Uh-Oh! It looks like DaBaby stands accused – once again – of being homophobic. Now, you may remember a couple years ago he made some ill-advised statements that were taken as anti-gay. He steadfastly maintained that he was NOT doing that which he was accused of. Nevertheless, he has not been the same since that 2021 debacle. Most people believe he does not care much for gay folks. This stuff won’t help that notion.

More recently, somebody accused him of something sinister! So, there’s a new video by DaBaby and it is pretty good. But the sinister part is coming after the video. Check that out here:

So an ex-adult performer(pōrn star) known as Mustang recently took to social media to level accusations against DaBaby. Mustang alleges that he was involved in one of DaBaby’s recent music video shoots for “Ghetto Girls,” but was later removed from the production. Musty said the internet dropped a dime on him regarding his sexual orientation as a gay man and an adult film star.

“They definitely cut me from the whole video because ppl couldn’t congratulate me or applaud but had to bring attention to my sexuality which had nothing to do with the video or my performance,” he wrote on Instagram. “So to all the ppl who went out they way to expose a part of my life that didn’t have nothing to do with this project thank yall for getting me cancelled.” Some folks said his sex life was online and he said it wasn’t. At the end of the day, that shouldn’t impact his life, but…if you were in films, it should not surprise him they found out.

R&B Singer Miguel Does A Weird, Twisted Move To Go Viral

Miguel has been quietly cooking up the follow-up to his 2017 groove, ‘War & Leisure.’ Spring sprung some fresh vibes from the R&B maestro, dropping the jam “Give It To Me.” And just a hot minute back, he pulled up with “Number 9” featuring Lil Yachty. But that ain’t the end of the story, folks. Recently, he slid into the scene with Jessie Reyez, tag-teaming on “Jeans.”

Fast forward to last week – Miguel, the man behind the soon-to-drop masterpiece called ‘Viscera,’ hosted an ultra-exclusive soirée dubbed “The Viscera Experience” at Sony Pictures Studios in LA. What went down? Well, brace yourselves. Mickey served up some unreleased tracks straight from his next album, but there was a catch that has since gone viral.

Here’s the twist – in the midst of belting out “Rope” this dude Miguel was on some supernatural ish. He was suspended midair like some otherworldly being BY HIS SKIN. Yuck! This is quite a disturbing sight for me, at a least. He was looking like a mini Hellraiser. Rock artists have been on this in the past, but R&B and rap? Not so much.

On social media (Twitter and IG), he talked about where his head is at.

“Warming up thinking about life. Feel like all the work I’ve done in the last five years been leading up to this Friday and Saturday . I want you there if you can be. What is your relationship to change ? I’ll be exploring the violent and beautiful nature of change LIVE tonight with never before seen or heard performance art.”

So there you have it. Miguel is dropping music and art, all wrapped up into one big sonic universe.

Jacksonville, FL Authorities Confirm Racist Killed Three Black People

Mayor Donna Deegan as well as other authorities have confirmed that there were a “number of fatalities” after a “racially motivated” shooting incident at a local store. The event prompted a large deployment of law enforcement and personnel in the Northwest Jacksonville, Florida area.

The shooting, at a Dollar General a short distance from Edward Waters University, became the site of a murder scene that claimed the lives of three individuals, according to local new station News4JAX.

The victims, all of whom were Black, were murdered by an assailant driven by a “repugnant ideology of hate,” said Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters. The perp’s AR-15 even had swastikas drawn on it.

Sheriff Waters unequivocally labeled the incident as a manifestation of racial hatred, stating, “There is no ambiguity here – this shooting was motivated by racial prejudice, with the perpetrator harboring a deep-seated enmity towards Black individuals.”

Armed with both an AR-15-style rifle and a handgun, the assailant donned a tactical vest, methodically targeting and fatally shooting the three individuals – two men and one woman. Eventually, the perp turned the firearm upon himself.

Sheriff Waters said, “This is a dark day in Jacksonville’s history. As a member of this Jacksonville community, I am sickened by this cowardly shooter’s personal ideology of hate.”

Deegan said, “This is unacceptable. One shooting is too much but these mass shootings are really hard to take.”

Presently, specifics on the case were limited.

An eyewitness narrowly averted death because he left his money in his car. He went back to the vehicle, but heard gunfire coming from the inside of the Dollar General store.

The local community has been profoundly affected by this tragic episode, according to the authorities. There’s already been a prayer circle and vigil for those slain.

Councilwoman Ju’Coby Pittman expressed profound sorrow. “I’m tired of seeing all the shootings,” Pittman said tearfully. “The people in this community are hurting.”

The gunman died from a self-inflicted gunshot.

Erica Mena Among 3 “Love & Hip-Hop” Stars Arrested In Wild Bar Brawl

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Erica Mena was reportedly arrested at a Buckhead bar on Friday night (August 25). According to Fulton County inmate records, Mena was booked on charges of simple battery, simple battery against police officer, willful obstruction of law enforcement officers by use of threats or violence-felony and simple battery.

Fellow Love & Hip-Hop personalities Rodney Shaw (Zellswag) and Addie Richardson (Bambi Richardson) were also taken into custody. Atlanta resident Kareem Cadet—not related to the reality television franchise—was arrested as well.

Atlanta Police say they responded to Lucca Lounge at 11:40 p.m. local time due to a dispute on the property. Upon arrival, the responding officer observed three patrons in a physical altercation with the establishment’s security guards.

APD says the responding officer attempted to de-escalate the situation, but the suspects immediately turned physically aggressive towards him. Once they were finally escorted out of the building, they were placed under arrest.

Records indicate Mena hasn’t been released. She’s being held on $20,000 bond.

Erica Mena’s personal life has been the subject of ridicule in recent years. In 2022, she and her ex-husband, Safaree, welcomed another child in the midst of their divorce and custody battle. Just months prior, Mena filed court documents claiming the father of her children “failed to be involved in her care or to visit her at the hospital during her most recent stay, where she remained overnight for many days related to her pregnancy.”

The filing also stated Safaree was going to the public to get sympathy from fans, stating his petition for shared custody was a full stunt “in hopes of obtaining ‘good publicity’ and painting [Erica] as the instigator, while in actuality, [Erica’s] the only parent ensuring the parties’ children’s safety and acting in their best interest.”

Finesse2Tymes Arrested As Feds Execute 2018 Warrant

Finesse2Tymes has apparently been arrested. According to a post from the Rap-A-Lot Records rapper, it seems he might be looking at some federal time, but details are scarce. The Memphis native posted a message to his fans via Instagram Stories.

“These folks won’t let me be great, just came lock me up for a warrant in 2018,” he wrote. “I’ll be back yaw.” He added in a separate post, “What don’t break nyga make a nyga,” again ending it with the 100% emoji.

His last mention was a flick of him with black Versace slides and socks, saying, “I’m out numbered I gotta against the Feds, AND The opps.” This time he ended the message with a palm face slap emoji.

While there’s little information on this alleged 2018 federal case, the Houston Police Department recently issued a warrant for his arrest for stealing a rental car, according to ABC 13.

He was charged with felonious theft between $30,000 and $150,000, after his friend rented a $72,000 Infiniti QX80 SUV on February 28 from a Houston Enterprise rental and didn’t return it when it was supposed to be back on March 10.

The rapper had the car and told the rental company on April 20 that he had it in Atlanta. He claimed he would pay for it in a few days because his Zelle was “tied up.”

Police found the car outside the recording studio in Houston on April 25. AllHipHop.com previously reported he was charged for stealing the car, but those charges were dropped.

Donald Trump “N#####” Mugshot T-Shirts Hit The Market Thanks To Green Day

Donald Trump’s now-viral mugshot is the talk of the internet. It was only a matter of time before someone turned it into some kind of ephemera—someone other than Trump himself (which he did, by the way). The former president was booked at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta on Thursday (August 24) on felony charges related to his interference in the 2020 election. Veteran pop-punk band Green Day has decided to turn Trump’s misfortunate into a business opportunity.

On Friday (August 25), the band shared an Instagram photo of a black t-shirt that features the N##### album art with the original portraits replaced by the mugshot. The caption reads, “Good Riddance,” a nod to one of the album’s biggest hits. Proceeds from the shirt—priced at $35 and available for 72 hours—will go toward Greater Good Music, an organization currently helping bring food to the victims of the Maui wildfires.

Fulton County authorities took mug shots of Trump and the 18 other people charged in the case, which includes his lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Sidney Powell as well as his former chief of staff Mark Meadows. Trump was booked and released after quickly posting a $200,000 bond.

The Georgia case was the fourth indictment against Trump in a matter of months. He was previously indicted in two federal cases and a case in New York. Trump hired a new lawyer, Steve Sadow, before surrendering to authorities in Georgia.

“I have been retained to represent President Trump in the Fulton County, Georgia, case,” Sadow told ABC News. “The President should never have been indicted. He is innocent of all the charges brought against him. We look forward to the case being dismissed or, if necessary, an unbiased, open-minded jury finding the President not guilty. Prosecutions intended to advance or serve the ambitions and careers of political opponents of the President have no place in our justice system.”

Pop Culture Icon Bob Barker—Longtime Host Of “The Price Is Right”— Dead At 99

Pop culture legend Bob Barker, most famous for hosting famed game show “The Price Is Right,” has reportedly died. According to ABC News, longtime publicist Roger Neal confirmed Barker died at his home on Saturday morning (August 26). He was 99, just a few months shy of his centennial celebration.

Bob Barker took on the role of “The Price Is Right” host in September 1972. As part of the game, Barker would give the audience a chance to guess prices on everyday household items from couches to cars. Getting close to the actual price was the name of the game.

“I was 48 and didn’t have any thoughts about the rest of my life,” Barker told Entertainment Weekly in 2007. “It was just another show I thought I would have fun with and be well paid for. It’s a lot more fun to do than a person might realize. Each audience has its own personality. It’s like mining for gold. I’m looking for little gems with whom I can create spontaneous entertainment. It’s great satisfaction. I was right at home on ‘The Price Is Right’ the way I was on ‘Truth or Consequences.'”

He later told ABC News, “It’s a powerful premise. When we bring something out for the contestants to bid on, at home, they’re thinking, ‘Oh, that’s too high,’ or, ‘Oh, that’s too low, [or] ‘That’s a good bid. Whatever they’re thinking, they’re becoming involved.”

Barker won 19 Daytime Emmy Awards, including 14 for outstanding game show host, as well as a lifetime achievement award from the Daytime Emmys in 1995. He retired from “The Price Is Right” in 2007. Actor Drew Carey currently helms the show.

Joe Biden Makes Wise Crack Regard Donald Trump’s Historic Mugshot

President Joe Biden recently made a slick remark about his predecessor’s criminal mugshot. As previously reported by AllHipHop.com, former president Donald Trump was officially arrested, fingerprinted and booked earlier this week—complete with a defiant and grimacing mugshot.

Biden, along with most of the world, saw the mugshot and was asked to comment when stopped by reporters. While coming out of a pilates class in Lake Tahoe, he was asked about the mugshot and replied, “Handsome guy, wonderful guy.”

Trump’s mugshot was snapped at the Fulton County Jail in Georgia on Thursday (August 24), becoming the only U.S. president to undergo the booking process.

Trump has been hit with three indictments, including one in Fulton County for his alleged interference in the 2020 election. He and 18 others have been hit with multiple RICO charges by Fulton County D.A. Fani Willis.

Trump and his crony Rudy Giuliani have undergone the same embarrassment they once mocked and persecuted thousands of Black people in New York for having to have.

Joy Reid broke it down on MSNBC, saying, “I still remember that he made five teenagers my age take a mugshot. He wanted them not just take a mugshot, he wanted them dead.

“This was the Central Park 5 case, the Exonerated 5. And they were my age. So as a teenager living in New York, I despised Donald Trump because he to me signified the rich white guy in Manhattan that absolutely hated and despised me. They hated and despised my cousins, my friends, and everyone we knew.”

Reid also talked about how Trump and Giuliani said Black kids hanging out were “wilding, just because we were in the park,” and said she felt as though they couldn’t be “free to walk around in the street.”

“Giuliani and people like Trump persecuted black and brown people in New York,” she added. “It’s what they did for fun. It’s what they did for pleasure. They enjoyed it. They enjoyed lording over people who had nothing … who had no $1,000,000 lawyers. And so to me, this is justice.”

She was surprised and offended no other prosecutor made him take a mugshot. She then called Willis a “national hero” because she did something no one else did that aligned with the concept that all people are created equal under the constitution.

“She’s the only one who said these wealthy powerful privileged men and women are just American citizens,” she said, “and when they break the law, they will take that picture.”

Nicki Minaj’s Barbz Swarm After She Puts Swatter Suspect’s Real Name On Blast

Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, have been the target of several swatting incidents in recent months. On Wednesday (August 23), the platinum-selling rapper revealed the name of the person who police believe is behind the pranks.

“Stephanie Bell,” Minaj tweeted. “A warrant is in the system. Great detective work. So grateful. The DA filed one count for the swatting call and one for the false report to DCFS. To God be the glory.”

The problem? Stephanie Bell is a fairly common name and there are several women on Twitter (X) who are identified that way. The Barbz—Minaj’s diehard fanbase—quickly started attacking several women named Stephanie Bell on the social media platform, leading to confusion for many recipients of their wrath.

“I caught some flak on Twitter for being the wrong Stephanie Bell,” one of them wrote, while another said, “I’ve never been so angry at another Stephanie Bell. You’re f###ing it up for all of us.” A third Stephanie Bell wrote, “I have absolutely no idea what is happening on my Twitter. My only connection to Nicki is once I was in a French Connection in Vegas and tried on a coat and the sales associate told me Nicki wore it to court the day before. Of course I bought it right then, I still have it, and now we refer to the piece as ‘The Nicki.'”

Of course, this isn’t out of the norm for The Barbz. They routinely go into attack mode whenever they feel their “Queen” is wronged. Comments such as “Stephanie Bell your days are numbered,” “Ur over” and “Stephanie Bell you mentally handicapped jackass. Go to jail FOREVER” are par for the course.

The real Bell is facing two charges of deliberately reporting a false emergency. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

R. Kelly Victims Awarded $10.5M After Receiving Threats Regarding Participation In “Surviving” Doc

More justice is on the way for victims involved in disgraced R&B singer R. Kelly’s multi-generational abuse. The most recent ruling explains how he used his fame, wealth and power to stop them from telling their truths.

According to TMZ, six of the victims are set to receive approximately $10.5 million from the “Step In the Name of Love” singer and his ex-manager, Donnell Russell. The ruling against Kelly and Russell entails compensation ranging from $1.1 million to $2.25 million for each of the six women.

The women sued both Kelly and Russell after the two devised a plan to stop a New York City screening of the docu-series “Surviving R. Kelly” in December 2018 by implementing an intimidating campaign.

Their goons allegedly threatened not just the victims who participated in the documentary but also producers and A&E/Lifetime employees.

Many associated with the screening said Kelly’s goons called producers on the night of the NYC screening and said someone was coming to the screening “to shoot up the place.”

The victims say the incident triggered past trauma, leading to PTSD and panic attacks. The issue now is whether they’ll receive money connected to this lawsuit.

As previously reported by AllHipHop.com, R. Kelly is broke and the money received from his music sales, performance or radio spins will all go to various victims and a $3.5 million debt he owes to the Chicago studio shown in the documentary.

In fact, federal prosecutors are asking a judge to make Sony Music and Universal Music Publishing Group give the money directly to the victims, particularly the $504,289 he owes in victim restitution and fines.

One victim, Heather Williams, is owed $4 million after winning in a civil case against the recording artist. Earlier this year, a court ruling revealed R. Kelly had $1,544,333 in his Sony royalty account in 2020. But this was well before all hell broke out (or was revealed in criminal court cases).

Kelly used to have a net worth exceeding $100 million from writing and producing chart-topping tracks for icons such as Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Celine Dion.

In 2022, he has less than $28,000 in his prison account and has been mandated to make a $140,000 payment as part of his sentence.

In 2021, R. Kelly was convicted of sex trafficking and racketeering in New York and later received a 30-year prison term. He got another year in prison for child pornography and enticing minors in Chicago.

Havoc Has Prodigy Vocals Ready For New Mobb Deep Album + A Method Man Collab

It appears Havoc and Method Man are teaming up for a project amid the arrival of a new Mobb Deep album featuring unearthed vocals from the late Prodigy.

Havoc revealed his master plan during a recent interview in which he explained he worked with the estate of his deceased partner in rhyme to gain access to a vault of never-before-heard Prodigy vocals for the album.

“I’m actively working on a Mobb Deep album now, as we speak,” Havoc said. “The family blessed me with a bunch of vocals [by Prodigy] and soon as I leave here, I’m goin’ back to work.”

Considering it’s been essentially 17 years since an official Mobb Deep project was released, aside from compilations, this is a major announcement. However, there aren’t very many details on the arrival or timing of either of the records. Will they see the light of day before the end of 2023?

EXCLUSIVE: Casanova Says “Extraordinary Acceptance Of Responsibility” Warrants Sentence Reduction

Brooklyn rapper Casanova is asking for a reduction of his 15-year sentence, claiming his “extraordinary acceptance of responsibility” for racketeering with the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Bloods Gang warrants the reward. 

The foundation of his plea for leniency is his belief that his actions during an altercation at the Good Stuff Diner in New York in 2018 did not legally constitute a “robbery” under New York State law.

Casanova was one of 18 defendants charged in a sweeping Racketeering case for drug dealing, murder, attempted murder and other crimes committed by the Gorilla Stone gang. 

A significant portion of Casanova’s sentencing was over the incident where he removed a cellphone from Niya Rucker, who was recording him at the diner. Rucker claimed that Casanova’s associates assaulted, choked, cut, and broke her jaw while retrieving her phone to delete the footage. 

Subsequently, Casanova faced two counts of felony robbery. The rapper and his lawyer, Scott Leemon, refuted these accusations, with Leemon stating that Rucker left the diner with her phone, suggesting no robbery occurred.

Casanova’s motion for a reduction stresses that his actions did not meet the legal definition of a “robbery.” Robbery is defined as forceful stealing involving the use or threat of physical force during a larceny. Larceny requires an intent to permanently deprive someone of their property. 

Casanova’s defense posits that he had no intention of permanently keeping the cellphone, and since he returned it after deleting the video, his actions were neither larceny nor robbery.

Casanova’s acknowledgment of a crime he believes was more severe than what was actually committed demonstrates his extraordinary acceptance of responsibility. He does not challenge the validity of his conviction or sentence but believes his acceptance warrants a reduction in his prison term.

The rapper has also formally appealed the 15-year prison sentence after he renounced his membership in the gang and expressed a strong desire to sever all ties. 

However, this public dissociation came at a high personal cost. Shortly after his renouncement, Casanova was attacked within the confines of Essex County Jail on June 14, 2023 resulting in injuries that required stitches on both his head and hands.

In what world, might one ask? The same one where Marcus Jordan is apparently planning to wed Larsa Pippen. Maybe it’s too early to call, but both Plies and Bianca Censori might have to move out of the way in order for the stars to align in the Britney Spears and Kanye West power couple universe. I can already imagine what it would be like watching them shut down the Met Gala together in 2024—Kanye West will likely be wearing something covering his entire body from head to toe and Britney Spears will probably bring a mob of 20 backup dancers for her routine during her walk to the staircase photo-op. Cardi B: No More Collaborations Until My Next Solo Single

2018’s Invasion of Privacy album produced Diamond-certified singles and broke chart records, but Cardi B fans have been waiting five years for her second studio LP.

Cardi B recently spoke about her next official body of work. During a cover story interview with Vogue Mexico magazine, the Bronx native shared an update on the upcoming sophomore album.

“I’m not going to release any more collaborations, I’m going to put out my next solo single. Right now I’m working on the cover art and ideas for the next record because it’s definitely coming up,” said Cardi in Spanish.

Cardi B went on an impressive feature run over the last two years. She created standout verses on songs with Kay Flock (“Shake It”), GloRilla (“Tomorrow 2”), Latto (“Put It on da Floor Again”), FendiDa Rappa (“Point Me 2”), and Offset (“Jealousy”).

“Everyone always tells me I should put the record out now, they did when I released ‘Wap’ [with Megan Thee Stallion] and when I released ‘Up,’ but I always let them know I’m not going to wait long after all these singles,” Cardi declared.

It has been two years since Cardi released a solo single. “Up” dropped in February 2021. The track peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The Recording Industry Association of America certified “Up” as 2x-Platinum.

Cardi B also made it to the top of the Hot 100 chart with “WAP” featuring Megan Thee Stallion. That 2020 collaboration remained at No. 1 for four weeks and became the first Billboard Global 200 chart-topper. “WAP” earned 7x-Platinum certification from the RIAA.

Invasion of Privacy opened at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart by racking up 255,000 first-week units. Cardi’s debut album broke the record for the longest-charting female rap album of all time. Additionally, Invasion of Privacy won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Album.

Tyga Fires Back At Blac Chyna After She Tries To Collect Child Support From Him

Tyga dismissed Blac Chyna’s need for child support shortly after she filed paperwork to collect money for their 10-year-old son. The rapper reacted to his ex’s attempt to obtain child support after several outlets published details about the case on Friday (August 25).

“10 years later…nah…stick to ur schedule sat-mon,” Tyga wrote in a comment on Instagram.

Blac Chyna, whose real name is Angela White, sought joint custody of her son with Tyga. She wanted to legally establish the child’s paternity, deeming it to be in the “best interest of the child.”

“The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party,” the filing read.

Blac Chyna previously revealed she received no child support from Tyga or her ex Rob Kardashian in 2021. At the time, she seemed content with the arrangement.

“I feel like if they’re doing their part on their end, and I’m doing mine, that’s perfectly fine and the best co-parenting,” she said in 2021.

A year later, Blac Chyna claimed she gave up three cars to take care of children. She once again mentioned her lack of child support. Tyga insisted there was no reason for him to pay her.

“I pay 40k a year for my son school & he lives w me mon- sat,” he wrote in response to her 2022 complaints. “Why would I pay child support lol.”

Blac Chyna and Tyga await a judge’s ruling on her request for child support. The exact amount of money she’s seeking hasn’t been disclosed.

YNW Melly Double Murder Case: Complaint Filed Against Lead Detective

YNW Melly’s mother, Jamie King, has reportedly filed a complaint against the lead detective in her son’s double murder case. According to NBC6 Miami, King’s attorney Stuart Adelstein filed a Brady motion Wednesday (August 23) asking the prosecution to turn over exculpatory evidence.

“(The defense team) has recently learned that the lead detective, Detective M. Moretti, is under investigation and that an Assistant State Attorney has given a statement concerning an incident involving excessive force used by him against a potential witness in this case,” Adelstein wrote in the filing.

Miramar Police told NBC6 they received the complaint from King’s lawyer and were looking into it. They added Moretti, a 20-year veteran, has never been under any type of administrative investigation.

YNW Melly is still in jail awaiting a re-trial in his double murder case. His July proceedings ended in a mistrial. Melly stands accused of fatally shooting his childhood friends and fellow rappers, YNW Sakchaser and YNW Juvy, in October 2018.

Melly, Sakchaser and Juvy were riding in a Jeep driven by YNW Bortlen following a recording session in Fort Lauderdale, when Melly allegedly shot them. Authorities said Melly and Bortlen then staged a crime scene to resemble a drive-by shooting. Melly pleaded not guilty shortly after his 2019 arrest. He faces a possible death sentence if convicted.

Ez Mil strives to be an innovator. Eminem and Dr. Dre’s latest signee envisioned himself creating a new genre of music when asked about his career path in an interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur.

“Because of all the things that I’ve done and gotten myself into in terms of the musical variety, I want to hone all of that,” Ez Mil said. “This is just looking further, further down the road. [My path is] probably to create a genre.”

He continued, “Another blip in the category where these new artists—cause I relate to them. If they go on DistroKid and start putting some stuff out there and that would be one of the categories, one of those genres … That’s the goal.”

Ez Mil already had a name in mind for his genre, but he wasn’t ready to reveal it.

“I’m still in the drafts of it right now,” he told AllHipHop.

Eminem and Dr. Dre announced their signing of Ez Mil in July. The Las Vegas-based rapper inked a joint deal with Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records.

Ez Mil’s song “Up Down (Step & Walk)” caught the attention of Eminem. Slim Shady said his new artist was “really special.” Dr. Dre agreed.

“Em played me Ez and I had that feeling…that thing that happens when we both know we’ve found something special,” Dr. Dre said. “And that was it.”

Gunplay’s Wife Shares Graphic Details About Their Violent Relationship; Says He Choked Their Child

Gunplay was arrested earlier this week on several charges stemming from a domestic violence incident. His estranged wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, claimed he pointed a rifle at her and their six-month-old daughter after she asked him to be quiet while playing his Xbox.

On Thursday (August 24), Taylor-Morales opened up about their violent relationship. According to Taylor-Morales, she’s been thinking about divorce since June after an attempt at therapy was fruitless. She also clarified a particular Instagram Live was different from the one filmed around the same time the incident occurred.

“This entire situation is sickening….. that Live you guys are trying to use as the event is FALSE,” she explained. “That is his studio in our laundry room. Two entire different situations and events. The video game is in our bedroom. Tensions been high in the house, I’ve been fed up with a lot of stuff. I was already looking for a divorce in June. He was begging me not to leave. He said he would do therapy and I tried it. He went to one session and never did it again.”

Taylor-Morales also shared a screenshot of Gunplay allegedly asking his lawyer, Michael Grieco, for bond. She believes that’s evidence of guilt. She continued,” Do you guys understand how unhinged he was to break a porcelain sink after I left!!!! If he didn’t do anything and I’m ‘exaggerating’ why the hell did he reach out to a lawyer asking for a bond in the midst of all this drama? That’s a innocent person?

“He in jail contacting my friends and family trying to have me drop the charges. Now he in jail having HIS friends talk to me and about me online CRAZY. I hope the justice system doesn’t fail another black woman and child. If they do, he still will NEVER be able to be around me or my child. It doesn’t matter however y’all spin it. Pulling a gun out on your family and then choking a child in the midst is UNACCEPTABLE.”

Gunplay—real name Richard Morales Jr.—was arrested in Miami on Sunday (August 20). According to a Miami-Dade County inmate search, the rapper was taken into custody on multiple charges, including assault with a deadly weapon, false imprisonment and child abuse. Taylor-Morales has obtained a restraining order and is in the process of filling for divorce.
