Kendrick Lamar Crushes Fans’ Dreams With Devastating Movie Delay

Kendrick Lamar has delivered disappointing news to fans eagerly awaiting his big-screen debut.

The Grammy-winning rapper’s highly anticipated comedy collaboration with South Park creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone has been indefinitely delayed by Paramount Pictures, marking the second time the project has been pushed back.

The untitled live-action comedy was originally slated for a July 4, 2025 release before being moved to March 20, 2026. Now, the film has been completely removed from Paramount’s release calendar with no new date announced.

“It’s true – we’re moving (again). We’re working hard at finishing the movie,” Park County & pgLang partners said in a joint statement to Deadline, acknowledging the frustrating pattern of delays that has plagued the project.

Scheduling conflicts as the primary culprit behind the latest setback.

Kendrick Lamar has been on a global tour since April and continues performing through next month, while Parker and Stone have been consumed with producing the new season of South Park.

Both parties needed additional time to properly focus on the film given their demanding schedules.

The delay represents a significant disappointment for Hip-Hop fans who have been anticipating Lamar’s transition into Hollywood.

At last year’s CinemaCon, Paramount’s Brian Robbins praised the project as “one of the funniest and most original scripts we’ve ever read,” raising expectations for what many hoped would be a groundbreaking collaboration.

The film’s plot remains tightly under wraps, though it’s been described as an original live-action comedy. Vernon Chatman penned the script, with Lamar and Dave Free producing through their pgLang company alongside Parker and Stone’s Park County production banner.

This latest setback comes during what should be a triumphant period for Lamar.

The Compton native dominated the 2025 Grammy Awards, taking home five trophies including Record of the Year for “Not Like Us.” He recently received nine additional nominations for the 2026 ceremony, leading the slate of nominees.

Jay-Z is being dragged in a new federal clash after Lillie Coley, the “God Mother” of a man claiming to be his son, says New Jersey revived void orders tied to the paternity case.

Coley submitted an urgent motion in New Jersey’s federal court, claiming the state reactivated invalid rulings in a long-running paternity case involving her godson, Rymir Satterthwaite. She argued those orders were never legally binding and warned they now threaten her finances and property.

Satterthwaite has insisted for years that his mother told him she had a brief relationship with Jay-Z in the early 1990s. He’s sought DNA testing since his teenage years, but the New Jersey family court never secured a sample from the rapper.

Despite multiple filings, the case stalled for over a decade. In 2015, Satterthwaite went public, saying he wasn’t after money; he just wanted the truth and a chance to be heard. The court closed the case in 2017 without a DNA test or a final decision.

Coley said judges repeatedly stated between 2012 and 2017 that they had no jurisdiction. She claims this was clearly recorded and never reversed.

Still, she said the state revived the case in 2025 and sent her a notice on November 7 threatening sanctions of up to $50,000. She described this as the first state action since 2017 and said it placed her at serious risk.

Coley also pointed to new child support filings she believes are tied to Jay-Z.

She said she drafted a detailed rebuttal earlier this year but was blocked from filing it after a judge dismissed her case against Jay-Z, with prejudice, meaning it cannot be filed again. According to her, Judge Stephen Polansky refused to accept the response, which she said explained why the case should remain closed and beyond New Jersey’s reach.

Coley told the court she suffered financial losses as a result of the revived orders. She said a lien cost her $25,000 during the sale of her home.

She added that her second property is now in jeopardy because the 2025 filings treat the old rulings as enforceable, even though she maintains they were never valid. In her court filing, Coley directly tied Jay-Z to the recent legal moves.

She wrote, “after Plaintiff filed the present action in this Court in May 2025, Defendant Shawn Corey Carter returned to New Jersey in August 2025 for the specific purpose of attempting to block Plaintiff and Mr. Satterthwaite from pursuing their California claims.”

She said the state then acted on rulings she believes are void, which Jay-Z allegedly used to gain leverage in her California case.

A ruling has not yet been issued.

Pras Michel moves to appeal the 14-year federal sentence handed down in connection with his international bribery and money-laundering cases, AllHipHop has confirmed.

The former Fugees member has challenges on multiple fronts, including his health, finances and future freedom. A representative for the diamond-selling rapper confirmed that he’s going to fight back even if that fight happens behind bars.

He is slated to turn himself in January 2026.

Michel’s attorney argues the punishment is excessive and does not reflect the nature of the crimes. The sentence follows an April 2023 conviction on 10 felony counts tied to illegal foreign lobbying, campaign finance violations and alleged work as an unregistered agent for Malaysian financier Jho Low.

Federal prosecutors claimed Michel participated in a multimillion-dollar scheme that funneled foreign money into American politics and attempted to influence both the Obama and Trump administrations.

The a profound blow came on October 30 when a federal judge ordered Michel to surrender $64 million in assets. Prosecutors say the forfeited funds include accounts and investments they believe were controlled by Michel through shell companies linked to Low.

Authorities allege Low siphoned billions from Malaysia’s 1MDB sovereign wealth fund and used that stolen money to buy political influence in the United States. Low remains a fugitive believed to be hiding in China.

According to court filings, Michel helped direct tens of millions of dollars into Barack Obama’s 2012 reelection efforts. Prosecutors also say he later tried to persuade the Trump administration to ease its investigation into Low while attempting to influence conversations about the extradition of Chinese dissident Guo Wengui. They claim Michel spent some of the diverted money on political donations, luxury travel, and celebrity-driven events.

Michel’s case drew national attention thanks to its Hollywood connections.

Leonardo DiCaprio testified during the trial, recounting Low’s extravagant lifestyle and his proximity to entertainment power players. Prosecutors depicted Michel as a key figure channeling foreign interests into the American political process from behind the scenes.

Malaysia seeks to reclaim more than $7 million paid to producer Swizz Beatz, who has denied any involvement in wrongdoing.

Michel’s struggles are not just financial. In late August 2025, he underwent emergency surgery to remove colon cancer. Sources close to Michel say he is concentrating on recovery and spending time with family while preparing for the next round of legal battles.

An incident at a Texas hotel left a delivery driver believing she was being discriminated against. Here’s what happened and why she’s so disturbed by the series of events.

TikTok creator Dwalisa (@dwalisamichele), a delivery driver was delivering an age-restricted alcohol order and was rudely received by a woman claiming to be a hotel employee.

“I was out delivering orders, and one of my last orders was to WoodSpring Suites in Cedar Park, Texas,” Dwalisa said. “As you can see, this lobby is completely empty. There wasn’t one hotel personnel in sight.”

What Happened to Delivery Driver in Cedar Park, Texas

Dwalisa goes on to note that there was “an older Caucasian woman in a hoodie, whose eyes were so big you thought that I was coming to rob her.”

Dwalisa noted the woman’s unusual behavior. She said, “So I knocked on the door where this lady huffed and puffed and then turned around, walked out of the elevator, and came to the door and cracked it and said, ‘What do you want?'”

She said she took a pause to gather herself, but that she believed the woman “did not like dealing with my kind,” meaning dealing with Black people. Dwalisa showed the woman that she was a delivery driver with an order.

“I smiled and said, ‘Ma’am, I am with the delivery service … And it was alcohol, so I couldn’t just leave it,'” she said. “She then rolled her eyes at me, pushed the door open, huffed and puffed as she looked outside my head, and said that she is doing me a favor by letting me upstairs.”

Dwalisa, feeling it was more trouble than it was worth, said she would inform the customer and wait for them to come down. “That lady said, ‘Would you come on? Just get on the elevator.’ Unsurprisingly, Dwalisa, not appreciating the condescending tone, left the building. “Who are you talking to like that?” she asked.

What Happened When She Tried to Report the Incident?

When Dwalisa tried to report the incident, she was stiffed by the hotel. She said she was told there was no available manager on Monday. Then came promises of a call back that didn’t materialize. Despite being told the general manager would “expedite” a response, she still hasn’t heard back.

The ordeal illustrates the potential of racial profiling and discriminatory treatment that delivery workers, particularly workers of color, routinely face.

In Dwalisa’s first video, many of the commenters were not at all surprised. “All I needed to see was Cedar Park, Texas. Enough said, babes, enough said,” one woman said.

A second person wrote, “Racism is so exhausting. You’re just trying to do a service and have to be treated like that. Sorry that happened to you.”

Someone else just said, straight out: “I hate Cedar Park.”

Cedar Park’s Legacy of Racial Profiling

Williamson County has long been the place people or families go for cheaper housing and better schools. It’s also maintained something of a “tough on crime” reputation, which has made some residents feel safer than in Austin. Texas’ capital city, frankly, isn’t known for crime as it stands. The county, though, has long maintained a reputation for racial prejudice.

A comparative analysis of the 2022 Racial Profiling Report for the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office revealed that Black and Hispanic people came into contact with police at a higher rate than other demographics. The report called the findings “interesting,” while noting the opposite was true for white, Asian, and American Indian households.

Long-time resident Doris McGehee, who moved back to Texas in 1970, told the local station KVUE in 2021, “Williamson County is racist. It is still very racist. When you have people in power that say racism does not exist in Williamson County, they’re just flapping their lips.”

This is the history that precedes the events in Dwalisa’s clip.

Ex-Employee Says Smokey Robinson’s Harassment Forced Breast Surgery Decision

Smokey Robinson is now facing disturbing new sexual battery claims from a former housekeeper who alleges the Motown icon’s repeated misconduct left her so emotionally scarred she opted for breast reduction surgery.

Identified in court documents as Jane Doe 5, the woman filed a motion to join an existing $50 million lawsuit against the 85-year-old singer, according to People.

She worked off and on at Robinson’s Los Angeles-area home between 2005 and 2011 and claims she endured years of unwanted sexual advances.

According to legal filings obtained by People, the woman accuses Smokey Robinson of grabbing her hand and trying to force her to touch his e#### penis on more than 10 occasions. She also alleges he called her into the bathroom while he was showering and asked her to scrub his back.

The most serious accusation involves repeated non-consensual touching of her breasts. The trauma, she says, was so severe that she underwent breast reduction surgery in 2015 to cope with the psychological aftermath.

The motion also targets Robinson’s wife, Frances, accusing her of fostering a “hostile work environment” and using “ethnically pejorative” language toward her.

“We commend these two courageous survivors for stepping forward and adding their voices to this case,” said attorney John Harris, who represents the plaintiffs. “We look forward to advocating for them vigorously as they pursue the justice they deserve.”

Jane Doe 5’s allegations follow similar claims made earlier this year by four other women who also worked as housekeepers. They allege Smokey Robinson subjected them to sexual assault and rape while employed at his estate.

Adding to the growing list of accusations, a male car detailer identified as John Doe 1 joined the lawsuit last week.

He claims Robinson appeared in his underwear during early morning shifts, touched himself inappropriately and tried to force physical contact.

The man says Robinson “grabbed the guy’s hand without consent and attempted to force it onto his e#### penis” during a 2022 encounter. When he told Robinson to “Put some clothes on,” he says he was fired. He returned to work the following year at Frances Robinson’s invitation, but alleges the misconduct resumed immediately.

Robinson’s legal team has responded with a $500 million defamation countersuit against the original accusers. His attorney, Christopher Frost, dismissed the expanding case as a coordinated smear campaign.

“This group of people, who hide behind anonymity, and their attorneys seek global publicity while making the ugliest of false allegations,” Frost said. “Once the public can see the truth, their avaricious motives and fabricated claims will be revealed.”

A hearing to determine whether Jane Doe 5 and John Doe 1 will be added to the case is set for January 6, 2026. The main trial is scheduled for October 2027.

Stefon Diggs is facing disturbing allegations involving sexual misconduct and assault after social media figure Christopher Blake Griffith filed a countersuit in Washington, D.C.

Blake claims the NFL star exposed himself and masturbated during a night out that spiraled into what he describes as a traumatic encounter.

Griffith’s legal filing, submitted Friday, directly challenges Diggs’ October defamation lawsuit and details a series of events that allegedly occurred on May 22, 2023.

The influencer claims Diggs repeatedly offered him “candy” while they visited multiple clubs, which he believes may have been laced with an unknown substance that left him disoriented and impaired.

The most serious accusations stem from what Griffith says happened after they left a D.C. lounge and rode in Diggs’ Porsche to his Maryland home.

According to the countersuit, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating. Griffith says he told the athlete to “put his penis away” before getting out of the car.

The filing alleges Diggs then followed Griffith, tried to kiss him, put his tongue in his ear and whispered an invitation to his bedroom. Griffith says he locked himself in a bathroom for 45 minutes, only to be confronted when he came out.

He claims two women and Diggs’ brother Darez Diggs threatened him, accused him of stealing, stripped him and physically assaulted him.

One week later, Griffith alleges he was attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment, again naming Darez as one of the people involved.

This legal battle comes as Diggs’ personal life has also been making headlines.

The 31-year-old wide receiver recently welcomed a child with rapper Cardi B on November 4 and paternity tests confirmed he is the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s daughter, born earlier in 2025.

Griffith is seeking unspecified damages in the countersuit, which paints a drastically different picture from the narrative in Diggs’ original defamation complaint.

Stefon Diggs filed his defamation lawsuit on October 1, claiming influencer Christopher Blake Griffith invented the story that the NFL star drugged and sexually assaulted him and then plotted violence to keep him quiet.

Diggs says the posts harmed his reputation and income and now Griffith has hit back with his own counterclaims as the legal drama unfolds.

A viral comedic video highlighted issues with part mismatches at AutoZone. It prompted commenters to share similar experiences. 

On Sep. 19, a TikTok user (@erictiled) posted a video with his complaint. The on-screen text reads, “When the AutoZone employee gives me the wrong part for the 50th time.” The video has amassed 77,800 views as of Sunday. 

In the video, a screenshot of AutoZone is overlaid by a clip from “The Heat,” featuring Melissa McCarthy’s character making an expletive-laced threat to another character. 

The video’s caption states, “Just give me my part, bro.”

Commenters Echo TikToker’s Frustrations with AutoZone

Many of the commenters echoed the frustration, sharing that this is an experience they have also dealt with many times. 

“This is why I go to O’Reilly,” wrote one user. 

“This literally happened to me yesterday with two different parts,” commented another.

A third commenter said their step father’s vacuum pump went out and he purchased the replacement at AutoZone. Except that when he got the new one exchanged, it didn’t come with an integral part. “[My stepdad] called another AutoZone and they were like, ‘Oh, yeah, we have it,'” they wrote. “So I get up there and they’re basically like, ‘Just kidding, we have to order it.’ I about near lost my mind.”

However, other commenters defended AutoZone employees. “A lot of customers have no idea what they drive or what they’re looking for,” wrote one AutoZone employee. “Also, if you tell us that you want whatever is in stock, don’t complain if it’s the wrong one. I gave you what you wanted.”

“Or actually know what you are ordering,” said someone else.

Why Do Car Part Mix-Ups Like This Happen?

While the TikTok was created as a joke, it struck a nerve with many auto parts shoppers. These frustrations aren’t new, and they’re not isolated to AutoZone. The frustrations highlighted in the video point to a larger issue. When drivers rely on chain stores for critical components, even a small mismatch can derail a repair.

Auto parts retailers typically use VIN lookups, in-store databases, and SKU-based inventory systems to match components to a customer’s specific vehicle. That being said, mismatches happen for several reasons. Those reasons include mid-year model changes, conflicting catalog data, customer error in identifying their trim or engine, or employee inexperience.

This woman says a Honda dealership used its own parts instead of the ones she supplied to fix her vehicle. The internet is arguing over whether she should be charged.

On Oct. 14, Crissie Clay-Luckey (@crisseyluckey) posted a TikTok recording her interaction with two Bob Boyte Honda employees. According to Clay-Luckey, she was charged for the wrong parts. The viral video has amassed over 850,000 views. 

Did Honda Dealership Install the Wrong Parts on This Woman’s Car?

In the video, an employee walks toward the woman filming, explaining the situation. “Parts were put on your ticket, they set the parts on the counter, and the technician took the parts,” explained the employee. 

The employee gestured at the several empty boxes she held in her hand. “These were the spark plugs that were put in from Honda,” she continued. “We can give you a refund and then charge you full price.” 

The technician walks out behind the employee to give more context. “I am so sorry, ma’am, I did not realize that you brought your own stuff,” explained the technician. “I put the Honda ones in there.”

Honda Customer Goes Into Further Detail on the Situation

Clay-Luckey explains the exact issue in more detail in the comments. “I brought them BETTER plugs than the ones they mistakenly installed from their own stock,” she wrote. “Then they refused to refund me for the error.”

The comments are divided over the predicament. While many questioned the legality of the dealership supposedly not issuing a refund, others defended the technician as having made an honest mistake. 

“Wrong spark plugs isn’t the right wording,” wrote one commenter. “I would say, ‘They didn’t install the plugs I supplied.’”

“An honest mistake,” wrote another. “Easy fix. Just replace the plugs with hers (no warranty on her parts). No harm done. No reason to get upset, lady.”

Can the Honda Dealership Legally Charge Her for the Work?

If Clay-Luckey explicitly declined the dealership’s parts, installing different plugs and then billing her anyway could potentially violate Missouri’s Merchandising Practices Act. However, it’s important to note that the act bars “deception, fraud, [or] false pretense” in transactions with consumers. In this case, it appears the dealership made a simple mistake.

Future’s Brother FBG Casino Busted With 21 Kilos Of Fentanyl

FBG Casino landed in federal custody after authorities uncovered a large-scale fentanyl trafficking operation during a raid at a rental property in Forest Park, Georgia, on November 14.

The 41-year-old Atlanta native, born Rico Deville Buice, was arrested alongside David Estevan Montillo Diaz after federal agents seized 21 kilograms of fentanyl, more than $380,000 in suspected drug proceeds and a Glock 19 handgun from the residence. Investigators also found a money counter and a food sealer, pointing to a well-organized drug distribution setup.

Casino attempted to escape through a side exit as law enforcement closed in, but was quickly detained with $4,000 in cash in his pockets. Agents later found another $80,000 inside a designer bag allegedly linked to the aspiring Hip-Hop artist.

The arrest marks a major fall from grace for Casino, who once stood beside his superstar brother Future on the platinum-selling track “Move That Dope” featuring Pharrell Williams and Pusha T. The song highlighted Casino’s lyrical presence and tied him closely to the Freebandz label, where he also worked behind the scenes as a CEO.

While he released several mixtapes during his music career, sources say Casino had stepped away from recording in recent years to focus on business ventures. That pivot now appears to have veered into criminal territory.

At a press briefing, U.S. Attorney Theodore S. Hertzberg said, “The collaborative effort of different law enforcement agencies united in the fight to eliminate transnational criminal organizations kept a staggering amount of deadly fentanyl from hitting our streets. The resulting charges send a strong message: fentanyl traffickers in our district may run, but they cannot hide. Instead, they will find themselves in federal custody, and their drugs and money seized.”

FBI Special Agent in Charge Paul Brown added, “The seizure of 21 kilograms of fentanyl and over $380,000 in drug proceeds is a direct hit to those who seek to poison our communities. The FBI, in partnership with our law enforcement colleagues, will relentlessly pursue these criminals and hold them accountable.”

The bust was part of Operation Take Back America, a federal initiative targeting transnational drug networks. Agencies involved included the FBI Atlanta Field Office, the DEA Atlanta Division and the Clayton County Police Department.

Both Casino and Diaz appeared in federal court on November 19. They face conspiracy charges to possess with intent to distribute fentanyl, which carry a mandatory minimum sentence of 10 years and a maximum of life in prison.

Abdul Robinson Sr. walked out of a Jacksonville courtroom Friday after being sentenced to time served for aiding two men in escaping after the 2020 murder of Charles “Lil Buck” McCormick Jr., a killing tied to the city’s long-running Hip-Hop gang rivalry.

The 54-year-old father of rapper Ksoo had already spent 1,898 days behind bars, the exact number of days handed down by the judge.

“I don’t know if they’re here or not, but I sincerely apologize for my part in their brief. I understand what it is to lose a child because I lost one. And I know some days you’re mad, some days you’re angry. It’ll never be the same, but I sincerely apologize for my part,” Robinson told the judge during his hearing.

Robinson Sr. admitted to helping his nephew Leroy “ATK Scotty” Whitaker and Dominique “Butta” Barner flee after Lil Buck’s death, which prosecutors say was part of the deadly feud between Jacksonville’s ATK and KTA crews.

“Your Honor, I’ll never give nobody a ride again. I don’t care if they call me and say they in labor, they water broke, I don’t care. I’ll never give nobody a ride again. I even thought the next car I get, I’m taking all the seats out besides the drivers seat because of this situation,” Robinson told the judge.

The violent back-and-forth between the two groups has claimed numerous lives since 2017, when 19-year-old Zion Brown, cousin of the late Julio Foolio, was gunned down, igniting a series of retaliatory killings that have engulfed the city’s rap scene.

Robinson Sr.’s release came with a heavy price.

As part of a plea deal, he testified against his own son, Ksoo. That testimony helped prosecutors secure a first-degree murder conviction against the rapper.

The case is one of several tied to the deadly Hip-Hop beef gripping Jacksonville.

In June 2024, Foolio was killed in Tampa. Prosecutors later secured a manslaughter conviction against Alicia Andrews, who they say helped track the rapper before he was ambushed and killed.

Though Robinson Sr. is no longer behind bars, he’s not entirely free.

His sentence includes two years of community control with electronic ankle monitoring, followed by three years of probation. The judge also imposed additional conditions as part of his supervised release.
