Elon Musk & Australian Teens Agree Over TikTok Ban

Anthony Albanese, the prime minister of Australia, stood firm Wednesday as Australia became the first nation to ban children under 16 from major social media platforms.

Many teenagers posted videos bragging about bypassing the restrictions within hours of implementation.

The Prime Minister called the December 9 launch “one of the biggest social and cultural changes that our nation has faced” while teens flooded TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat with posts mocking the new rules.

Some users shared screenshots of successfully creating accounts despite the age verification systems.

eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman Grant acknowledged “hiccups” on day one but dismissed claims the ban had failed. She announced plans to send information notices to tech giants within seven to 10 days, demanding progress reports on account deactivations. Companies face fines up to $49.5 million for non-compliance.

More than 200,000 TikTok accounts in Australia were already deactivated before the ban took effect, Communications Minister Anika Wells revealed. The government plans to request updated numbers from all platforms covered by the legislation.

Elon Musk’s X became the final holdout to confirm compliance, with the platform stating “it’s not our choice, it’s what Australian law requires.” Musk had previously criticized the ban as a “backdoor way to control the internet usage of all Australians.”

The legislation targets Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X and YouTube, requiring platforms to use “reasonable steps” to prevent underage users from creating accounts. Gaming platforms like Roblox and messaging services remain exempt.

International attention has focused intensely on Australia’s approach. Malaysia announced plans for a similar ban in 2026, while Republican Senator Josh Hawley told reporters American parents would welcome comparable restrictions. “Parents need help, and they feel like they’re swimming upstream when everybody else has social media,” Hawley said.

Critics argue the rushed legislation, passed in just nine days, ignores expert warnings about isolating vulnerable children from online support communities. Youth mental health expert Patrick McGorry said the government “did not listen to experts” when formulating the policy.

Social psychologist Jonathan Haidt praised the ban as “one of the most important international reforms” to reduce harm from social media on teenagers. He compared the milestone to Victoria’s world-first mandatory seatbelt law in 1970.

Inman Grant emphasized the ban aims to support parents rather than punish families. “The primary reason being, they didn’t want their children to be excluded,” she said, referring to why 90% of parents previously helped children aged 8-12 set up social media accounts.

The watchdog will monitor compliance through intelligence gathering and investigations. “It is not just the regulation that deters these companies – it’s the reputational damage and the impact on revenue,” Inman Grant warned.

MAGA Celebrates After Bad Bunny Takes Tumble On Stage During Mexico City Concert

Bad Bunny took a hard fall during his Mexico City concert Wednesday night and Trump supporters wasted no time celebrating the Puerto Rican star’s stumble.

The Grammy winner was performing “Efecto” at Estadio GNP when he slipped and hit the stage floor. He was down for several moments while fans continued singing, then got back up to finish the song.

But the incident quickly became fodder for MAGA supporters who have been furious about Bad Bunny’s upcoming Super Bowl halftime performance.

Conservatives lit up with comments celebrating the fall, with many seeing it as karma for the rapper’s anti-Trump stance.

“Hopefully, he can’t perform for the Super Bowl now nobody wanna see that,” one user fumed. Another said: “What a clown.”

The backlash stems from Bad Bunny’s selection as the 2026 Super Bowl LX halftime performer, which triggered massive outrage from Trump supporters. Over 100,000 people signed petitions calling for the NFL to replace him with country legend George Strait.

“The Super Bowl halftime show should unite our country, honor American culture, and remain family-friendly, not be turned into a political stunt,” one petition read. “Bad Bunny represents none of these values.”

The controversy intensified after Bad Bunny endorsed Kamala Harris following comedian Tony Hinchcliffe’s racist jokes about Puerto Rico at Trump’s Madison Square Garden rally. The rapper posted Harris’s policy plans for Puerto Rico to his 50 million Instagram followers.

Trump himself called Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl selection “absolutely ridiculous” during a Newsmax interview. Conservative commentator Benny Johnson labeled him a “massive Trump hater” and “anti-ICE activist.”

The anger also connects to Bad Bunny’s previous criticism of Trump’s immigration policies. He refused to tour the US mainland this year, citing fears that ICE “could be outside” his concerts, targeting Latino fans.

“There was the issue of, like, f–king ICE could be outside,” Bad Bunny told I-D magazine. “And it’s something that we were talking about and very concerned about.”

Turning Point USA, the conservative organization co-founded by Charlie Kirk, announced they’re hosting “The All American Halftime Show” as counter-programming to Bad Bunny’s performance. The alternative show will air simultaneously with the official Super Bowl halftime show on February 8, 2026.

The organization’s website promises “performers and event details coming soon” for their patriotic alternative. They’ve positioned it as a response to what they see as the NFL’s abandonment of American values.

Bad Bunny addressed the Super Bowl controversy during his October Saturday Night Live appearance, joking that “even Fox News” was happy about his selection. He added in Spanish that the performance represents “a win for all of us” Latinos in America.

“Our footprints and our contribution in this country, no one will ever be able to take that away or erase it,” he said.

The Mexico City fall occurred during his DeBí TiRAR MáS FOToS World Tour, which continues through December before expanding to Latin America, Europe and Australia in 2026.

EXCLUSIVE: 50 Cent Ruthlessly Pursues Millions From Mother Of His Son Over Abuse Allegations

50 Cent is pressing a New York federal court to rule in his favor after Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of his son, Marquis Jackson, failed to respond to a lawsuit alleging that she violated a 2007 agreement regarding the rights to her life story.

Attorneys for G-Unit Books asked the judge to enter a default judgment against Tompkins, to enforce a permanent injunction and to proceed with a damages inquiry.

The company asserts that she owes more than $1 million in damages, plus interest and legal fees, for breaching a contract that granted G-Unit exclusive rights to her personal story.

The lawsuit centers on a Life Rights Agreement Tompkins signed in 2007.

In exchange for $80,000 and future royalties, she granted G-Unit Books the exclusive ability to use and profit from her life narrative.

According to the complaint, Tompkins breached the agreement by releasing videos in 2023 and 2025 that detailed her relationship with 50 Cent and her role in his early career. The company states that those disclosures, which she allegedly sought to monetize, “destroyed” the exclusivity that G-Unit paid for.

The court filing argues that the videos stripped the company of its ability to control the narrative, which was the foundation of the original agreement.

G-Unit’s legal team also laid out their attempts to serve Tompkins with the lawsuit.

After several failed efforts to deliver the documents to her home in July 2025, they used a legal method under New York law known as “nail and mail,” which involves posting the papers to her door and mailing them.

Tompkins was required to respond by September 10, 2025, but failed to do so.

The filing also cited widespread media coverage following AllHipHop’s initial report, asserting that this proves Tompkins was aware of the case.

G-Unit’s complaint brings three legal claims: breach of contract, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, and a request for a declaratory judgment.

The company seeks the court’s confirmation that the indemnification clause in the agreement is enforceable and that Tompkins must pay damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.

They also request that an order be issued blocking her from posting any further content that violates the agreement and directing the removal of existing videos.

The legal push comes as 50 Cent’s Netflix docuseries Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which he executive-produced, continues to dominate the streaming charts.

The four-part series debuted on December 2, 2025, and drew 21.8 million views in its first week.

That success has reignited public interest and criticism of 50 Cent, including from longtime rival Ja Rule.

On Instagram, Ja Rule posted, “This is about this sucker Curtis acting like he’s hip hop moral savior going on tv wit them tight ass nasty suits and that big ass jug head when you’re NO DIFFERENT… ALLEGEDLY…”

The post included images of 50 Cent and Diddy Combs together, suggesting hypocrisy in Jackson’s role as a moral voice in the documentary while facing his own controversies.

Tompkins has not issued a public statement and has not yet filed a response in court. If the judge grants G-Unit’s motion, the case will proceed to a damages hearing in early 2026.

Erick Sermon Clarifies His Stance on AI, Defends Relationship With Lyor Cohen in New Conversation With AllHipHop

Hip-Hop legend Erick Sermon is pushing back against critics questioning his recent embrace of artificial intelligence tools and his longstanding relationship with music executive Lyor Cohen. In a new conversation with AllHipHop’s Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur and DJ Thoro, the EPMD icon laid out his perspective on the future of AI in music creation — and addressed the online backlash that erupted after he was seen at Cohen’s home.

Sermon, who has publicly experimented with AI-powered production tools in recent months, stressed that technology cannot replace human creativity. “AI is a tool,” he said. “You use it for what you want it to work for. I’m not there yet letting it make beats for me… AI can’t work unless you’re telling it what to do. The human aspect is always there.”

His comments echo earlier debates in Hip-Hop around producers like Timbaland, who publicly championed AI collaborations, and Sermon himself, who received criticism earlier this year after testing AI-assisted sample creation. Some fans accused him of diluting the craft; others felt he was helping legitimize a technology they feared would exploit artists. Sermon maintains those concerns misunderstand how AI actually functions.

“For me to create that sample, I’ve got to say, ‘Make a beat that sounds like J Dilla…’ I told it what to do,” he explained. “Do I use it fully? Or do I get ideas from it? That’s where I’m at.”

Sermon said he studies emerging tech not to chase trends but to stay competitive. Citing Mark Cuban, he noted that ignoring new tools is a fast track to falling behind. “Your phone is AI — you’re already using it,” he said. “People act ignorant. Just learn it.”

The conversation shifted when Creekmur addressed the online criticism that erupted after Sermon appeared in photos at Lyor Cohen’s home, prompting speculation that E-Double was aligning himself with controversial executives.

View this post on Instagram

“People were like, ‘Look at Erick next to Lyor, he looks like the Get Out movie,’” Sermon said. “Of course I want to be there. I want to learn so I can tell y’all what I know.”

Sermon offered a firm defense of Cohen, who has faced decades of scrutiny over his time at Def Jam and later positions at Warner Music and YouTube Music. While artists such as DMX, Dame Dash, and others have publicly criticized Cohen’s leadership, Sermon says his experience has been different.

“How can I be mad at somebody who helped me?” he said. “Whatever people’s experiences were, that doesn’t mean it happened to me. I’ve been in this game 37 years. Don’t look at me as somebody who’s being a puppet.”

He emphasized his long track record as an executive, label head, and business operator — not just an artist. “I always had groups, labels, publishing… I’m not the regular artist. I’m a business person too.”

The Green-Eyed Bandit also acknowledged that today’s digital culture fuels outrage regardless of his intentions. “The internet is a different animal,” he said. “If I do good, they hate me. If I do bad, they hate me. It’s a catch-22.”

Still, Sermon made clear he refuses to let online noise derail his evolution.

“People are saying whatever,” he said. “Do you want to be behind, or do you want to know what’s going on?”

Ray J Claims Kim Kardashian & Kris Jenner Are Worse Than Diddy In RICO Rant

Ray J escalated his legal war with Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner by declaring that the mother-daughter duo commits worse crimes than Diddy in court documents this week, doubling down on his racketeering accusations against the Kardashian family.

“Kim’s and Kris’ RICO violations are worse than any RICO violations that Diddy is accused of,” Ray J stated in legal filings obtained by TMZ. “Kim and Kris have repeatedly and obviously conducted racketeering activity for years, and no one has stopped them.”

The comparison comes after Diddy was convicted on two prostitution-related counts and sentenced to over four years in prison.

Ray J’s latest court filing reveals he consulted ChatGPT to strengthen his legal arguments. The AI chatbot allegedly “entrenched” his beliefs that Kim and Kris operate as racketeers through their business dealings.

The legal battle stems from decades of disputes over the infamous 2003 sex tape that launched Kim’s career.

Ray J and Kim filmed their intimate encounter during a vacation in Cabo to celebrate her 23rd birthday in October 2003. The tape remained private until February 2007, when Vivid Entertainment released it as Kim Kardashian, Superstar, just months before Keeping Up with the Kardashians premiered.

Ray J now claims Kim and Kris orchestrated the release of the tape as part of a calculated publicity scheme.

He alleges they conspired with Vivid Entertainment to “defraud the public with their fake lawsuit” – referring to Kim’s initial legal action against the p### company that she later settled for a reported $5 million.

The current legal mess began in October 2025 when Kim and Kris sued Ray J for defamation.

They accused him of falsely claiming federal authorities were investigating them for RICO violations during a livestream. Ray J had suggested the feds were building a case against the family similar to the charges Diddy faced.

Ray J fired back with his own lawsuit in November 2025, alleging Kim and Kris violated a $6 million settlement agreement related to the sex tape. He claims they agreed never to publicly discuss the tape again, but broke that promise when Kim addressed it during interviews and on her reality show.

In his latest filing, Ray J accuses the Kardashians of credit card fraud, claiming they racked up $850,000 in charges on his family’s credit cards. He also alleges they sent lawyers to “extort” him after he discussed the sex tape on a podcast in June 2024.

“To me, Kim and Kris have repeatedly engaged in a criminal enterprise and racketeering activity, violating RICO over and over again,” Ray J declared in court documents. “I have no doubt about that.”

The singer’s attorney, Howard King, filed the paperwork asking a judge to dismiss the Kardashians’ defamation lawsuit. Ray J maintains his RICO claims are protected speech and that his accusations have merit.

Ray J’s comparison to Diddy carries extra weight given the release of 50 Cent’s blockbuster documentary, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, which exposes the mogul’s wrongdoing.

The sex tape controversy has followed both Ray J and Kim for nearly two decades.

What began as a private moment between young lovers became the foundation for one of entertainment’s biggest empires. Kim parlayed the notoriety into reality TV fame, business ventures worth billions and global celebrity status.

But Ray J claims the success came through illegal means. He alleges the family has operated a criminal enterprise since 2007, using fraud and extortion to build their brand while silencing anyone who threatens their narrative.

Elle Varner’s “Refill” Remains A Masterclass In Emotional R&B

When you first heard “Refill” by Grammy-nominated songstress, Elle Varner, more than a decade ago, what was it that hooked you?

For most people, it would be the infectious violin that riffs, like a fiddle, in a syncopated rhythm; boldly ripping through a sexy R&B joint, when it’s clearly better suited for a hoedown! But it not only works, but it’s also brilliant!

It drives the song and gives “Refill” its unique appeal. When you add Elle’s powerful, sultry, yet vulnerable delivery and a heart-stopping baseline, what you get is an iconic, timeless classic that even the hardest thug can vibe to.

And that’s saying a lot considering the decline in popularity of traditional love songs and mid-tempo ballads over the last few decades. And we’re not talking Drake love songs or Hip-Hop collabs, by comparison. The operative word here is “traditional;” Luther, Teddy, Stephanie Mills, up to the hits of Johnny Gill, Usher & Brandy.

They are legacy artists, but even they would be hard-pressed to have a new release go number one today. Ask yourself the last time you’ve seen couples slow dancing at a party? What happened to “dreamy” boy bands reaching out, grabbing air?

For the most part, the culture has shifted to the point that most millennial men and Gen Z are strictly up-tempo and Hip-Hop. Aside from a few “old school” 90s and early 2000s songs on their playlist, they don’t listen to slow or mid-tempo R&B with sappy sentiments, especially when the artist is female. But some songs break through that glass ceiling.

Currently, Khelani’s “Folded” is in that position. It’s hard to pinpoint what cuts through the resistance and makes songs like “Refill” and “Folded” appeal to men as well as women without being offensive or too saccharine.

Even though “Refill” was released in 2012, you could add it to your playlist today, right behind such a song as “Folded” and easily hear the transition flow seamlessly, holding space in nirvana…and you probably should!

Music impacts your mood, and the calm, smooth vibration of “Refill” is like meditation, eyes closed, head nodding, catching all the feels, and still cool, at that.

It’s a detox from the accumulation of rough, hard-life lyrics and fast-lane beats. Even at the baseline, any Gen Zer can still enjoy this classic without compromise.

Elle Varner is currently working on a new album, which is yet to be titled and this time she is at the production helm.

She also has an upcoming film titled “Kismet Holiday,” which won honors at The Essence Film Festival. The film is slated for release in 2026. And, of course, Elle Varner is still touring and performing her hits like “Only Wanna Give It To You” featuring J Cole and the fan favorite, “Refill.”

In anticipation of her upcoming projects, do yourself a favor and familiarize yourself with, or revisit the feels of Elle Varner’s iconic track, “Refill.”

Erica Banks Drug Bust Dash Cam Footage Released

Erica Banks found herself in handcuffs again after police released dash cam footage showing her December 8 arrest in a stolen vehicle packed with drugs.

The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star got pulled over at a Brookhaven gas station when cops spotted her black Cadillac with an obstructed license plate. Police ran the tags and determined the vehicle was stolen within minutes.

The newly released video shows the moment everything went wrong for the 27-year-old rapper.

Officers discovered that the SUV had been stolen from South Carolina back in November. But that wasn’t the worst part. Police found suspected MDMA in Erica Banks’ purse and enough marijuana to hit her with intent to distribute charges.

The dash cam footage captures driver Amani Dirton acting surprised about the dealer tags on the vehicle. Dirton told cops it was a rental, but couldn’t produce any paperwork to support the claim. That’s when things got real.

Banks faces two felony drug possession charges. Dirton was charged with receiving stolen property and multiple traffic violations. Both walked out of DeKalb County Jail two days later.

This marks Banks’ second major legal mess in metro Atlanta this year. She got arrested at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport in August after security found a stolen gun in her Louis Vuitton bag.

The firearm was reported stolen in 2018 from the same South Carolina area where this latest stolen car originated.

Banks told airport police the gun belonged to her “security” but wouldn’t give them a name. She joined “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” during season 11 in 2023 and is known for hits like “Buss It” and “Toot That.”

Aubrey O’Day Vomited, Suffered Vertigo Over Diddy Doc

Aubrey O’Day suffered severe physical symptoms after watching 50 Cent’s Netflix documentary about Sean “Diddy” Combs, revealing how the film helped her understand she may have been drugged and assaulted without knowing it.

The former Danity Kane member was hospitalized on Wednesday with “vertigo, fever, dizziness, migraine, chills and vomiting all night” after viewing Sean Combs: The Reckoning.

She told TMZ the documentary re-traumatized her.

“Watching everything from Netflix unfold publicly, seeing parts of a world I only knew from inside my own limited lens, was like living it again, but this time with context and truth outside of me,” O’Day said. “I didn’t think it would traumatize me the way it did, but watching the pieces line up from a distance outside of myself has felt like my nervous system was reliving everything with more clarity than I ever even asked for.”

The illness forced O’Day to miss Danity Kane’s reunion show in Los Angeles, leaving Aundrea Fimbres and D. Woods to perform as a duo at the El Rey Theatre.

The documentary featured disturbing testimony about O’Day appearing “sprawled out on a leather couch, looking very inebriated” during an alleged 2005 assault at Bad Boy studios.

Learning this information for the first time, O’Day asked through tears: “Does this mean I was raped? Is that what this means? I don’t even know if I was raped, and I don’t want to know.”

Former Diddy bodyguard Gene Deal recently revealed explosive information connected to O’Day’s experience.

In an interview with The Art of Dialogue, Deal said he heard Diddy threaten: “I’ma drug them out and pimp them out to my n####, they keep f###### with me.” Deal was referring to Danity Kane as a group.

“This s### is so crazy…because I heard him say it. But to know that he was doing it, it’s a whole nother f###### thing,” Deal said. “He said it. ‘I’ma drug them out and pimp them out to my n#####, they keep f###### with me.’ And he was talking about Danity Kane as a group. He didn’t single out any one of them. But to hear that he did it, that s### is crazy to me.”

Deal described feeling disturbed after watching O’Day’s emotional breakdown in the documentary.

“It makes you feel sick. I guess I wasn’t looking for it. But to see her pain, and to see that she had to experience some s### like that,” he said.

Aubrey O’Day has long maintained she was fired from Danity Kane for refusing Diddy’s sexual advances.

O’Day said she was hurt by Instagram comments suggesting she should have been tougher and done the show anyway.

“My heart is broken because I never want to let my DK sisters or the fans down,” O’Day said. “However, I can’t wait to be with my girls for our Connecticut show on the 13th.”

But O’Day better buckle up. 50 Cent, who executive-produced the Netflix documentary, recently revealed he has 140+ hours of unreleased footage that didn’t make the four-part series.

During a December 10 appearance on “The Sherri Shepherd Show,” 50 Cent teased releasing raw clips directly to YouTube.

“Or, I’ll just put it on YouTube,” he said with a smirk when asked about a possible second season. “Everything couldn’t make it. It was only four episodes, so you had to pick and choose things.”

According to 50 Cent, the unseen footage includes intimate and damaging material that will make supporters go “very quiet.”

He warned that the content contains serious revelations that were left on the editing room floor.

Ebro Darden Explains How MAGA Factored Into Split From Hot 97

Illseed here.

The situation with Ebro Darden is getting deeper by the day. All of this broke yeterday, but I figure I would let it marinate a bit. Ebro is clearly not done talking. In fact, he just delivered a heavy message on YouTube that points straight at Trump, MAGA politics and powerful players in New York.

He says they have been trying to move him out of the way for years. They have taken the whole thing off the site already…that’s an act of malice. So, if you want to see it, here it is:

Before he even got into the story, he told people to “Make sure you subscribe to Ebro in the Morning on YouTube.” So, here That is HERE. While you are at it, get at us at AllHipHopTV.

Then he explained that the signs were there long before the final HOT 97 broadcast. According to him, “Told y’all a couple of weeks ago when they tried to run that Andrew Cuomo play on me. Remember that sh#t.”

From there he shifted the entire conversation toward politics and pressure. He said things changed “when the uh when the Trumpster got in office,” and he made it clear he was not backing down. “Listen, man. I don’t capitulate. I been doing this too long.”

According to Ebro, this is not just about radio. It’s about media companies trying to secure big deals and stay in the good graces of the people who control major licenses and major money. He said, “They all got to fold up cuz they all trying to renew their deals their licenses.”

Then he went even further and connected the situation to casino licenses in New York City.

And in Ebro’s view, that kind of financial pressure meant one thing: his voice was becoming a problem. He called himself “anti-Netanyahu” and you already know that’s a problem. “They need me out the way. They trying to get to these bags that these VCs got raise some capital.”

Ebro said this is not new and not sudden.

“They’ve been trying to get to me for years, bro. Years.” He also made it clear that the people who have followed him know exactly where he stands. “People that I’ve worked with for a long time man they know they know who I am. They know what I stand for. the communities that listen and have supported us they know y’all know how I rock. Y’all know what type of sh#t I pop.”

He repeated that he previously warned everyone about what was coming.

“I told y’all they was hunting. I told you they was hunting.” As he wrapped the video, he encouraged listeners to stay alert during the holidays but also prepare for more. “So buckle up, because we going to get active.”

This is not someone walking away quietly.

Stay woke. Stay tuned.

50 Cent Exposes Diddy’s Secret Child With Tupac’s Former Girlfriend

50 Cent dropped a bombshell allegation about Diddy during his appearance on Sherri Shepard’s talk show. The rapper-filmmaker claimed Diddy secretly fathered a child with a woman who previously dated Tupac Shakur.

The explosive claim didn’t make it into 50 Cent’s four-part Netflix documentary Sean Combs: The Reckoning, but 50 Cent explained why during his interview.

“Well, everything couldn’t make it…It’s only four episodes,” he said. “So it was a lot and you had to pick and choose things. Even in an area where he chooses to date people who he knows previously dated someone, he has a baby by a woman that was dating 2Pac.”

50 Cent didn’t identify the alleged mother. As far as the public knows, Diddy currently has six biological children with four different women: Misa Hylton, the late Kim Porter, Sarah Chapman and Dana Tran, who recently gave birth to his youngest daughter, Love.

While the creator of “Power” revealed that his team couldn’t include this particular allegation in the Netflix series due to space constraints, he hinted that the additional material would be released elsewhere.

This revelation comes as 50 Cent continues to tease fans about unreleased footage from his Diddy documentary. The G-Unit mogul has been vocal about having extensive material that didn’t make the final cut of the Netflix series.

The documentary’s most shocking moments came from intimate footage of Diddy in his Park Hyatt hotel room just six days before his September 2024 arrest.

Director Alexandria Stapleton explained how they obtained this unprecedented access: “It came to us, we obtained the footage legally and have the necessary rights. We moved heaven and earth to keep the filmmaker’s identity confidential.”

But the real story behind the footage emerged when videographer Michael Oberlies broke his silence to Rolling Stone on December 10. Oberlies, who had been documenting Diddy for over two years, revealed the footage wasn’t intentionally leaked.

“For over two years, we have been working on a project profiling Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs,” Oberlies stated. “The footage in question was not released by me or anyone authorized to handle Sean Combs’ materials; it was by a third party who covered for me for three days while I was out of state.”

Oberlies squashed rumors about fee disputes or contract issues, calling the unauthorized release “both unethical and unacceptable.” The freelancer who filled in for him during those three days apparently provided the material to 50 Cent’s team without permission.

The Netflix documentary showcased Diddy strategizing with his legal team, responding to Dawn Richard’s lawsuit in real time, and making calculated public appearances in Harlem. But 50 Cent has repeatedly suggested this was just the tip of the iceberg.

“I don’t think you can get closer,” executive producer 50 Cent told Netflix’s Tudum about the footage. “He was documenting himself on his way to jail.”

The disgraced mogul’s legal team sent a cease-and-desist letter to Netflix before the documentary aired, calling it a “shameful hit piece” and threatening legal action.

The imprisoned mogul was recently sentenced to 50 months in prison after being found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution charges, though he was acquitted of more serious racketeering and sex trafficking charges.

Cardi B May Flee U.S. Over JD Vance Bullying

Cardi B declared she’s considering leaving America permanently after Vice President JD Vance publicly sided with her rival Nicki Minaj in their ongoing feud.

The Bronx rapper made the stunning announcement during an Instagram Live session from Saudi Arabia, where she’s performing at the Soundstorm Festival in Riyadh this weekend. Her comments came just days after Vance tweeted “Nicki > Cardi” in response to a now-deleted post from Minaj that appeared to praise the Vice President.

Vance’s tweet marked an unprecedented moment where America’s second-highest elected official inserted himself into Hip-Hop’s most contentious rivalry. The Vice President was responding to Minaj’s deleted post, which reportedly read “Vance > Rants,” indicating her growing support for the Trump administration.

Vance’s public endorsement of Minaj over Cardi represents a sharp escalation in the rappers’ feud, now involving the White House in Hip-Hop beef.

“I’m starting not to like America,” Cardi B said during her live stream. “America makes me pay taxes. The Vice President is talking s### about me on Twitter. I don’t feel real appreciated in America. Y’all need to convince me to come back.”

Cardi praised Saudi Arabia’s strict legal system during her broadcast.

“I’m in Saudi Arabia and, so far, let me tell you about my experience. It’s very strict. They will put you under the jail,” she explained. “They ain’t playing around. You will go to prison. Mess around and you’ll find out. However, it’s very easy to follow the rules here.”

Saudi Arabia maintains some of the world’s harshest penalties for various offenses.

The kingdom enforces strict public decency laws with fines up to 6,000 Saudi riyals for indecent behavior and 2,000 riyals for unauthorized photography. More serious crimes can result in imprisonment, flogging, or even execution.

Despite these strict laws, Saudi Arabia has been aggressively courting young people and international artists as part of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030 initiative. The kingdom has invested billions in entertainment infrastructure, hosting major music festivals, comedy shows, and sporting events to diversify its economy away from oil.

Cardi is in Saudi Arabia to headline the three-day Soundstorm Festival, which runs December 11-13 in Riyadh.

The event features over 200 artists, including Post Malone, Calvin Harris, and Swedish House Mafia, representing the kingdom’s push to become a global entertainment destination.

“The people over here is hip, honey,” Cardi said about her Saudi experience. “They are very polite. They don’t look at you like you’re poor.” She particularly praised the shopping and dining experiences, saying, “I like everything duty-free, tax-free, discount-free.”

The kingdom’s entertainment boom has transformed Saudi society, with young Saudis now attending mixed-gender concerts and festivals that were unthinkable just a few years ago.

However, this cultural opening exists alongside continued political repression and strict social controls.

The rapper joked about following Saudi rules during a Wednesday Instagram Live session, saying “I don’t like cigarettes. I don’t like weed. I don’t like hookah. I don’t like nothing. I don’t like any of that stuff. I don’t like nothing.”

Lizzo Gets Legal Win After Secret Recording Causes Fat-Shaming Claims To Collapse

Lizzo won a significant victory in her legal battle against three former backup dancers after their fat-shaming allegations collapsed following revelations about an unauthorized secret recording.

Arianna Davis was fired for making an unauthorized recording of Lizzo during a dancer meeting and sending it to Crystal Williams, who was no longer working on The Special Tour, according to court documents.

The Grammy-winning artist’s powerhouse attorney Marty Singer and partner Melissa Y. Glass confirmed that Davis, along with Noelle Rodriguez and Crystal Williams, dropped their fat-shaming claims after 18 witnesses provided sworn declarations refuting the allegations.

The Superior Court judge concluded that Davis’s termination was justified due to her secret recordings.

This development represents a major shift in the high-profile case that began in 2023 when the three dancers accused Lizzo of subjecting them to uncomfortable situations during tour stops in Amsterdam and Paris.

The women claimed Lizzo pressured dancers to interact with sex performers at Bananenbar in Amsterdam, where patrons eat bananas out of performers’ vaginas.

Lizzo previously spoke about being “blindsided” by the lawsuit in a 2024 interview with Keke Palmer, saying, “These were people that I gave opportunities to.”

She maintained her innocence throughout the legal proceedings, stating “I did nothing wrong” and calling the allegations “outrageous.”

The singer revealed the lawsuit’s emotional toll, admitting she became “very paranoid and isolated” during the legal battle. “I know what it feels like to be body-shamed on a daily basis,” Lizzo said in her initial response to the harassment claims.

While the fat-shaming claims have been abandoned, other allegations, including false imprisonment and harassment, remain active in court. The dancers’ attorney, Ronald Zambrano, told TMZ they are “maintaining that Judge Epstein was correct in his ruling denying Lizzo’s special motion to strike the vast majority of claims.”

Lizzo’s legal team expressed confidence that they will prevail in the remaining aspects of the case.

The unauthorized recording that led to Davis’s firing has significantly weakened the plaintiffs’ position, with the court finding their fat-shaming allegations lacked merit.

Texas woman goes to new gym with a free 7-day pass. Then a worker tells her to review the terms and conditions: ‘We’re not gonna honor it’

A Texas woman wanted to try out a new gym on a free seven-day pass. Except when she shows up, she learns that the management has no intention of honoring it.

TikTok creator Lez (@lez.labella) posted a video about the situation on Nov. 29. She starts the video by saying, “Let’s play a game of ‘make this make sense.’”

Lez explains that she woke up that morning wanting to work out, but she wasn’t excited about any of her current gym options. “Didn’t want to go to Crunch Fitness,” she says. “Very tired of Crunch Fitness. Looked up what gyms are about 25-30 minutes away from me. Decided to check out EOS [Fitness]. Go online, sign up for the free seven-day pass. Get dressed, drive 30 minutes, show up to the gym.”

Texas Woman Visits EOS Fitness on a ‘Free’ 7-Day Pass

When she enters the gym, Lez immediately heads over to the reception desk and lets them know about her seven-day pass. The front desk person tells her that someone from the sales team will be right with her to go over membership options, which she understands is part of the free seven-day pass experience.

But the wait is longer than she expected. “And then it clicks to me,” she says. “I’m two Jeezy songs in. Why am I still sitting here?”

Finally, she says she was approached by a young man who proceeded to go over the membership options and inform her about a Black Friday deal that involved paying just $1 until January. Lez was impressed by the facility and wanted to take advantage of the deal—just not before getting through her seven-day trial period.

“He said, ‘Well, here is the thing about the seven-day pass. We’re not going to honor it,’” Lez recalls. “I said, ‘Wait, run that back?’”

Lez Reads the EOS Terms and Conditions

According to Lez, the sales rep doubled down and said that a one-day pass was $20. “I said, ‘I was going to purchase a membership, but this just seems really shady to me. It says that nowhere on your website. It said it nowhere in the mail. And then I get here today and you’re telling me I drove 30 minutes just to get here for you to tell me that you’re not going to honor the seven-day pass and you’re forcing me into a membership?’”

Lez understands that the Black Friday deal made it so that it wasn’t necessarily a financial risk, but it was more the principle at that point. “But the way they went about it was so sketchy, I don’t want to be at the gym at all anymore,” she says. “So of course I got in my car and as a Black woman, I’m going to research. Here is what the email said. Nowhere in that [expletive] does it say they’re not honoring the seven-day pass at this time.”

Viewers React to the EOS 7-Day Pass Story

Lez closes the video by asking for gym recommendations in the Houston area. In the comments section, viewers weighed in with their opinions on her story.

“Time to make a complaint to corporate,” wrote one viewer.

“Why are gyms so difficult?” asked a second person. “It’s hard to sign up. It’s hard to cancel. What is their problem?”

“The best way you can get them in major trouble is to call your state attorney general and make a complaint,” suggested a third viewer. “They don’t mess around with this kind of stuff.”

The United States government requires businesses to outline all of the fine print on free trials before the customer signs up. So that means Lez might actually have a valid complaint on her hands here.

Kim Kardashian Goes From Hot To Cold: Tiny Bikini, & Bottom Hugging Snowsuit Makes Eyes Pop

Kim Kardashian is once again reminding the internet that seasons don’t apply to her body.

The reality star flipped the thermostat from scorching to subzero in a single Instagram carousel, opening with a barely-there bikini moment before sliding straight into a winter fantasy that somehow still clung to every curve.

View this post on Instagram

First came the heat. Kim lounged poolside in a tiny animal-print bikini, chest pushed front and center, abs tight, skin bronzed, and sunglasses locked in place like she knew exactly what she was doing. The pose was relaxed, but the message wasn’t subtle. This was pure vacation thirst, delivered with surgical precision.

Then came the whiplash.

Without warning, Kim transported followers into a snow-covered maze of Christmas trees, wrapped head-to-toe in an all-white snowsuit that somehow hugged her bottom just as aggressively as the bikini did. Puffy sleeves, fitted legs, sky-high boots — the look was giving “ice queen,” but the silhouette stayed unmistakably Kim.

Even from behind, the snowsuit left very little to the imagination, contouring her curves as she stood framed between frosted trees like a holiday installation nobody asked for but everyone stared at anyway.

The contrast was the point. One slide was summer skin. The next was winter armor. Both were engineered to stop scrolling.

Kim didn’t bother explaining the vibe. She didn’t need to. Bikini heat, snowstorm glamour, and a body that refuses to be seasonal did all the talking.

Hot or cold, Kim Kardashian remains comfortably out of season — and completely in control of the temperature.

Philly Rapper Busted For Three Murders As Gang Hitman

A rising Philadelphia rapper was busted for being a contract killer for Philadelphia’s Black Flag gang after spending eight months on the lam for three murders.

Blumberg Eerd, born Tayvine Jones, didn’t just rap about street violence; he lived it. Prosecutors say he executed three people in North and Northeast Philadelphia as part of his role as the gang’s designated hitman.

The murders weren’t random; they were calculated hits tied to gang rivalries and music beef. The first killing happened on August 23, 2020, when Blumberg Eerd shot 16-year-old Heyward Garrison at 2215 West Diamond Street. Two years later, he struck again.

Wesley Rodwell was gunned down on May 25, 2022, at 1600 West Erie Avenue after posting a music video that taunted Black Flag.

Blumberg Eerd didn’t appreciate the disrespect. Three months later, Blumberg Eerd carried out his third execution. On September 26, 2022, he ambushed another victim at 1600 Creston Street in what prosecutors called a planned assassination.

The drill rapper had been dodging law enforcement since April 2024. He changed his appearance, wore masks, only traveled at night, and constantly switched locations.

But the U.S. Marshals, Philadelphia DA’s Gun Violence Task Force, and Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office finally tracked him down.

Blumberg Eerd faces multiple first-degree murder charges plus witness intimidation for the Erie Avenue case. His co-defendants, Dymer Purnell, Deshawn Kinsler, and Michael Nelson, are already locked up awaiting trial.

The cops confirmed Blumberg Eerd was a Black Flag member involved in an ongoing war with rival crew Zoo Gang. Philadelphia’s drill rap scene has become increasingly violent as gang members use music videos to taunt enemies and escalate conflicts.

Popular artists like YBC Dul, Phat Geez, LGP Qua and Gillie Da King’s son YNG Cheese have been gunned down over the past several years.

Tatted Up Holly Begs For Peace After Ja Rule Attacks 50 Cent Over Hypocrisy

Tatted Up Holly issued a public statement asking for distance from renewed online discussions about her past allegations against 50 Cent.

The model’s 2015 abuse claims have resurfaced as critics question 50 Cent’s credibility following his Netflix documentary about Diddy, Sean Combs: The Reckoning.

“With everything resurfacing online, I want to make a brief statement,” Holly wrote. “What happened in my past was my experience and I’ve healed and grown from it.”

She emphasized her desire to stay out of feuds and focus on her future and daughter. The renewed attention stems from Holly’s original 2015 Instagram posts, where she accused 50 Cent of physical abuse during their relationship.

Holly’s statement comes as Ja Rule launched a social media campaign attacking 50 Cent over his executive production of Netflix’s Sean Combs: The Reckoning.

The longtime rivals’ feud reignited when Ja Rule accused 50 Cent of hypocrisy for exposing Diddy’s alleged abuse while having his own documented history with similar accusations.

“Let’s be real that n#### dgaf about the victims we ALL know why he did the doc..Herman’s a cancer to the culture,” Ja Rule posted on social media, referencing multiple women who have accused the rapper of domestic violence.

He called 50 Cent no better than Diddy and questioned his motives for the documentary.

Holly isn’t the only woman to make such allegations. Daphne Joy, mother of 50 Cent’s youngest son, accused him of domestic violence in 2013 following an alleged incident at her Los Angeles home.

Prosecutors charged him with misdemeanor domestic violence and vandalism. He denied the allegations but pleaded no contest to vandalism in a plea deal that avoided jail time.

More recently, Shaniqua Tompkins, mother of 50 Cent’s eldest son, alleged in 2025 that he physically abused her during their relationship, including incidents in front of her daughter.

She said the abuse occurred years earlier but chose to speak publicly amid renewed online discussion.

The Netflix documentary explores decades of allegations against Diddy, with 50 Cent serving as executive producer. The project has generated significant attention and controversy since its release.

Ja Rule has threatened legal action against 50 Cent, alleging defamation for statements made during their ongoing social media exchanges about a post claiming the rapper was involved in a freak-off with Diddy.

The feud between the two rappers dates back over two decades and shows no signs of ending.

Trump Condoms Found In Epstein Estate Dump & MAGA Explodes

Donald Trump-branded novelty condoms discovered among Jeffrey Epstein’s personal items have triggered reactions across social media from people who can’t help but comment on the bizarre revelation.

The House Oversight Committee Democrats released 19 photos on Friday from Epstein’s estate collection.

One image shows novelty condoms featuring President Trump’s face spread across a table with a sign reading “Trump Condom $4.50.” The photo came from Epstein’s personal computer and email account.

The condom discovery adds another layer to the ongoing scrutiny of Donald Trump’s past relationship with Epstein. The convicted sex offender kept thousands of photos documenting his connections to influential figures.

Other images released Friday show President Donald Trump at parties with Epstein, along with photos of Bill Clinton, Steve Bannon, Woody Allen, Bill Gates and Prince Andrew. The photos don’t imply wrongdoing but demonstrate Epstein’s extensive network of high-profile contacts.

“It is time to end this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful friends,” said Rep. Robert Garcia, the ranking Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.

The White House pushed back against the photo release. “House Democrats are selectively releasing cherry-picked photos with random redactions to try and create a false narrative,” spokeswoman Abigail Jackson said.

Congress passed legislation last month requiring the Department of Justice to release its files from the Epstein investigation by December 19. Donald Trump signed the bill, but those files haven’t been released yet.

The novelty condoms represent just one item among Epstein’s collection of sex toys and adult materials documented in the photo release. The House Oversight Committee said the latest batch contains more than 95,000 images total.

Social media users have been sharing memes and reactions to the Trump condom photos since their release on Friday morning. The bizarre nature of the discovery has made it prime material for online commentary and jokes.

The photos were taken from Epstein’s estate after he died in federal custody in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.

Rod Wave Sued By Photographer Over Last Lap Album Cover Copyright

Rod Wave is being sued by a Florida photographer who claims the rapper used his concert photo on the Last Lap album cover and promotional materials without permission, igniting a copyright dispute that could cost the chart-topping artist.

According to a complaint filed Thursday, December 11, in federal court, Tampa-based photographer Allan Salas alleges that a photo he captured of Rod Wave performing in August 2024 was used without his consent.

The image, showing the rapper gripping a mic stand mid-set, was later featured as the official cover art for Last Lap, which debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and remained on the chart for 56 weeks.

Salas says he was granted access to shoot the show but retained full rights to the images. He claims Rod Wave’s team was notified of his ownership but still used the photo on the album, merchandise and promotional materials for a 28-date arena tour.

“Even though the defendants had already commercially released the album, which contained unauthorized uses of the photograph, the defendants doubled down and tripled down on their unauthorized use,” Salas’s attorneys wrote in the lawsuit, according to Billboard.

The suit alleges that the image was also printed on T-shirts and other merchandise, further increasing the financial benefit to Rod Wave while Salas received no compensation or licensing agreement.

This legal challenge follows another major lawsuit earlier this year, in which Grizzly Touring LLC sued Rod Wave for $27 million, alleging he breached a touring contract and failed to return advance payments.

Nicki Minaj Destroyed For Targeting Gavin Newsom Over Trans Kids

Nicki Minaj launched a blistering attack on California Governor Gavin Newsom after his controversial “trans kids” remarks, escalating her public embrace of Republican politics and deepening her alliance with Donald Trump and JD Vance.

The Queens rapper didn’t hold back when responding to Newsom’s recent interview statement about wanting to “see trans kids.”

Nicki Minaj fired back on social media, writing: “Imagine being the guy running on wanting to see trans kids. Haha. Not even a trans ADULT would run on that. Normal adults wake up & think they want to see HEALTHY, SAFE, HAPPY kids… GavOUT.”

The post immediately went viral and pulled Nicki Minaj directly into the heated political debate surrounding transgender youth policies.

Her attack on Newsom comes as the California governor faces growing scrutiny over his evolving stance on trans issues, particularly after calling trans women’s participation in women’s sports “deeply unfair” earlier this year.

Minaj’s criticism represents her most direct political attack yet and signals her complete break from Democratic politics. The timing coincides with her increasingly vocal support for the Trump administration and her budding friendship with Vice President JD Vance.

Just days before her Newsom attack, Nicki Minaj praised Vance as “an assassin” after he weighed into her longstanding feud with Cardi B.

When Vance posted “Nicki>Cardi” on social media, Nicki Minaj responded enthusiastically: “Nothing brings me joy like the Vance memes & knowing he leaned into it like a boss. But make no mistake, Vance is an assassin. Don’t debate him. On anything. Quick as a computer. Maybe quicker.”

The rapper’s Republican transformation has been months in the making.

She recently reposted a White House TikTok video promoting Trump’s agenda, including messaging about “no men in women’s sports” and “criminal illegals are being deported,” set to her 2012 hit “Va Va Voom.”

Critics have called out what they see as hypocrisy in Minaj’s stance, pointing to her own immigration story. In a previous interview, Minaj revealed she was brought to the United States from Trinidad and Tobago illegally when she was five years old.

Her support for Trump’s deportation policies has sparked accusations of betraying her own immigrant experience.

Nicki Minaj’s political evolution began to gain attention last month when she spoke at a U.S. Mission to the United Nations event on Christian persecution in Nigeria, receiving an introduction from Ambassador Mike Waltz.

During her speech, she thanked Donald Trump for his leadership while stating, “This isn’t about taking sides. This is about standing up in the face of injustice.”

Nicki Minaj’s attack on Newsom over transgender issues puts her squarely in line with Republican talking points on LGBTQ+ rights.

Her comment about wanting to see “healthy, safe, happy kids” while excluding transgender children from that category drew sharp criticism from LGBTQ+ advocates who accused her of perpetuating discrimination.

The rapper who once criticized Trump during his first presidency has now become one of his most high-profile celebrity supporters, using her massive platform to amplify conservative messaging to her 25.5 million X followers.

Nicki Minaj Targets “Trans Kids” and Gavin Newsom

Nicki Minaj is back at it.

This time it is different. Nicki has always had a unique, powerful community behind her. The Barbz were not like anybody else’s fan base in Hip-Hop. They were loyal, organized, emotional and relentless. They were her digital army even when the culture questioned her moves. That kind of base is rare. Now it looks like Nicki might be trading Barbz for something else.

The latest flare up comes from a rant where she appears to be criticizing trans kids and taking direct aim at California Governor Gavin Newsom. This is the same Newsom who regularly positions himself as a fierce political adversary to Donald Trump. He leans liberal. He trends on social media. So when she suddenly turns him into target practice…what are we doing?

People are wondering what exactly is going on because Nicki built a career heavily supported by LGBTQ+ fans. They helped create the Barb movement long before she was a global superstar. They championed her style, her theatrics, her lyrics and her empowerment messaging. They were part of the foundation. So when she leans into rhetoric that many believe is hostile to trans youth, the fallout is immediate. Fans are already expressing disappointment and some are stepping back altogether. We do not have stats on this, but the comments are in shambles.

What does Chuckie have to do with this?

This isn’t the first time Nicki has drifted into controversial territory in the last couple of month, but this one feels different. Previously it was vague commentary about Africa or Christianity without clear context. This new stance feels more pointed and political, almost in direct opposition to her historic base. Nicki is splitting from her base and may not know it.

Where this goes next is anybody’s guess.
