Boosie Badazz defended Diddy after the Hip-Hop mogul was charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Boosie disputed Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking, suggesting the Bad Boy Records founder was only prosecuted for flying out women for sex.

Boosie thought Diddy’s case would lead to more Hip-Hop artists and celebrities getting charged with sex trafficking for flying out women. Boosie ignored or overlooked many details from the indictment, which accused Diddy of abusing and coercing women for years.

Diddy was arrested in New York on Monday (September 16). He pleaded not guilty to all charges on Tuesday (September 17). A federal judge denied him bail at Tuesday’s court hearing.

Diddy has filed an appeal against the decision to refuse him bail, offering to ban female visitors and submit to drug testing if released pending trial.  

The embattled Bad Boy Records mogul spent the night in custody after Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied him bail at his arraignment on Tuesday (September 17), citing his alleged attempts to interfere with the prosecution, among other concerns.   

Diddy’s legal team is appealing the decision, promising full transparency regarding any visitors to his Miami Beach home, per Rolling Stone, offering to provide daily visitor logs to the court.  

Additionally, attorneys stated Diddy will restrict visitors to “family, property caretakers, and friends who are not considered to be co-conspirators.” The filing specifically offers to bar any women visitors apart from family members. 

Diddy also offered to submit to weekly drug testing amid prosecutors’ allegations of substance abuse and reports that cops found drugs in Diddy’s hotel following his recent arrest. 

Diddy’s legal team previously proposed a $50 million bond, secured equity in Diddy’s Miami beach mansion, equity of Diddy’s mother’s Miami home, his passport, the family members’ passports and his private plane. They also suggested putting him on house arrest with GPS monitoring. 

Prosecutors argued Diddy had contacted victims and witnesses to “spread false narratives, to get witnesses on his side,” and to “gaslight” them. They referenced calls and texts Diddy allegedly made to former Diddy-Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper after third group member Dawn Richard’s lawsuit. According to prosecutors, Diddy called Harper 58 times and contacted her 128 times via calls and texts in four days. 

Furthermore, prosecutors alleged Diddy contacted an unnamed victim days after Cassie Ventura sued him. They alleged Diddy tried to “convince the victim that she willingly engaged in sex acts” with him and that if she continued her “friendship and support,” it would all work out.   

Addressing the media after Tuesday’s hearing, Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo signaled their intention to appeal the bail decision.  

“Mr. Combs is a fighter. He’s going to fight this until the end. He is innocent,” Agnifilo said. “We’re going to fight this case with everything we have.”

Rick Ross is on the receiving end of some extreme allegations levied by his ex, Tia Kemp, who accused him of being involved in an alleged murder and claimed that he ordered hits on his rivals. She threatened to go to the feds to bring him down. 

On Wednesday morning (September 17), the reality TV star and mother of Rozay’s son, William Roberts III, hopped on TikTok Live to rant about her ex and his sister Tawanda “Renee” Roberts. After accusing Ross’s sister of spreading rumors about her, Kemp threatened to report the MMG honcho’s alleged crimes to the feds.

Kemp then accused Ross of being involved in an alleged killing. “Next we gon’ talk about Miss. Carol murder,” she continued. “Y’all know who Miss. Carol is. You know that’s behind your brother. I’m finna make sure her family sue y’all whole estate, cuz you know that case ain’t closed.” 

Kemp shared details about the incident, blaming Rick Ross and his “drama” for the alleged murder.

Wendy Williams Paid $82K For Lifetime Docuseries That “Shamelessly Exploited” TV Star, Says Guardian

Representatives for Wendy Williams filed an amended complaint accusing Lifetime parent company A+E Networks of making millions out of a special Williams lacked the mental or legal capacity to consent to. 

Williams’ legal team claimed the controversial Lifetime special “Where Is Wendy Williams?” which documented her deteriorating mental and physical state, “viciously and shamelessly exploited” the daytime television maven. The complaint demands that proceeds of the show be used to pay her medical bills for the remainder of Williams’ life, per People. 

Court documents state Wendy Williams was “highly vulnerable and clearly incapable of consenting to being filmed, much less humiliated and exploited.” 

The complaint continues, alleging Williams’ court-appointed Guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, discovered the defendant’s “true intentions” were to portray Willaims “in a highly demeaning and embarrassing manner.” Morrissey claims she “immediately sought to protect and to preserve her dignity.” However, the defendants fought to move ahead… without a valid contract and released without the Guardian’s consent.” 

The outlet notes court documents state Wendy Williams was only paid $82,000 for the special, reportedly Lifetime’s biggest nonfiction debut in two years. 

“Not surprisingly, the public reacted with disgust and revulsion at Defendants’ blatant and vicious exploitation of W.W.H,” the complaint states. “By willfully taking advantage of a severely impaired, incapacitated person, Defendants have made millions on W.W.H.’s back, while W.W.H. has received a paltry $82,000” from the documentary.” 

Additionally, the amended complaint notes Williams “tragically, suffers from dementia and, as a result, has become cognitively impaired, permanently disabled, and legally incapacitated.”  

The complaint further claims that docuseries took advantage of Williams, “deliberately” destroying her “credibility and image” for financial gain. It also alleges the special portrayed Williams as a “laughingstock and drunkard, implicitly responsible for her own continued suffering,” adding that Williams would have “never, ever consented” to some scenes in the documentary. 

 In February, Williams revealed she was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia and aphasia. She had previously revealed that she was battling Graves’ disease and lymphedema and was placed under court-ordered guardianship in 2022.

Eve is clearing up a revelation from her newly released memoir that JAY-Z warned her not to get her hopes up following the release of her debut album. 

In a recent interview about the book titled Who’s That Girl?, the Ruff Ryders rapper revealed that Hov warned her female rappers aren’t commercially successful amid the release of Let There Be Eve…Ruff Ryders’ First Lady in 1999.

Diddy allegedly bombarded his former Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper with over 50 calls after fellow group member Dawn Richard sued the Bad Boy Records mogul for sexual abuse, sex trafficking, fraud and more. 

Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared at an arraignment on Tuesday (September 17), less than 24 hours after his arrest. He pleaded not guilty to three counts: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. 

Prosecutors argued against bail, claiming his immense wealth and the serious charges made him a flight risk. They also alleged he was a danger to the community and shared concerns that Diddy might attempt to contact victims and witnesses if granted bail, per Rolling Stone. 

The state referenced calls and texts Diddy allegedly made to former Diddy-Dirty Money bandmate Kalenna Harper after third group member Dawn Richard’s lawsuit. According to prosecutors, Diddy called Harper 58 times and contacted her 128 times via calls and texts in four days.

Days before Diddy’s arrest, Dawn Richard filed a lawsuit making serious allegations against Diddy. She also recalled witnessing him abuse Cassie Ventura. Richard frequently mentioned Harper in her filing, claiming she witnessed many of the incidents cited, including Diddy’s alleged abuse of Ventura.  Diddy denied the allegations, claiming Richard was an opportunist seeking a payday.

Days later, Harper issued a statement distancing herself from Richard’s lawsuit. “Many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences,” she wrote. “Some do not align with my own truth.”

Cardi B is hitting back against claims that she and estranged husband Offset failed to pay the rental fee for the mansion used in the “Like That” video. 

According to TMZ, the property owners filed a $35,000 lawsuit accusing the former couple of dodging the short-term rental fee. They claim the former couple knew they would have to pay a hefty fee to shoot a music video and so had a rep approach them to shoot a TikTok video for an unnamed client.

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo attempted to downplay the Bad Boy Records founder’s abuse of ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura at a court hearing in New York on Tuesday (September 17). Agnifilo claimed Ventura cheated on Diddy with her trainer Alex Fine, whom she married in 2019.

Agnifilo referred to Ventura as “Victim One.” Details about “Victim One” clearly described Ventura, who sued Diddy for rape and years of abuse in November 2023. Diddy and Ventura settled the lawsuit out of court.

The disgraced mogul’s lawyer insinuated the government leaked footage of Diddy assaulting Ventura at a hotel. Agnifilo said Ventura hit Diddy in the head with a cell phone and took his clothing before the attack, per Inner City Press.

Diddy pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution on Tuesday. His attorney denied the charges following his arrest.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” Agnifilo said. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

Authorities arrested Diddy in New York on Monday (September 16). He was indicted after multiple lawsuits accused him of sexual assault and sex trafficking, among other crimes.

“For decades, Sean Combs … abused, threatened and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct,” the indictment read. “To do so, Combs relied on the employees, resources and influence of the multi-faceted business empire that he led and controlled – creating a criminal enterprise whose members and associates engaged in, and attempted to engage in, among other crimes, sex trafficking, forced labor, kidnapping, arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.”

A judge denied bail to Diddy. Two of his charges carry maximum sentences of life in prison.

Lil Reese Wanted For Allegedly Punching & Strangling His Ex

Houston police sought the arrest of Lil Reese for allegedly assaulting his ex-girlfriend last week. According to TMZ, a warrant was issued after a woman claimed the drill rapper punched and strangled her at the Pinkhouse nightclub.

Lil Reese, whose real name is Tavares Taylor, reportedly dated the alleged victim for two months. The nightclub incident occurred a month after their relationship ended.

Police said the two crossed paths when the woman tried to leave the Pinkhouse around 6:30 a.m. Lil Reese arrived around the same time and attempted to kiss her. She rejected his advances, which upset him.

The alleged victim accused her ex of punching her in the right cheek and strangling her. Her friend alerted security. Cops saw scratches and redness on the woman’s throat.

Lil Reese’s latest arrest occurred a month after his rape case was dismissed. He was taken into custody on suspicion of sexual assault and rape in July. Boosie Badazz witnessed the arrest.

“On my sister Ree Ree the whole story cap and made up,” Lil Reese wrote in response. “F## I look like this ain’t that. I know better and the same way y’all posting that s### make sure yall post the case get thrown out on my court date. They do anything for clout and tryna come up try again.”

Lil Reese demanded to see as much coverage of his case’s dismissal.

“So today was my first court date for the false ass s### that b#### said I did and guess what case dismiss,” he wrote. “I wanna see they post and put this all around like they did when they said I [raped] a [lying] b####.”

In case you missed it, the “Deserve To Die” rapper appeared to air out Druski in a series of subtweets denying the legitimacy of their recent relationship. In another tweet, Rubi Rose appeared to further imply that intimacy was not on the table while she was involved with Druski, adding, “I only give it up if I’m in love I don’t care how much money a n###a got.”

After making sure she flexed the fact that she’s “rich asf” Rose then decided to hide her hand, after throwing multiple rocks, and gave Druski props for his personality.

Right around the time Rose shared the tweets, she also shared images of what appeared to be one of the movie posters for Cannon’s 2003 film Love Don’t Cost. Druski appeared to have caught wind of the slights and responded via his Instagram Story with a repost of the film’s poster photoshopped with his face over Cannon’s.

Druski may have hinted at what Rose inferred in her since-deleted tweet spree earlier this year during an interview with Big Tigger. When asked about his experience dating Rose, Druski described their union as a learning experience and suggested their relationship was orchestrated by a higher power.

“God blesses you sometimes with situations,” Druski commented. “It’s a learning situation, and that’s what it’s all about. There wasn’t nothing bad that happened, we just… she’s a beautiful girl. She’s doing great in life, man. She’s making money. I’m doing the same.”

Rich Homie Quan Laid To Rest As First Posthumous Track Arrives

World Changers Church International hosted a “Celebration of Life” service for Rich Homie Quan in Georgia on Tuesday (September 17). Killer Mike, family members and more spoke at the event, which was open to the public and livestreamed for those unable to attend.

The Atlanta City Council declared September 17 to be Rich Homie Quan Memorial Day at the service. His father Corey Lamar delivered an emotional speech, calling the late rapper his best friend.

“I got the confirmation that my son had transitioned,” Lamar said. “Not only my son but my best friend. We didn’t get it right every time, but we gave it the best every time … From the day I met Quan and I held him, my life changed. I knew failure was not an option. But little did Quan know, he pushed me even harder to be a dad, to be a role model and to be an example [of] what a man should be.”

Rich Homie Quan passed away on September 5. Lamar explained how his perspective changed after his son’s death.

“It’s like now when I hear a Rich Homie Quan song, it sounds different to me,” Lamar said. “I was looking at Channel 2 News a week ago and they mentioned the word Rich Homie Quan. And the lady said he’s an Atlanta icon. I just looked up at God and said, ‘God, I thank you.’ Transition is inevitable for all of us. And I know that day is gonna come when I’ll see him again. Right now, I’m waiting on him just to come and say, ‘Dad, I’m OK.’ I used to tell people I live day by day. Now, I live second by second.”

Diddy’s arrest provided 50 Cent with more material to roast the disgraced mogul on Tuesday (September 17). 50 Cent joked about details from the indictment, which revealed the feds seized enormous amounts of lube and baby oil from Diddy’s home.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams discussed Diddy’s indictment at a press conference on Tuesday. Williams said the feds seized 1,000 bottles of lube allegedly used for Diddy’s “Freak Off” parties. Prosecutors accused Diddy of forcing women to “engage in frequent, days-long sexual activity with male commercial sex workers” at these parties.

“Agents seized evidence of the crimes charged in this indictment,” Williams noted. “They seized firearms and ammunition, including three defaced AR-15s and a large capacity drum magazine. They also seized evidence of the ‘Freak Offs’ – electronic devices that contained images and videos of the ‘Freak Offs’ with multiple victims. And they seized cases and cases of the kinds of personal lubricant and baby oil that Combs’ staff allegedly used to stock hotel rooms for the ‘Freak Offs.’ More than 1,000 bottles altogether.”

According to the indictment, Diddy’s victims were subjected to “physical, emotional and verbal abuse” to make them participate in the “Freak Offs.” The Bad Boy Records founder’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo denied any wrongdoing.

“We are disappointed with the decision to pursue what we believe is an unjust prosecution of Mr. Combs by the U.S. Attorney’s Office,” the attorney said. “Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is a music icon, self-made entrepreneur, loving family man, and proven philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years building an empire, adoring his children and working to uplift the Black community. He is an imperfect person, but he is not a criminal.”

Diddy Denied Bond: Will Remain Locked Up In Notorious MDC Jail

Less than 24 hours after Sean “Diddy” Combs’ arrest, the Bad Boy Records mogul appeared in Manhattan federal court, where he pleaded not guilty to three counts: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He was denied bond and will remain in custody at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) indefinitely after the judge agreed with prosecutors and labeled him a flight risk.

The Feds unsealed their case against “Diddy” earlier Tuesday (September 17) and the embattled mogul is facing 15 years to life in prison.

He was taken into custody in New York late Monday (September 16) after being apprehended by authorities. Diddy is currently detained at the FBI’s Manhattan office.

The Feds claim the Bad Boy mogul operated a criminal enterprise to dominate the music business. The indictment alleges that Diddy engaged in a series of serious crimes over a period of years, leading a criminal enterprise that committed various offenses, including arson, bribery and obstruction of justice.

The charges describe an enterprise that allegedly trafficked women, used force for prostitution and carried out other criminal activities.

The indictment lays out details of alleged physical violence against women, dating back to 2009, including striking, dragging and other violent acts.

Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones also filed a lawsuit, accusing Diddy of similar crimes, including arson (blowing up Kid Cudi’s car) and the involvement of male prostitutes.

Diddy has faced numerous civil lawsuits over the past year, including a high-profile case from his former girlfriend Cassie Ventura accusing him of rape and abuse.

His arrest follows a series of troubling allegations and investigations. Federal agents raided his residences in March, intensifying scrutiny on Diddy.

SIGNS: Father Of School Shooting Suspect Warned One Year Ago During Police Home Visit

The father of Georgia high school shooting suspect Colt Gray is drawing scrutiny after an exchange between police and his son at their home appeared to foreshadow the fatal events to come.

In recently released police bodycam footage, Colin Gray, the father of then 13-year-old Colt Gray, appears visibly shocked as officers question him regarding his son’s alleged threat to shoot up a middle school in May 2023. During the exchange, police confronted Colin about a report that someone from their address had made a serious threat.

“Dude, just, Hey Colt, what’s going on bud?” the officer can be heard saying, addressing Colt directly. “Somebody from your old address over there in traditions… made a threat to shoot up [the] school.”

Colin Gray, seemingly taken aback, responded with disbelief. “For real? Yes sir. Tell me what you have.” He went on to identify Colt as his son and confirmed that Colt was 13 years old.

When asked if there were any weapons in the house accessible to Colt, Colin confirmed, “I do.”

He then added, “I mean, there’s nothing loaded, but they are now, actually.” He explained that their family engages in shooting and hunting activities, and Colt had shot his first deer earlier that year. He then continued to seemingly deny the violent threat may have manifested from his son.

“I’m pretty much in shock to be honest with you,” he said. “Well, I’m a little p##### off to be even really honest with you.”

Despite his surprise, Colin eventually acknowledged the seriousness of the threat.

“I don’t know anything about him saying like that,” he said. “And I’m going to be mad as hell if he did. And then all the guns will go away and they won’t be accessible to him. I’m trying to be honest with you… It’s no joke.”

Colin reiterated that he often talks with his son about school shootings and firearm safety.

“All the school shootings, things that happened, all scary… You getting picked on at school?” Colin asked, noting that Colt had been bullied.

As the conversation shifted to Colt, the 13-year-old denied ever making the threat. “I just told them… maybe they misheard somebody else,” Colt said. “I never said… no sir.”

The officer, while maintaining a calm tone, emphasized the gravity of the situation.

“It’s a serious thing… If you look me in the eye and you tell me that’s what you’re telling me, I got no choice but take at your word right now,” the officer stated, cautioning that if they found out otherwise, “it’s a really different story.”
