Kid Cudi ENDS Friendship With Kanye West Over Pete Davidson Drama

Kid Cudi has replied to a series of insults hurled by Kanye West, who is livid over the rapper’s friendship with Pete Davidson.

Yesterday (February 12th), Kanye revealed Kid Cudi would not be featured on Donda 2 because of the “Day ‘n’ Night” rapper’s cozy friendship with Kim Kardashian’s new love, Pete Davidson.

“Just so everyone knows, Cudi will not be on Donda because he friends with you know who. We all speak in Billie language now,” Kanye ranted in a since-deleted post on Instagram.

Cudi took to Instagram to call out Ye for being “whack” for clout chasing on the Internet. According to Cudi, they had already discussed Ye’s issues with Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson.

“We talked weeks ago about this. You’re whack for flipping the script and posting this lie just for a look on the Internet. You ain’t no friend. BYE,” Kid Cudi snapped.

Unfortunately, Kanye West’s public aggression against Kid Cudi continued on the Internet, even after deleting his original comment. Ye childishly posted memes making fun of Cudi and Pete Davidson.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CZ6J0OpLlfS/

“I JUST WANTED MY FRIEND TO HAVE MY BACK THE KNIFE JUST GOES IN DEEPER,” Kanye whined in an all-cap post.

It looks like Kid Cudi is unbothered, but it appears their friendship has imploded over Kanye’s “love triangle” between himself, Kim Kardashian, and Pete Davidson.

“God opens the door so the wrong people can exit ur life,” Kid Cudi replied.

Eminem Is Nervous About Performing At The Super Bowl Halftime Show

Eminem is used to performing for big crowds, but he’s still nervous about being involved in this year’s Super Bowl halftime show.

The Hip-Hop superstar admitted he has some pre-show jitters ahead of Super Bowl LVI in an interview with Sway Calloway. Eminem said the stakes are high when performing in front of millions of people on live television.

“I’ma tell you, it’s f###### nerve-racking,” he told Sway. “It’s f###### nerve-racking. To me it’s like, there’s nothing more final than live TV. You know what I’m saying? So, if you f### up, your f###-up is there forever.”

Eminem will perform with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige at the Super Bowl LVI Halftime Show on Sunday (February 13). The Shady Records founder revealed he was blown away by Dr. Dre’s vision for the show.

“When Dre first asked, when the whole thing started going down and we were like, ‘OK, this might actually be serious,’ I was trying to envision what Dre might do,” Eminem told Sway. “I was thinking, ‘Yeah, that’s dope that all of us are gonna rap together.’ Right? And that kind of thing. But I didn’t expect the production to be like this.”

The Cincinnati Bengals face off against the Los Angeles Rams in Super Bowl LVI at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. Fans can watch the game and star-studded halftime show on NBC or stream it via Peacock.

Kanye West Attacks Kid Cudi Over Friendship With Pete Davidson; Kicks Rapper Off “Donda 2”

Fans of Kid Cudi can forget about him appearing on Kanye West’s upcoming album Donda 2.

Kanye blamed Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend, Pete Davidson for causing issues between himself and Kid Cudi.

The billionaire rapper hit up Instagram today (February 12th) and posted the message: “Just so everyone knows, Cudi will not be on Donda because he friends with you know who. We all speak in Billie language now.”

Pete Davidson and Kid Cudi have become close since the “Saturday Night Live” comedian revealed the rapper’s album Man on the Moon saved his life.

Davidson famously defended Kid Cudi after the Cleveland native wore a Kurt Cobain-inspired dress on “Saturday Night Live” in May 2021.

Pete Davidson also picked up the pricey tab for Kid Cudi’s 35th birthday in January of 2019, during a dinner with Kanye West, Kim Kardashian West, and Timothy Chalamet, where he supposedly met his future lady for the first time.

However, things have changed drastically since that fateful birthday celebration.

Kim Kardashian filed to divorce Kanye West in February of 2021. And to complicate the matter, Pete Davidson started dating his former friend’s soon-to-be ex-wife in October of 2021.

The relationship has prompted Kanye to issue threats directed at Pete Davidson. He threatened to beat the “SNL” star’s ass on his song “Eazy” featuring The Game.

Kanye targeted Pete Davidson again in his latest song, “City Of Gods,” featuring Fivio Foreign and Alicia Keys.

His menacing was a bit more ominous on that song, where he rapped, “This afternoon a 100 goons pulling up to ‘SNL’/ when I pull up it’s dead on arrival.”

Kanye’s message today was also an underhanded diss aimed at Billie Eilish.

During her performance in Atlanta to promote her album Happier Than Ever, she stopped her performance to help a fan in distress.

During a pause in the show, she quipped “I wait for the people to be okay before I keep going,” which many, including Kanye West, perceived as an insult directed at Travis Scott after his infamous AstroWorld tragedy.

Earlier this week, Kanye West threatened to drop out of Coachella unless Billie Eilish apologized to Travis Scott, who is supposed to be a guest during Kanye set this April.

“COME ON BILLIE WE LOVE YOU PLEASE APOLOGIZE TO TRAV AND TO THE FAMILIES OF THE PEOPLE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES NO ONE INTENDED THIS TO HAPPEN,” KANYE WEST WROTE. “TRAV DIDN’T HAVE ANY IDEA OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING WHEN HE WAS ON STAGE AND WAS VERY HURT BY WHAT HAPPENED.”

Billie Eilish did not apologize. Instead, she said her remarks had nothing to do with Travis Scott.

“Literally never said a thing about Travis,” she said. “was just helping a fan.”

Kanye’s latest diss to Kim Kardashian’s new boyfriend comes just days after he begged God to bring his family back together.

But Kanye’s hopes to reunite have most likely been squashed. According to Kim’s stepmother Caitlyn Jenner, she is very “happy” with Pete Davidson.

Kodak Black Shot In Los Angeles, Rapper Hospitalized

Florida rapper Kodak Black was in a fight after Justin Bieber’s Super Bowl party and was one of three people who were shot.

TMZ says that they spoke to a contact who has first-hand knowledge about the incident, which took place early in the morning on February 12th.

AllHipHop.com reported that on early Saturday morning after stars were hanging out at The Nice Guy club, bullets started to fly after the rapper punched someone.

However, new sources state that the drama started when unnamed individuals purposefully sought out trouble with Kodak and his crew.

Someone jumped a member of Kodak’s entourage, and when the rapper saw the melee, he jumped in also. After the Haitian artist hopped in the fisticuffs, another unidentified man started shooting.

It is still unclear who the shooter is or how the person was connected to the first fight. Reports say that Kodak Black was shot in his leg but he was not seriously injured.

The Pompano Beach, Florida rapper was taken to the hospital, along with two others, and is now listed in stable condition.

This is sure to mess up his plans for the next few weeks.

He is supposed to be dropping a new album on February 25th and doing an event in Atlanta in about three or four weeks.

And about an hour before he was shot, he announced his new project, “🔥🔥🔥 I’m Dropping This 2-22-22 #IWish 🔥🔥🔥 Go Pre-Order My album Coming out 2-25-22 #BackForEverything”

Blueface Arrested On Gun Charges, After Getting Stopped For Expired Registration And License

Rapper Blueface was arrested early Saturday morning. Law enforcement detained the “Thotianna” chart-topper for having a gun on his person.

According to TMZ, police caught the artist around 3:15 am on February 12th at the intersection of Sunset and Vine in Hollywood, CA.

Police reports state that he was pulled over while driving with friends in his car by the cops because his registration was expired.

When the police ran his information through their system, they realized that Blueface, under his birth name Johnathan Jamall Porter, also had a suspended license.

They asked him to get out of his car, and after they searched the vehicle, law enforcement found a loaded gun. The firearm was in the center console, and Blueface was ultimately detained.

Some fans are just tired of rappers getting in trouble with the law.

One user tweeted, “these rappers needa get their s### together. snoop dogg got sued and can’t perform at halftime anymore (untrue), blueface got arrested, and only the lord knows what’s up w Kanye.”

https://twitter.com/kendallesparza1/status/1492583960110682112?s=20&t=rqM_JWP4QYFF3j5bfNV-lA

“Blueface was arrested on a gun possession charge in Hollywood, last night. He’s been getting into plenty of legal trouble in the LA area, since the fall smh,” Yuriy Andriyashuchuk noted.

In November of 2021, felony warrants were issued for Blueface after he was caught on camera beating up a bouncer at a San Fernando Valley nightclub after he was refused entry to the venue.

The 25-year-old was charged with possession of a concealed firearm in the vehicle. Luckily, no one else with him was arrested.

Nick Cannon Caught “Baby Mama Drama” Over Kevin Hart’s Condom Prank

Nick Cannon faced some “baby mama drama” following Kevin Hart’s latest prank.

The “Masked Singer” host took to Instagram to post a photo of himself standing next to a vending machine filled with Magnum branded condoms, with it later revealed that his friend was behind the hilarious idea.

But in an interview for Entertainment Tonight, Nick Cannon confessed the prank caused some tension at home.

“One thing that was brilliant about it, it was the mystery of it, because I had up some baby mama drama, ‘Who sent you that? Who sent you that?'” Nick Cannon commented. “So, I did have to do some real life stuff, and then when he came out and said it was him, everybody relaxed.”

And while it may have been awkward for the TV presenter, pulling off the idea made Hart’s day.

“It’s about complicating a person’s day, how do I make your day difficult? That’s a beautiful prank,” he smiled.

Late last month, Nick Cannon confirmed model Bre Tiesi is pregnant with his eighth child.

In 2021, the 41-year-old hit headlines after becoming a dad to three children in the same month – he welcomed twins Zion and Zillion with Abby De La Rosa and son Zen with Alyssa Scott in June.

Sadly, Zen passed away following a battle with cancer in December.

He is also a father to 10-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe with his ex-wife Mariah Carey and also shares two children – Golden and Powerful Queen – with Brittany Bell.

Kodak Black Gets Into Fight After Justin Bieber Super Bowl Party; Gunplay Leaves Four People Injured

Justin Bieber’s Super Bowl Party was lit … with high-profile influencers like Jeff Bezos partying alongside many big stars like Drake, Khloe Kardashian, and the Oscar-award-winning actor Leonardo DiCaprio.

That is until a shooting left four people injured and police swarming outside of the sexy soiree.

Early Saturday morning (February 12th), outside of The Nice Guy club, a fight broke out. Little details are known. However, one thing for sure is that Kodak Black was in the mix of the melee.

Around 2:45 AM (PST), Lil Baby stood with Gunna and Kodak Black, taking pictures with fans and smiling. Shortly afterward, the Florida rapper and his crew are seen in a video beating up someone right before five shots were squeezed off, TMZ reports.

A person in a dark jacket, not likely connected to Kodak Black, is seen slumped next to a red car. LAPD says that ten shots were fired. The four people shot are all are listed in stable condition at a local hospital.

Law enforcement says that the shooter(s) are still at large. Fans took to Twitter to express how they were not surprised that Kodak Black was somehow connected.

Ike Mckris said on Twitter, “the man simply “can’t stay out of trouble.”

“kodak black is always up to some dastardly business,” Twitter user @iaabonambugre wrote.

Nicki Minaj Snapped Over Error Uploading New Song “Bussin” With Lil Baby

Somebody messed up and Nicki Minaj was not having it!

Recently, The Queen Barb and Lil Baby dropped their new single “Bussin” featuring Lil Baby, and everyone is loving it.

Except for a select group of Apple music listeners. Someone uploaded the wrong version of the song on the streaming service. The explicit version of the song was posted with an incorrect mix.

Nicki Minaj took to Twitter to vent — and activate the Barbs to get it right.
She tweeted, “I just listened to #Bussin on Apple Music and that is not the right version of the song.

The clean version is correct. Idk what happened & why the explicit version sounds like that. Not mixed, wrong levels, no doubles on the hook, etc. isItJustMe? We have to change ASAP”

https://twitter.com/NICKIMINAJ/status/1492065922906935299?s=20&t=rjaozWudZd-uTEh_ezuy0g

Progressively the tweets got more intense.

Fans know that when things are not right, the multi-platinum perfectionist is not happy.

For the cussing version to be public-facing and unmixed messes with her brand, one that the world knows to be impeccably manicured.

“The EXPLICIT VERSION OF #BUSSIN IS WRONG ON APPLE MUSIC,” Nicki Minaj barked through her fingers. “The downloadable iTunes link sounds right. But the streaming link is wrong ON APPLE MUSIC. Only clean version is right on Apple MUSIC. Engineer said it’s right on Spotify and tidal. Please check RN everyone. ‼️‼️”

https://twitter.com/NICKIMINAJ/status/1492071419101908994?s=20&t=rjaozWudZd-uTEh_ezuy0g

When one fan asked if the song versions were right on Apple Music, she responded in the affirmative.

“Yes. All the versions are correct. #Bussin #BarbieXBaby,” she wrote.

NYC Mayor Eric Adams Wants Drill Videos Banned From Social Media

New York Mayor Eric Adams is targeting drill music over violence in the city.

Mayor Eric Adams spoke out against drill music at a press conference on Friday (February 11). He called on social media companies to ban drill music videos from their platforms.

“I had no idea what drill rapping was,” Eric Adams said at the presser. “But I called my son, and he sent me some videos, and it is alarming. We are going to pull together the social media companies and sit down with them and state that you have a civic and corporate responsibility.”

He continued, “We pulled Trump off Twitter because of what he was spewing, yet we are allowing music, displaying of guns, violence, we are allowing it to stay on the site because look at the victims. We’re bringing [social media companies] in, we’re going to show exactly what is being displayed, and we are alarmed by it. We are alarmed by the use of social media to really over-proliferate this violence in our communities.”

Eric Adams condemned drill music on the heels of two drill rappers getting killed in Brooklyn. 18-year-old Chii WVTTz and 22-year-old Tdott Woo died in separate shootings earlier this month.

Blanco Balling Explains ‘KYNG BLANCO’ Album & Collaborating with Kap G

Blanco Balling is a rising star you need to know. With his newest album KYNG BLANCO, the Nicaraguan-born, San Francisco-raised recording artist can rap in both English and Spanish, always putting on for his culture and heritage any chance he can.

His influences range from Mac Dre and San Quinn to Tupac and Lil Wayne, also the 17 Reasons album by Black-N-Brown Entertainment that showed him he could be a Latino rapper.

Describing himself as “diverse,” Blanco fondly remembers growing up in Elementary school with two best friends: one Chinese and the other one black. He states, “And I’m a Spanish kid, so just imagine,” with a laugh.

As the CEO of his own record label Northern Organized Recordz, Blanco recently unleashed his newest album titled KYNG BLANCO, a 15-track project spearheaded by lead single “Lil Vietnam” featuring Kap G.

The album was created and recorded in Mexico City and Nicaragua, inspired by his little brother’s death which fueled him to zone in and focus even more on perfecting his craft in the studio.

AllHipHop: You were born in Nicaragua right?

Blanco Balling: I was born in Nicaragua in Central America, but the country I was born in was at war. Pretty much my family had to move or otherwise we’d probably die. We went to the U.S., I lived in LA for a little bit, and moved out to Frisco when my little brother was born.

AllHipHop: How was it growing up in San Francisco?

Blanco Balling: It was great, I loved it. There’s no other place like San Francisco. It really taught me about the beauty in other people’s cultures and how much you can learn by being around people from all over the world. I really liked that about growing up in Frisco because it was a different experience than what the majority of Americans are used to. You usually have one subgroup that will take over and dominate a certain region, but in the Bay Area… I had a girlfriend one time, she was Arabic, Filipino, and Hawaiian.

AllHipHop: You listened to everyone from Mac Dre to Tupac to Biggie. What was it about these artists that resonate with you?

Blanco Balling: The first tape I ever owned ever was Tupac’s tape, Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z. I was a young kid, I forgot exactly how I came across it but I ended up owning it. I remember listening to it over and over. I’d remember people’s reactions to how emotional they felt. If you were having a bad day, it can make you happy. If you’re having a good day, it can make you upset. It had an impact on how emotions could play a big role in music.

AllHipHop: How did the 17 Reasons album by Black-N-Brown Entertainment affect you as a Latino rapper?

Blanco Balling: It was someone kicking down the door. I was a kid when that album dropped. I was 14 or 15 years old, it made me realize that I could do it too. I could make music too and have an impact in my community in a positive way.

AllHipHop: What was the turning point in your music career that made you want to do music?

Blanco Balling: You know, a lot of us work hard. A lot of us go to school to learn a trade or study a vocation that can land us a good job. For a lot of us, just hustling in any manner possible can put some money in our pocket. Fast forward to me achieving that and putting money in my pocket, I still didn’t feel happy. I was missing something, I didn’t feel complete. I began making music just to hear my voice, to play my own music on my sound system in my car. It felt better and better every time I made a song. I felt so good.

It’s that reward. You know, knowing that you can make something. That you can make art. That you can share emotions with someone. People now hear my songs and they say, “Dude, this is what I took from it.” Wow, that’s really what I was trying to convey. Or I wasn’t trying to convey that, but it’s interesting that you picked up on that. That’s the reward that I get from it. I’m already happy as far as I’m into music, because of all the circumstances that I’ve overcome just to get here. I’m one of the ones that should be dead, should be in prison for life, or should be on the run under investigation, instead I’m out of that and doing music. So I’m grateful for where I am.

AllHipHop: You say betrayal made you rap. Can you elaborate on that?

Blanco Balling: That was more of a clickbait. You have the Betrayal Made Me Rap, then you have the chick there so people maybe think that it’s a girl rapping, but it’s not. It’s clickbait content because it wasn’t betrayal that made me rap. There are a lot of things that really have walked me down this road where I’m at now. It’s seeing the team that I’ve put together, I can’t fail them. I got marketing guys. I got guys that mix and master. I got guys that give me features. I got a whole team and they’re counting on me.

Me giving up, it makes me think: how are they going to feed their families? I’m pretty sure they’ll find a way but at the same time, I like that responsibility. I like taking on challenges. I’m saying this because that’s one of the main reasons why Ima keep going because I got people that believe in me. Letting them down is like betraying who I am. That’s why Betrayal Made Me Rap, I can’t betray who I am. I found what makes me feel good.

AllHipHop: Talk about your new album KYNG BLANCO out now. What’re you most excited for?

Blanco Balling: I’m excited to see people’s reactions. I’m excited to break down doors and barriers that have basically placed Latinos and artists such as myself in… I can rap in English as well as anyone. The industry’s not ready for that. They still look at it as this Ritchie Valens effect or the Selena effect. They want me to sound a certain way, or they maybe want me to throw on a mariachi suit. I’m not sure exactly what they expect from me but I can’t give them what I’m not, so I’ma give them who I am. KYNG BLANCO is a testament to that.

AllHipHop: You made this project after losing your little brother, right?

Blanco Balling: Yeah, my little brother passed away last year on the 28th of February. He was in a car accident. The road was messed up and the construction people should have placed warnings and they didn’t. In order for him to dodge the pothole, he came into oncoming traffic and was immediately impacted into another bigger vehicle.

AllHipHop: I’m so sorry to hear that.

Blanco Balling: My family could depend on me. Me breathing, I could make sure that my little girl’s got food, her school paid and everything they need already covered. I started thinking when my little brother died, how am I going to cover my family once I’m dead? If I do meet an early demise or if I do within the next 5 years or whatever amount of time happens to no longer be here, I want my music to keep feeding my family. That’s how I look at it. Okay I have life insurance, they’ll be cool. But put money in the hands of people that may not manage it properly, it disappears. If I leave a tangible asset which generates daily, monthly, weekly like music, I can make sure that they’re okay, even when I’m dead. My little brother’s death really got me started in thinking that way.

AllHipHop: How was it making the album in Mexico City?

Blanco Balling: Mexico City is crazy! I also did record in Nicaragua. The level of violence that we experience here is not your average U.S. violence. Out here, the cartel drug lords really try to take high-ranking politicians out. Just imagine the Secretary of State being run up with 30 guys with assault rifles. Imagine that happening in the United States somewhere in Washington. Those are the kinds of things that happen here. It raises the standard of street cred that a lot of people look for and who has survived in that. Being a rapper out here makes me a target as well. Oh, you’re a rapper. You got money. Doing videos with a bunch of jewelry on, eventually people see that.

That’s why I say, how am I going to take care of my family? I gotta think about that as well because it’s a part of life. You can’t walk around acting like you’re eternal or untouchable. Rest in peace Drakeo, he was putting out good music and no one expected for what happened to him to happen. Especially at a concert where he’s being paid for. It’s in the blink of an eye. So living in Mexico and recording in Mexico City raises your awareness up to a point where if you’re head ain’t on a swivel, you could be someone else’s come up or lick.

AllHipHop: One thing you want people to get from the project?

Blanco Balling: I want people to understand that you can get far being who you are, regardless of what other people expect from you. That’s what the album is. I know that I could do a lot more numbers if I just focused on the Spanish. I know that I could do a lot more numbers if I just focused on English. I can really target a certain demographic if I focus on English: “oh yeah, this is an artist coming up. This is who he is and this is his crowd.”

Or the same thing for Spanish, but I take on the challenge and do music that I like to do. If people vibe with it, whether it’s a Spanish person that doesn’t understand English or an English-speaking person that doesn’t understand Spanish. If I can break down a barrier, and people listen to the part of it that they like, they’ll realize that KYNG BLANCO is for everyone. It’s not just a certain demographic or a group segment, it’s for everyone that maybe has good-natured feelings about growing up around a diverse community, such as the one I do.

AllHipHop: Talk about linking with Kap G on “Lil Vietnam,” what did that mean?

Blanco Balling: Working with Kap G was a trip because I’ve been listening to Kap G’s music since 2012. I’ve been a fan, I’ve been watching his movement. Getting to meet the guy was very beneficial for me because I really didn’t think that he’d be as humble and as good of a person as who I met. It was rewarding, especially for him to like my song and say “Bro you got skills. Keep going!” It was rewarding in that sense, where you get validation from artists that you look up to. Musically I look at Kap G like you’re a genius. For him to say “man, you’re on point,” it was very rewarding for me. Working with him was positive on many levels.

AllHipHop: What was the best experience from the video shoot?

Blanco Balling: Just being in a historical place. The place where we recorded at, I forget the name of the place but before the Mexican Revolution took place, they used to hold meetings there. It was an underground house. Well not really a house because it’s a big hall, but it’s part of Mexican history. Recording there made me realize that maybe in the future people will say I made history there too as well.

AllHipHop: Talk about the contest you did with the Suzuki motorcycle.

Blanco Balling: Oh yeah! The 750 sports bike. A friend of mine needed to sell this motorcycle and he kept hitting me up about it. I don’t even know, I already got a motorcycle. I got a Harley Davidson. I got a chopper. He said “come on man, I need the help.” Eventually I said alright, I’ll buy it off you. I was going to ship it down to where I’m at and ride it.

Since I had this album coming out, I thought man, I’m pretty sure someone will make a lot better use of it. The only thing they have to do is pre-save and preorder my album and they’ll enter the raffle for a chance to win that bike. Today, we’re going to do the raffle. It’s going to be raffled out so somebody will be named the winner wherever they’re at. I got people in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Central America, Mexico, maybe even Europe too that entered the raffle. I’ma keep my word and wherever they’re, I’ma ship it out to them. I’ll cover the shipping so they can get the bike.

AllHipHop: 3 things you need in the studio at all times?

Blanco Balling: Some Zaza, some good ass weed, water and no distractions. Unfortunately when I go to the studio, my boys will message each other. Before I know it, there are 10 to 15 people in there and it won’t allow me to focus on my craft because everybody just wants to kick it. So peace of mind is what I need to where I could focus on the music and not care about if there’s any drinks for everybody or who’s hungry or anything like that. Some good weed, some water definitely because some good ass weed will have you choked up, and some tranquility.

AllHipHop: Any goals for yourself at this point in time?

Blanco Balling: I got hella goals! But the most prominent one for me is understanding more about cryptocurrency and why it’s better to invest in that instead of the current currency which is government-controlled. I trade crypto, I own some Monero. I own some Solano. I own Bitcoin and Ethereum, but I want to start looking into music as an NFT and possibly buy some real estate in the metaverse.

AllHipHop: Anything else you want to let the people know?

Blanco Balling: God exists within. That’s where you will find him or her.

Italian Musical Artist Defiant Army Branches Out Into Fashion

These days, the lines are blurred across the industries that make up pop culture. Both considered forms of art, music and fashion often go hand-in-hand as many musical artists embrace fashion as a part of their image and brand. One up-and-coming Italian musical artist called Defiant Army has always been known for his larger-than-life on-stage presence and his rock and rap inspired pop music.

While it’s no secret that the pandemic hit Italy especially hard at the beginning of 2020, for Defiant Army, the pandemic was a time to explore new avenues of art. With newfound time to work on his music, the artist additionally took to fashion, beginning with designs that he would wear for his shows. Known for his edgy leather jackets that are embellished with punk rock artistry and his own sketches, the artist’s fashion designs have turned heads in the music community so much so that they’ve become highly requested. We recently sat down with Defiant Army to discuss his music career and how his newfound love and passion for fashion have been integrated into his music.

Q: How do you think fashion is related to music?

A: In recent years fashion has embraced music very well. I believe that a singer who is a rapper, trapper, pop, rock today identifies himself in the way of singing but also in the way of dressing and appearing. We all want to be original, we all want to stand out on other people and I believe that creating your own identity also by expressing yourself through your own outfit is important.

Q: Before you begin designing your jackets, did you ever see yourself getting into the fashion industry?

A: At first no, I’m an outsider! I did some private courses to learn to read, but basically, I already knew how to draw. Initially, I drew my ideas and left them closed in a drawer for years. I needed the lockdown, I pulled out my sketches and started creating designs for my first clothes for me to wear to my shows. Later, many artists liked them and I started creating my jackets and clothes for everyone.

Q: What are you looking forward to with your career in both music and in fashion?

A: With music, I hope to express my emotions in my songs. Now that I’m finally gaining more traction and engagement with fans, my music is listened to more thanks to my success today. I hope to get my music to as many people as possible and go back to big can antlers. Through fashion, I hope to dress great artists with my creations. I’m trying to move more and more on the American market I have various contacts but I don’t want to give away any spoilers yet

Q: What do you think makes you different from other artists?

A: I think I’m a good communicator and a stage animal. I give my best on stage! I make the audience sing, I get my fans on stage. I think it is important to create a bond with the fans! For 2022, I have some powerful hits ready. I have collaborated with some Italian producers and electronic music producers. I believe that mixing rap and electro is the right move.

Q: You started with music and have expanded into fashion. Do you see yourself branching out into other industries in the future?

A: Yes, I am working on my first NFT project, it will be a little angel, which is my mascot! The world of crypto and NFTs is new to me, but I think I will be able to fit into this universe very well.

Q: Where do you find inspiration?

A: When I make music I am very inspired by my idols from when I was little. I love Eminem and Dr. Dre very much in the rap world. Besides them, I love Sum 41 and Blink-182. I have followed them since I was little. I am very inspired by my personal taste. I believe that my strength is just not having points of reference. I am not suited to the world of fashion, I tend to look around a little and try to draw what goes into my head. I am very attached to rock/metal culture, but also like to use colors.

Q: What are some pieces of content that you want your fans and audience to recognize you for?

A: Fans often find themselves connected to the lyrics of my songs. I write about real life, with a pinch of irony and sometimes I talk about very difficult themes but I try to sing with a smile and don’t make the songs too sad. I want those who come to my shows to have fun and join. I want and love equality between people, in my songs. I often say this.

‘Everything Gonna Be All White’ Premieres On Showtime And Conservative GOP Mouthpieces Are Mad!

As a part of its Black History Month programming, Showtime is premiering a new show called “Everything’s Gonna Be All White,” a three-part docuseries that will explore stereotypes created in America about everyone who doesn’t have white skin.

The show is the brainchild of pioneer Hip-Hop journalist and now film director, Sacha Jenkins and breaks down issues like the true color of Jesus’ skin, Mt. Rushmore, General Custer, the racial disparities in second amendment gun rights, and Jan. 6, U.S. Capitol attack told entirely from the perspective of people of color.

Some of the featured commentators are rappers Roxanne Shante, Willie Dee (Geto Boys), Havoc, the CEO of AllHipHop.com, Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur, and actress/comedian Amanda Seales.

“What you are about to witness is the embodiment of the collected feelings of folks of color in America. An undistorted view of our collective truth,” says Jenkins, who serves as the director, executive producer, and co-writer. “This is how America has treated us. This is how we feel. Freedom of speech and all of that jazz, buddy! America is all about that.”

Other writers on the show are Gabe Alvarez (Flaco), Djali Brown-Cepeda, Cameron Dennis, and Jon Goodman.

She said to Parade.com, “There are people who are going to hate-watch it to see what us Negroes are talking about. Then there will be people who will watch to feel validated and seen. It can be a very lonely space to know what you know and be continuously gaslit by this country into thinking this is not the case.”

Seales was right.

Check out Ben Shapiro’s take on the special series.

As soon as news about it dropped, FOX News’ Laura Ingraham got her skirt in a bunch.

“Now, this is what Showtime thinks we all need after two years of suffering through COVID,” Ingraham bemoans. “More divisive racial hate-mongering. Its new docuseries called ‘Everything’s Gonna Be All White’ and features some of the biggest names in the racial industrial complex.”

“So the point, I think, is to remind everyone that even as we emerged from COVID, America has not emerged from her racist past,” she concludes.

Nope, America is not. But shows like this should help remind us that we still got work to do.

“Everything’s Gonna Be All White” debuts on Feb. 11.

Young Dolph Shooting Suspects Plead Not Guilty To Murder

The men accused of killing Young Dolph have pleaded not guilty to murder.

According to the Associated Press, attorneys for Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith entered pleas for their clients in a Memphis court on Friday (February 11). The two pleaded not guilty to multiple felony charges, including first-degree murder.

Johnson and Smith were indicted for first-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder, being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, employment of a firearm during a dangerous felony and theft of property over $10,000 in January. A third man, Shundale Barnett, was charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

Attorney Juni Ganguli was appointed to represent Johnson. Smith is being represented by a lawyer named Michael Scholl.

In addition to the Young Dolph murder case, Johnson is facing a violation stemming from a 2015 rape conviction. He’s been charged with failure of a Tennessee sex offender to timely report or register.

Johnson and Smith remain in custody without bond. The next hearing in their case is scheduled for March 24.

Young Dolph was shot and killed at a Memphis bakery in November 2021. Prosecutor Paul Hagerman said authorities have determined a presumed motive for the shooting, but he wouldn’t reveal those details to reporters outside the courtroom on Friday.

Kiwiuh’s Journey and the Release of KiwisCove Vol. 2 EP

Music is perceived differently by different people around the world. Some indulge in it as listeners, but others are dedicated and passionate about creating good music. To produce good quality music, you have to know your genre and be creative enough to stand out from the crowd. Kiwiuh is one of those driven, passionate, and hard-working artists.

Calvin Lewis, also known as Kiwiuh, has been proudly contributing hit after hit to the music industry. He is in the process of dropping his second EP, KiwisCove Vol.2. However, getting here wasn’t easy at all. Along with the immense talent he possesses, a lot of hard work and effort went into this process. He has been working day and night to bring his dreams to life.

Along with that, Kiwiuh strongly believes that many factors come into play when it comes to success. This is why things sometimes naturally fall into place as if they were meant to be. He is famously known for his wise words that many relate to. His favorite quote is, “Without a plan, you plan to fail.” He has been able to stand out and prove his uniqueness with the music he has produced so far. His work ethic, passion, and drive to attain success are admirable.

Along with achieving his musical dreams, Kiwiuh wishes to give back to those who have assisted him in getting where he is in life today. Not many have the trait to give others the importance he aspires to. Due to his relatable and warm personality, Kiwiuh has been able to gain a tremendous following on various social media platforms.

Whether tweeting relatable tweets or creating creative TikTokvideos, Kiwiuh manages to do exceptionally well each time. His Instagram influence is highly applaudable as well. But in the end, it all comes down to his love for creating music. He might be a master of many talents, but his heart and soul are dedicated to creating better music each passing day.

While others might assume that social media has made it easier for young talented artists, it also has its own cons. Many disregard the immense hard work behind the music they create. But Kiwiuh continues to ignore this perspective and keeps moving on to do remarkably well as a musician. He has been producing exceptional music that helps him stand out from the crowd.

His contributions to the music industry should be recognized and celebrated. Kiwiuh is an inspiration for the upcoming generation of aspiring musicians, artists, and creators. He does set the bar extremely high, but that is what makes him exceptional. Understanding music and being able to deliver good quality tracks is not a task many are able to carry out despite the odds being in their favor. Kiwiuh continues to defy these rules on a daily basis.

Chasing your dreams is the best decision you could ever make in this life, which is why Kiwiuh’s journey is so inspirational for many. His much anticipated upcoming EP will be dropping soon to set the bar even higher.
