Safaree Gets Dragged By Reality TV Show Cast Member Over Failed Relationship With Nicki Minaj

Safaree may never live down the fact that Nicki Minaj is the proverbial “one that got away” from him and his recent interview promoting the new season of the latest reality tv series he is apart of is proof of it.

In a recent press interview promoting season two of Peacock’s#### reality show House Of Villains, Safaree’s fellow cast member Wes Bergman took a shot at him over his past relationship with rap superstar Nicki Minaj. Alongside Teresa Giudice, the trio discussed the emotional highs and lows the show brings, but things quickly turned personal for Safaree when the topic of his ex came up.

“It felt good to let it out because I have a lot of things built up inside me and I’m never able to express myself,” Safaree said while reflecting on his experience sharing his feelings on the show.

However, the moment took a harsh turn as he revealed that Wes, whom he confided in, had used his vulnerability against him.

“I thought I could put my trust and talk to Wes,” he said. “And the things I was saying to him, he would make fun of me behind my back to other people.”

Bergman not only appeared to confirm Safaree’s claims about being bullied, he didn’t hold back when it came to his thoughts on Safaree’s past.

“His life’s been downhill since that breakup,” Bergman said unapologetically with a smirk. “He peaked, he beat me there.”

The tough lover banter continued as Bergman followed up the comment with another dig.

“Her career skyrocketed the second that she left him, he bluntly.

Though the trio was laughing at the remarks at his expense, Safaree seemed visibly affected and managed to get the last word in as he responded “I left.”

“Don’t listen in the Wes,” he said while chuckling, assuring viewers he’s in on the joke.

While it’s unclear how recently the segment was shot, it is certainly evident that Safaree is still holding on to some piece of the relationship he and Nicki shared based on his decision to support her amid her Gag City Reloaded Tour. In a video AllHipHop shared, Safaree attended the Miami leg of the concert wearing a denim vest similar to the one he and Nicki notoriously argued about in a vlog while the pair were still dating nearly a decade ago. In one of the videos, Safaree was singing Nicki’s recent hit “FTCU” word for word with concertgoers in the crowd, presumably before he left after she brought her husband Kenneth Petty on stage. In a tweet he shared following his appearance at the concert, Safaree claimed he has nothing but love for Nicki, whom he says he is “proud” of.

Safaree and Nicki Minaj dated from the early 2000s until their public breakup in 2014. Throughout their relationship, Safaree was not only Nicki’s partner but also her hype man and collaborator, contributing to several of her early projects, including hits such as “Did It On ‘Em” and “Roman’s Revenge.” Their split marked the end of a decade-long partnership, and Nicki’s career continued to skyrocket post-breakup, while Safaree embarked on his own path in reality TV and music.

Prior to joining the fold over at Saucony, Westside Gunn praised the brand for their innovative releases this year and even credited New York-bred designer Jae Tips and his “To-Do List” collection as a major source of inspiration. In the same sort of way Tips infused his Bronx flare into the collection, Westside Gunn appears to be interweaving the DNA of his Griselda brand into his project. Along with clips of himself diligently going through fabric samples, the Pray For Paris lyricist showed images of what appears to be a Saucony logo emblazoned with the Griselda insignia.

50 Cent Sues Jeweler After Issuing Stern Warning: “You Will Regret This”

A jeweler faced the legal wrath of 50 Cent for using his name and image to promote a knockoff version of the rapper’s cross chain. The G-Unit boss, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, sued Maksud Agadjani and TraxNYC for trademark infringement on Thursday (October 10).

“Defendants, who are in the jewelry business, willfully and knowingly created imitations of an original necklace designed exclusively for Jackson; used Jackson’s name, image and other intellectual property rights to mislead consumers into believing defendants’ reproductions are affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Jackson; and continue to use Jackson’s name, image and other intellectual property rights for commercial gain,” the complaint read, per TheWrap.

50 Cent commented on the lawsuit via Instagram.

“Every now and then someone does something like this,” he wrote. “I don’t know why but I do know I’m a need that by Monday.”

Agadjani initially started boasting about copying 50 Cent’s chain on TikTok in August.

“Guess what 50 Cent? We made it,” Agadjani said. “And we made it for our customers. We just jocked your style. I know you watch my videos and now I’m watching your s### and jocking your s### just like you jocked my s### … I thought it was a nice cross, 50.”

The jeweler taunted 50 Cent again just days before the lawsuit was filed.

“50, thank you for the inspiration,” Agadjani said in an Instagram video advertising the jewelry. “You’re a true gentleman. I’m sure you won’t mind.”

Agadjani received a warning in the post’s comments.

“This was a bad idea,” 50 Cent wrote. “You will regret doing this I promise.”

Agadjani replied, “Yo don’t you got better things to worry about?”

50 Cent’s lawsuit sought more than $5 million in damages.

Kanye West’s Nitrous Oxide-Fueled Paranoia Targeted His Wife & Kardashians, Lawsuit Alleges

A man identifying himself as Kanye West’s former “director of intelligence” filed a lawsuit against the controversial rapper on Thursday (October 10). According to court documents obtained by multiple outlets, John Doe said his ex-boss ordered him to covertly investigate Ye’s wife Bianca Censori and the Kardashians.

Ye allegedly became more and more paranoid after consuming “copious amounts of nitrous oxide,” echoing claims of ex-Yeezy chief of staff Milo Yiannopoulos. John Doe, a “fixer,” said he was instructed to hire private investigators to tail Censori without her knowledge.

“John Doe was also tasked by Ye to investigate the Kardashian family and supposed various criminal links Ye believed they had with criminal enterprises, including alleged sex trafficking,” the lawsuit contended.

The “fixer” sued Ye for emotional distress, retaliation and California labor code violations. The lawsuit accused Ye of threatening John Doe’s life and firing the plaintiff for alerting West to reports of child abuse at Donda Academy.

“Ye has only himself to blame for his mounting legal woes,” John Doe’s attorney Ron Zambrano told TheWrap. “He just can’t continue hiring employees, treating them terribly, then refusing to pay them in violation of numerous employment laws, let alone threaten to kill them as he did in this case. Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety. It’s not only illegal but unconscionable that an employer would threaten any employee with bodily harm or death.”

John Doe said he needed medical treatment due to the “stress and trauma” he endured from West’s threats, a hostile work environment and “exposure to illegal and unethical activities.” The plaintiff allegedly suffered panic attacks and anxiety. He sought more than seven figures in punitive and compensatory damages, including unpaid wages.

SIGNS: Adult Film Industry Goes Politcal With Anti-Conservative Ads Targeting “Project 2025”

The adult film industry is mounting an aggressive approach to entering the political fray via the “Hands Off My P###” campaign.

The campaign has spawned numerous ads that have hit websites across the adult industry, warning viewers about conservative efforts to crack down on explicit content. According to a report from The Daily Beast, this $100,000 initiative was launched on October 7 and targets battleground states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia, Arizona and Nevada.

The campaign’s main goal is to target the Heritage Foundation’s “Project 2025” plan by highlighting the fact that it isn’t just a talking point, but rather a full-on plan to criminalize p### and prosecute those who create it. The ads scream, “Don’t let them control what you watch” and “Keep your hands off my p##n.” With statistics showing that 44% of men aged 18 to 29 and 57% of those aged 30 to 49 watched p##n in the last month, the campaign knows its audience well.

@msnbc

The p### industry has launched a “hands off my p###” campaign, targeting Project 2025, with video ads on pornographic websites. “Everybody looking at online p### in those states being told, right then and there when they’re thinking about that, that JD Vance and Donald Trump will make p### a criminal offense if they get into office? What is the likely effect of that on, say, I don’t know, the gender gap among voters in the swing states?” @The Rachel Maddow Show asks.

♬ original sound – MSNBC

Taking a jab at political figures, the “Hands Off My P###” site calls out “140 Trump appointees” allegedly backing Project 2025, including Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Ohio Senator JD Vance.

“While there are a lot of jerk-offs in Washington, the ones you should worry about are the right-wing conservatives working to end the p### industry,” a statement on the website reads.

JD Vance, who’s previously criticized pornography and its influence on society, isn’t shying away from his views.

“I think the combination of p### and abortion have basically created a lonely, isolated generation that isn’t getting married, they’re not having families, and they’re actually not even totally sure how to interact with each other,” Vance said in a past interview with Crisis Magazine.

Though his current campaign attempts to distance him from Project 2025, his earlier endorsements and connections to its architects speak volumes.

Project 2025, spearheaded by Heritage Foundation officials like Russell Vought, seeks to reshape American society through sweeping legislative changes. The leaked recordings reveal plans to regulate p### and other moral issues through indirect avenues.

Among the proposals are strict age verification laws for adult websites, expanded obscenity laws that could criminalize distribution, and severe penalties for creators and site operators found violating these regulations.

Check out the report above for additional details on the key states where the ads will be appearing.

Diddy’s Homeland Security “Leak” Defense Shot Down By Government

Attorney Marc Agnifilo accused Homeland Security of leaking video of his client Diddy abusing Cassie Ventura to CNN. The government denied anything to do with the leak in emails obtained by AllHipHop.

“The Government did not possess the video published by CNN prior to its public release, and the Government possessed no surveillance video at all from the Intercontinental prior to CNN’s public broadcast,” Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson wrote to Agnifilo. “Accordingly, we wish to advise you that we consider any assertion in your motion of a purported Government leak related to the Intercontinental surveillance video to lack a good faith basis.”

Agnifilo responded, “I don’t believe you can possibly know what DHS agents did and did not do in regard to this videotape. We are making it very clear that we believe the U.S. Attorney’s Office was not involved in the leak. However, I don’t feel the same way about DHS … We reached out as a gesture of good faith and because we genuinely want to know your perspective. That being said, while you can speak from a position of knowledge in regard to your office, I don’t believe you can do so in regard to the agency.”

Homeland Security raided Diddy’s homes in March. CNN released 2016 surveillance footage of Diddy attacking his ex-girlfriend at a hotel in May. The video corroborated allegations from Ventura’s 2023 lawsuit against the Hip-Hop mogul.

“To be clear, to our understanding, DHS did not have possession of the videotape prior to CNN’s publication of it,” Johnson told Diddy’s lawyer. “Only the Government has authority to obtain grand jury material, and the video broadcast by CNN was not obtained through grand jury process.”

Diddy was arrested for sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution in September. He was denied bail for the third time on Thursday (October 10). His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5, 2025.

Pharrell Thinks Too Many People Are “Mentally Enslaved” By Flaws, Fears & Insecurities

Pharrell hopes his Lego biopic Piece by Piece inspires others to follow their dreams. The acclaimed producer discussed the animated film’s overall message in an interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur at the movie’s VIP premiere.

“It’s never too late to think about what your dream is and build it piece by piece,” Pharrell said. “It’s really that easy. Just do it! And by the way: set yourself free! You don’t realize … mentally, you’re enslaved by your flaws, your fears, your insecurities.”

Pharrell offered advice to anyone struggling with self-doubt.

“Sometimes we get guilt-bullied by people around us or people that we work for,” he said. “‘Oh, you need to this or you need to do that.’ And then they make you feel bad. And all the pressure that comes with that. Set yourself free from all those things. If you gotta write ‘em down, look at ‘em on paper and burn the paper. Or if you need to record a video – record a video and discuss all your fears, your flaws, your insecurities, your pressures, the guilt that you feel about certain things. And delete it! And I’m telling you, you will discover who you really are, uninterrupted. Do it, right now.”

Piece by Piece hits theaters on Friday (October 11). Pharrell collaborated with Lego to tell his life story instead of going the traditional biopic or documentary route.

“Pharrell specifically said that Lego bricks are a great universal tool in which anyone can understand a story because you have many figures which represent people, and of course brick by brick and the system itself, which can be built into anything,” Lego exec Alero Akuya told The Hollywood Reporter. “Using it as a medium to tell his story for him felt like a no-brainer, but it’s something that can resonate with all ages.

Diddy’s Downfall: Disgraced Mogul Will Remain Detained At MDC Jail

Diddy, wearing tan pants and a t-shirt, was denied bail at a status conference hearing on Thursday (October 10) in Manhattan federal court, his third urgent plea before standing trial on multiple RICO charges.

The disgraced Bad Boy Records mogul and his attorneys argued against the denial of bail handed down by a Manhattan judge. His legal team submitted an appeal late Tuesday evening (October 8) with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit hoping to overturn the court’s decision that labeled Diddy a potential flight risk and accused him of witness interference.

Diddy’s team argued the government failed to provide “clear and convincing evidence” Diddy poses a danger to the community or has engaged in witness tampering. They continued, “The defense argues that vague and speculative claims presented by the government do not meet the higher federal standard of proof required to justify pretrial detention.”

Other arguments include the decision to initially deny Diddy’s bail was made based on speculative concerns rather than substantial evidence, leading to an improper denial of bail.

Diddy’s legal team presented a robust bail package that included home detention with GPS monitoring, no access to the internet or phones, and 24/7 supervision by a third-party security force of former law enforcement officers. Despite these measures, the district court denied bail, citing unfounded concerns that Diddy could still obstruct justice through “coded messages” sent via intermediaries—claims which the defense strongly disputes.

The Manhattan U.S. Attorney’s Office previously described Diddy as a “serial abuser and serial obstructer,” arguing that his release could lead to him intimidating witnesses or fleeing before his trial. But on Thursday (October 10) a judge decided to keep Diddy at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Diddy was arrested at a posh Manhattan hotel on September 16 after a months-long investigation. He was charged with three felonies sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transporting individuals for prostitution.

Prior to the hearing, Diddy’s children and mother Janice Combs—who flew in from Florida—were filmed walking into the courthouse, but they refused to talk to the press. They simply kept their heads down as they funneled inside. If convicted, Diddy faces up to life in prison.

Diddy will head to trial on May 5.

Diddy’s RICO Case Gets 2025 Trial Date

Diddy  appeared in Manhattan federal court on Thursday (October 10) as he attempted his third plea for bail. As the hearing got underway, the judge offered him a trial date of May 5, 2025, which Diddy’s attorneys accepted.

“Judge: May 5, the trial will start. Or I’ll give you April if you want,” Inner City Press tweeted. “[Attorney Marc] Agnifilo: We’ll take May 5 – there is a lot of discovery. Judge: How long will the government’s case be? AUSA Emily Johnson: Three weeks, but…”

The judge also set the discovery hearing for December 18, while Agnifilo asked for a gag order.

“Judge: Let’s have a next [discovery] conference on December 18 at 2 pm. Let’s turn to the defendant’s motion,” Inner City Press tweeted. “Agnifilo: We are asking for a gag order. The concern is that the agents have been leaking grand jury information and making other prejudicial statements.”

Federal prosecutors revealed their investigation is ongoing and they are looking at potentially adding more criminal charges to the original indictment.

The disgraced Bad Boy Records mogul was arrested at a posh Manhattan hotel on September 16 after a months-long investigation and charged with three felonies: sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transporting individuals for prostitution. Diddy has been denied bail multiple times, but on Wednesday (October 9), his team accused the federal government of leaking the 2016 tape of Cassie Ventura to CNN. They released a lengthy statement, which can be found below.

Defendant Sean Combs moves for four forms of relief related to what the defense believes was a series of unlawful government leaks, which have led to damaging, highly prejudicial pre- trial publicity that can only taint the jury pool and deprive Mr. Combs of his right to a fair trial. Mr. Combs requests: (1) an evidentiary hearing to examine government misconduct in connection with the leaks; (2) discovery of emails, documents and records in the possession of the government (including DHS) related to these leaks; (3) a gag order prohibiting government personnel from disclosing any evidence or investigative material related to this case to any member of the media; and (4) suppression of any evidence leaked by government employees in violation of Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e) or any other law, rule, or regulation.

The available evidence makes a prima facie showing that the government, primarily through DHS, has engaged in a seven-month campaign with three objects: (i) preventing Mr. Combs from getting fair consideration by the grand jury; (ii) preventing him from getting a fair trial; and (iii) strategically leaking confidential grand jury material and information, including the 2016 Intercontinental videotape, in order to prejudice the public and potential jurors against Mr. Combs.
The government’s scheme to undermine Mr. Combs’ rights to a fair proceeding has several methods and means. First, there has been a steady stream of false and prejudicial statements made by DHS agents to various press outlets over the last seven months. Second, the agents engaged in a particularly brutal and public search of Mr. Combs’ homes, during which they handcuffed Mr. Combs’ innocent sons and then marched them before a news helicopter and the press. This was an apparent effort to convey that they had overwhelming evidence against Mr. Combs, justifying the public and brutal treatment of even his children, who were handcuffed and manhandled by federal agents armed with assault rifles. Third, government employees have repeatedly leaked grand jury information and materials to the press to raise public hostility against Mr. Combs in advance of trial.

The most egregious example of this is the leak to CNN of the 2016 videotape from the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles. As detailed below, the CNN leak was but one of a long and documented history of leaks and false statements made with one purpose: to savage Mr. Combs’ reputation prior to trial. While the government’s misconduct in this case is particularly egregious, it is unfortunately part of a trend in this District—the government has learned that it can strategically leak information with impunity. This Court should exercise its authority to prohibit these underhanded tactics, which severely undermine a criminal defendant’s right to a fair trial.

At the outset, the defense wants to be clear with the Court as to what our theory is and is not. We do not contend that the leaks were orchestrated by the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Rather, we contend that the false media statements and the grand jury leaks complained of below were planned and executed by DHS. As the parties develop more information in this regard, the Court will see that the defense repeatedly contacted the prosecutors and stated, in substance, that their agents were leaking information to the press. Yet regardless of what, if any, action the U.S. Attorney’s Office took, the leaks continued, even until after the arrest. The reason a hearing is needed is to determine exactly what the DHS did, and did not do regarding these leaks, and what the U.S. Attorney’s Office did and did not do to stop them.

The evidence of government misconduct is clear enough already that this Court is justified in using its authority to craft appropriate remedies. Mr. Combs requests that this Court order discovery and an evidentiary hearing to investigate the government’s misconduct. The abuse here is clear, but “without a hearing,” it would remain “unknown how far or where the abuse reached.” United States v. Walters, 910 F.3d 11, 32 (2d Cir. 2018) (Jacobs, J., concurring). An evidentiary hearing is thus necessary. In addition, if the hearing demonstrates that the violation of grand jury secrecy was intentional, as we expect it will, the Court should order the suppression of the videotape and/or any other illegally disclosed evidence, as well as other potential sanctions.”

This is a developing story. Check back with AllHipHop soon on a decision about Diddy’s bail.

Pusha T Confirms Clipse Reunion Album Is “Ready” Despite No Release Date

Pusha T assured fans the Clipse finished recording their highly anticipated reunion album Let God Sort ‘Em Out. The duo explained why they haven’t dropped the project yet in an interview with AllHipHop’s Chuck Creekmur at the VIP premiere of Pharrell’s film Piece by Piece.

“The album’s done,” Pusha T said. “So, the album’s done, we just [handling] all the logistics right now. It’s ready. So, as soon as it’s ready, y’all getting it. That’s it.”

Malice told AllHipHop it was the right time for the Clipse to return. He believed their album is much needed in today’s rap landscape.

“It’s time,” Malice said. “It’s time. The album is ready. The album is right. I feel it’s something that Hip-Hop has been missing. And we got it, so we ready.”

Malice and Pusha T haven’t released a Clipse album since 2009’s Til the Casket Drops. Earlier this year, Pusha T described Let God Sort ‘Em Out as a “high-taste level piece of work.”

“It’s what rap should look like if you’re real about your craft, real about your experience, real about your storytelling,” Malice said in June. “It’s bringing the fans along to see the growth, not trying to fit in or fabricate. It just seems like in other genres of music, they have the luxury of growing. For some reason, we act like we’re not supposed to evolve. This is what the true evolution of the Clipse looks like. It’s just good to be able to show that and still have high-level raps.”

The Clipse’s chat with AllHIpHop also delved into their impact on Hip-Hop fashion. Pusha T said embracing Japanese streetwear put them ahead of the curve.

“I just think we were fortunate enough to be ahead on a lot of the streetwear, the streetwear wave—Japanese streetwear wave to be specific,” he explained. “And I think that just materialized and turned into opening numerous doors, as you can see today. Right place, right time.”

Pusha T appears as a Lego version of himself in Piece by Piece. Pharrell’s movie hits theaters on Friday (October 11).

Chris Brown Accuser Breaks Silence Ahead Of Upcoming Docuseries

One of the accusers featured in a new Chris Brown docuseries has broken her silence, revealing her identity in a social media post.

Last month, Investigation Discovery announced a new documentary titled Chris Brown: A History of Violence. The trailer revealed a new accuser would tell their story for the first time in the series, which explores the controversial singer’s assault, domestic violence and sexual assault allegations.

Earlier this week, Liziane Gutierrez, who accused Chris Brown of attacking her in 2016, came forward on Instagram, revealing she will shed light on the alleged assault in the ID docuseries.

“Lier, clout chaser, ridiculous are just same of the things I have heard over the years since I decided to tell what happened to me,” Gutierrez wrote. “I’m not sure if Im psychologically ready to face the consequences of appearing in this documentary including financial consequences since I signed a non disclosure agreement.”

However, Gutierrez states, “I couldn’t pass on the opportunity to let people know what I went thought and tell my side of the story.”

Liziane Gutierrez Alleged Chris Brown Punched Her In The Face

Back in 2016, Gutierrez reportedly sued Brown, claiming he punched her in the eye after she tried to take his photo at a private party in the singer’s Las Vegas hotel suite. She also claims he took her phone. No criminal charges were filed, and they settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed sum.

Gutierrez said she was one of “several women” sharing their stories in the docuseries.

“This is an investigative documentary in which I provided some evidence from the facts that happened with me back in 2016,” she added. “I cant say much now but please watch it when it airs on October 27th and then we can talk more about it once it’s released.”

Snoop Dogg’s 1993 Murder Case Record Sealed

Snoop Dogg has reason to celebrate after a judge sealed the records on his 1993 murder charge.

According to reports, the West Coast icon has kept the matter quiet as the court ruled months ago. According to TMZ, Snoop petitioned to have the arrest records sealed back in January. The court granted his application a month later, officially sealing the murder charge.

Back in 1993, Snoop Dogg and his bodyguard, McKinley Lee, were charged with first-degree murder. They were accused of shooting and killing Philip Woldemariam, a 20-year-old alleged gang member, during a confrontation in the Palms neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Snoop Dogg was tried on first and second-degree murder charges in 1996. He remained free on a $1 million bail. After a lengthy trial, the rapper and his bodyguard were acquitted of murder. The jury accepted that Lee shot Woldemariam in self-defense.

Snoop Dogg’s legal troubles did not stop his career from flourishing. In fact, the case brought him even more attention. Snoop was crafting his debut album, Doggystyle, while awaiting trial. He released the single and accompanying 18-minute short film Murder Was The Case in 1994, directed by Dr. Dre and Fab Five Freddy.

Snoop Dogg – Murder Was The Case

In 2021, it was reported Snoop Dogg was working with Starz and 50 Cent on a series about the murder charges. However, just a month later, the G-Unit honcho revealed Starz had lost interest in the project.

Snoop Dogg, who’s currently a coach on season 27 of The Voice, is yet to comment on the news of his murder charge being sealed. However, he spoke to the LA Times following the acquittal in 1996.

“They made the right decision, you know what I’m saying?” he said. “This has been an ordeal that has affected our lives for the past 2 1/2 years. I was just trying to figure out if I was going to be here to raise my son.”

Jodeci’s DeVante Swing Named Co-Defendant In Diddy & Aaron Hall Assault Lawsuit

Jodeci’s DeVante Swing is the latest celebrity caught up in the allegations surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs after he was named in a lawsuit against the incarcerated mogul and Aaron Hall.

Back in November, Liza Gardner filed a lawsuit alleging Diddy and Aaron Hall took turns assaulting her at Hall’s apartment in the early 1990s.  She claimed she was just 16 years old when the alleged attack took place.

Gardener alleged she was “coerced into having sex with Combs,” before “Hall barged into the room, pinned her down and forced [Gardner] to have sex with him.”  She also claims Diddy turned violent days after the alleged assaults.

In an amended complaint, Gardner named DeVante Swing as a new co-defendant in the suit, Rolling Stone reports. Gardener claims that the Jodeci singer was not only present at Hall’s home during the attack but in the room at the time.

“Unbeknownst to Ms. Gardner at the time, Defendant Swing was in the room when this assault took place and did not take any steps to prevent this abuse from occurring,” the amended lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone states.

Earlier this year, Gardener’s friend filed a statement claiming she witnessed Swing “watching whatever Puffy was doing to Liza.”

Further, Gardener states she had traveled to New York with Swing and a group of friends and was staying with the singer. She claimed he was her “co-guardian at the time” and “had a duty to protect the child as her parents entrusted him with her safety.”

The complaint alleges Swing “trafficked and or coerced the child [to] travel across state lines from North Carolina to New York and New Jersey with the hidden intention of providing the child with alcohol, and marijuana and prostituting the child to his A&R Combs.”

Diddy Claims Lawsuit “Nothing But A Money Grab”

Swing is yet to respond to the allegations. When Gardener filed her lawsuit last November, a spokesperson for Diddy denied the claims in a statement to AllHipHop.

“These are fabricated claims falsely alleging misconduct from over 30 years ago and filed at the last minute. This is nothing but a money grab,” the rep stated. “Because of Mr. Combs’ fame and success, he is an easy target for anonymous accusers who lie without conscience or consequence for financial benefit.”

The couple won their lawsuit against MGA Entertainment, the company that makes O.M.G. Dolls, after the jury determined some of the dolls infringed intellectual property of the OMG Girlz pop group that  T.I. co-owns.

T.I. Plans One Last Album Before Retirement

“It’s time to evolve beyond a career as a rapper,” he said in late 2023. T.I. noted there are “a lot more people who are carrying the torch and pushing the culture forward.”

Gene Deal Claims Biggie Smalls’ Mother Voletta Wallace Supports His Plan To Expose Diddy

Diddy’s former bodyguard Gene Deal is making it known that he has the blessing of the late rapper Biggie Smalls’ mother to expose the disgraced Bad Boy music mogul for his alleged role in B.I.G’s murder.

In the latest episode of the Paperwork Party Podcast, Deal spoke with Voletta Wallace briefly during a call that was being live-streamed to hundreds, if not thousands of viewers. While their conversation was relatively short, Deal use the opportunity to speak with Wallace about his ongoing efforts to uncover the crimes Diddy has committed amid his federal indictment on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

Though the majority of their conversation was somewhat unintelligible and hard to make out, due to Wallace’s slurred and drowsy speech, she appeared to cosign Deal and his approach to bringing Diddy’s wrongdoing to light.

“Did you hear that?” Deal questioned viewers and his co-host after hanging up the call with Wallace. “She just said she be watching me. Go ahead and do what you do. Did you hear that? All muthaf###as that don’t give  an f### about n###a, you just heard it from Big’s mama. Yeah.”

Though it’s not explicitly stated in the clip circulating from the podcast, Deal’s excitement over his conversation with Wallace is likely rooted in the theories that Diddy is behind the murders of both 2Pac and Biggie Smalls. Earlier this year, Mike Dorsey, the filmmaker behind the Murder Rap documentary, released never-before-heard audio of Tupac Shakur murder suspect Keefe D’s 2008 confession on Monday (August 5).

Keefe D revealed his struggles to get paid for Shakur’s murder after Diddy allegedly offered $1 million for the hit. Additionally, in the weeks both leading up to and following Diddy’s arrest in New York City last month, Deal has made a number of allegations about his time working for Puffy in a series of interviews.

In a recent interview with The Art of Dialogue, Gene Deal shared a surprising story about shopping with Diddy, an experience that has sparked attention for its peculiar nature.

Diddy reportedly purchased a number of unusual items, including butt plugs, a detail that Deal initially kept quiet.

“I was following him in one of those adult stores, they gave him a brown paper bag at the door. And he was just putting s### in there. Then, when he got to this place, he just reached up to the left. And he just started getting these things down. So I went up there and looked and it said butt plugs.”

Diddy’s Legal Team Condemn “Brutal” DHS Raids, Likens Them To Donbas Military Assaults

Attorneys for Sean “Diddy” Combs have slammed the Department for Homeland Security over the “brutal” raids of his homes, which they said were more akin to Ukraine’s attempts to retake Donbas than a search for electronic devices.

In a new legal filing obtained by AllHipHop, Diddy’s legal team argues that the raids “could have been avoided altogether” but “prosecutors ignored defense counsel’s invitation to discuss the case so that they could engage in one of the more brutal and public searches in recent memory.”

The filing notes that “over one-hundred armed federal agents massed” at his L.A. and Miami properties and “over 30 more were prepared to stop and search an airplane that Mr. Combs and his family were taking to a spring break vacation.”

Filed by Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, the document states that the raids” were specifically designed to be public spectacles of brutality and were not primarily focused merely on acquiring potential evidence.”

Agnifilo argues, “The searches were carried out in the middle of the day to optimize media exposure,” and “the DHS alerted the media” beforehand “to maximize exposure,” citing media presence at the scene “even before the crime scene tape was put up.”

The filing then likens the raid to current military operations between Ukraine and Russia.

“Agents arrived in military-style armored vehicles, with scores of heavily armed agents in full combat gear.  One would think they were attempting to retake Donbas rather than seize some phones and computers.  The show of force had no legitimate purpose—it was merely an attempt to garner further press attention, sensationalize the case, and portray Mr. Combs as dangerous.”

“Excessive Force” Allegedly Used Against Diddy’s Children

Agnifilo claims, “The show of force was also particularly egregious,” owing to the presence of Diddy’s children.

“The agents used excessive force against Mr. Combs’ children,” the filing continues. “One agent held a semi-automatic rifle to the head of Christian Combs,” while “another agent had a semiautomatic rifle with a laser site trained, and the orange dot visible, on the middle of the chest of Justin Combs.” The document notes that both brothers were “complying with agents’ demands.”

Diddy remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn. He has made a third application for bail and is requesting that his criminal trial begin in April or May 2025.

SIGNS: $7.5M In Cash Discovered In Safe Purchased At Storage Unit Auction For $500

If you’re a fan of the long-standing reality television show Storage Wars, you may want to pay attention to the story of how a $500 purchase ended up becoming a multi-million dollar jackpot.

One incredibly fortunate man made the discovery of a lifetime after spending the modest $500 sum at a storage unit auction. The buyer, whose name has been kept under wraps, snagged the unit from Storage Wars auctioneer Dan Dotson. For those who may be unaware, the popular show is known for auctioning off storage spaces that have gone unpaid for months—and it’s usually a roll of the dice on what’s inside. However, this time, the lucky bidder scored bigger than anyone could have imagined.

After getting his hands on the unit, the buyer brought in a specialist to crack open a mysterious safe hidden inside. But the first attempt failed, raising the suspense. When a second expert managed to pry it open, they found a jaw-dropping $7.5 million in cold, hard cash stuffed inside.

“It’s usually empty,” Dotson explained, “but this time, they struck gold—well, cash!”

Speculation swirled about the origins of the massive fortune. Dotson’s wife, Laura, mused about what might have led to the stash being abandoned.

“Maybe the credit card was maxed out, or they skipped town, or even ended up in jail,” she said. “Who knows?”

Dotson himself was baffled, adding, “$7.5 million inside of a unit—I don’t think you’d just forget about that. Maybe someone else was in charge and lost track!”

This isn’t the first time a storage unit has revealed a treasure trove. In past cases, a couple found $1 million in gold coins in a similar unit, while another buyer stumbled upon rare vintage cars worth millions. It just goes to show—sometimes, storage unit auctions pay off big, and other times, they might just unlock mysteries beyond anyone’s wildest dreams!
