “Hind’s Hall.”Throughout the track, Macklemore reiterates there are much more important issues to discuss than the lyrical warfare between two of rap’s most famous names.

“What happened to the artist?” he raps. “What do you got to say?If I was on a label, you could drop me today/I’d be fine with it ’cause the heart fed my page/I want a ceasefire, f### a response from Drake (Woo)/What you willin’ to risk? What you willin’ to give?/What if you were in Gaza? What if those were your kids?/If the West was pretendin’ that you didn’t exist.”

A post shared by BEN (@macklemore)

Macklemore quickly became a trending Twitter (X) topic shortly after the track’s release. Some are calling it the most revolutionary song to come out since Public Enemy’s 1989 anthem “Fight The Power.” Others are shaming DJ Khaled—who is of Palestinian descent—for not speaking up and letting a “white rapper” do it for him.

“For all the s### @macklemore gets from the hip hop community… dude dropped a serious f###### call out track saying what needs to be said,” one person wrote, while another said, “Didn’t have Macklemore dropping a harder track than Drake this week on my bingo card.” Other comments included, “Say what you will about Macklemore, at least he has a f###### spine” and “Macklemore going hard for freedom and justice while you beg your billionaire faves dancing in Black Panther Party costumes to say the word Palestine.”

But there are still a number of people on social media who feel he’s simply trying to capitalize off the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef, while enflaming many in the Jewish community. At one point, he vows not to vote for President Joe Biden, which according to one commentator, “is genuinely a pretty rough hit to his base, like a whole lot of resist libs are feeling conflicted right now.”

As he raps, “The blood is on your hands, Biden, we can see it all/And f### no, I’m not voting for you in the fall (Woo)/Undecided, you can’t twist the truth, the people out here united/Never be defeated when freedom’s on the horizon/Yet the music industry’s quiet, complicit in their platform of silence.”

Whatever the case, Macklemore is getting a lot of praise for bringing attention to such a serious cause. Find the lyrics here and watch the video above.

Doja Cat Spotted In NYC Wearing Only Bedsheet & Thong

Doja Cat turned heads in New York City when she stepped out in an improvised white bedsheet for a shopping spree before a pre-Met Gala party.

The “Say So” singer, known for her daring fashion statements, paired the minimalist ensemble with a black thong, later switching to a bold zip-up leather dress.

Her unconventional attire captivated both fans and fashion enthusiasts alike, spotlighting her fearless approach to style.

In her latest outing with the bedsheet ensemble, she continues to embrace a playful yet provocative appeal that reinforces her position as an influencer in fashion circles.

In 2023, Doja Cat dazzled at the 2023 Met Gala in New York portraying Karl Lagerfeld’s cat, Choupette, with an outfit characterized by luxurious elegance and meticulous attention to detail, showcasing her respect for fashion iconography.

The event marked her debut at the star-studded affair where celebrities and designers converge to celebrate the intersection of fashion and art.

Last year, the rapper’s ensemble, designed by Oscar de la Renta, turned heads with its pearl-white gown adorned with an array of diamonds and crystals that shimmered under the gala’s lights.

The gown’s dazzling aura was amplified by a hooded headpiece fashioned with cat ears, meticulously aligning with the Choupette theme.

Doja Cat’s transformation was completed with prosthetic enhancements to give her a more feline appearance and dramatic cat-eye makeup that accentuated her features.

Drake & Kendrick Lamar Receive Offer To Settle Beef In WWE Ring

WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels proposed a way to end Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s beef on Monday (May 6). The retired wrestler extended an offer to both rappers after Kendrick referenced Michaels on the diss track “Not Like Us.”

“A little Sweet Chin Music goes a long way,” Michaels wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). “@kendricklamar, you and @Drake are formally invited to #WWENXT to settle this thing. I’m even offering my services to mediate.”

Michaels oversees WWE’s developmental brand NXT. Michael envisioned Drake and Kendrick appearing on NXT’s weekly television show, which currently airs on the USA Network but is moving to The CW later this year.

Kendrick mentioned Michaels’ finishing move Sweet Chin Music on “Not Like Us.” The song dropped amid K. Dot’s recent barrage of Drake diss tracks.

“Sweet Chin Music and I won’t pass the aux,” Kendrick rapped.

Drake and Kendrick’s battle began when the latter fired lyrical shots at the Canadian star on Future and Metro Boomin’s song “Like That” in March. Drake responded with two diss tracks, “Push Ups” and “Taylor Made Freestyle” in April.

Kendrick dropped his response “Euphoria” on the final day of April. K. Dot wasn’t done as he quickly unleashed another diss track, “6:16 in LA,” on Friday (May 3).

Drake attempted to take control heading into the weekend. He threw abuse allegations at Kendrick on the song “Family Matters,” which also dropped on Friday. But Kendrick gave Drake no room to breathe, immediately responding with “Meet the Grahams” minutes later. The Pulitzer Prize winner kept his foot on Drake’s neck by dropping “Not Like Us” on Saturday (May 4).

The last two songs marked a clear escalation in the beef. Kendrick accused Drake of being a pedophile and hiding another child, among other allegations. Drake tried to defend himself by releasing “The Heart Part 6” on Sunday (May 5).

Snoop Dogg Says He’s Bringing College Football Back To Its Roots With His Own Bowl Game

Snoop Dogg etched his name in college football history as the new namesake of the Arizona Bowl. The Doggfather unveiled a multi-year sponsorship deal to rechristen the bowl game as the Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl Presented by Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop on Monday (May 6).

The popular rapper’s announcement touted his history of sending Snoop Youth Football League players to college football programs and the NFL.

“College football fans are exhausted by the constant talk around NIL, conference realignment, coach movement, transfer portal and super conferences,” Snoop said. “So, it’s time we get back to the roots of college football when it was focused on the colleges, the players, the competition, the community, the fan experience and the pageantry … It’s only fitting that I step up and help get this thing right. I’m ready to bring the juice back to college football.”

The Snoop Dogg Arizona Bowl will be held at Arizona Stadium in Tucson on December 28. The game will feature teams from the Mountain West Conference and Mid-American Conference.

“We’re thrilled about our groundbreaking partnership with Snoop and Gin & Juice By Dre and Snoop,” the Arizona Bowl’s executive director Kym Adair said. “This year, the Arizona Bowl is bringing sports, libations and entertainment into a singular bowl game, and we are changing the definition of what a brand partnership is in the NCAA.”

The Arizona Bowl is owned by the non-profit organization TD4Tucson, which donates 100 percent of its net proceeds from the game to charity. This year’s pre-game festivities include charity events and the SNOOPER Bowl, a showcase of Arizona and California’s best youth football teams.

Snoop and Dr. Dre launched their Gin & Juice drink in February. The brand was named after their hit single “Gin & Juice,” which appeared on the classic album Doggystyle.

Public Enemy’s Chuck D, Bun B & More Weigh In On Kendrick Lamar Vs. Drake Beef

The ongoing Kendrick Lamar and Drake war of words has captivated the rap community. Twitter (X) has been a non-stop destination for those wanting to weigh in on what some are calling the most “historic” battle in rap history—and fellow MCs are no exception. A slew of artists have shared their thoughts on what’s transpired, especially over the last week.

Beginning on April 30 with Kendrick Lamar’s “euphoria,” the two rap titans have pumped out six more diss tracks aimed at each other’s jugulars. It appeared to culminate on Sunday (May 5), when Drake dropped “The Heart Part 6” and seemed to call it a day with the lines, “I don’t even wanna diss you anymore/This s### really got me second guessing” and “I give a f### about your streamin’ data/You could drop a hundred more records, I’ll see you later.”

But the discussion is far from over. As of Monday (May 6), Kendrick Lamar and Drake’s public discourse is dominating Twitter (X). Chuck D, one of Hip-Hop’s most revolutionary and respected voices, used his artistic talent to comment. Sketching J. Cole, Kendrick and Drake, Chuck added images of the Gaza-Israeli War protests, jails, Trump, Biden and Haiti, suggesting the “Big Three” could use this moment to address more important issues impacting the world today.

Chuck D also said he was team Kendrick Lamar but called the entire beef “low hanging kid s###” and suggested J. Cole, Kendrick and Drake would be better off joining forces.

When I entered the rap game at 27 in 1987, I wanted to challenge ROCK music fandom and administration. I didn’t treat hip-hop like some kid sht because I wasn’t a kid. I didn’t make music for kids, but if they got it, it wouldn’t ROT them. When I turned 30, I was old in Rap. Same with 40, 50, 60.. now, with all going on in the world, 40 year olds asking me about 3 millionaire great rappers beefing.

“Small sht has ROCK music making my genre appear like f##### romper room sht in 2024. This coming off, imo, the greatest rap year ever. These fantastic 3 rappers (I’m biased for KL ) have songs that never will get this public attention hence this low hanging kid sht turns casuals heads . Get them all on a TOUR so we can pick seats .. we say in sports.”

Bun B, meanwhile, reminded everyone battling is simply part of Hip-Hop culture with, “Rap is a competitive sport. Battling is a necessary part of it. But it’s not for the weak. This battle is also keeping other rappers on their toes just in case. So the next guys to battle will come over prepared lol. Fans get more music done at a high level. No one is physically hurt. Enjoy it! I know I am!”

Open Mike Eagle, who made a compelling argument, called out Drake for allegedly lying about tricking KendrickL Lamar into believing made-up rumors about having a “secret” daughter. At the same time, he took issue with both men using women in an attempt to make their respective points.

“Last thing imma say tonight is that the idea that drake fed kendrick the secret daughter idea is complete b#######,” he said. “If you paid attention to how drake reacted to it that night. and also all the women in these dude’s lives being used as ammunition is completely f#####.”

Rodney O, one-half of the duo Rodney O & Joe Cooley, is the genesis of the Future and Metro Boomin track “Like That” featuring Kendrick that set the entire beef off. The duo’s 1988 song, “Everlasting Bass,” was sampled for the chart-topping hit. He chimed in via Instagram, writing, “SO THIS GUYS BEAT STARTED ALL THIS S###. SORRY NOT SORRY!”

Ari Lennox Chastises Rod Wave After Seeing Fans Throw Things At Flo Milli

Ari Lennox commiserated with Flo Milli, who walked off stage after fans threw items at the rapper while she performed at Gunna’s Bittersweet Tour stop in Columbus, Ohio on Saturday (May 4). Lennox faced similar fan behavior while opening for Rod Wave in 2023.

“Flo Milli I’m sorry this happened to you,” Lennox wrote on Instagram Stories. “You are a beautiful and incredibly talented woman. Some of these people can be so damn cruel.”

The incident brought back bad memories for Lennox, who reflected on her time touring with Rod Wave in a subsequent post. Lennox admitted she was upset with Rod Wave for never defending her or reprimanding his fans for their antics.

“Maybe I could’ve gotten over some of Rod Wave’s evil, racist and demonic fans, but what made it even worse is Rod saying nothing in my defense,” she wrote. “Privately or publicly. The only reason we met was because we ran into each other in a Hotel Lobby after constant efforts of me trying to share my gratefulness for the opportunity. I never had issues with fans being violent or evil towards me while opening up for legendary singers and legendary Hip-Hop acts. Those were some of the best tours of my life and really taught me how to sing better.”

She continued, “I’m use to men rarely defending me publicly, but it was a triggering experience nonetheless … I was so blessed to be protected and spoiled by Dreamville on those tours. I didn’t know how easy I had it. And I’m also aware that half of the mess I end up in I’m solely responsible for. Doesn’t make the disrespect feel good or valid.”

Lennox declared she would never be an opener again to her poor experience with Rod Wave’s fans. She called on all headliners to stand up for their opening acts.

“To protect my peace I will never open up for a soul again,” she wrote. “STOP disrespecting openers. STOP creating excuses as to why these openers get violated on stage ‘maybe she shouldn’t have been on that tour?’ This makes the disrespect and violence to Black women valid? Headliners, protect your openers.”

Gunna publicly supported Flo Milli unlike Rod Wave’s handling of Lennox’s situation. Gunna said he refused to tolerate disrespect against Flo Milli in X (formerly known as Twitter) post.

EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Accuser Obtains Key Evidence & Plots New Venue For Lawsuit

Liza Gardner, one of the women who sued Sean “Diddy” Combs of sexual assault, intends to move her lawsuit from New York to New Jersey. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Gardner’s lawyer Tyrone Blackburn informed Judge Richard G. Latin of new evidence precipitating the move in a letter sent on Saturday (May 4).

“Plaintiff and this writer have received information from several witnesses: a former employee of UMG subsidiary Uptown Records and a Bad Boy Records executive,” Blackburn wrote. “This new information adds context to the Plaintiff’s claims and clarifies the timeline. The first and second witnesses have photos of Plaintiff and Defendant Aaron Hall from the day of the assault, which was taken a few hours before he raped Plaintiff. The first and second witnesses also confirmed that the sixteen-year-old plaintiff was assaulted at the MCA event in New York City, went to dinner in New York City, and then was taken to New Jersey, where the rape occurred. The former employee confirmed that Aaron Hall was an employee of MCA at the time of the rape.”

Blackburn told the judge his client sought to voluntarily discontinue her case without prejudice in New York and refile her lawsuit in New Jersey. Blackburn, who also represents Diddy’s accuser Lil Rod, was previously referred to a grievance committee for “improperly” filing cases in federal court to attract media attention.

Gardner sued Diddy and Hall for sexual assault, battery and negligent infliction of emotional distress in 2023. She accused Diddy and Hall of sexually assaulting her and a friend in 1990. Gardner, who was 16 years old at the time of the alleged attack, said she met the Bad Boy Records founder and Hall at an event hosted by MCA Records.

“Towards the end of the night, Liza Gardner and her friend were invited by Combs and Hall back to Hall’s apartment for an afterparty,” her lawsuit explained. “While at Hall’s apartment, Liza Gardner was offered more drinks and was coerced into having sex with Combs. After Combs finished doing his business, Liza Gardner laid in bed, shocked and traumatized. As she was in the process of getting dressed, Hall barged into the room, pinned her down, and forced Liza Gardner to have sex with him. After Hall finished raping Liza Gardner, she quickly got dressed and ran out of Hall’s house. Her friend left shortly after.”

The complaint continued, “Liza Gardner’s friend shared with her that she, too, had been forced to have sex with Combs and Hall in another room. Upon information and belief, when Combs finished with Liza Gardner, he and Hall switched, and they commenced assaulting Liza Gardner’s friend. A couple of days later, Combs came to the home where Liza Gardner and her friend were staying. He was irate and began assaulting and choking Liza Gardner to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Liza Gardner’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”

Diddy denied any wrongdoing. The feds are investigating him for allegations of sex trafficking. So far, he has not been charged with any crimes.

Is There TDE / The Game Beef On The Horizon?

Oh my! It seems like things aren’t over yet. As you know, Kendrick Lamar and Drake have been going back and forth lyrically. This is a battle for the books! I’m not sure if Kendrick has anything left, but it seems like it’s over. I think he should punctuate the victory with another song. For me, that’s just being selfish because it’s so good to hear Kendrick rapping again, you know, the way it used to be.

But now it seems like there will be some consequences and repercussions for those who weren’t siding with Kendrick from the start. As you know, Kendrick left TDE a while ago to pursue an independent path. Drake might have made a misstep by stating that Kendrick is out here all by himself. At the time, it made sense because there were no business ties with Top Dawg and TDE. However, there might be some other connections, not immediately apparent, that are still present.

And now the big boss, I mean, the really big boss, is talking and he’s making it clear that those who weren’t down with them are going to face consequences! The big question is, who? The Game comes to mind, but I’m not sure. He was very clear that he was siding with Drake in this situation. Outside of that, I’m not really sure who they’re targeting with a vengeance! They are obviously some random people in there—media personalities, fans, bloggers, and streamers, but The Game stands out most loudly.

A post shared by The Game (@losangelesconfidential)

And I am not getting the sense that this will be a rap battle of any sort. I also don’t sense that this will be violent either. So what could it be? I guess only time will tell! But it was very quiet, and I am very sure that those people who were quiet understood the gravity of the aftermath, whereas others did not, and kept talking and taking positions that were being documented.

By the way, The Game is fishing for beef with Rick Ross right now. We’ll see.

4Batz Denies Having Problem With Drake After Deleting Tweet About Kendrick Lamar

Music industry newcomer 4Batz found himself in the middle of the Drake versus Kendrick Lamar feud. The 20-year-old Texan recently worked with one of the lyrical combatants.

4Batz featured Drake on a remix of his song “Act II: Date @ 8” which came out in March. As Drizzy’s battle with Kendrick Lamar heated up, Batz released the U Made Me a St4r mixtape.

U Made Me a St4r arrived on the same day as two Kendrick Lamar diss tracks (“6:16 in LA” and meet the grahams”) as well as a response record from Drake (“Family Matters”).

“Yo @kendricklamar I just dropped my tape my n#### can I get 24hrs at least [crying laughing emojis],” 4Batz wrote in a now-deleted tweet. His decision to remove the post raised some social media users’ eyebrows.

“Something DEFINITELY happened between 4Batz and Drake. He signed to OVO in March for a one EP deal… The EP just dropped and not only is it NOT distributed through OVO, but the Drake remix is not on it and Kanye is. Then he just tweeted that to Kendrick just now? Yeah, it’s beef,” podcaster Marisa Mendez tweeted.

U Made Me a St4r hit DSPs via Larry Jackson’s gamma media company. Drake’s longtime rival, Kanye West, appeared on the project’s “Act III: On God? (She Like)” remix.

After fans began questioning the current status of his relationship with Drake, 4Batz responded to the speculation. He tweeted, “I ain’t got no problem wit dat n####, I got the number 1 mixtape in the WORLD and it’s not even [an] album.”

Metro Boomin Clowns Drake’s “The Heart Part 6” Diss Aimed At Kendrick Lamar

Metro Boomin played a huge role in the ongoing Drake versus Kendrick Lamar battle. The St. Louis-raised, Atlanta-based beatmaker teamed up with Future to recruit Lamar for the “Like That” single, which ignited eight other non-subliminal lyrical attacks from Drizzy and K. Dot.

After releasing “Push Ups,” “Taylor Made Freestyle” and “Family Matters” over the last three weeks, Drake came back with another diss record titled “The Heart Part 6” on Sunday (May 5). Metro Boomin shared his reaction to the OVO leader’s latest clapback.

Taking to Twitter (X), the We Don’t Trust You artist posted a screenshot of a YouTube thumbnail about NBA player Chris Paul. The video’s title reads, “Chris Paul hits a huge three to cut the lead down to 42.”

After “Like That” hit DSPs on March 26, Drake turned his aim toward Metro Boomin as part of “Push Ups.” The Toronto native’s “Metro, shut your ho ass up and make some drums, n####” line became an online meme.

Boomin fired back at Drizzy by starting the #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway challenge. On Sunday (May 5), the Boominati Worldwide label founder tweeted, “Best verse over this gets a free beat just upload your song and hashtag #bbldrizzybeatgiveaway.”

Numerous unsigned rappers from around the world jumped on the “BBL Drizzy” beat. In particular, a version of the song by a 17-year-old rapper went viral, amassing more than 16 million views.

Metro Boomin addressed Drake directly as well. He tweeted, “Now go make another song telling more lies cause we both know you can’t tell everyone why I don’t f### wit u. That wouldn’t be a good look either for u so imma spare us both wit that.”

Drake & Kendrick Lamar’s Diss Tracks Take Over Streaming Platform Charts

The ongoing battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has dominated the online conversation over the last week. Both rappers dropped numerous diss tracks that have become successful on multiple streaming platforms.

TDE Reps React To Drake’s “The Heart Part 6” Diss Record Directed At Kendrick Lamar

Kendrick Lamar may no longer be under the Top Dawg Entertainment umbrella, but the label still seems to be fully behind the Compton-bred MC in his battle with Drake.

Drake’s “The Heart Part 6” dropped on Sunday (May 5). The song generated a lot of buzz online as fans and pundits weighed in on the new track. Three TDE executives took to social media to share their thoughts on Drake’s latest diss record, too.

TDE CEO Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith declared Kendrick Lamar the winner and promoted the rapper’s “Not Like Us” single. Tiffth tweeted, “Now that we see that Dot is still King. It’s time to address those who thought other wise and showed their hand… NotLikeUs. TDE.”

Anthony “Moosa” Tiffith Jr., TDE’s co-president, also echoed the idea that Drake took the loss in his battle with Kendrick Lamar. After Drizzy’s “The Heart Part 6” dropped, Moosa tweeted, “Sounds like defeat.”

Fellow TDE co-president Terrence “Punch” Henderson suggested the back-and-forth between Kendrick Lamar and Drake has ended. Punch simply posted, “Good battle.” Additionally, Anthony “Top Dawg” Tiffith tweeted, “Good Battle…”

The Drake–Kendrick Lamar rivalry produced nine different diss tracks/verses from both Hip-Hop superstars over three months. The battle kicked off with Metro Boomin and Future’s chart-topping “Like That” featuring Lamar in March.

#NahDrake Trends After Drake Drops Kendrick Lamar Diss Track “The Heart Part 6”

The battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar continued on Sunday (May 5). After Lamar released two diss tracks over the weekend, the Canadian rapper returned fire at K. Dot with “The Heart Part 6.”

The track quickly became a trending topic on Twitter (X), however, #NahDrake also trended at the same time. That viral hashtag indicated a lot of Twitter users didn’t connect with Drizzy’s latest diss record.

“Bro really went from ‘the ones that you getting your stories from they all clowns’ to ‘we fed you the information’ but watch the Drake stans completely ignore that. #nahdrake,” one person tweeted.

Someone else wrote, “Can’t be making mistakes like this @Drake. There’s no #b (b-sharp) anywhere on the 88 keys. That punchline went c-flat [thumbs down emoji]. #nahdrake.”

Kendrick Lamar accused Drake of being a sexual predator on “meet the grahams” and “Not Like Us.” The OVO frontman used “The Heart Part 6” to deny those allegations by claiming he would have been arrested if he had taken part in pedophilia or sex trafficking.

“This diss is basically Drake in an attempt to exonerate himself, literally told everyone he’s a liar and manipulator. That’s wild. His defense to the p### thing was ‘nuh uh I’m too rich to like kids’ and ‘if I did like kids I would be in jail, why am I not in jail?’ #NahDrake,” an X user pointed out.

Another X account posted, “He says he’s too famous to be a pedophile, meanwhile there’s video of him on stage rubbing up against a 17 [year] old. He’s P Drizzy, no doubt about that. #NAHDRAKE.”

Barack Obama Says Kendrick Lamar Beats Drake In Throwback Battle Prediction

The epic battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar has had the internet in shambles for weeks as the feuding rappers drop diss after diss tearing into each other’s character, families, associates and everything in between.

Fans have endlessly debated the winner with each new release as the years-long tension finally came to a head. Over the weekend, social media users unearthed a throwback video of former President, Barack Obama, weighing in on the battle over eight years ago.

Furthermore, many believe Obama predicted the winner, declaring Kendrick Lamar the victor in a potential battle with Drake because of his superior lyrical ability.

“Gotta go with Kendrick,” he replied when asked who would win a clash. “I think Drake is an outstanding entertainer, but Kendrick… his lyrics, his last album was outstanding. That was the best album of last year.”

It’s hardly surprising Obama would pick Kendrick Lamar over Drake. In 2015 he named To Pimp a Butterfly cut “How Much A Dollar Cost,” as his favorite song of the year.

Then in 2016, Lamar joined Obama for a meeting at the White House. He documented the honor in a video titled “Pay It Forward.”

“I sat down with President Barack Obama and shared the same views,” the “Alright” rapper says, before adding, “Topics concerning the inner cities, the problems, the solutions, and furthermore embracing the youth, both being aware that mentoring saves lives.”

Drake’s Millie Bobby Brown Reference On “The Heart Part 6” Catches Heat Online

Drake’s mention of actress Millie Bobby Brown in his latest Kendrick Lamar diss has fans saying he made a huge blunder.

The Toronto megastar name-checked the Stranger Things star on “The Heart (Part 6),” responding to K. Dot’s “Not Like Us” in which he accused Drizzy of pursuing underage girls. The OVO honcho previously came under fire over his close relationship with the young actress.

Drake rejected Lamar’s allegations, insisting he’s too famous to be a pedophile. “If I was f###### young girls, I promise I’d have been arrested,” Drake raps. “I’m way too famous for this s### you just suggested.” He also denied grooming a teenage Millie Bobby Brown while firing at K. Dot over his fiancée Whitney Alford.

“Only f#####’ with Whitney’s, not Millie Bobby Brown’s,” Drake added. “I’d never look twice at no teenager.”

However, many social media users believe Drake made a major blunder in mentioning Brown as K. Dot never named her specifically.

“Dropped a bar about Millie Bobby Brown when Kendrick never mentioned her. you’re #Caught,” wrote one person.  “Drake mentioned Millie Bobbie Brown by name in his song yet Kendrick didn’t say her name,” another user added. “Nice slip up buddy you walked yourself into that one.”

Last year, Drake called out the “weirdos” who questioned his close friendship with Brown on For All The Dogs cut “Another Late Night.”

Drake faced backlash back in 2018, when Brown—who was 14 at the time—revealed the rapper texted her “boy advice” after meeting backstage at one of his concerts in Australia.

“We just texted each other the other day and he was like, ‘I miss you so much.’ I was like, ‘I miss you more!’” she told Access Hollywood in 2018. “He’s coming to Atlanta so I’m definitely going to go and see him. I’m so excited. About boys, he helps me. He’s great, he’s wonderful. I love him.”
