T.I. has been recognized for his unique style during Atlanta Fashion Week.
The Grammy-Award-winning rapper was honored in his hometown over the weekend, receiving the Fashion Icon award. Presenting the award ATLFW’s Angela Watts celebrated T.I. for his contributions to the region’s creative arts.
“It does not go unnoticed,” Watts said. She recognized the ATL rapper for “the business that you have created,” adding. “You drive the economy in this city.”
Watts branded T.I. “A true visionary of style, creativity and entrepreneurship,” as she handed him the trophy.
Tip then gave a short acceptance speech, noting his surprise at receiving the award. “I really do appreciate it,” he shared. “I’m humbled and flattered by the acknowledgement and the consideration. Everybody knows fashion is merely an extension of your personality. It’s really an extension of the energy of how you feel that day, at that occasion, in that moment.”
Check out the clip below.
Last month, T.I. gave back to college students at the newly reopened Morris Brown College. For the second consecutive year, he collaborated with Moolah Wireless to distribute tablets and complimentary WiFi access for 200 students. Rick Ross always finds time to get his workout in despite his jet-setting lifestyle, even if it means leaving his private jet waiting on the tarmac.
The MMG honcho was traveling to Vegas recently when he felt like shooting hoops with his basketball coach. However, the Biggest Boss couldn’t go with just any instructor, drafting one of the best in the business to help him hone his shooting skills, Chris Matthews, aka Lethal Shooter.
Rozay kept his pilot waiting while the coach showed him how to ensure perfect hand placement before taking his first jump shot. The advice paid off as he sunk his first two shots but faltered on the third. After Lethal Shooter told him he better not miss five shots in a row, Rick Ross managed to get some momentum going and landed the following five attempts.
“It’s too easy,” Rick Ross declared. “I done held the pilot up for 45 minutes going to Vegas but I had to get my workout in.”
Before taking his flight, Rick Ross also promoted his latest song, “Shaq & Kobe,” the lead single from his upcoming collab album with Meek Mill, teasing something huge from the pair.
“We got something bigger coming up with a few NBA legends,” he revealed. “That’s why I had to come get with the muthafuckin champion to come work on the shot. You seen it, it’s too good to be true,” he added, referencing the album name.
Rick Ross and Meek Mill’s new single, “Shaq & Kobe,” arrived last month (September 29). Check out the video below.

Their two young sons, RZA and Riot, weren’t pictured at the party but were represented in a birthday gift. A$AP Rocky was gifted a pair of diamond “R” earrings which also feature his son’s name.
The famous couple welcomed their second son back in August after Rihanna unveiled her pregnancy during her performance at the Super Bowl LVII Halftime Show in February. Their first child, RZA, arrived in 2022, named after the Wu-Tang Clan member.
The World Trade Center and Hip-Hop have a special relationship.
Several rappers have mentioned the World Trade Center in their lyrics, especially in the context of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and their aftermath. These artists include Canibus, Jay-Z, Nas, The Notorious B.I.G., The Game, Eminem, Jadakiss and others. In his song “Juicy,” Biggie Smalls infamously raps, “Time to get paid, blow up like the World Trade.” This line is from his 1994 track reflects on his rise to fame juxtaposing it with the first terrorist attack on the WTC on February 26, 1993.
Other artists have taken pictures or depicted the structures visually on albums, promo pictures and more.
“Intersections: Marking Fifty Years of Hip Hop and the World Trade Center” Takes Place On Thursday, October 12, 2023, 6:00 P.M. At 180 Greenwich Street In New York City. Register Here.
After the events of September 11, 2001, the World Trade Center took on a different meaning in the world of Hip-Hop. Many artists mentioned it in their lyrics as a way to pay tribute to the victims and to reflect on the impact of the attacks and others delved into more conspiracy-driven theories. These references often conveyed a sense of loss, mourning, and solidarity. Rapper Canibus eventually joined the military as a way to join in the fight against terror.

Love it or hate it, Drake says his latest album, For All The Dogs, would not be what it is without Lil Yachty’s influence.
After a series of delays, The OVO founder finally shared his highly anticipated album last week (October 6). Despite the mixed reviews, the project looks set to do huge numbers, with sales projections forecasting sales between 400,000 and 450,000 album-equivalent units in its first week.
While For All The Dogs includes some stellar features from the likes of J. Cole, 21 Savage, SZA, Bad Bunny and even Drizzy’s 5-year-old son Adonis, Drake credits his friends and frequent collaborator, Lil Yachty, for making the album what it is.
The duo discussed the project during an episode of Drizzy’s new show, Table For One, shortly before the album dropped.
“I don’t think this album is what it is if I don’t get to run everything by you,” Drake told Lil Yachty. “If I don’t get to sit in the studio and write with you, and think with you, and if you don’t send me beats, and if you don’t tell me what you believe in or don’t believe in.”
Drake also gave his listeners a PSA about the importance of having the right people around you during the creative process.
“The realest s### you can get is somebody that cares about you enough to tell you their real opinion,” he added. “That’s what you need to find in your life, all you p######.” Listen to their chat below.
Lil Yachty Says For All The Dogs Features Some Of Drake’s Best Work
Last month, as Drake was putting the finishing touches to For All The Dogs, Lil Yachty said the album features some of Drizzy’s best work.
“I think some of the best Drake verses that I ever heard are on this album,” he shared during an episode of his A Safe Place podcast. “People gonna have a lot to say about some of his topics on this album.”

Chris Rock has signed on to direct a biopic about late civil rights icon Martin Luther King Jr.
The comedian is in final talks to direct and produce the upcoming project based on Jonathan Eig’s biography “King: A Life,” according to Variety.
Praised as the definitive biography of the late civil rights icon, “King: A Life” used FBI information and interviews to portray the activist as a “courageous but emotionally troubled individual who demanded peaceful protest while grappling with his own frailties and a government that hunted him.”
Universal Pictures optioned the book for development into a drama film, with Steven Spielberg set to executive produce.
Universal’s senior VP of production development, Ryan Jones, has signed on to oversee the untitled project for the studio, with Spielberg’s Amblin Partners and the director’s producing partner Kristie Macosko Krieger producing alongside Rock.
As the biographical drama is in early development, no casting decisions have been announced.
Chris Rock previously directed 2003’s “Head of State,” 2007’s “I Think I Love My Wife,” and 2014’s “Top Five” as well as the stand-up comedy specials “Amy Schumer: Live at the Apollo” and “Chris Rock Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut.”
Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated in 1968 at the age of 39.

Halle Bailey felt like she was at “a family reunion” while shooting “The Color Purple.”
In the second movie adaptation of Alice Walker’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, Halle Bailey plays the young version of Nettie Harris, a character played by R&B singer Ciara.
In an interview with Cosmopolitan, Halle admitted she felt like she was at a family reunion being around the likes of Fantasia Barrino, Taraji P. Henson, Danielle Brooks and Colman Domingo.
“Set was like going to a cookout – it felt like a family reunion, honestly, like you’re surrounded by your aunties and cousins,” she praised. “I was just excited to be there as a fan of everyone. The movie is a labor of love. I mean, we all care so much about the original story and really wanted to do a good job with this reimagining.”
The 23-year-old singer went on to share that Barrino’s portrayal of Celie Harris and Henson’s performance as Shug Avery gave her chills.
“People are going to lose their minds over Fantasia’s and Taraji’s performances. I get chills just thinking about it,” she teased.
Halle Bailey was asked to audition by director Blitz Bazawule while she was shooting “The Little Mermaid” and she sent in a self-tape in which she sang a gospel song – and got the part.
She acknowledged that it was “very surreal” to go from the Disney remake to the musical drama.
“I’m just in awe. I’ve loved The Color Purple ever since I was a little girl. I mean, it’s a Black family staple,” she shared. “When I heard that they were doing a remake, I was like, I hope they get somebody to do it right because it’s something that we have to keep safe. This story, this movie that’s lived on so long and has had such amazing talent come out of it, it’s really cool.”
“The Color Purple” is due to be released in cinemas on Christmas Day (December 25.)
Cardi B has revealed that she looks up to Jay-Z and Rihanna. The “Bodak Yellow” hitmaker shared that she holds Jay-Z and Rihanna in high regard.
“Who I look up to, it would be like Jay-Z, Rihanna,” the 30-year-old told Sean Evans. “Because I just feel like they’re like super moguls.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Cardi, who is a fan of wrestling, described what her ideal wrestling outfit and entrance would be, should she get the chance.
“Very skimpy, but I feel like my entrance have to be like grand like what’s her name, her name was like Melita right or Molina. You remember her that she used to like walk in with two guys and then like she would do like a whole split on the ropes,” the rapper said, referring to WWE wrestler and model Melina Perez.
Cardi Bt continued, “She would like answer like on a split like I had to enter like grand like that, she was just crazy with that.”
Caitlyn Jenner has revealed that she “never” speaks to ex-wife Kris Jenner anymore.
During an appearance on “This Morning,” the 73-year-old revealed that she and her ex-wife Kris no longer speak.
“Kris and I really never talk to anymore,” Caitlyn said when asked about her relationship with The Kardashians star. “It’s sad. If there is any communications, Sophia Hutchins is my manager, she kind of runs the show so she talks to them.”
The pair share two daughters, Kendall, 27, and Kylie, 26, while Caitlyn was also the stepfather to Kris’ children Kim, Kourtney, Khloé and Rob.
Additionally, Caitlyn has sons Brody, Brandon, and Burt as well as daughter Cassandra from previous marriages.
Speaking of her relationship with her children, the reality TV star continued, “When you have as many kids as I have you are closer to some than you are to others. And it’s kind of that way through there, through that side of the family.”
She added, “I certainly see them, we do this and that. I’m much closer to the Jenner side, with Brandon and Brody and my son Burt, my daughter Casey.”
Caitlyn then admitted that she thinks it’s “sad” that she and Kris no longer have a relationship.
“With Kris, I really don’t have any contact with her. It’s kind of sad, because we went through a lot,” Caitlyn told the TV hosts.
The former Olympian later took to X/Twitter to hit back at the headlines and insist that she simply didn’t talk to Kris, 67, about the “House of Kardashian” docuseries.
“To be clear – I am thrilled that @krisjenner and I are able to talk and co-parent and see each other here and there. We spent 22 amazing years together. I meant to say in the interview I don’t / didn’t speak with her in the context of this project,” she wrote.
Michael Jordan has become the first athlete to make the Forbes 400 list of America’s wealthiest people.
The basketball legend made the list after selling his majority stake in the Charlotte Hornets team at a $3 billion valuation in August.
“Michael’s one of the few people that have had success three times,” said Washington Wizards, Mystics and Capitals owner Ted Leonsis, referring to the sports star’s success as a player, as an owner, and with his ongoing Air Jordan endorsement deal at Nike. “A lot of entrepreneurs, they make it once. They have a big win, take their winnings, retire and (we) never hear from them again, or they try something a second time and it doesn’t work. He’s had three mega successes.”
Leonsis, who has partnered with Jordan on multiple investments and sports ownership in the past, added of the sale, “He did a really great deal, and it helps everybody. If he had done a fire sale deal, then people wouldn’t be happy with him.”
Forbes estimated Jordan’s net worth at $3 billion, and placed him as the 379th richest person on The Forbes 400, marking the first time a professional athlete has ranked among America’s wealthiest individuals.
He shares the 379th spot with William Wrigley Jr., Meg Whitman, Todd Wanek, Thomas Tull, Jeffrey Talpins, Leonard Schleifer, Haim Saban, Stewart Horejsi and family, J. Tomilson Hill, Thomas Duff, James Duff, John Paul DeJoria, Edward DeBartolo Jr., Charles Cohen, and Aneel Bhusri.
SZA has spoken out in support of Lizzo after the “Truth Hurts” singer was sued. SZA was asked to comment on the recent sexual and racial harassment lawsuits that the “Truth Hurts” singer and rapper has faced.
“I’m just saying, based on the values and the energy that I see in my friend, I just really think that she’s a beautiful person,” SZA said of Lizzo, her friend and collaborator. “I just really pray that everybody recovers from this because everybody deserves to heal and feel safe and feel loved.”
She continued, “I just really hope that everybody ends up feeling like that when this is all said and done. Because that’s the bottom line.”
The musician declined to speak directly on the accusations listed in the lawsuits.
Former backup dancers for Lizzo – named Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams, and Noelle Rodriguez – filed a complaint in August this year claiming that the star created a hostile work environment, body-shamed them and pressured them into touching nude performers while visiting a club in Amsterdam.
Designer Asha Daniels later filed another suit claiming that Lizzo’s employees were forced to work in a “racist and sexualized” environment. Lizzo has denied the allegations, labeling them “outrageous.”
Kim Kardashian has confessed that she “blacked out” after having two shots during one of Beyoncé’s parties.
During the latest instalment of The Kardashians, Kim, 42, admitted that she is a “lightweight” and recalled a drunken incident that occurred while partying with the “Single Ladies” hitmaker.
“I’m definitely still a lightweight,” Kim said after her mom, Kris Jenner, expressed her love for her go-to drink, a martini. “I’ll have like, two shots, and I’ll be wasted and it’s so much fun. I’ll be dancing on the dance floor.”
“Seriously, I know you guys don’t believe me – ask Beyoncé!” the reality star insisted, talking to producers behind the camera. “I danced all night long at her party, I think I blacked out.”
Kim then admitted that she had to ask her sister Khloé Kardashian what had happened on the night in question.
“I woke up to so many text messages and I was like, ‘Khloé, what did I do?’ She’s like, ‘You were dropping it low and dancing,’ and I was like, ‘Nooo!'” the Skims founder remembered.
She added with a giggle, “I danced all night long and had no idea.”
Elon Musk has been sued by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) amid the organization’s probe into his Twitter purchase.
According to court documents, SEC officials filed a lawsuit in San Francisco, California, against the tech billionaire to compel him to testify about his acquisition of Twitter, now known as X.
According to the lawsuit, Musk was scheduled to appear for testimony at the SEC’s San Francisco Regional Office on 15 September after receiving a subpoena regarding his takeover of the social network.
However, they claimed that “two days before his scheduled testimony, Musk abruptly notified the SEC staff that he would not appear.”
SEC officials have been investigating Musk’s Twitter acquisition, including his decision to purchase $3 billion in Twitter shares before buying the company as a whole.
According to the SEC, the entrepreneur missed a deadline to publicly disclose his purchase of Twitter stock.
Their lawsuit reads, “Musk attempted to justify his refusal to comply with the subpoena by raising, for the first time, several spurious objections, including an objection to San Francisco as an appropriate testimony location.”
Musk’s attorney Alex Spiro responded in a statement to Bloomberg, saying, “The SEC has already taken Mr Musk’s testimony multiple times in this misguided investigation – enough is enough.”
The SpaceX founder acquired Twitter in October 2022. He rebranded the site as X in July.
Comedian Luenell has enjoyed a long, illustrious career. The 64-year-old is riding high off her new Netflix comedy special, Town Business, and evidently feeling herself—and Method Man.
Backstage at a recent comedy show, Luenell had the chance to meet the Wu-Tang Clan MC/actor and about had a heart attack. Taking to Instagram, Luenell shared several snaps of her encounter with Meth, which included him lifting up his shirt so she could rest her face on his abdomen.
“YES‼️ It’s M-E-T-H-O-D MAN (swipe),” she wrote in the caption. “No lashes, no, make up. No reason to not rub my face all over his extremely hard abdomen.. RESPECTFULLY of course. He smelled Amazing! He sweats beautifully. Lucky Mrs. Man. But I’m sure he’s a pretty lucky guy as well. it takes a true Queen to lock down, support, and represent a King like this. @methodmanofficial THANK you for all the Wonderful things u said to me. I’ll never forget.”
Method Man was all smiles in the photos and clearly got a kick out of her admiring his physique. It looks like she even got a kiss on the top of her head from the 52-year-old.
Method Man works hard at maintaining his physical fitness. Speaking to Men’s Health earlier this year, he talked about his daily routine.
“I started my journey working out at 4:00 a.m. in the morning; I would go to the gym,” he revealed. “This had went on for like three months straight. But what I attribute it to is strong discipline and mental capacity to know what I want, and to fight for it every day.”
As fit as he is, Method Man still rejects the idea of being a “sex symbol.” He continued, “Put the words together. Sex and symbol. What’s the symbol? I’m not doing anything. So what’s the symbol?” While he did admit he loves “every freaking minute” of his female fans lusting after him, he insisted, “I don’t want to be that guy. You get to a certain age where you just stop caring, and I think that’s the sexiest thing in the world right there.”
Method Man has been married to Tamika Smith since 2001, but they’d already been dating for nearly a decade at the time of their wedding. The couple has three children together: son Shakuan; and girl-boy twins Cheyenne and Raekwon, named after his fellow Wu-Tang member.
Ma$e has a theory about NBA star James Harden and Lil Baby that is both hilarious and eerily on point—as much as it is hyperbole.
In a recent episode of he and Cam’ron’s sports talk show, It Is What It Is, Cam and Ma$e shared their thoughts on Harden’s current trade standoff with the Philadelphia 76ers. The talk of the town surrounding the NBA this summer centered around Harden’s alleged trade request from the 76ers amid his tumultuous relationship with the Sixers president of basketball operations Daryl Morey.
Even though Harden reportedly arrived in Colorado this week to begin practicing with the team during their training camp, multiple reports allege the 34-year-old All-Star has plans to force a trade.
Keep in mind, Harden has previously forced himself to be traded from the Rockets to the Nets and then forced another trade again to land himself on the Sixers roster. Ma$e appeared to allude to Harden’s ego as he began his remarks stating, “A lot of the top athletes are sassy, they just don’t know it,” he said in part. “Don’t make me go into the list, but a lot of the people that they think—it’s not our type of alpha its some new-day thing.”
When asked who he thinks Harden actually has respect for in the league, considering his relationship has seemingly soured with stars such as Chris Paul, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, Ma$e unloaded, proclaiming, “Oh he respect Lil Baby—that’s who he respect.” He continued while laughing the statement off, “Shout out to Lil Baby and everybody in the ATL, but we just being honest—he bought him a $300,000 watch, that’s who he honors.”
Ma$e finished his rant off with the bold claim, “He would get on a plane for Lil Baby if he had to.” While it’s clear he’s somewhat trolling just to give both Baby and Harden a hard time, there is some truth to what he said. There were rumors several years back that Harden flew to Paris Fashion Week with Lil Baby instead of hitting training camp with the Rockets. Harden also recently was pictured with Baby at Michael Rubin’s Fourth of July party and Baby is frequently courtside at his games.
Maybe the Sixers should hire Lil Baby as a global ambassador just to keep Harden happy.
A war erupted overseas on Saturday (October 7) after Palestinian Islamist militant group Hamas launched an unprecedented attack on Israel. According to the Associated Press, the Israeli government formally declared war Sunday (October 8) and gave the green light for “significant military steps” to retaliate against Hamas for its surprise attack. As the military intensified its bombardment of the Gaza Strip, the toll passed 1,000 dead and thousands wounded on both sides.
Jewish rapper/Wild ‘N Out personality Kosha Dillz, who’s proudly represented his heritage in his music since the onset of his career (hence the name), is understandably heartbroken by the development. He also came dangerously close to being in Tel Aviv at the time of the attacks. In fact, he was scheduled to perform at the Levontin 7 venue on Tuesday (October 10).
“Yesterday’s attack will go down as one of the most horrible days in Jewish history in our lifetime,” Kosha Dillz tells AllHipHop. “It’s a day when children and grandmothers were slaughtered, ripped from their homes and documented on social media for the world to see. Outside Israel, celebrities and influencers were still figuring out how to compose ‘a post’ on the problems they had with the Israeli government, even though no one was asked that before being kidnapped or murdered.
“A peaceful music festival in the desert was shot up with target practice, which many of us would’ve attended or performed at. Tuesday, I was scheduled to perform a peace concert at Levontin 7 in Tel Aviv, but it has obviously been canceled. In 2020 and 2021, we marched with Black Lives Matter. In 2022, we marched with Ukraine. Today we ask you if you will march with us? Will you even ask us how we and our family are l doing? Sadly, my phone has been silent.”
Authorities are still trying to figure out how many civilians and soldiers were seized by Hamas fighters and taken back to Gaza. From videos and witnesses, the captives are known to include women, a Holocaust survivor, children and the elderly. President Joe Biden addressed the conflict in a statement from the White House.
“This morning, I spoke with Prime Minister Netanyahu about the horrific and ongoing attacks in Israel,” he said. “The United States unequivocally condemns this appalling assault against Israel by Hamas terrorists from Gaza, and I made clear to Prime Minister Netanyahu that we stand ready to offer all appropriate means of support to the Government and people of Israel. Terrorism is never justified.
“Israel has a right to defend itself and its people. The United States warns against any other party hostile to Israel seeking advantage in this situation. My Administration’s support for Israel’s security is rock solid and unwavering. Jill and I are keeping in our prayers all of the families who have been hurt by this violence. We are heartbroken by the lives that have been tragically cut short and hope for a swift recovery for all those who have been wounded. My team and I are tracking this situation closely, and I will remain in close touch with Prime Minister Netanyahu.”
Israel says there’s a long fight ahead. Watch a clip of the chaos from the music festival below.
Idris Elba has revealed that he is in therapy to work through his “unhealthy habits.”
During an appearance on the “Changes with Annie Macmanus” podcast, the 51-year-old actor, who has labeled himself a “workaholic,” opened up about seeking therapy after developing some “unhealthy habits.”
“In my therapy, I’ve been thinking a lot about changing, almost to the point of neuropaths being changed and shifting (sic),” Idris Elba told the podcast host. “It’s not because I don’t like myself or anything like that, it’s just because I have some unhealthy habits that have just really formed.”
The Emmy Award winner explained that the film industry promotes an unhealthy work-life balance.
“I work in an industry that I am rewarded for those unhealthy habits,” Idris Elba stated. “I’m a workaholic. I’m an absolute workaholic. And that isn’t great for life, generally. Nothing that’s too extreme is good. Everything needs balance.”
The British actor added, “But I am rewarded massively to be a workaholic, to someone that can go, ‘I’m not going to see my family for six months.’ And I’m in there grinding and making a new family and then leave them.”
Idris noted that he has considered whether his struggles with work-life balance are linked to his childhood.
“Those are pathways that I had to be like, ‘I’ve got to adjust,'” he said. “So I’ve been thinking about this a lot and oddly enough a lot of our childhood is really at the root of it.”
Drake is taking a break from music to prioritize his health.
The “Hotline Bling” rapper appeared on the “Table for One show” on Sirius XM’s Sound 42 and revealed that he is taking a step back from music following the release of his new album For All the Dogs.
“I probably won’t make music for a little bit, I’m going to be real with you,” Drake. “I need to focus on my health, first and foremost. I’ll talk about that soon enough. Nothing crazy, but I want people to be healthy in life.”
The 36-year-old didn’t divulge details about his health issues, however, he shared that he needed to address some problems with his stomach.
“I’ve been having the craziest problems, for years, with my stomach,” he continued. “So, I need to focus on my health, and I need to get right. I have a lot of other things that I would love to focus on. So, I’m going to lock the door on the studio for a little bit.”
Drake didn’t know exactly how long his break would be but estimated “maybe a year or so, maybe a little longer.”.
Drake has been on a prolific music spree of late, with him releasing four albums since 2021.
For All the Dogs, which was released on Friday after several delays, follows 2021’s Certified Lover Boy, 2022’s Honestly, Nevermind, and Her Loss, his 2022 joint album with 21 Savage.
The rappers’ joint “It’s All A Blur Tour” concludes in Columbus, Ohio on Monday night (October 9.”
Drake released his long delayed eighth studio album, For All the Dogs, on Friday morning (October 6). It’s a typical Drake record—a few tracks too long, monster features from the likes of J. Cole, 21 Savage, SZA and Bad Bunny and lots of verses about how rich he is. But despite the formulaic nature of the project, his fans are ravenously eating it up.
According to HITS Daily Double, the sales projections for the album are huge. It’s currently expected to move anywhere between 400,000 and 450,000 total album-equivalent units in its first week, another win for Republic Records and OVO Sound. Even with the late release, the number is holding steady.
“He rappin’ for the children,” Budden said on the latest episode of The Joe Budden Podcast. “Yo dog, I had to look up how old this n###a was when I finished listening to the album. You are 36 [years old]. Your birthday is in 20 days. I Googled that, too. You’re going to be 37 years old. Get the f##k away from some of these younger n###as. I want to hear adult Drake rapping for adult people. He’s rapping for the kids, the streams, the accolades. He ain’t trying to rap for me. I can accept that.”
Drake replied in part, “@joebudden you have failed at music. You left it behind to do what you are doing in this clip cause this is what actually pays your bills. For any artist watching this just remember you are watching a failure give their opinion on his idea of a recipe for success…a quitter give their opinion on how to achieve longevity.
“you switched careers cause the things that pop into your brain had you broke living cheque to cheque and the raps you write had 450 men showing up to your shows in dusty Enyce jeans to screw up their face to Mood Muzik 29 and pretend you are the goat. pls to any artist that’s doing what they feel is right don’t let these opinions affect your mindset after the fact…this guy is the poster child of frustration and surrendering.”
Budden replied by essentially telling Drake to grow up.
