Ryan Garcia’s Legal Team Comments On Boxer Testing Positive For Banned Substance

Ryan Garcia faces accusations of using banned performance-enhancement drugs. The boxer defeated Devin Haney in a highly-publicized match on April 20 in Brooklyn.

According to ESPN, Ryan Garcia’s B-sample test found the banned substance Ostarine. His A-sample, taken before the fight with Haney, also reportedly tested positive for the selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM).

Legal representation for Garcia has commented on the allegations against the 25-year-old prizefighter. Attorneys Paul Greene, Matt Kaiser, Darin Chavez and Guadalupe Valencia insist their client did not take Ostarine or any other PED.

“Ryan Garcia is committed to clean and fair competition and has never intentionally used any banned substance,” the statement reads. “Soon after being notified of his positive test, Ryan voluntarily had his hair collected and shipped to Dr. Pascal Kintz, the foremost expert in toxicology and hair-sample analysis.”

The statement continues, “The results of Ryan’s hair sample came back negative. This is consistent with contamination and demonstrably proves that Ryan had not ingested Ostarine over a period of time — the only way he would have had any advantage whatsoever in the ring.”

“Ryan has voluntarily submitted to tests throughout his career, which have always shown negative results. He also tested negative multiple times leading up to the fight against Haney,” his lawyers stated.

The attorneys also suggested Ryan Garcia could be a victim of “supplement contamination.” His team contends the boxer did not receive any “performance-enhancing benefit” before facing Devin Haney.

Their statement concludes, “We are certain that one of the natural supplements Ryan was using in the lead up to the fight will prove to be contaminated and are in the process of testing the supplements to determine the exact source.”

50 Cent Jokes Diddy May Be Suicidal After New Lawsuit, Urges Meek Mill To “Check On Ya Man”

50 Cent was quick to react after Diddy was accused of drugging and raping a woman in the 1990s.

On Thursday evening (May 23), news broke that April Lampros alleged Diddy sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions. The news arrived just days after former model Crystal McKinney claimed Diddy drugged and assaulted her in 2003.

50 Cent has relentlessly trolled Diddy since Cassie Ventura’s bombshell lawsuit late last year. Shortly after the new lawsuit news, 50 Cent took to Instagram with an image of the report, joking that the disgraced mogul may be suicidal.

“Damn man I have never seen anything like this before,” Fiddy captioned his post. “If you cool with puffy call him. He might boom his self.”

50 Cent also mentioned Meek Mill, who, like Diddy, has also been on the receiving end of 50 Cent’s endless taunts. Referring to the Philly rapper as “Meeka,” Fiddy urged, “check on ya man !”

Lampros is the seventh accuser to take action against Diddy since Ventura’s suit. After settling with his ex-girlfriend, Joie Dickerson-Neal alleged he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 1991.

That suit was swiftly followed by one from Liza Gardner who accused Combs and singer-songwriter Aaron Hall of raping her and a friend in the early 1990s when she was just 16 years old.

In December, another unnamed accuser filed a lawsuit alleging gang rape and trafficking in 2003. She was 17 years old at the time of the alleged assault.

The allegations continued, and in February this year, former Bad Boy producer Lil Rod filed suit. He accused Diddy of sexual harassment and assault in a wide-ranging lawsuit that included allegations of “sex-trafficking parties.”

Diddy denied all wrongdoing for months before CNN released disturbing footage of his assault on then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway. He then posted an apology video, which largely fell on deaf ears.

Sean Kingston Behind Bars In California Following Raid On Florida Home

Sean Kingston was arrested just hours after his mother following the raid on his home in Atlanta over scamming allegations.

Law enforcement nabbed the singer on Thursday evening (May 23). Kingston was performing for troops in the middle of California’s Mojave Desert on the Fort Irwin military base.

He cooperated with law enforcement and was arrested immediately after walking off stage, per TMZ. Kingston was hit with fraud and theft charges. He is reportedly being detained in Southern California and will be booked into the San Bernardino County Jail.

The arrest came hot on the heels of the raid of Sean Kingston’s Florida home earlier on Thursday. The raid was reportedly connected to his failure to pay for lavish items, including a $150,000 entertainment system. Kingston’s mother Janice Turner was taken into custody on “numerous fraud and theft charges.”

According to a lawyer representing a company that sued Kingston, the singer likes showing off.” Dennis Card claimed, “My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s a $80,000 custom bed that was ordered. This is an organized systematic fraud.”

Card claims Kingston used his celebrity status to defraud people, saying that he works with Justin Bieber.

“He’s 100 percent a scammer, he’s on felony probation right now for trafficking in stolen property,” Card added. “He’s got judgments against him for procuring more than $1 million in watches without paying for them. This is just an ongoing pattern for Sean.”

Diddy Accused Of Multiple Rapes In New Lawsuit

Diddy is facing a new lawsuit from a woman who claims he drugged and raped her on multiple occasions in the 1990s.

In her lawsuit, April Lampros details multiple alleged assaults, per TMZ. She also claims Diddy bombarded her with calls and threatened to have her blackballed in the industry when she rejected his advances after numerous alleged assaults.

She also alleged Diddy recorded them having sex and has shown the video to multiple people.

Lampros said she was studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology when Diddy offered to mentor her. They met up in an NYC bar in 1995, where he gave her copious amounts of alcohol before taking her back to his room at the Millennium Hotel.

She recalls feeling as if “the walls were closing in on her” and alleged Diddy proceeded to rape her. Lampros claims that although she was still conscious during the alleged rape, she was unable to defend herself, She awoke the next day, “nude, sore and confused.”

After not hearing from him for months, Diddy reached out again, offering her access to music industry events. After meeting him for dinner, Lampros claimed Diddy forced her to perform oral sex on him in a parking garage. He didn’t stop, despite being spotted by a staff member.

Following that incident, Lampros claims she rejected his repeated advances, which brought out his “mobster persona.”

Lampros also recalled an encounter with Diddy in 1996. She claims Diddy “ordered” her to come to his home, where he forced her to take ecstasy and demanded she have sex with Kim Porter. Diddy allegedly masturbated while he watched before allegedly raping Lampros again.

After cutting ties with Diddy in 1998, Lampros recalled another incident in the early 2000s at her apartment. She claims he suddenly “violently grabbed her and forced himself onto her,” but she was able to fight him off.

Her attorney also represents Rodney Jones and Liza Gardner in their Diddy lawsuits and Grace O’Marcaigh, who sued Diddy’s son, Christian Combs. The attorney described Lampros as a “hopeful yet naive college student and took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible mulligan and decided to give him a second chance.”

The April Lampros lawsuit arrives just days after former model Crystal McKinney sued Diddy earlier for an alleged sexual assault in 2003.

Drake Raps On Metro Boomin’s “BBL Drizzy” Beat On Sexyy Red Collab: “U My Everything”

Drake is trolling Metro Boomin big time, rapping on the “BBL Drizzy” beat Metro Boomin produced to taunt the Toronto rap megastar.

At midnight on Friday (May 23), Sexyy Red dropped a surprise new project, In Sexyy We Trust. Among the guest appearances was friend and collaborator Drake, who appears on “U My Everything.”

After weeks of silence in the battle between Drake and Kendrick Lamar that consumed Hip-Hop, Drake gets back into gear on the Sexyy Red collab.

“Why you love me still a mystery/me and the surgeon got history/ I changed a lot of girls’ lives for real, they need a new body, they hittin’ me,” Drake raps before the beat switches to BBL Drizzy.

“BBL Drizzy, they want a new body, they ask me for it,” Drake continued. “The last one Jung, he did it for free ’cause I sent over so many passports for him, for real.”

Rick Ross created the “BBL Drizzy” moniker on his Drake diss “Champagne Moments,” accusing him of having cosmetic surgery. Metro Boomin then created a beat to mock Drake. He urged fans to rap on the track, which he dropped via Soundcloud on May 5.

Meanwhile, K. Dot name-dropped Sexyy Red and teased Drake about his friendship with the St. Louis native on “Euphoria.”

Angela Simmons Uses Her Booty To Reveal Status With Yo Gotti

So, what is the state of Yo Gotti and Angela Simmons’ relationship? They continue to follow each other on social media but haven’t been seen publicly together in months, and they haven’t posted about each other either. So, what is really going on?

Before diving into that, it’s important to mention that Yo Gotti’s brother was tragically murdered, which must have significantly impacted their lives and decisions. They likely needed time to realign and process this loss privately. Inquiring minds have continued to wonder what they have been up to and if there was trouble in thug paradise.

Recently, Angela subtly referenced Yo Gotti on her social media. His birthday was on May 19, and she gave him a shoutout. This post indicated that they are still together and in love, at least from what we can see. If there’s more to the story, we might find out later. The post was very discreet, and before that, there hadn’t been a post about him since January. Yo Gotti’s brother’s funeral was on February 1, following his tragic death on January 13, 2024. This has indeed been an incredibly challenging year for them.

A$AP Rocky Set To Stand Trial For 2021 A$AP Relli Shooting

A$AP Rocky has received the start date for his trial in connection to a November 2021 shooting incident in Los Angeles.

On Thursday (May 23), Hot97 reported he’s set to face trial on October 21 of this year after pleading not guilty to two counts of assault involving a semi-automatic firearm. The trial date follows a series of legal proceedings stemming from an alleged incident in which Rocky allegedly pointed and fired a semi-automatic handgun at his former friend and collaborator A$AP Relli outside a Hollywood hotel.

A pair of preliminary hearing dates were also scheduled for June 28 and August 2 by Superior Court Judge Karla Kerlin. According to reports, Rocky wasn’t present in court when his pre-trial and trial dates were announced.

The case saw significant developments over in recent months. Last November, Superior Court Judge ML Villar ruled that there was sufficient evidence for A$AP Rocky to stand trial, despite his attorney’s attempts to raise doubts. Rocky reaffirmed his not guilty plea in January and his lawyer Joe Tacopina argued that his client was the real victim in the incident and aimed for a swift trial.

During preliminary hearings for the case, footage of the incident was reviewed and confirmed there was a scuffle, but it didn’t clearly show the shooting. Relli testified that during the confrontation, Rocky allegedly said, “I’ll kill you right now,” before firing a shot that grazed Relli’s hand. He alleges Rocky also fired two or three more times before fleeing.

Tacopina previously emphasized the desire to avoid delays, initially targeting a September trial start. He expressed confidence that the trial would reveal Rocky’s innocence and allow him to move on with his family, which includes his two children with longtime partner Rihanna.

“We’re going to try the case in the courtroom,” Tacopina told reporters, per Courthouse News Service. “And when we do, facts will come out that show that he’s truly innocent. And that he’s a victim in this case.”

In addition to the criminal charges, Relli has also sued A$AP Rocky for assault and defamation, accusing him and Tacopina of branding him as a blackmailer in the press. Watch the footage previously shown in the preliminary court hearings last year above.

Kelly Rowland Addresses Cannes Incident: “The Woman Knows What Happened”

Kelly Rowland has broken her silence on an incident that took place at the Cannes Film and Television festival in France.

On Thursday (May 23), Rowland appeared in an interview with The Associated Press, during which she spoke for the first time about her interaction with a security usher on the red carpet of a premiere event she attended at the festival. In her brief remarks, Rowland explained that the incident occurred as a result of her feeling as though the usher overstepped her bounds.

“The woman knows what happened, I know what happened,” Rowland said. “I have a boundary and I stand by those boundaries and that is it.”

As she continued, Rowland appeared to suggest some sort of discrimination and or unfair treatment also played a role in her reaction.

”There were other women that attended that carpet who did not quite look like me and they didn’t get scolded or pushed off or told to get off,” she said. “I stood my ground and she felt like she had to stand hers.”

A video of Rowland walking the red carpet at the premiere for French-Italian film Marcello Mio went viral after fans identified an apparent dust-up between the vocalist and security staff working the event.

After seemingly being rushed off the carpet while attempting to wave to fans and pose for paparazzi, Rowland appeared to lose her temper with one of the female event staff members and engaged in a heated exchange with her.

According to Page Six, a lip reading expert said Rowland appeared to tell the usher during their exchange, “Don’t talk to me like that. Don’t talk to me like that. You’re not my mother. I told you not to talk to me like that.”

Vince Staples Addresses Future Of His Netflix Show

Vince Staples is still waiting on Netflix to order a second season of The Vince Staples Show. The West Coast rapper discussed the show’s reception and its uncertain future in an interview with Rolling Stone.

“I’m grateful,” Staples said. “I got to do something that isn’t really done on that network, or just done in general, with trying to break format and conventional comedy. I’m just trying some new things. So, I’m very happy that people embraced it, and we’ll see how they feel about it moving forward. We’re still trying to see what’s going to happen with that. But, looking forward to other opportunities in the medium.”

Staples encouraged fans to click the “Double Thumbs Up” button for the show on Netflix to help the series get renewed. He told Rolling Stone he was surprised to see lots of positive reviews and feedback since he admittedly has a niche audience.

“I don’t really make things that people [enjoy] like that, just to be honest,” he said. “I think I have a niche fan base. I’ve never had an extreme level of success. So, I’m always open to people not liking something or it not [being digested] right. I was honestly surprised by the way that it was received. But, yeah, man, I just feel like this show went very well, and especially for first-time writing, first-time producing, first-time starring in all of these things, I’m grateful for that.”

The Vince Staples Show premiered on Netflix in February. The series was executive produced by Kenya Barris, the creator of ABC’s Black-ish.

While the Netflix show’s future remains in limbo, Staples fans can enjoy his new album Dark Times. The project is his final release for Def Jam and the follow-up to his 2022 album Ramona Park Broke My Heart.

Snoop Dogg Reunites With Tha Dogg Pound For First Death Row Project In Nearly 30 Years

Snoop Dogg, Daz Dillinger and Kurupt have cemented their comeback as Tha Dogg Pound.

On Tuesday (May 21), the iconic Hip-Hop outfit premiered two new songs in collaboration with Gala Music and Death Row Records. The tracks, “Finesse” and “Baggin U Up,” features Snoop Dogg and October London, and are available exclusively on the Gala Music platform.

The release marks a significant moment in Tha Dogg Pound’s career, considering it’s their first collaboration with Snoop Dogg since their 2005 reunion and their first release on Death Row Records since their 1995 debut album Dogg Food.

In April, Daz Dillinger and Kurupt joined forces and dropped their single “Smoke Up” with Snoop Dogg to initiate the rollout of their upcoming album, W.A.W.G. (We All We Got). Much like “Finesse” and “Bangin U Up,” the album set to release on Gala Music, in addition to other major streaming platforms, on May 31.

Prior to Tha Dogg Pound’s latest release, Snoop Dogg first worked with Gala Music in 2022 during SuperBowl LIV, which was hosted in Los Angeles, in order to integrate a Web3 experience with a unique and immersive entertainment experience.

What resulted was their collaboration with Death Row Records, which manifested in the release of Snoop’s album, Bacc on Death Row (B.O.D.R.) on Gala’s platform. In addition to the release of the album, B.O.D.R. was also issued in the form of 25,000 exclusive NFT stash boxes.

50 Cent Offers Support To Cassie After Her First Public Reaction To Diddy Assault Video

50 Cent championed Cassie’s first statement since footage of Diddy brutally assaulting her went public. The G-Unit leader reposted Cassie’s words and expressed his desire to see her return to music on Thursday (May 23).

“I can’t wait to hear new music from @cassie,” he wrote on Instagram. “Get to it let’s go!”

Cassie sued Diddy for rape and years of abuse in November 2023. The two sides quickly settled the case out of court. Cassie said she “decided to resolve this matter amicably on terms that I have some level of control.”

The brief statement was her last comment regarding Diddy’s abuse until she spoke out on Thursday. Cassie broke her silence less than a week after CNN released surveillance footage of him attacking her at a hotel. The video corroborated allegations from her lawsuit.

“Thank you for all of the love and support from my family, friends, strangers and those I have yet to meet,” she wrote on Instagram. “The outpouring of love has created a place for my younger self to settle and feel safe now, but this is only the beginning. Domestic Violence is THE issue. It broke me down to someone I never thought I would become. With a lot of hard work, I am better today, but I will always be recovering from my past.”

She continued, “Thank you to everyone that has taken the time to take this matter seriously. My only ask is that EVERYONE open your heart to believing victims the first time. It takes a lot of heart to tell the truth out of a situation that you were powerless in. I offer my hand to those that are still living in fear. Reach out to your people, don’t cut them off. No one should carry this weight alone. This healing journey is never ending, but this support means everything to me. Thank you.”

Diddy still faces several lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault. The latest lawsuit was filed against him on Tuesday (May 21). He is also the subject of a federal investigation into sex trafficking allegations.

50 Cent is producing a documentary series about Diddy’s misdeeds. According to 50 Cent, Netflix won a bidding war for the docuseries.

MC Shan Calls Common & Pete Rock “Men Of Respect” After Getting Surprise Check

MC Shan has a reputation for posting inflammatory Instagram content, but Wednesday (May 22) proved to be a different story. The Juice Crew O.G. was in a particularly good mood as he praised Common and Pete Rock for their recent professionalism. According to Shan, he received a check out of the blue for the sample of “The Bridge” found on Common and Pete Rock’s new single, “Wise Up.”

As he explained in part, “Let me show you how enjoyable it is to do Hip-Hop business with men of respect. You think they asked me about that Common and Pete Rock thing? No they didn’t. They set the paperwork straight, so when it did come around, ‘Shan you straight.’ I ain’t even worried about that paperwork. Marley [Marl] is getting the paperwork.

Common and Pete Rock dropped “Wise Up” earlier this week. As suggested, the track includes a sample of the 1986 Hip-Hop classic “The Bridge.”

The song was instrumental in launching the career of Boogie Down Productions. KRS-One and crew took exception to the idea that the genre started in Queens (even though Shan doesn’t quite make that claim here) and responded with “South Bronx,” the first in a series of diss tracks between The Bronx and Queens.

As for “Wise Up,” the track serves as the inaugural single from Pete Rock and Common’s forthcoming joint album, The Auditorium. It was accompanied by a video directed by Marleaux Desiré. Check it out below.

G Herbo Co-Conspirator Accepts Plea Deal In Federal Fraud Case

Antonio Strong, a promoter involved in a fraud scheme with G Herbo, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and four counts of wire fraud in Massachusetts on Wednesday (May 22). According to Chicago’s PBS affiliate, Strong will be sentenced in September.

Strong reached a deal with prosecutors, admitting to using stolen credit card information to pay for more than $2 million in luxury items. G Herbo accepted a plea agreement for his role in the scheme in 2023.

G Herbo pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of making a false statement to a federal official. Prosecutors dropped several counts of aggravated identity theft as part of his deal.

A judge sentenced G Herbo, whose real name is Herbert Wright, to three years of probation in January. The rapper was fined $5,500 and ordered to pay $139,878 in restitution.

Strong, G Herbo and four co-defendants were indicted by a grand jury in 2020. Federal prosecutors said the nationwide fraud conspiracy started in March 2016 and ended in September 2020.

“The stolen payment card account information included the actual cardholders’ names, addresses, payment card account numbers, security codes and account expiration dates,” prosecutors noted. “Because Strong and his alleged co-conspirators provided authentic payment card information, the defrauded businesses and individuals successfully processed their transactions and provided the goods and services. The actual cardholders discovered these transactions on their accounts and disputed the charges, which were reversed by the payment card companies. As a result, the transactions were charged back to the businesses and individuals from whom Strong and his co-conspirators defrauded with the unauthorized transactions.”

Two of Strong and G Herbo’s co-defendants also pleaded guilty in the case. Two more await trial.

Strong faces up to 20 years in prison for wire fraud conspiracy and wire fraud charges.

Are People Trying To Stop 50 Cent’s Diddy Doc?

Buckle up and get ready. I’m getting a scoop and it’s crazy. First of all, we already know 50 Cent has signed a deal to produce a documentary on Diddy. The documentary is going to delve deep into the allegations of abuse, particularly surrounding his former lady and mother of his children, Kim Porter.

We understand 50 Cent isn’t the one doing the heavy lifting in the documentary Diddy Do It, as he’s calling it. Several people are involved in the creation process, including a production team, grips, writers and more. I have sources telling me that certain key team members have been approached and offered money to quit working on the documentary. Like $5 million. Yes, five milli! Who did it? That remains a mystery.

From what I understand, these were not big bruisers that stepped to them. It seems to be somewhat more like a business offer that he can’t refuse. It didn’t seem like it was an overt death threat or threat of bodily harm, according to the source. Could it be perceived as a threat? Yeah, for sure. I believe it could escalate.

Inevitably there will be questions asked like, “Who sent these men to these people? Was it Sean Combs who sent them? Was it someone higher up who sent them?” Right now, we don’t know. I would imagine Diddy isn’t into doing anything out of compliance right now. It seems like the train is leaving the station and Netflix is the conductor. I can’t quite imagine being in this position that Diddy is in because the drama is painful and unbearable! And I’m not even involved. Thank God.

EXCLUSIVE: Russell Simmons Vows To Remain In Bali Amid Legal Woes

Russell Simmons plans to stay in Bali for the foreseeable future. The Def Jam co-founder has no desire to move back to the United States as he fights a lawsuit filed by a woman accusing him of sexual assault.

“I am not physically present in New York and I do not have an intention to live in New York in the future,” Simmons explained. “I own no property in the United States. I have been living in Bali since 2018, which is where I intend to remain. For at least nine years before I moved to Bali, I lived in California. As a California resident, I paid California resident taxes in the years immediately prior to moving to Bali. Currently, I pay California non-resident state taxes.”

A former Def Jam employee identified as Jane Doe sued Simmons for rape in February. Later, she accused him of forging her signature on a document allegedly dated back to 1997. Jane Doe said she never signed the document, which regarded her departure from Def Jam and minor financial matters. Even if the document was legitimate, Jane Doe noted it had nothing to do with her rape claims against Simmons.

According to a court filing obtained by AllHipHop, Simmons’ lawyer Ellie Sanders attempted to refute Jane Doe’s concerns over the document. Sanders claimed former Def Jam executive Lyor Cohen verified the signature’s legitimacy.

“On Sunday, March 24, 2024, I ‘flattened’ the PDF version of the 1997 Agreement that our firm received via email from Simone Reyes, Mr. Simmons’s colleague,” Sanders declared. “Flattening a PDF is the simple technical process of converting the format of a PDF file using Adobe Acrobat. I regularly flatten PDFs in order to submit documents via ECF, following the procedure stated in the 2019 Electronic Case Filing Rules & Instructions, published by the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

“I did not make any changes to the content of the PDF; flattening the PDF file is the only action I took to save the file in the correct format for its eventual e-filing. On April 16, 2024, following the teleconference in this matter and as directed by Judge Koeltl, I emailed the flattened PDF to Plaintiff’s counsel. I titled the PDF ‘Agreement – Jane Doe v. Russell Simmons.pdf’ before transmitting it to Plaintiff’s counsel.”

Sanders continued, “Plaintiff states in her Amended Complaint that ‘She disputes the authenticity of this document’ because, among other reasons, there is a ‘discrepancy with the [March 24, 2024] date and file name.’ The metadata date is March 24, 2024, because that is the date that I flattened and saved the PDF on our firm’s server. I titled the PDF to appropriately identify the file when transmitting that file to Plaintiff’s counsel. On Tuesday, May 14, 2024, I spoke with Lyor Cohen by telephone, and he told me that he recognized his signature on the PDF in both places where it appears.”

Jane Doe sued Simmons for sexual battery/assault, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and gender-motivated violence. She is one of the multiple women who’ve accused Simmons of rape and sexual misconduct. Simmons denied the allegations.

Sean Kingston’s Home Raided By Authorities In Florida

The Broward County Sheriff’s Office and Davie Police Department raided Sean Kingston’s home in Southwest Ranches, Florida on Thursday (May 23). According to local reports, the raid was connected to Kingston’s failure to pay for merch – including a $150,000 entertainment system. A lawyer representing a company that sued Kingston was outside the singer’s home during the raid.

“He likes having bling, he likes showing off, he’s a showman,” attorney Dennis Card said. “My client has a $150,000 television sound system that’s in there, there’s also about $1 million worth of watches that are in there, there’s a $80,000 custom bed that was ordered. This is an organized systematic fraud.”

Ver Ver Entertainment filed a lawsuit against Kingston, whose real name is Kisean Paul Anderson, over the entertainment system in February. The company’s lawyer accused Kingston of using his celebrity status to defraud people.

“He’s got basically a script, he says that he works with Justin Bieber and that he obviously puts on a big show here,” Card said. “This is a rental house, he doesn’t own it, and he lures people using his celebrity into having them release things without him paying for it and then he simply never pays.”

Card added, “He’s 100 percent a scammer, he’s on felony probation right now for trafficking in stolen property, he’s got judgments against him for procuring more than $1 million in watches without paying for them. This is just an ongoing pattern for Sean.”

Kingston wasn’t home at the time of the raid. His mother Janice Turner was taken into custody on “numerous fraud and theft charges.”

The 60-year-old woman pleaded guilty to four counts of filing false loan applications and one count of bank fraud in 2006. A judge sentenced Turner to 16 months in prison and five years of probation.
