DaBaby Goes Viral After Punching His Artist Wisdom; Social Media Erupts With Comments

Rapper DaBaby is known for throwing hands at the drop of a hat.

It may not be so surprising that he has been videotaped in yet another squabble. What is surprising is that he was caught on cam fighting his own artist, Wisdom.

The in-house throw down backstage at a concert in South Carolina on Friday, April 22nd, has gone viral.

https://twitter.com/NoPauseTv_/status/1517769714482692096?s=20&t=6769xnT5mN5Xv6KtVHKgDA

Footage shows the Billboard Award-winner swinging first, seemingly hitting the guy with a double backspin move. After the really quick boxing match, the two men argued before others in the entourage separated the two.

DaBaby headlined a show at the Colonial Life Arena on the night of the altercation. It is unsure if the two were backstage at this event when this incident occurred.

People are responding on social media, mostly pointing at his proclivity to initiate violence.

“This n#### DaBaby out here making assault cases like he’s trying to beat his assault speedrun PB” Tiger Backwoods remarked.

“Bruh one of these days Dababy is gunna try and sucker punch the wrong one and get stretched My mans is too little to be acting this aggressive,” one person wrote.

Another person tweeted, “What is wrong with DaBaby. Dude always in the news for the wrong reasons.”

“That’s dababy Artists that took a punch after he twirl seems like his guy was gonna win this fight if it wasnt for dababy’s pawns,” Sicko Flow surmised.

The rapper, whose name is Wisdom Awute, is signed to DaBaby’s own label, Billon Dollar Baby Entertainment, and released his debut studio album, Up N’ Coming October 2021.

As reported by AllHipHop.com, earlier that year, Wisdom was arrested for attempted murder in connection to a shooting in the Miami South Beach area.

According to the victim, the genesis of the altercation was when Wisdom’s vehicle’s car door bumped into his family’s truck. Wisdom shot the victim twice in his leg and was swiftly charged with attempted first-degree murder and aggravated assault with a. weapon.

The man, whose name is Ernesto Delgado, said in an interview about the night, “I looked down. Blood everywhere, you know. I was scared. I was thinking about my daughter. Like, ‘You gotta make it home.”

DaBaby reportedly bailed Wisdom out at the time — back when they were on friendlier terms.

Azealia Banks Blacks Out On Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion, SZA, And More

It is the end of the week, and while most people are still basking in the afterglow of the holy season, Azealia Banks has chosen to sharpen up her “proverbial” pitchfork and bring hellfire to her colleagues in the industry.

Like the biblical character from certain Abrahamic sects, she is breaking out the sinful art of tongue-lashing and serving up a host of artists, as only she can. No one was spared on her Instagram story rant.

She started the storytime rants by aiming at rappers who claim she is not “Hip-Hop,” questioning if their cultural measuring sticks are the guns they adore.

“Any of you mother###kers have anything to say about whether or not Azealia Banks is Hip-Hop (or whatever the f##k you guys think Hip-Hop is), let me just break it down to you guys,” she started.

“With all these guns and gangster s##t (and whatever the f##k you guys think you are) putting out into the world …You know you guys are carrying guns.”

She continued, “You guys are not carrying guns to shoot at police or carrying guns to shoot at white people. You aren’t carrying guns to shoot at white rappers. You’re carrying guns to kill each other.”

“Now, if that is not the most p##sy f##king s### in the world!”

Azealia Banks then turned her attention to the rap collective, Top Dawg Entertainment, once responsible for the success of modern-day spit kickers like AB-Soul, Schoolboy Q and Kendrick Lamar.

The “212” rapper said they are the best examples of “p##sy,” pointing to a recently leaked same gender-loving sex tape with point guard emcee Isaiah Rashad.

She hopped off that subject to address the only female in the crew, SZA calling her a “Snoozefest.”

“You got SZA, a f##king snooze fest, boring,” she joked as she likened her to cocoa butter or shea butter and categorized her music as only celebrating “Black woman woes.”

“Well, maybe I would probably be trying to find myself too … If I saw my ex like s##king a c##k on f##king camera,” she mocks, referencing Isaiah Rashad’s leaked sext tape and he and SZA’s past relationship.

SZA was not the only lady in the industry that got the heat. She also aimed Rico Nasty accusing her of doing hard drugs, saying she is taking “bathtub boogie” and “crockpot crystals.”

She said that all the Roc Nation girls are “f##king fried.”

When she talked about Rihanna, Azealia Banks said she was “pregnant by a guy who pays for play. I could have told you that, girl!”

Banks also took shots at Meg thee Stallion saying she reminds her of Shirley Caesar’s Thanksgiving song, “Beans, Greens, Potatoes, Tomatoes.”

Her last rant was targeted at female rappers hopping on challenges and making rap songs for free on the internet. Banks said, “I don’t do anything I do well for free.”

“You know that Nicki Minaj remix challenge … why don’t you go over there and do that for free.”

Ms. “Grand Scam” pointed out how the Queens femcee always brags about her money and calls other women in rap “her sons,” yet so many are “working” for her “for free,” making her songs hot and providing free content.

In one clean swoop, she burnt all of TDE, with a special singe on SZA and Isaiah Rashad, Rico Nasty, Meg thee Stallion, Dawn Richards, Doechii, and Nicki Minaj. The weekend is just starting … we wonder who is next on her list.

Norbes Is About To Lose Epic Battle With URL

Ultimate Rap League is on the verge of winning its lawsuit against former talent scout Norbes by default.

According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, URL asked for a default judgment after Norbes didn’t respond to its copyright infringement lawsuit. The company sued him for allegedly profiting off pirated streams shared in his private Facebook group.

URL filed its initial complaint with the court on March 3. Norbes, whose real name is Dagoberto Velez, was served with the lawsuit on March 22. He needed to respond within due within 21 days, but the April 12 deadline came and went with no answer.

“I, Brenna B. Mahoney, Clerk of Court of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, do hereby certify that the defendant, Dagoberto Velez, has not filed an answer or otherwise moved with respect to the complaint herein,” the court clerk confirmed. “The default of defendant Dagoberto Velez is hereby noted pursuant to Rule 55(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.”

URL cut ties with Norbes over “unprofessional conduct” in 2020. URL claimed he began engaging in underhanded tactics to undermine the company after his own lawsuit failed.

The battle rap league suggested maximum statutory damages of $150,000 for each copyrighted work that was pirated in its lawsuit. URL also requested a permanent injunction to stop Norbes’ alleged infringement.

Nicki Minaj Traded In Her “Pills And Potion” Says She Is Happiest Sober

Being a mother is having an amazing impact on rapper Nicki Minaj. The chart-topper says now she is at her happiest when she is sober, versus finding joy in alcohol and narcotics.

The Queens native shared the new awareness on social media. She tweeted, “I used to b happy when I was high. Now I’m happy when I’m sober. No judgement to anyone. Be gentle with yourself.”

It seems she is not the only one. A fan @DevonShmitty bumped a tweet from another rapper who shared how “happy” he is sober.

The Twitter used pointed out that her former boyfriend, Meek Mill, gave a similar assessment earlier this year.

On January 8th, he tweeted, “I smoke weed everyday and get depressed and soon as I get high …, I be happy as hell sober lol it just helps me think deeper and more realistic lol.”

In the past, the “Pills and Potions” rapper has joked about smoking weed online.

Once, she tweeted, “This weed had the clouds turning into actual ppl & they were doing things. They were moving around & had a life of their own. like humans.”

Another time she wrote, “whoa! do ppl still smoke weed??? sooooo 10 years ago! AS IF!!!!!! soooooo NOT FETCH! well, not for my barbies anyway…;).”

True Barbz might have seen this coming.

On her new song “We Go Up,” which debuted last month, she spits, “I know they sleeping on me … B###### got epilepsy … I don’t do coke, little b#### … I don’t even do Pepsi.”

Dr. Dre Thought ‘Grand Theft Auto’ Was For Kids Before He Got Involved In The Game

Dr. Dre’s prominent appearance in Grand Theft Auto Online: The Contract almost didn’t happen.

DJ Pooh discussed Dr. Dre’s initial reluctance about a Grand Theft Auto collaboration in an interview with BET. DJ Pooh, who began working with Rockstar Games on 2004’s Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, said Dr. Dre wasn’t interested in getting involved with the series when first presented with the opportunity.

“Initially it was just no,” DJ Pooh explained. “But that’s the normal answers you get from Dre. I mean, I was surprised I got him to do The Wash [movie], but he had already promised me that so he couldn’t back out. But the answer was initially no because Dre’s not a gamer. He just didn’t play any of the games. It’s not like he dislikes them or something, he just didn’t play them. He was like I don’t make things for kids.”

DJ Pooh eventually convinced Dr. Dre by explaining everything the game had to offer and playing Grand Theft Auto V at the producer’s Calabasas mansion. Dr. Dre then spoke with Rockstar executives, which led to him releasing music exclusively for GTA and becoming a character in the game.

“He needed to be fully integrated so that it made sense, and we wanted to make sure that his music had the impact it deserved,” Rockstar North’s Head of Development Rob Nelson said. “We asked ourselves, how can we integrate Dre into this experience at every level, and how can we get there in a way that makes it feel believable and fun? And so we literally built the game around him, not just his music.”

GTA Online: The Contract was released in December 2021. The expansion brought back Franklin Clinton, one of the main characters in Grand Theft Auto V, for a story centered around Dr. Dre.

Check out Dr. Dre in The Contract below.

Jack Harlow Sued By 2nd Victim Of Kentucky Derby Party Shooting

Jack Harlow faces a second lawsuit over a deadly shooting involving his DJ.

According to WDRB in Louisville, Abelson Barthelemy sued Jack Harlow on Thursday (April 21). Barthelemy was one of two victims who were shot at a Kentucky Derby party at Louisville’s Vibes Restaurant and Lounge in May 2021.

Jack Harlow’s DJ Ronnie O’Bannon allegedly shot and killed a woman named Kasmira Nash. Barthelemy suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the shooting.

Barthelemy’s lawsuit also names Vibes, its owner Allen Evans III, Sentryx Security and Generation Now. Earlier this year, Jack Harlow was added to a separate lawsuit filed by Nash’s family.

Both lawsuits contend the event didn’t have proper security. The suits claim Jack Harlow and his DJ entered the club without the same screenings as other attendees.

O’Bannon was indicted for murder and tampering with physical evidence. He said he shot Nash in self-defense because she attacked him with a champagne bottle.

Jack Harlow hasn’t publicly commented on the lawsuits. He previously addressed the shooting in a statement issued last May.

“My heart is broken by the events that occurred over Derby weekend,” he said. “My heart breaks for Kasmira, her children and everyone else touched by this tragic death.”

He added, “My heart breaks for my city, a place that’s been through too much pain already. I’ve been in touch with Kasmira’s family during this unimaginably painful time, and I’m grateful to them for keeping the lines of communication open. Nothing can reverse what happened. Too many lives have been changed forever. My life will remain committed to making Louisville a better place.”

Bhad Bhabie has claimed she has made over $50 million on OnlyFans.

The “Hi Bich” rapper, real name Danielle Bregoli, announced on TikTok that she has earned over $50 million on the subscription platform since launching her account last year.

If her claims are true, that will put Bhabie among the highest-earning OnlyFans creators in the world.

She showed upon her account launch that she’d made just over $1 million in only six hours. She charges $24.99 per subscription.

In the video, Bhabie also complained about being remembered for her 2016 appearance on Dr. Phil when she first uttered the catchphrase “cash me outside.”

Referencing a TikTok that called her “the cash me outside girl,” the 19-year-old said, “If someone’s speaking about me… And you feel the need to say something like that, I’m not saying it’s the end of the world, but why say something like that?”

Blac Chyna Threatened To Kill Kylie Jenner For Dating Tyga

Kris Jenner testified in court that Blac Chyna once threatened to kill her daughter Kylie Jenner.

The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch took to the witness stand at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday as part of her family’s trial against the model, who is suing them for defamation and interference with contracts.

During her testimony, Kris was asked if Chyna ever threatened to kill Kylie – who dated the rapper Tyga after he split from Chyna – and she initially said she didn’t recall.

However, when reminded that she claimed at an earlier deposition, she said that she was told the information from Kylie and her then-boyfriend Tyga, and they knew more about the specifics.

The 66-year-old said Tyga told her Chyna had been physically abusive during their relationship, while Kylie told her Chyna threatened to kill her.

After hearing these allegations, Chyna’s lawyer Lynne Ciani asked Kris why she didn’t do more, and she replied, “I wasn’t that concerned. There were all kinds of things going on. There was just a lot of drama, which I’m used to in my family.”

According to The Associated Press, Kris testified that she was happy when her son Rob Kardashian started dating Chyna in early 2016, despite the earlier threat allegation.

“I just wanted my son to be happy… They had a rocky relationship from the start, and I just wanted really a win for them,” she stated. “People change. You want to give people a second chance. You hoped for the best, and we moved on.”

The ‘momager’ served as an executive producer on the couple’s reality show “Rob & Chyna,” which premiered in 2016 and was later canceled after they split up following a series of scandalous headlines and lawsuits.

When asked whether she ever told E! executive Jeff Jenkins that she was unhappy with Chyna, she replied, “I may have said something like that when they were fighting or in an argument because that’s how I was feeling that day.”

Kris was the first of the four defendants – including Kylie, Kim, and Khloe Kardashian – to testify in the trial. Chyna is suing them for $100 million for allegedly conspiring to ruin her reputation and have “Rob & Chyna” canceled.

Kris’ testimony is expected to continue on Friday.

EXCLUSIVE: Tekashi 6ix9ine “Digging His Life Out Of A Hole” Despite His Claim Of Being Faboloulsy Rich

Tekashi 6ix9ine is still facing financial hardships, his lawyer confirmed, despite flashing millions of dollars to promote his latest video for “GINÉ.”

Lawyers for Seketha “Skyy L. Daniels” Wonzer and Kevin Dozier are waiting for a judge to determine the damages 6ix9ine might have to pay them over a bold daylight robbery in Times Square in April of 2018.

The rapper admitted to his role in the robbery during his testimony against high-ranking members of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods in October of 2019. 6ix9ine apologized to the victims and eventually received a reduced, two-year sentence for cooperating with the government.

However, Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier sued the rap star over the traumatic experience, which they claim resulted in them losing their jobs, causing them mental anguish.

The pair won a default judgment because 6ix9ine waited too long to reply to the original complaint.

Last month, 6ix9ine attempted to minimize the possible payout by telling the judge under oath – that he was nearly broke and was struggling to provide for his family.

The rap star, born Daniel Hernandez, admitted to taking millions of dollars in unrecouped advances. He also said the pandemic impacted his touring money, and he had difficulty booking dates due to his notoriety.

However, his antics surrounding the promotion of his new single “GINÉ” could cost him dearly. Days before the single dropped, 6ix9ine posted a video of himself on Instagram counting out $1.5 million in cash and showing off his luxury car collection.

Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier’s lawyers got wind of the video and recently told the judge that 6ix9ine’s actions demonstrate his total lack of remorse for his role in the robbery.

“Despite subsequently informing the media that the funds displayed were fictitious, the fact remains that [6ix9ine] brazenly boasted about being rich after having committed serious federal offenses. Indeed, that boast, in and of itself, further evinces 6ix9ine’s total lack of remorse. [6ix9ine,] adding insult to injury, belittles the anguish of his victims by touting his stability and success. And, worse, he did so as part of his entertainment business and is actually financially capitalizing upon it,” Wonzer and Dozier’s lawyer Matthew G. DeOreo told Judge Jennifer E. Willis.

The pair claim 6ix9ine is also threatening them in the lyrics to “GINÉ” where he raps:

Run up on a n####, gimme that Where your jewelry at ? Stupid little n####, gimme that/Where your blicky at?/Pull up on em’ make it brrrrrraaaaaattt/B#### you know that when I see you, we gonna make it brrrrrraaaaaattt

Robert S. Meloni, who is defending 6ix9ine against Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier’s claims, has already replied.

Meloni claims 6ix9ine’s “generic” lyrics are protected by his first amendment rights. He also denied that the lyrics in “GINÉ” are directed at Wonzer and Dozier.

“While the lyrics may be coarse and generally offensive in polite society, there is no support at all that plaintiffs are the subject of the song ‘GINÉ’s’ lyrics,” he told Judge Willis. 6ix9ine’s lawyer doubled down on the rapper’s desperate financial situation as well.

Like 6ix9ine, Meloni said the money in the Instagram video was fake.

“The use of expensive luxury items or money and rap videos as part of the culture of that music genre, is usually not real, and is used to conceal the actual financial condition of the artist,” Robert S. Meloni said.

“Mr. Hernandez is attempting to dig his life out of the hole he has admittedly put himself into. In order to succeed in the rap industry, artists have to present a persona that is decadent and offensive,” Meloni revealed.
