Stove God Cooks Has Fans Mad & Babygrande Records Answering Questions

Stove God Cooks has fans asking questions again, and this time it ain’t a Q&A session.

We are talking about whether or not his long-awaited album with Swizz Beatz is caught up in some industry mess.

Let’s talk about it.

The streets were expecting All This For Me to arrive March 27. Instead, supporters woke up to silence. No album. No clear explanation. Just anticipation hanging in the air like an unfinished verse. That alone would be enough to spark speculation, but things got more interesting when Babygrande Records reportedly jumped into the conversation.

View this post on Instagram

According to a content creator covering the situation, the label responded directly under a video saying, “This ain’t got to do with us, homie. Be safe.” Sounds simple enough. Case closed, right? Not exactly.

Here’s where things start getting weird.

Fans quickly noticed that Babygrande is still listed in the credits for “Welcome to the Garden,” a recent single connected to the Swizz Beatz produced project. Listen below. Now we have two realities existing at the same time. A public denial of involvement with the label and documented credits that suggest very strongly they have some level of business connection.

Hip-Hop needs clarity.

Nobody involved has offered a detailed explanation publicly, soooooo we speculate.

Here’s where it gets a bit more clear. Many believe it could be an older agreement that is now rearing its ugly head. We really do not know.

What does seem clear is that the people feeling want this album to come out and fast!

Nobody say something and then do something!

DaBaby Taunts Knicks Supporters Courtside As Hornets Handle Business In Charlotte

Bragging rights were all part of the show Thursday night as DaBaby turned a regular season Charlotte Hornets/ Knicks game into his own courtside spectacle.

While the Charlotte Hornets controlled the action on the hardwood during their March 26 matchup against the New York Knicks, the hometown rapper created his own side story just a few feet from the court. DaBaby made his presence felt during the live telecast as Charlotte protected a comfortable lead for most of the night and ultimately secured a 114 to 103 win. At that point New York had a seven-game winning streak.

As the Hornets kept momentum on their side, DaBaby leaned fully into hometown pride. A video he later posted to social media shows him standing near the court holding Knicks jerseys in one hand and a belt in the other as he mocked the visiting team’s struggles. The gesture appeared to reference the idea that Charlotte was delivering a decisive beating.

The antics did not sit well with everyone nearby.

Several Knicks supporters seated behind him could be heard telling the rapper to sit down because he was blocking their view while the game was still in progress. DaBaby refused to back down and instead escalated the moment with trash talk directed at the opposing team’s supporters.

“Take this a** whooping like a man. Welcome to Charlotte,” he said in the clip. He also added that he would be just as upset if the situation were reversed and the Hornets were losing.

As tensions rose, the camera captured additional fans shouting toward him from further back in the section. DaBaby responded bluntly, telling them to “shut up” as the back and forth continued.

At one point, arena security appeared to step in to calm the situation. That only seemed to energize the rapper more.

“F**k that n***a OG! I’m ready to get put out!” he yelped, showing no concern about the possibility of being removed.

The video continued with DaBaby doubling down on his stance.

“B***h ass n***a tryna tell it. N***a, I do what I want to do in this b***h. Welcome to Charlotte, f**k is you talking about n***a? This is my s**t,” he said.

Despite the courtside drama, the biggest win of the night belonged to the Hornets, who protected their home court and halted one of the Eastern Conference’s hotter teams. Meanwhile, DaBaby once again proved that whether through music or personality, he rarely blends into the background even when the spotlight is supposed to be on someone else.

Ray J Calls Tyrese’s Verzuz Performance Trash, After He Proclaimed Victory

Ray J reignited the Verzuz debate after publicly declaring Tank the winner over Tyrese and criticizing the singer’s performance as he weighed in on R&B bragging rights.

The singer and reality television personality recently shared his unfiltered thoughts about how a matchup between Tank and Tyrese would play out. Ray J made it clear he believes Tank would win based on overall performance strength, pointing to what he views as a stronger showing on the Verzuz stage.

Ray J did not soften his stance when discussing Tyrese. Instead, he bluntly called the performance “trash” and even compared it unfavorably to his own widely discussed appearance during the 2022 Verzuz era. That appearance became a viral talking point at the time, generating both jokes and support depending on who was watching.

Tyrese has claimed victory on several accounts and even stated that his price has gone up in a video featuring manager Mona Scott-Young.

His comments arrive as Verzuz continues to be a measuring stick for legacy artists, particularly in R&B where live vocals often carry as much weight as hit records. While the platform originally positioned itself as a celebration of musical catalogs, fans have consistently treated the events like competitive showdowns where performance quality matters just as much as song selection.

Ray J’s remarks also reflect how artists themselves still view Verzuz as a proving ground. Even when the battles are framed as friendly celebrations, the culture surrounding them tends to focus on who delivered the better live experience.

The conversation around Tank and Tyrese has circulated among R&B listeners for years, with both artists boasting extensive catalogs and devoted supporters. Tank is often praised for his vocal consistency and songwriting resume, while Tyrese has long been recognized for his emotional delivery and signature ballads. That contrast has made the idea of a matchup between the two a frequent topic among fans of the genre.

“They Will Kill You” Director Kirill Sokolov Talks Fear & Filmmaking With Chuck Creekmur

Director Kirill Sokolov approaches filmmaking with the mentality of someone obsessed with the craft. For him, They Will Kill You was not just another project. It was a passion play rooted in his lifelong love of cinema and his desire to give audiences an emotional roller coaster they wouldn’t forget.

The film follows a woman searching for her missing sister who finds herself pulled into a dangerous cult, forcing her to confront fear, loyalty and survival. Mixing horror, action, dark humor and emotional storytelling, the movie delivers spectacle on the surface while exploring deeper themes underneath.

Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur spoke with Sokolov about his creative obsession, why Zazie Beetz was the engine behind the film’s intensity, and how fear can either divide people or bring them together depending on how they respond to adversity.

Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur: Amazing film. And the trailer doesn’t really give anything away.

Kirill Sokolov: I am so happy. You know, my pain was when we released the trailer. I tried not to read the comments, but I couldn’t help myself. I dived into this vortex and every second comment was like, “Oh, they showed the whole movie.” And I literally wanted to write, “No we didn’t. Just trust us, we didn’t.”

Chuck Creekmur: Where did the motivation come from? Was there some obsession that inspired you?

Kirill Sokolov: I just love making movies. I love the process. I watched movies my entire life. When I was a kid, I played movies in my imagination. It’s just such a blast when you have a chance to make a movie, so you do whatever it takes to make it.

I understand I’m a little bit of a lunatic, but this passion helps you get through a lot of problems and hiccups and get to the end. Yesterday when we screened it and I heard and felt the reaction of the audience, you understand when you manage to do something that gives the audience 90 minutes of those emotions… what can be better?

Chuck Creekmur: Right. It grabs you and never lets go. Talk about Zazie Beetz a little bit.

Zazie Beetz

Kirill Sokolov: She’s a goddess. She really made this movie. She’s in basically every shot. She was there every day on set, almost no days off. There was so much action and it was physically challenging for her.

She rehearsed four months before the movie and came fully prepared. She trained with our stunt crews and every fight was rehearsed like a dance where she knew every movement. Then she ran in and did most of it herself. Running with real fire, fighting people, sparks flying around.

She was flying in an elevator shaft. I was shocked how far she was ready to go and never give up, giving everything she had for the film. That belief and trust was so inspirational. I’m so grateful she believed in it.

I really think she created a character that will stay with us. I hope to see people dressed like her at Comic Cons. I can see that happening.

Chuck Creekmur: Does fear bring us together or separate us?

Kirill Sokolov: That’s interesting. Probably depends on what kind of fear. Sometimes it can do both. Even in this story, it tells about two sisters who face the same evil but choose different paths. That shows how people react differently to problems in real life and where that can lead.

It’s hard to say which path is right and which leads to victory or the opposite. It depends on the person. It’s complicated.

Chuck Creekmur: Congratulations. I heard someone say finishing this movie was like finishing a marathon.

Kirill Sokolov: Thanks a lot. Thank you.

“They Will Kill You” Proves Zazie Beetz Has Officially Arrived — And Hollywood Better Take Notice

Every once in a while, a movie comes along that reminds you why you fell in love with genre films in the first place.

They Will Kill You is that kind of movie.

It’s horror. It’s comedy. It’s thriller. It’s political commentary hiding in plain sight. And once it grabs you, it absolutely refuses to let go. That’s not hyperbole. That’s just what it is. From the moment the story locks in, it becomes a roller coaster of violence, emotion, absurdity and meaning that keeps escalating until you almost forget to breathe. That is exactly what I experienced watching it at the premier during SXSW in Austin, Texas.

And at the center of all of it is Zazie Beetz.

This is her first true leading-lady role and honestly, it feels overdue. For those of us who identify as BLERDS, we’ve been rocking with Zazie for years. From Atlanta to Deadpool 2 to Joker, she has always had that je ne sais quoi – that presence. It feels like the industry finally caught up with what many of us already knew.

She’s arrived.

When I spoke to director Kirill Sokolov, he didn’t hesitate to explain how critical she was to the movie’s success.

“She’s a goddess,” he told me plainly, loudly. “She really made this movie. She’s in basically every shot… it was so physically challenging for her. She rehearsed four months before the movie… every fight was rehearsed like a dance.”

That level of preparation shows and her career tract feels intentional. Somehow, and perhaps most importantly, she sells the disbelief of a character thrown into absolute madness. When I say madness, I mean madness. When the film asks her to balance trauma, action and dark humor simultaneously, she juggles. And, she never drops a ball.

Kirill went even further.

“I was shocked how far she was ready to go and never give up and give everything she had for the film,” he said. “That belief and trust was so inspirational.”

Commitment.

As somebody that’s been to infinite number of comic-cons, Zazie is already the character you can imagine showing up at a convention center near you. So does

“I hope to see people dressed like her,” Kirill told me. “I can see that happening.”

So can I.

A Movie That Speaks On Multiple Frequencies

What makes They Will Kill You special is that it operates on multiple levels.

On the surface, it’s a high-rise action horror movie about a woman trying to rescue her sister from a satanic cult. That alone is enough to carry most films and we’ve seen similar flicks. But underneath that chaos is something far more interesting.

Many – like me – will notice differences in power structures, class dynamics, primal fear, family…and survival.

And if you’re paying attention, there are racial and political undertones quietly sitting in the background as the blood splatters. The building is controlled by wealthy white elites. The workers are largely people of color. The power dynamics are not accidental.

It also feels part of a growing wave of genre storytelling that we’ve seen in projects like Lovecraft Country or films like Sinners, where the entertainment is front and center but the messaging sits just beneath the surface. Sometimes viewers miss it. Sometimes they catch it. But it’s there for those vibrating on that frequency.

Interestingly enough, this women-led story with a diverse cast comes from a non-American white filmmaker. And yet, it never feels exploitative or artificial. That might be because Sokolov himself understands structural power from his own experiences.

As the Muschietti filmmaking team told me about the film’s themes: growing up in Argentina meant understanding corruption and injustice early.

“If you grow up in South America,” they explained, “you understand how structures of power work… you grow up with a sense of injustice.”

That awareness shows up in the film, even if it never announces itself loudly.

A Female-Led Story That Doesn’t Feel Like A “Female-Led Movie”

One of the most refreshing aspects of the film is that it never feels like it’s trying to prove something politically about gender. It just tells a story about people.

When I mentioned to Myha’la that as a male viewer I didn’t even think about the gender aspect, she appreciated the observation.

“I think there’s a misconception that if you don’t look like the person you’re watching you can’t relate,” she told me. “But really this is a sibling love story… if you’ve ever had a sibling, you can relate.”

That’s exactly why the film works. It doesn’t try to lecture. It simply lets the story breathe.

Myha’la also deserves real credit here. Her performance adds emotional grounding to the chaos. She never feels like a supporting character. She feels necessary.

Patricia Arquette Still Commands The Screen

Then there’s Patricia Arquette. Oh yes, Patricia.

Interviewing her felt surreal because she’s one of those actors that exists in multiple eras of cinema. She brings gravitas without even trying. I awkwardly ended my joint interview with her and Zazie by telling her “You’re a blerd icon.” Then I blurted out to Patricia, “And you’re thee icon!” Felt weird and yet necessary. And in this movie, she clearly understands the assignment, had fun with it in a most fitting way.

“I’m not trying to prove anything,” she told me. “I just want to be a part of interesting artworks.”

That’s exactly what this feels like. Not a safe movie, not for her.

And that’s probably why she fits so well here. Remember: Patricia is an activist too.

Why This Movie Matters To The Culture

As someone who grew up loving comic books, sci-fi, some horror and lots of fantasy, this movie feels like a massive step in the right direction.

Not just because of the spectacle. Because of the authenticity amid the magical realist horrific fiction.

These kinds of films used to exist in silos. Now they’re becoming cultural bridges. Movies where BLERDS, horror heads, action fans and regular people looking for basic entertainment can all find something. Of course we tip a hat to Ryan Coogler and Sinners, but this movie is an amalgamation of cultures of all over the place.

And maybe that’s why the film hits the way it does. Because underneath the blood and chaos, it’s asking a real question.

I asked whether fear brings people together or separates them:

Kirill Sokolov: “Probably depends on what kind of fear… even in this story two sisters face the same evil and choose different paths.”

That might be the real message of They Will Kill You.

Fear doesn’t define us. Our response to fear does.

Final Verdict

Is it perfect? No.

Is it memorable? Abso-freakin’-lutely.

Is it unquestionably one of the more interesting genre swings we’ve seen recently.

This is the kind of movie that reminds you why genre films matter. Because sometimes horror and fantasy are the best vehicles to talk about real life.

And perhaps equally important:

Zazie Beetz just proved she can carry a film.

Hollywood has to be paying attention and therefore this is just the beginning.

Verdict: Watch it. Preferably with a crowd. Because the SXSW audience was rowdy as M.O.P. performing “Ante Up with a metal band. This is the kind of movie you react to together.

King Combs Targeted In Attempted Los Angeles Home Break-In

King Combs probably did not expect drama at his doorstep, but an attempted burglary at the son of Sean “Diddy” Combs has people wondering what could happen next.

According to reports circulating online, King Combs, one of Diddy’s sons, was allegedly at the center of an insane situation at his Los Angeles home. Suspects reportedly tried to break into the property while he and his girlfriend, Raven Tracy, were inside. Thankfully, this story did not end with flashing ambulances or tragedy. This is right after the matter with RiRi and A$AP where a crazed woman allegedly shot up their house.

Authorities reportedly responded to what police call a “hot prowl” burglary. That term is about as unsettling as it sounds because it means someone allegedly attempted to enter a home while residents were present. That raises the seriousness from simple theft to something far more personal and potentially dangerous.

Sources say the suspects tried to gain access through a rear entrance but were unsuccessful. No forced entry was ultimately confirmed and it appears the home’s security measures did their job. Calls reportedly came in from both a staff member and a security monitoring system, which brought law enforcement to the property quickly.

While nobody was physically harmed, you can only imagine the nerves that come with knowing somebody may have tried to enter your home while you were inside. That is the type of situation that stays with you long after the police leave.

Now here is where things get a bit speculative. Some observers online are wondering if the attempted break in is random crime or if it connects to the ongoing legal and public scrutiny surrounding Diddy. There is no indication from authorities that the incident is related to anything involving his father, but the timing has certainly fueled conversation across social media. At this point, that part remains purely rumor and internet chatter.

Recently, King Combs has largely stayed out of the headlines and has kept a relatively low profile. Raven Tracy also tends to keep her personal life fairly guarded.

The security worked, nobody was hurt and whoever attempted the entry did not get what they came for.

Prayerfully it stays that way.

Loaded Lux Goes Off On Jay-Z Over Rap Beef Comments

Loaded Lux Questions Jay-Z’s Take On Rap Beef…

Loaded Lux is stepping into a rare public disagreement with Jay-Z. This is totally unexpected.

The legendary battle rapper recently reacted to comments Jay-Z made during a GQ interview where he reflected on the current state of rap battles. He also commented on the surrounding elements too like the fans. Jay made it clear that while battling remains one of Hip-Hop’s core traditions, the toxicity surrounding modern beef makes him uneasy.

That did not sit right with Lux.

Lux jumped on social media with passion. He did not take it as disrespect, but definitely called for clarification.

“HE GOTTA CLEAR THAT UP. YOU CAN’T MAKE A BOLD STATEMENT LIKE THAT,” Lux said. “WE’VE BEEN BATTLING FOREVER, HOV BEEN BATTLING FOREVER..WE WAR BABIES & U TALKING ABOUT BATTLING..U WYLIN HOV..LISTEN HOV, WE THEM..CLEAR IT UP”

The moment feels bigger than just two respected figures with differing opinions. It touches a deeper nerve about what battling really means to Hip-Hop. For Lux and the battle rap community, competition is not toxicity. It is tradition. It is sharpening iron with iron. It is part of the DNA. He said just that.

Jay-Z, however, seemed more concerned with what happens after the music stops. He referenced the Kendrick Lamar and Drake beef from 2024. He suggested the aftermath has become more personal than competitive. Uh…”Super Ugly,” anybody?

“Now, people who like Kendrick hate Drake, no matter what he makes. It’s like an attack on his character. I don’t know if I love that,” he said. “I don’t know if it’s helpful to our growth where the fallout lands, especially on social media,” Jay said.

He doubled down by pointing to how technology has changed the emotional stakes.

“It’s too far. It’s bringing people’s kids into it. I don’t like that. I sound like the old guy wagging his finger, but I think we can achieve the same thing, as far as sparring with music, with collaborations more so than breaking the whole thing apart,” he added. “It could have stood it before because there was no social media. You had the battle, and it was fun, and then you moved on. Right now, I don’t know if it could stand it with the technology that we have.”

Is this a generational perspective? Battle rap is its own thing now. Is this more than that? Or just two students of the culture seeing the same sport from different angles? One thing is clear: When Lux speaks, the Hip-Hop world listens. And when Jay speaks, the entire culture debates.FAX!

Druski’s “Erika Kirk” Parody Draws Ire Of Ted Cruz & MAGA

Druski has built a career on making people laugh, but now he has politicians talking too. The viral comedian’s latest character has crossed from internet comedy into political commentary and Senator Ted Cruz decided to jump into the conversation.

Now, that’s a big splash.

The Atlanta native recently dropped his sketch “How Conservative Women in America Act” without warning. And he has opted to troll them for filth with this one. The clip shows Druski in heavy prosthetics portraying a conservative white woman, a character many viewers believe resembles Erika Kirk, the widow of Charlie Kirk. While that connection remains speculation, the internet clearly made the association on its own. Druski ain’t talking.

So far, Erika Kirk has not publicly responded to the parody. But now the reaction has escalated beyond social media debates and into the political arena.

Texas Senator Ted Cruz entered the chat on Thursday (March 26) with a brief but pointed reaction on X. He dismissed the sketch with two sharp words.

“Beneath contempt.”

That short statement was enough to push the conversation into another gear. The video has already collected millions of views and continues to split audiences between those who see it as sharp satire and those who believe it crossed a line.

READ ALSO: Druski Defends Whiteface Comedy: “It’s Not A Bad Thing”

If Druski is bothered, he is not showing it. His history suggests walks anything back. He does not even explain. Instead, he tends to let the storm pass and then comes back funnier.

Some fans are praising Druski for being fearless. Others say political parody tied to real people is a risky game. He did not name any names though. Meanwhile, Cruz’s involvement shows just how far a sketch can travel when comedy, culture and politics collide.

One thing feels certain. Druski probably achieved exactly what comedians want: Attention.

Kim Kardashian Sofwave Skin Treatment: Does It Really Firm the Skin?

Introduction

In the world of beauty and skincare trends change quickly but some treatments become popular because of celebrity support and one such treatment is Sofwave skin treatment which gained attention after Kim Kardashian shared her experience and she is known for following new beauty trends and she said that Sofwave helps in making the skin firm.

But the question is: does it really work or is it just another celebrity trend?

In this article we will explain what Sofwave treatment is how it works and whether it is really effective and for more details visit the official Sofwave website: https://sofwave.com/.

What Is Sofwave Skin Treatment

Sofwave is a non invasive skin treatment that helps reduce wrinkles and make skin firmer and it uses advanced ultrasound technology to boost collagen production deep in the skin.

Unlike surgery Sofwave does not need downtime which makes it popular for people who want visible results without surgery and it works on the middle layer of the skin that controls elasticity and firmness.

Why Did Kim Kardashian Choose Sofwave?

Kim Kardashian is known for trying new beauty treatments so her opinion is important and she said that Sofwave helps make the skin firm which attracted the attention of many people.

There are a few reasons why someone like Kim Kardashian would opt for Sofwave:

  • It is non invasive
  • Minimal to no downtime
  • Quick sessions
  • Visible tightening effect

Celebrities often choose treatments that give results without disturbing their busy schedules and Sofwave fits perfectly into this category.

How Does Sofwave Work?

Sofwave uses ultrasound energy to heat the deeper layers of the skin and this controlled heat helps the body produce more protein naturally.

Key Steps:

  1. Ultrasound energy is delivered into the skin
  2. Heat triggers collagen regeneration
  3. Skin gradually becomes firmer and tighter

Collagen is a protein that keeps the skin youthful and firm and as people age collagen production decreases which causes sagging and wrinkles and Sofwave helps improve this process naturally.

Benefits of Sofwave Skin Treatment

There are several reasons why Sofwave is becoming popular:

1. Non Surgical Solution

There are no cuts no needles and no anesthesia needed.

2. Skin Tightening

Helps improve skin firmness especially around the face and neck.

3. Wrinkle Reduction

Fine lines and wrinkles become less visible over time.

4. Quick Procedure

Most sessions take around 30 to 45 minutes.

5. Minimal Downtime

You can resume normal activities immediately after treatment.

Is Sofwave Really Effective?

The big question remains: does Sofwave actually firm the skin?

Based on clinical studies and user feedback Sofwave has shown promising results and many users report:

  • Improved skin texture
  • Reduced wrinkles
  • Noticeable lifting effect

However results can be different depending on age and skin type and lifestyle.

When Kim Kardashian said that Sofwave firms the skin it matches what dermatologists and users have noticed and it is important to have realistic expectations because it is not a facelift replacement but a gentle improvement.

Who Is the Ideal Candidate for Sofwave?

Sofwave is suitable for people who:

  • Have mild or moderate skin sagging
  • Want non invasive treatment
  • Are looking for gradual and natural results

It may not be suitable for people with severe sagging because surgery might work better in such cases.

Are There Any Side Effects?

One of the main advantages of Sofwave is that it is safe and side effects are usually mild and short lasting.

Possible Side Effects:

  • Slight redness
  • Mild swelling
  • Tingling sensation

These effects typically disappear within a few hours after the procedure.

How Long Do Results Last?

Results from Sofwave are not instant but develop over time as collagen production increases.

Timeline:

  • Initial results within a few weeks
  • Full results around 2–3 months
  • Duration up to 1 year ( depending on lifestyle and skincare routine )

Regular maintenance sessions can help prolong the results.

Sofwave vs Other Skin Treatments

Sofwave is often compared to other treatments like laser therapy and radiofrequency.

Sofwave vs Laser

  • Sofwave: targets deeper layers with ultrasound
  • Laser: focuses more on surface level issues

Sofwave vs RF (Radiofrequency)

  • Sofwave penetrates more precisely
  • RF may require multiple sessions

Each treatment has its pros and cons but Sofwave stands out for its balance between effectiveness and convenience.

Cost of Sofwave Treatment

The cost of Sofwave can vary depending on the clinic and treatment area.

Average Price:

  • $2000 to $4000 per session

Although it may seem costly and many people think it is worth it because it is non invasive and gives long lasting results.

Final Verdict

Sofwave skin treatment has gained a lot of attention especially after Kim Kardashian publicly endorsed it and the treatment provides a non surgical way to make skin firmer and reduce wrinkles.

Although it may not give dramatic results like surgery it provides a natural looking improvement with very little downtime and for people who want to keep youthful skin without invasive procedures Sofwave is worth considering.

Conclusion

The attention around Kim Kardashian’s Sofwave skin treatment is not completely without reason and supported by technology and positive user experiences Sofwave seems to help firm the skin over time.

However like any cosmetic treatment and results depend on individual factors and if you are thinking about Sofwave it is best to talk to a qualified dermatologist to see if it is the right choice for you.

In the end Sofwave represents a modern approach to skincare that is simple and effective and fits with today’s fast paced lifestyle.

Sada Baby Pleads No Contest In Michigan Drug Case, Seeks Drug Court Resolution

Sada Baby faced a felony drug charge in Macomb County Michigan after a 2025 traffic stop as the Detroit rapper now seeks a path through drug court that could reduce the offense.

The rapper, born Casada Sorrell, recently entered a no contest plea to possession of less than 25 grams following a January 2025 arrest in Sterling Heights. According to reports, law enforcement pulled him over on an outstanding warrant and allegedly observed suspected contraband inside his vehicle during the stop.

Now, the “Whole Lotta Choppas” rapper is attempting to move forward through Macomb County’s drug court program. If he successfully completes the requirements, the felony charge could be reduced to attempted possession, potentially lessening the long term legal impact.

The legal development marks another chapter in a case that Sada Baby has publicly addressed. During a previous appearance on Politely Raw with Pacman Jones, he pushed back on the allegations, maintaining the substances in question were prescribed medication.

His next major legal milestone is scheduled for May 5, when sentencing is expected to take place.

While the courtroom proceedings continue, Sada Baby remains best known for his energetic presence in Hip-Hop and a string of records that helped build his national profile. The Detroit native first gained traction with regional momentum before breaking through with songs like “Aktivated,” which showcased his animated delivery and distinctive style.

He later expanded his reach through collaborations including “Pressin” with the late King Von. However, his biggest commercial moment came with “Whole Lotta Choppas,” a viral hit that gained even more attention after Nicki Minaj joined the official remix, helping introduce him to a wider audience.

Whether the program ultimately changes the legal outcome will depend on his completion of its terms, but for now, the Detroit rapper appears focused on resolving the matter through the court approved process rather than prolonged litigation.

The situation remains a developing legal matter.

Cardi B Inspired Howard University To Study Her Chart Dominating Album Strategy

Cardi B’s Am I The Drama?  Becomes Classroom Case Study At Howard University

Cardi B and college classrooms rarely share the same space but this fall the Grammy-winning rapper’s album strategy will become required study for students at Howard University.

The Washington D.C. HBCU is adding a new elective course focused on the marketing campaign behind Cardi B’s sophomore album Am I The Drama? as part of its Hip-Hop studies minor. The class, created in partnership with Warner Music Group and presented by AllHipHop, will analyze how the Bronx rapper turned a seven year album gap into a No. 1 debut and a high impact promotional run.

According to an announcement from Howard’s fine arts department, the course will examine the strategy behind the album’s rollout and why it resonated commercially and culturally. The project, released September 19, 2025, debuted atop the Billboard 200 after moving more than 200,000 units in its first week.

The class is scheduled for the Fall 2026 semester and will allow students to explore how unconventional promotion can translate into measurable results.

The album campaign itself provided plenty of material for study.

Cardi ignited anticipation months before the release when she officially revealed Am I The Drama? on June 23, 2025. The announcement ended years of speculation following her blockbuster debut Invasion of Privacy. From there she leaned into creative packaging strategies including multiple vinyl and CD variants labeled “Imaginary Playerz,” “Pretty & Petty” and “Magnet.”

She also took the campaign directly to the streets. In September 2025, Cardi hosted a pop up activation called “Bodega Baddie” inside a Washington Heights convenience store, blending her New York roots with grassroots marketing tactics. Reports also noted she promoted the album through sidewalk sales and staged subway skits designed to generate viral moments and organic buzz.

View this post on Instagram

The rollout also intersected with real life headlines.

During the campaign, Cardi appeared in court related to a lawsuit filed by a former security guard connected to an alleged 2018 incident. Rather than shy away from the attention, she incorporated the moment into her promotional narrative. On September 3 she announced special physical copies titled “The Courtroom Edition,” featuring imagery tied to widely circulated trial moments.

Musically, the 23 track album featured a wide range of collaborators including Summer Walker, Selena Gomez, Kehlani, Lizzo, Megan Thee Stallion, Janet Jackson and Tyla among others. The project also included previously popular songs “WAP” and “Up,” helping bridge her earlier success with the new era.

Beyond traditional promotion, Cardi also embarked on a multi state meet and greet run to connect directly with supporters. The strategy helped maintain momentum leading into release week and reinforced her connection with her audience.

With her “Little Miss Drama Tour” continuing to grow, the campaign remains active, giving Howard students a rare opportunity to study a living example of album marketing as it continues to unfold.

Predictive Promotion on Social Media: Using AI to Forecast Trends and Boost Engagement

Nobody wants to be the person who posts about a trend three days after it died. You know the feeling, you finally put together that Reel, spent an evening on the caption, hit publish with quiet confidence, and watched it land in complete silence. Not because it was bad. Because the moment had already passed, and the algorithm had already moved on to the next thing.

Timing used to be something you felt. Now it’s something you can actually know.

The Old Way Was Basically Guessing in a Suit

For most of social media’s existence, “strategy” meant posting consistently and hoping the algorithm was in a good mood. Some creators hired consultants who spoke in acronyms and delivered reports full of pie charts that explained nothing. Others just trusted their gut, which worked occasionally and spectacularly failed the rest of the time.

The problem was never effort. It was information. You were making decisions based on what already happened – last week’s numbers, last month’s trends. Useful, sure. But a bit like driving by staring exclusively in the rearview mirror and calling it navigation. AI changed that. Not by being magic, but by being fast and relentlessly attentive in ways humans simply aren’t built to be.

What Predictive Promotion Actually Means

Predictive promotion is using data and machine learning to anticipate what’s going to perform before it performs. Not guessing. Forecasting – the way meteorologists don’t know exactly what Tuesday will look like but can tell you with reasonable confidence whether to bring an umbrella.

The models behind this process identify signals no human could track manually. Engagement velocity on similar content. Search volume shifts happening right now. Cross-platform patterns – what gains traction on TikTok this week bleeds into Instagram next week. Read the early signals right, and you’re already talking about something when everyone else is just discovering it.

You stop reacting to trends and start positioning ahead of them. Your content doesn’t arrive late to a conversation – it helps start one.

Where AI Actually Shows Up in Your Workflow

The practical application isn’t as distant as it sounds. AI-assisted tools are already embedded in how the savvier end of the creator ecosystem operates.

Trend forecasting is the obvious one. Platforms already use predictive models to decide what to amplify – but tools built for creators surface those signals earlier, flagging topics and formats gaining momentum before they peak. The difference between riding a wave and swimming after it.

Optimal timing prediction is the quieter win. Not just posting when your audience is online – but posting when the specific type of content you’re sharing tends to get the most traction. Your audience might be active at 8pm Thursday, but your content might consistently overperform on Sunday mornings when people are in planning mode. Without machine pattern-recognition across months of data, you’d never notice.

Content performance prediction goes further. Before you publish, some tools estimate likely engagement ranges based on historical performance and current platform conditions. Not a crystal ball – a considerably better-informed bet.

And then there’s the promotion side, where a lot of creators leave serious traction on the table.

Promotion Isn’t the Enemy of Authenticity

There’s a certain type of creator who treats paid promotion like a moral failing – as if organic reach is the only real reach. That position made sense in 2016. It makes almost none now.

Organic reach has been declining systematically for years. That’s not a conspiracy – it’s a business model. Platforms monetize distribution, and the free ride ended a while ago. Creators who understand this don’t panic, they plan.

This is where services like Top4SMM become part of an intelligent promotion strategy rather than a last resort. Top4SMM offers social media growth tools across platforms – the kind of online solutions that put your content in front of audiences already engaged with your niche, not random eyeballs from nowhere. When you combine predictive timing with targeted promotion through Top4SMM, you’re not just boosting a post. You’re engineering conditions for genuine momentum. The algorithm sees real engagement from real people, and it responds accordingly.

Visit now and you’ll find tools built for creators who’ve stopped leaving distribution to chance – which, at this point, is the only sensible position to hold.

The Honest Limitation Nobody Mentions

Predictive AI is powerful, but not infallible. Trends shift faster than models update. Algorithm changes can invalidate weeks of forecasting data overnight. No machine learning saves content that isn’t connecting on a human level.

Use AI as a force multiplier, not a replacement for judgment. It tells you when and where – you still figure out what and why. A well-timed bad post is still a bad post. A poorly timed great post just didn’t get its fair shot.

Which is the whole point. Not to manufacture success, but to make sure good content doesn’t disappear before it proves what it is.

The creators winning right now aren’t necessarily the most talented ones in the room. They’re the ones who understand that content quality and distribution strategy aren’t competing priorities – they’re the same conversation. AI just gave that conversation a sharper vocabulary.

Post better. Time it smarter. Promote with intention. And stop waiting for the algorithm to find you on its own, because it has a lot of other places to be.

Slick Rick Returns To London To Receive MOBO Lifetime Achievement Award

Slick Rick is getting his flowers at the MOBO Awards this week, and honestly, it’s about time.

The legendary rapper’s receiving a lifetime achievement honor on Thursday, and he’s performing a career-spanning set with Estelle to celebrate decades of influence that shaped everything hip-hop became.

Born in London in 1965 and raised in the Bronx from age 11, Rick essentially invented the smooth-talking storytelling style that inspired everyone from Snoop Dogg to Kendrick Lamar to Jay-Z.

Eminem straight up called himself “a product of Slick Rick,” and that’s not hyperbole.

His 1985 single “La-Di-da-Di” with Doug E Fresh is the most sampled hip-hop track of all time, appearing on over 1,000 different records.

The song started as Rick’s calling card at rap battles, a witty story about getting ready for a day out before running into an old flame and her mother.

When Snoop Dogg covered it entirely on Doggystyle in 1993, Rick knew he’d created something timeless.

After signing to Def Jam, Rick dropped his platinum debut The Great Adventures of Slick Rick, which proved he could do way more than party records.

“Children’s Story” was a compellingly dark account of watching a teenage friend get shot by cops, and “Teenage Love” tackled heartbreak in a way few rappers dared attempt.

According to the BBC, Rick explained his approach: “We took novels to the next level, we took writing to the next level, because we’re talking to people’s imagination visually.”

His career hit turbulence when he was arrested for shooting his cousin, a former bodyguard who’d threatened his family while trying to extort money.

Rick spent five years in prison but received a full pardon in 2008.

Then in 2002, immigration officers seized him in Miami and held him for 17 months, threatening deportation.

Everyone from Will Smith to Rev Jesse Jackson petitioned for his release. Those experiences fueled “We’re Not Losing” on his 2025 album Victory, where he vented about politicians blaming immigrants for America’s problems.

Rick’s comeback album The Art of Storytelling dropped in 1997 with features from Nas, Snoop Dogg, Redman, and OutKast, proving he still had it.

Now a naturalized US citizen, he’s proud to return to his birthplace for the MOBOs.

“The idea of making a donation to these organizations that came along with producing the documentary for Netflix, and I said I would donate proceeds to domestic violence,” 50 Cent said.

The nine organizations receiving funds are Gingerbread House, The Fountain’s Community Development Corporation, Families Helping Families Region 7, Elle Foundation, Moms on a Mission, Best 13, MLK Community Development Corporation, MLK Neighborhood Association, and Northwest Louisiana Youth Golf & Education Foundation.

50 Cent emphasized his connection to the community and the direct impact of the donation.

“I didn’t say where I would make the donations, but I like Shreveport. And the dollars that we’re giving to these particular nonprofits will go directly to people. That’s how impactful this is,” he said.

District A Councilwoman Tabitha Taylor highlighted the critical need for these services as domestic violence cases continue to rise across the parish.

The funds will support essential resources including housing assistance and legal help for survivors.

“It’s a life-altering moment, and sometimes the silent victims, which are the children, voices are never heard. Today, we want to make sure that those victims know that they have a voice,” Taylor said.

The donation aims to help survivors access comprehensive support services and move toward healing and safety.

“I’m excited to be a part of a community and participate in a different way,” 50 Cent said.

Shreveport leaders emphasized that the goal is to ensure survivors can easily access resources and support victims in rebuilding their lives.

The nonprofits will use the funds for ongoing education, awareness, and resources to help families affected by domestic violence.

Snoop Dogg Expands Into Serious Cinema With Angola Prison Movie

Snoop Dogg is stepping into a completely different lane with a true crime thriller that’s got serious heavyweight backing behind it.

The West Coast legend will star in and produce “God Of The Rodeo,” a film based on Daniel Bergner’s acclaimed reporting about Angola Prison in Louisiana.

The project’s got Ridley Scott and his production company Scott Free involved alongside Giannina Scott producing through Cara Films.

Director Rosalind Ross is writing and directing the film, which tells the story of an inmate named Buckkey serving a life sentence who discovers a glimmer of hope through the prison’s first-ever rodeo competition.

Snoop’s Death Row Pictures partner Sara Ramaker is also producing, and the whole team is bringing serious creative firepower to this story.

According to Deadline, Snoop said about the collaboration: “Linking up with Scott Free Productions and working with Ridley Scott and Giannina Scott on God of the Rodeo is life changing and an honor. Rosalind Ross brought a story with heart and grit, and that’s what I’m about. Me and the team at Death Row Pictures stepping in as producers, I’m acting in it, and Death Row Records is building the soundtrack—and this one got soul.”

Ridley Scott praised Snoop’s involvement, saying he’s “one of the most gifted and influential artists alive, with admirers and fans all over the world and from every generation transcending music, sports and culture.”

The legendary filmmaker added that he and his companies are “so excited and blessed to have Snoop join the cast, and for him, Sara and Death Row Pictures to partner with us to produce this important and soulful project.”

Snoop’s involvement in major film productions continues to expand his legacy beyond music into serious cinematic storytelling.

Named AllHipHop’s 2024 Person of the Year and more Snoop’s been building Death Row Pictures as a multi-year partnership with NBCUniversal, and this project represents the kind of ambitious, culturally significant work the company is pursuing.

Tiny Harris Praises Her Sons After 50 Cent Clash Intensified

Tiny Harris addressed 50 Cent’s feud with T.I. on The Breakfast Club Thursday March 26 explaining why she stood firm after her family became part of the public dispute.

The Xscape singer did not hesitate when discussing how her sons King Harris and Domani Harris stepped into the drama. She described their actions as a “proud moment” and praised their musical responses to the controversy. Tiny specifically pointed to Domani’s track “Miss Jackson” which references 50 Cent and his late mother Sabrina Jackson as a strong showing from her son.

The situation however was not without complications inside the family.

Tiny admitted King reacted strongly to comments made about her and said his emotions sometimes pushed things too far online. She revealed she personally tried to intervene when the exchanges escalated into personal territory.

According to Tiny she contacted King directly and urged him to remove certain social media posts particularly after he mentioned 50 Cent’s estranged son Marquise Jackson. She said her son did not follow through with those requests.

EXCLUSIVE: Domani On Defending Tiny Harris & His Emergence As An Artist

King admitted to AllHipHop’s Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur that Tiny did not like some of the sharper disses towards 50 Cent.

“I mean, she… she didn’t like it. She didn’t like it at all. But I told her war is not pretty,” he said.

Despite the headlines and online chatter Tiny made it clear she was not personally shaken by being pulled into the dispute.

“I already knew it was coming. And it came. But I was expecting it. I don’t think anyone else was expecting it, but I was.

“I think he should have kept the beef with the man you were dealing with. Why are you bringing his woman into it? You’re dealing with a man, deal with the man, it ain’t got nothing to do with me. Like, who goes after the woman? That’s crazy. Regardless of what you thought, that’s crazy. You should be dealing with the man. That’s ya’ll beef right?”

The tension between 50 Cent and T.I. reportedly began as competitive talk about who would win in a hypothetical Verzuz battle. The tone shifted after 50 posted an unflattering image of Tiny on social media which intensified the conflict.

From there the situation expanded into diss records pointed commentary and online exchanges that involved family members from both sides. King and Domani each entered the conversation musically while 50 Cent continued to address the situation through social media posts and entertainment projects.

As of now 50 Cent has not publicly responded to Tiny’s latest remarks.

21 Savage Marriage Rumors Pop Up While Supporting Latto Pregnancy

I am happy for them, but the rumors do not stop.

21 Savage might be known for cold lyrics, but the rumors have nothing to do with music. Marriage rumors refuse to disappear while his smitten devotion to Latto is becoming all the rage. Now a single social media post has the rumor mill spinning like plates.

The Atlanta rapper recently reposted Latto’s Paper Magazine cover where she proudly showed off her growing baby bump. His caption was short, cryptic and very 21 Savage: “Big mama, not the little one,” along with four dagger emojis. For a man who usually keeps his private life locked in a vault, that was loud af.

Naturally, the internet did what the internet does.

“21 has spoken 🔥 y’all leave them folks alone. I love this,” one fan wrote.

Another added, “Alright nowwwww we getting somewhereeeeeee.”

They even made events up for them. “Yeah, they’re popping out together for the gender reveal or baby shower, one of the two.”

Here is where things get interesting. For years there have been whispers that 21 Savage may have been married privately. He reportedly / allegedly has two kids with a woman named Keyanna Joseph, the mother in question. But a consistent connection to Latto is looking like the long game.

Latto is not here for the rumors, but is definitely using the pregnancy as a rollout of sorts. She’s tried to put boundaries around all the commotion, while simultaneously creating it. In her Paper Magazine interview she made it clear she is not interested in public approval.

“I have nothing to prove to anyone. I have no rumor to clear up,” she says. “I’ve been with my man for years now, and it ain’t going nowhere. To me, that’s clearly a result of me moving and operating how I do.”

She also explained why she keeps things close to the chest.

“When it comes to female rappers, female artists — we’re told that we have to put so much of our life out there, and then it becomes too much about our personal life and not enough of the music,” Latto added. “That’s how stuff just ends up crashing and burning, because you’ve got too many cooks in the kitchen. I’m my own person outside of my relationship as well. I don’t want to make that the forefront of my existence, my career. I got a man at home, I’m happy, and I’m well taken care of, and that’s about all anyone needs to know.”

So what is the truth? We know divorce can take years. Is this a complicated love story with old ties? Or is this just another case of fans connecting dots that have no connection?

One thing feels certain: these two are linked for life! And we are linked to them too…through the talk.

Usher And Bieber Rumor Gets People Talking Some More

Usher is right back in the rumors.

And Justin Bieber is right there with him.

They had a heated confrontation at an exclusive Oscars afterparty hosted by Beyoncé and Jay-Z. This was not an ego thing, but more about unresolved history according to the chatter.

According to the rumor circuit, things allegedly got weird when Usher approached Bieber at the Chateau Marmont gathering on March 15. Witnesses claim the exchange was heated but never physical. Some have said it was though. Still, the alleged tension is being framed as something that has been brewing for years rather than a random disagreement at a Hollywood function.

To understand why this rumor even has traction, you have to rewind to the beginning.

Usher famously helped discover Bieber as a teenager after his YouTube clips started circulating online. That mentorship helped transform Bieber from a talented kid with a webcam into one of the biggest pop stars of his generation. But along with that success reportedly came exposure to powerful industry figures, including Sean “Diddy” Combs, whose recent legal troubles have forced many to reexamine old industry relationships.

Bieber may have been reflecting on those early experiences differently now that he is older and a father himself. One unnamed source suggested Bieber feels he was introduced to environments he may not fully have understood at the time. Another narrative floating around suggests Usher may feel his role in Bieber’s rise is being overlooked. He wants more credit? Hmmmmm

Publicly, neither Usher nor Bieber has confirmed any disagreement. So all of. this stays in the rumors section. It should also be stated explicitly that Bieber’s representatives have clarified that he was not a victim connected to Diddy’s criminal case. So, although there were some strange optics, nothing truly crazy happened.

But these rumors do not go away easy. Those old clips still show a teenage Bieber around Diddy and other industry figures. In today’s climate, people look with a more critical lens, whether fairly or not. Bill Cosby just lost a lawsuit that goes back to the 70s so anything is possible.

Bill Cosby Ordered To Pay Waitress $19 Million Over 1972 Assault…

If there is any truth to this beef, it may simply reflect what happens when protégés grow up and start asking questions.

What happens when he gets even older?

Jay-Z’s $2.8 Billion Empire Makes Him Wealthiest Music Artist

Jay-Z is now the richest musician in the world.

The Brooklyn native, born Shawn Carter, now holds an estimated net worth of $2.8 billion, according to recent industry valuations, placing him ahead of fellow music moguls and solidifying his transformation from rapper to apex-level entrepreneur.

What makes Jay-Z’s financial rise notable is not just the music. While his catalog remains valuable, much of his fortune comes from strategic investments, alcohol brands, technology stakes and entertainment ventures that reflect a long game approach to wealth building.

His company Roc Nation, founded in 2008, operates as a full-service entertainment agency representing athletes, musicians and producers. The company also manages publishing, touring and brand partnerships, positioning Jay-Z as an executive power player as much as a recording artist.

His liquor investments proved especially lucrative. Jay-Z helped elevate Armand de Brignac champagne, often called Ace of Spades, into a luxury status symbol before selling a majority stake to LVMH in 2021. He later sold a majority interest in D’Ussé cognac to Bacardi in a deal that reportedly valued the brand in the hundreds of millions.

Technology investments also boosted his wealth. Jay-Z was an early investor in Uber, a move frequently cited as one of his smartest financial decisions outside of music. He has also maintained interests in art collections and real estate, including high-value properties in California and New York.

His approach to ownership traces back to his early career when he co-founded Roc-A-Fella Records after struggling to secure a traditional deal. That independent mindset later became a blueprint for artists seeking equity instead of simple endorsement checks.

Jay-Z has often spoken about financial literacy in Hip-Hop and the importance of generational wealth. His business moves helped shift the culture’s conversation from just record sales to ownership and investment.

While his albums like Reasonable Doubt and The Blueprint remain cultural pillars, his evolution into a billionaire businessman may ultimately define his long-term impact.

Andy Muschietti & Barbara Muschietti Reveal Why They Had To Make “They Will Kill You” With Zazie Beetz

Andy Muschinetti and Barbara Muschietti know a thing or two about pushing the boundaries of genre storytelling. The filmmaking siblings, known for bringing emotional depth to spectacle-driven cinema, were immediately drawn to They Will Kill You because of its fearless mix of horror, comedy and social undertones. Their instincts proved right.

They Will Kill You follows a woman (Zazie Beetz) searching for her missing sister (Myha’la) who becomes trapped in a dangerous cult, forcing her to confront trauma, power structures and survival. Beneath the film’s action and chaos lies a deeper commentary about control, injustice and the human need for connection.

Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur spoke with the Muschiettis about their horror roots, their upbringing in Argentina and why the film’s themes of power and injustice resonate far beyond the screen.

Chuck “Jigsaw” Creekmur: First of all, congratulations. I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Totally mind-blowing. What attracted you both to this film?

Barbara Muschietti: That we wanted to see this movie. We read it—we read a lot of stuff—and when we read this, we said, what is the fastest way we can actually see this movie? Let’s make this movie.

Andy Muschietti: Yeah. For me it was the combination of horror and comedy. Some of the humor that you see in the movie was very much present in the script. Some of it was created in the execution because there’s a lot of slapstick and visual sarcasm that isn’t necessarily in the script, but it was already kind of there.

So that was my first attraction to it. And then meeting (director) Kirill (Sokolov), who’s a lunatic—in the best way—and adorable. He’s very communicative. He’s a scientist, a physicist, and he’s excellent at explaining what he wants. That made it very easy for us because we knew what he wanted to do. Our job was about protecting what he wanted to do and giving him the tools to do it.

Chuck Creekmur: Did you all grow up watching horror and loving horror?

Andy Muschietti: Oh yes. A lot. Our parents got us into it by letting us watch things.

Barbara Muschietti: Our parents weren’t huge genre fans. They just left the TV on and we saw things we probably shouldn’t have seen.

Andy Muschietti: We saw Dr. Phibes when we were like six and seven, and that changed things forever. But when they saw we were attracted to it, they didn’t keep it away from us, which was great. It became a great family activity.

Every Saturday night there was a program in Argentina—we grew up there—and we would sit in front of our 12-inch black-and-white TV and watch movies. We watched The Omega ManDr. PhibesThe MansterThe HandNight of the ScarecrowThe Illustrated Man, and a lot of Hammer horror films. That’s how horror was imprinted in us.

Chuck Creekmur: This movie touches on a lot of underlying themes as well. Is that relatable to you in any way? I know you’re working on documentaries and you’re from Argentina.

Andy Muschietti: Well, we grew up in Argentina. If you grow up in South America, no matter what sector of society you’re in, you understand how structures of power work. You grow up with a sense of injustice and corporate greed. Corruption—government corruption—has been around for decades in countries like Argentina.

So you grow up understanding social injustice is real. There are cultures that are maybe a little more numb to that. When we came to America, because things seem to work better here than in parts of South America, people weren’t necessarily as aware or fighting against those things. Should I stop talking?

Barbara Muschietti: No, I think lately people are more aware. We were hyper-aware as kids, like many Argentinian kids are, about how horrible things can go. We grew up during a military dictatorship. The transition out of that when we were 13 and 11 felt like a miracle.

When we came to America, it was weird to see so many people our age who were apolitical or not very involved. But now, with everything happening, young people are becoming…really into changing.
