Nelly Demands Sanctions After “Frivolous” St. Lunatics Lawsuit Dropped

Nelly has fired back in court after St. Lunatics member Ali Jones dropped a copyright lawsuit over songwriting credits from Country Grammar, demanding sanctions for what his legal team called a “frivolous campaign.”

Ali Jones, the final St. Lunatics member still pursuing legal action against Nelly, quietly pulled the plug on his lawsuit on Thursday (April 10) without offering any explanation or confirming a settlement, per Digital Music News.

A post shared by CORNELL HAYNES JR (@nelly)

Initially filed in 2023, the suit accused Nelly of failing to appropriately credit and compensate his longtime collaborators for their work on the rapper’s 2000 breakout album Country Grammar.

Jones had alleged that Nelly, born Cornell Haynes Jr., “had no intention of providing the plaintiffs with any such credit or recognition” despite promises made to the group.

However, the legal effort quickly lost momentum after fellow St. Lunatics members Murphy Lee, Kyjuan and City Spud publicly distanced themselves from the case, saying they never approved any legal filings.

Now, Nelly is asking the court to hold Jones and his attorneys accountable for what his legal team described as a wasteful and meritless legal stunt.

“Plaintiff’s counsel succeeded in its frivolous campaign aimed at forcing [Nelly] to spend money defending Plaintiff’s ridiculous time-barred claims,” Nelly’s attorneys wrote in a court filing. “The Court is respectfully requested to retain jurisdiction and set a briefing and hearing schedule [for potential sanctions].”

In his lawsuit, Jones claimed he and other St. Lunatics members were denied proper credit and royalties for their creative input on Country Grammar, which went on to sell over 10 million copies and launch Nelly into Hip-Hop superstardom.

Despite the case being dismissed, Nelly’s legal team is pushing for the court to impose financial penalties on Jones and his legal representatives, citing the costs incurred during the defense.

Drake Gets Roasted Online Over Top5’s Instagram Post

Drake appeared in a selfie alongside controversial rapper Top5 during a night out in Ontario, prompting a flood of online reactions.

On Thursday night (April 10), Top5 uploaded an Instagram carousel featuring footage of Drake. He captioned the post, “The President & The Boy.”

The first image showed Drake mid-pose, prompting users to question everything from his hairstyle to his identity.

“u did him dirty as hell on the first slide,” one commenter wrote, calling out the unflattering angle.

Another added, “Who the hell is that,” while someone else joked, “Why drake look like Jim jones?”

Drake’s hairstyle also drew attention, with one user asking, “How fast does my dawgs hair grow wth. He just cut it and got the braids back already?”

Top5 praised Drake’s chart success in a video posted on TikTok. “When your big bro got the No. 1 song in the world,” he said. “Undefeated.”

Drake’s Controversial Relationship With Top5

The two have maintained a close relationship for years, with Top5 often referring to Drake as his “twin.”

Their connection reportedly began at OVO Bounce, a basketball tournament hosted by Drake that draws Toronto’s Hip-Hop scene together.

Drake has continued to support Top5 despite the rapper’s legal issues. In 2024, Drake allegedly contributed to Top5’s legal defense in a first-degree murder case tied to a 2019 shooting. The charges were dropped in September 2024 due to inadmissible evidence.

In January 2025, the pair were seen courtside at a Toronto Raptors game, even after music executive Wack 100 publicly warned Drake to cut ties with Top5, calling him “bad news” and claiming to have damaging information about him.

Top5 was arrested again on January 24, 2025, facing six weapons-related charges. He had just been released in September 2024 after spending three years in custody.

Despite the controversy, last fall, Top5 claimed he was launching a podcast with Drake to dissect Kendrick Lamar’s diss track “Not Like Us.” The podcast never materialized.

Top5’s history of inflammatory remarks, including threats toward Kendrick Lamar, has only added to the scrutiny surrounding his association with Drake.

Donald Trump Hit With Legal Blow In Central Park Five Battle

Donald Trump‘s attempt to shut down a defamation lawsuit tied to his 2024 debate remarks about the Central Park Five was rejected Thursday by a federal judge in Pennsylvania.

On Thursday (April 10), U.S. District Judge Wendy Beetlestone ruled that the case brought by Yusef Salaam, Raymond Santana, Kevin Richardson, Antron Brown and Korey Wise could move forward, denying Trump’s motion to dismiss, CBS News reports.

The lawsuit centers on Trump’s comments during a presidential debate with then Vice President Kamala Harris, where he falsely stated the five men had confessed and were responsible for killing someone.

“They admitted — they said, they pled guilty. And I said, well, if they pled guilty they badly hurt a person, killed a person ultimately,” Trump said during the debate. “And if they pled guilty—then they pled we’re not guilty.”

Harris had criticized Trump on stage for his long-standing role in the case, referencing the full-page newspaper ad he took out in 1989 calling for the death penalty after the five teens were arrested.

“A full-page ad in The New York Times,” Harris said. “Calling for the execution of five young Black and Latino boys who were innocent, the Central Park Five.”

The five men were exonerated in 2002 after DNA evidence and a confession from another man cleared them of the 1989 rape and assault of a jogger in Central Park. Their original convictions were vacated after years of public scrutiny and legal battles.

Central Park Five Seek To Hold Donald Trump Accountable In Court

Nonetheless, Trump’s legal team argued that his remarks were opinions based on past events and not legally defamatory. Additionally, they claimed the lawsuit was politically driven and lacked merit.

However, Judge Beetlestone disagreed, allowing the defamation claims to proceed. The judge also dismissed a separate claim of intentional infliction of emotional distress.

The plaintiffs, now referred to as The Exonerated Five, are seeking monetary damages and punitive compensation. They allege Trump’s statements caused further harm to their reputations and caused emotional injury.

Their attorney said they now intended to hold Trump accountable for what they say are false and damaging public statements.

Funny Man George Wallace Breaks Down Comedic Timing & Black Joy In “Clean Slate”

Comedy legend George Wallace has made a career out of telling the truth—by lying hilariously. In a candid and laugh-filled conversation with AllHipHop, the iconic comedian opens up about his role in the new Amazon Prime series Clean Slate. Furthermore, he tells AHH’s Quierra Luck the importance of using humor to tackle tough topics, and why love, a little bit of foolishness is the antidote the world needs right now. George Wallace delivers more than jokes in this conversation. He offers a philosophy for joyful living.

AllHipHop: Glad to have you, George!

George Wallace: Thank you for having me.

AllHipHop: I feel like I’m hosting the show now.

George Wallace: It’s your show — you’re hosting! Thank you so much.

AllHipHop: No problem, thank you for your time. Let’s get into it. In stand-up, timing is everything. Did you find that comedic timing was key in balancing humor and seriousness in your role on Clean Slate?

George Wallace: Totally! Wait a second, hold on now. You’re talking about stand-up and timing. I guess that’s part of it, but this was acting. This was different. Sure, there are laughs, but this was more about acting than stand-up.

That said, I enjoyed it. I loved how the jokes were presented. And yes: timing matters. Especially with the timing of this show, the climate in America… it’s perfect.

AllHipHop: How do you think humor helps people, especially in the Black community, process difficult conversations like the ones explored in Clean Slate?

George Wallace: You’re feeling it already. When we do it with humor, somebody’s going to sit back and say, “Wait a minute…” and then they might start thinking, “Maybe I should reconsider my thoughts. I could be a better parent. A better child. A better grandma.”

If Harry, my character, who’s probably the most stubborn person you’ve ever seen, can learn, then anybody can. Some people hate and don’t even know why they hate. My dear, and sometimes folks are taught to hate just because someone else said so.

We’ve got to get rid of hate and discriminatory practices. Period.

AllHipHop: Did this role impact you in any personal way?

George Wallace: Nah. It didn’t change me. That’s just me. I’m George. I’m going to love you no matter who you are or where you come from. It doesn’t bother me. I live a blessed life.

I’m the most successful comedian-slash-entertainer you’ve ever met. Not by money, but by joy. It’s about how you enjoy your life while you’re living.

If I kick the bucket tomorrow, well, I’m smart enough not to kick the bucket. I’m going to walk around it! But seriously, I’m just blessed to be living and to teach others to enjoy life. That’s what I’m about. My whole family has always been like that, full of love and fun.

AllHipHop: What did you love the most about Clean Slate?

George Wallace: What I loved was presenting a package of love. It’s about helping people see how much easier life is when you lead with joy.

Enjoying life should be your number one priority. If you wake up with a frown, you don’t have to do that. Wake up and smile. Smiling is powerful.

You ever seen a baby smile for the first time? It lights up the whole world. You walk into a room with a smile, and it can change the whole energy. People feel better when you come in. That’s what I try to do. I bring laughter, bring joy, bring love.

AllHipHop: I know you’ll probably say “love” again, but what’s one thing you want people to take away from this show?

George Wallace: Appreciate everybody. Like the preacher once said at a revival in Georgia: “If everybody in this world was just like me, what kind of world would this be?” I never forgot that. And I thought if everybody was like me, that would be a great world.

AllHipHop: Why should everyone be like you? What does it mean to be “more like George”?

George Wallace: It means being understanding. Loving. Doing unto others as you’d have them do unto you.

And also? Telling lies — funny lies. I’m a comedian, I love to lie! Not in a hurtful way – just for fun. I’ve been taught lies all my life. That’s why I tell them.

You go to church, and the preacher says, “I won’t be long.” That’s a lie! Santa Claus? Lie. Tooth Fairy? Lie. Cheesecake Factory? Ain’t no damn factory!

Everywhere you look — lies! Vitamins say “take two,” but why? Or food delivery says “free” — but try not tipping the driver and see what happens.

Even Q-tips — the doctor says don’t put them in your ears, but what else are we doing with them? Lies! Sugar is bad — then they say, “Don’t use the substitute either.” Eggs are bad — now we can’t even afford them! It’s madness.

I can keep going. I go in the grocery store and see a can that says “Evaporated Milk.” If it’s evaporated, what’s in the can, Jesus?!?

AllHipHop: Did you just say Jesus?!

George Wallace: Yes I did! But you see my point? Now you’re gonna start seeing the world different.

And that’s okay. It’s fun to say silly things. It helps you learn. People say dumb things all the time — like just a few weeks ago in Detroit, someone came up to me at the airport and asked, “Mr. Wallace, what you doing at the airport? You going somewhere?”

What kind of question is that?! No, I came here to do my laundry!

AllHipHop: [laughs] That’s wild. Well, thank you so much — I know we’re out of time.

George Wallace: Thank you! God bless you. And no matter what you do — keep smiling.

AllHipHop: Yes sir — thank you again!

Taylor Swift Fires Back At Kanye West Over Lewd Sex Allegations

Taylor Swift has reportedly taken legal action against Kanye West after he posted explicit and baseless accusations about her alleged sex life involving Harry Styles and Justin Bieber.

The pop superstar sent a cease-and-desist letter to the divisive rapper after the rapper unleashed a crude and unverified rant on social media accusing her of a sexual encounter with both Harry Styles and Justin Bieber at the same time, according to the Daily Mail.

The Wednesday night tirade, posted on April 8, included a now-deleted comment where West wrote, “Justin Bieber and Harry styles f##### Taylor swift from both sides and didn’t call me.”

He added, “I’m mad I haven’t f##### Taylor Swift … yet.”

Swift’s legal team responded swiftly, calling the remarks “false, defamatory, and amounting to sexual harassment,” and said they were designed to damage her public image and professional standing.

“This time he has gone too far. His claims are not just false they are defamatory,” a source told the outlet. “This isn’t just [West] gossiping. This is [West] sexually harassing a woman, defaming her and intending to cause harm to her and to her career.”

The fallout didn’t stop with legal paperwork. Swift’s boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is reportedly furious and wants to confront West directly “man to man.”

Meanwhile, Harry Styles has reportedly denied the allegations and is said to be willing to support Swift in court if necessary.

A source close to Justin Bieber also told the publication that West’s claims are “100 percent untrue.”

This latest clash adds fuel to a feud that’s simmered since 2009 when West infamously interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. The tension between the two artists has flared up repeatedly in the years since, including over lyrics in West’s 2016 song “Famous.”

Sada Baby Claims He’s Being “Targeted” While Embracing Viral Social Media Mugshot Arc

Even though Sada Baby has welcomed the popularity he has amassed since his mugshot from a recent arrest went viral, he is still speaking out to draw attention to what he feels is unfair treatment.

On Thursday (April 10), the “Whole Lotta Choppas” rapper shared a coursel post on Instagram capturing a widespread array of screenshots laying out the coverage of his arrest on April 8 in Shelby Township for felony drug possession.

A post shared by AllHipHop (@allhiphopcom)

In addition to the memes and headlines featured in the post, Sada Baby also shared a screenshot of a lengthy comment he wrote on a post in which he described his theory he was being “targeted” over the case stemming from a traffic stop earlier this year—when he was taken into custody after officers pulled him over in his black Dodge Ram in January for having illegally tinted windows.

“I appreciate all the energy, good and bad,” Sada Baby wrote. “Just know I’m being targeted. They literally recharged me with a case I just went to court for on the 28th and beat. Put an entry warrant out eight days later arrested me in front of my house and still took my truck while it was parked at my dwelling.”

As he continued, Sada Baby claimed he was not in possession of any drugs and also revealed his rationale behind the pose in his mugshot photo.

“Never had 25 g of anything and if I did, I’d still be in jail,” he wrote. “I care too about the difference I make in my city and for my family to be as ignorant as they paint me. I made that face for my mug shot because I knew God for a fact was breaking me home by the next day with no delays.”

Ja Rule Was Prepared To Go “Nuclear” On 50 Cent Due To Him Mocking Irv Gotti’s Death: “I Was Hurt”

Ja Rule has once again voiced his disdain for 50 Cent, but this time it was for the sake of defending his late friend Irv Gotti.

During a new sit-down with The Breakfast Club, the New York rap veteran didn’t hold back when it came to addressing his years-long feud with the G-Unit Films & TV mogul. According to Ja Rule, he isn’t necessarily the one antagonizing 50 Cent, but he can’t just ignore hime either, especially after what he called “goofy s###” from his arch nemesis.

“I don’t bring him up per se at all,” Ja Rule said when asked about his name seemingly being tied to 50 Cent. “I think that’s because he’s a troll and he keeps it going. I’ll go to the circus once in a while, you know, but I really like to stay clear of that s###.”

And even though Ja Rule admitted that much of the back and forth between them is just for fun and not truly serious, he made it clear that when 50 mocked Gotti’s death he had reached his boiling point.

“I was hot, I was ready to go nuclear and s###,” he confessed, revealing how deeply the disrespect struck him, so he turned to DJ Premier for guidance.

“Prem [DJ Premier] said it best,” he continued. “He said, ‘Rule, you got to understand who we are and what we are. We are masters of self-defense.’”

It was a line that resonated with Ja, who sees himself not as an instigator, but as someone ready to finish what others start.

“I don’t want to start trouble, make trouble with people,” he said. “But if we gotta get into it, make it—I’ll f###### end it.”

Throughout the interview, Ja Rule emphasized that he’s not here to be a “bully” or a “bother,” but he refuses to let disrespect slide—especially when it comes to his loved ones.

“You protect your family, your home, your honor, your name, your reputation,” he said. “That’s who we are as men.”

Ja Rule’s remarks follow 50 Cent’s series of controversial posts following Gotti’s February death.

“I’m smoking on dat Gotti pack,” 50 Cent wrote alongside an image of him smoking hookah next to a tombstone prop. “Nah God bless him ️[dove emoji] LOL.”

Despite years of real-life violence, including fights, stabbings and shootings, Ja Rule pointed out the hypocrisy he sees in the way the past is selectively remembered. “People play that when they want to play that and then play victim when they want to play,” he said.

Asked if he’s reconciled with any of the figures on the opposing side, Ja made it clear—he’s good with The Game and Busta Rhymes, and even crossed paths peacefully with Eminem.

NBA YoungBoy’s Armed Guards Accused Of Holding Cookie-Bearing Neighbors At Gunpoint

NBA YoungBoy’s reintegration to society following his stint in prison is apparently causing some friction and anxiety in an affluent neighborhood in the state of Utah.

According to a report from KUTV2 Utah News on Wednesday (April 9), residents of the Olympus Cove neighborhood in Salt Lake City are having encounters with the “Nevada” rapper’s security detail. NBA YoungBoy reportedly has a team of armed guards manning the gates to the entrance of the community nestled within Mt. Olympus.

The neighbors alleged the guards case YB’s multi-million dollar property while wearing ski masks and wielding automatic weapons strapped to their chests. And while the members of the neighborhood may be alarmed to their presence, apparently the security team has already been put to use during an alleged trespassing situation which occurred earlier this month.

“There was a guy at the gate, and he was really young guy,” said Suman Singh, a resident who describe a police response in the area on Monday to KUTV 2 Utah News. ”There were four or five police cars.”

Another resident, Judy Zone, also described an encounter she had with NBA YoungBoy’s security team since he was released from prison last month.

“I was stopped by two guys (Saturday) with bullet proof vests—security, dressed all in black—and one of them had an AK strapped to his chest,” Zone said. “It introduces this level of anxiety.”

Zone has a history with YB, whom she met with over a year ago amid an incident involving NBA YoungBoy’s dog attacking her own. She admits that she was unaware he was released from prison until the presence of the guards and claimed she had plans to bring him fresh baked cookies.

“He’s actually a very nice young man,” Zone said. “I mean he’s very young. He’s a very, very kind person. He called me ma’am. I told him I don’t listen to your music, and he said, ‘I don’t recommend it.'”

On March 24 the Baton Rouge-bred rapper’s associate 0G 3Three confirmed NBA YoungBoy had been released from prison via a string of posts on Instagram celebrating his newfound freedom. YB, born Kentrell Gaulden, was freed from Talladega Federal Correctional Institution in Alabama after serving 11 of the 27-months he was sentenced to serve last year.

Kanye West Wants To Recreate Infamous Tape With Kim Kardashian & Ray J

Kanye West is causing a stir online after tweeting about Kim Kardashian and Ray J’s infamous sex tape, dragging his ex-wife back into a controversy she’s long tried to leave behind.

According to West, he told the singer-turned-entrepreneur they should film a sequel to the tape.

“Told Ray J we need to hit Kim from both sides for that Superstar part two,” West wrote late Wednesday night (April 9).

His post came amid a string of erratic and offensive tweets that also included admissions of sexual misconduct toward employees and crude comments aimed at Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and others.

This isn’t the first time West has floated the idea about getting busy with Kim Kardashian and Ray J.

Earlier this week, leaked messages allegedly from the rapper surfaced online, showing him contemplating a similar tweet.

One message read, “Me and Ray J need to hit Kim from both sides for that Superstar home video part 2,” followed by, “Only question is, who’s gonna hit it first?”

The remarks have reignited the saga surrounding Kardashian’s 2007 sex tape with Ray J, which catapulted her into the spotlight.

Kanye West Claimed Kim Kardashian Made Second Tape With Ray J

In a 2022 interview, West claimed he personally retrieved a laptop from Ray J. The device allegedly contained unreleased footage and gave it to Kardashian.

“I went and got the laptop from Ray J myself,” West said. “She cried when she saw it. You know why she cried when she seen the laptop? It represents how much she’s been used. It represents how much people didn’t love her and they just saw her as a commodity.”

However, Kardashian’s team disputed the contents of the device. A representative said there was no explicit material on the laptop and Kardashian believes there’s no second tape.

Ray J also pushed back on West’s claims, denying there was any unreleased sexual content. He accused both West and Kardashian of misrepresenting the situation.

He also alleged that he and Kardashian were business partners in the release of the original tape and that no second video exists.

Kanye West’s recent online behavior has included repeated attacks on Kim Kardashian. He has said he regrets having children with her and accused her of being part of a “white family” that controls “highly influential Black kids.” West also labeled her a “sex trafficker” and claimed the Kardashians have limited his parental rights.

Soulja Boy Ordered To Pay Millions To Jane Doe Victim In Assault & Kidnapping Civil Lawsuit

Soulja Boy has been found liable in a civil lawsuit filed by his former personal assistant, which alleges rape, assault and kidnapping.

On Thursday (April 10), a California jury ruled in favor of awarding the Jane Doe plaintiff over $4,000,000 in compensatory damages—triggering the trial to advance to the stage where punitive damages will be assessed.

Ron Zambrano, who served as the plantiff’s lawyer and works as a partner and Employment Litigation Chair at West Coast Employment Lawyers told AllHipHop they were “happy” for their client and eager to move into the next phase of the trial. Prior to the latest ruling on compensatory damages, Zambrano suggested over $73,000,000 in damages.

“We’re happy our client was vindicated and the jury believed her claims of physical and sexual assault,” Ron Zambrano said. “We’re looking forward to moving on to the punitive damages phase of the case.”

In another statement, Neama Rahmani, who also represented the plantiff and serves as president of West Coast Employment Lawyers suggested this case is just the beginning of Soulja Boy’s legal woe’s.

“Today’s verdict is just the beginning of justice for Soulja Boy’s victims, and other victims in the music industry,” Rahmani added . “We look forward to presenting Nia Riley’s case to a jury, and for trying the Lizzo cases before this same judge.”

The original complaint against Soulja Boy, whose real name is Deandre Cortez Way, was filed in 2021 by the Jane Doe victim, who alleged the “Crank That” rapper engaged in a pattern of abuse after hiring her as a personal assistant in December 2018.

The bulk of her lawsuit centered around claims of repeated sexual assaults and physical abuse during her employment as Soulja Boy’s personal assistant between the years of 2019 and 2020. She claims she was raped multiple times, including during the 2019 police raid and again in October 2020 when she returned to collect her belongings.

The plaintiff also accuses the rapper of locking her in a room for three days without food or water after she attempted to quit in 2019.

However, during the trial earlier this month, Soulja Boy denied their contact was anything but consensual while testifying about a specific incident.

“I asked her if she wanted to have sex, and she was engaged in it,” Soulja Boy testified. “She didn’t push me away or say stop, nothing like that.”

600Breezy Claims Jazmine Cheaves Won’t Let Him See Their Son Amid Livestream Breakup

600Breezy has accused the mother of his child, Jazmine Cheaves, of withholding their son from him following an explosive livestream, which appeared to capture an altercation between them.

On Wednesday (April 9), the Chicago rapper addressed his uptick in social media activity while airing out his situation with Cheaves in a series of Instagram posts. 600Breezy’s statements immediately followed the circulation of a livestream clip during which he can be heard telling Cheaves he doesn’t want to be with a “drunk b####” and that hates her and doesn’t love her, all while their son is present.

In his initial explanation, 600Breezy claims he was not only unaware that the incident was caught on live, but that Cheaves was attempting to use their son and the internet to manipulate him—prompting his response via social media.

“Y’all know this ain’t even my character on BD,” 600Breezy said in part. “I let b###### play with me so much on the internet so much, so much, so much, I can’t do it this time. No!”

As he continued, 600Breezy claimed that Cheaves attempts to use her son to coerce him into physical relations with her, despite the fact that she is allegedly involved with other men and that they are not together.

“I can’t do it because but you don’t even let me see my son unless I come to your house or unless I f### you, let’s be real here,” he said. “That’s in the text messages too. You was finna kill yourself when I wouldn’t come back. That’s in the text messages too, you sent me. I was gone for seven days. You had you and my son was laid up with another n#### I got that in my phone too.”

600Breezy went on to accuse Cheaves of trying to fake the funk and force him into her distorted image of a complete family unit. In doing so, he also dragged her sister, Jayda Cheaves, who is rapper Lil Baby’s former partner and baby momma, while responding to claims he was broke.

“This s### was for image for you,” he said. “You wanted to look like you had a happy family. I be trying to get my son and you tell me I can’t. You tell me I can’t take him. My cousin and them got mansions bigger than everybody else but Jayda’s on BD and you won’t even let me take my son over there. Like what the f###. I’ve been gone for two months out there. You had blaze all but two weeks.”

600Breezy has not had the best luck when it comes to his love life. In July 2024 his former partner and alleged mother of his three children Queen Key threatened to break up then happy home with Cheaves over her podcast comments about 600Breezy fathering multiple children.

Ray J Claims Brandy Hates Him After She Checks Him Over Viral Sleepover Comments

Ray J ignited family drama after accusing his sister Brandy Norwood of hating who he’s become and sharing a private text she sent criticizing his recent behavior during a conversation with Kai Cenat.

The 43-year-old singer and reality TV personality took to Instagram to air his frustrations after Brandy messaged him about his now-viral comments on wanting to join Cenat’s sleepover stream.

“Come on Ray?” she allegedly wrote in a text that Ray J later posted publicly. “What’s going on with you? You’re so much better than this!!”

Feeling hurt and misunderstood, Ray J responded with a lengthy and emotional Instagram post.

“My sister hates who I am! – And all I’m doing is being Myself!” he wrote. “I don’t know how to be better than who I am. I tried. But I get depressed trying to change when I don’t have my wife anymore and I have NO STABILITY!!”

Ray J then apologized to Brandy and his mother, adding, ” I’m sorry to my sister for who I am. And my mom. – I don’t give a F about nobody elses feelings- but when it’s my family it makes me feel alone. SO I TURN UP MORE!! – STAY TUNED.”

Ray also shared a message to his children in case they see his remarks.

“JUST KNOW I WORK HARD FOR YOU AND ONLY YOU!!” he wrote. “IF IT WASNT FOR YOU MELODY AND EPIK I WOULDVE BEEN LOCKED UP OR DEAD!! – IM CRASHING OUT TONIGHT.”

Ray J’s Sleepover Request To Kai Cenat

The drama began earlier this week when Ray J called into Kai Cenat’s livestream and questioned why he hadn’t been invited to the streamer’s popular overnight hangouts.

“Why I ain’t invited to the sleepovers?” he asked, clearly feeling left out.

He then attempted to clarify his intentions with a string of eyebrow-raising remarks.

“Y’all have sleepovers before, right,” Ray J said, adding. “I want to sleep over, too. I want to sleep with y’all n##### too. That’s how I meant it; pause, I know. That was a lot.”

He added, “But that’s what I meant, is like if y’all was in the shower then y’all was in the shower, y’all took a shower together. I’m like, s###, I’ll take a shower with them n##### like on a stream, of course, with clothes on, bro. You know what I mean.”

His comments to Kai Cenat comments quickly spread online, prompting Brandy to reach out privately—only for Ray J to make the exchange public, escalating the situation.

Kanye West Claims He Assaults Women & Has Sex With Employees In Disturbing Tweets

Kanye West ignited a firestorm online after posting a series of explicit and disturbing tweets in which he appeared to admit to sexually harassing and assaulting women—including his own employees—and mocked the Me Too Movement.

After targeting JAY-Z, Beyoncé, Taylor Swift and others in a spree of explicit posts, the controversial rapper/producer described inappropriate workplace behavior in graphic detail.

“I used to do this hug where I press my c### against the girls leg and place my hands right where my pinky can touch the top of their ass,” he wrote in one post. “Like right under the small of their back.”

He claimed, “Gay n##### really be tryna f###. Now I know how my female employees feel when they around me.”

West also tweeted, “I used to f### employees in my office,” and reminded himself, “Don’t grab female employees softly by the neck when you hug them no matter how bad you want to. If a CEO don’t hug you inappropriately he’s a f#####. My hugs be too long for suuuure.”

The tweets didn’t stop at personal admissions. Kanye West mocked sexual assault allegations and the Me Too Movement.

“I broke my me too virginity,” he wrote and “I’m a walking me too.” In one post, he mused, “Sometimes I think Wow I have a rape allegation Life is funny like that.”

In another tweet, West appeared to accuse women of manipulating consent.

“B###### be retracting consent,” he wrote. “If a b#### don’t me too me she don’t know how to get money.”

He referenced one of his accusers by name, tweeting, “Lauren Pisciotta. At what point do you get mad at the people that put you up to this.”

Kanye West Faces Multiple Sexual Assault Allegations

Pisciotta, a former assistant to West, filed a lawsuit seeking $4 million in damages, alleging she was sexually assaulted and forced into sex acts after being drugged at a studio party involving West and Sean “Diddy” Combs. She claims she was treated as a “present” for others and was never paid for her work.

West has denied Pisciotta’s allegations, calling them “baseless” and accusing her of trying to extort him. She has allegedly gone into hiding after West made disparaging remarks about her personal life on social media.

Another civil lawsuit filed by model Jenifer An accuses Kanye West of sexually assault. An claims West strangled her during a 2010 music video shoot at the Chelsea Hotel in New York.

According to the complaint, West gagged her and screamed, “This is art!” while leaving her face smeared with saliva and makeup. An is seeking damages from both West and Universal Music Group, claiming the company failed to investigate the incident.

West’s history of inappropriate behavior has been documented by former Yeezy staffers, who accused him of showing explicit photos during meetings, including images of his then-wife Kim Kardashian.

He has previously spoken about his pornography addiction, blaming early exposure in childhood. As of now, West has not responded publicly to the backlash from his latest online outburst.

10 of the Biggest Celebrity Gamblers

The idea of celebrity gambling might sound like a contradiction in ideas to you. After all, celebrities are people who by nature already have everything they want, right? Why would they need to gamble?

Well, think again. Because the glamorous world of celebrity gamblers is bigger than you think. And it includes a lot of names that would probably surprise you. The reality is that it is the love of the activity itself that draws people in and keeps them coming back for more. Let’s take a closer look at some of the big names on the list.

  1. Michael Jordan

That’s right. The most famous basketball player in history also has a love of gambling. There were even rumors at one point that his gambling had gotten problematic to the point where it was this habit that led to the end of his basketball career. While he insisted this was untrue, he has conceded an interest in hitting the casinos.

And what does this prized athlete bet on? Lots of things, apparently:

  • Golf tournaments;
  • Card games, particularly high-stakes blackjack;
  • Basketball and other sports at all levels, both professional and amateur

This is just a short list, but one journalist said that he would bet on “nearly any sporting event [in] which someone would wager against him.” These days, Jordan is not only a sports legend but a high-stakes businessman, owning his own sneaker line and part of a major NBA team. But none of this stops him from enjoying his time at the casinos, and among the best is Leon Casino.

  1. Jay Z

Another seemingly unlikely lover of gambling is superstar rapper Jay Z. The famous rapper has such a great love of casinos that he recently put in a joint bid to open up a Caesar’s Palace casino in Times Square. Although the results aren’t in yet, he is clearly serious in having put $15 million on the line.

When asked where his love for gambling came from, the rapper insists that it is a way to expand his influence. He maintains that combining gambling and business is a profitable and successful combination. And it isn’t all about self-interest. Jay Z has a non-profit organization called Reform Alliance and he recently organized a charity event at a Casino Royale to raise money for it.

  1. 50 Cent

Another rapper making the list is 50 Cent. Also a lover of football betting, the rapper is reported to have made over $1 million on a Superbowl bet one year. Making high bets can actually be fashionable among the super rich.

Although the rapper’s luck in betting hasn’t always been great, he can afford to make gambles. When you are one of the biggest names in the music industry, big numbers to most are simply peanuts.

  1. Ben Affleck

This Hollywood superstar might be worth $150 million, but it doesn’t stop him from hitting the casinos on what is reportedly a very regular basis. Affleck’s biggest gambling love is blackjack, and he is known to be quite good at it.

Beyond blackjack, poker is also a favorite for Affleck, and he doesn’t hold back when he places his bets. He supposedly lost $400,000 in one round of the game, but it didn’t stop him from continuing.

  1. Tiger Woods

While other people are busy staking bets on his games, Tiger Woods likes to pay visits to Vegas and other gambling hotspots himself. Perhaps not surprisingly, given his net worth, he is particularly fond of “high-stakes” gambling. Why not risk a bundle if you can? He is known to have placed bets in blackjack well into the tens of thousands of dollars.

Although some have criticized his interest, Woods insists that the hobby is perfectly legitimate and that he is not doing any wrong. While some people choose to play golf as a pastime, Woods needs his own form of recreation to get away from work.

  1. Floyd Merriweather

That’s right, the boxing heavyweight also has a love for sports betting. And he likes to bet big. Supposedly Merriweather likes to make huge bets on major sports tournaments.

Reportedly Merriweather’s biggest interest is in college football, where he is known to have “beaten the system” on more than one occasion.

  1. Phil Mickelson

Tiger Woods isn’t the only golfer on the list of gambling lovers. Phil Mickelson loves pro football and has been known to bet big on the Superbowl, among other things.

Mickelson has made big gambles on major events and has come out winning, even on occasions when the odds are stacked highly against his bets. For a billionaire, several hundred thousand in winning might not seem like much, but it is impressive nonetheless.

  1. Dana White

Yes, the MMA world has shown an interest in gambling as well. UFC President Dana White takes time out from events that are hosted in Sin City to take part in Vegas’ larger gambling scene. While he is not as much of a famous gambler as he is manager, he still gets very much involved.

White’s particular interest is in blackjack, and he has been known to intimidate many Vegas casino owners with his skill. A rare feat, indeed.

  1. Allen Iverson

Along with Jordan, NBA star Allen Iverson has made a name for himself in the gambling world. His fortune hasn’t been as great, though. Despite his efforts, Iverson has lost big amounts during his time at the casinos.

Beyond this, Iverson has actually been dismissed from more than one gambling outfit for behavior problems. Iverson may be a victim of not doing his research in figuring out the best ways to find reliable sites online. Perhaps sticking to the basketball court would have been better.

  1. Charles Barkley

There are celebrities with gambling problems, to be sure. Another superstar with less success on the betting field than in his own profession is Charles Barkley. Although the basketball superstar enjoys gambling, his results have been mixed, and sometimes downright terrible.

It is said that Barkley has lost $25 million altogether in gambling. This is another case where sticking to the court might have been a better idea.

And many more

Who is the most famous gambler on the list? You can judge for yourself. We could go on talking about superstars who have made gambling into a serious hobby. But the point is clear: Just because a person is doing well in life doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy trying their luck (or skill!) at the casinos. While some might be more successful than others, the trend carries on.

50 Cent Wastes No Time Clowning Young Buck Over Viral Mugshot

50 Cent wasted no time roasting Young Buck on Instagram, mocking the shape of his head after the rapper’s mugshot from a recent arrest made the rounds online.

On Wednesday evening (April 9), the G-Unit mogul hopped on Instagram with a report of Buck’s arrest.

“Damn how dat [ninja]head get like that,” he wrote in the caption. “Police must’ve hit him in the head. LOL.”

50 followed it up with a second post featuring the animated villain Megamind, backed by Rob49’s “WTHELLY” for good measure.

“I gotta get back to work,” he joked. “LOL.”

The jab came just two days after Young Buck was sentenced to 30 days in Sumner County Jail on April 7 for violating the terms of his bond. According to court records, Buck failed to attend required check-ins with his bond supervisor while awaiting trial on drug and domestic violence charges, per TMZ

He was supposed to meet with the supervisor twice a month but missed multiple appointments.

Once his 30-day sentence is completed, Buck will return to court for a hearing to determine whether a new bond will be set.

50 Cent & Young Buck’s Decades-Long Feud

The public humiliation is the latest chapter in a long-running feud between the two former G-Unit members.

Buck was booted from the group in 2008 after financial disagreements and tension over his solo ambitions.

Things got uglier when 50 Cent leaked a phone call of Buck crying and begging to rejoin the crew, a move that tarnished Buck’s street credibility.

In 2020, 50 claimed Buck owed him $250,000 and two albums under the G-Unit label, reigniting their dispute during bankruptcy proceedings.

The decades-long beef escalated again in 2024 when 50 Cent took to Instagram with transphobic comments aimed at Buck, who responded by accusing 50 of harboring a personal vendetta.

Buck also revived the legal war last year, claiming he never received $250,000 from 50 Cent – and no one can prove he did.

Kanye West Makes Wild Claims About Taylor Swift Entanglement With Justin Bieber & Harry Styles

Kanye West unleashed a chaotic tirade, dragging Taylor Swift into an unfounded explicit claim involving Justin Bieber and Harry Styles and venting that he wasn’t invited.

“I’ll show you an example of racism,” West posted late Wednesday night (April 9). “Justin Bieber and Harry styles f##### Taylor swift from both sides and didn’t call me.”

The post was a part of a string of erratic and vulgar tweets, including explicit remarks about Beyoncé and JAY-Z. Kanye West continued his rant, admitting he couldn’t keep the alleged Taylor Swift secret to himself.

“Oh I forgot,” he added. “I can’t hold water. ON EVEYTHIIING THIS TWEET IS ONE THOUSAND PERCENT TRUE.”

The divisive rapper followed up with another tweet suggesting Swift would be stunned to learn he knew about the alleged encounter.

He added, “I KNOW TAYLOR LIKE HOW THE F### HE KNOW THAT.”

West then made an eye-raising remark, adding. “IM MAD I HAVENT F##### TAYLOR SWIFT … YET.”

Kanye West Blames Taylor Swift “Movement” For Supposed Super Bowl Snub

The posts came just two days after West vented about being excluded from the Super Bowl halftime stage.

In a now-deleted tweet from April 7, he blamed his absence on three things: his infamous “George Bush doesn’t care about Black people” moment, his long-running feud with Swift, and his decision to wear a MAGA hat.

He also referenced the 2009 MTV VMAs incident where he interrupted Swift’s acceptance speech. He called it the “Taylor Swift movement moment.”

West reignited that moment this week as he reflected on his career and claimed that major platforms have kept him from reaching wider audiences.

“How does it feel to be the best living artist and blocked from the main stage for being ahead of my time?” he wrote.

West’s recent tweets have not only reignited his feud with Swift but also dragged two other major pop stars into the mess. Neither Swift, Bieber nor Styles has responded publicly.

Kanye West Drags Beyoncé Into Lewd Meltdown Amid JAY-Z Apology

Kanye West issued an apology to JAY-Z during a late-night Twitter spree before veering into explicit territory with crude remarks about Beyoncé.

In a string of erratic posts shared on Wednesday (April 9), West briefly paused his barrage of sexual boasts and offensive commentary to address his former collaborator and longtime friend.

“I’m sorry Jay Z,” he wrote. “I be feeling bad about my tweet but I still feel I gave my life to this industry and thought so many people were my family but when I needed family on some real s### none of these rap n##### had my back.”

But the moment of remorse was short-lived. Minutes later, West pivoted back to sexual content, dragging JAY-Z and Beyoncé into the conversation.

“Do Beyoncé ever let Jay get p####,” he tweeted. “I mean like at least a couple times.”

The tweet followed a disturbing post from last month where West mentioned the couple’s twins, Rumi and Sir Carter, and used ableist slurs to describe them.

“Has anyone ever seen Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s younger kids? They’re r*tarded,” he posted before adding, “This is why artificial insemination is such a blessing. Having r*tarded children is a choice.”

After deleting the post, West reposted it with a defiant explanation. He claimed he removed it not out of regret but to avoid suspension from the platform.

“NOT BECAUSE IM A GOOD PERSON,” he wrote. He then doubled down with another offensive remark: “I TOOK IT DOWN LIKE DOWN SYNDROME GET IT.”

He later escalated the attack, tweeting, “F### JAY Z AND HIS WHOLE FAMILY ESPECIALLY HIS SHOOTERS.”

The remarks drew swift condemnation online. Mathew Knowles, Beyoncé’s father, called West’s comments “stupid” and said he hoped the rapper would get help.

Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles, didn’t mention West directly but posted about choosing light over “ignorance and evil.”

DMX Estate Battle Ends in Courtroom Defeat For Ex-Wife Tashera Simmons

DMX’s long-running estate feud over intellectual property and control of his legacy reached a decisive conclusion in a New York courtroom.

A judge ruled that his ex-wife Tashera Simmons has no ownership over his music rights or trademarks.

The legal fight, which erupted after the rapper’s 2021 death without a will, centered on Tashera’s claim that a 2016 divorce settlement entitled her to 50% of DMX’s intellectual property.

The court disagreed.

“The 2016 settlement agreement does not unequivocally assign ownership of decedent’s copyrighted works or trademark and, indeed, makes no mention of ownership or title to such property,” the judge stated in the ruling. “Plaintiff has no income interest and is not otherwise entitled to any monies of any kind generated by or attributable to services rendered by Earl Simmons.”

The court declared that the estate remains the exclusive owner of all copyrights and trademarks tied to DMX’s name and work, including those created during his marriage to Tashera.

The judge emphasized that the language in the divorce agreement referred only to royalty payments, not ownership.

Another part of the dispute centered around five Letters of Direction DMX signed before his death, which instructed royalty payments to be split with Tashera for specific recordings made between 1998 and 2013.

The court ruled those letters did not confer any ownership rights.

The judge concluded, “Plaintiff has no approval rights or any other rights incident to any alleged ownership in connection with any intellectual property owned by Earl Simmons irrespective of when such rights were obtained or acquired by Earl Simmons.”

The estate, which includes potential future earnings from music royalties estimated at $17.7 million, has been mired in legal chaos since DMX’s sudden death from a drug overdose and heart attack at age 50.

The rapper left behind 15 children and no will, igniting a scramble among heirs and associates to control his assets.

Initially, DMX’s sons with Tashera—Xavier, Tacoma and Sean Simmons—were granted temporary authority over the estate in October 2021.

However, after allegations of misconduct, they were suspended indefinitely. In the latest ruling, the court dismissed the action against them.

The estate is now overseen by co-administrators Sasha Simmons and Desiree Lindstrom, the mother of DMX’s youngest son, Exodus.

Lindstrom had previously petitioned to be recognized as DMX’s common-law wife, but that request was denied.

The ruling effectively ends Tashera Simmons’ legal pursuit of DMX’s intellectual property, closing a major chapter in the ongoing battle over the late Hip-Hop icon’s estate.
