Pooh Shiesty’s Mom Responds To Arrest With Foul-Mouthed Spiritual Post

Pooh Shiesty is facing federal charges and his mother is speaking out now that her son is facing life in prison for allegedly kidnapping Gucci Mane to get out of his recording contract.

Gladys Baines, his mother, went live on Facebook for just over a minute, and what she didn’t say spoke volumes about the chaos surrounding her son’s legal situation.

Rather than addressing the kidnapping and robbery allegations directly, she and her friends played his “Shiesty Summer” track while one companion flipped off the camera, a gesture that seemed to sum up their collective attitude toward the mounting pressure.

The cryptic nature of her response became even clearer when Baines posted a series of messages on her Facebook page that same day.

“I been blocked you hating mf’s … #Amen,” she wrote, followed by “my ears ringing. #keeptalking #blessingsonblessings,” and “It’s power in the name Jesus…”

Her social media activity came just days after her son and his father were arrested for allegedly orchestrating an armed robbery and kidnapping at a Dallas music studio involving Gucci Mane and others.

The situation surrounding Pooh Shiesty has become increasingly complex, with federal authorities alleging he orchestrated the entire scheme while on home detention following his release from federal prison.

His father, Lontrell Williams Sr., allegedly participated in planning and executing the crime along with Memphis rapper Big 30 and six other people.

Donald Trump Issues Bizarre Easter Threat To Iran That References God & Hell

Donald Trump dropped a religious ultimatum on Iran Saturday morning that’s part threat, part scripture, and entirely unhinged.

He posted on Truth Social that the clock’s ticking with just 48 hours left before “all Hell will reign (sic) down on them,” adding “Glory be to GOD!” with the kind of fervor you’d expect from a tent revival preacher, not a sitting president.

The deadline he’s talking about is April 6 at 8 P.M. ET, and he’s demanding Iran reopen the Strait of Hormuz or face consequences that include resuming bombing campaigns against their energy infrastructure.

Here’s where it gets messy. Just two days after Trump stood in front of the nation on Wednesday and claimed Iran’s military was basically decimated, their navy gone, their air force obliterated, and their missiles nearly exhausted, a US F-15E fighter jet got shot down over Iranian airspace.

One crew member was rescued, but the other remains missing. That’s not exactly the narrative of a crippled enemy that Trump was selling.

Intelligence sources told Reuters that roughly two-thirds of Iran’s missile arsenal is still intact, which means Trump’s victory lap came way too early.

The war started on February 28, and so far, 13 American service members have been killed, with over 300 wounded. Iran’s death toll from US and Israeli airstrikes has surpassed 1,900 people.

The Strait of Hormuz carries about 20 percent of the world’s oil supply, and Iran’s blockade has Americans paying $4.10 per gallon at the pump, a 37 percent jump from before the conflict started.

Trump’s pushing this deadline hard because gas prices are killing him politically, and he’s betting that threatening divine retribution will somehow force Iran’s hand.

Senator Lindsey Graham, Trump’s war hawk shadow, immediately backed the ultimatum, weirdly calling it necessary for peace.

The majority of Americans already think this war has gone too far, and even Republicans are getting cold feet about another Middle East conflict.

Trump promised his base he wouldn’t start new wars, yet here he is with 48 hours on the clock and a military that’s discovering Iran’s far more capable than the White House claimed.

Austin bartender begins to ‘vibe’ with male customer. Then he leaves his phone number on the check for her—except that he made one mistake: ‘I want no part of that’

An Austin, Texas, bartender revealed exactly why she was uninterested in a customer who made a romantic advance.

On March 5, bartender @sabtuche posted a TikTok recapping an interaction with a customer who gave her his number. “I was vibing with this customer, and we were having a great time,” she says.

Why Did the Bartender Lose Interest in the Customer?

The bartender adds that the customer was from out of town, and she was enjoying her interaction with him. However, she reveals that his mistake came when he closed out. “I give him his bill; he signs it,” she says. “He leaves his number with a less than 20% tip.”

“I want no part of that,” she adds.

Commenters echoed the bartender’s frustration, with many sharing similar stories. “A coworker had something similar, but with like a 1% tip,” added one viewer.

“22%-25% should be the norm,” suggested another. “Servers and bartenders work hard and deserve to make a decent living for providing good service.”

What Is Standard Tipping Etiquette?

According to hospitality software company Toast, 20% has become the new standard tip for bartenders. That said, the right amount can vary based on service quality, drink complexity, and the overall interaction. Tipping below that threshold might send a negative message, especially after a positive interaction.

It is worth noting that bartenders have a vested interest in appearing friendly and available, as their income depends heavily on tips. This means that having a good rapport at the bar doesn’t always signal romantic interest. However, if a customer is genuinely interested in pursuing a further connection with a bartender, the tip might become even more important.

That being said, 20% has not always been the standard for tipping. In fact, the baseline has crept steadily upward over the past century. In the first half of the 20th century, a 10% tip was considered customary at restaurants, and by the 1980s that baseline had risen to 15%. It wasn’t until the 1990s that 20% tips became the norm, driven in part by the fact that the federal minimum wage for tipped workers was frozen at $2.13 per hour in 1996, which has remained unchanged in most of the country ever since.

The COVID-19 pandemic added another layer as consumers began to recognize the value of service workers, and a wave of over-tipping emerged as a way to thank staff for working on the front lines during the health crisis. Additionally, digital payment apps began nudging customers toward higher suggested tip ranges, effectively resetting public expectations of what a “normal” tip looks like.

AllHipHop reached out to @sabtuche for comment via TikTok direct message and the TikTok comments section. We will update this story if she responds.

New Edition Tops Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame Fan Vote, Mike Bivens Balks At Critics

New Edition stood head and shoulders above other nominees in the 2026 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Fan Vote as the final tally shows just how wide the musical tent has become. Rock and pop legend Phil Collins came in second place with the fans.

As of early April 2026, New Edition secured the No. 1 position with 1,022,683 votes, becoming the only nominee to surpass the million-vote mark. While the fan vote does not guarantee induction, it does count as one ballot alongside those submitted by the official Rock Hall voting body.

The Boston R&B group’s strong showing reflects decades of influence that stretches from their teenage breakout in the 1980s to their lasting impact on modern R&B and Hip-Hop culture.

Their blueprint helped shape groups like New Kids On The Block, Boyz II Men and even contemporary acts that borrow from their mix of choreography, harmonies and appeal.

Phil Collins finished second with roughly 694,000 votes, followed by pop superstar P!NK with approximately 639,000 votes. Late R&B legend Luther Vandross placed fourth with about 563,000 votes, reinforcing the continued appreciation for his timeless catalog.

Rock band INXS rounded out the top five with about 489,000 votes, narrowly ahead of Sade, who finished with roughly 480,000 votes.

Notably, Hip-Hop maintained a visible presence on the leaderboard. Wu-Tang Clan earned approximately 457,000 votes, placing them eighth overall and demonstrating the continued push to see more rap acts recognized within the traditionally rock-focused institution. Lauryn Hill also appeared on the list with around 365,000 votes, highlighting her enduring cultural relevance decades after 1998’s The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill reshaped music history.

Mariah Carey, Hip-Hop adjacent through collaborations, secured about 395,000 votes, while global pop star Shakira drew roughly 446,000 votes.

Even though New Edition crushed it in the fan vote, group member took exception to some of the classification of the pioneering R&B/Hip-Hop group. A number of mainstream outlets have called N.E. a “boy band.” One even said they were “non-influential,” which is erroneous and inexcusably ignorant.

Bivens say, “This has been very exciting for us as a Group to be nominated for the @rockhall @newedition But what i ain’t gonna do is late someone say catchy tunes and boy band BS. Like we aint 6 acts in 1. We earned our ish and FYI Writer learn our History before you claim our exclusion. To all other nominees especially our fam WU , Luther , Mariah & Lauren we ❤️ yall we rep the same Culture and we work hard for our seat at the table. Say Less & God Bless #MLB57 #Boston #NE4LIFERS ❤️ 💯”

The highly successful collective is on tour throughout the nation with Boyz II Men and Toni Braxton. They finished well above other notables like Iron Maiden (~307,000), Melissa Etheridge (~295,000), The Black Crowes (~212,000), Oasis (~206,000) and others.

The fan vote has increasingly become a reflection of how genre lines continue to blur.

It is not without controversy as many, like KISS singer Gene Simmons, object to the inclusion of highly popular genres like R&B and Hip-Hop artists. The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has faced criticism over the years regarding its definition of “rock and roll,” but they continue to embrace a broader interpretation.

The official Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Class of 2026 is expected to be announced later this month.

Cardi B Demands Daily Numbers From Business Partners Now

Cardi B is done letting middlemen profit off her name and her work, and she’s making that crystal clear in a new interview where she breaks down exactly how she got burned and what she’s doing differently now.

The rapper sat down with entrepreneur Emma Grede to discuss her journey from being exploited in deals to taking full control of her business empire, including her new Grow Good haircare brand that sold out in less than an hour after launch.

“I feel like I made so many people rich and then they tell other people that they’re so good. But when we get on these type of number calls, they’ll be like, well, we didn’t meet this, this and that. And it’s like, yeah, no, you’re lying,” Cardi B explained, describing how partners would make excuses when she asked for transparency.

She’s learned the hard way that vague promises and delayed reports are red flags, not business as usual.

The pattern became so obvious that she started demanding real-time access to her numbers, refusing to operate on faith or trust alone.

What changed everything was her refusal to accept the standard industry playbook anymore.

“I feel like I’ve been burned. I feel like I’ve been burned. And even when I haven’t been burned, it’s just like, you never know when you’re getting burned. If you’re not seeing the numbers every single day, if those numbers are not coming to your phone every single day, like you’re accounting them, you’re going to get burned. I need to see the numbers every day,” she said, emphasizing the non-negotiable nature of her new approach to partnerships.

This shift in mindset didn’t happen overnight. According to her interview with Emma Grede, Cardi B spent years watching people build wealth off her platform while she remained in the dark about actual performance metrics.

The turning point came when she realized that ownership and equity matter far more than quick paydays.

Now, with Grow Good, she’s applying these hard-earned lessons by maintaining complete control over product development, testing, and quality assurance, working directly with labs in Korea and refusing to compromise on standards just to hit a launch date.

Her approach to building her beauty brand reflects someone who’s learned that real wealth comes from ownership, not endorsements.

The Grow Good launch in March 2026 proved her strategy works, with the entire first batch selling out before most people even knew it existed.

OJ Da Juiceman Out Of Jail After Allegedly Pointing Gun At Cop

OJ da Juiceman walked out of the DeKalb County Jail early this morning (April 4) after spending weeks locked up on serious charges.

The trap rapper’s release marks a major turn in a case that began with an alleged road-rage incident on a Georgia highway in January, and his team is already talking about what’s next for the artist.

His manager, Rueben Wood, told TMZ that OJ never stopped working while he was inside. The music he was recording before his March arrest is ready to drop, and fans will be hearing new material very soon.

Beyond the studio, Wood says the rapper’s already got performance dates lined up for the coming days, so he’s jumping right back into his grind.

The medical situation that happened behind bars is now resolved.

OJ’s Type 1 diabetes caused a serious health emergency while he was in custody, but now that he’s back on the outside and able to get his proper insulin injections, he’s doing perfectly fine.

His management made it clear that the incident was directly tied to his condition and the lack of proper medical care he received while locked up.

The charges OJ was facing are no joke. He’s accused of pointing a gun at a Georgia State Patrol officer during a chaotic incident on I-20 in January.

The trooper claimed the rapper was driving a gray Nissan, tailgating aggressively and honking before allegedly flashing a handgun out the window.

OJ’s facing one felony count of aggravated assault on a public safety officer, one misdemeanor count of pointing or aiming a gun, one felony count of possession of a firearm during a felony, plus multiple traffic violations.

But here’s where it gets interesting. A woman who knows OJ submitted a sworn affidavit stating he wasn’t even driving the car when the alleged incident occurred.

She claims she rented the vehicle and OJ wasn’t behind the wheel. His management has consistently maintained that he has the utmost respect for law enforcement and that the situation has been mischaracterized.

Boosie Takes No Chances, Tells Feds He’s Using Prop Gun & Does This To Prove It

Boosie Badazz made absolutely certain everyone understood what was happening when cameras caught him on a video set, holding what appeared to be a firearm over the weekend.

The Louisiana rapper wasn’t taking any chances with federal authorities, so he went out of his way to clarify that the weapon was nothing but a prop, repeating the message multiple times while demonstrating the fake sound effects.

“Prop guns. Look, listen to it,” he said in the footage. “Star Wars. Federal agents, this is Star Wars… it’s a prop.”

He even pointed the fake gun at his own head and pulled the trigger to drive home the point that there was zero danger involved.

The clip circulated online and caught people’s attention, but Boosie’s reasoning behind the extra caution became clear when you consider his recent legal history.

The rapper has dealt with multiple firearm-related charges over the years, including arrests connected to unlawful possession as a convicted felon.

Earlier this year, a federal judge sentenced him to time served and three years of supervised release after he pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm after he was spotted with a gun tucked in his waist during a video shoot.

The outcome meant he avoided additional prison time, but it also left him under continued federal scrutiny.

With three years of supervised release hanging over his head and a $50,000 fine already imposed, the last thing he needs is federal agents showing up with questions about firearms on a video production.

The rapper’s legal team likely advised him to be extra vocal about distinguishing real weapons from props, especially given the heightened attention on set safety following various incidents in the industry.

Every precaution counts when you’re operating under federal supervision, and Boosie’s making sure there’s no room for misinterpretation about what’s happening on his projects.

Cardi B Wants To Fight BIA But Tells Bardi Gang To Chill On The Bullying

Cardi B made it crystal clear in Boston that she’s ready to throw hands with BIA, but her fans need to pump the brakes on the social media harassment.

During her sold-out “Little Miss Drama” tour stop at TD Garden on Thursday night, the Bronx rapper performed her diss track “Pretty & Petty” and immediately pivoted to set boundaries with the Bardi gang.

“We not gonna do that. Don’t bully that girl on social media. Don’t do that, don’t do that,” Cardi told the crowd. “She’s gonna wanna beat the s### out of me after today. If I see you, I see you, I don’t give a f### it’s up and stuck. But don’t bully her on social media, I don’t like that.”

The distinction matters. Cardi’s drawing a hard line between her personal beef with BIA and her supporters’ online behavior.

She wants the smoke with BIA one-on-one, not through a mob of keyboard warriors. This moment showed Cardi separating her rap battles from cyberbullying, something she clearly doesn’t support.

The rivalry between these two has been brewing since 2024, when BIA accused Cardi of biting her style.

Things escalated when Cardi dropped “Pretty & Petty” in February, with bars like “Name five BIA songs, gun pointed to ‘ya head, Bow, I’m dead.”

BIA fired back by going after Cardi’s personal life, specifically her relationship with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

They welcomed a son together in November 2025, but Cardi confirmed they had split. She made it clear she wouldn’t tolerate anyone disrespecting her child’s father.

https://www.youtube.com/shorts/wDC\_goeWD\_k?feature=share

What Cardi’s Boston statement really revealed is that she’s not interested in being the villain in this story.

She wants to handle her beef with BIA on wax and on stage, not by having her fanbase destroy someone online. That’s the difference between being a competitor and being a bully, and Cardi’s making sure everyone knows which one she is.

Cardi B’s second headlining tour is proving she’s got more depth than just the drama; she’s got principles, too.

OJ Da Juiceman Freed From Jail After Gun Allegation, Ready To Make Music

OJ Da Juiceman faced felony gun accusations in Georgia while preparing new music and now he is out of jail and plotting his next moves.

The Atlanta trap veteran was released early Saturday (April 4) after spending several weeks behind bars following his March arrest tied to allegations he pointed a firearm at a Georgia State Patrol officer. Despite the legal cloud hanging over him, his team says the rapper is already focused on returning to music and live performances.

READ ALSO: OJ Da Juiceman Hospitalized With Diabetes Emergency

According to his manager Rueben Wood, the incarceration did little to slow his creative momentum. Before his arrest, OJ had reportedly been working on new material that is now expected to surface soon.

Wood told TMZ the rapper is also preparing to resume live shows in the near future, signaling an attempt to maintain his presence in Hip-Hop despite the ongoing legal issues.

The situation also raised health concerns during his incarceration. OJ da Juiceman, who lives with Type 1 diabetes, reportedly experienced a medical episode while detained. His management attributed the issue to complications related to his condition and said he is now stable after regaining access to proper insulin treatment following his release.

The case itself remains serious.

Authorities allege the rapper pointed a gun at a Georgia State Patrol officer during a traffic incident in which he was accused of driving aggressively along a highway. As a result, prosecutors charged him with felony aggravated assault against a public safety officer, felony possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony and a misdemeanor charge related to allegedly pointing a weapon. Additional misdemeanor traffic violations were also listed in the case.

However, the narrative surrounding the incident is being challenged.

A sworn affidavit submitted by a woman said to be familiar with the situation disputes the claim that OJ da Juiceman was driving in the manner described by law enforcement. Meanwhile, his management maintains he respects police and is not the type to intentionally threaten an officer.

The legal process will ultimately determine how the case unfolds, but the rapper appears determined to keep his career moving forward while the courts sort out the allegations.

OJ is known for his affiliation with Gucci Mane and his role in helping define Atlanta’s trap sound in the late 2000s.

Rick Ross Explains How Pooh Shiesty Could Have Gotten Out Of His Contract With Gucci Mane Without Going To Jail

Rick Ross is breaking down the business side of the Pooh Shiesty situation, and his message is crystal clear: negotiation beats violence every single time.

After Pooh Shiesty and Big30 allegedly orchestrated an armed takeover at a Dallas studio on January 10, 2026, forcing Gucci Mane to sign a contract release at gunpoint, Rozay stepped in with some real talk about how things should’ve gone down.

“I don’t like it for either side,” Ross said. “Guwop most definitely didn’t deserve that, and I don’t want to see this for the little homie Pooh Shiesty.”

The situation escalated when nine people participated in what federal prosecutors called a coordinated armed takeover.

Pooh Shiesty pulled an AK-style pistol and forced one victim to sign a recording contract release, while Big30 barricaded the studio door with his body to block exits.

The other suspects robbed victims of Rolex watches, jewelry, cash and high-value items, with one victim choked to near unconsciousness.

Ross then delivered his business masterclass.

“This is when n##### got to be educated and understand. In business, you got to negotiate. If you signed for 100K and now you got 10 Ms on the table, it’s time to negotiate. This is how we do this. Everybody wins, let’s go. That’s how it’s got to go. You can’t muscle your way out of no s### in no business. It don’t go that way.

All nine of the nine suspects have now been arrested and face up to life in prison if convicted. Pooh Shiesty was on home confinement from a previous firearms conspiracy conviction when the alleged incident occurred.

Deon Cole, Lauryn Hill & More Cancelled Over Kanye West Concert?

Deon Cole is likely learning the hard way that in 2026 you can be celebrated on Monday and exiled by Friday. The well-respected and hilarious comedian is now catching heat simply for attending a Kanye West concert. Yes, that is where we are now. Going to a show can apparently land your name on a watch list.

Let’s talk about what is really happening here because this feels bigger than one comedian.

People are still upset about Ye. Kanye West has a history of deeply offensive statements, which people know. Yet more than 70,000 people still showed up to see him perform recently at So-Fi. That alone tells you something about how complicated fandom and forgiveness can be. This ain’t simple stuff.

But here comes the part that feels strange.

Some folks on social media have decided that anybody spotted at a Kanye show must share his views. Deon Cole found himself trending for all the wrong reasons after being seen in attendance, enjoying the show. Meanwhile DeRay Davis was there too, but appears to have escaped the outrage. He also has a more personal relationship – historically speaking – with Kanye West. Nevertheless, the inconsistency is clear.

Deon was JUST applauded for roasting Nicki Minaj, a MAGA proxy. The same Internet that praised him then suddenly wanted accountability now. Boyz II Men also felt the temperature rise when a photo with a Republican politician popped up But they left out the broader White House initiative involving multiple artists and a worthy cause. A cropped narrative to make a point is textbook disinformation.

This is where things get uncomfortable. Accountability DOES matter. Nobody serious is arguing against that. But what we are seeing looks less like accountability and more like groupthink mixed with a dash of Salem witch-hunt.

Damn yall wanna cancel Lauryn Hill for getting on the top of the globe stage in front of 70,000 fans? WEIRD!

Clearly, he’s back and people are going along with the ride. It seems like even the Semitic delegation has let bygones be bygones.

Cardi B Helps Launch NYC’s Free Childcare Jingle Competition With Mayor Mamdani

Cardi B stepped into a new role on Friday when she partnered with NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani to launch a citywide jingle competition aimed at promoting the city’s groundbreaking 2-K program.

The initiative offers free childcare for two-year-olds, and the Bronx rapper’s involvement signals how seriously the administration is taking the push to get families enrolled.

According to Billboard, the contest invites New Yorkers to submit original 15- and 30-second tunes that’ll encourage families to apply for the program, with Cardi helping select finalists before the city votes on the winner.

The timing makes sense for someone who’s been vocal about supporting progressive policies in her hometown.

Cardi’s got four kids of her own, and she knows firsthand how expensive and complicated childcare can be for working parents.

The mayor didn’t waste time making his pitch either; he met up with the rapper and asked her directly about free childcare.

Her response was immediate and genuine: “I feel like free childcare is very important. Sometimes us women we can’t really go forward because we don’t have nobody to help us take care of our kids.”

That’s the kind of authenticity that’ll resonate with New Yorkers considering the program.

The logistics are straightforward for anyone interested in submitting.

New Yorkers have until April 17 to upload their jingles to nyc.gov/jingle, and the winning song will become the official theme for the 2-K program and get played on the radio.

Cardi will narrow the submissions to five finalists, and then the public will vote to determine the winner.

Mayor Mamdani even quoted her “Bodak Yellow” in his statement, referencing the track that hit number one on the Billboard Hot 100 for three weeks back in 2017.

“As Cardi B says: ‘I can get ’em both. I don’t wanna choose,'” he said, connecting the lyric to families who shouldn’t have to choose between affordable care and staying in New York.

The 2-K program itself is rolling out in phases, with 2,000 seats available this fall across four neighborhoods: Fordham in the Bronx, Washington Heights in Manhattan, Southeast Queens, and Canarsie in Brooklyn.

Enrollment opens June 2 and closes June 26, giving families a window to secure spots for their toddlers.

This isn’t Cardi’s first time putting her platform behind NYC initiatives either.

She previously recorded a series of subway safety PSAs for the MTA, proving she’s serious about giving back to the city that made her.

Pooh Shiesty & Big30’s Fed Situation Might Be Bigger Than People Think

I’m going to say this first before anybody gets emotional: this is a legal situation and everybody involved is innocent until proven guilty. Period.

But… I’m also hearing conversations from people that understand how federal cases move, and let’s just say this may not be as simple as Twitter thinks it is.

What people don’t realize is this: when the feds show up, they usually already did their homework. They don’t typically move fast like local police. They move slow, quiet and strategic. Sometimes they’ll sit on information for months while they build something bigger.

And that’s what has some people watching this Pooh Shiesty and Big30 situation very closely.

Now, I saw lawyer Moe Gangat speaking on the case and then I saw another legal commentator pushing back, and honestly? The truth probably sits somewhere in the middle. But one thing that stood out to me was something most fans don’t think about.

View this post on Instagram

Federal cases are not always about who did what physically.

Sometimes they’re about who knew what.

And that’s where things can get dangerous.

Let me explain something in simple terms. In federal court, they don’t always have to prove you committed the main act. Sometimes they just try to prove you were part of the plan. That’s conspiracy law. That’s how people end up in serious trouble even when they swear they didn’t touch anything.

“Conspiracy law makes it a crime for two or more people to agree to commit an unlawful act, with the intent to achieve that goal. It is an inchoate offense, meaning the crime is complete upon agreement and a voluntary overt act towards the goal, even if the intended crime never occurs.”

I’m not saying that’s what happened here. I’m saying that’s how these cases often get built.

And if you’re looking at Big30 from a purely legal standpoint, the question prosecutors would probably ask isn’t “did he do something?” but more like “what did he know?”

READ ALSO: Big30 Allegedly Recorded Pooh Shiesty Gucci Mane Incident

That’s usually where pressure comes from.

Another thing people keep arguing about is whether there is video. Everybody online keeps talking about some supposed footage, but honestly, in 2026, video isn’t even always the most important evidence anymore.

Phones are.

Text messages get people caught up.
Location data gets people caught up.
Group chats get people caught up.
Deleted messages get recovered.
Cloud backups exist.

A lot of modern federal cases get built off digital trails, not only eyewitness testimony.

And if the feds got phones — and they usually do — then that might matter more than anything people are debating on social media right now. Looking at Big30 crazy right now, with the rumors he taped the ordeal.

Federal prosecutors apply pressure. I am already hearing the father is snitching/telling. He is over 50 years old. That man does not want to do any hard time. The feds are scary.

They stack charges.
They increase potential sentences.
They create FEAR.

And sometimes when risk gets real, people start making decisions to protect themselves.

If you’ve followed federal Hip-Hop cases over the last 15 years, you already know how that usually goes. Somebody always ends up trying to save themselves. Snitching is not uncommon.

Again… not saying that’s happening here.

Just saying history shows it happens.

As for Pooh Shiesty, the real legal battle in situations like this usually comes down to very simple questions prosecutors try to answer:

Was he there?
What did he know?
What did he do?
What can they actually prove?

Not what people think.
Not what blogs say.
Not what YouTube says.

We do know for a fact that he is on house arrest so we know what’s up.

And sometimes prosecutors aim high because making an example out of a public figure sends a message. That’s just reality whether people want to admit it or not.

The part I hate about stories like this is that they always feel like another reminder of how fast things can change. One minute you’re hot, records moving, money coming in. Next minute you’re dealing with lawyers and court dates.

Hip-Hop has seen this movie too many times.

Hopefully everybody involved has strong representation and keeps their heads clear because federal cases are not quick fights. These things can take years sometimes. Motions, hearings, evidence fights…this is a long road once it starts.

And if you’re watching from the outside, the smartest thing to remember is simple: We don’t know everything yet.

And usually, when we think we know everything, that’s when the biggest surprises show up.

Stay tuned and buckle up.

Here are our two interviews with Big30.

Megan Thee Stallion Conquers Broadway After Hospitalization

Megan Thee Stallion proved she’s built different when she stormed back onto the Al Hirschfeld Theatre stage after a medical emergency that had her hospitalized earlier this week.

The Grammy-winning rapper didn’t just return to her groundbreaking Broadway role as Zidler in “Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” she delivered a sold-out performance that reminded everyone why she’s one of the most resilient artists in the game right now.

Tuesday night turned scary when Megan collapsed mid-performance and had to be rushed to a New York hospital for emergency treatment.

Doctors diagnosed her with extreme exhaustion, dehydration, vasoconstriction, and low metabolic levels.

View this post on Instagram

Her team confirmed she’d been pushing herself way too hard, running on empty for too long.

She missed Wednesday’s shows entirely, taking time to rest and recover from what her rep called a serious medical evaluation.

But Megan wasn’t about to let her body’s warning signs keep her down for long.

She posted on Instagram to get real with her supporters about what happened.

“I’ve been pushing myself past my limits lately, running on empty, and my body finally said enough,” she wrote. “It honestly scared me. I thought I was gonna faint on stage, I really tried to push through my performance but I just couldn’t.” She promised her fans she’d be back stronger, and she kept that promise.

When Megan took the stage on Thursday, the energy was electric. The show was completely sold out, with Queen Latifah and Tiffany Haddish showing up to support her triumphant return.

She performed her hits “Savage” and “Body” during the show, bringing the house down with every moment. This wasn’t just a comeback performance.

It was a statement that Megan Thee Stallion doesn’t quit, no matter what her body throws at her.

The sold-out crowd Thursday night wasn’t just there to see if she’d show up. They came to witness a moment, and Megan delivered exactly that.

T.I. & Domani Drop Back To Back 50 Cent Disses

T.I.’s family feud with 50 Cent just got another chapter, as we thought it was cooling off.

Domani lit the fuse this time, but Tip might have the actual dynamite.

If you thought the Harris vs. Jackson tension had cooled off, think again. Domani, often seen as the more introspective and measured son of Tip, just dropped the video for his pointed diss track “Firebug,” and let’s just say…this is not playground rap beef. This feels personal, layered and maybe even a little uncomfortable depending on how you look at it.

Originally released under the title “Ms. Jackson,” the record already had people talking because of its reference to 50 Cent’s late mother, Sabrina Jackson. Also, we loved the flip of Outkast’s classic by the same name. Now, with the official rollout tied to Domani’s new project Hot Seat, the song is rebranded “Firebug” with visuals. And, yes, we are paying attention. The album is below.

The video does not exactly whisper even though Domani raps in a low tone.

The vid shows a luxury home engulfed in flames, a symbolic reference that connects to the alleged tragic circumstances surrounding 50 Cent’s childhood. Domani also places flowers at a gravesite, but is that respect or disrespect?

Some fans are calling it bold artistic expression, but some say he’s crossing a line.

Watch our interview for HIS words, not what “some are saying.”

Domani said he’s staying focused amid the beef. “I’m just focused, man.” But watch the video interview and judge for yourself.

Meanwhile Tip dropped a more subtle shady record, “Trauma Bonds,” which has a marching band.

This series of songs tells you this is not simply about rap sport. They are standing ten toes down for family. This is not to be taken lightly.

Does 50 Cent even respond? If history tells us anything, Fif rarely lets things slide when his name is involved. But at the same time, these guys ain’t playing with rap. They are rappin’ rappin’…rappin’….

And right now, this feels like it could go either way.

Either way, the culture is definitely watching. 👀🔥

Rapper Walking Bankroll Thrown In Jail Over $7.9M Tax Fraud Scheme & Bragging About Wealth On Social Media

Walking Bankroll faces federal charges after his arrest at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport while attempting to board a private flight to Sint Maarten.

The South Florida rapper, whose real name is David Edmond, stands accused of orchestrating a massive tax refund fraud scheme that resulted in nearly 450 fraudulent federal tax returns claiming approximately $7.9 million in refunds, according to Local 10 News.

Investigators say Bankroll created a fake company called “Barnes and Associates Collection” to gain unauthorized access to LocatePLUS, an online database designed exclusively for legitimate businesses and officials.

Once inside, he harvested Social Security numbers for over 1,000 people through approximately 200 excessive searches.

The scheme involved a complex web of Yahoo and Gmail email accounts, multiple identities, and sophisticated IP address manipulation to submit the fraudulent returns without detection.

Evidence tying Bankroll directly to the operation came from his “Walkingbankroll Zoedy” Facebook account, where he regularly posted pictures of private jets and luxury cars, accompanied by captions mocking people he considered financially unsuccessful.

Federal agents also recovered images of driver’s licenses, passports, and personal data ledgers from his cellphones during a border search at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport in August 2025 after he returned from the Dominican Republic.

When agents arrested Bankroll at the airport on Tuesday evening, they found approximately $7,650 in cash and numerous pieces of expensive jewelry in his possession.

He appeared before a Miami federal judge on Thursday, who ordered him held on separate personal surety bonds totaling $600,000.

The judge imposed strict conditions, including restrictions on airport and seaport access, internet limitations that prevented him from visiting tax-preparation websites, and a prohibition on selling or borrowing against his Alabama property.

This isn’t Bankroll’s first encounter with federal authorities.

In 2015, he was convicted in a separate identity theft case stemming from a 2013 arrest involving stolen personally identifiable information obtained from a Bank of America teller in Miami.

He received a sentence of time served in that matter. If convicted on the current charge of making false claims against the United States, he faces up to five years in federal prison.

Trick Daddy Claps Back Over Alpha Kappa Alpha After Controversial Show Shutdown

Trick Daddy is not letting Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority have the last word after his controversial performance got cut short at the regional conference in Florida.

Now the Miami veteran is firing back with some serious frustration. To put it blunt, he went off.

What started as a booking for a prestigious sorority conference has quickly turned into a war of words about respect, expectations and protecting reputations.

As previously reported, AKA leadership ended Trick Daddy’s set during their 73rd South Atlantic Regional Conference, saying he ignored clear rules about language, attire and song selection. Regional Director Tiffany Moore Russell told members the decision was necessary after the performance did not meet the standards they discussed beforehand.

But Trick Daddy says that version of events is inaccurate.

In a lengthy social media response, he made it clear he felt his name was being dragged unnecessarily. He said plainly, “Don’t defamate (defame) my character. Okay? Don’t defamate my character.”

At the same time, he tried to separate his frustration with leadership from his respect for the sorority itself, saying, “No disrespect to the AKA’s most highly respected. Some of the most beautiful, attractive and successful women that I know are AKA.”

Still, he questioned why he was booked at all if there were such tight restrictions.

He asked directly, “So, when I tell y’all this, do not defamate my character… what the f##k you think he going to perform?”

That might be the real question floating around social media right now. Trick Daddy built his career on unapologetic Miami street anthems and some of the more ignorant-themed rap songs. Frankly, that is why people love Trick: he’s raw. Most believe this was a mismatch that should have been obvious from day one.

The rapper also claimed he gave the organization a price break and still delivered the show they paid for, saying he performed despite delays and felt disrespected when his microphone was cut. He also suggested the crowd reaction told a different story than the official statement and hinted he may release video footage showing attendees enjoying the performance.

Other footage released online showed people walking out.

Perhaps the most definitive statement he made was about his brand itself. Trick Daddy left little room for confusion about future expectations, saying, “I ain’t no clean version… I don’t know about no f##king clean version.”

Where do you stand? Trick Daddy says he wants the rest of his money. Tiffany Moore Russell is a lawyer so we may be looking at the legal standoff.

Drake Destroyed By Yale Law Scholars Who Say He Asked Kendrick To Claim He Liked Young Girls

Drake just got schooled by some of the country’s top legal minds, and they’re all backing UMG in his defamation fight over Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us.”

Two amicus briefs filed Friday in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals argue that could completely tank his appeal, and the scholars aren’t holding back on the logic here.

The Floyd Abrams Institute for Freedom of Expression at Yale Law School filed the first brief, and they’re leading with a consent defense that Drake probably didn’t see coming.

Their argument is simple but devastating: Drake literally invited Kendrick to respond with a diss track, so he can’t now claim he’s a victim of defamation.

In his “Taylor Made Freestyle” from April 2024, Drake specifically encouraged Kendrick to “talk about him likin’ young girls,” and when Kendrick responded with “Not Like Us” days later, Drake even acknowledged it in “The Heart Part 6” by saying, “This Epstein angle was the s### I expected.”

The brief compares it to a boxer challenging a champion, getting knocked out, and then suing for battery. Consent is an absolute defense under New York law, and Drake basically handed Kendrick the blueprint.

The second brief, filed by social scientists and legal scholars from Howard University, Tulane, Virginia Tech, and other institutions, takes a different angle but lands just as hard.

They’re arguing that rap diss tracks aren’t factual statements; they’re art.

The scholars point out that Drake himself previously supported a “Protect Black Art” campaign, criticizing prosecutors for treating rap lyrics as literal confessions.

Now he’s doing exactly what he criticized, and the hypocrisy is impossible to ignore.

Research shows that identical lyrics labeled as rap are interpreted as more literal and threatening than the same words in other genres, which introduces racial bias into the courtroom.

Judge Jeannette Vargas already ruled in October 2025 that a reasonable listener understands diss track lyrics as hyperbole and wordplay, not factual claims about someone’s criminal conduct.

Drake’s appeal is looking weaker by the day, and these briefs just made his job significantly harder.

UMG’s own response brief called his arguments “astoundingly hypocritical” and said he’s trying to “turn the law upside down.”

The label noted that Drake felt perfectly comfortable using UMG’s platform to attack Kendrick in equally harsh terms when it benefited him, but now he wants different rules for words directed at him.

‘WHY IS MY HUSBAND SO NONCHALANT?’: Idaho woman checks into Portland Airbnb. Then she finds a hidden door

An Idaho couple books an Airbnb in Portland, Oregon, and is shocked to find a “secret” door to a downstairs room. What’s going on here?

TikTok creator Drew Dobney (@drew.dobney) posted a series of videos about her discovery starting on Feb. 25. “OK, we’re in Portland, Oregon, and we have the cutest Airbnb,” she says to start the first video. “But, like, I’m looking at this, and this has to be a secret door, and I’m going to try to open it on camera.”

Dobney films herself struggling to open a pantry in the kitchen, which she notes has a gap at the top. That led her to believe there was a secret chamber behind it. And, sure enough, after a bit of struggling, the door swings open.

“Babe, come look at this,” she tells her husband. He is noticeably less interested in the discovery than his wife. “Why is my husband so nonchalant about this?” she asks in the video’s caption.

Viewers React to the Oregon Airbnb’s ‘Secret’ Door

In the comments section of the video, viewers reacted to Dobney’s discovery and her husband’s lackluster reaction.

“Not only did you find a secret room, but you found out you need a new partner,” joked one viewer.

“A bed … behind a secret door, and he’s worried about YOU being loud,” said a second person.

“Find a man who will investigate for you and not talk down to you,” said a third viewer.

Someone else said, “The fact that every woman is concerned about the husband and not the secret door is absolutely taking me. I love it.”

Another person said, “Get a refund on that… And the AirBnb.”

Dobney Reveals More Info in a Series of Follow-Up Videos

In a follow-up video, Dobney reveals that they went to get groceries, and when they returned, the secret door was locked.

“OK, someone is definitely here,” she says. “We get a text from the owner saying, ‘Hey, we noticed that you guys opened this door. Can you please make sure that you stay upstairs because me and my daughter live downstairs?’”

The TikToker says, “I want to know your take. We don’t have control of the lock. It’s on their side. But thank you so much for caring.”

In a third video, she tells her audience that she didn’t book the Airbnb; a family member did. But when that family member booked the listing, he didn’t see anything about it being owner-occupied and therefore didn’t tell the rest of the family.

If Dobney had gone into the place knowing the owner lived downstairs, she says she obviously wouldn’t have posted the original video. After talking to the host and reviewing the listing, Dobney says the summary does note that fact.

“I also am still married, for everyone who is a Zach hater,” she adds.

In a fourth video, Dobney says that she spoke to her mom, who pointed out that there is a sensor in the door you can see in the original video. That is probably what alerted the hosts to it being opened.

What Are Airbnb’s Rules Regarding Owner-Occupied Listings?

Airbnb does require that listings include details about the type of accommodation being offered and the level of privacy the guests can expect while there. So, if the owner lives on site in a hidden room downstairs or if there are other tenants coming in and out, the owner is supposed to disclose that up front. Hosts that repeatedly ignore these rules can have their listings suspended or even removed altogether.

In this case, it’s unclear whether Dobney’s uncle simply missed that part of the listing at the time or if the language was added retroactively, as Dobney suggests in her third follow-up video. The family would likely need screenshots of the listings or some other kind of proof to extract a refund from Airbnb in this situation.

In a statement to AllHipHop, an Airbnb spokesperson wrote, “We contacted the video creator via TikTok for more information so we could review this but haven’t received a response. Our team will be on hand to help if they respond. Every Airbnb reservation includes AirCover for guests in the rare event that a listing may not be as advertised.”

AllHipHop contacted Dobney via TikTok comment and direct message for comment. We will update this story if she responds.
