Eminem Auction Gives Fans Chance To Own Rare Autographed Copy Of ‘Infinite’ Album

Goldin, a collectibles marketplace, launched an auction for a rare copy of Eminem’s debut album Infinite. The factory-sealed vinyl was one of the 500 copies released by the Bass Brothers for the album’s original press run.

Half of the copies were manufactured for the general public with the other 250 copies intended for radio and media outlets. Goldin obtained a media/radio pressing of Infinite sourced from Eminem’s longtime manager Paul Rosenberg.

Eminem autographed Goldin’s copy of the Infinite vinyl, which featured the “8 Mile” address on the label. The media/radio pressings are the only versions with the address.

Goldin’s auction opened with a bid of $25,000. The bidding closes on September 13.

A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Eminem’s Marshall Mathers Foundation. The charity helps at-risk youth in Detroit and the surrounding area.

The auction went live a few weeks after Eminem signed Ez Mil to Shady Records. Em collaborated with Ez Mil on a new song titled “Realest,” which featured a Melle Mel diss. Earlier this week, Melle Mel responded with his own diss track.

6ix9ine Reportedly Arrested In Florida—Quickly Posts Bail

6ix9ine has reportedly been arrested again. According to TMZ, the controversial rapper was taken to Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday (August 9) for failing to appear in court for three traffic tickets.

Court documents state 6ix9ine was flying down the Florida Turnpike at 135 mph when he was stopped in June, 70 miles over the speed limit. In addition to speeding, he received a citation for driving with no car insurance and being in a vehicle that was unregistered.

He was scheduled to attend a court hearing in July to deal with his tickets, but he never showed up. Consequently, a judge issued a warrant for his arrest.

Though authorities locked the rainbow-haired Brooklyn rapper up for missing court, he didn’t stay long. He was released after he posting $2,000 bail. Days before his arrest he purchased an expensive necklace for his new girl, singer Yalin La Mas Virala, before they went to Puerto Rico.

As Hip-Hop inches toward its official 50th anniversary, American MCs born in the ’70s and ’80s boom bap era are celebrating the unrivaled impact of the culture all over the world.

During Travis Scott’s concert at Italy’s historic venue Circus Maximus—located near the almost 2,000-year-old Colosseum—Scott’s fans were surprised with an unexpected guest, Kanye West. The crowd went bananas when they heard the DONDA rapper’s track and saw him step onstage.

They jumped so hard on the historic grounds, in fact, residents believed there was an earthquake. According to CNN, the local fire department was flooded with calls about the possible natural disaster. People also took to social media to ask if there was an earthquake in Rome around 10:30 p.m. local time.

But no, it was the might of Scott and Ye going crazy to the track, “Praise God.” It was the first time West performed since last year’s antisemitic outbursts that cost him not just money but his reputation.

In addition to the chaos caused by the Yeezy performance, at least 60 people required medical attention after pepper spray was sprayed into the crowd, per Rome’s civil protection department.

A 14-year-old boy was also hurt after he attempted to see the concert by climbing up a wall and fell about 13 feet, although the extent of his injuries hasn’t been disclosed.

Alfonsina Russo, director of the Colosseum Archeological Park, said unless it’s an opera or ballet, performances shouldn’t be held at the Circus Maximus.

 “The Circus Maximus is a monument,” Russo said. “It is not a stadium, not a concert hall. These mega rock concerts put it at risk.”

Jada Pinkett Smith Celebrates Hair “Comeback” Despite Alopecia

In an Instagram post, the “Girls Trip” star shared two selfies showing her hair growth after she was diagnosed with alopecia.

“This here hair is act’n like it’s try’n a make a come back (sic). Still have some trouble spots but – we’ll see,” Jada wrote. She added, “Slide 1: Past. Slide 2: Present.”

In the first photo, the actress rocked a shaved head. In the second, she sported extremely short bleach-blonde hair. Jada, 51, first opened up about her alopecia diagnosis in 2018.

“I’ve been having issues with hair loss,” she shared on her TV show, “Red Table Talk,” at the time. “It was terrifying when it first started. I was in the shower one day and had just handfuls of hair in my hands and I was just like, ‘Oh my God, am I going bald?'”

She added, “It was one of those times in my life where I was literally shaking in fear.”
In July 2021, she debuted a buzzcut inspired by her daughter, explaining, “Willow made me do it because it was time to let go.”

Kai Cenat “Beyond Disappointed” With Fans Who Turned Giveaway To Riot

Kai Cenat has broken his silence for the first time since his arrest at his disastrous giveaway that turned into a riot. 

Twitch’s most popular streamer said he’s “Disappointed” at how things panned out during the event last Friday (August 4), in New York. He returned to Twitch for a 19-minute-long stream, his first since his dramatic arrest.  

Fans flooded the streets of New York when the social media star announced a giveaway at Union Square. However, Cenat ended up being nabbed by cops and charged with multiple counts of inciting a riot after things went left.  

The New Yorker began his stream by explaining that he wanted to “give back to the community that made me who I am.” However, the day’s events opened his eyes to “the amount of power and influence,’ he wields over his fans.  

“I am beyond disappointed with anyone who became destructive that day,” Kai Cenat declared. “That s### is not cool, I want people to know that.” 

He also addressed footage from the day that included one video featuring a fan jumping on the roof of a car before smashing the windscreen.  

Kai Cenat Says “I Had Good Intentions”

“I don’t condone anything that went on that day,” he continued. “I’m seeing random videos of people getting sturdy on people’s cars and I’m asking myself, why? Why?” 

Kai Cenat insisted he wants his events to be “safe and fun” and denounced fans who turned the event into a riot.  

“None of that was my intention. I had good intentions for this whole thing. I don’t condone any of the things that went on that day.” 

He asked for his family to be left alone, revealing somebody showed up at his mother’s house. The gaming influencer also stated that he would be streaming less in the near future. Cenat said he’s due to appear in court on August 16, with subsequent hearings to follow.

Sexy Red Reveals Her Craziest Lyric Is About Contracting An STD

Her revelation that she does not practice safe sex could explain why she has contracted chlamydia on more than one occasion. She made the admission during an appearance on the Lip Service podcast in June when asked about her craziest lyric.  

“Damn this n#### burnt me/P#### like a cig,” Sexyy Red replied before revealing the situation behind it.  

“I had chlamydia before twice,” she stated, explaining that she hooked up with an ex after breaking up.

Cardi B Slams Critics Accusing Her Of Misleading Black Women With Hair Oil Claims

Cardi B shared a selfie showing off her waist-length natural hair while promoting the use of a homemade hair oil, and some folks lost their mind.  

On Tuesday (August 8), the “Jealousy” hitmaker took to the platform formerly known as Twitter with a natural selfie. 

“My hair has grown sooooo much!!!” she wrote. “Let me know if y’all want a video my my HOMEMADE hair oil… handmade by ME!” 

While many fans asked for her hair care tips, with some urging her to “bottle it up and sell it,” others accused Cardi of misleading her Black female fans.  

“Black Women wanting hair growth tips & oil from her is crazy,” read one comment. The post garnered over five million views and was quoted over a thousand times.  

“Y’all really don’t see how a LATINA selling “hair growth oil” to BLACK women could be misleading?” another user replied. “A bunch of fried eggs.”  

However, Cardi B was quick to clap black, denying selling any hair care products. She also blasted the user and pointed out she’s been sharing hair care tips for years. Her recipe for a creamy and moisturizing all-natural DIY avocado mask went viral when she first shared the formula in 2021. 

“IM NOT EVEN SELLIN ANYTHING YOU D###### B####,” the NYC icon responded. “I been showing my hair growth journey to my fans since 2016!”

J. Cole Crowns 50 Cent’s “Get Rich Or Die Trying” The Best Album Of All Time Over Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”

50 Cent surprised his fans at his New York City show bringing out a bunch of special guests, including J. Cole who gave Fiddy his flowers. 

The G-Unit honcho is currently on the North American leg of his Final Lap world tour. He pulled up to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY, Wednesday night (August 9), with some famous friends in tow.  

After performing “No Role Modelz,” J. Cole told the crowd he wanted to leave them with a message. He went on to give 50 Cent his flowers, branding him one of the greatest rappers of all time.  

“If y’all don’t make some noise for one of the greatest n##### to ever do this s###,” he began. “50 muthafuckin Cent Curtis Jackson.”  

Cole also crowned 50 Cent’s classic debut studio album Get Rich or Die Tryin’ “the best album of all time.” He wasn’t referring specifically to rap projects either and continued with some lofty praise. 

“I don’t give a f### what you talkin’ about n####,” he added. “It’s Get Rich or Die Tryin’ at No. 1 and its Thriller at No. 2. And I love Michael Jackson, but I promise y’all that.” 

Elsewhere during the show, 50 Cent was joined onstage by a host of rap stars. Jadakiss, Flo Rida, A Boogie, Moneybagg Yo and the G-Unit crew all performed alongside the rapper turned entertainment mogul.  

50 Cent revealed he once passed on signing the North Carolina-bred artist because he thought the world wasn’t “ready” for a rapper like J. Cole.  

“That was so early, bro,” he said during a 2022 appearance on The Breakfast Club. “To me, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar… These artists existed early on when I fell in love with Hip Hop, but it was Talib Kweli, it was Mos Def, it was A Tribe Called Quest, it was Common Sense. 

Iggy Azalea Told Judge Sentencing Tory Lanez: “I Would Not Write To You On Behalf Of An Abuser”

The three-page letter Iggy Azalea wrote to the judge sentencing Tory Lanez pleading for leniency has been published for the first time.  

The “Fancy” hitmaker was one of around 75 people who wrote letters to Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge David Herriford ahead of Lanez’s sentencing, which concluded Tuesday (August 8). He was sentenced to 10 years behind bars.  

On Wednesday (August 9), Legal Affairs and Trials with Meghann Cuniff shared a copy of the letter dated February 22. In it, Iggy Azalea tells the judge Tory Lanez, “I would not write to you on behalf of an abuser.” She also claims she “never witnessed him loose [sp] his temper or raise his voice at a woman.” 

She added, “I refuse to believe that he would do anything in malice especially to a woman.” 

Iggy Azalea said she “remained in close contact” with Tory Lanez and spoke to him the week before penning the letter. According to the Aussie rapper, Lanez told her he’s “glad God put him in jail. 

“He said this is an opportunity to humble himself and soften his heart – ironic to hear one of the kindest people I know strive to become even kinder,” she continued. “I’m not shocked – Its who he is. Watering and shining light on others until something beautiful grows.” 

Azalea continued, “Daystar Peterson is not the pest you’ve heard about, he’s a gardener. He helps others bloom.” 

Iggy Azalea Hired Tory Lanez To Work On Her Next Album

Elsewhere in the letter, Iggy Azalea insists Tory Lanez is “far from your average entitled rap star,” adding he’s “been helping me from the moment I met him.” She asked the judge to consider a sentence that does not require deportation,” as she wants him to executive produce her next album.  

“In fact – I already hired him for the job prior to his conviction!” she declared. “I guarantee to you he has significant income and work awaiting him upon release.” Read the letter at the end of the page.

Prior to the letter’s publication, Iggy Azalea claimed she “never intended to publicly comment,” and thought her words were for the judge’s eyes only. She claimed she has “Not been in touch with Tory for months” but said she does “wish him well.” 

In the since-deleted tweet, Azalea said, “I don’t ‘support’ anyone,” but added, “I support prison reform.” 

Police Union Objects To Travis Scott’s First Show In Houston Since Astroworld Tragedy

Travis Scott plans to perform at Houston’s Toyota Center in October, but the booking didn’t sit well with local police. The Houston Police Officers’ Union denounced the concert and urged local officials to intervene.

“Like most, we were in complete disbelief that anyone would approve of Travis Scott or the production company having another concert,” the union said in a statement, per the Houston Chronicle. “Only days after the release of a 1,200-page report describing the tragic events that took place during this Astroworld Concert, we are advised that there will be another performance.”

The union continued, “Just two weeks ago we were asking for prayers and healing for the families of the Astroworld tragedy and then we are once again opening those wounds with announcing another concert. We believe that it is unreasonable to allow this concert to go forward and call upon elected officials to stand up and say not in our city, not again!”

Travis Scott hasn’t performed in Houston since the 2021 Astroworld Festival, which left 10 people dead and hundreds injured. The rapper avoided criminal charges for the deadly event but still faces several lawsuits.

Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner believed Travis Scott and the Toyota Center will take proper precautions to avoid another disaster. Turner said Toyota Center reps met with public safety officials ahead of the event.

“Unlike the Astroworld Festival at NRG in 2021, the concert will be held in a different type of venue,” Turner said. “The Toyota Center has been a good partner with the City of Houston, and we expect this to continue for this and every other concert.”

Travis Scott released his new album Utopia in July. His tour is scheduled to begin in September.

Megan Thee Stallion Wants Judge’s Help After Ex-Friend Kelsey Harris Skips Deposition

Megan Thee Stallion asked a judge to make her former friend Kelsey Harris sit for questioning in the rapper’s ongoing lawsuit against 1501 Certified Entertainment. According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Harris failed to appear for a deposition in June.

Harris was reportedly served with a subpoena in May but never showed up to a deposition scheduled for June 21. Megan Thee Stallion’s legal team urged a judge to hold Harris in contempt for skipping the deposition.

Lawyers sought to question Harris over her connections to 1501. Attorneys believed 1501 worked with Harris as part of a smear campaign.

“After [Megan] came forward against Tory Lanez for shooting and severely injuring her, Defendants teamed up with Lanez to harass, intimidate and disparage [her]—including making threatening posts on social media,” her legal team claimed. “As part of their scheme, Defendants also appear to have collaborated with Harris.”

Megan Thee Stallion sued 1501 to get out of her contract with the label. She claimed she completed the terms of their deal. She awaits a trial to settle the matter.

Harris infamously testified in the Tory Lanez trial. Last December, he was convicted of multiple charges for shooting Megan Thee Stallion. A judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison on Tuesday (August 8).

KRS-One orchestrated a special celebration at Hip-Hop’s birthplace in the Bronx. The legendary rapper discussed what made his Hip-Hop 50th anniversary events unique in an interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur.

“The difference between our events and all the other events that are going on starts with the fact that they’re free,” KRS-One told AllHipHop. “What does the Bronx get? This was a question we was asking many months ago when we was talking about Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary.”

He continued, “On August 11, 2023, we’re gonna do livestreaming from 1520 Sedgwick Avenue in the Bronx. That gives everyone a chance to at least see, live on your phone, some real emceeing, breaking, graf, deejaying. It’s about to be on!”

KRS-One also aimed to highlight local artists for Hip-Hop’s 50th anniversary. Bronx natives will perform alongside Hip-Hop legends at a star-studded concert on Saturday (August 12).

“August 12, that’s when we shut down Sedgwick Avenue and we throw the greatest concert you have ever seen,” KRS-One said. “I can’t even tell you everybody that’s there. But most importantly, we have local talent. It’s what we are proud to present. Yes, we got KRS. I’ma be there. The usual suspects are gonna show up: Chuck D, Flav, Talib, Joe. Everybody’s gonna be there. But what’s most important is the local talent of the Bronx … and there’s an open mic too.”

Wayne Brady has come out of the closet to the love and support of his daughter, ex-wife and her new partner—and it’s all going to be on reality TV.

During a cheery and lighthearted family gathering, conveniently in the company of PEOPLE, Brady revealed he’s pansexual.

“I am pansexual,” Brady says. “Bisexual—with an open mind!” he added while giggling. While it’s clear that the “Let’s Make a Deal” host’s announcement is much more earnest and truly self-affirming than the clout-chasing, fake incest sex tape-peddling Island Boys, it’s also all coming out of left field. Nevertheless, Brady continued to explain his decision to identify as pan, revealing he actually adapted the definition to fit his preferences.

“I know that I’m completely messing up the dictionary meaning — but to me, pan means being able to be attracted to anyone who identifies as gay, straight, bi, transsexual or non-binary,” Brady said in part. “I took pan to mean that not only can I be attracted to any of these people or types physically, but I could be attracted to the person that is there.”

Elsewhere in the bombshell exclusive, Brady touched on how Robin William’s 2014 death led him to set out on a path to discovery after he spent his life being attracted to males but denying himself the chance to date any. It’s actually truly beautiful Brady is able to come out and feel immediately welcomed and supported in his journey of personal discovery considering he says was terrified of being judged by fans if he came out of the closeout. This is wild to think because we are talking about the same dude who was rumored to be TLC legend Chili’s bae back in 2014. It’s not like the world doesn’t know that Brady pulls!

Now it’s pretty clear this man is finally becoming comfortable with the true identity of his sexuality, and that’s actually an amazing thing. Wayans is facing backlash following his viral Instagram Story post where he appeared to address the Alabama riverboat brawl as “silly” while referencing Jason Aldean’s conservative summer smash “Small Town.”

Muthaf###as must’ve really gotten under Wayans’ skin if the brotha is not only speaking out but saying it with his whole chest like this, considering Marlon swiftly shared a minute-long video addressing the near-instantaneous disapproval of his comments.

“I woke up to a bunch of stupid-ass Google alerts from a bunch of stupid-ass sites misinterpreting my entire post,” Wayans said, gazing into the camera with his face screwed up. He continued, “Why the f### would I criticize Black people for defending themselves… I’m Black, the f###? Nobody knows irony anymore, HUH? Guess that just went out the window; that’s the irony of the song.”

Wayans didn’t stop cooking there, though. He continued to fish fry his haters while highlighting how toxic the hive mindset of social media can also be all at once. “Stupid a####,” he said before concluding, “That’s the thing about social media man, it’s not for interpretation. Marlon Wayans simply captioned the post “Period” and might I add, point blank! Maybe his initial comments were muddy, but we should all be mature enough by now to know that Black babies get thrown out with the bath water on a daily—hence we gotta provide each other with some grace within the community.

Lizzo Lawsuit Gets Worse As More People Seek To Join Case Against Her

At least six more people may join the highly publicized lawsuit against Lizzo. Ron Zambrano, the lawyer representing three dancers who sued the singer, said his law firm is vetting additional allegations brought to him after his clients filed their lawsuit.

Arianna Davis, Noelle Rodriguez and Crystal Williams sued Lizzo, the singer’s production company and dance captain Shirlene Quigley for alleged mistreatment. The dancers claimed they dealt with a hostile work environment filled with abuse, racial discrimination, sexual harassment, weight shaming and more during their time working for Lizzo.

The lawsuit inspired more individuals to come forward with complaints against Lizzo. According to Entertainment Tonight, the latest batch of allegations come from people who toured with her and worked on the reality series Lizzo’s Watch Out for the Big Grrrls.

“We have received at least six inquiries from other people with similar stories since we filed the complaint,” Zambrano told ET. “Noelle, Crystal and Arianna have bravely spoken out and shared their experiences, opening the door for others to feel empowered to do the same. Some of the claims we are reviewing involve allegations of a sexually charged environment and failure to pay employees and may be actionable, but it is too soon to say.”

Last week, Lizzo denied any wrongdoing in response to the original lawsuit.

“Usually I choose not to respond to false allegations, but these are as unbelievable as they sound and too outrageous to not be addressed,” she said in a statement. “These sensationalized stories are coming from former employees who have already publicly admitted that they were told their behavior on tour was inappropriate and unprofessional.”

The three dancers who sued Lizzo affirmed their allegations in a new interview with PEOPLE. One of the alleged victims said the singer is “not the same person everybody sees on their TV screen” when the cameras stop rolling.

YK Osiris Accused Of Gipping Jeweler Out Of $20K For Audemars Piquet Watch

A celebrity jeweler is saying one of Hip-Hop’s brightest stars is a thief.

Seth Grossman, a jeweler who has worked with tons of stars and founder of Essential Watches, says that YK Osiris agreed to purchase an Audemars Piquet watch but never paid for the $20,000 expensive timepiece, according to TMZ Hip Hop.

Sean Kingston introduced the two in 2020, which gave the “Money Keep Coming” rapper a certain level of esteem.

At that time, YK Osiris persuaded Grossman to sell the piece and he allowed him to sport it.

To add insult to injury, the recording artist exchanged information regarding his accountant so that he can do a wire transfer for the price of the watch. However, Grossman said that never panned out, despite YK Osiris initially corresponding with him and telling him the money was coming.

However, after a while, Grossman said the rapper started to change his number and basically dodge conversations about paying for the flossy accessory.

In fact, one time, he told the jeweler that he no longer had the watch and that he gave it to Kingston, asking him to return it.

Another time, the rapper said his dad stole the AD after he didn’t pay him. The father said the watch would be payment for unpaid management services.

Whatever the excuse is, YK Osiris might be looking at a lawsuit. Grossman is looking to sue him even though he would rather pour his energy into his business, 90210 Watches.

Wallo267 Gets Gillie The Kid New Bike Following Son’s Recent Murder

It starts off with Wallo giving Gillie the paperwork for the bike. Gillie’s face looks as if he is saying, “You got to be kidding me.”

But instead, he says, sporting a top with his son Mac on it, “Yo, he bought this for me?”

Wallo repeated, “Cashed out.” He captioned the Instagram post, “Love u cuz @wallo267 I’m officially Bike Life @meekmill inducted me in. Watch Gillie n Wallo Adventures 2Nite 730.”

Wallo popped into the comment section and wrote, “You’re not a Bike Life member, cut it out, you nut!”

As previously reported, Gillie’s 25-year-old was a victim of a shooting near the intersection of Mascher Street and Nedro Avenue. The bereaved father wrote on social media in response to Mac’s death, “Miss u like $hit Dev My heart will forever have a Black hole in it but u know ur father gotta be strong to hold the family up.”

“Thanks 4 all the support from family, friends, and all of my followers y’all really helping me get thru these ruff times Me and my family appreciate and love y’all,” he continued. “Rest Well dev and watch over us u know I got chase. love u Cheese.”

Lil Tay Death Reports Turn Out To Be Hoax

UPDATE: Lil Tay is alive. She spoke out and blamed hackers for reports of her death.

“I want to make it clear that my brother and I are safe and alive, but I’m completely heartbroken, and struggling to even find the right words to say. It’s been a very traumatizing 24 hours,” she told TMZ. “All day yesterday, I was bombarded with endless heartbreaking and tearful phone calls from loved ones all while trying to sort out this mess.”

Lil Tay’s Instagram account announced her death on Wednesday (August 9). Several outlets also obtained alleged statements from her camp, which also revealed the supposed death of her brother.

The statement read, “It is with a heavy heart that we share the devastating news of our beloved Claire’s sudden and tragic passing. We have no words to express the unbearable loss and indescribable pain.

“This outcome was entirely unexpected, and has left us all in shock. Her brother’s passing adds an even more unimaginable depth to our grief. During this time of immense sorrow, we kindly ask for privacy as we grieve this overwhelming loss, as the circumstances surrounding Claire and her brother’s passing are still under investigation. Claire will forever remain in our hearts, her absence leaving an irreplaceable void that will be felt by all who knew and loved her.”

Of course, the condolences are pouring in from her 3.3 million Instagram followers, including jeweler Ben Baller who wrote, “Damn this is so sad. RIP to her brother Jason too.”

Lil Tay was only 9 years old when she caught the internet’s attention as a social media influencer.  The self-proclaimed “youngest flexer of the century” was known for her Instagram videos depicting an extravagant rapper lifestyle. In one video, she claimed she bought a $200,000 sports car despite being unable to drive. She was also associated with Chief Keef and the late XXXTENTACION, who she referred to as a “father figure.”

But following a 2018 post in which she used the “N-word,” sh essentially disappeared from social media altogether. She closed the year by starring in a three-episode docuseries about her rise to fame titled “Life With Lil Tay”—and hasn’t been online since.
