Jack Harlow Talks Being A White Man In Hip Hop

Jack Harlow managed to score one of the biggest Hip Hop hits of 2020. “Whats Poppin (Remix)” featuring DaBaby, Tory Lanez, and Lil Wayne climbed to #2 on the Hot 100 chart and earned 5x-Platinum certification.

The Louisville native is the latest white male to find success as a rapper. During an interview with Footwear News, Jack Harlow spoke about his responsibilities as a Caucasian in a culture originally created by Black and Latino artists.

“The things I was doing last summer, any fans who didn’t feel like criticizing the police or were on the other side of things, I was going to weed them out. That could have been a moment for them to no longer be fans,” Jack Harlow said.

He continued, “But what is important is that I lead by example for all the white kids looking at me. This is what you do. You don’t just enjoy Black culture. You stand up next to Black people in a time of need.”

https://twitter.com/jackharlow/status/1414664701515124741?s=20

In 2020, Jack Harlow took part in the #JusticeForBreonnaTaylor protests in his hometown. Breonna Taylor is the African-American EMT who was shot and killed in her home when three plainclothes Louisville police officers executed a botched no-knock warrant.

“I feel blessed to have a voice in this period because, one, I’m not a street artist, and two, I’m not Black,” added Jack Harlow. “The only thing keeping me here right now is that level of authenticity, of being myself.”

The 23-year-old Generation Now representative partnered with New Balance for his own sneaker collection. He spoke about his interest in fashion with Footwear News.

“When I first moved to Atlanta, I would go out with some of my OGs to the mall and I would see them buy all this designer stuff. I remember thinking in my head, ‘Oh, when you sign your deal, this is what you do with your money, you go to a designer store and this is how you become a good dresser,’” said Jack Harlow.

The Thats What They All Say album creator continued, “I spent probably about six months to a year buying designer stuff and throwing it on aimlessly, I wasn’t doing it right. But coming down here gave me a taste for high-end expensive fabrics.”

Victoria’s Secret Karen ADMITS She Had Tantrum Because She Didn’t Want to Lose Her Job

They are calling her the “Get Her Away From Me” Karen, but her real name is Abigail Elphick. She’s the millennial white woman who savagely attacked a Muslim Nigerian woman while she was shopping in Victoria’s Secret at the Short Hills Mall in South Jersey for a pair of “free panties.”

A viral video posted by Ijeoma Ukenta, a Black woman, shows Elphick charging at her with her hand open as if to strike. The clip shows very quickly that she chooses violence until she sees that her victim was filming her on her cell phone. Almost immediately, she started crying victim, demanding that she not be placed on tape.

This woman screeched. She pushed out those dangerous white woman tears to get sympathy from other white people and then she chased Ukenta around the store as if she were going to hit her.

Perhaps, she didn’t want her caucasity to be on full Annie Cooper display and those allow the people that she works at her job, lives near in her neighborhood or her Black friends that she went to school with to know exactly who she is.

A bigoted liar, drama queen and loopty loop.

At one point, Elphick acts as though she faints after claiming she was having a mental breakdown and within minutes of laying still on the ground (at least that is what the video shows) she starts shaking and screaming as if she is a toddler not getting her way. What in the Scarlett O’Hara is going on?

Many wonder why Ukenta continued to tape the entirety of the exchange, but those who are melantated know that this was the only way that she would prove her innocence over the blonde damsel in fake distress.

You check it out and see what you think:

The video further shows that despite the victim asking for law enforcement, the only support came for the aggressor. It also documents the disregard, disrespect and dismissive way the Millburn police treated her in the store and at their station —even after Elphick admits she was wrong but didn’t want anyone to see her behavior and she be socially and professionally punished.

You don’t say.

Well, here is what the victim said:

So, I see everyone asking me for an update. I am at the police station. I have the police report, which is somewhat true, but really, really long. I’m happy I did record because even the officers stated that I only showed him the video of her laying on the floor when I showed him“

“Mind you, they took her statement first because, of course, she called the police. And she completely lied. She’s trying to say I started videotaping her causing her to have a panic attack, at which time she followed me to try to get me to stop recording.”

“So, I’m filing the complaint against the two officers that responded. I didn’t feel protected. I’m also filing a complaint against the mall security. Victoria’s Secret, in my opinion …  like what do we expect them?  Grab this woman? The manager even sent somebody to walk down to get security because they were taking too long. So , I don’t really have any issues with them … not as of yet. Now if they give us problems getting the video, then we’ll talk about that. That’ll be another story.”

Ukenta also read directly from one of the officers report. It read:

I spoke with ‘miss crazy lady’ and advised her that I spoke to the store employee and that they corresponded that what Miss Ukenta had said happened.”

“Miss Elphick seemed to acknowledge that she was wrong, saying she was concerned about losing her job and apartment if the video posted online. She was having a panic attack about the videotaping. I advised her that Miss Ukenta has a right to videotape. I asked her several times if she was alright and if she needed an ambulance. And she declined repeatedly. She kept expressing her concern about her job and apartment. She finally stated that she was going home, and I asked if she would be OK to drive and she says she was. At this time,  Ms. Elphick left the mall voluntarily with mall security.”

This part of the police report shows some deception. As the public already saw the tape, a tape the officer did not see recording, his statement differs from what actually happened.  The viewers saw him instruct her to share the video via email but did not easily explain any procedure. It also mentioned P.O. Ford, who we see in the video was not at all trying to help Ukenta.

The last part of the video shows her requesting to file a complaint against the responding police and saw another police officer give her the run-around.

This story is developing … and we are anxious to see what the local politicians will say, if anything will be done to those law enforcement officers who responded and also if Ukenta ever got her panties.

Until then, please consider contributing to Ukenta’s GoFundMe.

By the way … Twitter was not having it.

“Hey @VictoriasSecret this crazy white chick clearly attacked the customer holding the camera. She screamed hysterically, chased her and disrupted your store. Why was this Karen not escorted off the premises and arrested? Why was the actual victim treated like a criminal?”

“It’s hard to watch the Victoria Secret Karen video as the white woman was clearly the aggressor and threatening, yet everyone responded as though the Black woman was the problem and needed to curb her behavior. I’ve lived that level of misogynoir. It’s far from funny.”

https://twitter.com/AdrienneLaw/status/1414738640341659661?s=20

“Everyone of their employees need some urgent training on how to deal with abusive customers (call police/security), and they, definitely, need training on how to de-escalate a situation to protect other customers. #TotalFAIL #VictoriaSecret #ShortHillsMall #Millburn #NewJersey

Timbaland posted emojis to express his joy.

This will not be the first time that Hip-Hop and Jakes have connected.

Tekashi 69 Accused Of Stiffing Lawyers In $150 Million Shooting Lawsuit

Tekashi 69 is back in the news.

This time, the headline is not about him trolling the internet to promo a new song, but about more of his unfortunate legal troubles.

Yup, his 2018 shooting case (where a woman is suing him for $150 million) is compromised and this time he can’t point to no one else but himself since his legal team, Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt, has officially dropped him.

Radaronline.com dropped the news stating that they received documents to confirm that he will now be responsible to defend himself in this upcoming case without their support.

The separation was sparked because the Brooklyn rapper seems to be delinquent in paying his legal fees. The firm said that he stopped speaking to them in December 2020 and has not satisfied his $10,984 bill.

The law firm expressed to the court, “Unfortunately, the relationship between the Firm and Hernandez is irretrievably broken, and the Firm, therefore, cannot continue to represent Hernandez in the Action.”

They continued, “In addition, the Firm represents Hernandez in several unrelated actions and Hernandez has failed to pay the Firm’s fees and expenses in connection with those actions as well (the Firm anticipates making motions to withdraw in those actions). Hernandez has not made any payment to the Firm since September 2020, despite his obligation to pay on a monthly basis.”

Because of this, the court has granted Tekashi a stay for a couple of months, hoping he can find counsel swiftly.

The woman, who is going by the pseudonym Jane Doe, was a victim in June of 2018 in alleged Nine Trey Bloods gang shooting.

This story is developing.

Damon Dash Can’t Escape $300k Judgement Over “Mafietta” Movie

Dame Dash’s infamous hustle has hit another hurdle as he loses another bout in court, leaving him with a $300K judgment.

It was ruled that he engaged in copyright infringement despite the Roc-A-Fella founder asking for an appeal on a similar ruling in 2020.

According to a judge from the United States Court of Appeals 2nd Circuit, the Harlem native’s appeal was without merit and now he has to pay writer E.W. Brooks for illegally shopping and selling a film about a female crime boss character created in her “Mafietta” book series.

Brook’s lawyer Chris Brown said via a written statement, “Damon Dash can no longer run from his scandalous and malicious treatment of E.W. Brooks.

“At this point, four federal judges have told Mr. Dash he is dead wrong. It’s time Mr. Dash pays Ms. Brooks the $300,000 he owes her and close the chapter.”

Brooks spoke out also. “Damon Dash claims to help African-American women while stealing from me and my family. He stole my dream and took my ‘Mafietta’ brand as his own without consent or any credit to me, its creator.

“I am glad that the Second Circuit was not fooled by the misinformation and misdirection Damon Dash offered them in the appeal. It’s time to move past this and for payment.”

Damon Dash’s attorney clapped back (did you think they wouldn’t?).

His lawyer Natraj Bhushan told Page Six:

“We respectfully disagree with the Second Circuit’s summary order. In particular, we think that this court should not have affirmed the speculative damages awarded to Ms. Brooks and, for that reason, we are evaluating other appellate remedies at this time.

“Mr. Dusko Poppington believes that the attorney Chris Brown, who has represented other interests that seem to be against him like his children’s mother Rachel Roy, has a vendetta.

“Every time he files a lawsuit, his suits get worse,” Dash told Page Six.

“I’m so uninspired by his energy and his outfits. The lack of taste to be in court for something this minor and then have to look at this type of s–t is disgusting to me. He should have the proper respect to dress when I am in the room. If you’re going to try and rob me, just do it fly,” he concluded.*

How Gushy is Creating a New Trend in Rap Music

Trends have always dominated the music industry. What is popular today may become outdated tomorrow. That’s the beauty and challenge of trends in this extremely creative industry. With the advent of social media, many new talents have popped up but only a few have managed to remain relevant by being fearless to break existing trends and set their own. Gushy is one such example. This rising star has set a new trend in rap that blends the notes of rap with a smooth flow of lyrics. It is unlike the aggressive tone of the conventional rap that people often hear. This unique style has quickly separated Gushy from the crowd, making him an emerging music sensation.

Gushy has always been drawn to music. He used to listen to U.K rap for hours and the lyrics made him think. He is also a dreamer who can randomly get lost in his own thoughts. It was his passion for music that led him to explore his take on rap. While listening to his favorite stars, Gushy would focus on the subjects of their songs. He discovered that most artists explore the same topics through their songs like romance, addiction, fear, struggle, etc. All the songs are related to each other. He also noticed that even though the songs appeared to be similar, these topics always resonated with the audiences.

When he decided to step into the music industry, Gushy wanted to be unique. He started honing his craft to come up with a unique style that would make him stand out. He managed to create his signature rapping style that breaks the age-old conventional tones of rap. His debut song became an instant hit making him a promising star in the music industry.

Gushy’s latest release “Cheeky Spendings” on the GRM Daily platform is his most recent achievement. The song has escalated his fan base getting him multiple offers from renowned musicians. Within a few months of its release, the song received thousands of views storming social media platforms. Directed by JFX, “Cheeky Spendings” featured Gushy with his signature look. Reflecting the theme of the songs, the posh backdrops were shot in exclusive locales. The song talks about people’s obsession to look and feel rich. People shell out money on luxury cars, branded clothes, and accessories without realizing that all of it is superficial.

“Cheeky Spendings” has paved the way for Gushy to work with artists from across the world. Singing in multiple languages is a unique talent of Gushy that he wants to utilize with his upcoming projects. He is already working on some of the projects that he was offered after the release of “Cheeky Spendings”. His fans will soon come to know about these projects from his Instagram account.

Gushy is an artist who lives in the present. He doesn’t dwell in the past and never makes long-term plans for the future. He plans his immediate actions and continues to modify them according to the opportunities that are presented to him. Participating in the Wireless Festival is one of Gushy’s dreams that he is working hard to fulfill. He feels that hard work can earn you success but to be unique, one cannot blindly follow the trends. Every person should rediscover themselves to find their unique talent. This way they can achieve their goals faster.

Ill Will and Bigg K Cement Their Status as Legends at RBE’s ‘Max Out 2’

Rare Breed Entertainment dominated the weekend with their stellar battle rap event, ‘Max Out 2.’

Boasting some of the culture’s favorite top-tier talent, fans were treated to a vast range of lyrical excellence.

Nick Cannon’s Wild ‘N Out cast member, Hitman Holla went head-to-head with his Midwest brother, Calicoe to give the audience a gritty battle that could possibly be considered a classic.

“Salute @ItsARP; when your standards mad high for what make a great battle, a lotta time can pass without a “real classic” & you can feel like battle rap slipping. Then the culture receives a gift like Calicoe vs Hitman and the hype & love come flooding back. I believe. #RBE

“That’s how your friends are supposed to look at u when they support, hella proud @Emanhudson@HitmanHolla

https://twitter.com/lilsazonpacket/status/1414084973838098432?s=20

“Unable to move away from certain decadence. We don’t want to see you fall because of someone else’s b#######. Move just a little differently. People are out to get bags and will do anything to get one out of you. Other than that, classic battle with Calicoe”

“Thanks @TheReal_Calicoe and @HitmanHolla salute to y’all Midwest legends”

https://twitter.com/threeletterman3/status/1414001763615744002?s=20

“The way I screamed this damn slogan while I was watching, you’d think I was landslide fr”

“I got @HitmanHolla 2-1 1st and 3rd that showroom floor was crazy and that boxing scheme was crazy great battle either way. Hit & Cal legends #MAXOUT2”

“CAL 2nd and 3rd @TheReal_Calicoe 2-1”

The other battle that was a definite stand out was the Daylyt vs. King Los battle, which proved to show that artists in this space can be extremely thoughtful in scripting their rounds. Each Sesquipedalian utilized the art of word play, schemes and vocabulary to create — yeah the event had two of them— a classic.

“…How watching that Daylyt Vs King Los battle felt.”

https://twitter.com/NameIsEvans/status/1414529209461002240?s=20

“This week we had a billionaire going into space la cops Argentina the final nba and f###### Daylyt vs King Los we blessed up fam don’t hate”

“I was just thinking that watching king Los vs daylyt was inspiring or a ward spazzin off the head outside at the event w fans there so tapped in it makes me wanna start battling again battle rap saves hip hop cuz industry tryna six nine the reason 4 it”

“I need Neil deGrasse Tyson, Jaden Smith, and Afu-Ra to decode that first round of King Los and Daylyt.”

“Daylyt has a way of taking you from one set-up and scheme to another. King Los had them all separated. The comic book/marvel barz in his 3rd were headed in that direction but then he skipped that all a few barz later.”

Two battles that happened that showcased rappers who were clearly unmatched were Ill Will vs. Jag and Bigg K vs. X-Factor. Ill Will and Bigg K, both overwhelmingly considered the victors, demonstrated how important it is to understand the audience, the current culture and how to construct a certain kind of rap for the audience and current culture. Jag was embarrassed because this was his first pride-trampling loss (clearly losing 3-0) since his return a couple of years ago. X-Factor, a SMACK DVD vet who had been on sabbatical for at least five years, had a little ring rust and lost his battle 2-1/ 3-0.

“For Bigg K vs. X-Factor from @rare_breed_ent‘s #MaxOut2, I had Bigg K with a clear 3-0. X’s 1st was his best, but I thought K’s punches landed substantially harder more consistently, and K’s angles were framed substantially better than X’s.”

“I need a re-watch but I’ve got @TheReal_Calicoe 2-1 1st n 3rd over  @HitmanHoll n @BiggKTV takin 2nd n 3rd over X-Factor. Straight 30 for Ill Will over Jag n 2-1  @daylyt30 over King Los. Definitely gotta rewatch the Daylyt battle. That “Living Tribe” scheme was super fire to me”

“2nd watch of ill will vs Jag ill will is a Beast man. Such a well rounded & consistent overall battler He need a Pat Stay/Hollow da Don Caliber type match up. Will 3-0 clear As for Jag…well…he said he already booked for Max Out 3 so…he might wanna re-think his approach”

“ill Will vs. Jag!!! Will definitely took that one 3-0!!”

https://twitter.com/shottaGAL_/status/1414061305724559361?s=20

The other battle that happened that night was between Rosenberg Raw and A-Ward, which everyone is considering a preference battle. Despite it being 2-1 either way, no one believes that this was a classic.

“… A Ward and Rosenberg raw was underwhelming”

“Takeaways: • A-Ward vs Rosenberg Raw was a preference battle • Bigg K retired another battler • Ill Will sent Jag to the Pearly Gates • Daylyt and King Los had BOTN and one of the best battles this year Did I miss anything?”

Rare Breed Entertainment’s “Max Out 2” was a ball of energy celebrating the battle rap beautifully, adding again to their argument that they are a formidable force in this industry.

Is Lil Wayne Married To Denise Bidot Or Not?

Lil Wayne has not tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Denise Bidot despite a recent tweet that friends interpreted as a marriage announcement.

The “Lollipop” hitmaker, real name Dwayne Carter Jr., had fans convinced he and Bidot had finally said “I do,” after he tweeted in April that he was the “happiest man alive.”

On Nicki Minaj’s Instagram Live last week, Lil Wayne clarified he was actually talking about his children and the rap group they’ve formed when the “Super Bass” singer congratulated him on his new marital status.

“The other day it was some tweets going on, and I was like, ‘Oh, what’s going on?’ and I texted you and I was like, ‘Oh, Congratulations. I can tell you’ve been in a good mood.’ And I said, ‘Congratulations,’ because I thought you had gotten married,” said Nicki Minaj.

Riffing on a lyric from an Outkast song, his April tweet read, “Happiest man alive! Today is the beginning of our forever. Forever?? Forever, ever?? FOREVER EVER!!!!! The Carters.”

“I’m so glad you asked me that,” Lil Wayne replied in explaining the situation. “I did not get married. I said ‘The Carters,’ and girl, that’s my damn sons, that’s my sons’ little name of their little group.”

Lil Wayne has daughter Reginae, 22, and sons Dwayne III, 12, Cameron, 11, and Neal, also 11, from previous relationships.

Adding to the marriage speculation to Denise Bidot back in April was Wayne’s romantic video of his partner writing their names in the sand while one of his new songs played in the background.

Caitlyn Jenner Wants to Be the Cali Gov; Goes Hard After Getting Dissed at CPAC

Say what you want … by Caitlyn Jenner has learned a lot from her celebrity daughters, ex-wife and his family friend who used to be the president.

The former Olympic winner, who back in the 70s went by the name Bruce (look it up), has in the past hinted that she would be jumping into politics. Now, she is targeting California’s governor — bashing him for causing the drought in the state.

WHAT IN THE DONALD J. TRUMP!!!!

She posted on Twitter, “It is time to recall Gavin Newsom. We will run out of water. I will immediately move money from the ridiculous high speed rail to develop fresh water sources. The real train coming is… the lack of water!”

People immediately answered with the very necessary “WTFs!”

“You know Newsom doesn’t control rain, or a lake that straddles Arizona and Nevada.” —@FlavoredKCup

“How about your family & friends give up those huge luxurious pools & lush landscape? I have dirt and yuccas for my front yard , you can too. We need that high speed railway. The roads are messed up, traffic congested, and we have bad air days where we can’t go outside.” — @boogiechooze

“As we all learned in school, governors have control over weather conditions.” — @groovychick1973

But the backlash didn’t stop her. She has been going ham, trying to convince people she is a viable candidate for the upcoming Golden State gubernatorial race.

“America First means exactly that. And we have to change California in order to achieve that. #AmericaFirst

“You know they are scared when they cite month’s old polling that was done before I announced. Why would a late April – early May poll be called ‘major’ in a mid July story? #FakeNews

It seems that despite being related to the Kardashians, she has been getting hit with some real bias and transphobia. She was apparently not treated well at Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), as attendees called her a “sick freak” and deadnamed her.

https://twitter.com/patriottakes/status/1413869155594297350?s=20

She did have some support. Chief among her is Tomi Lahren, a woman that many believe will latch on to any political media play.

“Thanks @TomiLahren We have to keep fighting. Our party is for everyone – the big tent party! I am a proud Republican”

Others also rallied … proving that this Cali play might be something.

“Thanks @parscale I will keep going and keep my eyes on the prize. I went to CPAC to show that the future of our party is a big tent party – not exclusive to anyone”

“California NEEDS a Republican governor! I had a great time interviewing  @Caitlyn_Jenner

here at #CPAC2021!”

Snoop … Drake … Dre … Auntie Maxine … All you L.A. folk, please get y’all people out to vote.

Da Brat Turned Down Verzuz Against Trina…$150K!?!

This is interesting. Da Brat made a claim, that Verzuz offered her a whopping $150k to perform in front of many people, but she said she declined it! What?! She declined what most of us make in 2 years for a couple hours of work? WHY?! I love me some Brat, and on the low, she is a helluva MC!!

Anyway, she was a last minute replacement for Eve, because it seemed like Eve was sick. She felt like a second fiddle so she told them to hold that little money. I have to give her some respect over that position, because I would have taken that money FAST. But she has the ability to make some money, unlike me.

The folks at Triller are interesting. I am not feeling how they shot down Stephanie Mills vs Chaka Khan! I would love to see them perform and shine! Two queens of this thing of ours! By the way, Da Brat is no slouch. Her 1994 album Funkdafied made her the first female rapper to go platinum. Big TINGS! Anyway, she did the right thing. With a new show coming, Da Brat-tat-tat is doing her thing!

YOOOO! Da Brat can sing too! Who knew? I was today’s-years old!

Safaree Samuels and Erica Mena’s son is in the newborn intensive care unit (NICU).

Her post showed her cradling their son as she shared an emotional update on Instagram updating her followers on how she and her newborn are doing.

I’m feeling guilty, confused and scared,” the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star wrote. “I’ve been getting phone calls and receiving messages. I’m asked a million times how I’m doing and if I’m ok. But how can you be doing? Can you really be ok right now? BUT I Remind myself , they love me and they are reaching out BECAUSE they love me. “They might not understand, but they want to. This journey I’m on, feels long. It has been tough. I’m taking steps forward, and I’m taking some back. I have good days, and I’m preparing for the bad ones.”

Erica Mena continued she has felt the “guilt of not preventing this, of not being able to fix it either” as well as “moments where you don’t recognize the person in the mirror.”

It has also given me a different type of strength for not only me but my kids. King – Safire – Legend I promise you your mommy will make you proud. No more settling and fighting for anything that doesn’t deserve me only because you three forever deserve the best of me.”

Mena gave birth a month after announcing she had filed for divorce from Samuels in May.

They also share 17 month daughter Safire, and Mena has a son, King, 14, from a previous relationship.

Swavy Fans, Family Furious At Wendy Williams

The family of murdered 19-year-old TikTok star Swavy have demanded an apology from TV host Wendy Williams.

The presenter addressed the killing of the social media star during the Hot Topic segment on an episode of “The Wendy Williams Show” on July 7.

Showing Swavy’s picture, Wendy began by saying: “I have no idea who this is. Neither does one person in this building… He’s a TikTok star, and he’s got more followers than me: 2.5 million.”

When a producer reminded her that she had more followers than Swavy on Instagram, Wendy continued: “Well, as my son Kevin would say, no one uses Instagram anymore. As far as TikTok, I don’t use that at all. I don’t know what that is, I don’t want to be involved.”

She then continued to reveal Swavy’s murder – with her blank method of delivery and the entire segment deemed insensitive and offensive by many viewers.

“Swavy is now dead. Ah, all those followers. Yeah, that’s really tragic, only 19 years old,” she said.

Now Swavy’s mom Chanell Clark and older sibling Rahkim Clark have demanded an apology from Williams.

“Wendy has always been a messy person,” Rahkim said.”This is not just any other story, this is not a highlight, this is not a hot topic, this is our real life.”

“I’m so p##### off, because you did him like that,” Chanell said as she tried to fight back her tears. “I’m looking for an apology, I do want an apology.”

Swavy, real name Matima Miller, was shot and killed in Delaware on July 5.

Snoop Doppelganger Sparks Confusions on Internet

Popular podcaster Mat George seems to go need a refresher on his “DOGGYSTYLE.”

Get your mind out the gutter … it is not what you think.

Over the weekend, the She Rates Dogs co-host posted a picture on Twitter of his mom and a man that he thought was the West Coast icon, Snoop Doggy Dogg.

The caption sweetly said, “I’ve been in LA for a year and haven’t seen a single celebrity. My mom comes for a weekend and meets Snoop Dogg”

Immediately people started debating whether or not the man in the photo was an impersonator.

“There gotta be a Snoop variant alligator nearby somewhere check the bathrooms”

“Who is Snoop Dogg in this pic?”

“Snoop trending now reminded me of when a Snoop impersonator tried to trick me this weekend Nice try buddy ((We never FaceTimed. I’m not stupid lmaoo))”

But George, whose social media handle is @matchu_chutrain, was not trying to hear that at all. For him, this ain’t about saving face but making sure his mother’s feelings aren’t hurt.

“Can everyone stop saying it’s not Snoop Dogg. My mom’s gonna be heartbroken the next time she logs onto Twitter”

Many believe that this doppelganger is Eric Finch.

Finch is not only blessed to look like the 2019 BET Best Gospel/ Inspirational Award-winner, but he can command $2,000 per 15 minutes a booking. He is a SAG-AFTRA actor, who gets hired as the “Gin & Juice” rapper’s body double in several films.  He is also thriving on social media himself, boasting 26K followers on Instagram.

Blueface Claims 6ix9ine’s Snitching Got His Instagram Page Deleted

It appears Tekashi 6ix9ine will never shake being labeled a “snitch” and a “rat.” After testifying against his Nine Trey Gangsters associates in federal court in 2019, 6ix9ine continues to get called out for allegedly reporting other people to authorities.

The latest chapter in Tekashi’s snitching story includes Los Angeles native Blueface taking aim at the TattleTales rhymer. Blueface accused 6ix9ine of somehow being involved in his Instagram account being shut down, but he did not provide any evidence that was the case.

“Pay close attention. He reported all my [posts] for bullying 🐀 [and] deleted his skit 😂 playing victim like he did in court 🤦🏽‍♂️my IG be back up shortly,” tweeted Blueface on Sunday afternoon. He added, “Mans came for me got his feelings hurt so he did what rats do [and] snitched 🐀 😂.”

This online back-and-forth between the two rappers is connected to Blueface’s challenge to face 6ix9ine in a match for the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. Blueface has agreed to take part in a July 23 event for the promotion.

Following Akademiks reposting Blueface’s tweets, 6ix9ine jumped in the blogger’s Instagram comments section. Tekashi did not address Blueface’s accusations that the self-described internet troll reported his IG page, but the rainbow-haired New Yorker did share an unsubstantiated number for his net worth and an incorrect number about his RIAA certifications.

“Ak stop posting me with this 🤡. I know you’re cool with the fight people who [are[ setting his fight up and HOPE I will ever give this man a career. I have 23 million followers, he has 0. I have a net worth of 10 million, his is 0. I have over 2 dozen platinum hits, he has 1 song. You can’t compete where [you] don’t compare,” wrote 6ix9ine.

According to the official RIAA website, 6ix9ine has 8 songs that have reached Platinum status (“Trollz,” “Gooba,” “Tati,” “Bebe,” “Fefe,” “Kika,” “Stupid,” and “Gumma”). Seven of his tracks are certified Gold by the RIAA.

In contrast, Blueface earned Platinum plaques for “Thotiana,” “Daddy” featuring Rich The Kid, and as a guest on DDG’s “Moonwalking in Calabasas (Remix).” He picked up Gold plaques for his features on G-Eazy’s “West Coast” and French Montana’s “Slide” as well.

Previously, Blueface and his Cash Money West label head Wack 100 slammed 6ix9ine for being unwilling to sign on to fight the Find the Beat album creator even though he admitted on camera to physically assaulting his then-girlfriend, Sara Molina.

Blueface uploaded an Instagram clip of 6ix9ine talking about hitting Sarah. The caption read, “Tender dick problems 😂 beat me up since you like [that] with females @6ix9ine.”

Meek Mill & Jay-Z Photographed In The Studio Together

Over the last several years, Robert “Meek Mill” Williams and Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter have been closely aligned. Meek is signed to Jay’s Roc Nation management company, and the two emcees are part of the Reform Alliance’s Board of Directors.

The Philadephia native and the New York City native also teamed up for the well-received “What’s Free” track off Meek Mill’s Grammy-nominated Championships album. Rick Ross appeared on that 2018 song as well.

Are Meek Mill and Jay-Z set to collaborate on another record in the near future? This weekend, Meek posted two photographs to Instagram of himself and Jay-Z in the studio.

“If I ain’t him it’s one of my guys 💎💎💎💎💎💎 if you the richest in the room you in the wrong room goat talk [with] some billionaires I’ll be there soon!” wrote Meek Mill in the Instagram caption.

Jay-Z is reportedly worth $1.4 billion. The 51-year-old businessman addressed his wealth on “What’s Free.” After breaking down his ownership percentages for companies like Roc Nation and D’usse, Jay raps, “I ain’t got a billion streams, got a billion dollars.”

This year has seen Jay-Z show up on DJ Khaled’s “Sorry Not Sorry” with Nas and James Fauntleroy as well as Nipsey Hussle’s “What It Feels Like” off Judas And the Black Messiah: The Inspired Album. 2017’s 4:44 was Jay’s most recent solo album.

Meek Mill’s 2020 includes a feature on “That Go!” which lives on YSL and Young Thug’s top-charting compilation Slime Language 2. The Dream Chasers leader also teamed with Leslie Grace and Boi-1da for a remake of Miami Sound Machine’s “Conga.” Plus, he dropped his own single “Flamerz Flow.”

Meek Mill serves as the Co-Chair of the Reform Alliance along with Philadelphia 76ers partner Michael Rubin. In addition, Jay-Z is listed as a Founding Partner for the nonprofit organization working to improve the American justice system by focusing on probation and parole laws.

The Reform Alliance has successfully helped pass legislation in states such as Michigan, California, and Virginia. Additionally, Reform partnered with Memphis-bred rapper Mario “Yo Gotti” Mims to advocate for bipartisan prison reform in Mississippi.

DJ Yella Becomes First N.W.A. Member To Release An Autobiography

Antoine “DJ Yella” Carraby is telling his own historic personal narrative with Straight Outta Compton: My Untold Story. The book makes DJ Yella the first member of the legendary N.W.A. to publish an autobiography.

Named after N.W.A.’s classic 1988 album Straight Outta Compton, DJ Yella’s Straight Outta Compton: My Untold Story chronicles his time as part of N##### Wit Attitudes with Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and the late Eazy-E.

“I wrote this book to give God all his glory. He saved me when I was homeless, so I wanted to write this as a testimony,” states DJ Yella. “The fact that I remembered all this in the book, tells me there is definitely a God.”

N.W.A. also released Niggaz4Life in 1991 before the group broke up. The surviving members reunited for 2015’s F. Gary Gray-directed Straight Outta Compton biographical drama film and for the induction into the 2016 class of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

“So much changed in my life after I decided to take God seriously. Even the movie happened after I got saved. I learned to appreciate what I had. I believe that God gave me this testimony, so I could pass it around the globe,” adds DJ Yella.

In Straight Outta Compton: My Untold Story, DJ Yella recalls moments from his life such as getting an unexpected police escort with Ice Cube when they were on tour and his time living with Dr. Dre. The rapper/producer also recalls learning about Eazy-E being hospitalized and how he responded to Eazy’s death.

“My book has what I believe is the last known photo taken of Eazy. It was shot at my birthday party he threw for me. When looking at it, I noticed he was smaller, compared to the photo that was taken at my birthday party held exactly a year before. In this last photo, he looks like he weighs much less,” says DJ Yella. “When he died, I lost all interest in music.”

Last year, N.W.A’s 1988 record “F### Tha Police” saw a 302.7% growth in streams following the murder of George Floyd, the unarmed African-American man who was killed by convicted former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin. #BlackLivesMatter demonstrations broke out around the world in response to Chauvin kneeling on Floyd’s neck for 9 minutes and 29 seconds.

“When George Floyd was killed, people were in the streets, playing our song about the police. At the height of the protests, it was the number one downloaded song in the world. That is amazing, considering the fact we recorded it more than 30 years ago,” explains DJ Yella.

“It’s an endless, timeless song, because we are talking about something that had been happening long before us. We didn’t invent this issue, we didn’t create it. We just happened to expose it,” maintains DJ Yella. “Our group wasn’t political. We just talked about what was outside our front door.”

G Herbo Scores Highest-Charting Album Of His Career With ’25’

Herbert Randall Wright III (professionally known as G Herbo) returned with his fourth studio album on July 2. Herbo’s 25 is now the highest-charting project of his career.

25 opened at #5 on the Billboard 200 with 46,000 equivalent album units. The Chicago-bred rapper brought in 61.17 million on-demand streams in its first week of release.

Previously, G Herbo peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200 with 2020’s PTSD. He also earned a Top 20 entry on the chart with Swervo (#15), the 2018 collaborative effort with producer Southside.

Hitman Holla Gets In Massive Beat Down With Known Shooter!

Hitman Holla, the star of Nick Cannon’s Wild N Out, is the latest battle rapper in the news. We don’t know what happened exactly yet but, the battle rap lord was engaged in a HUGE BRAWL that resulted in a man getting beat down in the worst way imaginable. About 10 of Hitman‘s guys jumped on this single dude beating him senseless. The man’s alleged name is Byron Blake and he took this L at an Atlanta gas station.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CRK4Y9RCqc5/?utm_source=ig_embed&ig_rid=5d98671d-d81a-40b6-8602-7558b887bdf0

Hitman Holla has a lot to lose these days, so why would he risk it all for violence? Well, it seems like Byron Blake – the alleged victim – and he have some history and that this was a clear case of revenge. Hitman alluded to this one social media: he said that he was beaten down previously by the man and his crew.

“Last time speaking on this.. a guy made a million blogs bragging on how 10 of his homies jumped me, followed my lil bro around sneak recording saying how he was caught lacking & woulda harmed him, clout chasing so much he pulled up to my place of WORK (MY BATTLE) to do god knows what yesterday (that happened at the venue before the battle) can y’all tell me a better reason a guy who wanna do harm to me showed up?”

Hitman Holla

This was on social media so he was basically admitting to a crime, but defending himself. I don’t think that’s too smart.

And now it seems the Internet is talking about this the guy. They are saying that he’s a real Street Dudes The Hommy’s actually be the type to shoot back. Now if I was him, I would take the legal route and put the Gangsta Waze aside. Why? Because this is 2021 and there’s no need to do football numbers in the latter years of your life. Just get to the money!

Here’s the explanation from Hitman!

And here is the rumors of the man being somebody that may hit the hitman and make him holla!

Hitman Holla ain’t no sucks, but be easy! Be safe!
