50 Cent Horror Film Stops Filming After Bloody Scene Cause Cameraman To Faint

Move over Jason … Freddy … Michael Myers … Chucky … “Saw I, II, III, IV, and V”… “Carrie”… “Cujo”… and all the other REDRUM characters you can think of.

Rapper-turned-showrunner 50 Cent is making one of the scariest horror films in the history of popcorn munching.

It has to be. People are losing it even as they film it.

According to TMZ, the Queens native and director Josh Stolberg are filming their upcoming horror movie, “Skill House,” and during one of the scenes, a cameraman lost consciousness and fell out.

The scene seemed to be gory and bloody. A 29-second video of what he was filming until he fell out shows a woman in lime green or yellow swim-up with blood all over her.

Stolberg posted on social media (and 50 reposted), “Yikes!!! We shot a kill scene last night and the camera operator became so nauseated that he passed out, and the camera crashed to the ground. Had to stop down for a ½ hour. He’s okay now but… get ready for some crazy s**t!”

50 wrote, “Crazy night one of our cameramen passed out cold for 30min from the scene. Couldn’t take how real it was. We’re elevating horror to the next level. This is gonna change the rules of the game. #skillhouse.”

The film stars Bryce Hall, Paige VanZant, and Amira Mertaban, who rushed to help the camera person.

50 wasn’t on set when this all occurred.

Live Nation Denies Liability For Drakeo The Ruler’s Death

Live Nation revealed its defense against a lawsuit over the death of Drakeo the Ruler.

According to Rolling Stone, Live Nation claimed it’s not liable for the deadly stabbing that took place at the Once Upon a Time in L.A. festival in December 2021. The promoter argued it had no reason to thwart “third-party criminal conduct” in a filing made public on Tuesday (July 19).

Drakeo the Ruler’s brother Ralfy the Plug and Stinc Team members sued Live Nation for negligence, blaming the promoter for not having sufficient security at the event. Live Nation said it’s not responsible for the late rapper’s death because he never requested additional security or informed them about potential threats.

Live Nation faces additional lawsuits from Drakeo the Ruler’s mother and son. The company wants the three lawsuits to be consolidated.

Tianna Purtue, the mother of Drakeo the Ruler’s son Caiden, previously spoke to AllHipHop about the lawsuit filed on behalf of her son.

“It is important to me because I think of what happened to Darrell and also now our 5-year-old he left behind — and that was not by choice,” she said in March. “It was a major tragedy on how this happened and the lack of security at the venue. No one has any answers for his son. I’m sitting here constantly trying to talk to my son and let him know that everything is going to be ok even though you won’t see your dad again.”

Rapper Trina’s Teen Cousin Killed in NW Miami Shootout

A massive shootout in a northwest Miami neighborhood has law enforcement canvassing the community, looking for the gunman (or woman) responsible for the shooting that killed one Florida teen and sent two people to the hospital.

The shooting happened early in the morning on Wednesday, July 20th.

Miami police were dispatched to the scene, arriving at the 1300 block of Northwest 62nd Lane a little after midnight.

Once arriving at the location, officers are said to have found a female with a gunshot wound and declared her dead at the scene.

She is said to have been 17 years old, according to NBC 6, and was related to the famous South Florida rapper Trina. Her nickname was Baby Suga, according to reports.

Emergency workers brought the other two victims to Jackson Memorial Hospital. They both sustained gunshot wounds, but like the teen, their conditions and identities have been withheld from the public.

Little has been released about the happening of this morning’s shooting, and officials are trying to discover the shooter’s motive (and or if the shooter acted alone).

The video showed how crazy the night got, capturing a Mercedes SUV with multiple bullet holes in its side and the back window shot out.

That truck has since been removed from the location.

Gunna, Future Child’s Mother Targeted In Home Invasions

The Sandy Springs Police Department believe they have in custody the suspects connected to a series of celebrity home invasions, including significant figures in the Atlanta Hip-Hop scene.

Law enforcement announced that they have detained and arrested four individuals they believe have been attempting to rob the houses of some of the Peachtree city’s most elite A-listers, including Gunna, Marlo Hampton from the hit Bravo series, “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” one of Future’s children’s mothers.

Officers believe the suspects are all gang members and target “high profile entertainment, sports or social media figures.”

According to WSBTV, the alleged perpetrators were scooped on Sunday, July 17th, by the SSPD as they attempted a home invasion at a townhouse where one of Future’s baby mothers lives.

Sgt. Matt McGinnis said the department monitored the star’s ex’s house and “got lucky.”

“We got lucky, and we got it right,” he said. “And as we targeted them, they came on scene. Both a foot chase and a vehicle chase ensued, and we were able to take four people into custody.”

Three were immediately taken to jail, and one moved to the hospital because he jumped out of the moving car as they tried to escape.

The police believe that these same thugs are responsible for at least 15 home invasions over the past year, including a recent burglary at YSL rapper Gunna’s DeKalb County home.

While Gunna was locked up, one residence connected to the “Drip too Hard” rapper was robbed — leaving the community on high alert.

According to the sergeant, two people have been identified as the masterminds of the home invasion operations.

He said while Kenzel Walker is a member of another gang, he worked with this particular gang to flawlessly plan out the burglaries. Walker has since been arrested for an Albany murder and charged for his role in some Sandy Springs home invasions and being a part of gang leadership.

Now the department is searching for the other key person connected to these crimes; Jeremy Caldwell., AKA J-Roc.

J-Roc is accused of being a ringleader of the gang and is wanted for 33 charges. The Sandy Spring home invasions only make up a portion of the crimes.

The Big Artist The Atlanta DA May Want Next!

The Big Artist The Atlanta DA May Want Next! There are a number of artists that are on the ALLEGED hot list as it relates to the Fulton County district attorney. Fani Willis! Right now, we don’t have any official word on who she intends to prosecute and subsequently slapped with the Rico charges. However, we are slowly but surely beginning to formulate some rumors around who the suspect may be.

You better believe these digital streets are talking around this issue. Right now, it seems like Lil Durk may be at the forefront of the prosecution efforts. You may remember a few years ago he was nearby when there was a shoot out in a diner. That case never resolved itself publicly. In fact, we just don’t know what happened with it. For something like that to just disappear, it seems awfully strange.

Remember, Rico removes a lot of the direct links and allows for more indirect links. It started because they could not get to mob bosses. So, they got snitches and made a case based on a lot of speculation. That is why they are going so hard with lyrics of rap artists now. Anyway, remember King Von, Lil Durk’s most famous associate, was killed in a violent fight in Atlanta. And then, last year there was a case where an associate of Durk was wanted too…click the link for that.

All of this does lend itself to the district attorneys strategy for prosecuting these artists. I believe she and the authorities allow them to go wild and somewhat unchecked so that they can build a strong case and put them in the jail with maximum penalties. I know this seems strange, but to me it makes perfect sense it’s like prosecuting someone for jaywalking when you know they are going to rob a bank in a couple of days. Obviously, they don’t know anything but they probably suspect something or have sufficient data to do what they do. This feels like the feds, but it’s not.

Anyway, Durk has been pretty clean as of late. He’s engaged. He’s Muslim. He’s doing fashion. He may have nothing to worry about. It may be this is just a rumor, because he deleted his Instagram suddenly. We all thought that was linked to that alleged beat down he didn’t receive attic casino. But maybe he is doing his best to get ahead of the nonsense, or the reality that something may be down the line.

This game of cat and mouse has got to be exhausting. Now, there are others that are on the hot list, but I am going to hold off and not mention him right now. First of all it’s all speculation. Second of all, we’re going to let this cook a little bit, like slow cooker!

By the way, deleting IG…does nothing at all. They already got it.

Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre Working On New Project

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre are back at it! The word on the street is that the big dog and the big doctor are getting back together for a new album. Details are pretty scarce, but the word is Harry O, the notorious street dude that funded Death Row Records, is doing a bit of talking.

View this post on Instagram

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

Apparently, Dre and Snoop went back up and decided it was a good time to make music again. Remember, this is 30-something years after their biggest hits. But, I think this is a different day and age in which they can still prosper. I think the question on a lot of peoples minds is what form will this album come to life.

Now that Snoop Dogg owns Death Row Records, they have made big moves. But those moves have not happened in the physical world the way we normally see it. Much of the effort has been surrounding NFT and meta-verse platforms. I know that they have released a number of projects, but I have yet to hear most of them.

Here is one of the songs, featuring The Lady of Rage. Remember, Rage? She remains as one of the dopest rappers ever, much less one of the feminine persuasion!

I am hoping at this effort, with Dr. Dre is something that is a little bit more readily available. Remember, Dr. Dre released an album that included songs with Eminem same way because it was released do a video game. Now, that is ingenious and I am quite sure that people heard it. But if you don’t play video games, it makes it a little bit difficult. I want something that we can all play in our cars and jeeps, like the 1990s. Anyway, what do you think about all of this?

NYC Street Legend Accused Of Attempted Murder!

I’m not from New York so I’m not 100% familiar with Sub-0. But I quickly became familiar with him because he got involved in a situation with Jadakiss. I kind of forgot the origins of that situation, but I don’t forget the vibe I felt when I heard it I’ll never forget how intimidating Sub-0 was when he talked to Jadakiss. It was almost as if he had no respect for one of Hip Hop‘s greatest artist.I knew he was the real deal. So, there is some somber news to report about Sub-0. Essentially, folks are saying that he was arrested and is now incarcerated Rikers island for attempted murder. Whether or not the truth is to be seen.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmGV4SD7WBE

Right now, they are launching a go fund me in order to help him out and possibly get him out sooner than the slow wheels of justice will allow. Also, Sub-0 is known for his legendary DVDs in New York City. I never saw them however they are legendary because I have heard of them.

It’s my understanding that he is former friends with the late Alpo Martinez. As you know, Alpo was a legendary street dude himself, who eventually became a witness. Anyway, Sub-0 evolves from a DVD legend to a Podcaster. His podcast were pretty wild.

Here’s what the GoFundMe says about the case:

Under New York Law, Penal Law §35.15, a person is justified in using physical force against another when that person is under the reasonable belief that the physical force is necessary to defend the person or another person from what the person reasonably believes to be the illegal imminent use of force or the illegal use of force.

Yet on July 15th, our friend Ronald Branch, AKA Sub 0°, The DVD Legend was arrested in New York City by NYPD officers. He is being charged unfairly for protecting himself against a hateful attacker over a privately-leased parking spot due to his ever-growing celebrity status.

You may know Sub 0° through his years of DVD production and most recently though his super popular podcast that has almost 6 million views and counting. Ronald has been a staple in his Harlem community; and for decades has entertained the masses with his exclusive interviews with some of today’s Hip-Hop super stars and legends!

Most recently Ronald’s podcast highlighted the unfair treatment of citizens within urban communities after Rap Legend, Styles P went viral for defending a person of color being manhandled by police for what is believed to have been an alleged minor traffic violation.

It comes as no surprise that Ronald, after defending himself from an attacker, would also be the victim of harassment and brutality from NYPD officers who chose to target him solely because of his most recent podcast.

Because NYPD is still in possession of Ronald’s belongings and refusing to release them to his family; we need your help.

We currently are raising funds to help Ronald cover the initial expenses while we assess the charges filed and what his on-going legal fees are expected to be. We’ll update the details and dollar amount of the GoFundMe as more details and costs become clear. For now, anything you can contribute to help keep Ronald active in his work would be much appreciated.

Help Sub 0° protect his right to defend himself and his right to free speech.

IDK Calls Out Popeyes For Using His Trademarked Name

Jason “IDK” Mills (formerly Jay IDK) established himself as a recording artist on the rise with bodies of work like USee4Yourself and Simple. The initials in his moniker originally stood for Ignorantly Delivering Knowledge.

The London-born, Maryland-raised rapper apparently trademarked his stage name. On Tuesday afternoon, Mills publicly addressed the Popeyes fried chicken food chain’s latest menu item.

“The meal you didn’t know you needed is finally here. Get the IDK Meal, with all the flavors to make anyone happy, for just $6,” reads a July 19 tweet from the verified Popeyes Twitter account.

In response, the “Dog Food” performer quote-tweeted Popeyes and added, “Popeyes, y’all know I own the trademark for IDK? Ppl are confused and think I have something to do with this when no one reached out to me. Can we fix this?”

Social media users began debating whether Mills has a legal case against Popeyes. One person with the @ALdaOpportunist Twitter handle claimed the rapper’s Clue No Clue, LLC only owns the rights to audio and video recordings, apparel, and entertainment services for IDK, but not food.

IDK then retweeted a self-described stan account who replied to @ALdaOpportunist. Twitter user @laneybaby wrote, “The fact that so many people are under the impression that this is his meal (given all the fast food/musician collab meals) it’s enough for them to cease and desist regardless of what you posted. They’re infringing on his likeness.”

Back in May, IDK released the 8-track Simple album via Warner Records. The project features Hip Hop artists Denzel Curry and Mike Dimes. Grammy-winning Haitian-Canadian Kaytranada produced the project.

Chance The Rapper & Vic Mensa Announce Black Star Line Festival In Ghana

Chicago-bred emcees Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa will take their talents to Africa. The SaveMoney collective members will present the Black Star Line Festival in Accra, Ghana. They made the announcement at Free The Youth’s flagship location.

The forthcoming Black Star Line Festival is set to go down in the historic Black Star Square on January 6, 2023. Black Star Square is a monument to Ghanaians gaining independence from the United Kingdom in 1957.

Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa traveled to the African continent several times this year. The “Wraith” collaborators even met Ghanaian President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and local artist Amaoka Boafo.

“When Vic and I started our careers and started touring, we did shows all over the US. Eventually, we started touring in Europe, we did shows in Asia, South America, Central America, but we never had a chance to play our music for the people who support us the most,” said Chance.

The Grammy winner continued, “When we came here and touched down and felt the love that we received and the fans that we got to connect with, the understanding for the need for the connection became apparent to us. We need a music festival bringing major artists to Ghana. This is what we’re working to create.”

Marcus Garvey Inspired The Black Star Line Festival’s Name

Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa named the Black Star Line Festival after Marcus Garvey’s Black Star Line company. The shipping line connected America, the Caribbean, and Africa from 1919 to 1922. The Ghanian government later launched a fleet of the same name.

In 2022, Chance The Rapper released “Child of God,” “A Bar About A Bar” and “The Highs & The Lows.” The 29-year-old Midwesterner’s Star Line Gallery project will come out later this year. Chance’s 2016 mixtape, Coloring Book, won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.

Vic Mensa dropped the Vino Valentino EP in February. The Roc Nation recording artist teamed with Chance The Rapper and Wyclef Jean for 2021’s “Shelter” single off his I Tape EP. Mensa’s catalog also includes the Innanetape mixtape and The Autobiography album.

Kodak Black’s Lawyer Claims Oxy Pills Seized During Arrest Were Prescribed

Bill “Kodak Black” Kapri is in trouble with the law once again after getting arrested in Florida last week.

Law enforcement officials allegedly found 31 oxycodone tablets and almost $75,000 in cash in the rapper’s automobile. Authorities in Broward County charged Kodak Black with drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

The Florida Highway Patrol also accused Black of driving an SUV with illegal window tints. Apparently, the “Super Gremlin” hitmaker’s Dodge Durango also had an expired tag. Kodak Black’s driver’s license had supposedly lapsed as well. Authorities freed the 25-year-old entertainer on a $75,000 bond.

According to TMZ, attorney Bradford Cohen says a doctor prescribed the oxycodone found in Black’s vehicle. Cohn claims his client is suffering from serious chronic pain after getting shot earlier this year.

Previously, Bradford Cohen filed a motion to the court in order to inspect the pills. The lawyer reportedly wrote, “It is impossible… to explore a defense on behalf of [Kodak Black] without being able to inspect, weigh, and independently test the substances.”

While seemingly joking about his latest arrest on Instagram, Kodak Black also took to Twitter to rail against the government and “lil dick ass crackas.” As part of a lengthy Twitter rant, the Pompano Beach native asked, “How [the f###] you send a n#### to jail for my own medication? Then tarnish my character like I’m trafficking OxyContin???”

Kodak Black has dealt with many legal troubles. He has been in and out of correctional facilities for most of his music career. One of the more serious charges stems from a sexual assault accusation in South Carolina. An 18-year-old woman named Black as the person who forcibly raped her in February 2016.

The Dying to Live album creator famously received a commuted sentence from then-President Donald Trump following a 2019 conviction for federal weapons charges. Black pled guilty to two counts of making a false statement on a governmental form in connection to the purchase of a firearm.

The Game Recalls The Time Kanye West Beat Him In A Rap Battle

While The Game never shies away from naming the rappers he feels can’t outdo him in a rap battle, he recently revealed one artist who did just that, Kanye West.

The former G Unit rapper has been vocal about his contemporaries in recent months while promoting his delayed Drillmatic album. The Game recently showed love to Kendrick Lamar and his new Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers album, labeling it “incredible.”

However, he hasn’t been so kind to one of his peers, repeatedly claiming he’s better than Eminem and calling him out for a rap battle. He called Slim Shady out on Drink Champs, announcing, “I saying I want smoke with Eminem,” before challenging him to “get up and let’s rap” shortly after.

Kanye West vs. The Game Rap Battle

However, the braggadocios emcee does concede to losing a rap battle to another former collaborator. During a recent interview, he recalled the time he and Kanye West exchanged bars while at a party in California.

According to The Game, the pair began spitting, and it turned into a rap battle. “So yeah, me and Ye we end up freestyling outside of [the party],” he told All The Smoke hosts, Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. “My s### was all gangsta, but Ye had the punchlines and he had the women; so he beat me that night. So ever since then me and Ye we’ve been locked in.”

The Game went on to say it was a turning point for them, and Ye has supported him in every way ever since – a sentiment he echoed earlier this year when he claimed that Ye has done more for his career than Dr. Dre ever did.

Meanwhile, Kanye West continues to show love to The Game and pulled up to his Drillmatic launch party earlier this month. He took to the stage with The Game in a rare appearance to deliver their recent collab single, “Easy.”

Vedo & OG Parker- “Face Down” Video

Debuting from his upcoming EP ‘While You Wait,’ R&B singer-songwriter Vedo has released the visuals to his first single “Face Down” with super-producer OG Parker.

The sexual yet playful record has a familiar sound as it samples Jazmine Sullivan’s “Pick Up Your Feelings” which recently received a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance.

Directed by Jeffrey “J-Squared” Jackson, the visuals show a frustrated Vedo who’s ready to get home to his lady after a steamy conversation from the office.

Paired with sultry and sensuous choreography, Vedo steps out giving a playful interactive performance.

Vedo also recently joined Usher for his now viral performance of classics during his first NPR Tiny Desk concert.

Usher, Vedo and Eric Bellinger showcased their raw vocal ability during the fan-favorite session.

During the intimate performance Usher called both singers, who have written songs for the mega-star, “two of the most incredible voices of this time.”

Weeks prior, Vedo also joined Usher during his set at Pharell’s Something in the Water Festival during its first year in DC.

Additionally, Vedo is set to release his second single “Come First” which features Baby Tate this Friday July 22nd, and his album is scheduled to drop on Friday August 5th, 2022.

Logic Claims “99 Percent Of Rappers” Are Frauds; Calls Tekashi 6ix9ine “Prime Example”

Logic claimed almost all Hip-Hop artists rap about a life they don’t live and used Tekashi 6ix9ine as the poster boy for fraudulent rappers.

The Maryland native made his claims during an interview on the Impaulsive podcast, where he discussed leaving Def Jam.

When the host suggested it must be difficult for artists to share their most intimate thoughts and experiences only to have their art critiqued by the masses, Logic disagreed.

“It’s amazing that you say this too,” he began before sharing his opinion on authenticity in Hip-Hop. “Like 99 f###### percent of rappers are a mask, they wear a mask that’s not really who they are.”

Logic Says Tekashi 6ix9ine Is The “Prime Example”

Logic continued, highlighting Tekashi 6ix9ine as “a prime example” of rappers lacking authenticity. “It’s very evident, right. I’m not talking s###, I’m just saying that he puts on this character especially if you judge based off what he said in court.”

Tekashi 6ix 9ine famously snitched on the Nine Trey Gang, testifying to the feds to help secure himself a lesser sentence.

“That’s not my f###### business,” Logic continued. The “44 More” rapper then clarified, “I’m not calling Tekashi 6ix 9ine out,” before explaining that fans get turned off by rappers fronting in their raps.

He continued and said when rappers’ lyrics are full of violent threats and references to drugs and murder, listeners become critical of them as a person rather than their music itself.

“If there’s somebody out there that’s like ‘oh his music is whack,’” Logic explained, “what they’re really saying is he’s whack.”

In turn, Logic says the rapper doesn’t care because they’re not portraying their true selves anyway. “But he’s like “I don’t give a f### because this isn’t even really me.’ You know what I’m saying?”

He repeated, “I ain’t trying to f###### start beef with 6ix 9ine. I’m just using an example that there are some rappers out there that are more about a persona and a personification and because of that when people s### on their music or s### on them it doesn’t matter because they’re not really portraying who they are on the record.”

Amber Rose Claims She’s Responsible For Putting Nicki Minaj On Kanye West’s “Monster”

Nicki Minaj’s verse of Kanye West’s “Monster” is arguably one of the most iconic female rap verses of all time and one of the Queens rapper’s best known.

However, according to Ye’s ex Amber Rose, Nicki wouldn’t be on the track if she hadn’t intervened, firstly to get her in the studio, and secondly convincing him to keep the verse after he admitted Nicki “killed him” on his own song.

The model recently launched her rap career, dropping her first single, “GYHO/Gotcha” last week. She pulled up to Van Lathan and Rachel Lindsay’s Higher Learning podcast to discuss her forthcoming debut album, where she revealed, “I put Nicki on ‘Monster.’”

During the interview, Amber Rose explained that her move into Hip-Hop “was not an overnight thing,” adding, “I’ve A&R’d a bunch of amazing projects.” When pressed for examples, she claimed to have overseen projects for “all of my boyfriends.”

The model-turned-rapper has dated some pretty famous rappers, including Kanye West and 21 Savage. She married Wiz Khalifa, with whom she shares a son.

When asked if she has worked on anything for Ye specifically, she replied, “Absolutely! I put Nicki on ‘Monster.’ He didn’t know who Nicki was back then. I had Nicki pull up to the studio and I put her on ‘Monster.’”

Kanye West – Monster ft. Rick Ross, Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z & Bon Iver

The influencer recalled meeting Nicki Minaj early in her career while in the studio, noting “this b#### is f###### talented as hell.” She then returned to Ye, insisting he put her on “Monster,” but he refused and said he didn’t know who she was.

Nonetheless, Amber Rose convinced him to meet Nicki, and she pulled up to the studio. “She heard the song and then she came back the next day with the verse,” she added.

On the seventh anniversary of “Monster,” Nicki Minaj recalled how the song almost missed out on being on the album. She spent an hour on the phone convincing Ye to change his mind. As Nicki said, “He felt this verse would end up being the talk of the album.”

Jay-Z Wanted $250,000 To Appear On ‘Pump It Up’ Remix Says Joe Budden

Jay-Z explained in a recent interview that he “never” charges for guest features, but works off relationships instead. However, Joe Budden had an entirely different experience when he attempted to get Hov on a verse.

The retired rapper turned podcaster recalled the time he tried to get a Jay-Z verse during a recent episode of Queenzflip and DJ G Money’s Flip Da Script podcast. Budden wanted the Hip-Hop mogul on the remix to his 2003 hit “Pump It UP,” but Hov quoted his A&R a price of $250,000.

“I don’t think that was a big number, I think that was his number,” Joe Budden explained in a clip released on YouTube. “‘That’s my number to rap on this new artist’s remix.’ It was just big in my world, but it wasn’t a big number.”

‘Pump It Up”

Budden continued, explaining he really had no clue how the industry worked back then. “Listen, again, I’m super young in that moment. I wasn’t in the studio when [Jay and Budden’s A&R Skane] had the conversation,” he added. “I knew that they had some type of relationship. It was a Just Blaze beat and I was green behind the ears. I just thought that it would get done. I didn’t know anything about the business and how things like that are supposed to go. That was par for the course.”

Ultimately, he didn’t have the quarter million dollars Jay-Z asked for, and so he couldn’t secure the feature. “It was big to me because it was unattainable,” Budden explained. “It was outside of my budget, but the blessing was that he gave a number.”

Nonetheless, Jay-Z was evidently a fan of the beat and would end up dropping a freestyle over the beat a month after Joe Budden released the official version. Hov’s freestyle appeared on his 2003 mixtape, The S. Carter Collection. He used the freestyle as an opportunity to fire back at the subliminal shots Budden had aimed at him.
