50 Cent secured a deal with the Sacramento Kings less than six months after getting into business with the Houston Rockets.
The G-Unit rapper inked a multi-year partnership to make Sire Spirits the official premium champagne partner of the Sacramento Kings. 50 Cent’s liquor brand will also be the main sponsor of Rush, the largest premium club in the team’s arena.
“We are thrilled to partner with [50 Cent] and bring Sire Spirits to Golden 1 Center for our fans and guests to enjoy,” Sacramento Kings owner and chairman Vivek Ranadivé said in a press release. “This partnership continues the Kings commitment to supporting diverse entrepreneurs and aligns our shared passion for providing youth with the tools and opportunities they need to succeed. I am excited to work together to support the Sacramento community.”
50 Cent landed a similar partnership with the Houston Rockets in March. His latest agreement includes his G-Unity Foundation working with the Sacramento Kings Foundation to help youth in the city.
“I did this deal after meeting with Vivek Ranadivé and learning how he and the entire Kings organization genuinely shares my philosophy of promoting conscious capitalism,” 50 Cent said. “I very much look forward to meeting the Kings fans and expanding the reach of my G-Unity Foundation and spirits brands in and around the city of Sacramento.”
Kodak Black scored a legal victory to stop GPS monitoring while he’s out on bond.
According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, Kodak Black wasn’t required to have GPS monitoring following his drug arrest. A monitoring device was mistakenly placed on the controversial rapper despite a judge deeming it to be “not necessary.”
“Honorable Magistrate Judge Goodman signed the written order which states the pretrial release conditions for the Defendant,” Kodak Black’s attorney Bradford Cohen noted. “On page three (3) of the written order under the title ‘Location Monitoring Program’ there is no ‘check mark’ next to the condition that reads ‘Active GPS Monitoring.’ It does however state and checks off the box that states ‘location monitoring technology at the discretion of officer.’ The probation officer in turn requested a GPS monitoring device be placed on the Defendant, at his own expense.”
Cohen requested to have the device removed on three occasions. But authorities refused to do so based on the written order “allowing the probation officers the discretion to choose and place the GPS monitor on the Defendant.”
Judge Jonathan Goodman clarified the order on Wednesday (July 27).
“At the hearing, after argument specifically discussing the probation officers request for GPS monitoring, the undersigned denied the request,” he wrote. “The box for GPS monitoring on the bond is not checked. Although another box for GPS monitoring at the officer’s discretion is checked, that language applies only if the Court entered GPS monitoring as a condition, which was specifically not done here. So, Defendant is not required to wear a GPS monitor. But if the officer has specific grounds to again request GPS monitoring, then it can certainly make another request.”
Kodak Black was arrested in Florida on July 15. He was charged with trafficking in oxycodone and possession of a controlled substance.
The Atlantic Records artist accused police of harassing him in a series of Twitter posts on Tuesday (July 26). He threatened to file a lawsuit, claiming he’s the victim of character assassination and racial profiling.
Yo! Beyoncé has reportedly sprung a leak! You guys know that Beyoncé is notoriously buttoned up when it comes to her operation. She has managed to create epic moments and never has she had a leak. You have to know that in this day and age of social media, clout chasing and digital music that this is close to impossible.
But that’s exactly what has happened. Her new album Renaissance has reportedly leaked to the Internet and people are going crazy. First of all, people like myself are amazed and shocked that this has happened. This has never happened! There has been a contingency that is interested in listening to the album before it drops midnight Friday morning.
There is also a contingency, the BEYHIVE, that is fighting to make sure that this does not get to people. Now, I don’t know how the Hive is going to do this, because stopping a digital leak is harder than stopping a dam that has burst.
Nevertheless, they have taken to Twitter to report people that are either sharing it or leaking it. This is Beyoncé‘s seventh album, her first album since 2016 Lemonade. You better not do it! And if you do, keep it to yourself!
They are not playing with people out here! I can’t believe that these people are getting a pass for snitching! Anyway, I don’t believe we should leak music anyway because this is an event. I love Beyoncé and I think that she is probably the most incredible artist that we have right now. Chris Brown should take notes. We need to preserve this greatness.
We don’t exactly know what’s going on, but it looks like Quando Rondo is having some sort of a health issue.
According to reports and rumors, he was rushed to the hospital for some mysterious reasons. This all started from an Instagram story from the rapper. He said he’s in his hospital and he’s fighting for his life.“Pray for me, in da hospital fighting for my life.. #fuClean,” Quando Rondo wrote.
We don’t have too many more details outside of that. If you feel like it, add him to your prayers. I know a lot of people won’t be doing that. But it couldn’t hurt, right?
It really isn’t mentioned a whole lot anymore, but Quando Rondo is known as a dude that may have been party in the killing of King Von to many people. That was almost 2 years ago, but he is not convicted or charged of any crime. Quando has denied that he had anything to do with it. But he hasn’t exactly hidden his affiliation with Lul Timm, who is actually charged.
Quando Rondo has gone to great lengths to free his name from that mess. He says he was sleeping in the car prior to the shooting in Atlanta that took Von‘s life. He’s done numerous interviews on the issue and is not under investigation as far as we know. They did reportedly have beef though and clearly that has a lot of people looking at him sideways.
I don’t know anything, but a lot of kids are doing a lot of drugs and stuff. It is catching up with them faster and faster since the are already light in the a$$! Grandmaster Melle Mel got himself off CRACK! F you talking ’bout!
Mel told us:
I didn’t get hooked on coke all that much. But when, crack came out, I did crack. I was a crack head at one time. A couple of years – a lot of people got caught out there. It wasn’t me. I didn’t have to go to rehab. After a couple years and I’m not looking as good as I used to and I aint writing. I left it alone.
Meek Mill unveiled his plans to release a string of new music in the coming months.
The multi-platinum selling artist announced 10 projects on Wednesday (July 27). Meek Mill said the first tape will drop in September.
“10 tapes independently starting September,” he wrote. “new music dropping AUGUST 18 the day my dad died is when I start wylinnnnnnn again! I’m not dropping albums on Friday either!”
Meek Mill’s father Robert Parker passed away in 1992. The Philly rapper will drop a single on the anniversary of his dad’s death.
Earlier this month, Meek Mill confirmed his split with Jay-Z’s Roc Nation management agency. He insisted there was no bad blood between the two sides in a Twitter post about the news.
“All I seen today was meek and roc part ways,” he wrote. “I’m personally handling my own business so I can take risk and grow ..we came to that agreement together..I have a label deal with roc for my artist and I got reform super tied with them and many other investments wit jigga.”
Meek Mill hasn’t dropped any music since 2021’s Expensive Pain album. The LP was released by Atlantic Records, which he’s criticized on multiple occasions.
You guys have p##### me off! I can’t believe the place where kids are supposed to learn to love each other, has become a place where racism permeates in the very fabric of the imaginary system. What in the world are we supposed to think when the place EXCLUSIVELY for kids is now a place for racism?
Sesame Place has been the subject of a class action lawsuit for allegations that certain characters discriminated against young black kids on Father’s Day. So, this is not the same stuff that we recently saw on social media. Those people are also pursuing legal action against Sesame Place but it is not a part of this whole class action lawsuit.
So, those people clearly saw what happened with the recent stuff and then took it and decided to go forward with their own lawsuit. They do allege that Sesame Place discriminated against them during the Father’s Day weekend, which was over a month ago. They also say they have plenty of video to support their claims that they were treated like trash!
The original 9-second video posted has led to at least a half-dozen similar videos showing Sesame Place employees in character ignoring Black children. I can’t even put allegedly here even though it is allegedly. They literally are seen struggling off and walking past Black kids and embracing young kids of other races. Nobody told Rosita race is a social construct!
Now, Sesame Place has a number of lawsuits that are here or pending.
Hell. This is where we are people…Sesame Street was a safe space for us. It was even created for kids in Harlem. Can you believe it?
Donald Trump proposed a bizarre scenario where he’d recruit LeBron James to play on a women’s basketball team.
The disgraced ex-president shared his wild idea involving James during a speech at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit. Trump told the audience he’d somehow convince the NBA star to transition to a woman in an effort to assemble the best women’s basketball team.
“I’d be the greatest women’s basketball coach in history,” he said. “Because I don’t like LeBron James, I like Michael Jordan much better. But I’d go up to LeBron James, it doesn’t matter. I’d say, ‘LeBron, did you ever have any desire to be a woman? Because what I’d love you to do is star on my team that I’m building up.’ I will have the greatest team in history. They’ll never lose. Nobody will come within 70 points of this team.”
Trump and James have traded insults in recent years. James famously called the twice-impeached politician a “bum” in 2017. Trump mocked the NBA champion’s intelligence in 2018.
“Lebron James was just interviewed by the dumbest man on television, Don Lemon,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “He made Lebron look smart, which isn’t easy to do.”
Chris Rock has maintained he’s “not a victim” after Will Smith slapped him at the 2022 Academy Awards.
During the Oscars ceremony on March 27th, the King Richard actor walked onto the stage and slapped the comedian after he compared his wife Jada Pinkett Smith – who has the medical condition alopecia – to G.I. Jane.
“Anyone who says words hurt has never been punched in the face,” he joked, according to reports.
Later in the set, Chris Rock reportedly described Will Smith as “Suge Smith” – likely a reference to jailed former Death Row Records co-founder, Suge Knight.
And as part of a bit about people being sensitive, the 57-year-old commented, “I’m not a victim, m###########… Yeah, that s### hurt, m###########. But I shook that s### off and went to work the next day … I don’t go to the hospital for a papercut.”
Will Smith apologized to Academy members and his peers during his acceptance speech for Best Actor at the film event and followed it up with a lengthy apology on Instagram the next day.
The 53-year-old resigned from the Academy and was banned from attending the Oscars for ten years.
After noticing what he would describe as “a lot of red tape between talented artists and record labels,” Ugly Money got into artist services shortly after he retired from rap. His major reason for going into this aspect of the music business was to bridge the gap that long existed between talented acts and opportunities in the music industry. He wanted to give talented musicians the opportunity to compete for existing deals. Because of this, Ugly Money did not hesitate the accept the position of an A&R when he was offered by FREEBANDZ. For Ugly Money, the excitement was way beyond that of a brand new job; he was truly excited because he was finally in a position where he could help talented musicians get deals.
Still on his quest in the music business, Ugly Money launched a podcast (Ugly Money Podcast), in which he had the rare opportunity of interviewing top artists and legendary producers about the winning formula in the music business. Today, he turned those endeavors into a 4,000-square-foot media complex that houses the Uglymoney Studios and Ugly Money Entertainment in Atlanta, Georgia. However, the journey so far hasn’t been without its challenges. But he has managed to overcome everyone one of them and still stands strong.
According to Ugly Money, his greatest influence is life, as he has learned quite a lot in the course of living. Also, he is motivated by the ambitions and work ethics of his artists, China Monai, Streetbaby Zae, Dee Jizzle, and Moody. According to Ugly Money, they all contribute to making him a better CEO. Talking about some of his biggest achievements, Ugly Money recalls when he met his first artist, China Monai. She had less than a thousand followers and was working at Olive Garden in Albany, Georgia. Looking at how much she has grown from 1000 followers to about 80k+ followers is quite inspiring. Also, she is living in Atlanta and driving a Mercedes Benz.
Ugly Money is currently working on the “Ugly Money Summer Tour,” which is a tour of 35+ cities in search of talented music acts. The Ugly Money podcast is also gaining acceptance across many more cities and it has the largest YouTube platform in the south. There is also a recently released music on Streetbaby Zae & China & Moody. Also, the Ugly Money Music Summit has quickly grown to become one of the largest music conferences in the Southeast and is scheduled for September 16th through the 18th in Atlanta, Georgia. Last year’s events brought in over 5000 “industry grinders” from over 20 different record labels. And to date, the Summit Platform itself has helped over six artists get offered deals.
Ugly Money also values his family, as he enjoys spending quality time with his kids when he is not at work. He looks forward to continuous and steady growth and even some collaborations while being the driving force for emerging artists becoming a household name.
Kevin started deejaying at the very early age of twelve. Growing up in Brownsville, which is a rough part of Brooklyn, he was forced to always stay indoors by his parents. This propelled Kevin to start playing around with his father’s home deejaying setup. Also, Kevin is not just a professional DJ, he is also a trained electrician by trade. He went through an apprenticeship, has a college degree, and is also a member of a local union of electricians. Aside from being a DJ, Kevin has practiced for many years as an electrician.
However, there was a time in his life when he had to choose between his music and his trade as an electrician. Working in construction as an electrician was rather too inconsistent for Kevin. Sometimes he would work for six months and be off work for another five or four months. But, he always found himself deejaying week in and week out, be it in the rain or under the sun. It didn’t take so much for Kevin to know that deejaying was rather more consistent than his trade as an electrician.
An inspirational incident for Kevin was after he had a long weekend of deejaying in Cancun, Mexico, for over 7,000 people. On his way to work the next day, he fell asleep on the wheels and resultantly ran into the back of another person’s car. Although there was no major damage to both his vehicle and the other person’s, and also no injuries, he felt a strong urge to call his boss and take an indefinite leave of absence. This was when Kevin’s daughter was just a month old. He never went back to his construction job ever again. According to Kevin, he is happier and more financially stable compared to when he was working for someone.
A challenging time in Kevin Crown’s deejaying career was in 2010 when he was stabbed in his left arm, which resulted in a severed radial nerve. This left Kevin disabled for almost a year. During this time, he had to be deejaying with only one hand. To Kevin, hard work remains a virtue, and he regards his parents as his biggest influence for consistently grooming him to value and respect the dignity of labor. His greatest accomplishment is being able to maintain relevance and stay active for quite a long period.
During the pandemic, Kevin developed an online presence that was very significant to a wide number of people. He started the “Kevin Crown Morning Show” which aired on Monday through Friday (9 am-12 noon). It started on Instagram and proceeded to Facebook and then YouTube and finally Twitch, where he found a great international following. These shows helped a lot of people during the quarantine. Apart from music, Kevin is also into fitness and sports. He is a Fourth-Degree belt in Taekwondo. Kevin Crown is back to performing and touring. He looks up to producing his music, doing more collaborations, and just grabbing more commercial opportunities.

Keke Palmer didn’t research after becoming a viral meme when she didn’t know who former U.S. Vice President Dick Cheney was in an interview.
When she took the Vanity Fair lie detector test in 2019, the “Nope” actress was asked if her character on the TV show “True Jackson” VP was a better vice president than Cheney and was given a picture to look at.
Keke admitted she didn’t recognize the politician and went viral on social media for saying, “I don’t know who this man is. I mean, he could be walking down the street, I wouldn’t know a thing. Sorry to this man.”
The moment spawned the “Sorry to this man” meme, and Keke admitted in a new interview with Vanity Fair that the viral moment didn’t inspire her to read up on Cheney.
“I didn’t even honestly do the research. I left him where he was at. I hate to say that. I really did,” she said. “Everybody was like, ‘It was Dick Cheney!’ And I’m like, ‘Still means nothing.’ The way people were coming up to me, telling me who he was, it seemed like he wasn’t worth me doing the research on.”
Keke also shared how becoming a meme makes her feel seen.
“When those viral moments happen, and people are saying, ‘Oh, my gosh, that’s so me,’ I’m really happy that they are seeing me outside of their perception of what my life is and just seeing me as a normal person, whether it’s somebody that reminds them of their sister, their brother, their friend. It really touches me.”
Nick Cannon wants to break down the taboo surrounding non-monogamous relationships.
The Wild ‘n Out host has hit headlines in recent years due to his non-traditional family setup.
In an interview for YouTube Live with R&B duo DVSN and sex therapist Dr. Tammy Nelson earlier this week, Nick explained that he is a proponent of “open monogamy.”
“It all starts with honesty. It’s really just surface, basic stuff. One of my therapists coined what I do as consensual non-monogamy. Because to even pretend like I’m in a monogamous relationship, that would be misleading,” he explained. “Because, as we know, monogamy defines one thing – and people like to classify what I do as polyamory or polygamy… but even that, I always say to define me is to confine me… we are always growing and trying to understand one another… Everyone in my life is truly understanding and approaches it from a place of love.”
Nick went on to note that he was monogamous in the past but is now very happy with his unconventional lifestyle.
“I’ve practiced monogamy, I’ve been a cheater, I’ve been toxic,” the 41-year-old reflected. “(I want to) be the best self I can possibly be and be the best father I can possibly be.”
Nick shares twins Moroccan and Monroe with his ex-wife Mariah Carey, son Golden and daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell, and twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa.
In 2011, when Tony M Fountain, also known as the rapper TMF Precha, alongside his friend Max (Kryke Kooly) Taylor came up with Now Entertainment, the initial goal was to develop a standalone incorporated label imprint. The idea worked out — releasing songs for the likes of Silly Slim, Jhugh, DJ Tlk2em, and Beezy Baby. After some years, the recording category was partially ditched, giving aid to the entertainment sector and blooming into a music and news magazine.
Last year (2021), oversaw Now Entertainment’s introduction to the world of podcasts. First of all, what is a podcast? Podcasts are digital format presentations that are available for download on the internet. Podcasts ranging from audio and video, mostly star one or more recurring hosts engaged in a convo about a particular subject or current event.
In the early days, books, newspapers, and radio were the only means of passing information and gaining knowledge. It evolved into pictures, television (video), magazines, websites/blogs, kindle books, audiobooks, and podcasts. Presently, as of August 7, 2022, there are over two million (2,864,367) podcasts and one hundred and thirty-five million plus (135,736,875) episodes.
Now Entertainment’s debut program showcased an interview with Xpression The MC covering subjects such as his collaboration with Bizzy Bone as well as ‘Freemasonry’ (one of the world’s mature and immense non-religious non-political, fraternal, and charitable organizations). Due to a foreign hacker temporarily taking over the website and Facebook page as well as the company’s relocation, the piece was the first and last content to air.
A representative of the company recently stated it’d definitely be back for good, saying the second pod’ show is set to go live this winter via their official Twitch channel. If you’d like to be a guest on the show or submit your own questions for future interviews, head on over to Now Entertainment’s Discord server to get started.

TRAETWOTHREE’s name comes from his hometown of Los Angeles, representing his area code 323 at any given moment. With his roots in the city, the singer-songwriter is inspired directly by the likes of Tank, Tyrese, Erykah Badu, and The Isley Brothers, even describing his sound as “South Central at nighttime.”
And while most artists come out of South Central LA rapping, TRAETWOTHREE is here to bless the world with all the R&B vibes he can — giving a different sound that people have never heard before. Plus, he has one of the biggest cosigns from Nick Cannon, who went on to sign him to his Ncredible imprint in partnership with Art@War and Atlantic Records.
Falling in love with music his sophomore year of high school, TRAETWOTHREE states, “I liked what music did for me, so I want to be a part of that for other people.”
Most recently, TRAETWOTHREE released his highly-anticipated debut mixtape called Out The District, spearheaded by lead singles “710” featuring DW Flame, “Stuck In My Ways” featuring Blueface, and “Worth It” featuring DDG.
AllHipHop spoke with TRAETWOTHREE in downtown Los Angeles to discuss his roots, his sound, how Nick Cannon found him, the new project, collaborating with Blueface and DDG, and more!
AllHipHop: How would you describe your sound?
TRAETWOTHREE: Dark R&B, but at the same time just a vibe. I’m big on vibes. It sets the tone, the whole aesthetic. It feels like you can listen to it late night. I set the tone for late night.
AllHipHop: You’re from South Central, how does that play into your life and career?
TRAETWOTHREE: It was cool, it was regular honestly. Just staying out the way is the best way to go. I’m always trying to stay out the way and stay focused.
AllHipHop: What artists impacted you the most?
TRAETWOTHREE: Definitely Nipsey coming out the city forsure. R&B-wise, I’ll say Usher, Eric Bellinger. He’s the GOAT man.
AllHipHop: How did you get into the music business?
TRAETWOTHREE: When I got discovered, I was selling shoes and they saw something in me. I met Nick Cannon, that’s my big brother. I met him and we’ve been rocking since then.
AllHipHop: Where were you selling shoes at?
TRAETWOTHREE: Dick’s Sporting Goods. [laughs] I was selling Jordan’s, crazy. Nick had some people that he was working with at the time, we were having a conversation. I was really trying to sell them shoes, but I had told him I make music in between time. I sent them some of my music, then we went to the studio for a little bit. Nick had walked in and was listening to my stuff. He told them, “I want to work with him, he’s hard.”
AllHipHop: Just like that?
TRAETWOTHREE: Just like that. This was probably four or five years ago.
AllHipHop: How did Nick end up signing you to his label?
TRAETWOTHREE: It was just organic to be honest, we had started working every single day. Me and the whole Ncredible team, we just started working. It was organic. Nick’s a big brother for real, it’s like a big brother little brother type situation.
AllHipHop: How does it feel to have a co-sign from him? He’s such a GOAT in all this.
TRAETWOTHREE: Yeah it’s huge! Even our conversations, just learning from him. Even on the business aspect, it’s definitely a blessing.
AllHipHop: What have you learned from him?
TRAETWOTHREE: Just to work hard. To keep working hard. Even watching how he works, I’ve never seen him sleep. I’ve never seen him sleep before, so I learned that just from looking at him.
AllHipHop: How does it feel to be a part of the Ncredible family? Are you the only artist?
TRAETWOTHREE: It’s a couple other artists: Justina Valentine, DW Flame out of Long Beach and Hitman Holla to name a few. I’m the only one singing and doing what I do.

AllHipHop: How’d it feel to be featured on his mixtape, Raw&B?
TRAETWOTHREE: It was a blessing. I loved it. It tells a story that represents him. Just to be a part of anything he has going on, it’s dope.
AllHipHop: Bring us back to that recording session for “GOT HOES.”
TRAETWOTHREE: He had sent me the record and it was an LA West Coast beat. It was organic honestly. Anytime me and Nick are in the studio, we’re vibing. We have a good time for real, we be turnt up. For real, we be turnt.
AllHipHop: How was it doing the Wild’ N Out Tour?
TRAETWOTHREE: It was big! That was my first time really performing. To be doing it in front of arenas every night, I was doing arenas with 15K, 20K people. It was crazy. It definitely gave me a lot of experience after that. It was amazing.
AllHipHop: Were you nervous that’s a lot of people??
TRAETWOTHREE: Nah. It’s crazy because once they throw you out there like that, it’s no room to be nervous for real. You have to do what you do, you’re in the spotlight. 15K people, you gotta do it.
AllHipHop: Have you performed in front of that many people?
TRAETWOTHREE: Nah, that was my first time. They put me on the biggest stage that I’ve ever done. We did the Staples Center, we turnt that up. The whole city came out, it was crazy.
AllHipHop: How does it feel to do that in your hometown?
TRAETWOTHREE: Man, it was so big. It was so big for the city because these are people who watch me grow up and grind, so it meant the world to me to do it in the Staples Center. Well now the Crypto.com Arena.
TRAETWOTHREE: You know, Out The District is my first body of work. So it’s amazing, it’s been a long time coming. I’ve been working on this project for about three years. I was putting songs together and being versatile with it, so it’s amazing.
TRAETWOTHREE: Just because this is the start of my career. It’s the introduction. It’s important that I let people know where I’m from. All the music and everything comes straight Out The District, out of the Crenshaw District.
AllHipHop: You got some bangers, including “Stuck In My Ways” featuring Blueface.
TRAETWOTHREE: Shout out Blueface, we went crazy on that. Blueface is from right around the way, so that was really organic. We were gonna do that anyway, but we had locked in. Our teams have been locked in for years now, so we came together and did something dope for LA. I had sent him the record and he got it back to me the same day. He was rocking with it.
AllHipHop: That quick?!
TRAETWOTHREE: That quick. It was big. That’s one of my biggest features I’ve had so far, so I love it. Blueface was gassing. You know he be gassing.
AllHipHop: Do you have a favorite song on the project?
TRAETWOTHREE: I’ll say “710” with DW Flame. Even the recording session, the process of everything. We were making a gang of records all day. Probably five or six records. It was showing love to Long Beach. Even though I’m not from Long Beach, I have mad love for Long Beach. I spent a lot of time out there. Artists back then, they used to always be like “Compton to Long Beach to Inglewood.” Just showing love to different cities, so it’s cool for us to do that in this new generation.
AllHipHop: How’d you end up getting DDG on “Worth It”?
TRAETWOTHREE: Shout out to his team. My manager set that up with his manager, shout out to Meechie. That’s my boy. Once again, that was real organic. Just being cool with his team and my team, we made that happen. But he sent it back ASAP too. We got it done, then we got the video done. It was a big vibe, especially on set. It was definitely cool.
AllHipHop: Who or what inspired “Done Done”?
TRAETWOTHREE: It’s crazy, I made “Done Done” a couple years ago. It’s a real vibe. I’m Nigerian, so I definitely wanted to get versatile and show everybody how I can get on any type of beat. It’s a big vibe on that one.
AllHipHop: Talk about your Nigerian roots and how that plays into your music.
TRAETWOTHREE: It’s crazy because my favorite genre out of everything is Afrobeats, that’s literally what I listen to every single day. My dad’s side, my granny is Nigerian. It made me want to get closer to my roots, closer to my culture. I’ve definitely been tapped into that for quite some time now.
AllHipHop: What is it you want fans to get from your story?
TRAETWOTHREE: I want people to see everything I could do, how versatile I am. Just appreciate the music, it’s a worldwide sound. This is the introduction of me, and hopefully people love it.
AllHipHop: Three things you need in the studio?
TRAETWOTHREE: A Cup Noodles, Casamigos, and manual lights. So we could change the lights and set the vibe, set the mood.
AllHipHop: Goals yourself as an artist at this point of your career?
TRAETWOTHREE: I’m hitting all of my goals to be honest. Just to keep making better music, bettering myself and staying consistent honestly. Better videos, I want to grow my artistry in every single way possible.
AllHipHop: What do you like to do when you are not doing music?
TRAETWOTHREE: I’m a big binge watcher of Netflix. I play Xbox a lot, that’s what I’m really into. I just be kicking it.
AllHipHop: Anything else you’d like to let the people know?
TRAETWOTHREE: Go get Out The District, out now. Make sure y’all download it: Apple Music, Spotify, all platforms. Shoutout to Ncredible, Art@War and Atlantic Records. We going crazy.
AllHipHop: Do you have a memory with Nick Cannon you can share with us?
TRAETWOTHREE: I don’t know because we kick it literally almost everyday. We just kick it every single day. I feel like every day’s a memory for real, it’s always something going on. It’s not anything specific.
Coi LeRay has a problem! She was set up when her so-called friends videotaped her drunk out of her mind after party a few days ago. Now, the Internet loves to play Sherlock Holmes and they did it again on this one.
They did their best to connect her to Megan Thee Stallion, but it didn’t really work. It seems that Coi was partying with Megan a day or so before the video broke to the Internet and she had the same clothing on in both videos. She could’ve worn the same thing for days, like a true rockstar or is she could’ve been overdoing it with one of the hardest hot girls in the music industry right now.
Nevertheless, people were highly concerned when they saw the 25-year old rap artist in a bath tub of water almost fully submerged. It definitely gave people Whitney Houston vibes. On top of that, she was nonresponsive when a person asked if she was OK.
By the way, that friend was no friend to me. She literally posted on the Internet that she intended to post more video and gave the devil emoji afterwards. That’s not really a good look! Anyway, this is definitely an example of “what about your friends.” When I say friends I don’t mean the person that videotaped her, that was no friends. She should have some kind of security around her, even if it’s just Homies.
Lastly, Coi has responded to concerns and criticisms of her drunken post. She essentially says there’s nothing to worry about and then she gets lit. Period.
“First of alllll!!! Lmaooooo there’s other videos before thissssssss lmaooo y’all alll crazy!!!. And seconddddd WE GET LITTTTTT and 3rd I always get in the tub when I’m drunk lmaoo y’all leave me alone.”
“I see a vlog posted ‘Pray for Coi Leray.’ Please pray for me. I need all the prayers I can get.”
“It’s the vlogs are making it seem like I’m dead in the tub,” as she laughed and noted that she was tipsy after mixing 818 Tequila with Don Julio 1942 Tequila.
“I guarantee you gonna be in the tub just like I waswhen you’re super drunk and you’re lit, my advice is for you to take a bath. My clothes didn’t come off because these b****s in the bathroom with me and my momma here with me.”
I do think that she needs to have some sort of an intervention, because getting this drunk like that is not healthy at all and certainly getting this drunk and being happy about it isn’t a good thing either. She definitely needs help.
I will say this, her best friend and her mother said that she was safe and having fun with families and friends.
Moms said, “We have fun that’s what we do. it was all laughter and fun, stop hating, we gon protect her 100,000%, get the f**k outta here.”
