T$AN Announces “Till The Death of Me” Is Dropping 4/22/22

T$AN is a versatile rapper, who includes all different genres throughout his music. He isn’t the kind of artist to write down his lyrics, but instead, he has the talent to freestyle. Freestyle to him is more about that individual moment you record the line which helps to keep his mind decluttered.  Lucky for those of you reading this because he just announced he is dropping his long-awaited 22-track project “Till The Death of Me” which it will take you on a wild ride of pure heat! The project will release on 4/22/22 and marks his first major release since his departure from Columbia Records.

T$AN is a Georgia native who has moved around a lot but is now living in Philadelphia. He fell in love with music during his senior year of high school, and never looked back. From an impromptu collaboration with rapper Lil Uzi Vert early in his career to tastemaker and No Jumper Podcast giant @Adam 22  proclaiming that T$AN would “be a big star,” TSAN has spent the last 18-months cultivating his base of dedicated fans while working overtime to perfect his own sound.

He knew of his love of music since he was a child. He goes on to say “I would freestyle with my friends for fun at the lunch table all throughout middle and high school before finally recording my first song just playing around the summer after my Junior year of HS. I fell in love with making music as soon as I made it and started teaching myself how to record.”

Switching from basketball to music has really paid off for T$AN. His song “Birds Eye View” has over 1,000,000 streams across platforms, and his song “Str8 Drop” has 202k on Soundcloud independently.

Make sure to keep an eye out for his project “Till The Death of Me” dropping later this month and in the meantime, you can tap in with him below!

BFM Cooley Reflects On His Inspirations And Describes His Sound As “Versatile”

BFM Cooley is taking off in Hip-Hop scene and quick! When he was as young as 11-years-old, he found his inspiration from music artists he looked up to, which are now some of the greats to do it in the game. He now recognizes the comparison in music that might happen along the way.

The Florida rapper shared that he finds his inspiration from well-known and respected artists in the game, such as Gucci Mane, Jeezy, and Gotti, who showcase hustle. Although he enjoys rockin’ with these artists’ music and the vibes it brings, he would much rather disregard any comparison, remain true to himself and work with what fits best for him.

“I kinda just stay in my own lane,” BFM Cooley expressed. “ My influences come from seeing the hustle that they [his inspirations] may have put in knowing I could keep hustling myself and come up too.”

Although the music industry often compares artists by their sound, BFM Cooley doesn’t like to feel boxed in. Instead, he expresses his music as “versatile,” since he’s not afraid to step out of his comfort zone and just do what he loves with the music.

Fresh off his latest release mid last year, Bfm Cooley recently took to Instagram to announce that he is releasing his next single “Take Off.” So far the response to the release has gotten a lot of great feedback! Stay tuned for the single dropping 4/11/22!

Michael Perrow peers into the minds of his fans through his new song “Let’s Escape”

The debut of Michael Perrow’s new single has shocked the music industry to its core. Recently, a new album titled “Let’s Escape” was made available to the public. And it’s been performing very well thus far. The song has received a warm reception from the public, and it appears to be a big hit.

An up-and-comer in the music industry, Michael Perrow is more well-known as a creative thinker. Michael Perrow is well-versed in the demands of musicians, artists, and influencers, as seen by his clients. He’s mastered the ability to recognize a person’s wants and requirements. This is a skill he brings to his music as well.

The goal of Michael Perrow’s “Let’s Escape” project was to meet their need for music. There’s a sense in which Michael Perrow listened to what people were listening to before creating this song. As a result, listening to music has become a pleasure. You’re stuck listening to the music again and again.

Pete Davidson Rides Around With Kanye West’s Daughter In Pink Motor Cart

Kanye West is about to lose his mind after seeing pictures of Pete Davidson driving around with his oldest daughter in a pink motor cart.

Paparazzi are starting trouble after snapping a candid flick of Kim Kardashian’s comedian boyfriend and North West hanging out on late Sunday afternoon in a gated community in Los Angeles, that TMZ alleges is Scott Disick’s home.

Photographs show the couple cruising around in a pink electric MOKE car for about half an hour. Sources say also riding in the buggy was Penelope Disick, North’s cousin.

Yeezy has expressed his disdain for the “Saturday Night Live” cast member. In his new song “Eazy” featuring The Game on his new album, DONDA 2.

The song is a nod to the West Coast rap pioneer Eazy E, the founder of Ruthless Records and the pivotal group N.W.A.

N.W.A., often known as the most influential rap collective of the West Coast, was the launching pad for producer Dr. Dre, who started Aftermath Records, the label that gave 50 Cent his own imprint, to which The Game was once signed.

AllHipHop.com reported on the video for the song, noting in one scene the producer kidnaps Davidson and later decapitates his head.

West addressed the violence in the video aimed at the guy now dating his ex-wife. He wrote on his Instagram, “Art is therapy just like this view. Art is protected as freedom of speech. Art inspires and simplifies the world. Art is not a proxy for any ill or harm. Any suggestion otherwise about my art is false and mal intended.”

Kim still thinks Kanye’s constant inclusion of Davidson in his art and social media discussions will prompt one of his fans to hurt her new boo.

No word on what Kim or Kanye will say about the new pics.

August Alsina Reportedly Writing Tell-All About Sex Life With Jada

I almost cannot believe it. August Alsina is reportedly riding his wave of fame through Jada Pinkett Smith and poor Will Smith. The one-time hot like fire singer is now reduced to exploiting the controversy.

The “entanglement” between him and Jada Pinkett Smith may actually result in more than just a song. As you know August Alsina recently released a song that once again reestablish that he was Jada’s lover. “Well, of course, some s##t is bound to go down when you tangled up with the world’s favorite,” he sang. However, it looks like he’s going to take it a step further. According to The Sun, the singer is going to actually go so far as to write and release a book telling all about their love life.

On top of that, the report says that a lot of the focus will be on their actual sex and her sexual behaviors. It sounds extremely explicit to me and I don’t know if it’s a good idea. But, even bad ideas can sell a lot of units. So the people that I have polled informally are already set to buy this book.

August seems to have quite a fanbase of women, so I am not sure if this will NOT bode well with them. And men? I don’t think men care either way. But as soon as the book drops the most salacious parts are certainly going to be extracted and distributed accordingly.

I find it extremely interesting that people are really p##### off about this. But this is the world that we have created and this is the world that the Smiths have also unwittingly participated in. Hopefully, this book never drops. The circus is really running rampant right now.

And no more Red Table Talks either!

Rap Legend Kidd Creole From Grandmaster Flash & Furious Five Found Guilty of Manslaughter

Kidd Creole was found guilty of first-degree manslaughter for stabbing a homeless man to death in 2017. The Manhattan Supreme Court jury reached their verdict just hours after lawyers presented their closing arguments on Wednesday (Apr. 6).

Kidd Creole encountered homeless John Jolly while walking through midtown Manhattan on his way to work on August 1, 2017. The two exchanged words before the former artist stabbed Jolly twice in the torso with a steak knife. He was taken to hospital where he died of his stab wounds shortly thereafter.

The next day, New York City police arrested Kidd Creole, whose real name is Nathaniel Glover, and charged him with second-degree murder. AllHipHop reported the rap pioneer and founding member of Grandmaster Flash and the Furious Five was arrested and held without bail back in August 2017.

During his police interview, Kidd Creole claimed he thought Jolly was trying to pick him up. “To tell the truth, I thought he was gay and because I thought he was gay, and he was saying that to me, ‘what’s up,’ I was thinking that he was thinking [that] I was gay,” Glover said. “So I was a little annoyed by that.

“He approached me. I got a little nervous,” Glover stated. “So then I tried to back up a little bit, and he moved forward, and then I just took the knife and stabbed him … I wish I never would have seen him. It’s all my fault, because I chose to stab him. I have to take responsibility for that.”

Kidd Creole has been held in the notorious Rikers Island jail complex since his arrest. He is expected to be sentenced on May 4 and faces and maximum of 25 years in prison.

Coi Leray Reveals She Auditioned For ‘Euphoria’

Coi Leray is already establishing herself as a recording artist on the rise. Apparently, the 24-year-old rapper also has an interest in being part of the cast for Euphoria.

Yesterday, Coi Leray interacted with some of her fans on social media. One Twitter user asked the “No More Parties” performer about potentially taking on acting roles in the future.

Leray shocked some people with her response. The Boston-raised entertainer tweeted back, “Yea I auditioned for Euphoria lol but I didn’t get the role!! But I wanna try again!!!”

Before Coi Leray takes on-screen gigs in the future, the 2021 XXL Freshman will release her debut album. Trendsetter hits DSPs on April 8. The project’s tracklist features Nicki Minaj, G Herbo, H.E.R., Lil Durk, Pooh Shiesty, and more.

Euphoria Found Commercial & Critical Success

HBO’s Euphoria already has a Hip Hop connection because Aubrey Drake Graham is an executive producer. The Sam Levinson-created show also stars actress/singer Zendaya in the lead role. Zendaya won an Emmy for playing Euphoria‘s Ruby “Rue” Bennett.

The second season of the critically-acclaimed television drama series drew impressive viewership numbers for HBO. The cable network renewed the program for a third season.

“Sam, Zendaya, and the entire cast and crew of Euphoria have taken Season 2 to extraordinary heights, challenging narrative convention and form, while maintaining its heart,” stated Francesca Orsi, Executive Vice President, HBO Programming.

Francesca Orsi continued, “We couldn’t be more honored to work with this gifted, wildly talented team or more excited to continue our journey with them into Season 3.”

August Alsina Says He’s Celibate In Order To Summon Energy For Cast Spells

August Alsina made countless headlines over the last several years because of his “entanglement” with Jada Pinkett Smith. That relationship between Alsina and Will Smith’s wife became a sex scandal that captured the public’s attention.

Apparently, August Alsina has now chosen the path of celibacy at this time in his life. The 29-year-old R&B singer/songwriter informed his one million Twitter followers that he is not engaging in any sexual intercourse.

“I ain’t having sex, I gotta keep harnessing my energy and life force to continue summoning energy for all the spells that’s been [cast] 🧙‍♂️ 🧘‍♂️,” wrote Alsina on Tuesday in response to an online fan.

While he referred to witchcraft in that April 5 tweet, August Alsina also tweeted about the Christian messiah Jesus Christ later that day. The New Orleans native posted a thankful prayer on the social media platform.

“They Hated Jesus too Slime. Everybody wanna play Jesus, til it’s crucifixion time. Thank You, God, for sending your SUN (SoN) 🌞 🙏🏽 to come and pay for the price, & carry all of the [spewed] hate, projected hurt, & emotional pain within one, being transmitted thru words 2 another,” posted Alsina.

August Alsina Entangled With A Married Jada

Back in 2020, August Alsina sat down with media personality Angela Yee for an exclusive interview. That conversation included Alsina revealing his relationship with Girls Trip actress Jada Pinkett Smith.

A few weeks later, Jada Pinkett Smith presented an episode of her Red Table Talk show with Will Smith as the guest. The celebrity couple discussed Jada hooking up with August while she was temporarily separated from Will.

“Jada Brings Herself to the Table” introduced “entanglement” as a euphemism for an extramarital affair into the public lexicon. August Alsina later released a single titled “Entanglements” featuring Miami-bred rapper Rick Ross. The track debuted at #7 on Billboard‘s Hot R&B Songs chart.

Bia Announces “London” Collaboration With J. Cole

Massachusetts-bred rapper Bia is returning with new music soon. The RCA recording artist tagged a Hip Hop heavyweight to appear on the forthcoming song.

Bia will drop her latest single “London” on Friday, April 8. She recruited Dreamville Records co-founder J. Cole as a guest feature for the collaboration.

Previously, Bia connected with another rap legend on wax. “London” will follow 2021’s “Whole Lotta Money (Remix)” featuring Nicki Minaj.

“Whole Lotta Money (Remix)” is Bia’s highest-charting song on the Hot 100, to date. That Nicki Minaj-assisted track peaked at #16 on Billboard‘s weekly rankings.

Bia also scored a Platinum-certified hit as a feature on “Best on Earth” by Russ. “Best on Earth” received a public co-sign from Rihanna and climbed to #46 on the Hot 100 in 2019.

“Bro, I went to the actual studio, and got in the actual booth and rapped with RUSS, NICKI, and COLE!!! That’s f##### legend. I’m shook with myself honestly 🥺😢😢😢😭🔥🔥🔥🔥✍🏾✍🏾✍🏾,” tweeted Bia on Wednesday.

Bia started off the year by being named to Spotify’s 2022 Most Necessary Artists To Watch list. The streaming service also selected other Hip Hop acts such as Nardo Wick and EST Gee.

J. Cole went on a historic run of features in 2018 and 2019. During that period, the North Carolinian recorded songs with Royce da 5’9, 21 Savage, Travis Scott, and more. This year has seen Cole connect with Benny the Butcher and YG.

In addition, Dreamville recently released D-Day: A Gangsta Grillz Mixtape with DJ Drama. The project included contributions by J. Cole, Ari Lennox, J.I.D, EarthGang, 2 Chainz, A$AP Ferg, and others.

Big Daddy Kane Happy Verzuz Battle With Rakim Never Happened

When hip-hop legends Big Daddy Kane and KRS-One came together to give the culture an iconic Verzuz showdown in October, many fans asked why Rakim wasn’t up there against Kane.

Although both emcees discussed the possibility of an epic Big Daddy Kane X Rakim Verzuz, it failed to materialize.

Kane revealed why it didn’t go down during a recent appearance on Math Hoffa’s My Expert Opinion podcast.

Math Hoffa asked why the clash failed to happen despite it being the pairing that fans wanted to see. “I believe that’s what everybody think they wanted to see,” said Big Daddy Kane. “That’s who they were trying to make the Verzuz happen with,” he added.

However, he says the reason it didn’t happen is that the “energy” would have been off. A battle during the pandemic would have been “dope,” though not on a big stage, says Kane.

“He would have been sitting in the comfort of his living room,” he explained. “I’m sitting in the comfort of my living room, and we just going through songs over IG, right?”

Big Daddy Kane continued, “But me and him standing on a stage together? “Nah, I think what people got is what they needed.” He added that a Verzuz with KRS-One who “has a lot of energy,” and “real strong battle skills,” was more fitting.

Host Math Hoffa then interrupted with his own clarification. “If you’re reading between the lines like I am, he’s basically saying Rakim is not the showman he is. So it would have been a wash for you to see him on a huge stage,” he added.

“That’s not what I’m saying,” said Big Daddy Kane interjecting. The other guests, including Mike Epps, then continued to debate the subject.

The Weeknd Threatens To Back Out Of Coachella, Demands Same Pay As Kanye West

The Weeknd wants the same bag Kanye West was due to receive for headlining Coachella and reportedly threatened to pull out if organizers failed to stump up the case.

As AllHipHop reported, The Weekend was slated to replace Ye after he pulled out earlier this week. He is demanding he gets paid the same amount as the rapper, otherwise he won’t perform, according to a report from Page Six.

Kanye West was apparently due to receive $8 million, plus a $500,000 production fee for his set at the festival. He withdrew, leaving Coachella with less than two weeks to find a replacement. The Weeknd wants organizers to match Ye’s fee if they want him to show up.

Page Six claims to have received information from their sources that Coachella wanted to pay the “Blinding Lights” singer much less. “Just a few million,” the source said. “The festival would pocket the rest.”

Furthermore, they say that the new line-up was made public despite the deal not being agreed upon. The Weeknd then “threatened to pull out at an hour’s notice” if the Ye deal wasn’t matched. Negotiations were finally completed on Wednesday and they “agreed to pay The Weeknd the same money” as Ye.

The Weeknd shared the festival flyer for the festival on his socials on Wednesday, confirming his appearance.

Academy Moves Up Board Meeting To Determine “Possible Sanctions” From Will Smith Slap

The fallout from the slap Will Smith gave Chris Rock at this year’s Oscars continues.

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will meet this Friday to discuss any “possible sanctions” Will Smith will face following the incident on March 27. They had planned to convene on April 18 but will now meet on April 8 instead.

“The April 18 date was set in accordance with California law and our Standards of Conduct because our agenda included possible suspension or expulsion of Mr. Smith from membership,” a letter to the Board of Governors, signed by Academy president David Rubin, stated. “We were required to provide Mr. Smith notice 15 days prior to the board meeting at which such action might be taken, and also give him the opportunity to provide the board a written statement no less than five days prior to that meeting.”

A “heartbroken” Will Smith freely resigned on April 1 and took full responsibility for slapping the comedian. His resignation letter read in part:

“My actions at the 94th Academy Awards presentation were shocking, painful, and inexcusable. The list of those I have hurt is long and includes Chris, his family, many of my dear friends and loved ones, all those in attendance, and global audiences at home. I betrayed the trust of the Academy. I deprived other nominees and winners of their opportunity to celebrate and be celebrated for their extraordinary work.”

In light of Will Smith’s resignation, Rubin wrote that “suspension or expulsion are no longer” on the table.

He added, “the legally prescribed timeline no longer applies. It is in the best interest of all involved for this to be handled in a timely fashion.”

Nicki Minaj Reveals Hilarious Adele Impersonation On “Carpool Karaoke”

Nicki Minaj proved a stellar guest for the return of James Corden’s “Carpool Karaoke” segment on The Late Late Show after a two-year absence.

The rap icon was trending No.1 on Twitter as viewers tuned in and clips began to circulate. One that garnered the most attention was a spot-on Adele impersonation.

Nicki Minaj is well known for her alter-egos, including her self-professed favorite, Brit, Roman Zolanski. However, it turns out her impression of British pop superstar Adele is scarily accurate and hilarious at the same time.

Nicki Does Adele

“People pay for these sort of viral moments, you know what I mean?!” Minaj said, mimicking Adele’s voice.

When Corden asked her opinion of Adele’s rendition of Minaj’s “Monster” verse in a previous segment she replied: “It made me so, so happy. She embodied Nicki Minaj!”

James Corden also showed off his beatbox skills while Nicki rapped a freestyle. “You did good though,” she told him. “On the white scale, it wasn’t that white.”

Elsewhere during the segment, Nicki Minaj opened up about her struggles with anxiety and facing public scrutiny.

“I think when I was younger, probably my more natural state was to be more confident. But I think when you are a woman and you’re in the public eye all the time, if you’re not careful, you can become less confident because you’re being constantly scrutinized,” she said. She also explained that chewing ice relieves her anxiety. “It’s not natural for a human being to just always feel like everyone’s critiquing them.”

In contrast, Nicki felt “an amazing sense of freedom” at the start of her career because “nobody gave a f###” about what she was doing. “It goes from that to the complete, complete opposite,” she revealed. “If I blink my eye wrong, they’ll have a story made up about why I blinked my eye that way,” she said. Watch it below.

His pursuit of success exemplifies persistence, patience, and tenacity from when he was a young boy. An Inside Look into Nick Luevano’s Journey from the Streets to the Stage

People want to achieve success without going through challenges which is a crucial part of the journey. Many people with success stories have become bestsellers because people found glitz and glamor in them that they often dreamt of. What they don’t see is persistence, hard work, late nights, discipline, and sacrifices. Nick Luevano, the famous pop artist, and rapper also believed in the glitzy world of the music industry as a 19-year-old until he had a reality check that changed his perception of life.

Nick Luevano was born in a middle-class family in Cleveland Ohio. At the age of 3, Nick lost both his parents in a car accident. With no one to take care of him, Nick ended up in foster care, which was known for its harsh treatment of children. It was during this time Nick developed a passion for music and dreamed of becoming a pop star like Michael Jackson or Stevie Wonder. Nick had little to no idea of the real world and its challenges.

At the age of 19, he moved to Los Angeles with a dream to work with one of the top record labels in the city. He was constantly being rejected at auditions. These experiences momentarily deterred him. He got his first big break performing at a club. That night, Nick rocked the floor. He kept the crowd alive throughout the night. Since then, Nick has never looked back.

Today he is a resident DJ in three elite clubs in Miami. Electrifying music, groovy rhythms, and a blazing message about society mark the signature style of Nick and will be the same in the coming years also.

The New Kid In Town: P.O. Breezy Is On His Way

The music industry is getting ready to be shaken up by the stylistic melodies and cadences of upcoming hip-hop artist P.O. Breezy. New to the game, but already hustling, he tells us he’s gearing up to release a few singles and a possible Rap/R&B E.P. His latest release is a single titled “Everything I Do”, which is now currently available on all digital streaming platforms. Many artists are self-proclaimed loners, but not P.O. He says that anywhere he goes, he’s trying to pull up with his people, but at the same time, he’s not afraid to roll solo for something important.

He’s also an original artist. Unlike a lot of new and popular artists, he actually writes every lyric and bar in his music; so if you’re not familiar with it, now is the chance to hop on the wave. He has been extremely consistent and even tells us that he will be releasing a new song later this month or early May. P.O. and his team are not playing around, don’t miss out!
