Diddy Hit With Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Amid Federal Investigation

A former adult film star joined the long list of women who’ve sued Diddy over the past nine months. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Adria English a.k.a. Omunique filed a sex trafficking lawsuit against the embattled mogul.

English accused Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs, of grooming her into sex trafficking. She allegedly ended up in the Bad Boy Records founder’s orbit after her boyfriend auditioned for a Sean John modeling job around 2004.

The plaintiff’s boyfriend and another model were allegedly told they needed to perform oral sex on Diddy to get the gig. English’s boyfriend refused but received an alternative offer: get his girlfriend to work as a go-go dancer for Diddy’s white party in the Hamptons.

English and her boyfriend accepted the deal. She worked the party, which led to her doing more gigs for Diddy. English said she often had to drink alcohol laced with narcotics and was coerced into having sex with guests at his parties.

The plaintiff was allegedly forced to have sex with famed jeweler Jacob Arabov, better known as Jacob the Jeweler, at the behest of Diddy. English received a $1,000 bonus for the deed. Diddy congratulated her for following his orders, per the lawsuit.

English said she was “passed off” to Diddy’s guests and sexually assaulted at his parties. The alleged victim stopped working for him in 2009. She believed he followed through on his threats to blackball her and her boyfriend.

Diddy is already under federal investigation for sex trafficking. Investigators impaneled a grand jury, which could lead to an indictment.

Homeland Security raided Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami mansion as part of the investigation in March. Months after the raid, the disgraced executive wanted to ditch his Los Angeles home. He reportedly hoped to sell it for roughly $70 million.

Diddy’s plethora of legal issues started when Cassie Ventura sued him for rape and years of abuse in November 2023. He quickly settled the case out of court, but more accusers pursued lawsuits in subsequent weeks and months.

Doechii’s DJ Accuses Delta Air Lines Employee Of Stealing Sex Toy

DJ Miss Milan, the DJ of Top Dawg Entertainment artist Doechii, called out Delta Air Lines for an employee’s alleged theft on Wednesday (July 3). The DJ said a Delta worker broke into her luggage and stole her vibrator.

“By the way @Delta one of your nasty employees decided to go in my bag and take my vibrator!” she wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter). “Absolutely disgusted. I know for a fact it was stolen because I had a lock on my bag and that lock was missing. I checked my bag & I noticed the vibrator was missing. Extremely gross!”

DJ Miss Milan mentioned a Delta employee breaking her lock and digging through her bag on Saturday (June 29).

“I really wanna know why @delta went in my luggage and took my lock too,” she wrote.

Days later, Doechii’s DJ was still shocked by the brazen invasion of privacy and theft. She questioned the employee’s mindset.

“I came home to be DJ Miss Nasty and realize that s### was not in my bag like wtf?!” she wrote. “Lock gone and so is my toy like wow lmao how fucky can you really be???! You gonna use it at work?! wtf.”

DJ Miss Milan’s poor experience with Delta occurred a few months after Doechii clashed with Azealia Banks on social media. Banks called Doechii a “wannabe,” which elicited a response from the TDE rapper/singer.

“The first time you came for me I let it slide outta respect for my elders,’ Doechii wrote. “It’s not my fault you sellin bussy soap and I’m sellin platinum records. Leave me alone PLEASE.”

Doechii dropped a new single titled “Rocket” in June. She partnered with Sprite for the song’s music video.

Watch the “Rocket” video below.

Kanye West’s Lawyer Wants To Ditch Rapper Over Lack Of Payment

Kanye West allegedly won’t pay or speak to a lawyer representing him in an assault and battery lawsuit. According to MyNewsLA, attorney Brian Brumfield asked Los Angeles County Judge Theresa Traber to be removed from Ye’s case on Monday (July 1).

“Defendant … will not speak to counsel and defendant refuses to pay counsel as well,” the lawyer wrote in a court filing.

An autograph seeker named Justin Poplawski sued Kanye for assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and loss of consortium in January 2024. Kanye allegedly punched the plaintiff in January 2022.

Authorities investigated the incident. The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office declined to file charges against Kanye.

“Regarding the incident involving Kanye West that took place January 13, 2022, after a thorough and careful review of all the evidence, our office is declining to file based on no reasonable likelihood of conviction,” a spokesperson said in August 2022.

Kanye avoided charges despite admitting he hit the plaintiff in an interview. Ye said the victim was trying to make money off his autograph.

“It was 3 a.m. in front of the [Soho] Warehouse,” he explained. “I’m saying, ‘You don’t know what I’m dealing with right now.’ I just finished these two songs. I came from the studio. And this dude, he just had this real attitude like, ‘What you gonna do? And see that?’ I’ma just tell you – that blue COVID-19 mask ain’t stop that knockout.”

Poplawski sought undisclosed damages in his lawsuit. Ye denied any wrongdoing, claiming he was “justified in doing any and/or all of the acts alleged in the complaint.”

Diddy Selling Cali Mansion After Homeland Security Raid

Sean “Diddy” Combs decided to sell one of his mansions raided by Homeland Security. According to TMZ, the disgraced mogul sought roughly $70 million for his home in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The Bad Boy Records founder bought the mansion for $40 million in 2024. He reportedly wanted to sell it off-market and leave Los Angeles.

Homeland Security raided Diddy’s Los Angeles and Miami mansions in March. The feds targeted his lavish residences as part of a sex trafficking investigation. Diddy’s lawyer Aaron Dyer condemned the raids.

“There was a gross overuse of military-level force as search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residences,” Dyer said. “There is no excuse for the excessive show of force and hostility exhibited by authorities or the way his children and employees were treated. Mr. Combs was never detained but spoke to and cooperated with authorities. Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way.”

He continued, “This unprecedented ambush — paired with an advanced, coordinated media presence — leads to a premature rush to judgment of Mr. Combs and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits. There has been no finding of criminal or civil liability with any of these allegations. Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name.”

Diddy faced a criminal investigation in addition to multiple civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, among other allegations. His public downfall began when his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura sued him for rape and years of abuse in November 2023. More women and a producer named Lil Rod filed lawsuits after Diddy settled with Cassie out of court.

The feds impaneled a grand jury in their investigation of Diddy. The move paved the way for a possible indictment.

Taraji P. Henson Responds To Keith Lee After BET Awards Mishap: “His Ego Is Hurt”

Taraji P. Henson has responded to TikTok food critic Keith Lee after he shared his reaction to the viral mishap at last weekend’s BET Awards.

Lee and his wife were sitting front row during the ceremony when host Taraji confused him with another social media influencer. A clip of the awkward encounter was shared wildly online and Lee spoke out to defend Henson, blaming BET for “extremely rushed” production.

However, Henson has come forward claiming that Lee was actually sat in the wrong seat. She also said the mishap hurt his ego and he should just move on.

“Life really is too short for this behavior,” the actress wrote in the morningjuiceboxtv comment section. He wasn’t in his seat️. They give celebrity assigned seats!”

Furthermore, Henson said she practised “all day,” despite Lee claiming the segment felt “unprepared and unprofessional.”

She continued, “I rehearsed all damn day to go hit my mark and that young man wasn’t in his seat so HE MISSED HIS MOMENT! His ego is hurt. He will be fine. I cleaned it up at the end of the show. No love lost here. #GodBless”

Henson was commenting on a since-deleted TikTok Lee shared after the BET Awards. In the video, Lee drops the rose Henson handed him during the segment.

“Our name will be known in every room its supposed to be, when it’s supposed to be, how it’s supposed, with no confusion,” he captioned the video.

Keith Lee Defends Taraji P. Henson

It’s unlikely Henson saw Lee’s follow-up video, explaining why he discarded the rose.

“I didn’t think Taraji had any ill will or any ill intentions behind the situation. The situation happened the way it did. It is what it is. I made a video last night where I had the rose that was given to me in my hand, and I let it fall on the floor,” he explained.

“The reason I did this had nothing to do with Taraji P. Henson,” Lee added. “The reason I dropped it on the floor is that I wholeheartedly believe that wasn’t my rose. That wasn’t my moment. It was given to me, but it wasn’t mine. And I always say I don’t want nothing that ain’t mine. I want what’s meant for me. Nothing less. Nothing more.”

Gamers Call On Snoop Dogg To Step In After Xbox Live Server Outage

Games called on Snoop Dogg to save the day after Xbox Live went down.

On Tuesday (July 2), gamers were at a loss when the Xbox servers went down. Microsoft reportedly confirmed a major outage, with servers down for over six hours.

Xbox Live users took to X (Twitter) to call on their favorite celebrity gamer, Snoop Dogg. The Death Row Records boss has a history of shaking things up when gaming goes wrong.

In 2016, Snoop Dogg blasted Microsoft founder Bill Gates in an epic viral rant after a server outage stopped gameplay for over four hours. He posted a video calling on Gates to “fix your s###.”

Then, in 2020, Snoop Dogg went viral again after a problem with EA Sports. However, less than 30 minutes after his rant, the problem was rectified, with some gamers crediting the West Coast legend for getting the job done.

So when the Xbox Live servers failed again on Tuesday, gamers wanted Snoop Dogg to step in.

“Everyone on twitter after seeing the xbox servers are down,” one person wrote on X (Twitter, alongside a clip of the viral 2016 rant.

“Y’all f##### server is f##### whack, man. Y’all going to make me switch to PlayStation if y’all don’t ever get this s### fixed. Is it that difficult to play someone online?”

Snoop’s message to EA Sports also circulated online in light of the latest outage.

“Looks like Xbox Live is down,” one user shared, adding. “We need Snoop Dogg to tell Bill Gates to fix it again.” In the video, Snoop orders, “Get that s### back up, we trying to play.”

Could Central Cee & Ice Spice Be Rap Game‘s Next “Lamborghini Lovers”—Or Is It Just A Collab?

Ice Spice and Central Cee have the work week rumor mill churning with a torrential downpour of whispers that they are rap’s next sizzling romance!

The speculation kicked off today when the duo shared eerily similar posts on social media, both showing the dashboard of a Lamborghini Urus cruising through the heart of South London. Coincidence?

Probably not, even though Central Cee did rap about indulging himself in some relations with Doja Cat—to which she obliged! No matter the case, the pair’s identical snapshots have sent fans into a frenzy, with many convinced that the rising rap stars were riding together in the luxurious SUV somewhere across the pond.

“I’ll whoop ice spice ass with one hand behind my back for central cee stop playing,” a Twitter user responded with outrage to the idea the pair may be involved.

However, others speculate the entire thing may be a promotional tactic for Ice Spice’s upcoming debut album Y2K. In fact, several Twitter users were theorizing that the pair were together simply to shoot the video for their presumed collaboration that will appear on the album.

No matter the case, Ice Spice and Central Cee have been fueling the flames of gossip for months now. They first turned heads with their playful banter on Instagram, where they frequently like and comment on each other’s posts. And let’s not forget that cozy backstage photo at the Wireless Festival where they seemed closer than ever. It seems like wherever there’s a red carpet, these two are just a whisper away from each other.

This isn’t the first time Ice Spice has been linked to another high-profile artist. Ice Spice was previously rumored to be involved with Brooklyn rapper Dusty Locane, but the sparks seemed to fizzle out earlier this year. Not to mention it appears Ice Spice could be getting some attention from Druski, who literally attempted to dance his way into her heart during her performance at the 2024 BET Awards.

Central Cee, on the other hand, has been notoriously tight-lipped about his love life, though he was rumored to have had a fling with model Liyah Mai. Could these two be turning the page on their past romances for a new chapter together? Only time will tell, but one thing’s for sure, their sneaky link rendezvous has everyone on high alert for more clues about their potential Lamborghini love story.

Check out Ceez and Ice Spice vibing in the clip below.

50 Cent Roasts Rick Ross On Instagram Live With Keith Sweat

50 Cent is taking full advantage of Rick Ross’s recent troubles in Vancouver, roasting him during an Instagram Live chat.

On Tuesday (July 2), the G-Unit honcho hopped on a rare IG live session to chop it up with fans. He was joined by a few of his celebrity pals, including Keith Sweat and DJ Earthquake.

At one point during the discussion, the conversation turned to 50 Cent’s longtime nemesis, Rick Ross. Drake fans jumped the MMG honcho and his crew at a festival after the DJ played Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like us.”

“You saw that s### that happened in Canada, man? Rick Ross got f##### up,” Fiddy said while throwing mock punches.

“All his bodyguards need to resign,” Earthquake added amid fits of laughter. “They failed the number one thing. They ain’t guard nobody body, including they own!” Keith Sweat kept the jokes coming, breaking into his song “Something Just Ain’t Right.”

50 Cent Sends A Message To Rick Ross

Of course, this isn’t the first time 50 Cent has roasted Rick Ross over the brawl. He rushed to Instagram the morning after the altercation with a video PSA.

“I hope that he now has a different perspective and a better sense of what to do and what not to do while you’re out in the world,” Fiddy said before suggesting Ross get better protection. “Pick up ya mans he over there laid out. LOL.” he added.

While 50 Cent let the jokes fly, Marlon Wayans urged Rick Ross to make peace with Drake.

“It’s all fun and games until people start getting hurt. Remember this, HISTORY REPEATS ITSELF!” Wayans began. “I knew Tupac, I knew Biggie. I partyed with them, hung out with them, saw them both 20 minutes before they got shot. Violence is real. Everyone can be touched. Don’t entertain the devil.”

Meanwhile, Rozay also took to Instagram Tuesday evening. He shared an extreme close-up video of his face after ex Tia Kemp trolled him, claiming he was hiding injuries from the brawl.

Lil Baby’s Red Cybertruck Co-Signed By Elon Musk But Fans Say It Resembles Lego

Lil Baby is showing off his brand new red Tesla Cybertruck, but social media is divided over whether it looks as “cool” as Elon Musk suggests.

On Tuesday (July 2), Lil Baby hopped on Instagram with a carousel of images of his new “apple red” toy. He shared photos of himself sitting on the vehicle alongside a video of the Cybertruck in action.

Many fans shared their approval in the comment section, dropping off fire emojis. However, Lil Baby and his Cyberturck came under closer scrutiny elsewhere online.

Photos of the rapper and his new Tesla circulated on Elon Musk’s X (Twitter), catching the eye of the man himself. “Looks cool,” Musk wrote.

While some people didn’t like the color Lil Baby chose, others objected to the Cybertruck shape, comparing it to a Lego brick.

“Yeah that look like a lego car seriously am not even hating,” one person wrote while another added. “No shade but it still look like a lego.”

Meanwhile, others were caught off guard by a sound the vehicle made as the wheels turned. “Imagine getting all of that and then hearing it squeak when the wheel turned. Lol,” read one comment.

“I don’t know why, but that squeak was funny as hell,” a different person wrote, sharing a clip of the noise.

Last week, Lil Baby made headlines after a cryptic tweet from Young Thug. On Wednesday (June 26), Thug posted: “whateva wham say goes.”

His context-less message sent fans into overdrive and prompted a flurry of speculation. “Wham” is Lil Baby’s nickname, and some people jumped to the conclusion that Young Thug suggested Gunna is a rat.

Nonetheless, Thugger might just have been showing love to Lil Baby’s next project. He shared a teaser just two days before Thug’s post. “LOADING,” he wrote alongside the hashtags “WHAM” and “Sorry 4 the wait.”

Rihanna Causes A Stir With “Wild Hypocritical” Album Request To GloRilla

Rihanna left fans in disbelief after asking GloRilla an audacious question about her debut album.

The Fenty mogul is a huge fan of Glo’s “TGIF,” as recently demonstrated, but she wants more music. After going viral with a video rapping to GloRilla’s####, Rihanna slid in her DMs to give her some props.

On Tuesday (July 2), GloRilla shared a few snaps from her BET Awards afterparty alongside a screenshot of Rihanna’s message.

“You got all summer sis!” she began before making a request. “I know dis wild hypocritical, but when the album drop?”

GloRilla didn’t include her response in the post, but her fans had a lot to say about the album request. To the frustration of her fans, Rihanna hasn’t dropped an album since Anti in 2016.

“IS THE AUDACITYYYYYYYY IN THE ROOM WITH US?!? one person asked in the comments, while another added, “Ri asking for an album is diabolical asf.”

A third person said, “i would have sent the reverse uno card to riri bc wdym.”

Rihanna Clarifies Album Plans

Rihanna fans panicked earlier this year after she stepped out wearing a shirt with the phrase “I’m retired” on it. However, she later explained, “People got triggered with that retired word,” and failed to read the rest of the slogan.

“They were like, ‘We’re never getting an album now.’ No one read the other line, it was something about, ‘This is as dressed up as I get,’” she added.

Nonetheless, an album is on the way. “I’m rediscovering things. I have been working on the album for so long that I kinda put all that stuff aside and now I’m prepared to go back in the studio. I’m gonna start — give me a second!” she told Entertainment Tonight.

“I’m starting over,” Rihanna clarified. “But I don’t want to neglect the songs that I have, so I actually want to go back and listen to stuff with new ears, with my new perspective and then see what applies and what I’m still in love with.”

Viral Rumor Debunked: Chris Brown Didn’t Give $10K Or Refund To Disabled Fan

A recent Chris Brown meet-and-greet is causing a stir online, but not for the usual reasons.

The singer’s infamous post-concert meet-ups have made headlines in recent years. He was criticized for charging fans $1000 to meet and take a photo with him. They’ve also caused chaos in some relationships with disgruntled partners dropping their lovers after taking couples-style photos with Breezy.

However, one recent meet and greet gained traction online after a user on X (Twitter) went viral. The June 30 post, which has been viewed over three million times, claims Chris Brown refunded a disabled fan’s meet-and-greet ticket and gave her a huge cash gift.

“This woman paid $1,111 for a ‘Meet & Greet’ with Chris Brown,” the post reads. “When he saw her, refunded her money and also gave her an extra $10k, along with these beautiful pictures.”

Chris Brown Fan Rejects Viral Story

Despite going viral, the story is untrue. The woman in the photos has come forward to clarify what happened at the Chris Brown concert.

I’m just here to set the record straight,” she began before explaining that she’s been attending Brown’s concerts for around a decade and they “built a great relationship.”

She continued, “What I’m not okay with is strangers on the internet using my face and exploiting my disability for likes and clicks while spreading misinformation.”

The woman said that while Chris Brown has on occasion “upgraded my seats or provided me with free tickets,” she pays her own way. “I support Chris as a brand and as an individual so if you see me at a show or meet and greet, please know that I paid for my ticket. I paid to get there.”

She also accused the original poster of perpetuating a narrative “that individuals with disabilities don’t have jobs, we don’t function well in society.”

“This going around takes away from everything that I personally did to get there,” she declared. “It takes away from the hours I work. It takes away from the things that I sacrificed to work the overtime, because I wanted to treat myself.”

Chris Brown hasn’t publicly commented on the drama. However the fan joked she’ll happily take a cash app on the low.

Rick Ross Shares Close-Up Video Of Face After Being Accused Of Hiding Injuries From Vancouver Brawl

Rick Ross is flaunting his unmarked face after facing accusations that he was hiding his eyes to mask any injuries sustained in the brawl in Vancouver at the weekend.

The MMG honcho appeared to take a blow to the face during the violent altercation. Although he posted a selfie after the brawl, apparently showing he escaped injury, it only made matters worse as Ross covered one eye with a strategically placed drinking glass.

Tia Kemp, the mother of Rozay’s eldest son had a field day following the incident, using it as another excuse to go in on her ex. She shared Ross’ selfie and accused him of hiding his eyes.

However, on Tuesday evening (July 2), Rick Ross decided to drop an extreme close-up of his face to silence the doubters.

“My eye?” he said incredulously while peering into the camera and laughing hysterically.

No doubt Tia Kemp will have something to say about Rick Ross’ dropping receipts. Earlier on Tuesday the reality TV star responded to Ross calling her “granny” on social media.

“Listen here ass-whooping Willie,” Kemp said in an Instagram video. “You better m############ chill. Boy, I don’t know who the f### you calling a f###### granny when you have m############ babies while yo child is having babies.”

On Sunday, Rick Ross and his crew were ambushed by Drake fans during a festival in Vancouver. Chaos erupted after the DJ played Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” during the concert

Bronny James Reveals Decision To Honor Juice WRLD Via His Jersey Number For L.A. Lakers

Bronny James will honor the legacy of late r#### Juice WRLD in his debut NBA season playing for the Los Angeles Lakers.

On Tuesday (July 2), James participated in his inaugural press conference for the franchise alongside his fellow draftee Dalton Knecht. During the presser, James briefly explained his thought process behind picking his jersey number, revealing how the number nine reflects his commitment to keeping the memory of the deceased Chicago rapper alive.

”Juice [WRLD] has just been a big part of me keeping calm through some of the situations I have been through,” James said. “So you know, just paying homage to him especially because he passed is a really important thing for me.

Chicago rapper and Juice WRLD affiliate G Herbo showed his support for Bronny’s tribute by adding a strong arm emoji in the comments section of the original video post.

Prior to the press conference, James and his father LeBron dropped a few Easter egg hints to the meaning of the number he picked for his jersey. In an interview James did amid the NBA Draft Combine, he revealed that Future, and of course Juice WRLD were mainstays on his workout playlists.

Additionally, shortly after James was drafted by the Lakers with the 55th pick in the second round of the draft, LeBron shared a post soundtracked by Juice WRLD’s#### song “Lucid Dreams” featuring a rendering of the design for his son’s jersey along with a photo of Bronny donning his uniform.

James isn’t the only active NBA player who has publicly co-signed the late rapper while highlighting their admiration for his music and influence. Stars such as Karl-Anthony Towns, and Jayson Tatum have shared their love for his hits, with LeBron often citing Juice WRLD as one of his favorite artists.

Juice WRLD’s introspective lyrics and melodic style resonated with athletes, becoming a staple on pre-game playlists and in personal tributes. Tragically, Juice WRLD passed away in December 2019 after suffering a seizure at Chicago’s Midway Airport, reportedly caused by an accidental overdose of oxycodone and codeine, just days after his 21st birthday.

Check out the video from the press conference above.

ScHoolboy Q Praises Lupe Fiasco’s New Album “Samurai”

ScHoolboy Q is giving Lupe Fiasco his flowers while he can still smell them following a recent interaction with a fan on Twitter.

ScHoolboy Q recently took to Twitter to express his admiration for Lupe Fiasco’s new album, Samurai in response to a fan’s query on his opinion of the LP. In addition to highlighting what he loved about the record, ScHoolboy Q briefly detailed what he feels makes Lupe a superior MC, in a very literal way.

“Bro tone and pen is inspiring dawg. I love cHoppy raps & awkward sounds but Lupe got tHis super power wit words wHere He writes tHe perfect essay iono. Album dope,” ScHoolboy Q tweeted.

In a reply to ScHoolboy Q’s tweet, Lupe wrote, “tHanx for tHe love my g…” in a tweet stamped with golf emojis.

As if the TDE rapper’s high praises of the project weren’t enough, Lupe further raised the bar by revealing an astonishing factoid about the process of producing the complex and dense album in a follow-up tweet.

ScHoolboy Q and Lupe Fiasco have long shown mutual respect for each other’s craft, though their musical styles are notably different. While ScHoolboy Q’s gritty, street-wise bars capture the essence of L.A.’s gang culture, Lupe Fiasco is celebrated for his intellectual and socially conscious approach to hip-hop.

Their paths crossed in 2015 when they collaborated on the track “No Scratches,” which blended Q’s distinctive delivery with Lupe’s reflective and poetic verses. Beyond their musical collaborations, both artists have frequently interacted on social media, exchanging words of encouragement and praise, showcasing a genuine camaraderie and mutual admiration for each other’s work.

Lupe Fiasco’s discography is a testament to his evolution as an artist and his ability to push the boundaries of hip-hop. From his critically acclaimed debut album, Food & Liquor, which featured fan-favorite tracks such as “Kick, Push” and “Daydreamin’,” to his sharp, lyrical conceptual work Tetsuo & Youth, Lupe has consistently challenged norms within Hip-Hop and rap with his intricate storytelling and innovative production.

It’s no wonder ScHoolboy Q is as hype as he is about the project, considering he is one of the top rap albums curators of 2024, having already correctly called Vince Staples’ recent Dark Times LP as a hit weeks before its release.

Check out the tweet above along with the album stream below.

Rick Ross’ Ex Drops Bizarre Video Responding To Rapper’s “Granny” Diss

Tia Kemp, the mother of Rick Ross’ eldest son, trolled the 48-year-old rapper for calling her “granny” on social media. Kemp mocked Ross after he was involved in a physical altercation with Drake supporters in Vancouver.

“Listen here ass-whooping Willie,” Kemp said in an Instagram video. “You better m############ chill. Boy, I don’t know who the f### you calling a f###### granny when you have m############ babies while yo child is having babies.”

She continued, “Boy, every baby you been having is aunties and uncles by the time they days old. They can’t even enjoy being a f###### newborn. Please tighten up with that granny s###. You got me f##### up, b####! I am a grandmother, but b####, you are a pawpaw who just got the paws put on him!”

Kemp, who has repeatedly clashed with Ross on social media, captured the attention of Drake on Monday (July 1). Kemp commented on Drake’s Instagram post and received a positive response from the Canadian star.

“My goat,” Drake wrote to her.

Ross reacted to the interaction in an Instagram comment.

“P### vs. granny,” Ross wrote.

Ross and Drake have been beefing for months. The former collaborators exchanged diss tracks, but their feud was largely overshadowed by Drake’s heated battle with Kendrick Lamar.

Rozay’s issues with Drake returned to the forefront on Sunday (June 30). Ross and his team were attacked for playing K. Dot’s Drake diss “Not Like Us” at the Ignite Music Festival in Vancouver. Footage of the incident surfaced online. Video showed someone throwing a punch at Ross.

Ross ignored the fight when he reflected on the festival in an Instagram Stories post.

“Vancouver it was fun, till next time,” he wrote.

A rep for Ross said he and his team “are all well” when asked about the scuffle.

CVNNON Sees the World Through a Different Lens in 2024

Becoming the best version of yourself demands a unique blend of humility, discipline, vision, and courage. This journey of personal evolution acts as a bridge, distinguishing the unimaginable from the ordinary. Having faith in oneself while navigating life’s constant changes is an almost surreal experience.

Most people often do not push past the initial threshold of discomfort; they let uneasy feelings deter them from reaching their perceived life goals.

In contrast, exceptional individuals handle uncertainty, doubt, and hardship in a manner that sets them apart. They seem to possess an additional mental capacity that fuels their extraordinary drive and understanding of achieving their goals.

Recording artist and entrepreneur CVNNON exemplifies resilience, having emerged from the challenging environment of Detroit’s streets. His most recent project, an EP titled ‘The Megalodon’, achieved notable underground digital success. Released through a collaborative distribution deal with MUSICHYPEBEAST/EMPIRE, ‘The Megalodon’ has experienced significant growth on platforms like Pandora and YouTube Music over the last six months.

Eminem Rehashes Melle Mel Controversy With Big Sean & Babytron-Featured “Tobey”

Eminem has released a new single called “Tobey” featuring Big Sean and Babytron. The track serves as the second single from Em’s forthcoming set, The Death of Slim Shady (Coup de Grâce), and follow-up to “Houdini.” Contrary to “Houdini,” the latest offering from the project is less kinetic and focuses more on bars than beats.

For Eminem’s verse, he revisits the 2023 controversy involving Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five member Melle Mel.

“Yet here I sit on your list though at five (Hm), which still was fine/But just know inside, to me, that s###’s hilarious, so when I (Haha)/Get dissed though and by a pioneer/Who was one of the reasons why I am here/They tell me I should just let that s### go and slide (Why?)/’Melle Mel shouldn’t get no reply’ (Why?) ‘That man is a legend,’ b####, so am I (Haha, yeah).”

The feud between Melle Mel and Eminem escalated last year, when Em responded to Melle Mel’s previous comments in which he suggested that Slim Shady’s success was largely due to his race. In a scathing verse on the track “Realest” featuring Ez Mil, Eminem addressed these claims head-on, stating that while his skin color has been a topic of discussion, it hasn’t guaranteed his success. He also took a direct jab at Melle Mel, referring to him as a “juice head” whose “brain is half destroyed” due to steroid use.

Melle Mel didn’t take the comments lightly and fired back with his own diss track, but it was met with mixed reviews. Critics and fans alike felt that Melle Mel’s response lacked the punch and creativity needed to effectively counter Eminem’s sharp lyrics. The back-and-forth not only reignited discussions about race and recognition Hip-Hop but also highlighted the generational divide within the genre.

Melle Mel ultimately expressed regret over dissing Eminem. As he wrote in a statement last August, “In light of the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop, my original intention was to contribute an engaging and enjoyable endeavor to enrich the cultural landscape. Regrettably, my response fell short in its execution, and I accept full responsibility for the misjudgment. I acknowledge that my perspective was ill-conceived and I am prepared to take ownership of this oversight.”

Cannon partnered with Dr. Squatch, a natural men’s soap and personal care company, for the bizarre insurance policy.

“Haters say it’s time for me to stop having kids and put this super sperm to rest, but I’m doubling down on these valuable balls and my future kids,” Cannon said in June. “Shout out to Dr. Squatch for giving my balls the credit they deserve and hooking me up with the protection I need to keep this family tree rolling.”

Cannon is the father of 12 kids. Bri Tiesi, the mother of his son Legendary, also discussed the insurance policy with Entertainment Tonight.

Sonny Digital Denies Sexism Factored Into His Critique Of Hook’s Viral Performance

Sonny Digital is pushing back after an exchange with an up-and-coming female artist upset some of his followers.

Digital’s dust up occurred after he dealt a harsh critique of rapper Hook’s recent viral live performance. In particular, the “Racks On Racks” producer’s comments targeted Hook’s choice to opt for an avant garde approach and delivery.

”Just because something is different doesn’t mean it’s dope,” Digital wrote initially in a tweet reacting to the performance […] “It literally has nothing to do with being a ‘woman’ this s### is just literally wack. Male or female that s### ain’t it.”

Though Digital made the remarks weeks ago, Hook caught wind of them and did not hold back in a retort of her own: ”Another p###. that can s###.”

In a pair of follow-up tweets, Hook unloaded on Sonny Digital after he explained that he went back through her catalog and broke down why he prefers her older material. Hook met the backhanded compliment with frustration and deduced Digital’s legacy was the equivalent of a one hit wonder, citing his collaborations with artists such as Lil Uzi Vert as the sole reason he is still relevant at this point.

Sonny Digital appeared to be triggered by Hook’s claim he wasn’t on her level and blasted her in yet another lengthy tweet.

“You bring me up because I’m a producer, but you start talking about all the other producers you worked with,” he wrote. “dont target me out….unless you want a direct response….It’s no double standard in this s###, if you s### fire it’s gonna cut thru if it’s ITS NOT GONNA CUT thru.

“Stop blaming everyone and everything else for the success you haven’t got yet. And you are right I cannot be compared to the producers you work with because CLEARLY WE ARE NOT THE SAME….but I definitely respect them.”

Sonny Digital concluded by addressing Hook’s dig that he’s mainly known for his work with other major artists.

“And the one Uzi song you claim you know me for is probably bigger than your whole career honestly….Pipe down and get back in the studio, PROVE ME WRONG. Please ,” he wrote.

As the exchange continued, fans and followers of both rappers chimed in the thread, causing a heated debate to ensue. Hook allegedly ended up blocking Sonny Digital after he continued to give his two cents on the matter. Even though the interaction appeared to cause Hook some distress, it brought some awareness to her live performance. Several of the comments on the YouTube channel hosting the video reference the conversation as the reason they watched the performance.

West Coast rapper Hook, formerly known as ILY Hook, has made waves in the Southern California music scene due to her distinctive style and energetic delivery. She’s garnered attention for her popular collaborations with producer Nedarb, particularly on tracks such as “Everywhere” and “Runnin It Up,” which blend hard-hitting beats with her versatile, dynamic flows. However, as of late, Hook has made a major pivot toward a much edgier fringe sonic pocket, which is both polarizing her audience and listeners who are just discovering her music.

EXCLUSIVE: Priscilla Rainey Targets Game & His Kids’ School District To Get $7 Million Judgment

Priscilla Rainey, a contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality show She’s Got Game, stepped up her efforts to collect a $7 million judgment from the rapper. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Rainey subpoenaed his kids’ school district for proof of residence, attendance records and more on Monday (July 1).

Rainey sued The Game, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, for sexual battery in 2015. She accused The Game of groping her.

“In May 2015, while the show was filming in the Chicago area, Taylor took Rainey on an off-camera date to Adrianna’s Sportsbar in Markham, Illinois,” her lawsuit explained. “Taylor sexually battered Rainey that night, including by reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare v##### and buttocks in front of a crowded room of onlookers.”

The Game initially ignored Rainey’s lawsuit. A jury found him liable for sexual battery, awarding roughly $7 million to Rainey in 2016. The Game claimed he would never pay Rainey.

“Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite aunties poodle this broad ain’t gettin s###!” he wrote on Instagram. “Every girl on that show will tell u I never touched this chick or ever desired to be anywhere near her. She got kicked off the show & as a result she filed this lame lawsuit which was probably her intentions before the show was ever even started. She was begging for my attention the entire time we shot the show & was given the ultimate Major League Baseball CURVE ball so that upset her & made her lil wee wee hard so she did what all chicks like her do when life gives them no other options…. They sue you!”

The Game sought a new trial. An appeals court rejected his bid in 2019.

“Taylor did not take the litigation seriously,” Judge TK Sykes wrote. “He evaded process, trolled Rainey on social media, dodged a settlement conference, and did not bother to show up at trial. His attorney asked for a continuance, but the judge denied that request, dismissing Taylor’s proffered excuse as an elaborate ruse.”

Rainey struggled to obtain her $7 million award from The Game, resulting in a second lawsuit. She claimed he was hiding his assets. A court sided with her in 2023.
