Nicki Minaj Says She’ll Attend Grammys If Nominated Despite Her Complaints

Nicki Minaj criticized the Grammys for putting her song “Super Freaky Girl” in the pop category, but she’s still interested in attending the event.

The outspoken rapper declared she’ll show up at the 2023 Grammys if she receives any nominations. Nicki Minaj discussed her possible attendance in an interview with E! News.

“I feel like I am in a really good space and therefore, why not?” she said. “Why not put on a beautiful dress and cover my big boobs and show off my big old butt. Why not go and flaunt it?”

She added, “If I were to be officially nominated, of course I’ll come by. Why wouldn’t I? I would come to cheer on the other people that are nominated. There are a lot of artists that I would love to see win Grammys for the first time next year.”

Nicki Minaj downplayed her complaints about the Grammys, suggesting she wasn’t as mad as people assumed.

“I think sometimes people think that I’m more ‘angry’ than I am,” she explained. “I could be heated about something right now or this second and five minutes from now, I’ll forget about what I just spoke about.”

Last week, Nicki Minaj called out the Grammys for placing “Super Freaky Girl” in the pop category instead of the rap category. She compared her single to Latto’s track “Big Energy,” which led to a war of words between the two artists.

“I have no prob being moved out the RAP category as long as we r ALL being treated FAIRLY,” Nicki Minaj wrote on Twitter. “If SFG has 2B moved out RAP then so does Big Energy! ANY1 who says diff is simply a Nicki hater or a troll. I’d actually LUV 2 c a more street record win- male OR female! IJS rightIsRight.”

Snoop Dogg Makes Death Row Records A Wine Brand

Snoop Dogg continued to expand the Death Row Records brand outside of music.

The legendary rapper teamed with Treasury Americas to create a red wine named after his label. Snoop Dogg’s Death Row Records Red Wine will be available for a limited time with bottles selling for $24.99.

“Acquiring Death Row Records was a very meaningful moment for me,” he said in a press release. “And I’m excited to celebrate the milestone with the launch of Death Row Records Limited Edition Red Wine. This wine is something special, created exclusively for my loyal fans.”

Snoop Dogg became the owner of Death Row Records in February. He acquired it from MNRK Music Group, which was formerly known as eOne Music.

After the purchase, Snoop Dogg partnered with Crooks & Castles to design Death Row Records apparel. He also launched Death Row Pictures, which is producing his upcoming film The Underdoggs.

Earlier this month, Snoop Dogg spoke to AllHipHop about what fans should expect from the new Death Row Records. He promised to deliver “good music, quality, love [and] respect.”

“Just great things,” he said. “We just plan to keep doing what we’ve been doing and providing opportunities, and then providing great music and great visual pieces for people to enjoy.”

Travis Scott Hasn’t Settled Any Astroworld Lawsuit, But Live Nation Has

Live Nation reached a settlement with the family of Axel Acosta, one of the victims who died at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, who represents Acosta’s family, announced his clients settled their lawsuit on Thursday (October 20). According to multiple reports, Travis Scott’s team wasn’t involved in the settlement discussions.

“Victim Axel Acosta was a beloved son, brother, and student,” Buzbee said in a press statement. “He was kind and loving. He is greatly missed. Please keep his family in your prayers.”

Acosta was one of the 10 people who died from injuries suffered at Travis Scott’s festival in November 2021. The 21-year-old victim was crushed and killed during a deadly crowd surge. Acosta’s cause of death was compression asphyxia.

The family of Brianna Rodriguez reportedly reached a settlement as well. Rodriguez was one of the youngest victims in the Astroworld tragedy. The 16-year-old girl’s cause of death was also compression asphyxia.

Travis Scott, Live Nation and other entities faced a rash of lawsuits in wake of the deadly Astroworld Festival. Hundreds of attendees were injured along with the 10 casualties.

Last year, Travis Scott issued a “general denial” to the claims against him. He asked for multiple lawsuits to be dismissed.

Marquise Jackson Claims He Was Duped Into Taking Photo With 50 Cent’s Enemy Supreme’s Son

50 Cent’s estranged son Marquise Jackson clarified how he ended up in a photo with the son of his father’s rival Kenneth “Supreme” McGriff.

Marquise Jackson insisted he didn’t know he was posing with Supreme’s son in a picture that surfaced years ago. 50 Cent’s son addressed the photo while his family issues play out in the public eye.

“I DON’T know that kid,” Marquise Jackson wrote on Instagram. “His friend asked for a pic he fanned out and held it for years. Look at the tags in the picture everybody but me if that was what I was trying to do I would of posted it myself. The bozo said it himself we DIDN’T and DON’T know each other. Just a goofy clout chasing tryna sell shirts of his alleged dad who he don’t even got a jail visit pics with & hitting up people that know me tryna set up a event for some bread.”

50 Cent’s son continued, “But y’all think it’s about the attention & money for me right? If I knew who he was I WOULDN’T have done that. I found out the same way the rest of y’all did. Y’all can stop the [cap] now. I APOLOGIZE to anybody that this photo may have hurt, but I wasn’t aware who he claims to be. I thought it was just a fan asking for a picture. Any other ‘enemies’ you’ve seen me in a pic with I’ve known them to be family damn near my entire life bc of my pops. You only know the Kid Marquise. COME MEET THE MAN.”

Marquise Jackson also claimed he publicly called out his father because he has no way to privately contact 50 Cent. The G-Unit rapper’s son pleaded for an opportunity to talk to his dad man-to-man.

“Now y’all all see I tried to reach out to talk to my pops as a MAN in front of the [world] & behind the scenes,” he wrote. “I have no phone number for you & You’ve had me blocked on social media for years so I can’t DM you personally & everybody that is mutual is scared to touch the topic bc they’re scared of you. This seems to be the only way to reach you.”

Marquise Jackson added, “I’m ready when you ready to sit down & talk.”

Kanye West Attacks President Joe Biden Calls Him The ‘R-Word’

Rapper-turned-designer Kanye West is back in the news for making controversial and offensive statements.

In a recent interview with Piers Morgan, he said the current president of the United States of America, Joe Biden, is “f##king ret##ed.”

Ye believes he can use the derogatory word because he has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

He said, “Biden doesn’t listen to Elon Musk. The president of the United States does not have meetings with Elon Musk. that is f##king (hey … here come get me) ret##ed.”

“I know I’m not supposed to say that Biden, he continued. “But … obviously because I’ve been deemed with mental health [issues] and all this I have the right to use whatever words that I like to use.”

This is the latest of a string of off-cuffed and enflaming comments he has made, including some that are anti-Semitic and that George Floyd did not die from Derek Chauvin kneeling on his neck for 9 ½ minutes.

Kanye did apologize (kinda) for his statement about Jews.

One person who checked his ableist comment was Howard Stern.

“I don’t know much about Kanye West. I’m not big into the rap scene but I’m really tired of people excusing his behavior by saying well he’s just mentally ill.”

After explaining how he has been disenfranchised as a Jewish man, and how West should not freely spew anti-Semitic jargon, he said he doesn’t jack that Kanye is mentally unable to control himself.

He asked, “If he’s so mentally ill, why don’t they appoint a conservator over his money like they did with the poor Britney Spears?”

Does Stern have a point?

King Palm Dominates Cannabis Industry Lists With Top 5 Joint Fillers Available In 2022

Great filter tips are an extremely important part of rolling the perfect joint. Joint filters keep cannabis and ash from getting in your mouth when you light up. Plus, filter tips can have special perks like delicious, tantalizing flavors.

King Palm stocks joint filters in various materials, including corn husk, hemp, and glass. Here’s our ultimate guide to the company’s numerous filter tip offerings and other types of joint filter tips.

Corn Husk Filter Tips

Corn husk filter tips are a signature King Palm product. They’re made from pure, organic corn husks that keep your smoke clean and natural. You don’t have to worry about inhaling added chemicals from your filter tip.

The company’s corn husk joint filter tips pair well with King Palm’s natural palm leaf wraps, but these joint filters can also be used with hemp, wood pulp, or rice papers. You can customize your smoke every time and still enjoy the natural medium of corn husks.

The filter tips come fully assembled, so you don’t have to fold them or put them together. They’re easy to transport, so you can take them whenever you want to smoke a joint.

King Palm’s corn husk joint filter tips are available in packages of five, 25, and 100. You can also choose between 9 mm or 10 mm sizes, so you can use them in all your favorite rolling papers.

Hemp Paper Filter Tips

Hemp paper joint filters allow you to connect to the cannabis plant in a new way.

RAW’s joint filters are made from soft cotton fiber and hemp paper. They’re pressed smooth so you never have to worry about ash or bud entering your mouth.

These filter tips are wide so you can roll fat joints to pass around the circle, but the joint filters will work in smaller joints, too. You’ll be able to conserve your herb and roll the perfect joint with these hemp filter tips.

Flavored Filter Tips

Flavored joint filters can enhance the flavor of your cannabis and create a unique taste experience. You’ll get a stronger taste from flavored filter tips than from flavored wrapping papers because you’re inhaling directly through the filter during your entire session.

King Palm’s flavored filter tips are made from corn husks, allowing you to smoke using all-natural materials. Just like our unflavored corn husk joint filters, they’re organic and chemical-free. Plus, you can rest assured that you’ll never inhale any ash or herb due to their classic design.

The flavored joint filters come in a variety of flavors, including:

  • Pine Drip
  • Watermelon Wave
  • Magic Mint
  • Banana Cream
  • Berry Terps
  • Mango OG

So how do these filter tips get their flavor? They’re not sprayed with chemicals like some flavored joint filters. Instead, each joint filter tip contains a terpene-infused flavor capsule that will make every puff taste great.

To activate the flavor capsule, simply squeeze the filter until you hear a pop. You’ll be enjoying a new taste experience using these joint filter tips in no time!

Rice Paper Filter Tips

Rice paper joint filters aren’t very common, but that doesn’t mean they’re ineffective!

Elements specialize in rice rolling papers, cones, and filter tips. Their products are completely chlorine and chemical-free, so you’re inhaling only the best. You can buy perforated and non-perforated rice paper filter tips, which let you curate your smoking experience.

Perforated filter tips are easier to use for beginners who are rolling their first joints. They fold over to make a Z shape, so your smoke is cooler. They also tend to be larger. Non-perforated tips allow you to customize the shape of your filter.

Rice joint filter tips have virtually no taste, and they’re offered in 50-count boxes, so you always have some on hand!

Glass Filter Tips

Glass filter tips eliminate some of the downsides of traditional filters, including soggy ends, restricted airflow, bad hits, and messy hands. Your hits with this joint filter will be smoother and more like a glass piece than a joint.

So how does the glass joint filter work? You insert your joint inside the glass filter tip and use it as normal. The glass tip contains indents that will prevent ash and herbs from getting into your mouth when you inhale, every single time. It also cools the smoke so it’s less harsh on your lungs.

It’s very easy to hold your joint securely when using these glass filter tips. You can pass and share it with your friends without a roach clip. Plus, you’ll be able to smoke your joint all the way to the end without burning your fingers!

Rolling Cones With Filter Tips Guide

King Palm’s joint filters are one of the most important parts of rolling the perfect joint cone. If you usually smoke pre-rolled cones or in other ways, rolling a joint can be intimidating, but it’s actually pretty easy after a little practice.

To roll a joint cone, take your favorite rolling paper or palm wrap and insert the corn husk or flavored filter tip at the top. You can then fill that paper with dry herb. Make sure your cannabis is ground finely enough to fit into the cone, but not so finely that it will slip out. Add extra weed to the end opposite the filter so you get more of a cone shape

You can then carefully pick up the paper and gently roll the joint using your thumb and index finger, compressing the sides. It can take some practice to keep the herb from spilling, so do this over a rolling tray.

Once your herbs are compact, slide your thumb across the joint while rolling the paper into a cone. You should continue to tighten and smooth out the roll several times. When the non-filter side is running out of paper to roll, stop and lick the glue strip on the paper across.

Once you’ve finished rolling, you can seal your joint. To close the joint around the filter tip, twist the thick end with your thumb and pointer finger. Now you have a perfectly rolled joint cone with a quality filter tip!

Always have trouble rolling the perfect joint cone? You’re not alone. That’s why King Palm created their joint rolling machines!

King Palm’s rolling machines will result in the perfect joint every time. All you have to do is place the wrap in the machine and insert your filter tip. Fill it with dry herb and twist the handles to roll the joint. You just have to lick it to seal it, and you’ve saved yourself a lot of trouble.

Smoking joints is a classic way to enjoy cannabis. Once you pick out your ideal filter tip and rolling paper, you’ll be ready to light up.

King Palm carries corn husk, flavored, and glass joint filter tips. Their quality is unmatched, so consider adding their products to your smoking routine!

50 Cent Admits He’s Entertained By Ye’s Unpredictable Behavior

50 Cent addressed Kanye West’s antisemitic comments in a new interview.

While speaking to Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning on Tuesday, the “In Da Club” rapper responded to Kanye’s recent remarks aimed at Jewish people.

Kanye, 45, has faced fierce backlash this month for writing on Twitter that he would go “death con 3 on Jewish people,” misreferencing the United States military term DEFCON 3.

His interview with “Drink Champs” was taken down and chat with “The Shop” was scrapped before release because they both reportedly contained antisemitic comments.

50 Cent told Hot 97 interviewer Peter Rosenberg that Kanye is “in a dangerous area,” adding: “I forgive him for the things that he said, because I’ve already identified when something’s going on that I don’t understand.”

However, the 47-year-old star noted that “there’s nothing for me to say about” Kanye’s behavior over the past few years.

“Even the Trump support thing was a little out there for me,” he explained. “One week it’s ‘I don’t want my kids raised by a white woman,’ and the next week it’s ‘I wanna go home.’”

Kanye, who split from wife Kim Kardashian in 2021, first publicly endorsed former president Donald Trump during a 2016 concert in San Jose, where he said, “If I would’ve voted, I would’ve voted for Trump.”

50 Cent concluded by saying that “crazy is unpredictable,” but admitting Kanye’s “unpredictability is entertaining.”

Yung Joc Asks Fans To Help Him Retrieve $1800 Sent To The Wrong Person

Jasiel “Yung Joc” Robinson called out to his 1.3 million Instagram followers for assistance. Apparently, the “It’s Goin’ Down” hitmaker made an error while trying to send a digital payment.

Yung Joc posted a screenshot of a text conversation from October 4th to his Instagram page. The texts included the Atlanta-raised rapper asking an unknown person to return $1800 supposedly transferred by accident.

“I sent them a Zelle by mistake and they won’t return my money…. can y’all please call/text them and ask them to return my lil change?” wrote Yung Joc in his IG caption.

Joc used Gangsta Boo’s “Where Dem Dollas At” as the soundtrack for his Instagram message. The former Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member also reposted his fans who contacted the number to his Instagram Story.

In a separate Instagram video, Yung Joc claimed he spoke to the individual that allegedly received the $1800 and they are willing to send the money back. In the clip, Joc said, “I actually told them, ‘You gotta bigger blessing.’ If they would’ve returned that money, I would’ve did something even bigger for them.”

Joc also used that same Instagram post to promote a potential television program. The New Joc City album creator wrote, “😂 Sometimes you have to trust your gut!!!!!! I have a New Game Show!!!!!! This gonna be BIG!!!!! S/O @vh1 I love yall for believing in me and my wild antics🙏🏾.”

In addition to once being a regular on VH1’s Love & Hip Hop franchise, Yung Joc took part in the cable network’s horror reality series Scared Famous. The 42-year-old entertainer also hosts the nationally syndicated Streetz Morning Takeover radio show.

Jeezy Talks Appearing On Canceled ‘The Shop’ Episode With Kanye West

Hip Hop veteran Jeezy planned to promote his upcoming Snofall album by appearing on The Shop: Uninterrupted. However, that particular episode of the Lebron James-backed program will likely never air because of Kanye West.

The Shop co-host/producer Maverick Carter announced some of West’s problematic comments on the show caused the production company to shelve that particular installment. The SpringHill Company CEO explained the decision to yank the conversation featuring the controversial billionaire.

“Kanye was booked weeks ago and, after talking to Kanye directly the day before we taped, I believed he was capable of a respectful discussion and he was ready to address all his recent comments. Unfortunately, he used The Shop to reiterate more hate speech and extremely dangerous stereotypes,” read a statement by Maverick Carter.

Jeezy Could Be Back On The Shop With A Different Billionaire

Jeezy did stop by Hot 97’s Ebro In The Morning this week to talk about his Snofall album and other topics. The Atlanta-based rapper discussed being on the unaired episode of The Shop with Kanye West.

“I was just there to do my thing. But again, it’s not my business or place to speak on another man. That’s just how I’m rocking,” Jeezy told Ebro Darden. The CTE World head added, “I was a little like, ‘Damn. They canceled me. I gotta go see Ebro now. I got a project coming out.’”

Jeezy then stated, “I can’t say I understood why they took it off. I just know that I came there, we did it, and I got a call. They said, ‘It’s a wrap.’ I didn’t take it personally.”

According to the Trap music legend, SpringHill Company offered to have him back on The Shop in the future alongside billionaire filmmaker Tyler Perry. Jeezy admitted, “I don’t know if I was supposed to say that, but there it is.”

Snofall Will Join An Album Discography That Contains Multiple Number Ones

Over the last several days, Jeezy presented the two-part The Making of Sno Fall documentary on his Instagram page. The social media clips featured the prolific production team known as J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League.

Jeezy also reportedly recruited DJ Drama and DJ Cannon for Snofall. There has also been speculation that Kanye West and Rihanna could contribute to the forthcoming body of work. Both superstars worked with Jeezy in the past.

Kanye West and Jeezy teamed up for tracks such as “Amazing” and “Put On” in the late 2000s. In 2009, Rihanna collaborated with Jeezy for her “Hard” single off the Barbadian singer’s Rated R album.

Jeezy’s catalog includes Platinum-certified songs like “Soul Survivor” featuring Akon and “My President” featuring Nas. His most recent studio LP, The Recession 2, dropped in 2020. Jeezy hit #1 on the Billboard 200 chart with Thug Motivation 102: The Inspiration, The Recession, and Trap or Die 3.

21 Savage Brings Out Drake At Spelhouse Homecoming Concert

The students at Spelman College and Morehouse College in Georgia got a special treat during their homecoming festivities. Atlanta native 21 Savage surprised the crowd by bringing out Drake at his show.

On Wednesday night, 21 Savage entered the Forbes Arena to present some of his biggest hits. The Slaughter Gang leader also shared the stage with his “Jimmy Cooks” collaborator.

This was reportedly the first time 21 Savage and Drake performed “Jimmy Cooks” live together in front of a crowd. The two rap stars ran through “Knife Talk” and other tracks too.

“Jimmy Cooks” lives on Drake’s seventh studio LP, Honestly, Nevermind, which dropped on June 17. The single debuted at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. It became Drake’s eleventh and 21 Savage’s second Number One.

Drake’s sixth studio album, Certified Lover Boy, hosts the “Knife Talk” record. The Metro Boomin-produced song also features Memphis rap legend Project Pat. “Knife Talk” peaked at #4 on the Hot 100.

21 savage has not released a solo album since 2018’s I Am > I Was. He did team up with Metro Boomin in 2020 for a collaborative body of work titled Savage Mode II. The original Savage Mode EP dropped in 2016.

George Floyd’s Family Considers Suing Candace Owens For Spreading Lies

Kanye West’s decision to publicly suggest George Floyd died from a drug overdose could end up costing the rap star a lot of money. Apparently, Floyd’s family is looking at filing a lawsuit against West as well as right-wing commentator Candace Owens.

While appearing on Revolt’s Drink Champs podcast, Kanye West falsely opined that fentanyl caused George Floyd to die. West also claimed former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin “wasn’t even on his neck like that.”

Footage of the fatal incident went viral in 2020. Chauvin could clearly be seen kneeling on a prone George Floyd’s neck for about nine minutes. The Hennepin County medical examiner’s office ruled Floyd died by homicide caused by “restraint and neck compression.”

Kanye West told Drink Champs the misleading information about George Floyd’s death came from a documentary created by Candace Owens. According to TMZ, Owens is now in jeopardy of being a defendant in a possible civil case.

Attorney Kay Williams told the website that Candace Owens’s film contains blatant lies. The Floyd family’s legal team will likely file a lawsuit claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation. Drink Champs and the Revolt network could get caught up in the potential legal fight too.

Candace Owens Doubles Down On Her Talking Points About George Floyd

It appears Candace Owens is not backing down on her viewpoint. The conservative talking head insists her documentary is truthful. She tweeted, “What I love so much about George Floyd family’s lawyers is how they keep talking to TMZ about ‘lies’ in my documentary but keep neglecting to specify what the lies were!”

While a deceased person cannot be defamed, it should be noted several high-profile defamation cases have made headlines over the last three years. “WAP” rapper Cardi B came out the victor in a $4 million defamation case against blogger Tasha K.

In addition, Pirates of the Caribbean actor Johnny Depp won a defamation suit against his former wife Amber Heard. The Sandy Hook families also won a nearly $1 billion defamation case against right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones.

Drink Champs host N.O.R.E. has offered several public apologies to George Floyd’s surviving family members. Kanye West gave a more general apology while appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored.

“I feel like I caused hurt and confusion and I’m sorry for the families that had nothing to do with the trauma that I had been through. Hurt people hurt people – and I was hurt,” said West.

N.O.R.E Spoke To Revolt Boss Diddy Before Kanye West Interview

Rapper-turned-podcaster N.O.R.E. is still on his apology tour. After making appearances on Hot 97 and Power 105.1, the Drink Champs host showed up on Apple Music’s Rap Life Review to offer further penance for his sit-down with Kanye “Ye” West.

During his Drink Champs interview, Kanye West continued to spout antisemitic talking points. N.O.R.E. did not push back on his guest when Ye also falsely suggested George Floyd died from a fentanyl overdose and not from police brutality.

That highly controversial Drink Champs episode is no longer available on Revolt’s YouTube channel. Both N.O.R.E. and Revolt founder Sean “Diddy” Combs” (aka Puff Daddy) faced backlash for even posting the over 3-hour interview.

N.O.R.E. eventually apologized to the Floyd family for platforming Ye when the billionaire businessman seemed to be having a manic episode. However, there were still questions about Diddy’s role in the video making it to the internet.

Kanye West Clashed With Diddy Before Sitting Down With N.O.R.E.

There was also the issue of Kanye West publically blasting Diddy after the Grammy winner took issue with Ye’s White Lives Matter shirts. Apple Music’s Lowkey asked N.O.R.E. if he spoke to Diddy before publishing the West interview.

“Yeah, I had a conversation with Puff and he let his part go,” N.O.R.E. answered. “I thought he was going to edit it. I thought he was going to take it out. And I just said, ‘Yo, I have this freedom of speech thing.’ Like, ‘I don’t agree with what he’s saying, Puff. I don’t agree what he’s saying about you.'”

N.O.R.E. continued, “I didn’t agree with what he was saying, about a lot of these things. But if we start to edit him, I got to edit everybody, and then everybody has to come. I hear that Drake gives people the questions before they even walk in the room. And I don’t want to become that reporter.”

Ye and others could face legal action for his false statements about George Floyd. Roxie Washington, the mother of Floyd’s only daughter Gianna Floyd, reportedly filed a $250 million lawsuit against Kanye West.

Several high-profile defamation lawsuits have taken place in recent years. Cardi B won a $4 million civil case against blogger Tasha K. Additionally, a jury ordered conspiracy theorist Alex Jones to pay $965 million to Sandy Hook families for his lies about the 2012 mass shooting.

Big Sean Tells YK Osiris “Love Yourself First” After Suicide Scare

YK Osiris has assured his fans that he’s alright after his comments during a recent Instagram Live sparked concern.

The “Be My Girl” hitmaker alluded to no longer wanting to live during the live session earlier this week. He caught wind of the reaction and shared a video to let fans know he had been feeling “very emotional” while he was on IG Live, but he’s alright. He thanked everyone who checked up on him and shared his appreciation for the support.

“I was very down and very emotional, and I was drained but y’all help me a lot,” Osiris began. “Knowing that you don’t have friends in the industry and things like that, but you do have people out there that really love you. That really wanna see you win, and I realized that yesterday and today.”

YK Osiris also urged his followers to check on their loved ones and to guard their mental health. Watch the clip below.

Big Sean then hopped into the comments section to give YK Osiris some advice on self-love.

“Saying this out of love bro! Love yourself first so you don’t need everyone or anyone else’s love to function or feel good. When you your own source of happiness n love then any love you get is just extra on top (which is beautiful),” wrote Big Sean.

Instagram YK Osiris

Earlier this week, YK Osiris claimed he has no friends, claiming Drake and Lil Baby no longer speak to him. He also questioned why he should continue living.

“Lil Baby don’t f### with me no more. Drake don’t f### with me no more. Nobody f#### with Osiris. So why the f### do I keep living?” he questioned. “Y’all not getting it. So you tell me why should I keep living? I don’t get it. Y’all tell me all types of s### but I’m giving you explanations, why should I keep living?”

Fivio Foreign Ridiculed Over Halftime Performance During Brooklyn Nets Game

Fivio Foreign caused a stir online with his halftime performance during the Brooklyn Nets‘ season opener.

The NYC rapper began trending on Twitter on Wednesday evening (Oct. 19) following the unfortunate show where he performed during the Brooklyn Nets’ home opener against the New Orleans Pelicans.

However, while Fivio tried his best to get through his set, the equipment worked against him. Although he persisted with his medley of hits, he struggled to stay on time with the backing track.

Fivio also experienced technical difficulties during his performance at the DONDA 2 listening party earlier this year.

Fans were quick to share their thoughts online, with many criticizing the B.I.B.L.E. rapper, and the show’s technicians.

“Fivio Foreign is doing the halftime show for the #Nets and it’s like he’s trying to perform the songs after just hearing them for the first time five minutes before.”

“If you watched that Fivio Foreign halftime show in Brooklyn, you may be entitled to financial compensation,” one fan complained.

Another called Fivio “the worst performer I’ve ever seen in my life btw.”

“If you’re illegally streaming this Nets game you know that this fivio foreign halftime performance is one of the worst things in history”

Another Twitter user slammed the show, writing, “Worst halftime show I’ve ever seen, the f### is Fivio Foreign doing????”

Kanye West Apologizes For “Hurt And Confusion” Caused By Antisemitic Tweet

Kanye West clashed with Piers Morgan during a heated interview that resulted in the rapper walking out midway through taping.

The DONDA rapper was filming an appearance on the British TV host’s TalkTV when the conversation boiled over.

The interview looked tense, with the pair frequently disagreeing in a number of clips circulated ahead of the interview airing on Friday. Piers Morgan described the Kanye West episode as an “extraordinary, fiery, passionate, funny & shocking 2-hour interview.”

However, tensions became too much at one point. According to Piers, Ye stormed out of filming halfway through the show.

He claimed the disappearing act left the crew with “quite a struggle to come and get him back.” Nonetheless, the TV host was pleased Kanye returned.

He said: “I’m glad I did because we ended up getting to where I think in his mind he wanted to get to. I think he wanted to atone for what he had done and the damage he had caused. But he was too fired up and too proud to actually go there until we got towards the end.”

Kanye West Apologizes For Antisemitic Tweet

Elsewhere during the episode, Kanye apologized for causing “hurt and confusion” with his antisemitic remarks, although he did double down on his remarks initially.

When Piers asked him whether he regretted threatening to go “Defcon 3 on Jewish people,” Ye replied: “No, absolutely not.” Then, when Piers asked if he knew the comments were racist, Kanye added: “Yes, that’s why I said it… I fought fire with fire. I’m not here to get hosed down.”

However, later in the show, Kanye West apologized, admitting, “I will say, I’m sorry for the people that I hurt with the Defcon… the confusion that I caused.

He added: “I feel like I caused hurt and confusion and I’m sorry for the families that had nothing to do with the trauma that I had been through. Hurt people hurt people – and I was hurt.”

EXCLUSIVE: Prosecutors Say Man Charged With Killing Jam Master Jay Admitted To The Murder

Prosecutors revealed the evidence they plan to submit in the Jam Master Jay murder trial.

According to prosecutors, Karl Jordan Jr. admitted he killed the Run-DMC member in a conversation with a witness. Jordan and Ronald Washington were charged with the murder of Jam Master Jay, whose real name was Jason Mizell.

“Jordan would often comment to Witness 5 that he had killed people, including Jordan insinuating that he had killed Mizell,” prosecutors said. “On one occasion, Jordan threatened Witness 5 with a gun and stated in substance that he would kill Witness 5 like he had killed Mizell.”

Other witnesses will testify about the link between the two men accused of murdering Jam Master Jay. Prosecutors claim Washington lamented the murder charges in a 2020 phone call, referring to Jordan as his “little man.”

“The government will elicit testimony from mutual associates of Washington and Jordan to help explain the nature of their relationship,” prosecutors explained. “Specifically, Washington was feared in Hollis, Queens and was known for possessing firearms, committing armed robberies and engaging in narcotics trafficking, often as an enforcer or security for traffickers. Indeed, one of the government witnesses who was with Washington on the day of Mizell’s murder (Witness 1) aided and abetted armed robberies committed by Washington.”

They continued, “Younger individuals in the neighborhood who were becoming involved in criminal activity, such as Jordan, respected and looked up to Washington as a ‘big homie’ due to his reputation. Shortly before Mizell’s murder, and after Washington returned to Hollis after serving a ten-year sentence in Baltimore, Maryland for narcotics trafficking, he and Jordan would work out and otherwise consort together.”

Prosecutors also accuse Jordan of dealing drugs with Jam Master Jay. Witnesses intend to clarify the late DJ’s involvement with his alleged killer.

“Witness testimony will also establish that Jordan was involved in narcotics trafficking and firearms offenses at that time, and that Jordan had previously asked that Mizell ‘put him on,’ or allow Jordan to participate in narcotics trafficking with Mizell,” lawyers disclosed. “Mizell had subsequently provided Jordan with a small quantity of cocaine to determine if Jordan could handle selling larger quantities.”

Another witness will testify about the possible murder weapon. Jordan allegedly had the same type of pistol used to shoot Jam Master Jay.

“Jordan was selling approximately 20-30 grams of cocaine per day and frequently carried a firearm,” prosecutors said. “Both Jordan and Witness 2 would secrete drugs and firearms in a van parked outside of [redacted] in Queens, where Jordan lived. Per Witness 2, a .40 caliber pistol used to be hidden in the van, and that same firearm went missing around the time of Mizell’s murder—notably, Mizell was shot with a .40 caliber pistol.”

Attorneys added, ‘Witness 2 also noted that Washington and Jordan were not ‘cool’ after Mizell’s murder based on Witness 2’s personal observations of the two of them together. Washington also stole a pellet gun from Witness 2 that Witness 2 believed Washington used to commit robberies, and Witness 2 saw Washington with firearms on numerous occasions around the time of Mizell’s murder. Notably, Witness 1 will also testify that Witness 1 observed Washington procure a pellet gun from Witness 2 prior to Mizell’s killing.”

The Jam Master Jay murder trial is scheduled to begin on February 20, 2023. If convicted, Jordan and Washington face up to life in prison.

Nicki Minaj Vows To Expedite New Album

The success of Nicki Minaj’s single “Super Freaky Girl” motivated her to speed up the release of her new album.

Nicki Minaj indicated her fifth studio album will drop before the end of 2022 in an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith. The diamond-selling rapper divulged her plans when asked about “Super Freaky Girl” reaching No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100.

“It feels so, so, so, so good because everything happened so fast, like the pregnancy and COVID,” Nicki Minaj said. “I wasn’t sure how I was even feeling about having to put out an album this year, but that song happening and people liking it, that made me happy. People have gone through so much recently that they want to have fun. It’ll probably expedite the album to come out this year.”

Nicki Minaj also discussed how “Super Freaky Girl” helped her rediscover her identity as an artist.

“This song came along and because I didn’t approach it in a sexual way, I approached it in a fun way, it’s like I tapped back into who I was,” Nicki Minaj explained. “People might not get this from me, but I was never trying to be sexy, I always was laughing. I think that I can look sexy, but I don’t think of myself as a person that is—you know how some women walk into the room and they’re just like, ‘Ooh.’ I’m not like that.”

She continued, “So because of that, after a few years I had forgotten who I was because I was only reading who people were saying I was. And then it dawned on me like, ‘Wait a minute. When you were saying your sexually explicit lyrics before, Onika, you weren’t trying to be serious. You weren’t trying to turn people on. You were trying to be funny and goofy and stupid. Like, just tap back into you.” You know? And so that’s how I approached “Super Freaky Girl.’”

Nicki Minaj dropped “Super Freaky Girl” in August. She hasn’t released a studio album since 2018’s Queen, which peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200.

Three Suspects Arrested In Connection To Murder Of UK Rapper TKorStretch

British police apprehended three people while investigating the fatal stabbing of UK rapper TKorStretch.

According to multiple reports, authorities arrested an 18-year-old man and a 23-year-old man in Bristol on Wednesday (October 19). The two were taken into custody on suspicion of murder.

Police also arrested a 20-year-old woman in London. She was accused of assisting an offender in the TKorStretch murder case.

TKorStretch, whose real name was Takayo Nembhard, was stabbed to death at the Notting Hill Carnival in August. He was 21.

“Ever since the tragic murder of Takayo, my team and I have been busy behind the scenes gathering intelligence and evidence to bring his killers to justice, and we will continue to work around the clock until they are behind bars,” Detective Chief Inspector Jim Shirley said in a statement.

Police are still looking for more information about TKorStretch’s murder.

“While it is positive that we have made three arrests today, the hard work does not stop here,” Shirley said. “We are continuing to appeal for witnesses to come forward. Takayo was stabbed to death in broad daylight in front of a huge crowd of people. I am confident that there are people out there who have not yet spoken to us, for whatever reason that may be.”

He added, “If you saw something and have not yet spoken to us, please do so as a matter of urgency. Don’t do it for me, do it for Takayo’s family who are still trying to come to terms with their terrible loss.”
