A$AP Rocky Trial Day 2: Relli Takes Stand, Spills All: “Truthfully, It Was Like A Movie”

A$AP Relli, a former close associate of rapper A$AP Rocky, took the stand Tuesday (January 28) as the trial against Rocky entered its second day.

Rocky faces two felony charges of assault with a semiautomatic firearm for allegedly firing a gun at Relli during a heated altercation in November 2021.

Testifying in court, Relli painted a picture of a fractured 15-year friendship that soured as the two grew apart.

What was once a bond forged in high school and their membership in the A$AP collective turned tense, culminating in an alleged shooting incident on Hollywood Boulevard on November 6, 2021.

“Truthfully, it was all like a movie. It was weird, just the way he was walking, the whole thing. It just caught me off guard. There was no time to talk, no time for nothing,” Relli recalled the encounter.

Relli testified that the tension reached its boiling point on November 5, 2021, when he overheard a phone call in which A$AP Rocky referred to him as a “b####.”

The remark, Relli noted, was not an isolated incident but emblematic of what he described as an ongoing strained relationship with the rapper.

“It’s kind of always been like that. It’s really hard having a relationship, Rocky. In my personal experience, he lies a lot,” Relli said.

The following day, Relli said, Rocky initiated contact, accusing him of “ducking” him through text messages and FaceTime calls.

Relli eventually shared his location with Rocky, believing they might resolve their issues. Instead, an altercation unfolded.

During the confrontation, Relli described Rocky’s behavior as aggressive and strange. He testified that Rocky arrived with members of the A$AP collective, including A$AP Twelvyy and A$AP Illz, and escalated tensions instead of diffusing them.

Relli claimed Rocky taunted him, saying, “What now p####?” before the situation spiraled into chaos.

“To be honest, I would never fight Rocky. And that’s God’s honest truth. I don’t have a reason to fight him. We’re in an industry where you get blackballed really easy. I’m obviously on the lower end of the stick here. So that’s why, in the video, you notice I’m a lefty. He grabbed me with two hands, and if I wanted to fight him, I would have hit him with the right,” Relli testified, maintaining that he sought no physical confrontation with the rapper.

Relli also described his fear of professional repercussions stemming from the feud. “If I fight Rocky and I beat him up… I’m definitely getting blackballed,” he said, addressing the power dynamics within the music industry.

Prosecutors allege that Rocky fired a gun during the altercation, grazing Relli’s knuckles, while the defense insists that Rocky only fired a starter pistol to de-escalate the fight.

A$AP Rocky, who faces up to 24 years in prison if convicted, has declined a plea deal requiring six months of jail time.

His legal team is expected to argue that Relli’s accusations are financially motivated, citing a civil lawsuit Relli filed against the rapper as evidence.

A$AP Rocky Trial Day 2: Gag Order Placed On Attorneys & Rihanna Appearance Date Revealed

A$AP Rocky’s gun assault trial has already spawned a significant and growing web of storylines—and it’s only day two.

According to independent legal affairs reporter Meghann Cunniff, Tuesday’s (January 28) hearing included a candid statement from the DON’T BE DUMB lyricist himself, heated courtroom moments, ballistic evidence and defense witness testimony.

Adding to the frenzy, TMZ reports global music and fashion icon Rihanna is slated to make a headline-grabbing appearance January 29 to support her partner amid his trial stemming from an alleged 2021 shooting involving his former friend, A$AP Relli. “

This week, Mr. Mayers’ significant other may appear here,” Rocky’s attorney Joe Tacopina stated to the judge during the hearing.

Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, faces two felony assault charges for allegedly firing a gun during a street confrontation in Hollywood. Rocky, who claims he fired a prop gun only as a warning, addressed the paparazzi outside the courthouse upon his arrival to the hearing.

“Ladies and gentlemen of the press!” Rocky bellowed gingerly. “Listen, listen! I don’t wish to quarrel. I don’t want no smoke,” he declared. “But don’t step on my toes!”

Inside the courtroom, tensions were high as a ballistics report Deputy District Attorney John Lewin introduced into the record linking a Glock 43 magazine found at a residence Rocky once shared with Rihanna to shell casings allegedly recovered from the scene, was up for discussion.

Lewin also accused Rocky’s attorney of “screaming” at him, prompting a brief exchange between the attorneys. Adding to the day’s chaos was a gag order imposed by Judge Arnold after a tense exchange between attorneys. “I don’t want any attorney saying anything to the press while the case is going on. That’s it. You can call it a gag order,” the judge ruled.

If convicted, A$AP Rocky faces up to 24 years in state prison, a grim possibility after he declined a plea deal that would have required him to plead guilty in exchange for 180 days in jail and three years of probation.

Rihanna’s courtroom appearance is expected to create a media circus, but for Rocky, it may also provide a much-needed morale boost as testimony from Relli is still expected.

Redman Wants To Get Snoop Dogg & Lil Wayne Higher Than They’ve Ever Been

Redman Talks Skydiving, Lil Wayne and Heavy Life Lessons

Hip-hop legend Redman helped make “how high” a mantra for weed aficionados. But now the Newark, New Jersey rap king has a new passion that’s taking him even higher. Skydiving is the latest and greatest activity that has helped the rapper born Reggie Nobel get a hold of his life, which was once in a dark place.

In an exclusive interview with AllHipHop, Redman shares the personal journey that led him to the skies. He explains how the sport transformed his life and how he wants to bring Hip-Hop powerhouses like Snoop Dogg and Lil Wayne along for the experience. He also explains how he averted death while skydiving.

AllHipHop: Skydiving—what’s the appeal? Are you going to take people with you? Because there are fans like Jay Boogie—shoutout to her—who want to skydive with you.

Redman: What’s funny is that skydiving plays a major part in who I am now. I started skydiving in 2021—that’s when I took my sabbatical. My girl at the time used to say, “I’m afraid you’re just going to be behind that board the rest of your life. You don’t know how to treat yourself.” I didn’t understand what she meant until I sat by myself after we parted ways. If I wasn’t behind the board working or laying lyrics, I didn’t know what to do with myself except work out in the park.

She was right. So, one day I said, “Let me do something I’ve always wanted to do.” I was depressed, and I just got up one morning and said, “I’m going skydiving. I don’t care if I live or die.” That’s the point I was at.

Redman Releases Muddy Waters Too, Stream It Here

AllHipHop: What was your first skydiving experience like?

Redman: I went to Sussex Skydive in New Jersey—that’s my home, my family. They asked me why I was skydiving, and I said, “Yo, I’m going through a divorce. Me and my girl just parted ways. I don’t give a [expletive] if I live or die.” They could see it in my face.

On my first day, I did four tandem jumps, where someone is strapped to your back, and I was going for a fifth. One of the ladies in the office told me, “You’re spending a lot of money on tandem jumps. You might as well just learn how to skydive.” So, I took the class, passed the written test, and within a week, I was jumping solo.

AllHipHop: How did it feel to skydive solo?

Redman: The first time I pulled the chute and landed by myself, it was just me and God in the sky. When you’re up there, it’s a different level of life. There’s no judgment, no social media, no distractions—just you, the blue sky and your faith. It’s humbling.

AllHipHop: What’s the skydiving community like?

Redman: It’s small—maybe 50,000 to 100,000 people worldwide. Skydiving isn’t about money, fame or what kind of car you drive. When you’re in that plane and you jump, your job is to land safely. That’s it. The community is about faith and discipline.

When I’m around my skydive family, we don’t talk about the music industry, social media or drama. We talk about healing and being better skydivers. That’s what I love about it—it’s about purpose, not material things.

AllHipHop: You’ve said you want to bring others into skydiving. Who would you invite?

Redman: I want to get Lil Wayne up there. He’s an incredible artist who’s not afraid to try new things—he skateboards and pushes boundaries. I’ve talked to Snoop about it, too. I want to bring artists and fans into skydiving because it’s not just an experience—it’s mentally healing.

AllHipHop: Have you ever had any scary moments while skydiving?

Redman: Oh, yeah. I’ve had seven malfunctions—times where my parachute didn’t open or got tangled. When you’re falling at 130 miles per hour, the first instinct is to panic, but that’s where your training kicks in. Skydiving teaches you discipline and how to stay calm under pressure.

AllHipHop: Speaking of Lil Wayne, you’ve shown him respect in your music. Have you two connected on that?

Redman: Not directly, but I’ve given him his flowers. In my Red Bull freestyle, I said, “New rappers, their hero is Lil Wayne.” And that’s real—Wayne opened doors for so many artists. The internet tried to twist my words into something negative, but I was giving him respect.

AllHipHop: Any last thoughts on skydiving or life lessons?

Redman: Skydiving changed my life. It’s about being present, finding purpose, and trusting yourself. I’m planning a trip soon for people who want to experience it—artists, fans, anyone. Follow me on IG @RedManGilla, and let’s make it happen.

AllHipHop: Thanks, Redman. We’ll see you in the skies someday!

Redman: Prayer’s up, bro. Let’s do it!

Kendrick Lamar Told Mustard “Hey Now” Beat Unleashed Inner Warrior

Mustard is opening up about Kendrick Lamar’s enthusiastic reaction after first hearing the “Hey Now” beat.

During a new interview with GRAMMY.com, the producer revealed K. Dot told him the beat made him feel like Goku, the main protagonist and one of the strongest fighters and most powerful Saiyans in the Dragon Ball Z universe.

According to Mustard, the beat sparked a unique energy in Lamar’s performance.

“I had heard “Hey Now” during the “Not Like Us” video shoot,” Mustard explained. “He played me a snippet. I asked him, ‘Man, what made you do that?’ And he said, ‘When I heard the beat, I just felt like Goku or something.’

Mustard said Lamar told him, “When I hear certain s— on your beats, it brings out something else in me, so I just did whatever I felt.”

Mustard continued, revealing he continues to send Kendrick Lamar “five or six beats a day,” and was as surprised as the rest of the world to hear his name screamed on the “tv off.”

“I didn’t hear the song until it came out,” he shared. “The first half of “tv off” and the second half are two different beats that he connected; I didn’t send it to him like that. It was just like, out of those five beats, he picked two.”

While Mustard is in the running to win the Record Of The Year with “Not Like Us,” alongside Kendrick Lamar, he’s hoping for victory in another category.

“All these awards mean a lot to me, but Producer Of The Year feels really special,” Mustard said. “If I win that one, I don’t know what I’ll do — probably cry or something.”

Mustard Will Cry if Kendrick Lamar Performs “Not Like Us” At Super Bowl

Mustard also believes he’s likely to shed tears if Lamar performs “Not Like Us” at the upcoming Super Bowl next month.

While he would love to join Lamar onstage should he perform the song, the producer would be just as content to be present at the Superdome in New Orleans and might even tear up.

“This year’s going to be pretty special,”  he stated last October. “I might shed a tear [if he performs ‘Not Like Us.’] I am grateful for him to perform it on stage. If he performs it on stage by himself, doesn’t call me, I wouldn’t give a s###. Just perform it.”

Young Dolph Justice Efforts Intensify With Dramatic New Update

Young Dolph’s killers are one step closer to facing justice after fugitive Shundale Barnett was finally captured after spending over two years evading law enforcement.

Barnett has been arrested in connection to the 2021 killing of Memphis rapper Young Dolph and now faces charges of accessory after the fact, attempted first-degree murder, and theft of property.

His capture paints a more complete picture of the alleged network of criminals tied to the incident.

The arrest warrant for Barnett was issued in January 2022, around the same time U.S. Marshals apprehended Justin Johnson in Indiana.

Despite these developments, Barnett’s story took a strange turn when Shelby County authorities declined to extradite him from Indiana.

This decision resulted in his release from jail—a controversial moment that left Barnett on the lam for over two years.

Authorities accuse Barnett of aiding his cousin, Justin Johnson, one of the central suspects in Young Dolph’s death, in evading law enforcement.

Court documents reveal that in December 2021, Barnett rented a car for Johnson to use during his time on the run—a calculated move that reportedly took place over a month after Young Dolph was shot and killed in broad daylight at a Memphis cookie shop.

Barnett’s role doesn’t end there. Investigators say his involvement overlaps with that of other co-conspirators, including Jermarcus Johnson—another relative of Justin Johnson—who facilitated communication between the suspects while they fled.

Jermarcus eventually pled guilty and received a six-year probation sentence.

Justin Johnson, who performed under the rap name “Straight Drop,” was convicted of first-degree murder in 2024 and sentenced to life in prison.

His accomplice, Cornelius Smith, awaits trial after pleading not guilty to murder and conspiracy charges.

Meanwhile, Hernandez Govan, labeled as the mastermind behind the killing, is slated to stand trial in July for reportedly orchestrating the murder.

The case has unearthed disturbing revelations, including testimony alleging the killing was a murder-for-hire scheme funded by Anthony “Big Jook” Mims, brother of Memphis rapper Yo Gotti.

According to Smith’s testimony, a $100,000 bounty was placed on Young Dolph, though Smith claims he and Justin Johnson had no idea they would encounter the rapper on the day of the ambush.

Big was killed during a shooting outside a local restaurant on January 13, 2024, in what police are calling a targeted attack.

So far, no arrests have been made in Big Jook’s murder.

Prosecutors Slam Diddy’s Misrepresentation Of MDC Jail Search

Federal prosecutors are firing back at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ latest legal filing, rejecting his claims that a targeted search at the Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) violated his constitutional rights.

In a response filed on Monday (January 27), the government dismissed the accusations as baseless and argued that Diddy’s allegations “contort and misrepresent” the facts.

Diddy’s defense team had argued that the prosecution orchestrated an October 2024 search of his housing unit to obtain privileged defense materials.

They further alleged that government agents monitored his attorney-client communications, violating his Fourth and Sixth Amendment rights. Prosecutors, however, said the claims were both “moot and meritless.”

“The defendant’s Fourth Amendment claim regarding the MDC Sweep is moot because the Government will not seek to offer the defendant’s notes photographed by Investigator-1 or any ‘fruits’ of those notes in its prosecution,” prosecutors wrote.

They emphasized that any privileged materials obtained during the search were handled by a filter team, an established practice to preserve legal privilege.

Addressing allegations of surveillance on Diddy’s communications, the government argued there was no intent to interfere with his attorney-client relationship.

“The defendant cannot show that the Prosecution Team—which does not include Investigator-1—intentionally interfered with the defendant’s attorney-client relationship,” the response stated.

Prosecutors also pushed back on the defense’s assertion that the search was improperly directed and denied they knew an investigator based in West Virginia would participate in the sweep.

“It is not disputed that the Government had no knowledge whatsoever that Investigator-1 would take part in that search or that the defendant’s papers would be photographed,” they said.

They added that the search was part of routine Bureau of Prisons (BOP) operations.

Prosecutors also signaled readiness to respond further if the court entertains Diddy’s claims.

“Should the Court be inclined to consider these new claims in deciding the defendant’s pending motion or request for a hearing, the Government first requests the opportunity to respond in full,” prosecutors said.

Diddy’s trial is set for May 2025 on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

A$AP Twelvyy Refuses Prosecution Interview In A$AP Rocky Trial – Risks Credibility

A$AP Twelvy declined a prosecution interview Tuesday (January 28) during A$AP Rocky’s high-profile trial, a move that could influence how jurors perceive his credibility.

The trial, centered around a November 2021 altercation in Hollywood involving A$AP Rocky and A$AP Relli, saw its second day of testimony at the Los Angeles County Courthouse.

Before stepping into his role as a witness, Twelvyy had a tense exchange with the judge regarding his refusal to meet with prosecutors.

“Prosecution would like the opportunity to interview you before you take a stand, just to find out what you have to offer and what you have to say. It’s optional; you can either agree to be interviewed or refuse. Are you aware of this?” Superior Court Judge Mark Arnold judge asked.

Twelvyy responded firmly with, “No, no, I do not want to be interviewed.”

Judge Arnold emphasized the potential implications of this decision, cautioning Twelvyy about the jury’s interpretation of his refusal.

“If you refuse, then the jury is going to know that you refused to be interviewed by the prosecution, and it could impact your believability, your credibility in the eyes of the jury. You understand that?”

To this, Twelvyy simply replied, “Yes.”

Twelvyy’s involvement in the case stems from his presence during the altercation between A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Mayers, and A$AP Relli, real name Terell Ephron.

According to court testimonies, along with fellow A$AP Mob member A$AP Illz, Twelvyy reportedly attempted to de-escalate the confrontation before it could escalate, a detail that positions him not as an aggressor but as a would-be mediator.

While authorities allege that a firearm was involved in the incident, Twelvyy is expected to testify for Rocky’s defense, bolstering claims that the weapon in question was merely a “prop gun.”

Twelvyy’s testimony could prove to be a pivotal aspect of Rocky’s argument, as the prosecution seeks to pin the rapper with two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm.

A$AP Rocky has already rejected a plea deal offering 180 days in jail, a seven-year suspended sentence, and three years of probation.

A$AP Rocky faces up to 24 years in prison.

Central Cee Reveals Why He’s Holding Back His Drake Collab

Central Cee is holding on to a highly-anticipated Drake collaboration but the British rap sensation claims the track didn’t make his new album Can’t Rush Greatness for a very good reason.

He dropped the project last Friday (January 24) to widespread critical acclaim, featuring a star-studded tracklist that includes Lil Durk, 21 Savage, Skepta, Dave, and Lil Baby.

However, fans were certain a Drake feature would arrive, given the Toronto native’s apparent love affair with the U.K. rap scene and their recent collaborations.

Drake unveiled Central Cee as the face of the Nike X Nocta collection way back in 2021. The West Londoner has also performed at Drake’s shows, featured in music videos and even teamed up with Drizzy on the “On The Radar Freestyle” in 2023.

Central Cee On Why He’s “Saving” Drake Verse

However, while Cench acknowledged, “There’s a Drake record in the vault,” he explained that including it on his debut album would have felt too “predictable.”

He addressed the collab, confirming he is “saving” the song during a recent interview with Dutch radio station FunX

“I don’t like it when people can guess these kinds of things right away,” he said. “A lot of people didn’t see it coming that Drake is not on the album.”

While Central Cee is keeping his Drake verse in the vault for now, he dropped the visuals for the Lil Durk-assisted “Truth In The Lies” on Monday (January 27).

Meanwhile, after amassing an impressive array of accolades—including becoming the first U.K. rapper to surpass 1 billion Spotify streams—Central Cee reflected on how his younger self would react to his success.

“He would be very proud of my collaboration with Skepta,” Cench told FunX. “He is the main reason why I started making music. The fact that he is now also on my album is a great achievement for my younger self.”

On Tuesday (January 28), Central Cee announced his upcoming 39 date world tour. The trek kicks off In Europe in April, arrives in North America in May, before wrapping up in Australia in July.

500-Pound Rapper Dank DeMoss Rejected By Lyft Driver: Who’s Wrong?

Dank DeMoss, a plus-size rapper by her own claim, is making waves after a wild experience with a Lyft driver went viral. You may remember her from the show “Deb’s House,” which started Deb Antney.

The rapper filed a lawsuit claiming that a driver denied her a ride, allegedly because she was “too big.” The story upset many, while others are debating the logistics of the situation.

I am not sure how I feel.

I watched the show and know how big she was. She says she was up to 600 pounds at one point but had gotten down 100 pounds.

Dank DeMoss preaches body positivity in general and transparency about her weight loss journey. Fans cheer her on. This situation is a bit different.

Now, the driver dude and others suggested she get a Lyft XL (which I did not know existed). These are larger vehicles designed for more passengers or extra space.

Well, there is one way to determine who is right and who is wrong.

Lyft reportedly fired the driver after the incident surfaced. The company preaches something else regarding inclusivity and rides for all passengers.

There are still questions about who was right and wrong.

Weight limits exist in amusement park rides, on furniture and even personal vehicles. Dude’s car was making noise, so I suspect he was feeling nervous.

The difference between 230 pounds and 430 or 500 pounds can make this complicated. Safety may have been a factor, but if the driver had acted solely out of bias, homie would have been out of line.

Dank’s supporters argue she was humiliated and denied basic services. They believe the driver was being prejudiced against the rapper. This is a doozie, either way.

I guess Homeboy is an Uber driver now. Since she’s all viral and controversial, let us partake in some of Dank’s music.

Trump Proposes Exiling American Career Criminals To Foreign Countries

President Donald Trump is considering deporting American criminals to foreign countries if they are “repeat offenders.”

Trump suggested paying other countries a “nominal fee” to take in American repeat offenders, presenting the idea as a cost-saving strategy during a speech to House Republicans in Miami.

“If they’ve been arrested many, many times, they’re repeat offenders by many numbers, I want them out of our country,” he said. “We’re going to get approval, hopefully, to get them the hell out of our country, along with others. Let them be brought to a foreign land and maintained by others for a very small fee.”

According to Trump, his proposal means the government could avoid spending “massive amounts of money” on U.S. jails and private prison companies, which he said “charge us a fortune.”

Trump, a convicted criminal with 24 felonies under his belt, recognized he would need formal approval for the unprecedented strategy.

Donald Trump cited examples of violent crimes committed by repeat offenders, including assaults on elderly citizens. He claimed some violent offenders are walking free even after having “been arrested 30 times, 35 times, 41, 42 times.” Trump argued crime rates would decrease if America sent habitual offenders abroad to live “for a while.”

He stated, “Let them be brought out of our country and let them live there for a while. Let’s see how they like it.”

Trump claimed other countries are already engaging in similar practices of sending criminals to the U.S.

Large-scale exile of criminals from Britain to American colonies occurred until the American Revolution in 1775. The British soon began shipping offenders to Australia but outlawed the practice in the 1850s due to reform calls.

Trump distinguished his proposal to exile repeat offenders as separate from current efforts to deport undocumented immigrants with criminal records.

Cardi B Flaunts Butt-Crack Piercing After Fans Refuse To Believe Her

Cardi B announced she has a brand-new piercing in a highly unconventional place, sparking accusations she was lying.

On Monday evening (January 27), the NYC rapper hopped on social media to share the news of her new adornment, much to fans’ amazement.

“Soooo …….,” she tweeted. “got my butt crack pierced.”

Incredulous fans flooded the comment section, many skeptical that such a piercing could even exist and if it would be safe.

“That’s possible?” one wrote, while another shocked fan asked, “How is it even physically possible?!”

A third shared a gif featuring a befuddled Murda Mook, writing, “you WHAAAAT.”

Keen to silence the doubters, Cardi B returned with an image of the piercing, confirming it was exactly where she had claimed.

“Do I lie ?” she wrote alongside the image which shows two diamond studs and her extensive back tattoo.

Fans were still shocked even after Cardi B shared the photo of the piercing.

“What happens if you forget it about it for months ???” one person asked. Another chimed in with “You can’t be lacking that much attention to do something like this and post it. Just trifling.”

Cardi B has multiple piercings, including lip, neck and tattoo. She had her tongue pierced on Instagram live in October 2023 but quickly regretted it, showing off a gnarly wound after biting the ring.

Latto Stuns In New Video For Playboi Carti Collab “Blick Sum” Remix

Latto and Playboi Carti have joined forces on their long-awaited new single “Blick Sum” remix.

The Columbus, Ohio native teased the track earlier this week, building excitement among fans who had already heard a leaked version. The original appeared on Latto’s 2024 album Sugar Honey Iced Tea without Carti, but his verse surfaced online.

The track arrived Monday evening (January 27) alongside a sleek music video that sent Latto fans into a frenzy.

“Latto im speechless…,” one fan shared with a clip from the video featuring the rapper in a skimpy bikini and oversized fur coat.

“the mug. the hair. the outfit. the aura,” another fan wrote alongside a still from the visuals.

Meanwhile, others were shocked Playboi Carti cleared the Latto collab but hoped it could signal the release of his elusive album.

“What kind of information does latto have on carti that he cleared the verse and video,” one user asked. “Hopefully enough to get the album out as well,” replied another.

Carti has teased the eagerly-anticipated project all 2024, vowing to drop before the end of the year.

He previewed the project during his headlining set at Rolling Loud Miami in December. Clips of his performance included tracks produced by F1LTHY, Mike Dean and Metro Boomin.

Carti also debuted a new song featuring The Weeknd before closing out his set with another fresh track titled, “Drugs Got Me Numb.”

Fans became so frustrated by the wait that a petition to ban him from streaming platforms attracted over 8,000 signatures.

Cardi B Addresses Pregnancy Rumors Following Recent Appearance

Cardi B is setting the record straight after fans flooded social media with pregnancy rumors sparked by her latest outfit choice.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper recently stepped out in a cute pleated skirt that had many speculating whether she might be expecting her fourth child amid her acrimonious divorce from estranged husband Offset.

The buzz began after a video surfaced online showing Cardi B in a “school girl” style-outfit she admitted to wearing during her last pregnancy to hide her growing baby bump.

“I’m so happy y’all know I’m [pregnant],” she tweeted last August. “Now I can stop wearing those deum school girl skirts lmaoooooo.”

Cardi B’s recent shopping trip to Benny The Jeweler ignited feverish speculation she was expecting.

“Here she go with these school girl skirts,” one fan noted. “You pregnant again.” Another added, “Not the pregnant skirt again.”

One fan even created a poll, asking followers to speculate on the rumors surrounding Cardi B’s potential pregnancy.

However, she wasted no time addressing the chatter and shut down the claims with a provocative response.

“Not yet,” she replied to a fan asking, “Is miss girl pregnant again.”

Cardi B welcomed her third child with Offset, a baby girl, last September. The former couple are also parents to six-year-old Kulture and 2-year-old Wave. They have not disclosed their youngest child’s name.

Pregnancy does not appear to be on the agenda for Cardi B in 2025, who believes this year will be her best yet.

Last month, Cardi revealed she’s working on a billion-dollar deal and her “secret businessese.” She has also vowed to finally release her long-awaited sophomore album, the follow-up to her 2018 debut, Invasion of Privacy

“I got something very important to me that is coming out next year. I don’t want to say too much,” she teased. “This is something that I been wanting to do for a very long time. I just left a billion-dollar play.”

50 Cent Fires Back Over Assault Lawsuit: “Not Gonna Get Any Money From Me That Way”

50 Cent is laughing off his legal troubles after being sued for an alleged assault.

Guadalupe De Los Santos, a photographer, claims he was at 50 Cent’s book signing at The Grove in Los Angeles on September 11, 2024, when the alleged assault occurred, per TMZ.

He accuses 50 Cent of directing a member of his team to strike him with a car door while he was on an electric scooter. De Los Santos claims he was filming the multi hyphenate rapper while stopped at a red light following the event.

He says his medical bills are mounting, and his injuries are forcing him to miss work, resulting in lost income, and he is suing 50 Cent for damages. Prominent attorney Gloria Allred is representing De Los Santos in the lawsuit.

50 Cent Mocks Attorney Over Assault Lawsuit

However, 50 Cent and his legal team have responded, dismissing the lawsuit as a shakedown.

Fif hopped on Instagram with an old photo of himself and Allred, taunting the lawyer, implying she was an ambulance chaser.

“The moment I realized I don’t like lawyers,” he captioned the photo. “Gloria you should know better, chase a different ambulance.”

50 Cent followed up with a second image and continued to mock the attorney.

“Gloria you’re not gonna get any money from me that way,” he added. “but if you call me I’ll take you to dinner. LOL .”

The “Many Men” hitmaker also shared a statement from his attorney addressing the lawsuit.

“[50 Cent] has neither been served with or seen a filed copy of a lawsuit filed by Ms. Allred’s firm,” the statement read. “However, if and when such a frivolous claim is filed and served, rest assured that Mr. Jackson’s legal team will swiftly move to dismiss the matter and seek the maximum costs, fees, sanctions and other remedies that are available under law.”

His attorney added, “[50 Cent] is not alleged to be the driver of the vehicle or even the individual who the Plaintiff paparazzi alleges opened the door as he charged a vehicle as it drove away from the bookstore.”

President Donald Trump Threats, Cocaine Stash Gets West Palm Man Busted

A 46-year-old Florida man was taken into custody Friday night with a bunch of cocaine after allegedly posting alarming threats targeting former President Donald Trump on social media platforms.

The arrest unfolded during an ordinary traffic stop in West Palm Beach — a community synonymous with sunshine and seaside calm but now at the center of a tense federal investigation.

Authorities said Shannon Depararro Atkins’ online tirades, which included references to assassinations of past U.S. leaders, sent shockwaves through law enforcement channels after being flagged to the FBI’s National Threat Operations Center.

One of his more disturbing Facebook posts reportedly read, “Lincoln, JFK, Reagan, Martin Luther King and Trump — unfortunately, one is still alive.”

Another amplified violent rhetoric, calling for “Bullets, please. Please Jesus! Save America.” Detectives linked Atkins to the threats on January 20 and swiftly launched surveillance.

Their efforts culminated in a traffic stop Friday at about 7:30 p.m., where Atkins was driving a white 2013 BMW near his home.

During the stop, officers reportedly found drugs in his possession — three bags of cocaine — which resulted in an additional charge for drug possession.

Atkins was arrested on a second-degree felony count of written or electronic threats to kill, harm, or conduct an act of terrorism.

Investigators emphasized that the violent rhetoric could not be dismissed as mere jokes, given two previous assassination attempts on Trump in 2024.

Atkins, who admitted to making the posts but claimed they were made in jest, now faces rigorous scrutiny, with the U.S. Secret Service investigating whether he’ll face federal charges.

His Facebook activity also revealed a predisposition to political commentary, with references aligning him with Democratic leanings. Notably, Atkins had shared a photo of himself wearing a “Harris-Walz 2024” T-shirt in a post last year.

The arrest, which unfolded just miles from President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate, has sparked a polarizing debate on social media.

While some users commended law enforcement for taking decisive action, others argued that Atkins’ comments, however distasteful, didn’t rise to the level of actionable threats.

“Where was the threat? He never stated “I” or an “I will” I’m sorry but weak case unfortunately,” one user noted, while another fumed”That idiot needs to be on constant watch cause he is crazy and no doubt a democrat!!!”

EXCLUSIVE: Diddy Uses Alexander Brothers’ Trafficking Scandal To Bolster Defense

Sean “Diddy” Combs is leaning heavily on a recent legal decision involving the Alexander brothers—prominent Miami real estate figures accused of sex trafficking—to fend off several lawsuits, including a sexual assault claim filed by model Crystal McKinney.

The ruling, handed down by U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, could provide a pivotal lifeline for the Hip-Hop mogul as he battles to dismiss allegations tied to events stretching back decades.

The Alexander brothers—Oren, Alon, and Tal—are embroiled in a firestorm of accusations alleging they drugged, assaulted, and trafficked women for over a decade.

Arrested in December 2024 on federal sex trafficking charges, the brothers allegedly used their high-profile real estate careers to lure victims with promises of luxury and opportunity, only to drug and assault them.

Prosecutors claim the brothers relied on substances such as GHB, cocaine, and psychedelic mushrooms to incapacitate their victims.

As of late 2024, over 30 women have stepped forward with accusations against the trio, who are locked up in the same Brooklyn jail as Diddy.

One civil lawsuit against the brothers, brought by Angelica Parker and dismissed by Judge Kaplan last week, hinged on the New York City Gender-Motivated Violence Act (VGM).

Kaplan ruled that the VGM’s revival window was preempted by broader state laws, including the Adult Survivors Act (ASA), which had its own stricter statute of limitations.

While Kaplan’s decision did not address the validity of Parker’s allegations, it deemed her claim time-barred—a legal technicality Diddy’s lawyers are now looking to take advantage of.

Diddy’s legal team wasted no time referencing the Alexander case in their bid to dismiss McKinney’s lawsuit.

Filed in May 2024, McKinney’s suit alleges that in 2003, Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her at his New York City studio when she was a 22-year-old model.

McKinney claims Diddy laced a marijuana joint with an unknown substance, pressured her to consume more alcohol and drugs, and ultimately assaulted her in a studio bathroom.

McKinney has alleged that the assault derailed her modeling career and caused lasting emotional trauma, including severe depression and a suicide attempt.

“McKinney is a woman of faith and when she saw news coverage of the lawsuits from Ms. Cassie Ventura, Ms. Dickerson-Neal, and others, she knew she had a moral obligation to speak up,” her lawyer, Michelle A. Caiola explained. “[McKinney] prayed to God before bringing this lawsuit, as she feared further violence and/or retaliation from Combs, but ultimately decided that she needed to speak her truth.”

However, in a letter filed on Monday (January 27), Diddy’s attorney Erica A. Wolff highlighted Kaplan’s ruling, arguing that McKinney’s claim under the VGM is also time-barred.

“The Parker decision further supports granting [Diddy’s] pending Motion to Dismiss in the instant case,” Wolff stated.

While Kaplan’s ruling in the Alexander case was rooted in procedural issues rather than the substance of the allegations, Diddy’s team is banking on the decision to bolster their arguments.

Kaplan determined that the VGM’s revival window conflicted with state-level statutes, such as the ASA, which included a one-year window for survivors to file claims between November 2022 and November 2023.

McKinney, like Parker, filed her suit outside of this window.

Diddy’s legal team is holding their breath that Kaplan’s decision becomes a cornerstone of their defense, potentially clearing him of McKinney’s allegations and over two dozen similar lawsuits.

Juelz Santana Says Podcasts & Trolls Worsen Cam’ron & Jim Jones Beef—Still Won’t Step In

Dipset veteran Juelz Santana has spoken out about the ongoing rift between his longtime collaborators Cam’ron and Jim Jones.

During a recent interview with The Art of Dialogue, Juelz shared his perspective on the feud, desperately urging fans not to stoke the flames while shedding light on why he’s staying out of the situation. He also shared his candid thoughts on the role of podcast culture and critic’s hot takes in escalating rap beefs.

“People got their favorites even in the groups,” Juelz said, acknowledging the natural division among fans. “It’s always been like that. So now when the group clashes, people want to take sides. That’s the b#######. If y’all really want to see [Dipset] move as a unit, don’t be taking sides. Even if you like Cam more than Jim or Jim more than Cam, this is Dipset.”

Despite the tension, Juelz made it clear he won’t be adding fuel to the fire. “When you see them going at it, you know, the egging on and sh*t like that, I’m definitely not going to be the one to egg it on,” he said.” “I don’t know if I could be the one to resolve it either, but I’m definitely not going to make it worse.”

The “Clockwork” rapper further pointed to podcast culture as a contributing factor to the current state of affairs, seemingly alluding to the start of the recent friction between Cam and Jim. “Everybody don’t want people saying their names in interviews, but now people got these platforms where they’re asking these questions,” he said. “It’s like a thin line.” He added, “Jim’s name was mentioned, so it opens the door for him to say something back. That’s what happens with these podcasts.”

For those just catching up, the tension between Jones and Cam erupted over Capo’s remarks during a recent interview in response to Cam’s previous interview with 50 Cent. Cam’ron responded on his “It Is What It Is” podcast, blasting Jones, claiming he was “fanned out” by Cam and Ma$e’s early success and “begged” to be around them once Children of the Corn began taking off. Jim has since previewed a pair of diss tracks aimed at Cam’ron, which appear to be set for his upcoming album.

As he continued, Juelz offered a balanced view on how both parties have handled the situation. “Jim chose to carry it the way he did, and Cam chose to carry it the way he did,” he said. “Now you have what you have. I’ve always been like the little brother. All I can say is Jim and Cam are very competitive. They’ve always been competitive, and it got to the point where they had to be competitive against each other.”

How Celebrity Branding Evolved Into Social Media Influencer Deals

More than forty years ago, in 1984, Nike signed one of the most successful celebrity branding deals in history. After signing with Michael Jordan and launching one of the most profitable lines of basketball clothing, the Jordan brand generated almost 13% of Nike’s total annual revenue.

Since then, we have not yet seen any celebrity branding collaboration to reach such an incredible performance. Actually, in present times, what we often come across are influencer deals and marketing campaigns that seem to be the go-to for most international brands that search to promote their clothes.

The Michael Jordan’s Iconic Deal Was Also An Influencer Collab?

The best way to address this matter is by looking at the impact Michael Jordan had on Nike’s reputation, comparing it to today’s influencer deals, and establishing which recipe is better. Looking at that partnership, we can only think that even if the term “influencer” was not a thing at that time, the metrics are similar. This will help us clarify if celebrity branding is another form of influencer deal.

By definition, an influencer is a person who is capable of inspiring other people and guiding them into performing certain actions. In today’s capitalism, thousands and thousands of companies take advantage of the current social media status and promote their products through influencers of all types.

In 1984, was Michael Jordan capable of inspiring, influencing, or guiding people’s actions? Of course, he was. And not only that. Even at that time, Michael had a massive international impact, which is why the timing was perfect for Nike to start this partnership. Even in present times, when Michael Jordan is no longer playing, the brand is flourishing.

So not even that collab could be viewed as an influencer partnership, but it is one of the most successful business moves that had a celebrity involved in it in history.

Other Successful Celebrity Brand Product Lines

  1. LeBron James with Nike: LeBron managed to obtain a good deal with Nike as well. In 2003, Nike launched a special line of basketball shoes called “LeBron.”
  1. Cristiano Ronaldo with Nike: Another successful product line Nike managed to launch was in partnership with Cristiano, and now, the CR7 line releases not only footwear but also lifestyle apparel.
  1. Kanye West with Adidas: You definitely know how notorious the “Yeezy” brand is. Adidas joined the club and signed a special partnership with Kanye that led to the creation of one of the most revolutionary streetwear and sneaker lines.

How Do Brands Partner With Celebrities Today?

We will definitely see more celebrity product lines in the future, but it is definitely not the most used method for brands to promote their products. The rise of influencer culture was in some ways inevitable, especially since it coincided with the decline of traditional advertising techniques.

The last 25 years were full of so many collaborations, partnerships, and marketing campaigns we would need weeks to count. For example, take a look at Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty product line that launched in 2017. This is her personal brand and the main promotional channel used to showcase and sell the products was social media.

In its first 40 days after launch, Fenty Beauty generated more than $100 million in sales, showing everybody in the industry how things should be done. Moreover, a celebrity will no longer need a big company to partner with in order to build billion-dollar brands. Celebrities can now engage with their fanbases online.

Celebrities Joined The Digital World

Did you think it just ends there? Celebrities can use their immense audiences to promote any kind of product. When the digital world took over, celebrities were no longer the faces of certain brands or had to play a role in commercials. They are influencers, and when smart marketing comes into play, the outcome is huge.

Let’s take a look at some examples where celebrities were part of the most creative marketing campaigns, promoting services and products you would never think of.

  1. Cristiano Ronaldo with Poker Stars – In 2015, Cristiano signed with Poker Stars and became one of their most influential brand ambassadors. Even if other international celebrities like Nicki Minaj, Mike Tyson, or Paris Hilton decided to endorse casino-related products, this niche is still controversial, and many influencers and known personas avoid this type of collaboration.

Considering how influential a football player like Cristiano Ronaldo is, imagine the impact and CTR a no deposit free spins campaign would have under such circumstances.

  1. Travis Scott and Fortnite – Get ready for this one because, in the digital marketing world, this collab is called “multi-vertical.” Travis partnered with Epic Games in an attempt to promote one of the largest in-game experiences ever. 27 million players attended and played Fortnite during the event, which lasted only five days.

Players were able to use in-game currency (Vbucks) to buy the Travis Scott avatar, but the event was huge and the artist sold a lot of merch using his own online shop. Not to mention the viewership this event had on streaming platforms like YouTube or Twitch.

Where Are We Now?

In present times, we can expect literally anything. The future still has to give us the augmented reality experiences we are all waiting for. So, from partnerships that concluded in successful clothing lines to in-game digital events that players attended from different corners of the world at the same time, what do you think is the next big thing?
