Damon Dash Strikes Back At 50 Cent With Supreme Team Documentary

Damon Dash is reclaiming control and legacy with a new documentary on the Supreme Team, a direct response to recent jabs from 50 Cent and Cam’ron over their upcoming Paid in Full series that left him out of the picture.

The Roc-A-Fella co-founder has joined forces with Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff Jr., the son of the infamous Queens drug figure Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff, to produce Supreme Truth, a documentary set to debut next month.

The project aims to retell the story of the Supreme Team from the perspective of those who lived it—something Dash says is long overdue.

“Supreme truth Documentary release date Next month. We have to tell the story the right way and the right way is For Preme and Prince to be in control of their own Narrative. I love how this manifested,” Dash said.

The move comes after 50 Cent and Cam’ron announced they were developing a new installment of Paid in Full without Dash’s involvement, despite his role in producing the original 2002 film.

That film depicted Harlem’s drug underworld and was inspired by real-life figures Dash helped bring to the screen.

Rather than respond with words, Dash is answering with a project that not only challenges the narrative but also brings him into alignment with someone from 50 Cent’s most dangerous chapter.

Supreme McGriff Sr. and 50 Cent’s history is well documented, including a long-standing beef that escalated after 50 referenced the Supreme Team in his song “Ghetto Qu’ran.” That feud reportedly led to a shooting that nearly took 50’s life.

By collaborating with McGriff Jr., Dash is making a calculated move that doubles as both a creative and symbolic strike. It’s a reminder that Dash still holds weight in Hip-Hop storytelling and isn’t afraid to confront uncomfortable truths from the culture’s past.

The documentary aims to deliver an unfiltered look at the Supreme Team’s rise and fall, with Dash using his experience in film and music to shape the project.

The partnership also sends a message to those who may have counted him out.

The release date for “Supreme Truth” is scheduled for next month.

Halsey Says Columbia Records Blocked New Album After Sales Dip

Halsey says she’s been benched by her label after her latest album didn’t meet expectations—despite a strong debut and sold-out tour.

“I can’t make an album right now,” she told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe during a recent interview. “I’m not allowed to. It’s the reality.”

The 30-year-old singer revealed that Columbia Records has halted her ability to record new music following the release of The Great Impersonator, which dropped on October 25, 2024.

The album opened at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and moved 100,000 units in its first week—a figure that would be a win for most artists—but not enough for her label.

“If I’m being honest with you, the album sold 100,000 f###### copies first week,” she said. “That’s a pretty big first week, especially for an artist who hasn’t had a hit in a long time.”

Columbia reportedly measured the album’s performance against Halsey’s 2020 project Manic, which featured the 6x-platinum single “Without Me” and debuted at No. 2 with over 239,000 equivalent album units.

“It would be considered a success for most artists, 100,000 albums in the first week, in an era when we don’t sell physical music,” she said. “But it’s a failure in the context of the kind of success I’ve had previously. And that’s the hardest part of having been a pop star once, because I’m not one anymore, and I’m being compared to people that I don’t consider lateral to me.”

Halsey Gears Up For “Back To Badlands Tour” In October

The comments add to a long history of friction between Halsey and the music business. She left Capitol Records in 2023 after creative disagreements and signed with Columbia that June, hoping for more freedom.

Capitol had released her first four albums, including her 2015 debut, Badlands, and the critically praised Manic. Despite the label freeze, Halsey’s live shows are thriving. Her “My Last Trick Tour” wrapped in July after selling out 32 dates and breaking her personal touring record.

“They want Manic numbers from me,” she said, pointing to the pressure to repeat past success.

Still, she credited her supporters for keeping her career afloat. “I love them, God bless them, because they’re the only reason that I’m even able to make anything at all, that I can sell that many copies of an experimental concept album about death,” she said. “They support me.”

Halsey is now gearing up for her “Back To Badlands Tour” in Los Angeles. The trek is a 10-year anniversary of her breakout debut.

Dallas Sniper Shooting At ICE Facility Sparks Conspiracy Theories, Others Blame Newsom

Joshua Jahn opened fire from a rooftop near a Dallas, Texas, Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility early Wednesday, killing two detainees and critically wounding a third before dying by suicide, according to federal investigators.

The 29-year-old gunman targeted an unmarked ICE transport van parked outside the North Stemmons Freeway facility around 6:30 A.M., officials said. Authorities reported Jahn unleashed a barrage of bullets at both the van and the sally port entrance before turning the weapon on himself as officers approached.

The FBI, now leading the case, is treating the incident as an ideologically motivated act of violence. Officials recovered shell casings at the scene engraved with the phrase “ANTI ICE.”

Another wrote, “This is the fishiest s### I’ve ever seen. We’re supposed to believe the shooter wrote ‘Anti-ICE’ in pen on a bullet and then shot detainees but not ICE officers?”

FBI Director Kash Patel addressed the attack in a statement, calling it part of a disturbing pattern.

“These despicable, politically motivated attacks against law enforcement are not a one-off,” he said. “We are only miles from Prairieland, Texas, where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers.”

The victims were all ICE detainees being transported in the van. Two died at the scene. The third remains hospitalized in critical condition. No ICE agents were harmed.

Jahn had no known violent criminal history, though a 2015 marijuana possession arrest was found in Collin County records. Authorities believe he may have been living in Durant, Oklahoma, and conducted a search of a family home in Fairview, Texas, after the shooting.

The Dallas facility was closed for the day as federal teams gathered evidence and assessed potential links to other anti-ICE incidents.

The Department of Homeland Security has reported a nearly 700% rise in attacks on ICE personnel in recent months. The agency has since adopted a zero-tolerance policy toward threats or violence against its officers and buildings.

The details written in pen on the wet bullets, drenched in water, have fueled online speculation and skepticism.

“Shell casings that say ‘anti ICE’ instead of something like ‘f### ICE’ or ‘abolish ICE’ or something else an actual human being would say? C’mon man, this is so obviously fake,” one user posted on X.

Another wrote, “This is the fishiest s### I’ve ever seen. We’re supposed to believe the shooter wrote ‘Anti-ICE’ in pen on a bullet and then shot detainees but not ICE officers?”

Meanwhile, California Governor Gavin Newsom is facing backlash after critics tied his recent comments about ICE to the shooting.

During an appearance on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Newsom said, “If some guy jumped out of an unmarked car, in a van and a man with a mask tried to grab me, by definition you’re going to push back. These are not just authoritarian tendencies, these are authoritarian actions by an authoritarian government.”

Newsom also described ICE as “the largest private domestic army of its type or police force anywhere in the world” and warned that agents appear to be pledging loyalty to former President Trump instead of the Constitution.

The FBI, Dallas police and ICE continue to investigate. The identities of the victims have not yet been released.

50 Cent’s $50M Entertainment District Approved In Shreveport

50 Cent just scored a major win in Louisiana as Shreveport officials gave the green light to his $50 million entertainment district, a project city leaders are calling one of the largest economic investments in the region’s history.

The Shreveport City Council voted Tuesday (September 23) to create the Film and Entertainment Gateway Economic Development District, a downtown zone that will be funded by a 2 percent sales tax.

The plan centers around reviving the area by transforming it into a production and entertainment hub anchored by Millennium Studios and Stage Works Studio.

“This is one of the largest economic development deals in this city, in this region that we’re having,” District A Councilwoman Tabatha Taylor said during Monday’s (September 22) administrative session.

Construction is expected to begin in late 2025 or early 2026, according to representatives from 50 Cent’s executive team. The project aims to attract film and television productions while breathing new life into downtown Shreveport’s economy. Production has already started at Stage Works Studio, while Millennium Studios will undergo infrastructure improvements to address flooding issues before it becomes fully operational.

Some community members are pushing for the district to reflect local cultural roots. Craig Lee, a local advocate, called on the city to rename the area the Sam Cooke Cultural Arts District, honoring the legendary singer’s ties to Shreveport.

“This project is going to be the largest development in the history of North Central Louisiana, spearheaded by an African American,” Lee said. “Sam Cooke was inspired here to write ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’ — that’s a branding opportunity the world would recognize.”

Ahead of the vote, 50 Cent shared a local news clip on Instagram on Monday (September 22), writing, “Shreveport is gonna be the place to be, Art, music, film, Television and entertainment. Let’s go !”

50 Cent Teases Upcoming Wiz Khalif Movie “Saint Moses The Black”

He also teased his upcoming film “Saint Moses The Black,” a faith-based drama starring Wiz Khalifa, Omar Epps, Chukwudi Iwuji, and Quavo. The movie draws inspiration from the life of Saint Moses the Black, a fourth-century Ethiopian monk who went from gang leader to revered religious figure.

“It’s time to work let’s get it, all roads lead to SHREVEPORT! (Saint Moses The Black) coming soon !” 50 Cent wrote.

The film is set in present-day Chicago and follows Malik, a street figure whose spiritual journey mirrors that of Saint Moses.

The entertainment district and film project are part of a broader push by 50 Cent to turn Shreveport into a creative and economic hotspot.

Dua Lipa Denies Firing Agent Kneecap; But Says Its Still “Free Palestine”

Dua Lipa dismissed a report alleging she cut ties with her agent after he attempted to remove Irish Hip-Hop group Kneecap from the Glastonbury Festival lineup due to their pro-Palestinian stance.

The Grammy-winning artist responded after the Daily Mail claimed she dropped longtime agent David Levy for signing a letter urging Glastonbury organizers Michael and Emily Eavis to exclude Kneecap from the June festival.

Dua Lipa, however, made it clear Levy hasn’t represented her in years.

“I do not condone the actions of David Levy or other music executives toward an artist speaking their truth,” Lipa wrote on Instagram Stories. “I also cannot ignore how this has been handled in the press. Not only was the story completely false, but the language used by the Daily Mail has been deliberately inflammatory, crafted purely for clickbait, clearly designed to fuel online division.”

A representative from her agency, WME, also weighed in, stating Levy “transitioned into an advisory role” back in 2019 and has not been involved in Lipa’s business since.

“He fully removed himself from the project, among others, earlier this year,” the spokesperson said. “Reports suggesting that Dua Lipa or her management dismissed one of our agents because of his political views are categorically false.”

Lipa, who has publicly supported Palestinian rights during the Israel-Gaza conflict, added, “It is always Free Palestine, but exploiting a global tragedy in order to sell newspapers is something I find deeply troubling.”

Despite the controversy, Kneecap performed at Glastonbury as scheduled.

However, the BBC cut their livestream during the set after the trio led the crowd in chanting “Free Palestine” and “F**k Keir Starmer,” referring to the UK Prime Minister.

The group has remained in the headlines.

Kneecap member Mo Chara was charged in May with a terrorism-related offense for allegedly displaying a Hezbollah flag at a 2023 performance.

He has denied the charge and is expected in court later this week.

NBA YoungBoy Manager Calls Out United Center – “You B###### Out”

NBA YoungBoy lost a major stop on his MASA Tour after the United Center abruptly pulled the plug on his first-ever arena headliner in Chicago, citing no official reason just one day before showtime.

The Wednesday concert, scheduled for September 24, was scrapped by the venue on Tuesday, according to a notice posted on its website.

“The United Center has made the decision to cancel the NBA YoungBoy show scheduled for Wednesday, September 24 in Chicago,” the statement read. “If you purchased through Ticketmaster, refunds will be issued automatically. If you purchased from a third-party reseller, please reach out to your point of purchase.”

Ticketmaster echoed the refund policy, assuring ticketholders, “You don’t need to do a thing.”

The cancellation followed an incident at YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s Kansas City performance, where a 14-year-old attendee was taken into custody for allegedly attacking a T-Mobile Center staff member.

YoungBoy’s manager, Alex Junnier, didn’t hold back his frustration online. He took to Instagram Stories to call out the United Center’s Senior Vice President of Operations, Joe Myhra, directly.

“@UnitedCenter b**ched out. Shoutout to Joe Myhra @unitedcenter. He didn’t want us to have fun. scary,” Junnier posted.

Despite the Chicago cancellation, the MASA Tour will proceed with stops in Columbus, Brooklyn, and Boston this week.

Rapper Krondon Joins “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” As Villain Tombstone

Marvin “Krondon” Jones III is bringing his menacing voice work to life on the big screen.

The rapper and actor has officially been cast as Tombstone in Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the fourth installment in the current Spider-Man franchise, according to Deadline.

For Krondon, the role is more than just a new gig. He’s already familiar with the character, having voiced Tombstone in Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse in 2018 and reprising the role in the upcoming Beyond the Spider-Verse.

Now, he’ll step fully into the role as Lonnie Thompson Lincoln, the ruthless crime boss better known as Tombstone.

Marvel describes the character as a fearsome street enforcer shaped by childhood cruelty.

“Born an albino, Tombstone experiences bullying at school and grows up to become the bully in the form of a hitman and aspiring gang lord,” the studio notes.

His physical dominance makes him nearly unstoppable, boasting “superhuman strength, reflexes and skin toughness, making him bulletproof. He is also highly resistant to temperature extremes and somewhat insulated from electricity.”

His sharpened teeth, lethal grip and mastery with firearms turn him into a nightmare opponent for Spider-Man.

The casting adds major momentum to Brand New Day, which has already made headlines after lead star Tom Holland suffered a mild concussion while filming a stunt in Glasgow. Production was paused for safety, but is scheduled to resume next week.

Krondon is also known for his role on the CW series Black Lightning

The addition of Tombstone suggests Brand New Day could lean heavily into the gritty, street-level side of Spider-Man’s world, contrasting with the multiverse spectacle of recent Marvel projects.

With Holland returning in the suit and Krondon making his live-action debut as a villain he’s already mastered vocally, the film is shaping up as one of the most intriguing chapters yet in the franchise.

For rap fans, Krondon made his mark in Hip-Hop long before stepping into Hollywood.

As a founding member of the Los Angeles collective Strong Arm Steady, alongside Xzibit, Phil Da Agony, and Mitchy Slick, he built a reputation for sharp lyricism and West Coast storytelling.

The group gained critical acclaim for projects like “In Search of Stoney Jackson,” produced by Madlib, which showcased Krondon’s commanding voice and ability to blend street narratives with introspective commentary.

Beyond group work, he launched a solo career, releasing albums such as Everything’s Nothing in 2013, where he carved out his own lane as a skilled lyricist with a deep, gravel-toned delivery that made him instantly recognizable in rap circles.

His authenticity and dedication to West Coast Hip-Hop culture solidified him as a respected figure in the underground scene, laying the groundwork for his crossover into acting.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day is currently in production, with no official release date announced.

Rihanna Melts Hearts With First Photos Of Baby With A$AP Rocky

Rihanna unveiled her newborn daughter, Rocki Irish Mayers, on Instagram Wednesday (September 24) with a pair of sweet snapshots and a name reveal that had social media buzzing.

The first photo showed the singer cradling her baby girl in her arms. The second image was a close-up of tiny satin pink boxing gloves—a nod to the newest little fighter in the family.

The caption read: “Rocki Irish Mayers September 13, 2025.”

The post marked the first glimpse of Rihanna and A$AP Rocky‘s third child and their first daughter.

Within minutes, the comments section filled with congratulations and emotional reactions, many celebrating the couple’s long-expressed wish finally coming true.

The name Rocki continues the family’s tradition of “R” names—joining siblings RZA Athelston Mayers and Riot Rose Mayers, as well as parents Rihanna (born Robyn) and Rakim Mayers, better known as A$AP Rocky. The baby also shares a variation of her father’s name.

A$AP Rocky Reveals He & Rihanna Prayed For Baby Girl

The couple had been open about their hopes for a girl. In a September 2025 Elle interview, Rocky said, “I hope it’s a girl. I really do. We’re praying for a girl.”

He added that this pregnancy felt different from their previous two. “Our first time, we wanted to know the sex of the baby. The second time, we didn’t want to know. Third time, we don’t want to know until, you know. I feel like it’s going to be a girl. This pregnancy is so different from the other two. You can tell from the experience. I hope it’s a baby girl, man. I need that.”

Hints about their desire for a daughter had been sprinkled throughout the year, including playful moments at the 2025 Met Gala and the Brussels Smurfs premiere, where the couple dropped subtle clues.

Rihanna has previously said she would feel “blessed” to raise daughters close in age, imagining a tight-knit sibling bond. With Rocki’s arrival, that vision is now a reality.

The couple’s first child, RZA, was born May 13, 2022, and was named after the Wu-Tang Clan’s legendary leader.

Their second son, Riot Rose, arrived on August 1, 2023, continuing the “R” name trend.

During the same Elle interview, Rocky also teased the possibility that he and Rihanna may already be married. “How you know I’m not already a husband?” he said. When pressed, he added, “I’m still not gonna confirm it.”

D4vd Vacates Home As Coroner Releases Girl’s Body To Family

D4vd ended his lease on a $3.6 million Hollywood Hills rental just days after authorities identified the body of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas in the trunk of a vehicle tied to the Hip-Hop artist.

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County Coroner released Rivas’s remains to her family after confirming her identity. The teen had been reported missing in April 2024 at age 13.

Her body was discovered earlier this month, nearly a year and a half later.

The unsettling discovery coincides with D4vd and his manager, Josh Marshall, cutting ties with the luxury home that was searched by law enforcement.

The four-bedroom property, leased for $20,000 per month, was reportedly vacated after Marshall requested to terminate the agreement, which had begun in February 2024—roughly two months before Rivas disappeared.

“They didn’t want to be there anymore,” property owner Mladen Trifunovic told The Daily Mail, adding that he expects the pair to move out this week.

The 20-year-old “Romantic Homicide” singer has not been charged in connection with Rivas’ death. However, the timing of the lease termination and the police investigation has drawn public attention.

The home, located in the upscale Hollywood Hills neighborhood, was being rented under Marshall’s name. D4vd’s connection to the property and the vehicle in which Rivas’ body was found remains part of the ongoing investigation.

As of now, no arrests have been made and no charges have been filed.

Michael Jackson Got Brazilian Gangs To Defy Government Ban?

Michael Jackson’s Brazil Video Shoot Took An Unlikely Turn With Gang Involvement

Michael Jackson’s music often carried a global message, but he almost failed due to that message.

In February 1996, Jackson’s crew clashed with the authorities in Rio de Janeiro. Why? The King of Pop wanted to film a Brazilian version of “They Don’t Care About Us” inside the city’s Santa Marta favela.

If you know what that means, it means THE HOOD.

MJ loved the hood so much, but the state government shut down the idea. They didn’t want images of poverty splashed across international TV screens. They thought it could damage Brazil’s reputation and scare off tourism.

At the time, they were trying to host the 2004 Olympics. The star and his team refused to back down.

Reports claim the crew bypassed government restrictions by cutting a deal with Marcinho VP, a powerful trafficker linked to the Comando Vermelho gang.

The arrangement allegedly included security and logistical support for an undisclosed fee. This allowed MJ’s crew to set up shop on rooftops and in narrow alleyways that were out of the police’s control. Reports say that a local drug lord’s residence was even converted into Jackson’s dressing room.

General Nilton Cerqueira, Rio’s security chief at the time, blasted the decision. He told the press that Jackson’s team had “skipped” working with law enforcement and instead leaned on neighborhood gangs.

The controversy got even crazier with Spike Lee.

Director Spike Lee defended the move. Keeping it real, he explained that survival in the favelas meant working with those who truly held power.

Clearly, the bosses were those who ran the gangs.

“The right person” had to be involved, Lee argued, because police authority didn’t extend into Santa Marta. This put a spotlight on Brazil’s social and political order.

Filming pressed ahead, regardless of who did not like it. Jackson’s camp reportedly hired 50 locals at $70 each and enlisted more than 1,500 police officers to help secure the zone.

The video went on to become one of his most politically charged songs. Michael banged rhythms on drums with residents of the hillside community.

I still sing the song to this day.

Santa Marta symbolized resilience and the tale behind the video is as infamous as the players.

RIP MJ.

Tyler, The Creator Taking Very Long Break

Tyler, The Creator closed out his Chromakopia World Tour in Manila with a heartfelt message that left the crowd wondering if they were witnessing his final tour—at least for now.

“I’m excited to go home and think about if I’ll ever really tour again. I can’t lie to y’all, I’m at that part of my life where, man, I’ve done enough,” he told the audience in Quezon City. “Let me go take a very, very, very long break. Y’all treated me very well, y’all treated Paris, Texas very well. So, thank y’all.”

The Grammy-winning rapper has spent the last seven months traveling across continents, performing tracks from Chromakopia.

He kicked off the tour in February, bringing his signature energy and visuals to stages around the world.

Despite his plans to take a breather, the Call Me If You Get Lost artist isn’t stepping away from the spotlight just yet. He’s set to headline and host his annual Camp Flog Gnaw carnival at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium the weekend of November 15.

The event has become a staple in the Hip-Hop and alternative music scenes, drawing massive crowds and surprise guests each year.

And while Tyler might be hitting pause on traditional touring, he’s not entirely off the map.

In March, he’ll head to South America for shows in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. He’s also locked in performances in Colombia, Puerto Rico, Mexico and Costa Rica in 2026.

Whether or not he returns to the road full-time remains to be seen, but for now, Tyler’s focus appears to be shifting inward after a whirlwind year of music and movement.

‘Someone Caught Him’: New Jersey Man Walks Into Parking Garage. Then He Notices a Tesla Driver Using This Sneaky Trick

A New Jersey man walks out of his building and into the parking garage. That’s when he notices a Tesla driver attempting to get a little free charging on the sly.

TiKTok user @gauravguava11 posted a video with his discovery recently. The video shows a white Tesla parked in one of the garage spaces with a Level 1 charging cord plugged into it. However, the other side is no longer plugged into the outlet.

“So I walked out into the garage and I noticed there’s a charger cord plugged into this Tesla,” says the TikToker. “The guy was trying to siphon electricity off the parking garage, but I’m assuming someone caught him, because the other end is unplugged on the floor.”

@gauravguava11 lets out a hearty laugh before the video ends.

In the comments, viewers had a field day. But just how big a deal is sneaking power for your EV in public anyway?

Viewers React to Tesla Driver’s Sneaky Charging Trick

In the comments section, viewers weighed in with their opinions on the idea of charging an electric vehicle in public and the TikToker’s decision to record what he saw.

“The owner gets a message that it was unplugged,” wrote one viewer. “They can simply walk back out and plug it back in.”

“People need to mind their own business,” said a second person. “For all we know, the EV owner had permission to plug in. Before my hotel had EV stations installed, we allowed EVs to plug into outlets.”

A third user wrote, “If that guy parked there and charged for two hours, that’d be like 25 cents.”

Another person wrote, “I do this all the time on vacation. A 40 mile bump overnight is worth it.”

Someone else said, “The cackle at the end tells us you were the one that unplugged it!

Is It Wrong to Charge EVs In Public?

On the Tesla Motorclub forum, a new EV owner asked whether it’s appropriate to use proper EV charging stations in parking garages. One user said, “There is no universal rule. It’s up to each property owner how to enforce their own parking.”

However, the user did note, “But if you’re not supporting their businesses, then I wouldn’t hog a spot to charge your car. That is meant to be a perk for their customers. I would especially not park overnight at a shopping center.”

In a Reddit post to r/electricvehicles, a driver said they use a 120-volt outlet at a parking garage where the management “doesn’t seem to care” about the charging activity. Other users said they agree with the “ask forgiveness before permission” rule of thumb regarding this issue.

Diddy Turns Cellblock Into Classroom With Six-Week “Free Game” Program

Sean “Diddy” Combs turned his cellblock into a classroom at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center, launching a six-week business course called “Free Game with Diddy” for fellow inmates while awaiting sentencing on federal charges.

The 55-year-old Hip-Hop mogul, who faces sentencing on October 3, developed a 15-page curriculum focused on entrepreneurship, personal growth and business strategy, according to court records filed by his legal team.

The course was offered to all inmates in his dorm, including Spanish-speaking participants who used interpreters.

“Despite many successes in Mr. Combs’ life, he counts his ‘Free Game’ course as one of the most impactful and important endeavors in his life,” his attorneys wrote in a sentencing memo asking for leniency.

Diddy has been in custody since his arrest in September 2024. In July, a Manhattan jury cleared him of racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking charges but found him guilty on two counts of violating the Mann Act, a federal law that prohibits transporting individuals across state lines for prostitution.

The embattled Bad Boy Records founder, once estimated to be worth nearly $1 billion, is seeking a sentence of time served. His lawyers say he hopes to expand the “Free Game” program to young people and other incarcerated individuals.

Prosecutors, however, are expected to recommend a prison term of more than five years in a filing due Monday.

The case centers on allegations that Diddy arranged what prosecutors described as “freak-offs,” involving escorts flown across state lines for sexual encounters.

During the two-month trial in Manhattan federal court, jurors heard from two women who testified that Diddy “coerced” them into participating in his sexual fantasies while they were in relationships with him. The jury ultimately acquitted him of the most serious charges that carried decades of potential prison time.

Cardi B Spoke On Being Institutionalized, How Offset Situation Stopped Her Music Making

Now we know why it took Cardi B seven years to drop a new album… maybe. They were together for eight years.

Cardi B is making sure nobody is left guessing about her personal life, speaking candidly about the end of her marriage to Offset and the fresh start she’s building with NFL player Stefon Diggs.

The Bronx superstar revealed during a recent online chat that her years with Offset took a toll on her mental health to the point where her label and management intervened.

She said she was not doing well mentally with this guy. Cardi added that she was effectively institutionalized for a period to focus on her well-being. She also admitted she struggled to create music while in what she described as a toxic environment.

That chapter, Cardi says, is now firmly behind her. While Offset reportedly faces a massive tax bill that added fuel to their split, Cardi insists her decision to move on is about more than finances. She said she could not record music under the conditions she was living in. And she was miserable. Cardi has addressed questions directly and I can respect that.

Now, the rapper is shifting gears with Diggs, the Buffalo Bills star who’s quickly taking on a central role in her life. Cardi confirmed she is pregnant with his child and expressed joy about the new relationship. According to her, Diggs has already made it known he hopes for a son and has even started tossing around potential baby names.

The romance hasn’t come without speculation. Diggs is rumored to have fathered another child recently, and some critics wonder if Cardi has simply traded one complicated situation for another. But Cardi brushed off the noise, even joking about finding a way to coexist with Diggs’ other alleged child’s mother.

Despite the chatter, Cardi insists she’s happy and focused on the future. The shift in tone from past interviews is striking, especially as she balances motherhood, a high-profile career and an all-new chapter in her personal life.

For a woman who has always lived with the world watching, Cardi’s message is simple this time: she’s healthier, she’s hopeful and she’s ready to move forward.

Metro Boomin Sexual Assault Trial Kicks Off In Federal Court

Metro Boomin faced explosive testimony in a Los Angeles federal courtroom this week as a woman who accused him of sexual assault said a psychedelic therapy session led her to seek justice nearly eight years after the alleged incident.

Vanessa LeMaistre told jurors she realized the 2016 hotel room encounter with the Grammy-nominated Hip-Hop producer, whose real name is Leland Tyler Wayne, was the source of her long-standing trauma after taking Ayahuasca during a 2024 healing retreat in Peru.

“I recall being instructed from the medicine that this is the root of your issues for the past 10 years, this incident with the defendant,” LeMaistre testified, according to Legal Affairs and Trials. “This is the root of continual trauma and pain and suffering, and that I needed to address this, seek justice and contact lawyers.”

LeMaistre alleges she was “completely incapacitated” after consuming half a Xanax and a shot of alcohol provided by Metro in a Beverly Hills hotel room. She claims she regained consciousness as he was assaulting her.

Her lawsuit, filed by Wigdor LLP—the same firm that represented Cassie Ventura in her suit against Sean “Diddy” Combs—also references lyrics from Metro’s 2017 track “Rap Saved Me,” which she believes alludes to her.

The lyrics read: “She took a Xanny (Yeah), then she fainted (Yeah) | I’m from the gutter (Hey), ain’t no changing.”

Metro’s attorney, Lawrence Hinkle, argued that LeMaistre’s claims are financially motivated.

“We are here because she thought my client could solve her financial problems,” Hinkle said. “And so she made a claim that he sexually assaulted her, expecting that he would just write a check to make it all go away quickly and quietly.”

The defense has also brought in renowned memory expert Dr. Elizabeth Loftus to challenge the reliability of LeMaistre’s recollections. Loftus, who has testified in numerous high-profile cases, has said that trauma, therapy, and time can distort memory.

She noted LeMaistre added new “memories” to her complaint after the Ayahuasca session and attempted to alter medical records related to a November 2016 abortion.

“There’s no direct evidence of deliberate lying,” Loftus said in court documents, “but her efforts to change the records raise questions.”

LeMaistre denied any attempt to mislead. “I wanted what I know is true to be reflected,” she said.

LeMaistre’s attorney, Michael Willemin, pointed to text messages between the two after the alleged assault. When LeMaistre asked if Metro used protection, he replied that he did.

“That response is evidence of his consciousness of guilt,” Willemin said. “If Ms. LeMaistre was conscious, he would have said, ‘You remember. Of course, I did.’”

Metro, 32, rose to prominence producing tracks for Future, Drake, and The Weeknd. He earned three Grammy nominations and topped the Billboard 200 with his 2018 album Not All Heroes Wear Capes.

The trial is expected to wrap up by Friday, with Metro scheduled to testify in his own defense.

Cardi B Fans Risk Death To Get Glimpse Of Rapper

Cardi B pulled up to a Houston-area Walmart and caused full-blown mayhem as over 1,000 people lined up in the Texas heat—some since 3 A.M.—just to get a photo with her and snag a signed copy of her new album Am I the Drama?

The mega-pop star hit the Cypress Walmart on Fry Road on September 23 and the scene was anything but chill.

Folks were passing out from the heat, medics were on deck, and security was running tight checks on bags and anything sketchy. This wasn’t your average album signing—it felt more like a survival challenge with a celebrity cameo.

To even get in the photo line, people had to buy a pre-signed CD inside the store.

Sales started at 1 P.M., and the meet-and-greet kicked off an hour later. It ran until 10 P.M., but not everyone who bought the album made it to the front of the line.

It was first-come, first-served, and spots were limited. No phones were allowed for pics either—only the event’s photographer snapped shots, and fans got a private link afterward to download their solo moment with Cardi.

Sme were out there melting in the Texas sun as over 50 people needed medical attention for heat-related issues. Walmart had cooling zones and med teams set up, but the heat still took a toll on the crowd.

This Walmart event was one stop on Cardi’s mini promo tour for Am I the Drama?, which dropped September 19. She’s been going all out with a wild rollout, ditching the usual press run formula and keeping everything unpredictable.

In New York, she literally hit the streets selling her CDs like a bootlegger, incense burning and Bob Marley playing in the background. She even hopped on the subway, pitching her album to riders with jokes about needing to pay her bills and save her house.

She also dropped a “Courtroom Edition” of the album, using real pics of her from her civil trial, wigs and all, turning her legal drama into marketing gold.

She’s even used drones and DoorDash to deliver albums. And in true Cardi fashion, she recorded some MTA public service announcements for the NYC subway, giving her voice to millions of riders.

Her official “Little Miss Drama” tour kicks off in 2026 at Houston’s Toyota Center, after she gives birth to her child with Stefon Diggs, which will be her fourth baby.

6ix9ine Calls Offset A “Rat” Over Rumored Affair With Quavo’s Ex Saweetie

6ix9ine dragged old drama back into the spotlight during a recent podcast appearance, accusing Offset of breaking up Migos by allegedly hooking up with Saweetie, who was dating fellow group member Quavo at the time.

The Brooklyn rapper made the claims during an episode of “One Night with Steiny,” where he tried to flip the script on what defines a “rat” in Hip-Hop culture.

“All these rappers is rats,” 6ix9ine said. “I’m not saying these [are] facts, but this is the rumor. Quavo’s girl was Saweetie, right? They said Offset slept with Saweetie, that’s why the Migos fell out.”

He didn’t stop there. “The game is full of rats. If you sleep with your homie girl, that’s rat material,” he added.

6ix9ine, who’s faced his own backlash over cooperating with federal authorities in a racketeering case, used the moment to question the street code he says Offset and others claim to live by.

“When you join the streets, you sign up for loyalty, right? All these street dudes got ‘Loyalty’ tatted,” he said.

He then challenged the loyalty within the group itself: “Why did Migos split? Why was Takeoff and Quavo riding around dolo for so long? What did Offset do so harmful to not be part of Migos? They still not together til now, and they already lost Takeoff.”

The allegations reference long-standing rumors that began circulating in 2022, a year after Quavo and Saweetie ended their relationship. The two had been together since 2018.

Rumors of Offset’s alleged involvement with Saweetie gained traction online, prompting Offset’s wife Cardi B to jump in.

“No baby you lying!” Cardi tweeted in August 2022. “You makin crazy lies starting s### and putting female rappers in it WIT NO RECEIPTS.”

Signs of the Migos split became public in May 2022 when the group members unfollowed each other on Instagram.

Quavo and Takeoff went on to form the duo Unc & Phew and dropped their joint album Only Built For Infinity Links.

Takeoff was shot and killed in November 2022 in Houston, just months after the group’s apparent breakup.

Despite the past tension, Offset said in August that he and Quavo are back on speaking terms. “We holla at each other every other week. That’s family at the end of the day,” he said on the “7PM in Brooklyn With Carmelo Anthony” podcast.

Nicki Minaj Posts Mysterious 2026 Album Tease

Nicki Minaj broke her social media silence early Wednesday (September 25) with a cryptic midnight post and a date that has the Hip-Hop world buzzing—”3.27.26″.

The @nickiminaj tweet, which included only the numbers and a CD emoji, quickly ignited speculation across her 27.9 million followers on X. Within an hour, the post had crossed 1 million views and surged past 6 million by morning.

Though she didn’t confirm the nature of the release, industry insiders are treating it as the official announcement of her sixth studio album.

The date lines up with earlier hints the rapper dropped in late 2024, when she teased that both a tour and a new body of work were in the pipeline for late 2025 or early 2026.

If confirmed, this would be her first full-length project since Pink Friday 2, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in December 2023.

That album marked a major return for Nicki Minaj after a five-year break from studio releases. It moved 228,000 units in its first week, making it the highest first-week sales for a female rap album in four years.

Pink Friday 2 also gave her the most No. 1 albums of any female rapper to date.

The 22-track project featured heavyweight collaborations with Drake, Lil Wayne, J. Cole, and Future, with 14 songs landing on the Billboard Hot 100.

Minaj’s latest post ends a month-long digital hiatus that had her Barbz speculating about her next move. She hadn’t posted since late August, prompting theories ranging from retirement to a surprise drop.

The upcoming project will serve as a follow-up to Pink Friday 2, itself a sequel to her 2010 debut Pink Friday. No details have been released yet about collaborators, tracklist or lead singles.

Donald Trump Depicted Holding Hands With Jeffrey Epstein In 12-Foot Statue On National Mall

Donald Trump became the center of attention Tuesday (September 23) after a towering 12-foot statue showing him hand-in-hand with Jeffrey Epstein appeared on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., as part of an unannounced art installation marking “Friendship Month.”

The sculpture, which portrays Trump and the late convicted sex offender grinning and skipping together atop twin pedestals, was installed by a shadowy artist collective known as The Secret Handshake. The group, which claims fewer than five members, said the piece was intended to highlight Trump’s past ties to Epstein.

A plaque at the base reads, “In honor of Friendship Month, we celebrate the long-standing bond between President Donald J. Trump and his closest friend Jeffrey Epstein.”

Two smaller plaques reference a birthday note Trump allegedly sent Epstein, complete with crude sketches.

The White House swiftly pushed back. A spokesperson told The Independent, “Liberals are free to waste their money however they see fit – but it’s not news that Epstein knew Donald Trump, because Donald Trump kicked Epstein out of his club for being a creep.”

The statue, made from foam, resin, wood and wire, was placed with a permit from the National Park Service and is scheduled to remain on display until Saturday (September 28) at 8 P.M.

Crowds began gathering shortly after sunrise Tuesday, snapping photos and debating the meaning of the piece.

Trump and Epstein’s social relationship dates back to the 1990s and early 2000s. Epstein was a guest at Trump’s 1993 wedding to Marla Maples, and the two were often seen at the same events.

In a 2002 interview with New York Magazine, Trump said, “I’ve known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy.”

Their connection reportedly fractured in the mid-2000s. Trump has claimed he cut ties with Epstein after the financier allegedly recruited underage girls from one of Trump’s Florida clubs.

Trump has repeatedly denied any involvement in Epstein’s crimes and said he hadn’t spoken to him for years before Epstein’s 2019 arrest.

However, audio recordings released in 2023 captured Epstein referring to Trump as his “closest friend,” raising questions about the timeline of their falling out.

The statue’s arrival comes as the Justice Department faces criticism for releasing tens of thousands of pages tied to Epstein’s case, many of which lawmakers say were already public.

House Speaker Mike Johnson recently told reporters that Trump “was an FBI informant to try to take this stuff down,” though that claim has not been independently confirmed.

Epstein died by suicide in August 2019 while in federal custody awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges. His death continues to fuel speculation and investigations into his network of high-profile associates.

The National Mall has seen a wave of politically charged installations in recent months, including a golden Trump statue clutching a Bitcoin and a massive sculpture of bananas.

As of now, officials haven’t said whether they’ll remove the Trump-Epstein piece before the permit expires.

The statue is scheduled to remain on the National Mall through Saturday (September 28).

NBA YoungBoy Concert Erupts In Violence As Teen Attacks Elderly Worker Over Seating Dispute

NBA YoungBoy was at the center of chaos Sunday night (September 21) when a teenage boy unleashed a brutal assault on a stadium employee during the rapper’s concert at Kansas City’s T-Mobile Center after being told to move to his assigned seat.

The underage boy, believed to be younger than 16, tackled the older staffer to the ground and repeatedly punched him in the face, according to video captured by a witness.

The employee, who works in guest services and is estimated to be in his 60s, sustained a broken nose and lost his glasses during the attack.

“He beat him up because his ticket was in another section,” said Robert McDaniel, who filmed the incident and spoke with the Daily Mail. “He broke his nose.”

McDaniel said other attendees had flagged the teen for sitting in the wrong section before the confrontation turned violent.

The employee was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. A second person, a security guard, was also assaulted by the teen while trying to remove him from the area.

“I’m trying to get these kids help. They are children. Not saying they are innocent, they don’t have logic or common sense,” McDaniel said. “We have an epidemic of these boys not being taught how to process through these emotions.”

The teenager was detained by Kansas City police officers working security at the venue around 9:30 P.M. He was later released to his parents. Authorities confirmed that detectives are working with prosecutors to determine potential charges.

“Both victims received treatment at an area hospital and [sustained] non life-threatening injuries. The investigation is ongoing,” police said in a statement.

Venue officials condemned the incident, calling it “horrific” and adding that it “does not reflect our venue, our city or the thousands of guests of all ages who enjoyed the show without incident.”

United Center Concert Cancelled 48 Hours Before Showtime

NBA YoungBoy’s concert at Chicago’s United Center on Wednesday (September 24) was canceled just two days before showtime due to safety concerns.

The decision followed rising fears of violence linked to YoungBoy’s ongoing feud with Chicago’s drill scene, including Lil Durk and OTF, and lingering tensions from King Von’s 2020 murder involving YoungBoy affiliate Quando Rondo.

Despite implementing stricter security measures, the United Center ultimately pulled the plug, citing “unforeseen circumstances” and public safety.
