Boosie Badazz is attempting to strongarm his way into a conversation with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg by way of his new collaborator, T-Pain.
A little over a year after Zuckerberg teased the idea of collaborating with T-Pain after he went viral over an AI-altered image of himself with a beard, he has finally managed to land himself in the studio with the Grammy Award-winning artist.
In a post on his Instagram Story on Tuesday (November 12), Zuckerberg shared a photo of himself and T-Pain in the studio together, alluding to the fact their their collab was finally coming to fruition.
The following day, it was revealed that Zuck and T-Pain recently joined forces in order to remix the Tallahassee-bred vocalist’s#### record “Get Low” in honor of the Tech entrepreneur and his wife’s anniversary. In a follow-up feed post, Zuckerberg explained the significance of the song to his relationship while also celebrating the creation of the dynamic recording duo Z-Pain with the Nappy Boy Entertainment mogul.
“‘Get Low’ was playing when I first met Priscilla at a college party, so every year we listen to it on our dating anniversary,” Zuckerberg explained in the caption of the post he shared announcing the release of the remix he and T-Pain crafted. “This year I worked with @tpain on our own version of this lyrical masterpiece. Sound on for the track and also available on Spotify. Love you P”
“Happy anniversary! Thanks for letting me be a part of this” T-Pain wrote in the comments section of the post.
In response, Boosie has called on T-Pain and pressured him to speak to Zuckerberg on his behalf over his battles with the Meta platform Instagram over the course of the past few years.
“TPAIN U RIGHT ON SIDE @zuck CAN U LOOK OUT FA ME N TELL DUDE STOP STOP TRYNA STOP MY MOTION,” Boosie Badazz petetioned T-Pain in the tweet before adding pressure with an aggresive rhetorical question, “R U GO BE QUIET N ACT LIKE U NEVER SEEN THIS TWEET?”
The Baton Rouge native, who watched several of his accounts get deactivated in recent years over nudity, which he denies, has publicly called out Zuckerberg and Instagram CEO Adam Mosseri in angry tirades on multiple occaisons. In 2021, he called Mosseri a “b##ch” and criticized his wife’s looks after one of his accounts was deactivated. Prior to that incident, in 2020, Boosie bribed Zuckerberg $100,000 in order to get one of his accounts back. Boosie’s latest appeal to Zuckerberg by way of T-Pain follows his plea to President-Elect Donald Trump to pardon him over a 2023 gun case in which he faces federal charges.
Louisiana lawmakers may end the state’s tax incentive program for film and TV productions, causing headaches for 50 Cent. The rapper-turned-TV mogul admitted he’s concerned about the future months after opening his G-Unit Studios in Shreveport.
“This doesn’t feel good but it could be great for Louisiana, patience let’s see how it plays out,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram.
Republican Governor Jeff Landry sought to change Louisiana’s tax codes after winning the gubernatorial election in 2023. The Louisiana House of Representatives voted 87-12 in favor of a bill that included the elimination of film and TV tax credits. The bill is now in the Senate’s hands.
Louisiana was the first state to adopt a tax incentive program for film production. The elimination of the tax credits could lead to the demise of what’s been referred to as “Hollywood South.”
“For the past 20 years, the film industry has been a stronghold in Louisiana,” Baton Rouge Film Commission executive director Katie Pryor told the Baton Rouge Business Report. “It’s created jobs, revenue sources and incredible opportunity, and it’s attracted young people. I have to imagine a pro-business administration would see the value in that.”
Film Louisiana president Jason Waggenspack stressed the importance of keeping the tax credits.
“We bring in $1 billion annually in sales to the State of Louisiana,” he said. “Over $360 million of that is Louisiana’s local payroll. If you look at it like this $180 million in tax credit goes out, $360 million goes directly to Louisiana residents and over $600 million in sales comes directly to the State of Louisiana.”
If the bill passes, the film incentive program will end in June 2025. 50 Cent and others with a stake in Louisiana’s film industry may leave the state if the tax credits no longer exist.
Pharrell believes fans yearning for new André 3000 raps will eventually get their wish. The acclaimed producer said he expects André 3000 to return to his Hip-Hop roots after ditching rhymes for the flute.
“People got all this judgment and they don’t understand,” Pharrell told GQ. “People should just give him his time. He’s going to be back. That feeling finds you—you can’t run from it. He not running, he just saying he not going to force it. What you love about him was when he was compelled. It’ll be back. And when it does, he’s going to come in hot.”
André 3000 has often mentioned how he struggled to find the inspiration to continue rapping as he got older. He seemingly left rap behind for good when he released his instrumental album New Blue Sun in 2023. The ambient project ended his musical hiatus as he pivoted to playing the flute.
“Even now people think, ‘Oh, man, he’s just sitting on raps,’ or he’s just holding these raps hostage,” André 3000 said in 2023. “I ain’t got no raps like that. It actually feels…sometimes it feels inauthentic for me to rap because I don’t have anything to talk about in that way.”
Grammy voters nominated New Blue Sun for Album of the Year. André 3000’s instrumental album stood out in a field largely dominated by pop stars. André 3000’s fellow nominees included Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Chappell Roan and Jacob Collier.
New Blue Sun also scored a nomination for Best Alternative Jazz Album. André 3000’s song “I Swear, I Really Wanted to Make a ‘Rap’ Album But This Is Literally the Way the Wind Blew Me This Time” is up for Best Instrumental Composition.
The 67th Annual Grammy Awards take place on February 2, 2025. The event will air on CBS and stream on Paramount Plus.
Prosecutors refused to press drug charges against Nelly following his August arrest at a Missouri casino.
“We don’t believe the facts in this case warrant the issuing of charges,” St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney Wesley Bell said, per the Associated Press.
Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Haynes III, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for no proof of insurance on August 7. An officer conducted a warrant search after the rapper won money at the Hollywood Casino and Hotel in Maryland Heights, Missouri.
“Mr. Haynes was targeted by an overzealous, out-of-line officer,” Nelly’s legal team told AllHipHop. “After winning several jackpots at a venue where Mr. Haynes frequently visits and entertains at its amphitheater; instead of just supervising the transfer of Mr. Haynes’ winnings, this officer felt compelled to needlessly run a check for warrants.”
The officer discovered a warrant from a 2018 citation for operating a vehicle without proof of insurance. State police claimed they found four ecstasy pills while detaining Nelly.
“Once Mr. Haynes was informed of the warrant for a No Proof of Insurance infraction, this officer felt compelled to handcuff Mr. Haynes behind his back and parade him through the casino in front of other patrons,” his lawyers noted. “This officer then conducted a search without probable cause where he claimed to have found alleged ‘ecstasy’ in Mr. Haynes’ personal property. Under similar circumstances, assuming there was an old warrant without any notice to the individual for no proof of insurance, any other citizen would have been told to address it and allowed to go on their way.”
Nelly was arrested a month after his wife Ashanti gave birth to their first child together. The couple quietly got married in 2023. Nelly has two children from a previous relationship. He also adopted his sister’s son and daughter after she passed away in 2005.

It’s hard to believe, but two decades have passed since the legendary Ol’ Dirty Bastard died from an accidental drug overdose. The inimitable rapper’s 2004 death still looms over his fellow Wu-Tang Clan members, including Raekwon. The Chef reflected on the loss of ODB on Wednesday (November 13).
“Miss you beloved,” Raekwon wrote on Instagram. “today marks 20 years you been gone and it’s not a day that goes by we don’t miss feeling your presence in the world. so today at my grand opening in newark’s very own @hashstoria location …we will be doing a tribute to your legacy by playing ya music throughout the day. thank you for believing in us and putting ya mighty crew on the map. you will always remain general in my eyes. love you. #gonebutstillhere #ODB #hiphopsgreatestentertainer.”
Wu-Tang brethren Ghostface Killah and Mathematics showed love to ODB in the comments of Raekwon’s post. Busta Rhymes and Diamond D were among the other notable names paying their respects to the late rapper on social media.
Ol’ Dirty Bastard truly lived up to his stage name as there was no father to his style. The man born Russell Jones was an idiosyncratic performer, to say the least, with what could best be described as a drunken flow.
ODB stood out in Wu-Tang, a group comprised of some of the best lyricists in Hip-Hop history, with the way he mixed rapping with singing. He astonished fans with his work on the group’s classic debut Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers) and his first solo album Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version.
Beyond music, ODB’s life was filled with numerous legal issues and unusual incidents. He saved a child’s life, rescuing a girl trapped underneath a vehicle. He also crashed a Grammy acceptance speech to proclaim, “Wu-Tang is for the children!”
A&E released an ODB documentary titled Ol’ Dirty Bastard: A Tale of Two Dirtys in August. That same month, his mother Cherry Jones co-authored the audiobook Everybody Loves Dirty.
Sample the audiobook here and watch the trailer for A Tale of Two Dirtys below. RIP ODB!
A Tennessee woman previously identified as Jane Doe disclosed her name in a sexual assault lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs. According to court documents obtained by AllHipHop, the alleged victim’s name is Candice McCrary.
Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil refused to allow McCrary to sue Diddy anonymously. McCrary refiled her lawsuit under her name on Tuesday (November 12).
McCrary accused Diddy of raping her after inviting her and a friend to an “exclusive party” at his hotel in 2004. The alleged victim was 19 years old at the time.
“Upon arriving at the hotel suite, Ms. McCrary noticed that there were a dozen people there having drinks and listening to music in a relaxed party environment,” her lawyers wrote. “While attempting to mingle around the party, Ms. McCrary and her friend were suddenly grabbed and taken to a separate room off from the main party. Ms. McCrary believed the man taking them to be a security guard, so she went with him. But when she asked him where they were going, he simply told her ‘You know what you are here for.’”
McCrary and her friend were allegedly left in a bedroom with Diddy. The lawsuit claimed Diddy ordered McCrary’s friend to perform oral sex on him or else he’d have both women killed. McCrary’s friend complied before he targeted the plaintiff.
“Combs soon turned his sights to Ms. McCrary and forced her to take her clothes off, again under the threat of violence,” her lawyers wrote. “Once she was undressed, Combs forced himself on her and began to sexually assault her. Combs fondled, molested and ultimately raped Ms. McCrary, all while she was begging him to stop. Soon, and likely due to Ms. McCrary’s cries, the door opened and the security guard from earlier came in to ask if everything was alright. Ms. McCrary’s friend took the opportunity to rush out of the recently locked door. Ms. McCrary however, could not move as Mr. Combs was still on top of her. Combs got off of Ms. McCrary to talk to the security guard, he left the room but told Ms. McCrary to stay otherwise she would be killed.”
McCrary sued Diddy for violating New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. She is one of the numerous people who’ve filed lawsuits against Diddy over the past year.
The Hip-Hop mogul remains in jail on sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. His criminal trial is scheduled for May 2025.
Meek Mill has been ruthlessly mocked over his ties to Sean “Diddy” Combs since the outset of his legal troubles, but he’s finally had enough, denouncing the embattled mogul in a new video.
The Philly rapper has been catching heat online ever since former Bad Boy producer Lil Rod filed a lawsuit implying Diddy and Meek Mill were involved in a sexual relationship.
The allegations spawned countless memes and saw netizens trolling Meek Mill with old clips of him and Diddy. At one point, a fake AI recording, claiming to be intimate audio of them, was doing the rounds.
Meek had refused to speak ill of the Bad Boy Records founder, even defending his children against the online jibes. However, he has finally changed his tune.
A video surfaced online on Tuesday morning (November 12), of a fan’s encounter with the Dream Chasers Records founder.
“No Diddy gang,” he said in the clip. “Meek Milly in real life. Don’t ever disrespect me.”
Meanwhile, back in September, Meek Mill attempted to distance himself from the lawsuit allegations. Feds arrested Diddy that month on charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.
“I wanna hire an investigative team 100k cash to find out every specific detail involving meek mill name to “Diddy” Case,” he tweeted. “I also want them to look at who is powering the media involving “meek” anything to do with buddy! “Something not right.
“The streets know wassup with me thats not the case,” he added. “We talking about business side ,somebody powering these bad campaigns with ‘meek mill’ again I got 100k for a thorough investigation of who’s powering and how exactly my name connect to this…”
FERG is speaking up for longtime family friend Sean “Diddy” Combs amid his ongoing legal battle to fight sex trafficking allegations, arguing the case against the Bad Boy Records boss is just hearsay.
The Harlem native mentioned Diddy during a recent appearance on “The Breakfast Club,” explaining they both changed their rap names during their careers.
He then turned to the allegations. While FERG admitted he’s unfamiliar with the specifics of the case against the embattled mogul, he doesn’t believe Diddy is a bad guy, just a wealthy man who really loves baby oil.
“Diddy is my family and I love his family,” FERG explained. “I don’t know all of what’s going on with this case and everything like that and it’s a bunch of hearsay. Really it’s like, 1000 bottles of baby oil? What’s that have to do anything with him being a bad man? He’s just a rich man with bunch of baby oil.”
Diddy was arrested in September 2024 on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. A judge recently gave him another shot at bail following multiple previous denials. He has staunchly denied the allegations, and his trial is scheduled for May 2025.
Diddy has also been accused of sexual and physical assault alongside other serious allegations in a slew of lawsuits.
FERG’s Father Created Diddy’s Bad Boy Logo
FERG goes way back with Diddy. His late father, a Harlem trendsetter who designed the Bad Boy Records logo, and Diddy were childhood friends.
In 2019, FERG revealed his belief that the baby in the logo was based on him.
“What a lot of people don’t know is that my father created the Bad Boy logo,” FERG explained on Instagram. “Diddy and my pops was 2 kids running round Harlem with a dollar and a Dream. I used to see this logo in my fathers screen printing shop as a kid and always thought I was the baby in the logo.” He added, “I mean who else would it be?”
Skepta is sharing his thoughts on the impact of Drake and Kendrick Lamar’s beef, claiming it set back the Hip-Hop community.
The OVO honcho once signed a deal with the British Grime icon’s Boy Better Know label and got a BBK tattoo as a lasting symbol of his ties to “brother” Drizzy. While they have enjoyed a close relationship in the past, Skepta spoke plainly about Drake, arguing that his feud with Lamar went too far.
According to Skepta, who discussed the clash on “The Ebro Show,” their issues appeared “personal” and went beyond rap, saying it sounded more like they wanted to fight than a rap battle.
“There was one K. Dot diss track that came out and I was like, ‘Oh, this is over,’” Skepta recalled. “They don’t like each other. It’s clear, I can hear it. I can hear it in his voice, he doesn’t like Drake.”
Skepta continued claiming that Drake and Kendrick Lamar jeopardized potential “major” deals.
“Talking to each other like this is looking crazy,” he said before alluding to Lamar calling Drake a pedophile on “Not Like Us.”
“How can they sign a man that is being accused of this thing?” he asked. “When I was clashing in grime, we never had nothing to lose.”
Skepta Says Doors Are Being Shut On “Everyone Else” In The Wake Of Drake & Kendrick’s Beef
Skepta added, “It’s hurting what we’ve built,” and suggested they squash their beef because it has a knock-on effect on other artists.
“If you don’t like each other just link up and speak and just talk to each other,” he said. “Or don’t speak to each other. But all this stuff you’re saying, for the rest of everyone else, who is waiting in line for the doors that you’ve kicked open, these doors are shutting on us right now. We’re looking crazy out here. That’s why I didn’t like that. It was good until then.”
Al B. Sure believes his biological son, Quincy Brown, is being weaponized against him amid Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal case.
The veteran singer has been outspoken about his thoughts on the incarcerated Bad Boy Records mogul, making various allegations against him. He also shared concerns about the effects of the case on Quincy.
On Tuesday (November 12), Al B. Sure shared an Instagram post referencing his situation with Quincy.
The post read: “Nothing breaks a dad more than seeing his love for his kids turned into a weapon against him.”
He added a facepalm emoji to the post alongside “#FreQuincy.”
Earlier this year, Al B. Sure claimed Quincy was a “victim” of Stockholm Syndrome.
In September, Quincy opened up about his relationship with his biological father, revealing he views Al B. Sure as more of a friend than a father.
“We cool now. I just talked to him a couple days ago. He was congratulating me on the album,” Quincy explained during an appearance on Angela Yee’s “Lip Service” podcast. “But this isn’t – I think we got a cool relationship. He tends to try and do the dad thing a lot but it’s like, that’s not really where we’re at in life. We homies more than anything. We’re like, ‘Let’s go do something.’”
He added, “And I feel like that’s kind of where we’re getting at now, actually knowing that we’re two grown men. We can talk about anything and everything. It’s not about anything else.”
Meanwhile, Quincy recently shared a vlog showing off his luxury lifestyle, including footage of luxury family vacations. However, social media users called him out, criticizing his “tone-deaf” attempt at “damage control” and urged him to read the room.
Ray J is once against weighing in on the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, this time claiming the Bad Boy Records founder’s celebrity friends are paying off victims, fearing they will be incriminated in the scandal.
The “One Wish” hitmaker has been on multiple platforms over the past several months, sharing his unfiltered take on the allegations. Now, he claims celebs linked to Diddy are reaching out to him with concerns they’re about to be exposed.
In TMZ’s The Downfall of Diddy: Inside the Freak-Offs documentary, Ray J claimed, “I’m hearing about artists paying victims to keep their name out of it.”
When asked if the accusers are demanding money for their silence, Ray J replied, “Here’s the other way around that: I’ll give you money. Please don’t talk.”
According to Ray J, people are calling him because they “wanna tell me about certain things that happened with them and Diddy.”
He added, “They wanna talk to me about what happened to them. They call me, they feel like they can trust me.”
He also confirmed that these high-profile people are reaching out to him “because they’ve had some affiliation with Diddy that they don’t want to come out, and they think [Ray J] might be the vessel for it coming out.”
While Ray J admitted he probably “said too much,” he added, “So what? Now they gonna be mad. Come get me. F### it.”
Elsewhere in the documentary, a woman who claims she attended a Diddy “freak off” alleged that minors were present.
She described them as “dressed up like Harajuku Barbies. Red lipstick looking like, real sexy. Revealing like. Cute.”
Ray J Details Altercation With Diddy’s Sons
Ray J recently claimed he got into several altercations with the Combs siblings over his comments about their father.
“I got over cocky and said some things that were out of bounds,” he said of their last run-in. “I said some over the top things that had to do with sodomy and other things and I wasn’t proud of myself about what I did.”
In other Ray J news, earlier this week, the singer-turned-entrepreneur claimed someone tried to kill him.
DDG hasn’t moved on from his ex-partner, Halle Bailey, and hopes they can have more children in the next four years.
The rapper and content creator split from the R&B singer last month, revealing they mutually agreed to “separate ways.”
The former couple, who welcomed son Halo last December, have been under the spotlight since separating with a recent co-parenting drama going viral.
However, while DDG wants to have a sibling for Halo in the next few years, he doesn’t want to procreate with multiple women and hopes he and Halle Bailey can have another child.
He opened up about his desire to grow his family during a recent vlog on his YouTube channel.
“I do want to have another kid,” he admitted. “But I will say this — I don’t want to have another kid too far away. Like, I don’t want Halo to be 10 and his little brother is 1. I feel like that defeats the entire purpose of having another kid.”
DDG explained that he and his brother are only four years apart and share a close bond, while it’s different with his sister, who is six years younger than him. He said if he doesn’t have another child “within the next 4 years,” he likely won’t have any more at all.
DDG also ruled out having kids with anyone other than The Little Mermaid actor.
“One thing that I do not want to do is have ‘baby mamas,’” he continued. “If I was to have another kid, it definitely would be with the same person. I don’t want to have kids with multiple people.”
DDG Denies Dating “Baddies” Star
DDG also addressed recent rumors he was dating Baddies star Ahna Mac after they filmed a music video, insisting he wasn’t over Halle Bailey.
“No, I’m not dating,” he explained. “I haven’t ‘moved on,’ whatever that means in y’all’s sense. I’m just really focused on work — that’s what I be trying to explain to y’all. This week, I done linked with three girls — for work purposes — and I go on TikTok and I see y’all making edits like I’m dating this girl. Y’all don’t even know. I’m just working.”
Donald Trump has appointed Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to lead the newly created Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), sparking uproar on social media.
In a statement Tuesday (November 12), Trump announced the billionaire tech entrepreneur and the former Republican presidential candidate will operate outside of the government to reduce government waste.
Trump claimed the duo “will pave the way for my Administration to dismantle Government Bureaucracy, slash excess regulations, cut wasteful expenditures, and restructure Federal Agencies.”
He also said the department is “Essential to the “Save America” Movement” and “will send shockwaves through the system.”
Comparing DOGE to The Manhattan Project, Trump added that the department would fulfill a long-held Republican dream.
Donald Trump said he expects the project to be complete “no later than July 4, 2026,” the 250th Anniversary of The Declaration of Independence.
However, social media users raised concerns that the world’s richest person, who donated millions to Trump’s election campaign, would have too much influence on the President-elect. Many objected to Elon Musk, a long-time supporter of Dogecoin, leading DOGE.
“for those unaware elon musk holds a ton of dogecoin (DOGE),” one person shared. “This is a president-elect using his executive power to create a new government department whose name is intended to boost the price of DOGE, thereby enriching the man running it (musk).”

“I’m sorry but letting Musk have a department with the initials that spell doge is the fuckign cringiest thing I’ve ever seen, from Trump and Musk,” another added.

Meanwhile, other users branded DOGE a “crypto pump and dump scheme,” and claimed, “we live in the dumbest simulation ever.” Check out some reactions below.
maybe i’m crazy but appointing elon musk to lead some made up agency called DOGE and then calling it “the manhattan project of our time” sounds really f###### bad https://t.co/yNRvDtC4s6
Our Government has been turned over to the Great Elon Musk. Congratulations Elon. It only cost you $44 billion dollars. We are f#####. Thank you to the over 75 million traitors who voted for insurrectionist, traitor, criminal Trump. This is truly crazy. And shameful. pic.twitter.com/SjY8AIaoYu
And yes, the new Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) is a crypto pump and dump scheme. They want to pump DOGE coin up to $10, which is why gold is tanking and stocks are dropping. They're getting rich while you suffer.

On Tuesday evening (November 12), the Alabama native shared a video of her and a masked man dancing to a new song snippet, asking fans to suggest names for the track.
Flo Milli wears a crop top in the video while rubbing her belly throughout, leading fans to believe the rapper is pregnant. The mystery man also cradles her stomach.
Fans rushed to the comment section to react, with many offering congratulations and baby names. Others were stunned at the apparent pregnancy reveal coming as Flo Milli experienced the best year of her career so far with her Billboard Hot 100 Top. 15 single, “Never Lose Me,” earning platinum certification.

She also seemingly delivered another hint last week that she could be expecting. “i have not been in the mood to drink or smoke lately,” she revealed on November 8.
While Flo Mill received an overwhelmingly supportive response on her Instagram post, on X, fans were losing it.
“Flo milli I just fell to my knees,” wrote one fan, while another added, “bra, i’m finna knock all this s### over rn…what you mean flo milli PREGNANT??????!”

Denzel Washington hinted at stepping into the superhero arena with a possible role in Black Panther 3, marking a significant chapter in his career as he contemplates retirement.
The 69-year-old actor, known for his award-winning performances, revealed that he has his eyes set on working with director Ryan Coogler before wrapping up his illustrious time in Hollywood.
Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Washington covered a range of upcoming projects and reflected on the evolving direction of his work.
“At this point in my career, I’m only interested in working with the best. I don’t know how many more films I will make, probably not that many. I want to do things that I haven’t done.”
He suggested a future collaboration on Black Panther 3, adding, “Ryan Coogler is writing a part for me in the next Black Panther.”
The original Black Panther movie, released in 2018, became a cultural and box office phenomenon with Chadwick Boseman headlining as the Marvel superhero.
However, Boseman’s untimely death at the age of 43 from cancer, only two years after the film’s debut, left the franchise in a state of emotional uncertainty.
In 2022, Marvel and Coogler released the sequel, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, directed in part to honor Boseman.
Letitia Wright’s Shuri taking up the mantle divided critical opinion, and the film fell short of its predecessor’s revenue by nearly $500 million at the box office.
Washington’s acting journey isn’t slowing down just yet. In early 2024, the veteran performer will grace the Broadway stage again in Othello, alongside Jake Gyllenhaal, who is cast as Iago in the anticipated production.
“I played Othello at 22, now I’m going to play it at 70,” Washington said.
The actor also teased further roles on the horizon, including a collaboration with director Steve McQueen.
50 Cent and Busta Rhymes provided their followers on Instagram with an entertaining back-and-forth over who has had the worst haircut between the two of them.
On Tuesday (November 12), both New York rappers trolled each other in a series of posts targeting their previous hairdos or in this case, hair-don’ts. In his initial carousel post, 50 Cent targeted not only Busta Rhymes but also DJ Khaled and Fat Joe, who are currently endorsing a hair color treatment product for men along with former model Tyson Beckford.
“Nah why crazy s### be happening and [ninja emoji]’s don’t say nothing,” 50 Cent wrote in the caption of the post. “I think @fatjoe, Khaled and Tyson need to intervene here. Lol WTF”
In addition to posting a screenshot of Fat Joe and DJ Khaled’s hair dye product, 50 Cent also shared a video of himself reacting to the viral clip of Busta Rhymes. In the hilarious video, Busta is seen explaining the dishes comprising a massive catering meal he was enjoying using a patois accent. However, Fifty used the clip as a vehicle to roast Busta Rhymes by pointing out that he appeared to have become a victim of a Barber heavy-handed use of Bigen enhancement dye powder.
“Yo n###as out of line, yo,” 50 Cent said in the video. “ How they let the N#### Busta [Busta Rhymes] paint his whole head like that?”
He continued, targeting Busta Rhymes’ longtime hypeman Splifstar, adding, “That n###a Spliffstar you try to act like you Busta’s friend — how f##k you let him go outside looking like that?”
Busta quickly fired back at Fifty in a post of his own in which he shared a snapshot of the G-Unit mogul and trolled him over his curly locks that he said like they stink, among other things.
“WHEN YOU GOT THIS TYPE A CRAZY S##T GOIN FOR NOBODY IS SAYING NOTHING,” Busta Rhymes wrote in the caption of the post. “WHAT TYPE ADVISORS YOU LISTENING TO BRUH??? WHAT THE F### IN A 100 JARS OF TCB GEL TYPE S### IS THIS MY N####?? @50cent C’MON MAN!! BY THE WAY FIF, THIS S### LOOK LIKE YA JERRY CURL STINK TOO BRUDDAH!!”
50 Cent replied in the comments, “This was for a movie [camera emoji] Fool, your Head look like a pain job ! LOL.”
Considering he always has to get the last laugh, 50 Cent fired back at Busta Rhymes and yet another post in which he doubled down on his offensive rhetoric targeting Busta’s faulty haircut enhancements.
“I ain’t f##king with nobody but n###as always gotta try to one-up on me right,” 50 Cent said in the video. “I get a banging leather jacket, this n###a Busta get a leather lineup.”
Busta Rhymes appeared to concede defeat after reacting to the video, along with other artists such as Gorilla Zoe, Swizz Beatz and more, who shared crying laughing emojis in the comment section of the post.
The girlfriend and family of late Philadelphia rapper PnB Rock have received some bittersweet closure after the emergence of new evidence involving his 2022 murder
On Tuesday (November 11), CBS News Philadelphia reported that new surveillance footage from the Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles restaurant in Los Angeles where PnB Rock was killed has revealed additional details about the apparent set-up.
As many are aware, the “Selfish” rapper was shot dead at the restaurant after he and his girlfriend, Stephanie Sibounheuang, were ambushed in a robbery motivated by jewelry. However, the latest footage shows an individual believed to be an employee at the restaurant greeted PnB Rock upon his arrival and proceeded to make a call once he was inside. There was also a 40-minute delay before PnB Rock’s food arrived.
Previously, social media users accused Sibounheuang of being responsible for the fatal shooting that occurred after point out she posted on social media revealing their location prior to the incident. Kodak Black was among who publicly accused Sibounheuang of being responsible for PnB Rock’s death on social media, though he later apologized for lashing out.
Los Angeles Police Chief Michel Moore also previously confirmed PnB Rock was targeted because of an Instagram post in a statement her provided to Fox News 11 in September 2022. It was reported that PnB Rock himself also shared a post from the parking lot of the L.A. restaurant when they arrived, allowing ample time to get there and kill him. Shortly after his death, Sibounheuang detailed the pain she’s experienced in a lengthy Instagram post. She also noted how PnB Rock saved her life on the day he was murdered.
“I am 100% not ok,” she wrote. “If I wasn’t spiritual I could kill my self (but then I’ll go to hell and my man not there) My man saved my life, Throwing me under that table. I’m not supposed to be here but bc of him. I am. No one would be able to handle this. TBH, I can’t even handle this.
In September, a Los Angeles County judge sentenced Freddie Lee Trone to 31 years to life in prison for PnB Rock’s murder on Monday (September 23). Trone was convicted of murder, conspiracy to commit robbery and second-degree murder in August.
Trone is the father of the teen accused of fatally shooting PnB Rock. Prosecutors said the teen acted on his father’s orders. Trone’s co-defendant Tremont Jones was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Jones was found guilty of conspiracy and robbery. Prosecutors said he tipped off Trone to PnB Rock’s whereabouts. Trone’s son remains in custody. The 19-year-old defendant was 17 years old at the time of the shooting and charged as a minor. A judge previously deemed the teen to be not competent to stand trial. He’s reportedly undergoing treatment to see if he can be found otherwise.
Mike Tyson casually mentioned how he barely avoided catching AIDS in a conversation with Rosie Perez for Interview Magazine. Tyson recalled a sex scare from his past while promoting his upcoming boxing match against YouTuber Jake Paul.
“Life isn’t over yet,” Tyson said. “We’re still fighting. We only make it out on the day of our death. There’s no way I should be here talking to you right now. All my friends are dead. They OD’d, they had AIDS. Me and my friend both had sex with this girl at the same time and they both died of AIDS. I didn’t catch AIDS. Raw, too.”
Tyson’s interview with Perez included a few more eye-popping quotes. He surprisingly mentioned mass murderer Charles Manson when asked about how the Paul fight would affect the former heavyweight champion’s legacy.
“What do I care about my legacy?” Tyson told Perez. “I never knew what a legacy was and people started throwing that word around so loosely. A legacy sounds like ego to me. I’m going to be dead soon. Who cares what somebody is going to think about me when I’m dead? We don’t talk about Charles Manson. No one cares about nobody when they’re dead and gone.”
Perez responded, “Weird comparison, but I’ll take it.”
Tyson is scheduled to face Paul at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas on Friday (November 15). Tyson hasn’t fought since a 2020 exhibition against Roy Jones Jr. Paul’s last bout was against former UFC fighter Mike Perry in July.
“He got to be able to hit me to knock me out,” Tyson said regarding Paul. “And that’s going to be hard … Do you know I got hit by animals? I got hit by monsters. He can’t hit harder than no one I ever fought. I’m not going to take no punches, but he can’t hit harder than anybody I ever fought.”
Tyson vs. Paul will stream live on Netflix. Three title fights are booked for the undercard.
