Streets Have Abandoned “Pause” For “No Diddy” & 50 Cent Loves It

Dame Dash is not going to like this. The creator of “pause” may take exception to what is happening. Why? There seems to be a new sheriff in town and it is “No Diddy.” This is not to be confused with “No Diggity,” which means “no doubt.”

“No Diddy” is swiftly gaining traction all over the place.

The “No Diddy” phrase emergence truly popped off in the “chatty patty” conversation between DJ Akademiks and Philadelphia rapper Quilly. They mostly talked about Meek Mill on the Off the Record podcast, but Quilly kept using the term “No Diddy” in the episode that first aired on the 19th.

But it was not until producer BNYX used it on Twitter. He simply said: “I put all my guys in positions. no diddy.” And then it took off. Diddy faces a rash of recent legal issues that includes allegations of sexual misconduct. Most recently, producer Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones filed a lawsuit accusing Diddy of sexual assault, harassment, and exploitation. This is so serious and yet people take nothing seriously!

And you knew 50 would have something to say.

50 Cent has been relentless, known for his ruthless jabs at Diddy. But Fif has co-signed and endorsed the term on his IG page. “No Diddy. Oh, I fk wit son that’s my man No Diddy. I’ll Boom you right Now! Fk outta here! LOL,” he said on IG. What ain’t so funny is the fact that he’s plotting a documentary project exploring Diddy’s alleged wild life.

There are levels to this “No Diddy” stuff but look at this ensemble of posts. Tell me what you think.

Here’s Why 50 Cent Just Cosigned Yeat Producer BNYX—And It’s Not Because Of His Beats

50 Cent just put his stamp of approval on Yeat-adjacent producer BNYX—but not because of his beats.

On Saturday (March 23), 50 Cent shared an Instagram post revealing his sentiments toward a newly emerging tongue-in-cheek reference. It just so happens his post featured a screenshot of BNYX’s tweet in which he wrote, “I put all my guys in position, no Diddy.”

The G-Unit general, who’s been targeting Diddy on social media amid his mounting sexual assault lawsuits, wasted no time trolling the Bad Boy mogul while simultaneously praising BNYX in the caption of his post.

”Oh, I f### with son that’s my man’s no Diddy,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption. “I’ll Boom you right now! F### outta here! Lol.”

https://www.instagram.com/p/C43Rk3JOMJa/?igsh=MWQ1ZGUxMzBkMA==

As previously mentioned, this isn’t the first time 50 Cent has targeted Diddy while using content from another artist. Earlier this month, the rapper-turned-television exec shared another clip on Instagram of a crossdressing Saucy Santana sauntering down a city street with the caption, “Meek Mill leaving Diddy’s house.” Santana is wearing a tight red dress, sunglasses and a purse with a black leather jacket slung over his shoulder.

Though BNYX’s tweet ended up going viral, he wasn’t the actual originator of the phrase. In fact, he reshared the origins of the slang, which comes from a previous episode of DJ Akademiks Off The Record Spotify Podcast, in a follow-up tweet.

Check out the original clip below.

YNW Melly Thinks Kendrick Lamar Diss Was About Him—Not J. Cole Or Drake

Kendrick Lamar’s recent diss on Future and Metro Boomin’s collab album was actually about YNW Melly, at least that’s what the incarcerated rapper believes.

Melly made the revelation in an Instagram Story post following the release of the We Don’t Trust You album track “Like That” on Friday (March 22). It appears Lamar’s mention of Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five’s Melle Mel is what triggered Melly into thinking the intent of the verse was meant for him, considering he shared a screenshot from Genius of that particular portion of the verse in his post.

“Wasn’t ready for this stray @kendricklamar [person talking and man facepalming emoji] you gone at least share my single today [man shrugging emoji],” Melly wrote in the post.

In the comment section of another Instagram post that reshared the message, Melly continued, seemingly revealing Lamar previously reached out to him with a collaboration request.

“@kendricklamar thought we was cool I sent you my vocals for your record [man facepalming emoji] come on OG I’m innocent [ pensive face and bruised heart emoji],” he wrote.

Kendrick Lamar’s uncredited feature on Future and Metro Boomin’s highly anticipated album quickly went viral and had Lamar trending at No. 1 on Twitter (X) as fans gawked at the shots he seemingly sent in the direction of Drake and J. Cole.

“Sneak dissin’, first person shooter/I hope they came with three switches,” Lamar raps. “I crash out, like, ‘F### rap,’ this Melly Mell if I had to/Got two Ts with me/I’m snatchin’ chains and burnin’ tattoos.”

Whether Melly actually believes Lamar was rapping about him is to be determined, but it’s worth noting he may be using the entire moment as a promotional tool. Coincidentally, Melly released his new single “Save Me” on Friday (March 22), which follows his February release “772 Love Pt. 3” featuring his brother, YNW BSlime.

Check out Melly’s post above.

Megan Fox Opens Up About Engagement To MGK: A Pause, Not An End

Megan Fox opened up about the complexities of her relationship with Hip-Hop artist Machine Gun Kelly in a new episode of Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

Most notably, Megan Fox confirmed that their engagement had indeed been momentarily paused.

The candid discussion brought new insights into Fox’s personal life, an actress known for her roles in blockbuster hits like “Transformers” and “Jennifer’s Body.”

Fox delved into the intricacies of their relationship in the spotlight. She acknowledged that several rumors about their engagement being called off were “accurate things that have occurred.”

This admission comes after the couple, who got engaged in January 2022, faced break-up rumors in February 2023 following Fox’s cryptic social media activities, which included deleting all images of Machine Gun Kelly from her Instagram account.

Amidst the frenzy, Fox, 37, was quick to quash rumors of infidelity, ensuring the public understood that cheating was not a factor in their relationship’s complexities.

Despite confirming these speculations, Megan Fox expressed a desire to keep the present state of her relationship with the 33-year-old “Emo Girl” musician under wraps.

“I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption,” she said during the conversation.

However, she touched on her profound connection with Machine Gun Kelly and referred to him as her “twin soul,” emphasizing a perpetual bond regardless of their relationship’s status.

“There will always be a tether to him no matter what. I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow, Megan Fox said.

Fox’s engagement to Machine Gun Kelly received significant public attention, culminating in an unconventional proposal that captured the hearts of many fans.

While she refrained from commenting on their current relationship status, Fox’s acknowledgment of their deep connection indicated a complex narrative far removed from the binary of simply being “together” or “apart.”

Astroworld Tragedy: New Expert Evidence Shows Organizers Of Travis Scott’s Festival Misjudged Crowd Capacity

Travis Scott and the organizers of his Astroworld music festival are facing renewed scrutiny after new court documents revealed that the event’s safety head expressed concerns about potential overcrowding prior to the deadly concert.

According to reports, Seyth Boardman, who helped create Astroworld’s operational plans, expressed apprehensions about accommodating 50,000 attendees in front of the stage days before the festival.

Had Boardman’s worries been addressed, the tragic events that unfolded on November 5, 2021, when a crowd surge at the concert in Houston led to the deaths of ten individuals and injured hundreds, may have never happened.

Boardman’s concerns highlight a broader issue of miscalculated crowd management strategies.

The recent filings in the mass civil litigation against the festival’s organizers, Live Nation, and Travis Scott himself include conversations and expert evidence suggesting a significant underestimation of the space required per person to avoid overcrowding.

Organizers erroneously believed the fire safety code permitted five square feet per person, whereas seven was required.

This oversight contributed to the squeeze of approximately 50,000 people into a space designed for 34,500, exacerbating the risk of a crowd crush.

Additional concerns highlighted include the potential for gatecrashers to further swell the crowd numbers and a lack of effective monitoring for signs of crowd distress.

Security breaches on the day of the festival have also been identified as a critical factor that contributed to the tragedy.

In the wake of the Astroworld disaster, over 4,900 individuals alleging to be victims have pursued legal action, seeking billions in damages for what has been described as negligence in the event’s organization and management.

Drake, who performed with Travis Scott on the night, has been named in some of the lawsuits.

However, his legal team is seeking his dismissal from these cases because he was not involved in the festival’s planning and was unaware of any safety concerns.

So far, Travis Scott has cooperated with investigators. He conducted an eight-hour deposition in September 2023, and no criminal charges were levied against him.

The focus remains mainly on the broader event management and safety protocols that failed to prevent the tragedy.

The Astroworld incident has prompted a reassessment of crowd management and safety standards at large events, which could have potential implications for future festival planning and the legal responsibilities of artists and organizers.

Nicki Minaj, Kenneth Petty Lack Of Response To Assault Lawsuit Will Cost The Couple $500K

Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, have been ordered to cough up $500,000 to a security guard who claimed they assaulted him.

The Los Angeles County Superior Court issued a default judgment against the celebrity couple for failing to address the lawsuit the security guard, Thomas Weidenmuller, filed.

The case stems from an altercation at a 2019 concert in Germany after a fan rushed the stage during her set. Weidenmuller said Nicki Minaj blamed a female security guard for the incident.

Weidenmuller said he spoke to Nicki about the incident, and later that day, Kenneth Petty found Weidenmuller, punched him in the face, and broke his jaw.

This assault, as alleged in the lawsuit, was not only unprovoked but also intentional, leaving Weidenmuller with five plates in his face.

Nicki Minaj and Kenneth Petty did not formally respond to the suit, so the court entered a default judgment against them.

Representatives for Minaj and Petty have yet to make an official statement regarding the lawsuit or the default judgment.

Kanye West Demands Music Industry Calls Him “Ye” While Comparing Himself To Pope

Kanye West has compared himself to a president and the Pope in a letter demanding that media outlets and everyone else refer to him by his new name.

The letter, composed by West’s chief of staff, Milo Yiannopoulos, begs music industry stalwarts—including streaming services, publishers, lyrics websites and more—to strictly adhere to the artist’s new moniker.

Yiannopoulos’ letter reveals the depth of the rapper’s decision, portraying it as a move of colossal importance. It sheds light on the artist’s rationale and delineates the stakes involved.

“He didn’t take the decision to change his name, potentially sacrificing some of the immense value captured by the brand ‘Kanye West,’ lightly,” the letter reads. “The change was made fully, legally, and permanently. This is who he is now. His name is Ye.”

The letter serves as both an appeal for respect toward West’s newly affirmed identity and a directive for the music industry to update its records and platforms accordingly.

It’s a move that points to West’s personal journey and taps into a more extensive discourse on naming traditions, cultural identity and power dynamics.

“He has on several occasions referred to it as his slave name,” Yiannopoulos added. “Ye is a black man in America who wants the right to full self-determination just like everyone else.”

West’s request comes after his official name change was greenlit by a Los Angeles judge in October 2021, a transition that the artist has been vocal about since 2018.

It encapsulates a desire to dissociate from the brand “Kanye West” — a name synonymous with musical innovation, fashion entrepreneurship, and myriad public controversies — to align more closely with his personal evolution and artistic ethos.

SIGNS: ISIS Claims Responsibility For Russian Mass Shooting

At least 60 people are dead and another 145 were injured as a result of a mass shooting attack that engulfed the Crocus City Hall complex near Moscow.

ISIS swiftly claimed responsibility for the attack, amplifying the shockwaves rippling through the region. The harrowing scene, captured in video footage, showcased the once-vibrant venue engulfed in flames, a grim testament to the devastation wrought by the assailants.

According to reports, armed individuals clad in camouflage attire initiated the onslaught, opening fire indiscriminately before fleeing the scene in a white Renault car. The venue, hosting a concert by the band Picnic, became a battleground of panic and fear as attendees scrambled for safety amidst the onslaught of gunfire and explosions.

In the wake of the tragedy, Moscow Governor Andrey Vorobyov offered reassurance that the fire was largely under control, although pockets of flames still lingered, hours after the initial assault.

The timing of the attack, less than a week after President Vladimir Putin’s landslide victory in a heavily orchestrated election, casts a shadow over the nation’s sense of security. With Putin’s rhetoric centered on national stability in the face of external threats, the assault serves as a stark reminder of the vulnerability within.

As authorities scramble to piece together the events of that fateful night, video evidence emerged depicting the terror unfolding within the venue. Images of panic-stricken concert-goers seeking refuge amidst shattered glass and billowing smoke paint a grim picture of the ordeal.

Amidst the tragedy, acts of heroism and solidarity emerged. Emergency responders and medical personnel swiftly mobilized to aid the wounded, while the community rallied together in support of the victims.

In a display of resilience, Picnic’s manager reassured the public that the band members emerged unscathed from the attack. Shaman, the band’s vocalist, pledged support for the victims, vowing to cover funeral expenses and medical bills for those affected.

“Any troubles and misfortunes have always united our country,” Shaman declared in a heartfelt message to his followers. “It will not be possible to frighten and break us this time either.”

As Moscow mourns the lives lost in this senseless act of violence, the nation grapples with the grim reality of a threat that knows no bounds.

Somaya Reece Drops Dazzling Videos For “Witness Glory”

Somaya Reece, the Afro-Latina recording artist, is poised for a resounding return with her latest visuals for “Witness Glory.” Lyrically she bares her vulnerabilities, but also takes a bite at her detractors. Still beautiful, it is apparent she has weathered hardship and battled through despair. This video is inspiration for those surviving this tumultuous world.

Somaya’s fusion of singing and rapping, English and Spanish, positions her as an artist with depth and substance into the music landscape.

Somaya Reece, known as “La Jefa,” is a multifaceted individual—a recording artist, trendsetter, rule breaker, CEO, SAG credited comedic actress, and television star. Her journey began in poverty, born into an immigrant family from El Salvador and raised alongside her siblings in a humble tin garage in South Central Los Angeles, California. From the tender age of 7, inspired by the legendary Celia Cruz, Somaya embarked on her path to become an artist, mastering the violin and shining as the lead violinist in her school choir.

Somaya Reece’s style has been likened to the Spanish flow and club tracks reminiscent of classic Pitbull. Sha Money XL, VP of Def Jam Recordings, described her as the female equivalent of Pitbull. She garnered attention from Pitbull himself, earning an invitation to open and tour Calle Ocho in Miami and Latin America. Her single “Descontrol,” featuring Lapiz Conciente, was brought to life in the Dominican Republic under the direction of Jesse Terrero and Sway Mendez, debuting on MTV3. Additionally, her tracks “Party with The World” and “Fuego” found placement as soundtracks for the “The Bad Girls Club” franchise, while “Hollywood” became part of the AVN awards soundtrack.

Somaya’s influence extends globally as she takes her music to audiences worldwide, currently releasing new tracks under her own record label, La Rosa Ent. Breaking a five-year musical hiatus, “Witness Glory” independently released on 1/23/2024 through Tunecore marks her triumphant return to the scene.

Kim Kardashian Criticized For “Distasteful” Joke About Cancer-Stricken Princess Catherine

Kim Kardashian is being roasted online following a joke she made about Catherine, Princess of Wales.

The incident unfolded on Kardashian’s Instagram, where she posted a series of photos with the caption: “On my way to go find Kate,” a reference that at the time seemed innocuous.

The photos showcased Kim Kardashian in a stylish ensemble of leather trousers, poised beside a luxury vehicle. However, the jest took a turn for the serious when, six days later, Catherine disclosed she had been diagnosed with cancer.

The Princess of Wales’s announcement cast the previous jest in a vastly different light. Critics have flooded Kardashian’s Instagram, labeling the joke as “disrespectful.”

“She’s having cancer treatment… this didn’t age well,” one said while another person wrote, “Now she’s confirmed she has cancer, are you going to take this down? So distasteful.”

The discontent did not remain confined to the initial post but spilled over into Kim Kardashian’s other social media content, amplifying calls for an apology.

Comments ranged from reminders of Catherine’s condition to direct pleas for Kardashian to acknowledge the situation and apologize.

One user remarked, “Wheres Kate? Oh yes she was diagnosed with cancer. Nice one Kim!” while others simply asked for an apology directly, emphasizing the insensitivity of the comment in light of Catherine’s diagnosis.

Among the voices was a cancer survivor, stressing the personal impact of such a diagnosis and urging for understanding from Kim Kardashian.

As of yet, Kardashian has not publicly responded to the requests for an apology.

EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Accused Of Harassing Lil Rod And His 8-Year-Old Daughter In Latest Legal Tussle

Rodney Jones, the producer who claims he was sexually assaulted by Sean “Diddy” Combs, has made some new serious allegations against the embattled mogul.

Now, Jones alleges that Diddy, through intermediaries, has not only created defamatory stories about him on TMZ but has also sent agents to intimidate his 8-year-old daughter, the mother of his child, and ex-spouses.

These actions, which include attempts to coerce Jones into changing his legal representation to a lawyer closer to Diddy, have reportedly instilled fear among his family and associates, prompting them to file a police report.

Jones, who says he worked closely with Diddy to produce The Love Album: Off The Grid, filed the initial lawsuit against the Bad Boy founder in February of 2024 seeking $30 million in damages.

Jones accuses Diddy of a litany of severe allegations, including sexual harassment, drugging, and intimidation over a span exceeding a year.

According to documents, Jones alleges that Diddy coerced him into soliciting sex workers and participating in sexual activities with them.

Additionally, Diddy is accused of manipulating party guests by secretly adding substances to their drinks.

These claims are supported by purported evidence in the form of screenshots and images within the lawsuit documentation.

In reaction to Diddy’s alleged intimidation tactics, Jones has lodged complaints against the billionaire businessman to the state bars of California, New York, and New Jersey.

In another development, According to the latest court, Jones has agreed to drop all charges against former Motown CEO Ethiopia Habtemariam, with whom he entered into an agreement on March 21, 2024.

Moreover, Jones decided to dismiss the claims against Chalice Recording Studio without prejudice, allowing the possibility of refiling in Los Angeles, where the studio is based.

Despite these legal developments, the case against Diddy and other named defendants, including his’ son Justin, chief of staff Kristina Khorram, Universal Music Group CEO Sir Lucian Grainge, and former CEO of Motown Records, remains tense.

Whilst Diddy’s camp has vehemently denied the allegations, claiming to possess overwhelming evidence of their falsity, the plaintiff reports a darker side of the interaction.

Simultaneously, pleas to engage with representatives of Universal Music Group, Lucian Grainge, and Motown Records about these serious claims have, as of yet, been left unanswered.

The trio’s debut album, Straight Out the Jungle, arrived in 1988 and since then, they’ve firmly etched their names in the Hip-Hop history books.

Rick Ross The Target Of New Track By His Ex-Girlfriend Cristina Mackey

Rick Ross’s ex-girlfriend Cristina Mackey has hinted at releasing a track aimed squarely at the “bawse.”

The couple’s whirlwind romance lasted approximately six months before dissolving in early March 2024. They initially charmed fans with their public displays of affection and mutual adoration before splitting, which Mackey confirmed via an IG post.

“We had a clean break two weeks ago, and I never pretended to be the last. I embrace both positive and negative traction with love. And no, I won’t be appearing on anyone’s podcast,” Cristina Mackey said.

However, following their breakup, Cristina Mackey has opted to channel her emotions into her music, potentially adding a new layer to her growing discography.

During a recent live-streaming session, Mackey shared snippets of the song. The new track may signal a shift from amicable parting to potential acrimony.

Debuting the song on a live stream underscores Mackey’s determination to assert her independence and address the breakup on her own terms.

While the exact reasons behind their split remain shrouded in speculation, it’s clear that Cristina Mackey has been harnessing her creative energies post-breakup with new music, including a song titled “7 pm” that showcases her vocal talent.

How JAY-Z & Kanye West Made Guitarist More Money Than His 50 Years With Roxy Music

Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera released his new book, Revolución To Roxy, on Friday (March 22). Per Music Radar, Manzanera writes about how he learned a riff from his 1976 solo album, K-Scope, had been sampled on the opening track to Kanye West and Jay-Z’s 2011 album, Watch The Throne. As a result, Manzanera has made more money from royalties than he ever did during his 50 years with Roxy Music.

As he explains, Manzanera fielded a call from a Roc-A-Fella Records representative one day, but he thought there’d been some kind of mistake. He noted, “I’m sometimes confused with Ray Manzarek who’s from The Doors. I think you probably mean him.” But it wasn’t an accident; the track “No Church in the Wild” featuring Frank Ocean and The-Dream includes Manzanera’s riff throughout its 4:32 duration.

“Delving as deep as I knew how into the furthest recesses of my memory, I vaguely recalled being near the end of recording and at a loss for something new to play,” Manzanera writes in the book. “One evening I’d been sitting on the sofa and noodling with my guitar when I came across this riff which I quite liked. I played it only a few times, recorded it in the studio the next day, and then forgot all about it.”

Manzanera discovered he had no control of it being used by Jay-Z and Kanye West on the track, which was produced by 88-Keys (who sourced the sample), Mike Dean, Om’Mas Keith and West.

“I called the business affairs people at Virgin and spoke to an executive,” Manzanera continued. “I told her about the phone call from Roc-A-Fella Records and asked if she knew anything about it. She replied, “Oh yes we know about it. We’ve been discussing it with them for weeks.”

The representative explained the label owned the copyright, but they still wanted to give Manzanera one-third of the royalties. Watch The Throne album was released in August 2011 and ended up going platinum in the United States and Denmark, gold in the United Kingdom and was used in two car advertisements.

“Who knew that I would earn more money from a short guitar riff that I wrote one evening on a sofa in front of the telly in 1978 than I ever earned in the entire 50 years as a member of Roxy Music?” Manzanera writes. “Thank you, Kanye West, thank you Jay-Z, thank you Virgin and Universal, and thank you to the capricious mistress that is rock ‘n roll.”

Atlanta Rapper Anti Da Menace Busted For Armed Robbery And Gang Charges

Rising rapper Anti Da Menace is facing multiple charges after being arrested by the Atlanta Police Department (APD) earlier this week.

The young rapper, who has over 250,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and a total view count surpassing 41 million across his videos, is detained in Fulton County following his first court appearance.

Authorities have charged Johnson with armed robbery and participating in criminal street gang activity, among other allegations.

This legal trouble surfaced just weeks after he released “Banned from the A” on his YouTube channel, a track where he defiantly declared his gang affiliations and past encounters with law enforcement, even suggesting a readiness to engage in violent confrontations with the APD.

Despite the severity of the charges, it is not clear how this will impact his musical career.

His last album, *No Sympathy,* was released in 2023 and featured artists like Luh Tyler, YTB Fatt, Hunxho, and others.

Cypress Hill Makes “The Simpsons” Joke Come True With London Symphony Orchestra

The writers of The Simpsons predicted the future once again. Cypress Hill booked a show with the London Symphony Orchestra, turning an old Simpsons gag into a reality.

“We are thrilled to be performing with the London Symphony Orchestra in such a prestigious venue as the Royal Albert Hall,” Cypress Hill said in a joint statement. “It’s a dream come true, a collaboration only The Simpsons could have predicted.”

LSO’s managing director Kathryn McDowell added, “After years of social media teasing it, many fans may have started to believe it would only be a pipedream – but the LSO is delighted to finally be joining Cypress Hill on stage and in person and look forward to creating an unforgettable musical moment! Many thanks to the creators of The Simpsons for the idea and to AEG Artistic and PolyArts for making it all happen.”

Cypress Hill will perform their classic album Black Sunday and more with the LSO at London’s Royal Albert Hall on July 10. Tickets go on sale on March 27. Cypress Hill and LSO promoted the event with a video featuring their spin on The Simpsons joke.

“Did we actually order the London Symphony Orchestra?” B-Real asked.

Sen Dog responded, “Maybe we did.”

Eric Bobo concluded, “We better get to rehearsal then.”

The Cypress Hill and LSO gag was featured in the “Homerpalooza” episode of The Simpsons. The bit involved a stage manager trying to figure out which festival performer ordered the LSO for the event. The stage manager suggested someone did it while they were high, singling out Cypress Hill. The trio wondered if they requested the orchestra before quickly assuming they did. The group started rehearsing a rendition of their hit single “Insane in the Brain” with the LSO, receiving the approval of Marge Simpson.

Elderly Woman Believes She’s In Romantic Relationship With Post Malone

An elderly woman firmly believes she’s in a relationship with Post Malone, but her granddaughters are convinced she’s simply being catfished. The wild story unfolded during a recent episode of The Dr. Phil Show where the woman, Gail, opened up about her obsession with the multi-platinum artist. She told Dr. Phil she’s been in a relationship with him for nearly three years. But her granddaughters and daughter Michelle know it’s not true.

“They think I’m mental, they think I’m crazy, they worry about me, but I’m fine,” Gail said. “They think I’m being scammed by someone overseas. They don’t believe it’s Post Malone. I have questions why Post Malone would pick me. I know there’s a big age difference, but we love each other and we’re best friends. I would marry him if I could.”

Gail also said she’d get plastic surgery to look younger if she could afford it. She admitted she’s sent the person she thinks is Post Malone multiple $50 and $100 gift cards, but insisted he reciprocates with gifts.

“The first gift he sent me was my promise ring,” she continued. “He’s actually sent me a few rings. I confirmed it wasn’t a real diamond, but it’s still special because it comes from Post Malone […] I’ve talked to him on the telephone three or four times. When we’ve talked, it’s never his voice. He talks to me with a Jamaican accent to protect his identity.

“I have sent Post Malone around $3,000. It was just to prove to his family I wasn’t using him for his money […] Everything about him makes him interesting to me. He’s good looking and I do find his tattoos attractive.”

Dr. Phil asked why they’d never met and Gail explained he always had an excuse, whether he was busy traveling for a show or other music-related obligations. Watch the clip below.

Ice Cube Goes Off On Fan For Accusing Him Of Aligning With White Supremacists

The next season of Ice Cube’s BIG3 basketball league will stream live on the Elon Musk-owned X platform. The Hip-Hop mogul’s decision to partner with the social network formerly known as Twitter did not sit well with some fans.

“Love and respect Cube but his alignment with a white [supremacist] is all we need to know. I get it, money matters, so do you my guy. Just keep it 100 and don’t Trojan horse for them. White Supremacy is who you are and represent. Enjoy!!” @UltimateRapLife posted on X.

That account, which currently only has 360 followers, also tweeted, “I still have respect for Cube, always will. However, I’m not blind to his who he aligns with. I like the BIG3. Both things can be right at the same time.”

Ice Cube saw what @UltimateRapLife had to say about his business connection to Elon Musk. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer responded, “Shut yo b#### ass up! I ain’t aligned with nothing, punk. I draw my own f##### lines.”

Elon Musk has been accused of being racist, sexist and antisemitic. In addition, the third richest person in the world ($192 billion net worth) reportedly embraces far-right-wing conspiracy theories.

Ice Cube also faced accusations of encouraging antisemitism. Kanye West claimed the AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted album creator influenced his “antisemite vibe.” Cube denied having any hostility towards Jewish people.

The BIG3’s 10-week 2024 season kicks off on Saturday, June 15 in Oakland, California. The 3-on-3 basketball games will air on CBS. Ice Cube and Jeff Kwatinetz’s BIG3 will also stream on Paramount+ as well as X.

“The BIG3 is coming in hotter than ever for season seven,” said Ice Cube in a statement. “4-point shots, no garbage minutes, and players actually playing defense – everyone knows you can only get that in the BIG3.”

MC Lyte Reveals How Friendship With Big Daddy Kane Led To Legendary Collaboration

MC Lyte recruited fellow Hip-Hop legends Big Daddy Kane and Salt of Salt-n-Pepa for the new single “Woman” produced by Warryn Campbell. The rap pioneer discussed the Raheem DeVaughn-assisted song’s creation in an interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur.

“Big Daddy Kane and Raheem DeVaughn, who does the hook, were in town in Los Angeles and we’re friends,” MC Lyte told AllHipHop. “So, I’m talking to Kane. I’m like, ‘Where are you?’ He said, ‘Oh, I’m here.’ I’m like, ‘Come by the studio.’ Same thing with Raheem. And so, I gotta tell you – Warryn’s studio isn’t close. You got to kind of go all the way out to get to the studio. So, you really mean to be there. You have to be intentional about it. And so we were able to get in the studio, listen to a couple of tracks, and we did two other songs as well.”

MC Lyte praised Campbell, a Grammy Award-winning producer, for being the perfect collaborator for this stage of her career The two bonded after the death of Heavy D.

“Warryn and I formed a brother-sister relationship once Heavy passed,” MC Lyte said. “Heavy was sort of our connection. And whenever I would visit Heavy in the studio, who else would be there? Warryn. And then also Warren was on the A&R team at Elektra EastWest when I was with a major record label. And so we formed a bond. I’m also a member of his church, California Worship Center.”

She continued, “Being in a studio with him has been such an invigorating process because the only thing that’s necessary for me to bring to the table is truth. And I don’t have to put on airs. I’m not the same girl who rapped ‘Ruffneck.’ And so, I don’t like going into [the] studio with producers who expect the same of me, which can sort of keep you in this cycle of trying to do something that was. So, anyway, it’s a pleasure to work with him in the studio.”

MC Lyte’s “Woman” dropped on Friday (March 22). The anthem was released to celebrate Women’s History Month.
