Coi Leray Suggests Benzino Needs To “Go Get Help”

The family feud involving Benzino and Coi Leray continues to play out on social media. The father and daughter have been gossip fodder for months as Leray prepared to release her debut album.

Coi Leray’s Trendsetter finally arrived on April 8, but that did not stop the family members from bickering in front of the world. The latest round in the discord happened yesterday afternoon.

“[What] makes you weirdos think you could ever tell me or have an opinion about me and my daughter?” tweeted Benzino. “Think about what type of mental illness one must have to do that. Y’all entire lives will be wasted commenting on s### you don’t know. Smh what type of mind and life is that?”

While Benzino was taking aim at trolls online, Coi Leray decided to call out her own father on Twitter. She responded to Zino by tweeting, “You want me to post these screenshots of what you said to me? Or you wanna just chill or go get help? Lmk.”

Back in February, Benzino nearly cost Coi Leray the chance to have a Nicki Minaj feature on Trendsetter. The former co-owner of The Source magazine spoiled the collaboration before it was officially announced.

“I’mma need you to sit the f### down, grab you some popcorn, enjoy the show, and clap for me when it’s time to clap for me. Alright, Daddy? Don’t worry. I told him this before I hopped online,” expressed Leray at the time.

Coi Leray’s “Blick Blick!” with Nicki Minaj did make it onto the project. The song peaked at #37 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 during its three-week run on the chart. However, Trendsetter only managed to reach the #89 position on the Billboard 200.

The reported low sales for Trendsetter also caused Benzino to address his relationship with his daughter. The @iambenzino Instagram page made fun of Coi Leray’s debut album opening with less than 20,000 first-week units. However, Benzino claimed he does not run that account.

Rubi Rose Responds To Backlash Over Her Comments About Nicki Minaj

Up-and-coming rapper Rubi Rose found herself as a target of the Barbz. Nicki Minaj’s diehard fanbase took issue with Rose’s comments about the “Anaconda” hitmaker.

During a conversation with the Big Facts Podcast, Rubi Rose spoke about preferring to date men who make more money than her. She then referred to Nicki Minaj’s relationship with Kenneth Petty.

“If they don’t [make more money than me], we can work on it,” said Rose. “I will help, of course, but I don’t want to be the man in the relationship, but I will. I see Nicki Minaj is happy.”

The Shade Room posted a clip from Rubi Rose’s interview with Big Facts Podcast on Instagram. Later, Rose jumped into TSR‘s comment section to walk back her statements about Nicki Minaj.

“Aht aht! I didn’t mean it in a disrespectful way at all…. I was just saying you can be happy with a man who makes less than you. I’ll say Britney Spears next time…🥲,” wrote Rose.

In addition, Rubi Rose used her own Instagram page to pay homage to Minaj. The 2021 XXL Freshman Class member posted a photo of herself with a caption that read, “After all of that surgery u are still ugly & that is what getsss me☺️🤭.”

That line is from Nicki Minaj’s recent “We Go Up” single featuring Fivio Foreign. Some listeners believe that particular bar by Minaj is a diss directed at her longtime rival Cardi B. It is not clear if Rose attempted to get back in the Barbz’s good graces by taking a light jab at their least favorite female rapper.

Previously, Cardi B showed public support for Rubi Rose’s career. The Bronx-bred entertainer tapped Rose as a cameo in the highly-publicized “WAP” music video featuring Megan Thee Stallion. Cardi also promoted Rose’s 2020 mixtape, For The Streets, which opens with a track titled “Intro/Cardi B Interlude.”

The British-Nigerian rapper planned to start her 10-date tour in May but will now postpone the shows to a later date.

“Hey guys, due to unforeseen circumstances I’ve been left with no option but to reschedule my US tour. I take my live shows seriously and would only want to give you guys nothing but the best of me,” she announced in a statement.

The tour was in support of Sometimes I Might Be Introvert, which AllHipHop named one of the “absolute best” albums of 2021.

“Being an independent artist, I pay for everything encompassing my live performances out of my own pocket,” she explained. “Touring the US for a month would leave me in a huge deficit.”

Despite wanting to go ahead with the tour, Little Simz admitted that it would also take a toll on her mental health.

“As much as this pains me to not see you at this time, I’m just not able to put myself through that mental stress.”

She continued: “It’s important for me to speak my truth about this and be honest. I appreciate the love and excitement you guys have for seeing me live. Rest assured I will be there soon, back bigger and better.

Young Thug revealed he is addressing his recent struggles in a new project.

Thugger surprised his fans by unveiling the cover art for his new music on Instagram. The image features a shirtless Young Thug, eyes closed and covered in blood. He also revealed that he has a lot to say on the project.

Back in March, LaKevia Jackson, the mother of Young Thug’s 14-year-old son, was shot and killed during a dispute at an Atlanta bowling alley. Atlanta cops announced they arrested a suspect on March 20 in connection with the shooting.

Meanwhile, fans on Twitter have been gleaning clues from the newly-released cover art and think it could mean another installment in the Slime Season series is on the way.

“Based on the cover of the upcoming Young Thug project,” one user wrote, “it better be what I think it is.” She shared the cover art for the first three Slime Season tapes alongside the new project. They share a similar theme, with blood and closed or covered eyes heavily featured in all of the images.

Many others agreed, with one noting, “This new young thug artwork gives me SLIME SEASON 3 vibes I’m ready.”

Fans can pick up tickets for the NY State Of Mind tour when they go on sale on Tuesday, April 26 at 10 a.m. local time.

He performed a medley of the album’s hits, including “I Can” and “Made You Look” to a live orchestra. He followed up with “One Mic” — off 2001’s Stillmatic before concluding with the more recent “Rare,” off his 2021 LP King’s Disease II.

Nas chose his daughter, Destiny as his date for the Grammys and shared a picture of the pair together on the red carpet. “Two of a kind,” he penned in the caption.

Meanwhile, Wu-Tang Clan’s Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) has been recognized by The Library of Congress. The 1993 classic album was selected for induction into the National Recording Registry earlier this month. The album joins 25 other works, including Alicia Keys’ chart-topping studio LP, Songs in A Minor. A Tribe Called Quest’s 1991 masterpiece The Low End Theory also received the historic accolade reserved for recordings worthy of preservation in America’s recorded sound heritage.

Last month, Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA and DJ Scratch spoke to AllHipHop about their new album, Saturday Kung Fu Theater. Check it out below.

Future Addresses His “Toxic” Label & Sharing His Pain On New Album

Future is coming back with a new album later this month.

After taking the lengthiest hiatus of his career so far, Future feels like he has finally achieved harmony between his life in and outside of the studio.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CcTFOanMj-X/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link

During an interview for GQ, he revealed to Elliot Willson his upcoming project, due Apr. 29, explores his vulnerability with a little of the trademark toxicity fans have come to expect from Future.

“I’m putting myself out there,” Future said, “Sharing my lifestyle with the world. Sharing my pain with the world. Sharing my ups, sharing my downs with the entire universe. I believe in the energy of the universe and manifestation. That’s why I’m giving myself, because I’m willing to correct myself. I don’t want to just…be wrong. I’m willing to give you all of me, so you can tell me how to build on me, and make me a better me.” He added, “I always found a way to create around everything, man. I turn pain into diamonds. I do that with my eyes closed.”

Elliot Wilson said Future sound “sounds reignited, unstoppable,” on the as-yet-unnamed project. He also suggested the album has a less melodic sound than past offerings and is a more aggressive sound.

Future Addresses His “Toxic” Label

Elsewhere during the interview, Future explained he dropped his “Worst Day” single because he was ready to get past all the drama of his previous high-profile relationships. “I’m just like, s###, this is the perfect time to put it out. Get past it. Talk about it. Don’t have to talk about it no more,” he added, though he said he had already moved on.

While many paint Future as the poster boy for toxic masculinity, Future claims he has actually been on the receiving end of it.  “People have their own definition of what toxic is,” he explained. “[These women] all were toxic to me. They just don’t want to admit it.”

Nicki Minaj Offers Rappers The Chance To Get On “We Go Up” Remix

Nicki Minaj is giving away an opportunity that rappers around the world would pay big bucks for, a verse on one of her songs!

“Going once Going twice,” Nicki teased on Tuesday (Apr 19). “Are there any “rappers” that would like a verse on the WGU remix?” she asked.

The “Do We Have A Problem” rapper then challenged anyone hoping to score the feature to do what she did early on in her career. “The instrumental is on iTunes,” she instructed. “F### it up & send it to me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ that’s WTF EYEEEEEEE 👁 USED TO DO 👁 but that is I and I am him. Slim THICK wit da tilted brim. 🧢👅 #WeGoUpVideo out now ⏰”

Earlier on Tuesday, Nicki Minaj threatened to delay her forthcoming album if her fans failed to support her new video. She dropped the visuals for “We Go Up” featuring Fivio Foreign and instructed The Barbz to run up the numbers. Check out the video below.

Nicki Minaj Says No More Mrs. Nice Girl

However, she later revealed she is “tried being the good b####” and is bringing “the bad guy” back out.

“Many of y’all never experienced a “Nicki got her foot on btchs necks” era & it shows 🤣😭🤣😂,” Nicki tweeted. “So from this day forth y’all will not get papa bear mommy cuz y’all don’t deserve her😉. Yall won’t get ‘bout to be preggers Nicki or preggers Nicki. Y’all gon get who y’all begged4 🤪”

Just in case anybody assumed she was coming for the ladies, Nicki later clarified she was not being gender-specific. “And baby, that “btchs necks” covers the whole spectrum. Nigg@z tooooooooooooooooo.”

Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj had another reason to be upset, learning she was locked out of one of her social media accounts. The New Yorker summoned her best Adele impersonation to call out Tik-Tok after she failed to get into her account.

“TikTok got me lookin in from the outside at my account that I can’t get into. Hello from the out-side btch,” she said while remixing Adele’s#### song. “I must’ve called a thousand times to tell you I’m sorry for everything that I’ve done. But when I call you never seem to b home.” Nonetheless, it seems Tik-Tok heard the call as she later revealed she regained access to her account.

Nicki Minaj Threatens To Delay Her Album If Fans Don’t Support “We Go Up” Video

Nicki Minaj unleashed her Fivio Foreign-assisted “We Go Up” video with a warning on Tuesday (April 19).

The Republic Records artist challenged her Barbz to watch the video in large numbers. She claimed she will delay her next studio album if the video doesn’t receive enough fan support.

“If y’all don’t do what needs to be done with the #WeGoUpVideo I will significantly and I DO mean significantly…delay the…the…the…oh what’s the word… oh! the album,” she wrote via Twitter. “That’s right. sighs the album devil wears Prada Meryl Streep voice.”

Nicki Minaj released her “We Go Up” single in March. She dropped the track after teasing it on TikTok, telling fans she scrapped the song from her album.

Although Nicki Minaj hasn’t announced a release date or title for her LP, the project’s expected to drop this year. In February, she told James Corden the album would be out “before the summertime.”

Nicki Minaj hasn’t released an album since 2018’s Queen. Her last studio LP peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200. Queen earned a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America in 2019.

Benzino Suggests Collab Project With Daughter Coi Leray, Mess Ensues

Benzino and his daughter Coi Leray continue to publicly clash on social media.

The latest chapter of their family drama began when Benzino proposed a collaboration with his daughter. A few days after releasing his “Zino Vs. The Planet” track, the veteran rapper had thoughts about doing a project with Coi Leray on Tuesday (April 19).

“Man listen..if me and my daughter Coi did a project right now y’all mfs would be in trouble,” he wrote via Twitter. “Big Faxx #zinovstheplanet.”

Benzino’s post received a negative reception as social media users mentioned his well-publicized troubles with Coi Leray. The reaction prompted him to lash out at his critics.

“To all u weirdo mfs who like to throw shade at me about MY daughter understand this, she’s MY DAUGHTER,” he wrote. “I made her, raised her, love her & proud of everything she’s doing. Y’all just met her, I’ve known CC my whole life. So keep supporting her because if she’s wins, then I WON.”

He added, “You makes you weirdos think you could ever tell me or have an opinion about me and my daughter? Think about what type of mental illness one must have to do that. Y’all entire lives will be wasted commenting on s### you don’t know. Smh what type of mind and life is that?”

Coi Leray responded to the last post, advising her father to stop his antics. She threatened to expose their private conversations if he didn’t.

“You want me to post these screen shots of what you said to me?” she asked. “Or you wanna just chill or go get help? Lmk.”

Benzino didn’t reply to Coi Leray’s question on social media. But a few hours later, he returned to Twitter to share a lesson he seemingly learned.

“I’m learning that the best response to an idiot is no response at all,” he concluded.

Jacqueline Avant’s Killer Sentenced To Life In Prison

Aariel Maynor has been sentenced to life in prison for murdering philanthropist Jacqueline Avant, the wife of renowned music executive Clarence Avant.

Judge Kathryn Solorzano sentenced Maynor to a minimum of 150 years behind bars on Tuesday (April 19). The 30-year-old man shot and killed Jacqueline Avant during a robbery at her Beverly Hills home in December 2021.

“Today marks the end of a tragic case that rocked our community,” Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón said in a press release. “Because of a completely senseless act, Los Angeles lost Jacqueline Avant, a community leader and philanthropist. Her murder sent shockwaves through our community, prompting fear, concern and a tremendous sense of loss. “This sentence and conclusion of this case also prevents a painful and lengthy process of trial for the Avant family, a process that can be traumatizing,” Gascón said. “There was never any doubt that we were going to pursue this case rigorously, this case shocks us all. Our office has and will continue to seek to hold accountable those who cause grievous harm in our communities.”

The Truth About Getting an Education in Music

Even though a musical education is important, many famous musicians do not have it. However, there are many universities and colleges where you can get a music education at.

Currently, songwriting is an integral part of both elite and mass culture, and the profession of concert and chamber vocalist or artist is desirable and popular. Many are attracted by interesting life, high fees, and fame. Meanwhile, few people think about how difficult the direction to fame is. But if you are determined to undertake the road of this creative profession, then it is necessary to finish the method lessons of research at the university, and the requirements for applicants will be elevated enough.

The musician performs solo or in the texture of the vocal collective, ensemble, or choir entertaining, opera, classical and dance song works. It sings aptly or under a musical accompaniment in entertainment and concert halls, in a theatre and a cabaret, in restaurants, and cafes, on open grounds, and on stages. Music education is available at many institutes. The Juilliard School and Berklee College of Music. Yale School of Music and The University of Southern California. Thornton School of Music and Curtis Institute of Music.

To enroll you must pass the entrance exams and write a cover letter. It allows you to understand how interested an individual is in training. There are various sites where you may pay for essays. For illustration, the page Edubirdie. As a rule, the audience barely witnesses the achievement of the vocalist. However, before performing in front of the audience, he devotes a lot of his period to the complex, demanding patience and difficult work. It consists of steady training of the voice and memorization of songs.

A lot of effort is wasted on mastering the true diction and acting. Frequently the vocalist has to master the movements of choreographic accomplishments, that is, on the scene, he needs not only to sing but also to dance. Singers are under the scrutiny of enthusiasts, journalists, and photographers. They often give interviews, take part in the filming, and take part in press conferences and autographs.

Music education for famous singers

All singers have different views on life and the importance of education. Someone has graduated from a music university in his specialty. Many have not finished their education at all. Some singers received their higher education entirely unrelated to their current situation. Many have medical or economic tuition and barely complete school or college classes.

Lady Gaga was at the School of Mystic Tash New Yorker institution, and after the symphony left completely.

American rapper Kanye West received a honorary Ph.D. from the Art Institute of Chicago. It’s one of the most authoritative specialized academies in the USA. The guitarist of the band Queen. Also, the founder of many hits finished the Physics and Mathematics Department. Of the prestigious Imperial College of London. Bryan had already completed his Ph.D. in infrared astronomy and had two scientific papers on astronomy.

Madonna is the goddess of the pop symphony, author, manager, maker, and style designer in a word. After succeeding in high school as an extern, Madonna obtained a choreographic education at the University of Michigan. Some of the teachers persuaded her not to waste their period being a student but to create a business as a dancer. Years later, she succeeded at the institution of Music in Michigan. But not all famous musicians have special elevated education in this way. Others, on the contrary, have graduated from universities and many additional courses to achieve excellence.

Conclusion

Sometimes to be a great vocalist, it is necessary to research at a higher or secondary specialized educational institution. You can also complete additional courses and get a basic education. Depending on the requirements of a particular academy, you will be offered either an interview or pass a creative exam. It will show the presence or lack of creative abilities and talent. This test will depend on the enrollment. The educational level that is observed among celebrities is often just a full secondary education. And among those who have gone to study further after school, the most are those who specialize in English and literature.

For Sophie Chanel, Intense Emotion Leads to Powerful Music

It is no secret that artists feel more intensely than other people. This emotion can shine like a beacon through their work. Whether it is music, painting, photography, or sculpting, feelings are directly communicated through that artist’s medium of choice. For Sophie Chanel, that medium is music. She does not hold back when writing a song but instead lets his creativity flow with emotion. The result is raw to the point of primordial. Her lyrics run the gambit of human experience, complete with beautiful music that adds even more of an impact to what is being said.

Like so many other artists, Sophie Chanel thinks and feels on a different level than those who do not fall into this group of creative genius. She calls it a blessing and a curse. A blessing is that artists can have transformational experiences that define what it is to be human. Happy moments are euphoric, but like the rest of life, you have to take the bad with the good. Sophie Chanel explains that it can be excruciating when an artist is faced with the dark side of emotions. Pain, anger, despair, loneliness, and betrayal resonate much more deeply and thus have significant impacts. These impacts can result in masterpieces.

For musicians like Sophie Chanel, great songs can be inspired by painful emotions. While there are countless feel-good tracks out there that happen to be terrific pieces of music, it is the titles that pull at our hearts that are truly memorable. These tracks are nothing less than someone baring their soul and sharing a deeply personal experience with the world. Sophie Chanel points out that the most creative people can often be battling a host of problems.

There is staggering evidence that artists endure mental health issues because they do have a deeper connection with reality. Sophie Chanel sombrely points out that since songs are often emotional manifestations, it is not a coincidence that so many songs resonate with the masses globally. The human experience can be challenging enough, and those who feel more intensely often create masterpieces to give themselves a creative outlet. On the other hand, Sophie Chanel advises, “Often people think that all is well amidst the success and the spotlight artists earn; however, even creative geniuses need someone to be just there and be their rock.”

Kid Cudi Proclaims He’ll Never Work With Kanye West Again

Fans shouldn’t expect to hear new Kid Cudi and Kanye West collaborations in the future.

Kid Cudi addressed his appearance on Pusha T’s upcoming album It’s Almost Dry, which is co-produced by Kanye West, in a Twitter post on Tuesday (April 19). The Ohio native declared the collab will be the last song he ever does with ‘Ye.

“Hey! So I know some of you heard about the song I got w Pusha,” he wrote. “I did this song a year ago when I was still cool w Kanye. I am not cool w that man. He’s not my friend and I only cleared the song for Pusha cuz thats my guy. This is the last song u will hear me on w Kanye.”

Kid Cudi’s friendship with Pete Davidson led to the disintegration of his relationship with Kanye West. Earlier this year, ‘Ye announced his longtime collaborator wouldn’t appear on the Donda 2 album since Kid Cudi’s pals with Davidson, who’s dating Kim Kardashian.

“Just so everyone knows, Cudi will not be on Donda because he friends with you know who,” Kanye West informed fans on social media. “We all speak in Billie language now.”

Kid Cudi responded via Twitter, “We talked weeks ago about this. You’re whack for flipping the script and posting this lie just for a look on the Internet. You ain’t no friend. BYE.”

The bad blood ended a musical association that’s lasted more than a decade. Kid Cudi and Kanye West teamed up for several tracks throughout the years before forming a duo called Kids See Ghosts. They released a self-titled album together in 2018.

The music industry is home to thousands of incredible talents, making it hard for up-and-coming artists to establish their spots and build an audience. However, this has not stopped fast-rising DJ Sinary from reaching the top.

All his idols growing up were musicians because he loved how he felt he could relate to them and their experiences even though they were worlds apart. Today in his own music career, he’s excited to play a similar role for his fans.

One thing that’s for sure is his drive and work ethic. He knows that nothing will be handed to him overnight, and he’s more than willing to put in the time to get what he deserves. What really sets him apart is his ability to keep moving forward and rebound after a setback. He notes that some people haven’t learned how to persevere when times get tough, and how that can cause lost opportunities and short-sightedness in your career.

Looking ahead, he is excited to keep perfecting his craft, connecting with his fans on social media, and releasing more hits for his audience to enjoy. To hear more from ItsFlxn and stay up-to-date with his latest projects, you can check him out at the following links:
