EXCLUSIVE: Young Thug Co-Defendant Yak Gotti Leans On Jack Nicholson In RICO Defense

Yak Gotti’s legal team is fighting to bar his lyrics from being used as evidence in the trial.

The rapper and his legal team are invoking a unique defense strategy in his ongoing RICO trial with co-defendant Young Thug, drawing parallels between his artistic expression and the iconic performance of Jack Nicholson in “The Shining.”

Yak Gotti, along with other YSL members, including Young Thug, was charged in a sweeping RICO case in May 2022.

The RICO case against dozens of YSL members, including Yak Gotti, stems from a series of allegations linking the label to violent gang activities.

One of the most notable incidents connected to this case is the murder of Donovan “Nut” Thomas in 2015, a crime that prosecutors allege was a catalyst for further gang-related violence in Atlanta.

Young Thug, although not charged with murder, is accused of renting a car used in Thomas’s killing, an act that prosecutors claim triggered additional gang-related crimes

Yak Gotti gained prominence after his collaboration on “Take It To Trial” with Young Thug and Gunna And now the lyrics from that song could work against him and cost him his freedom.

In a bold legal move, Yak Gotti’s defense is challenging the admissibility of his rap lyrics in court.

Drawing an analogy to Jack Nicholson’s portrayal of Jack Torrance in “The Shining,” his lawyers argue that the artistic expression in his lyrics, performed under the persona of Yak Gotti, should not be conflated with his real-life actions.

They contend that just as Nicholson’s portrayal of a fictional character should not be held against him in a real-life legal situation, so too should Yak Gotti’s lyrics be seen as separate from Kendrick’s actions.

The defense specifically points to lyrics such as “I rep my life for real … For slimes you know I kill” from the song “Take It to Trial” released in 2020 and “Knockin’ off yo big homie b####” from “Mob Ties,” released in 2020.

They argue that these lyrics, while provocative, are irrelevant under legal standards and their probative value is substantially outweighed by the danger of unfair prejudice.

Douglas S. Weinstein, Yak Gotti’s lawyer, emphasized that the lyrics are part of a long tradition of call and response in music, with no direct connection to the allegations against Kendrick.

“This video [for ‘Mob Ties’ is a perfect example of the problems with the admission of lyrics, for it takes a single line out of context. Let’s give it context. This particular line is a response, to a call issued by another rapper who says, ‘Knockin’ off yo big homie b####,” Weinstein explained.

“This lyric is in a rap video, where Yak Gotti appears and raps almost nothing for the majority of the video…It is in a long tradition of call and response that was brought to America by slaves bringing their tradition with them. It has been used from Cab Calloway to Michael Jackson to Missy Elliot,” Weinstein added.

The case has sparked a broader debate on the use of artistic expression in criminal proceedings, with implications for the First Amendment and the freedom of artists to create without fear of their work being used against them in legal contexts.

Earlier this week, Judge Ural Glanville also ruled that young thug’s lyrics and social media posts were admissible It is upcoming trial, dealing a significant legal blow to the rapper’s defense.

Meek Mill Has Explanation For Low Sales Projections For Rick Ross Collab Album

Meek Mill has responded to the low sales projections he and Rick Ross’ collaborative project, Too Good To Be True, has received. According to HITS Daily Double, the project is expected to move between 30,000 and 35,000 first-week units.

In a string of tweets posted on Sunday (November 12) Meek addressed the projections. At the same time, he appeared to suggest that the business model within the music industry is the issue rather than the music itself.

“It’s says me and Ross on pace to sell 35k first week I would post if it said 350k…,” he wrote in part. Meek went on to outline his approach to remedying the issue, which is based in a direct-to-consumer or subscription business model.

“I’m too nice and rich to be rapping in a control music environment that’s why we dropping music on Fridays it’s doesn’t make sense …. Now we all own our music we getting the tech built to put people on our own musical subscriptions and we gone let direct to consumer see if rap if doing well.”

Neither Meek and Ross nor NBA YoungBoy are even close to securing a Top 10 debut based on the projections other releases are receiving. In fact, a rap act isn’t expected to take the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart at all. Instead, K-pop group Stray Kids are eying a No. 1 debut following the release of their ROCK-STAR LP.

Baby Jamo Denied Bond After Crazy Capitol Complex Crash In D.C.

Washington D.C. rapper Baby Jamo has been denied bond following a wild incident where he was arrested for crashing a stolen car into a barricade at the Capitol complex.

The incident, which occurred on November 6, 2023, garnered significant attention due to its location and the involvement of the emerging artist from the DMV music scene.

According to the United States Capitol Police (USCP), Baby Jamo was arrested along with another individual, Onosetale Okojie.

The USCP’s press release detailed the confiscation of guns and the capture of the rapper and his pal involved in the crash.

The decision to deny bond reflects the seriousness of the charges and the potential risk to public safety.

The incident has not only brought attention to the rapper’s career but has also raised questions about security measures at significant national landmarks like the Capitol.

The case against Baby Jamo is ongoing, and further details are expected to emerge as it progresses through the legal system.

Chrisean Rock Allegedly Sends Tamar Braxton Singer To Hospital Following Vicious Assault

Chrisean Rock continues to make headlines for all the wrong reasons. The volatile media personality/sometimes singer allegedly got into a scuffle with one of Tamar Braxton’s longtime friends and backup singers, James Wright Chanel. According to a clip from Braxton’s friend LeTroy, Rock was upset she didn’t get to perform during Braxton’s concert over the weekend. As a result, she allegedly stormed the green room to confront Chanel. When things didn’t go her way, LeTroy says Rock punched Chanel right in the face, causing his nose to bleed.

“I just want to let y’all know that that girl Chrisean y’all keep hyping up assault James Wright Chanel at Tamar’s concert tonight,” he wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post. “James is in the hospital. I swear I will do everything to make sure she goes to prison she is trash and that’s why her life is the way that it is. She deserves every bad thing that happens to her.”

He added, “That lady is a disgusting pig. And I’m going to make sure she goes to jail. You do NOT come to my show and attack people! I’m going to do everything in my power to make sure she pays for assaulting James! She’s going to PRISON. I am so disgusted.”

Chrisean Rock has a history of violence and subsequent arrests. In June, Rock, her ex-boyfriend Blueface and their entourage were accused of beating up a woman at the Palms Casino. The alleged victim was purportedly a fan of Rock’s but wasn’t fond of Blueface. After professing her love for Rock and congratulating her pregnancy, she turned to Blueface and said, “F##k you.” Rock responded by punching the woman on the left side of her face. Blueface then allegedly took the woman’s phone, placing it in his back pocket and saying, “This is mine now.”

The woman claimed another male in their entourage hit the woman and Blueface kicked her in the face and chest. The police said he continued to beat the girl until security intervened. Blueface was later arrested.

The couple has since parted ways. Rock gave birth to their child and they continue to spar on social media. It’s unclear if any charges in this latest incident have been filed yet.

Diddy Aligns With Au Vodka Following London Concert With Giggs

Is Diddy about to align himself with yet another spirits brand in what appears to be a new promotional relationship with Au Vodka?

On Thursday (November 9) a video begin circulating on social media featuring Diddy and several of his associates surrounded by copious amounts of Au Vodka, displayed in their distinguished golden bottles stamped with elemental acronyms from the periodic table. In the short video clip, the Love Records CEO appears to be giving flowers to Au Vodka’s co-owner Charlie Morgan while simultaneously urging his following to support the up-and-coming spirit brand.

“If y’all don’t know number one,” Diddy explained in the clip. “Very proud of you, I saw you work this from the ground up! and everybody go support it because when he break down doors or when I open doors, more of us can get in.” It appears the celebratory toast was also a part of Diddy and Giggs’ collaborative live show that took place in London on November 8.

Are Casey Veggies & DJ Fresh The West Coast Hip-Hop Duo We Didn’t Know We Needed?

If there’s any artist and producer duo that’s both underrated and capable of bringing a whole new wave back to the West Coast, it’s Casey Veggies and DJ Fresh.

The pair of California natives recently connected for the first time during an event celebrating DJ Fresh’s recent compilation album, The Tonite Show. In addition to giving each other their flowers, Fresh and Veggies joined forces to perform their electric collab “The Payback”—which also features West Coast artists such as Guapdad 4000 and Problem. Think of like a cross between the swag and G-Funk eras in L.A. and then sprinkle some Bay Area ism’ on top, and this the type of vibe Fresh’s new s### is on.

Fresh recently shared a post on his personal Instagram page, celebrating the project, attracting well over a million streams within the first 14 days of its release. The 18-track project taps several West Coast and L.A. rap icons, including E-40, Lil B, Larry June and Jay Worthy along with multiple other cult favorite lyricists such as Curren$y, Cozz, Payroll Giovanni, Paul Wall, Killa Kyleon—I mean, the list goes on.

I could be wrong, but we may be witnessing a major resurgence of organic content from West Coast producers and artist based on the sample size DJ Fresh has presented in his collaborations with the likes of Veggies and more. Either way the vibes are definitely worth peeping and making a decision for yourself. Check out the post below for a recap of the event.

Ralo Welcomed Home From Prison With Stretch Limousine Procession

After serving six years behind bars in connection to his 2018 conviction on federal drug charges, Atlanta rapper Ralo is finally a free man.

On Wednesday (November 8), multiple videos clips began circulating on social media showing Ralo immediately after his release from prison. In one the clips making the rounds, Ralo appears to be all smiles as he jumps out of a murdered out, all-black Cadillac stretch limousine SUV surrounded by other blacked out SUVs. Several individuals appeared to shout “welcome home” while Ralo can be seen reconnecting with a large group of his associates.

Fans of the “Ahk S### Pop S###” rapper who have been following his journey closely throughout the last year are likely not surprised by Ralo’s homecoming. Despite being formally handed an eight-year sentence by a judge in June, Ralo’s team actually predicted his release from prison in an IG post last year.

“The Judge sentenced Ralo to 8 years in Federal Prison, he was given over 4 years credit time served,” the statement read. “The BOP has also credited him 1 & 1/2 year for good time. He was recommended 1 year ankle monitor after the halfway house approve his home address; which will bring him home to us late next year, but our goal is for him to complete his GED or RDAP Drug program so we can get another year off his sentence. That will bring him home to us in less than a year.”

Now that Ralo has earned his newfound freedom, it appears his first order of business is to get his music career back on track. Ralo delivered his “First Day Out” single—which lands on the heels of his 97 Months album that was released last April.

Check out the video of the moment Ralo was released and reunited with his team below.

Megan Thee Stallion Would Do “D####” Musical “50 More Times”

Megan Thee Stallion laughed “the whole time” while shooting her new movie “D####: The Musical.”

Megan made her movie debut in the musical as Gloria, the boss of two business rivals who discover they are twins and plot to get their divorced parents back together.

In an interview, Megan Thee Stallion, who has a musical number in the movie, described the set as “the easiest (she’s) ever been on.”

“It was so insane. It’s a real movie. This not like a music video. So this is not a short day. I literally learned the choreography the day before, and shot it the next day. And I learned the choreography on the set, and then just shot it the next day,” she said of her musical number.

Reflecting on the whole production, she added, “But everybody that worked there, everybody who was a dancer, everybody who was in production (were) so nice. It was the easiest set that I’ve ever been on. We were laughing the whole time, and the experience was great. If there’s a lot of musicals I like, I would do it 50 more times.”

While the movie musical marks the 28-year-old’s first film role, Megan Thee Stallion has previously appeared in TV shows such as “P-Valley,” “Good Girls” and “She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.”

“D####: The Musical,” which features Megan’s song “Out Alpha the Alpha,” stars Josh Sharp and Aaron Jackson as the twins and Nathan Lane and Megan Mullally as their divorced parents.

Danny Brown Admits He Was Drunken Mess While Making “Scaring The Hoes” Album

Danny Brown wondered if his drinking ruined his chances to create another album with JPEGMAFIA. Brown recently told The Guardian his alcohol abuse was at its worst during the recording of their Scaring the Hoes album, which dropped in March.

“When we were making it, it was really hard to work with me,” Brown said. “I was at my drunkest at that time. There would be times when he’d come down here and I’d get blacked-out drunk and we wouldn’t do s### for a weekend, but then there’d be times when he’d come and I’d do five songs in a day. I would love to make another album, but I would understand if [JPEGMAFIA] never wanted to work with me again.”

Brown announced he was checking himself into rehab soon after the release of Scaring the Hoes. He said his rehab stint humbled him on a May episode of The Danny Brown Show.

According to The Guardian, Brown has not had a drink in more than 200 days. His sobriety helped him find more joy in his live performances.

“I actually started to have fun being on stage again,” he said. “Doing the shows sober almost became like a therapeutic thing, to just see the people in the crowd smiling and being happy and having a good time. That energy translated to me, so it was like I was getting my fix every day with that.”

Brown is scheduled to release his new solo album Quaranta on November 17. He viewed the project as a “happy ending” to his struggles with alcohol and depression.

RZA Drops Red Carpet Jewels Ahead Of Wu-Tang’s New Red Rocks Documentary Premiere

RZA has been a zeitgeist of creative energy for more than 30 years. AllHipHop.com recently ran into the co-founder/de facto leader of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan at a red carpet Urbanworld Film Festival premiere of the new documentary A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, which spotlights the Wu’s 2021 performance with the Colorado Symphony Orchestra at the historic Colorado venue.

As media and well-wishers crowded and disregarded the velvet rope enclosure, RZA—the Ambassador of the Urbanworld Film Festival—graciously spoke with reporters about the project. The Grammy and Emmy Award-nominated producer, actor, musician and filmmaker is also co-director of A Wu-Tang Experience: Live at Red Rocks Amphitheatre with Gerard Barclay (Gee-Bee). The air was electric with excitement and creativity was the ongoing theme of the day.

“You vision is your vision,” he said. “Don’t let nobody else talk you out of it. Your vision is your vision. It takes making strong decisions and determination. It is hard to beat determination. I think Wu-Tang is purity. No matter what you go through, you always want to get back to the purity. With Wu-Tang, you get that purity of Hip-Hop and that purity of youth and the culture.”

It’s difficult to get any group of people to agree on a single course of action, even more so when it comes to musicians, with each having their own version of what it means to remain culturally relevant. When asked  how he was able to corral the group and their many differently personalities to do the show, RZA replied, “It was nerve-wracking to do the concert because it’s not easy to convince my Wu-Tang brothers to step out of their comfort zone and do something [different]. Sometimes, when artists producer art, we put it into categories; Black, white, reggae, classical. We compartmentalize it. When art itself is ambiguous, in all reality. I think the film documents us going through that experience and I’m glad to share that with the audience.”

For many, creativity isn’t just a job. It’s a way to maneuver through life and create something from nothing, which is something RZA knows a lot about.

“Life should inspire creativity,” he added. “In the beginning of my career, of course, I’m in the hood. I’m in the projects, and you hear the sounds of the projects. You hear sirens in my tracks. As time moved on, I traveled the world and got the chance to be at the Hippodrome in Greece and all that. Now, you hear orchestration and different things. To every artist, let your self be the antennae to send the signal and also to receive it.”

For many, the name Gerard Barclay may as well be written in Martian hieroglyphics as it would be just as unrecognizable. However, Barclay has been a singular creative force behind some of the most breathtaking visuals of the Wu and is co-director of the documentary as well.

“I learned that you just have to be prepared because Wu-Tang has many tentacles,” Barclay said. “I went on tour with them in 1997. You may have seen my other documentary, The Story of the Wu-Tang Clan.
Did you know I directed ‘The Mystery of Chessboxing’ with the giant chessboard. I did two versions of ‘M-E-T-H-O-D Man.’ I did ‘It’s Yours.’ I did ‘Daytona 500,’ I did all of the Killa Army videos. I did all of that.”

As anyone from “around the way” can attest, the hood is brimming with creative energy and talent. Barclay was just such a talent and it was by luck that he crossed creative paths with RZA. As he explained, “From 1983 to 2000, I was living in Staten Island. It was a serendipitous connection that got us all together. I had just gotten out of college when Wu-Tang was getting together.

“I had just gotten a communications degree and the first guy who started to do the Wu-Tang video never finished it. They wanted somebody who could do the job, and somebody said, ‘There’s a guy in 141,’ which is the building that I was staying in. Thirty years later we’re still working together and making things happen.”

Wanna Be Rapper Throw In Arkansas Jail Over Lyrical Content

A local rapper’s lyrics have become the center of a legal storm in Bentonville, Arkansas.

Reese Alexander Sullivan was arrested earlier this week amid allegations that his rap lyrics posed a credible threat to public safety.

The arrest echoes a larger national conversation about the role of lyrics in criminal proceedings. Sullivan’s lyrics, which authorities claim include direct threats to specific individuals, were deemed a step beyond artistic expression.

For instance, Sullivan threatened to shoot up schools, blow up churches, blow up the center, and assassinate the President.

Sullivan told the FBI that his wraps were meant to be jokes and that he did not believe the statements he was making.

This local incident mirrors the ongoing RICO trial of Atlanta rapper Young Thug, whose lyrics are being scrutinized for alleged evidence of criminal activity.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has argued that the lyrics are reflective of actual crimes, a stance that has raised concerns among advocates for artistic expression.

The arrest in Bentonville and the RICO trial both highlight the growing legal challenges facing artists, particularly in the genre of rap, where lyrics sometimes depict violence and street life.

In response to these concerns, Congressman Jamaal Bowman and Hank Johnson have reintroduced the Restoring Artistic Protection Act (RAP Act) to Congress.

The bill aims to safeguard artists from having their creative expressions against them in court. The proposed legislation, supported by the Black Music Action Coalition, seeks to ensure that lyrics are recognized as a form of artistic and personal expression rather than literal statements of intent or confession.

Details on the RAP Act can be found on Congressman Bowman’s official site.

As the RAP Act moves through Congress, the outcomes of these cases could set precedents that will influence the intersection of music, free speech, and legal accountability for years to come.

As for Sullivan, he was charged with felony terroristic threatening and released on $50,000 bail. His next court date is December 11.

Drake Deposed For “Several Hours” Over Travis Scott’s Astroworld Tragedy

Drake was reportedly questioned for several hours in a deposition tied to hundreds of lawsuits stemming from 2021’s deadly Astroworld Festival, which claimed 10 lives and led to hundreds of injuries. According to Rolling Stone, sources couldn’t offer any details due to a “rigid publicity order.” A rep for Drake said they “didn’t feel it is appropriate to comment on the matter.”

Drake’s deposition comes after Travis Scott—the organizer and headliner of the festival—spoke with attorneys in early October after plaintiff attorneys filed an emergency motion to compel production of electronic documents on his cell phone.

In September, a lawyer for Scott told the court his client’s phone was lost at the bottom of the Gulf of Mexico but added text messages between Scott and his manager, David Stromberg, “would show the vast majority, if not all, relevant texts” from Scott regarding the event. During that hearing, the court and attorneys from both sides determined Scott would have two more days of deposition the following month.

Despite Drake’s brief appearance during Scott’s set, he was still named in many of the lawsuits alongside Scott, Live Nation and its subsidiary Scoremore and Apple, which livestreamed the event. In legal filings, Drake has maintained he didn’t take part in planning or organizing the event.

A grand jury decided not to file criminal charges against Scott and several other organizers tied to the event, however the victims’ families all sued. Three have since settled, and the first wrongful death suit is currently scheduled for trial next May.

Drake did address the tragic turn of events shortly after the incident, writing, “My heart is broken for the families and friends of those who lost their lives and for anyone who is suffering. I will continue to pray for all of them, and will be of service in any way I can, May God be with you all.”

Birdman Caught In Violent Altercation With Druski In Menacing Video—But Is It Real?

It looks like the “Coulda Been Records” chain Birdman proudly displayed on social media was actually snatched from Druski during a violent altercation. TMZ obtained surveillance video of the Cash Money Records co-founder allegedly “pulling up” on the comedian, which shows a group of men getting in a scuffle.

At some point during the melee, Birdman winds up getting the chain from Druski’s neck. The confrontation took place on Friday night (November 10) at a Los Angeles studio, where Druski had just finished filming a segment of his reality show, Coulda Been House. In the clip, it looks like Birdman lunges at Druski but doesn’t actually make contact.

But considering we live in an age where staged antics for clout and attention are the norm, it’s possible they’re all just trolling everyone.  Nonetheless, Hurricane Chris took issue with the situation on Saturday (November 11) once Birdman posted the “Coulda Been Records” chain to his Instagram Stories, suggesting a fight had ensued.

“I grew up idolizing Cash Money as a hip hop artist to see how bro made a joke out of people that clearly are not to be joked with shows bro a real lame no talent just acting stupid for the camera I’m glad my daddy raised a solid stand up type cat we ain’t play around like Lil kids with adults even when we were kids at 16 I was more mature than these dudes are at 26,” the “A Bay Bay” rapper wrote. “You charlamagne wanna be cats gonna make somebody go to jail for life everybody don’t play games remember that Lil comedian cats some of us laugh at what happens next not the joke all I’m saying is okay with your peers and kids like u not mfs who really will see about you in real life.”

Hurricane Chris was met with ridicule for taking (what fans think was) a joke too seriously.

Hurricane Chris Roasted For Chiming In On Birdman & Druski’s Alleged Beef

Hurricane Chris evidently has a problem with anyone coming for Cash Money Records co-founder, Birdman. On Saturday (November 11), Birdman shared a post to his Instagram Stories with a “Coulda Been Records” chain and the caption, “Surprise Party B####. Slippin’ in Studio. Rich Gang,” which was supposedly snatched from comedian Druski.

The “A Bay Bay” rapper hopped in the comment section and wrote, “I grew up idolizing Cash Money as a hip hop artist to see how bro made a joke out of people that clearly are not to be joked with shows bro a real lame no talent just acting stupid for the camera I’m glad my daddy raised a solid stand up type cat we ain’t play around like Lil kids with adults even when we were kids at 16 I was more mature than these dudes are at 26.

“You charlamagne wanna be cats gonna make somebody go to jail for life everybody don’t play games remember that Lil comedian cats some of us laugh at what happens next not the joke all I’m saying is okay with your peers and kids like u not mfs who really will see about you in real life.”

Almost immediately, people began telling Hurricane Chris to “shut up” and reminded him Birdman and Druski were likely just playing around. Comments like, “I f### w u brah but this s### ain’t even that deep” and “Ain’t that deep tho homie. Don’t get me wrong I agree with what you saying but mfs need to learn to stay out they feelings like the hoes. Birdman rich as hell so tf he worried bout a comedian having fun and building his own legacy. Birdman don’t own the dollar sign nor the cent sign” quickly started littering the post.

Hurricane Chris has faced his own set of challenges over the years. In 2020, Louisiana prosecutors accused him of killing 32-year-old Danzeria O. Farris. Although he was ultimately found not guilty of second-degree murder, he’s still dealing with the fallout. Last month, he revealed he plans to file a civil lawsuit against the Shreveport Police Department.

“Everybody on the scene understood what happened, but when the detective got me downtown and started questioning me, he started off with, ‘Hey, you had a song on the radio, right?’” he told TMZ. “And then, from there, everything went downhill. I didn’t stand a chance. I lost over $1.4 million. I had a movie deal coming up. I signed to an acting agency before I was arrested. I lost the deal with the acting agency, one of the biggest agencies in Louisiana.”

Hurricane Chris went on to say his pending legal matter cost him the chance to audition for television shows such as FX’s Snowfall and STARZ’s BMF. He’s seeking compensation from the law enforcement agency. Watch the clip below.

Chrisean Rock Goes From Drama To Devotion With Biblical Parenting Philosophy

Chrisean Rock took to x.com to tell the internet about her unique parenting approach with her newborn son, emphasizing the importance of spiritual guidance over material wealth.

Despite providing a luxurious start for her child by giving the kid a $40,000 necklace and a $500,000 bank account, Chrisean Rock said she prioritizes daily Bible readings and prayers, aiming to instill lasting values and blessings in her son.

“I pray and read the word to him every day. It’s not what you can give them; it’s what you can leave inside them.

Her journey to motherhood has been filled with drama and challenges. Chrisean Rock revealed her pregnancy and the gender of her baby boy in August through a social media post following a pregnancy photoshoot.

The father of the kid is her on-again, off-again “twin flame,” rapper Blueface.

After some high-profile drama where he questioned the child’s paternity, DNA results confirmed Blueface as the father of her child.

During her pregnancy, Rock openly declared her intention to set boundaries with Blueface, stating that she would not allow him to be present at the birth but welcomed his involvement in their son’s life afterward.

Despite her never-ending relationship drama with Blueface, some early criticism due to her parenting style, and bringing the newborn to public events, Chrisean Rock expressed gratitude for her child’s blessed life, acknowledging that he will not have to endure the hardships she faced growing up in Baltimore.

“We are thankful that this lifestyle my child won’t have to struggle like I did, be hungry like I was, or neglected and left behind like I was. AMEN THANK YOU JESUS,” Chrisean Rock emoted.

Chad Johnson & Terrell Owens Claim They Once Had 12-Hour Orgy With Over 17 Women

Former NFL stars Chad Johnson and Terrell Owens have apparently shared some wild sexual exploits together over the years. During a recent live stream, Ochocinco and TO actually reminisced about a time they claimed they both shared more than a few women between them during an impromptu trip to the Dominican Republic.

“Remember that time we was in the DR with them women—we had a lil orgy,” Ochocinco started off. “Aw yeah, I had the big girl,” Owens replied in a clip shared on social media by TNT. “I had to take one for the team…big girls need love too!”

Ochocinco continued divulging the vulgar details of the encounter, while also engaging in a back-and-forth with TO in an effort to determine exactly how many suitors were involved in the sultry exchange of flesh.

“We went through about 17 women in, what, 12 hours,” Ochocinco asked TO, to which her replied, “Was it 17?” TO continued, “My mind ain’t good dog…17? Man I thought it was about 12.” TO added, “I was done after about two or three! I had to recuperate, I had to recover, dog!”

Even though none of this has been confirmed, it isn’t that hard to believe these two may have linked up for an indulgent excursion given the fact that they had previously played together on the Bengals’ stacked roster in 2010.

Meek Mill Reacts To Young Thug’s Lyrics Being Used As Evidence In RICO Case

Meek Mill took time away from promoting his new joint album, Too Good To Be True with Rick Ross, to address the ongoing legal case involving Young Stoner Life label founder Young Thug.

Earlier this week, a judge ruled Fulton County, Georgia prosecutors are able to use Young Thug’s lyrics in the rapper’s RICO trial. The judge said the prosecution could present seventeen sets of lyrics performed by Thug and his co-defendants as evidence.

“I’m conditionally admitting those pending lyrics, depending upon – or subject to a foundation that is properly laid by the state or the proponent that seeks to admit that evidence,” Judge Ural Glanville stated.

Meek Mill seemed to address Glanville’s ruling in a social media post. In addition, the Dream Chasers leader also mentioned another Atlanta-area rap star. YFN Lucci faces a RICO indictment in Fulton County as well.

“Locking us [up] for rapping got me scared to do [an] interview,” Meek Mill tweeted on Friday (November 10). The Philadelphia native added, “Free Jeff Free Lucci.” Previously, Meek expressed his belief that Young Thug will beat the RICO case.

Meek Mill Backed Laws Limiting Prosecutors Use Of Lyrics As Evidence

Meek Mill has his own history of dealing with the American justice system. He was convicted on drug and firearm charges in 2008. However, he was later pardoned by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf.

Upon exiting prison, Meek Mill became a founding partner of the Reform Alliance, alongside Jay-Z and other billionaires. The nonprofit organization advocates for parole and probation reform in the United States.

Meek Mill, the RIAA and the Recording Academy supported California Governor Gavin Newsom signing the 2022 Decriminalizing Artistic Expression Act. The new law limits the use of creative works as evidence during civil and criminal proceedings.

In July 2022, Congressmen Hank Johnson (GA-04) and Jamaal Bowman (NY-16) introduced the Restoring Artistic Protection Act (RAP Act) in the U.S. House of Representatives. If passed, the federal bill would restrict the admissibility of creative or artistic expression as evidence against an artist in court. Johnson and Bowman re-introduced the RAP Act in April 2023.

“Rap, Hip-Hop and every lyrical musical piece is a beautiful form of art and expression that must be protected,” Congressman Bowman said. “I am proud to introduce the RAP Act alongside Rep. Hank Johnson. Our judicial system disparately criminalizes Black and brown people, including Black and brown creativity.”
