Shyne Announces Brooklyn Homecoming Concert Celebrating 25 Years

Shyne returned to Brooklyn with a 25th anniversary concert at Kings Theatre to celebrate his debut album and reconnect with the borough that shaped his rise.

The Brooklyn to Belize rapper turned lawmaker is set to headline a special homecoming performance at Kings Theatre on Saturday May 2, 2026 at 9 PM EST. The event commemorates 25 years since his self titled debut first shook the streets and charts at the dawn of a new millennium. Pre sale tickets go live February 12 at 10 AM EST using the code ROSE while general admission opens February 13 at 10 AM EST.

“It is surreal to return to the stage in the neighborhood where I grew up for a night of performances celebrating classic raw hip hop,” Shyne said in a statement.

Released September 26 2000 through Bad Boy Records, the project debuted at No. 5 on the Billboard 200 and later earned Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Anchored by records like “Bad Boyz” and “Bonnie & Shyne” featuring Barrington Levy along with “That’s Gangsta,” the album helped define the cold edged tone of early 2000s New York Hip-Hop.

His trajectory took a dramatic turn after the 1999 shooting at Club New York. While serving time connected to that case, Shyne released his second album Godfather Buried Alive in August 2004 under a reported 3 million dolIar agreement with Def Jam Recordings. The album opened at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 with 158000 copies sold in its first week, proving his name still carried weight even behind bars.

In recent years Shyne’s life has unfolded beyond music.

His evolution from rap star to public servant was chronicled in The Honorable Shyne, released in November 2024. Appearances at events such as the BET Awards and the AAFCA Awards have kept him visible on both cultural and political stages.

A quarter century after his voice rattled car speakers and radio airwaves, Shyne is stepping back into the spotlight not as a cautionary tale but as a living chapter of Hip-Hop history. For one night in May the borough that witnessed his ascent and absence will see him command the mic again, turning memory into movement and legacy into live sound.

AllHipHop’s full interview with Shyne is coming soon.

GloRilla Calls Out DJ Mustard After NBA Celebrity Game Win

GloRilla came to play at the 2026 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game in Los Angeles. The Memphis rapper brought her A-game to the court Friday night and walked away with bragging rights over DJ Mustard.

The NBA All-Star Celebrity Game featured other notable participants, including Mustard, Jamie Foxx, Common, Keegan-Michael Key and former NBA player Jeremy Lin.

The Grammy-nominated rapper helped Team Giannis beat Team Anthony 65-58 in the 2026 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. GloRilla’s defensive intensity and Memphis swagger stood out during Team Giannis’ seven-point victory.

GloRilla took just two shots during the contest but made her mark on defense. With the score tied at 39 in the third quarter, she fought and won a jump ball against reality TV star Taylor Frankie Paul.

The Grammy-nominated artist didn’t hold back when talking to reporters after her team’s victory. She made sure DJ Mustard and Anthony Anderson knew exactly how she felt about their loss.

“I had to trash talk Mustard because he said they was going to win and I knew they weren’t because I’m on the team,” GloRilla said in a post-game interview. “I bring, you know what I’m saying, the good luck.”

GloRilla’s confidence showed throughout the game at the Kia Forum. She brought the same energy that made her a Hip-Hop star to the basketball court.

The “F.N.F.” rapper said her aggressiveness made the difference in her team’s win.

“I liked my aggressiveness about it,” she told interviewer Lindsay Dunn. “You know what I’m saying? I had to bring that aggression to the game.”

The 2026 Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game featured Hip-Hop stars, actors and athletes competing during All-Star Weekend. ESPN broadcast the game live as part of the weekend’s festivities leading up to Sunday’s main event.

GloRilla didn’t stop there with her victory speech. She made sure to call out both DJ Mustard and Anthony Anderson by name after beating their squad.

“So, Mustard and to Anthony Anderson, great game, but y’all lost,” she said with a smile. “So, uh, try again next.”

GloRilla’s celebration continued after the final buzzer. She posed for photos and signed autographs for fans who came out to support the celebrity game.

The rapper seemed to enjoy every minute of her basketball debut.

Kai Cenat Finally Addresses Relationship Scandal & Fall Out

Kai Cenat finally spoke up about the drama that’s been following him since December. The Twitch star posted a message on Instagram addressing all the rumors about his breakup with Gabrielle “Gigi” Alayah.

The 23-year-old streamer stepped away from social media after his relationship ended. He needed time to process everything that went down between him and his ex-girlfriend.

“I just want to say this from my heart,” Cenat wrote in his Instagram story on February 13. “It can be confusing to see news about me and the people around me that isn’t true.”

Cenat and Gigi dated for about a year before things fell apart. He announced their split on December 27, 2025, with a blunt tweet saying he was single and would never be in another relationship again.

The breakup turned messy fast. Rumors started flying that Gigi cheated on Cenat with NBA YoungBoy. She denied those claims and said she actually ended the relationship first.

Gigi released a YouTube video titled “The Real,” in which she shared her side of the story. She accused Cenat of cheating and said his assistant, Brianna Lewis, was meddling in their relationship.

Lewis fired back with what she claimed were leaked messages showing Gigi talking to other men. The assistant said she was just protecting Cenat since she’d been working with him since he was 19.

The drama got worse when Gigi claimed Cenat became controlling after his Mafiathon 3 streaming marathon. She said he didn’t want her to have male friends and got jealous over small things.

Cenat’s friends also got pulled into the mess. Gigi called out his friend Dezz for allegedly flirting with her while they were dating.

“There have been rumors, speculations and comments made about my previous relationship and my friends,” Cenat said. “I want to apologize for not addressing things sooner.”

The streamer has been focusing on his fashion brand Vivet since taking his break. He announced the clothing line with a video titled “I Quit” that had fans thinking he was leaving streaming forever.

“People react to things in different ways, it is an emotional time and should have been handled privately,” Cenat wrote in his statement.

He made it clear that fans should only believe information that comes directly from him. The streamer said he’s tired of all the false stories circulating online.

“If there’s ever something important, something real for me to address or say, you will hear it directly from me,” he explained. “You’ll always hear it from me. Don’t let all the noise distract from that.”

Cenat’s statement was posted and quickly deleted from his Instagram story. But screenshots spread across social media before he took it down.

The relationship drama has been going on for weeks. Fans have been picking sides and debating who’s telling the truth about what really happened.

Gigi admitted she “crossed a line” with a male friend but maintained she never cheated. She said Cenat caught her in that situation and they both decided to call it even.

The assistant’s involvement made things more complicated. Lewis shared what she said were private messages and phone recordings to defend Cenat’s reputation.

He ended his statement by wishing Gigi well and asking fans to respect both sides.

“I wish the best to Gabrielle and ask to please respect both sides,” he said.

Toronto small business owner receives $2,158 Jellycat order from elderly woman. Then she gets a second, eerily similar order: ‘I think Shopify owes you the money’

Jellycat? More like jelly scam! This small gift shop in Toronto got a blow to its sales in January due to an unexpected turn of events. What started off as a harmless phone order from a supposed elderly British woman turned into a nightmare.

There are several different ways scammers accomplish their missions. Small businesses are especially vulnerable to scams. Check scams are one common scam, according to Colony Bank. Fake invoices from suppliers are another challenge they often face. It can get hard to keep track of what your actual bills are. However, the scam Lemon & Lavender, a small gift shop in Toronto, experienced is a classic old phone call scam.

What Are Jellycats?

Jellycats are cute plushies that come in almost any object or food you can think of. They’re perfect for gift-giving since you can find a version that speaks to the specific person you’re buying it for. Hence why the gift shop Lemon & Lavender in Toronto, Ontario, carries them.

Lemon & Lavender is a small but mighty gift shop in Toronto that seems to specialize in adorable things. It sells tons of Jellycat plushies. Unfortunately, these adorable plushies were at the heart of a recent scam for this business.

Elderly British Woman Places Large Jellycat Order Over the Phone

“We received a phone call at the store in the heart of our busy season, Christmas,” the shop owner, Christina (@lemonandlavendar), explains. “And it was from an elderly British woman that said she’d like to purchase some Jellycat over the phone. My amazingly helpful employee answered the phone.”

She says her employee provided excellent customer service in helping the woman. She even texted her photos of the store’s Jellycat inventory to make sure the woman got exactly what she wanted. The customer bought an extra-large Jellycat for $1,400 and two large ones that cost $140 each. Along with the tea she added to her order, the purchase came out to $2,158.

A few days after the first order was already shipped out, the same lady called again and placed another order over the phone. This time, the order came out to $1,791.

“I was so excited to have such good orders come in for my small business, especially because we are just a small, independent, mother-and-daughter-owned store. And so I was really happy that somebody chose to buy those from us, an independent business, rather than a big box store,” Christina says.

‘I’m Realizing That This Woman Is a Master Scammer’

A few days after the second order goes out, Christina gets a few notifications from Shopify. The notifications say that both orders have been disputed. Christina tried contacting the customer over the phone, assuming they may have initiated the refund claim by mistake, as they are older and may have forgotten about the orders or not recognized the charges. However, the phone number was deactivated.

“It’s all starting to come very apparent to my mom and I that this was one big, massive scam,” Christina says. “I am realizing that everything she told us, that she was just, like, [an] elderly British grandmother wanting to bring back these Jellycats for her grandchildren, was a way to kind of prey on my employee and make her feel like she was dealing with an honest, innocent person.”

Christina says Shopify informed her that the refunds would be deducted from the next orders her shop gets—before she even had a chance to appeal the chargebacks. On top of that, the company charged a $15 fee for each returned transaction.

Christina attempted to gather evidence to dispute the chargebacks, but she says the scammer knew exactly what not to do so she wouldn’t get caught.

Viewers Weigh In on British Woman’s Jellycat Scam

The video has 3.5 million views and 132,000 likes. Folks have tons of advice for Christina and, unfortunately, share similar stories.

“We implemented a policy where we email a form to the customer authorizing the purchase with the credit card number, total amount and a signature. If the customer doesn’t send the completed form back the order doesn’t get processed. We haven’t lost a charge back case since. Sorry this happened to you,” says one commenter.

“Shame on Shopify for not investigating. Hopefully you find another source to sell your items,” says another person.

“As someone who has managed online stores, used Shopify and also been scammed, we had to place a rule that we couldn’t do any over the phone orders or orders over $1000 without identification,” says another.

In an update video, Christina mentions that they are filing a police report. Additionally, she says that several other businesses in Toronto have reached out to her, saying they also got scammed by an elderly British woman over the phone. Therefore, it seems like a trend, perhaps all by the same person.

“I will find this woman,” Christina says.

AllHipHop has reached out to Christina via email and TikTok direct message and to Shopify via email. We will update this story if either party responds.

Cardi B Blames Government After Vegas Stage Tumble During Tour

Cardi B turned a stage mishap into political commentary Friday night at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The Bronx rapper fell backward off a chair while performing “Thotiana” during her Little Miss Drama Tour stop, then immediately quipped to the crowd: “That was the government!”

The moment came just days after Cardi exchanged heated messages with the Department of Homeland Security on social media. Her Vegas fall joke referenced the ongoing feud that started when she called out ICE agents during her tour opener in Palm Desert, California.

“If ICE come in here, we’re gonna jump they a####,” Cardi told the Palm Desert crowd Wednesday night. “I got some bear mace in the back. They ain’t taking my fans, b####. Let’s go!”

DHS responded on X by referencing Cardi’s past, writing: “As long as she doesn’t drug and rob our agents, we’ll consider that an improvement over her past behavior.” The agency was referring to 2016 comments where Cardi admitted to drugging and robbing men while working as a stripper before fame.

Cardi fired back with her own X post: “If we talking about drugs let’s talk about Epstein and friends drugging underage girls to rape them. Why yall don’t wanna talk about the Epstein files?”

Her response came after three million new Epstein documents were released on January 30 by the Department of Justice. The files reportedly contain more than one million references to Donald Trump, his wife, Melania, and his Mar-a-Lago club.

Cardi addressed the fall on Instagram, saying the video was “clearly” AI.

The Little Miss Drama Tour supports Cardi’s 2025 album Am I the Drama? and marks her first major tour since 2019.

The 35-date run includes more than 30 additional stops across North America, with upcoming shows at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on February 15-16.

The rapper’s next tour stop is in Inglewood, California, where she’ll perform two sold-out shows at the Kia Forum this weekend.

Howard University Music Business Director Launches New Label With Warner Music Group For African Talent

The former Def Jam executive and current director of the Warner Music/Blavatnik Center for Music Business at Howard University has officially unveiled VRTEXX, a global record label aimed at discovering developing and exporting artists from West Africa and the diaspora.

The imprint will be distributed by Warner Music Group’s global distributor ADA, positioning the venture with immediate worldwide reach.

Jasmine “Jazz” Young, who was named a Billboard Global Power Player last year, the move signals both expansion and evolution

Across her career she has worked with major Hip-Hop figures including Jay-Z, DMX, Foxy Brown and Run-DMC. In 2025, under her leadership, the Howard-based center was recognized as one of Billboard’s top music business schools in the world for the fourth consecutive year.

Now she is translating that academic and executive experience into a global platform.

The VRTEXX roster will debut with live performances at the next installment of the West Africa Music & Arts Festival in Accra Ghana, an event Young launched in 2024 in partnership with the country’s government. The festival has quickly become a cultural meeting point for artists industry leaders and policymakers across the continent and beyond.

“VRTEXX represents the future, a label, media, and entertainment company built on innovation, culture, and connection,” Young said in a statement. “We’re not just signing artists; we’re building legacies that will span continents and generations. This is the manifestation of decades of purpose and passion.”

Industry executives aligned with Warner signaled strong support.

“This is a full-circle moment for the culture. Jazz has always been ahead of her time — and VRTEXX is proof,” said Julian Petty, executive vp and head of business/legal affairs at Warner Records. “What she’s about to do with this label will redefine the global music industry.”

Karibu Bello, former head of A&R EMEA and vp of global A&R at Warner Recorded Music, emphasized the broader economic implications.

“Jazz Young is one of the most visionary leaders in our industry, her ability to identify, nurture, and elevate talent is truly unmatched,” he said. “VRTEXX represents a new chapter for global music, one where the future is diverse, connected, and full of possibility. Welcome VRTEXX….. I have no doubt that under Jazz’s leadership, this imprint will redefine how the world hears and experiences music from Africa and beyond.”

Adriana Sein, global head of artist and market development at ADA, added, “Jazz brings strong creative instincts and a clear vision to everything she does. ADA looks forward to supporting her next chapter with VRTEXX while championing new talent on the global stage.”

VRTEXX is currently accepting artist submissions through its official website and social media platforms. For Young, the launch extends beyond a new company. It marks another calculated step in reshaping how culture travels from the African continent to the global marketplace.

Wiz Khalifa Reveals Last Conversation & Promise To His Dad Before His Passing

Wiz Khalifa posted devastating news on Friday when he announced his father, Laurence W. Thomaz, had died.

The Pittsburgh rapper took to Twitter to tell fans his Air Force veteran dad passed away peacefully.

“Today my father decided not to wake up,” Wiz wrote. “I will always love him, miss him and be greatful for the things he taught me. He went out like a true yogi, at peace and on his own time. I love you forever Laurence W. Thomaz.”

Laurence served in the Air Force with Wiz’s mother, Peachie Wimbush, before their divorce when Wiz was two years old.

The military couple’s service meant constant moves during Wiz’s childhood years. He lived in Germany and Kentucky before landing in Pittsburgh as a teenager. That’s where Wiz started rapping and built his career into what it is today.

Laurence stayed involved in his son’s life even after the divorce. Wiz has talked about how his dad’s military background taught him important life lessons.

“The last conversation I had with my dad was him telling me how proud of me he was for the movie I was in, and I promised him I would do more. LT Forever,” Wiz Khalifa shared.

The rapper said his father helped shape him into the man he became. Wiz often spoke about wanting to break cycles from his childhood. He wanted things to be different with his own son, Sebastian.

“My father’s passing was sudden, but seeing how many people love and respect him makes me happy, and I know he’s proud that he left a positive impact on this earth. Literally all he ever wanted,” Wiz Khalifa added.

Wiz has been touring with his Good Vibes Only Tour and recently brought Sebastian on stage during shows. The rapper also dropped his Moses The Black Soundtrack project in January 2026.

Kai Cenat Launches Luxury Denim Brand Vivet, Fans Question Zesty Swag

Kai Cenat has people talking yet again. But this time is not for streaming or reading. This time, it is his fashion line. So, can we take a step back? Sure, we can.

Kai has a new high end clothing label, Vivet. Just announced in January 2026, the brand name comes from the Latin word for “to live.” that is a major statement.

The 23 minute YouTube video titled “I Quit” caught fans off guard, but it did not tell the whole story. Some thought he was stepping away from streaming altogether. Instead, it was using Vivet as a long game play. He had to get past viral moments and Twitch numbers. And yet here we are.

SOooooooo somebody yelled at me saying, “Kai Cenat is wearing a dress!” Look at this and tell me what you think:

I have seen a number of images about this and “sources” verify this as facts. But, I have many questions.

What do you all think of this? I am not going to say too much. Leave your feelings in the comments.

What separates Vivet from the typical influencer fashion line is the craftsmanship narrative. Cenat reportedly trained in Italy to understand luxury production from the inside out. That means fabric sourcing, garment construction, stitching integrity, and the discipline that defines Europeans. The early focus is denim driven, but not in a basic way.

In January 2026, he doubled down on that ambition by showing up at Paris Fashion Week. He appeared front row at Louis Vuitton and 424, not just as a celebrity guest but as a student of the game. So, perhaps this is where the “swag” is coming from – Europe!

The real question is whether Vivet can transcend the novelty factor or even the chatter on social media is going to be anyone’s guess. The luxury space is not typically reserved for the Blacks. Cenat has the audience…we’ll see.

‘I tried a Nescafé café’: Arizona man goes to the Great Pyramids of Giza in Egypt. Then he gets charged double

A viral TikTok from an Arizona-based traveler is sparking conversation about tourist pricing. He claims he was overcharged near one of the world’s most visited landmarks.

On Dec. 3, @thebirthmarkedtraveler posted a video describing being repeatedly charged far more than the prices listed on cafe menus while visiting Egypt. “I’m at the pyramids of Giza, and I am so upset right now,” says the tourist.

What Made the Great Pyramids Café Pricing So Frustrating?

The traveler explains that his day soured after attempting to order a $4.68 mango smoothie at a nearby café. According to him, the vendor substituted a mango-kiwi drink and then presented a bill for $7.50. When the customer pushed back, the worker allegedly insisted he had already communicated the higher price. Frustrated, the traveler refused the drink and left the store.

Hoping the first encounter was a fluke, he says he walked to another nearby option. This time, he went to a branded Nescafé café, expecting clearer pricing and a more straightforward transaction. The menu listed what he described as a reasonable price for coffee ($2.65), so he ordered a decaf Americano.

As the drink was being prepared, the man said he repeatedly asked for price confirmation, only to be ignored. When an answer finally came, the cost was $8.51.

“It was more than triple the price that was on the menu,” he shares. He declined the drink and walked out, visibly frustrated.

Is It Common to Be Upcharged in Egypt?

The video has since drawn thousands of comments, with viewers debating whether this is an example of aggressive tourist markups. “I feel like most of Egypt’s economy is scamming foreigners,” wrote one commenter.

“Foreigners realising there’s a local price and foreigner’s price,” added another.

Experiences like the TikToker’s aren’t unheard of in Egypt’s major tourist zones, where inflated “tourist pricing” is frequently reported.

Around major attractions like the Great Pyramids, taxis, cafés, souvenir stalls, and informal vendors, overcharging and unclear pricing are common enough that travel guides and forums include “tourist pricing” warnings in their advice. Travelers on Reddit report paying significantly more than locals for basic goods or being quoted higher prices when it’s assumed they’re foreigners, especially if prices aren’t displayed.

Additionally, restaurants and shops near busy sites have been known to present hidden fees and inflate bills before and after ordering. This leads to surprise charges for foreign visitors.  Travel guides strongly advise haggling or confirming costs in advance to avoid surprise markups.

That said, not every experience in Egypt is negative, with the country being a popular tourist destination. Many seasoned travelers suggest that preparedness, negotiation, and sticking to reputable vendors can help avoid overpricing while still enjoying the country’s historic sites.

AllHipHop reached out to @thebirthmarkedtraveler via TikTok direct message and Nescafé via email. We will update this story if either party responds.

‘If the vibe is right… ’: Phoenix ‘skripper’ says actually, she does actually LIKE like her customers. Then she reveals how to get on her good side

A Phoenix-based nightclub dancer posted a video claiming that she does like many of her customers.

On Jan. 21, Violet Stormi (@violet.stormi) posted a video sharing her thoughts as a “skripper.” The video has amassed over 10,000 views as of this writing.

“You know what makes me sad as a skripper?” she asks.

What Insight Does the Dancer Share?

Stormi mentions that there is a common joke that dancers are lying when they tell customers they love them. “You guys want to know a secret about me, at least?” she asks. “I can’t speak for any other girlies in the club, but for me, there are some customers that I genuinely like.”

She adds that she is likely to like a customer if they put in the effort. “If the vibe is right, you’re treating me nicely, you’re tipping me well, and you’re being respectful, [then] I actually like you, and I actually mean it when I say I’m having such a good time with you,” she adds.

She explains that many customers do not believe her when she says it. “And sometimes I am lying,” she admits. “But most of the time, if I say it, I actually, genuinely mean it.”

Many of the comments came from women who worked similar jobs and echoed her sentiment. “Dude there are customers I MISS when I don’t see them for a while!” wrote one commenter. “It’s like having a reg at any other job.”

“Same,” added another. “I had some of the same regulars for yearssss and I genuinely cared about their wellbeing!”

“No seriously and there’s some that I really care about and then they don’t think I care about them and it’s sad,” wrote a third.

Where Does This Stigma Come From?

Research into dancer-client dynamics shows that the patterns people joke about about dancers never really meaning it when they say “I love you” to a regular don’t come out of thin air.

Research shows that dancers often engage in smiling, flirting, and attentive conversation to make clients feel seen and appreciated. This can lead to increased tips and repeat business. Early studies call this dynamic “counterfeit intimacy,” which is a kind of in-the-moment closeness that’s part of the job, not necessarily an authentic personal relationship in the usual sense.

Anthropologist Katherine Frank’s ethnography, G-Strings and Sympathy, highlights how regulars seek not just entertainment but emotional affirmation and social connection through repeat visits and interactions with dancers. Some men treat those relationships as if the dancer were a girlfriend, even within the regulated setting of a club.

The jokes and stigmas about dancers “not meaning it” when they say they like a customer spring in part from these commercialized emotional exchanges being interpreted through moralizing cultural views of sex work and gendered labor. Because the work is sexualized and dancers are often stereotyped as merely performing for money, audiences assume any expressed affection is fake, even when dancers genuinely enjoy certain patrons.

New Rumor Links J. Cole’s “Poor Thing” To Former NFL Player, not 910 Space!

J. Cole‘s “Poor Thing” might have gone completely wrong!

Ever since “The Fall Off” landed, fans have been trying to decode who exactly Cole was addressing on one of the album’s most talked-about records. At first, the internet did what it always does. They dragged Kendrick Lamar and Drake into it. Because apparently every bar in 2026 must be about that battle. But once people actually listened, it became clear this was something more personal. This felt local. This felt… Fayetteville.

EXCLUSIVE: J. Cole’s Hometown Enemy 910 Space Speaks On “Beef” & Wanting To Fight…

Naturally, the name 910 Space started trending in certain corners. The history is messy with those public disses. That tension never really cooled. But here is the twist. Even 910 Space has reportedly said he does not believe the record is about him, but he did media regardless since people said it was him. And if there is anybody who would gladly claim those bars, it would be him.

Check out our Space interview…but that is getting sketchy.

So if not Space, then who?

Rumors are circling around a different Fayetteville figure. A former NFL player turned aspiring rapper named Tank Tyler. Now this is where things get interesting.

Sources and old clips point back to a nightclub situation in 2012. Words were exchanged and feelings were hurt. Allegedly, there were conversations about collaboration, protection, and hometown politics. Cole later hopped on a Funk Flex freestyle and made it crystal clear that street pressure was not moving him. Shortly after, Tank dropped a diss record that essentially told Cole he could not come back to the city and claim it.

READ ALSO: EXCLUSIVE: J. Cole Claps Back At Cam’ron, Accuses Rapper Of Disparaging Him For Leverage In “Ready ’24” War

Fast forward. Cole turns 29. Moves back to North Carolina. “Poor Thing” paints a picture of someone from back home talking slick, someone who grew up with both parents, someone who tried to posture street credibility that did not quite line up. The timeline overlaps with the Tank situation more neatly than it does with Space.

Here is the irony. Tank today appears spiritually aligned with the very energy Cole promotes. Juice cleanses. Holistic living. Growth. He ain’t a trapper rapper any more!

If this is the guy, it feels less like a war and more like a chapter.

Is it confirmed? But it sure stirs the pot!

Fayetteville has talent and tension. And Cole clearly remembers everything. We might want to take our interview with Space down!

If you want more, watch the video below, which is where I got 99% of everything I just said.

Bay Area Rapper Curnal Fatally Shot In Downtown San Francisco

Richmond rapper Curnal was killed earlier this week after getting shot in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood.

According to local reports, cops found him with gunshot wounds just after 2 A.M. He died at a local hospital hours later.

The San Francisco Office of the Chief Medical Examiner confirmed Curnal’s identity on Wednesday. Police have not made any arrests or released details about what led to the shooting.

Curnal grew up in Richmond and became known in Bay Area Hip-Hop circles through his music and interviews. He appeared on Thizzler TV in 2018, where he discussed police brutality and his goals to bring unity to Bay Area music.

“I just want to show everybody like a different way,” Curnal said in the Thizzler interview. “I’m just trying to lead the way me and T Mack and a few other people trying to lead the way.”

Curnal’s brother was sentenced to 13 years in prison when the rapper was young. He said that experience changed his perspective on life and motivated him to pursue music.

The rapper wanted to show younger people in Richmond that there were alternatives to street life. He talked about the importance of seeing beyond the neighborhood and building something bigger.

“Most people when you in that you don’t see bigger than Richmond you don’t see bigger than the city you in you don’t see bigger than the hood you in feel me,” Curnal said.

The rapper’s death adds to a violent week in San Francisco involving rappers. Earlier in the week, 49ers defensive end Keion White was shot in the ankle during an altercation with rapper Lil Baby and his entourage during a Super Bowl post-party.

Police have not arrested any suspects in that case either.

Kanye West Real Estate Purge Continues With Belgium Sale

Kanye West just closed another chapter in his ongoing real estate purge. The rapper found a buyer for his completely gutted Belgium loft at the prestigious Kanaal complex near Antwerp.

The 2,260-square-foot apartment went under contract fast after hitting the market late last year, according to The Robb Report.

West bought the place in 2021 and spent time there working with designer Axel Vervoordt. But true to form, he stripped it down to bare concrete walls before selling.

This Belgium sale marks the latest move in the West’s systematic property selloff since losing its Adidas partnership in October 2022. The antisemitic comments that cost him his Yeezy deal also triggered a massive financial hit. Forbes dropped him from their billionaire list after Adidas cut ties.

But West kept buying and selling real estate even after the corporate fallout. In 2025, he offloaded his Hidden Hills property for $4.25 million.

He sold his Malibu mansion for $21 million in 2024, after buying it for $57.3 million in 2021. In 2023, he sold his second Wyoming ranch back to its original owners for $14 million.

The numbers tell a clear story. West lost $36 million on the Malibu house alone after gutting the Tadao Ando-designed masterpiece. The Hidden Hills flip cost him $250,000.

His Wyoming ranches, once envisioned as creative campuses, were sold back to their original owners.

Despite the corporate boycotts, West never stopped creating. He released music independently and launched clothing lines without major brand partnerships.

The man who built Yeezy into a billion-dollar empire proved he could operate outside the system.

Now he’s gearing up for a comeback. West signed with independent music company Gamma and set a March 20 release date for his Bully album.

The timing connects to his recent Wall Street Journal apology. In January 2026, West bought a full-page ad to apologize for his antisemitic behavior.

He blamed a four-month manic episode in 2025 and said his wife convinced him to get help for bipolar disorder.

“I’m not a Nazi, I love Jewish people,” West wrote in the 750-word apology. He attributed his past actions to an undiagnosed brain injury from his 2002 car crash, combined with bipolar type-one disorder.

RFK Jr. Cocaine Sniffing Toilet Confession Shocks America

America’s top health official just dropped the most disgusting confession in political history.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the guy running our entire health system, casually told comedian Theo Von that he used to snort cocaine off public toilet seats.

Yeah, you read that right. The man in charge of keeping 330 million Americans healthy just bragged about doing blow off the nastiest surfaces on Earth.

Kennedy made this stunning admission on Von’s podcast, This Past Weekend, that aired February 12. The Health and Human Services Secretary was talking about his recovery from addiction when he decided to share way too much information.

“I’m not scared of a germ. I used to snort cocaine off of toilet seats,” Kennedy said with zero shame. “Like, if I don’t, if I don’t treat it, which means for me going to meetings every day. It’s just bad for my life.”

The internet immediately lost its collective mind. Social media exploded with people asking how someone who did drugs off bathroom fixtures ended up running America’s health department.

Others wondered if this explains his other completely unhinged beliefs.

This toilet seat revelation is just the latest in Kennedy’s long history of absolutely wild confessions. The 72-year-old has turned oversharing into an art form.

Remember when he claimed a parasitic worm ate part of his brain? During a 2012 divorce deposition, Kennedy told lawyers that doctors found what they thought was a brain tumor.

Turns out it was actually “a worm that got into my brain and ate a portion of it and then died.”

He blamed the brain parasite for severe memory loss and mental fog. When the story broke in 2024, Kennedy leaned into the madness.

“I offer to eat 5 more brain worms and still beat President Trump and President Biden in a debate,” he posted on social media.

Then there’s the dead bear incident. Kennedy admitted on video that he once found a roadkill bear, threw it in his car, then dumped the carcass in Central Park.

He staged it to look like a bicycle accident because he couldn’t take the dead animal home for dinner.

The New Yorker published a disturbing photo of Kennedy sticking his fingers in the bear’s bloody mouth while grinning like a maniac. His response? “Maybe that’s where I got my brain worm.”

Kennedy also had to deny eating dog meat after Vanity Fair published a 2010 photo of him holding what appeared to be a barbecued canine. He claimed it was actually a goat from Patagonia, saying he’d “eat virtually anything” except humans, monkeys, and dogs.

His conspiracy theories are equally bizarre. Kennedy once posted that he “won’t take sides on 9/11,” suggesting the government might be hiding something about the terrorist attacks.

He’s promoted debunked theories linking vaccines to autism and claimed AIDS isn’t caused by HIV.

The man has questioned everything from fluoride in water to WiFi signals, claiming they cause health problems. He’s built an entire career on spreading medical misinformation, which makes his current job absolutely terrifying.

Kennedy’s drug history goes way deeper than toilet seat cocaine.

He’s openly discussed his 14-year heroin addiction that started after his father’s assassination in 1968. He was just 14 when he first tried LSD at a party, then quickly moved to crystal meth and eventually heroin.

“I took it, and all my problems went away,” Kennedy said about his first drug experience. “My addiction came on full force. By the end of the summer, I was shooting heroin, which was my drug of choice the next 14 years.”

He claims his recovery began after getting arrested in 1983. Kennedy says he found spirituality through the writings of psychoanalyst Carl Jung.

During his failed presidential campaign, Kennedy provided endless entertainment with increasingly strange behavior.

Kennedy’s own family has repeatedly denounced his political ambitions and the conspiracy theories surrounding them. They were furious when a Super PAC ran a Super Bowl ad comparing him to his beloved uncle John F. Kennedy.

The Health and Human Services Department hasn’t commented on Kennedy’s latest confession.

Stefon Diggs Assault Lives On As Cardi B Romance Dies

Stefon Diggs pleaded not guilty Friday to felony strangulation charges while his personal life crumbled around him. The New England Patriots wide receiver faced a Massachusetts judge just days after his relationship with Cardi B reportedly fell apart.

The court appearance at Dedham District Court had been delayed until after Super Bowl LX. Diggs lost that game badly to the Seattle Seahawks. His team got crushed 29-13.

The charges stem from a December 2 fight with his personal chef at his Massachusetts home. The woman told cops Diggs “smacked her across the face” and “tried to choke her using the crook of his elbow around her neck.”

She said she felt short of breath and started blacking out.

Diggs’ lawyer Mitchell Schuster said his client “categorically denies these allegations.” He called them unsubstantiated and motivated by money disputes.

“I don’t think there will be a deal because I don’t think he is liable or guilty in any way, shape or form,” Schuster told reporters.

The chef waited two weeks before reporting the incident to the police. She initially hesitated to file charges but later decided to move forward with the case.

The court troubles don’t end with the chef case. Diggs faces another lawsuit. A former employee is suing him over a stolen Ferrari from 2024. The man claims Diggs falsely accused him of stealing the car, even though police determined that a third party had taken it.

That lawsuit escalated into violence at a Miami nightclub in December. The plaintiff says people connected to Diggs assaulted him. He suffered a torn ACL, partially torn MCL and facial damage.

Both of Diggs’ brothers, Trevon and Darez, are named as defendants.

But the legal drama isn’t Diggs’ only problem. His relationship with Cardi B appears to be over. The couple unfollowed each other on Instagram right after the Super Bowl loss.

Cardi B may have addressed her relationship with Diggs as she fought back tears during the opening night of her Little Miss Drama Tour on Wednesday in Palm Desert, California.

“I do not want to get emotional,” she told the crowd. “I just want to tell you, don’t let nobody take your happiness away from you.”

The breakup rumors started during Super Bowl weekend. When ESPN asked Cardi for inspiring words for Diggs before the game, she gave a cold response.

“Good luck,” she said before walking away. She also left the stadium early after making an appearance in Bad Bunny’s halftime show.

Diggs is scheduled for a pretrial hearing on April 1 in the chef assault case.

Kandi Burruss Blasts Todd Tucker Over Phony “Daddy Daycare” Posts

Kandi Burruss just dropped some serious claims about her estranged husband, Todd Tucker.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is calling him out for living rent-free in her guest house while refusing to help with their kids’ expenses.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reveal Burruss is fed up with Tucker’s alleged freeloading. She claims he’s been staying in her Atlanta guest house since they separated in November 2025.

The property belongs to her and was purchased before their marriage.

“Todd hasn’t paid a single expense for the maintenance and upkeep of the home,” Burruss states in the filing. That includes utilities, gas, lawn care, water, pest control and alarm system fees.

But the financial drama doesn’t stop there. Kandi says Todd hasn’t provided any support for their two children, Ace and Blaze Tucker. She’s handling all the parenting duties despite her busy entertainment career.

The singer-turned-entrepreneur claims she’s the primary caregiver for their kids. A hired nanny picks up the slack when she’s working. Meanwhile, Todd presents himself as an active father on social media with his “Daddy Daycare” posts.

View this post on Instagram

Kandi’s not buying the social media act.

She says Todd’s parenting videos last only two to three minutes. His actual involvement with the children is minimal, according to the court documents.

The financial burden has fallen entirely on Burruss. She’s covering tuition, school supplies, birthday parties and medical bills. Todd hasn’t contributed to any of these expenses since their split.

Their kids have celebrated two birthdays since Kandi filed for divorce. Todd attended the separate parties but refused to help pay for them.

He also hasn’t kicked in for child support payments.

Burruss has been working on Broadway in New York since November 2025. She’ll remain there until March, but flies back and forth to see Ace and Blaze.

Todd’s travel schedule includes multiple international vacations, according to the filing.

This isn’t the first time Kandi has called out Todd’s lack of financial support. In January, she filed documents requesting a hearing to settle custody and support issues.

She detailed their children’s “significant monthly expenses,” including nanny costs and extracurricular activities.

Todd hasn’t responded publicly to Kandi’s latest claims. He continues to post on Instagram, recently sharing photos of his son, Ace, after a basketball championship win.

Ras Kass Drops “Leopard Eats Face” Album With Ab-Soul, Inspectah Deck, Coast Contra & More

AllHipHop caught up with a certified lyricist as he gears up for his latest release. True to form, Ras Kass kept it raw, reflective and razor sharp while breaking down the making of Leopard Eats Face, his upcoming project that blends elite lyricism with dynamic production.

AllHipHop: AllHipHop is here with a legend. Tell us your name, sir.

Ras Kass: State my name, gangster. My name is Ras Kass. California.

AllHipHop: Tell us about your new album.

Ras Kass: The name of the album is called Leopard Eats Face. I think it’s 14 songs, one interlude, and we added an additional song on the digital. The digital song is called “Mapogo Lions,” which is the song on Dave Chappelle’s newest Netflix special. It’s the theme song that he comes out on. So we added that as a bonus.

AllHipHop: When does it drop?

Ras Kass: Album drops today. ASAP.

AllHipHop: Who’s on it?

Ras Kass: Man, the people on this album… I would be remiss, man. I’m gonna forget to mention people. The Mechanics produced on it, The Beat Miners produced on it. I am forgetting a lot of producers. I’m sorry, you guys. Obviously, I got my family. Coast Contra’s on there with Inspectah Deck. We did one for the city. Me and Ab-Soul got one. That’s crazy. Salute to TDE. Me and Trad got an ill record on there. I’m forgetting so many people, man. It’s a plethora. I didn’t want to have a million features, but the people that are on there are supposed to be on those records and they took the records up a level. So I’m sorry for all the people I didn’t mention, but a lot of cool people.

AllHipHop: It’s great to hear lyricism and beats in harmony, not just lyrics or not just beats. Talk about that.

Ras Kass: This record for me, I was just feeling some type of way. I was actually trying to create a different album at the time. At some point what I realized I was making was not this album called 13th Grade. One day it hit me and I was like, fire is hot, water is wet, and leopard eats face. So I just decided I was going to try to convey that.

The title track sets the tone immediately.

Ras Kass: The title song is the first song on the album. Once I pinpointed where I was going, the rest of it just fell into place. I’m really blessed that the production… it’s an MC’s album. But I think we have quote unquote normal people records or common rap community records. There’s some easy listening and some dope records and some West Coast records, but I think it’s overall just a dope Hip-Hop album. I think it’s well-rounded and I’m really excited for people to hear it.

He also teased a record that might surprise longtime listeners.

Ras Kass: I have a song called “Miss Me Yet” with the amazing Timothy Bloom. I think he won two Grammys. It’s kind of nice when girls are like, “Oh, I like that song.” Because they never tell me that. They’re always like, “You’re a nice looking dude. Why you hate the women?” And always talk about all this angry Black man stuff. I’m like, “I don’t know. That’s who I am.” But we got a couple of songs that aren’t contrived. I’m glad that we were able to marry really cool production that runs the spectrum of what I enjoy, from super West Coast to the most underground backpack. We even got a drill baseline record. It’s called “Hit List,” which is actually my ode to The Notorious B.I.G..

“Hit List” is currently leading the charge.

Ras Kass: “Hit List” is one of my favorites. That’s the single that’s out now. My man Gifted Glitch shot the video. The video’s ill. Who’s the only one that can hang from a blue Louis Vuitton Gucci rag and spit bars? That’s the answer.

With Leopard Eats Face, Ras Kass is not chasing trends. From underground grit to Grammy collaborations, the California veteran sounds energized. He laughs about perception and embraces the “angry Black man” tag with a wink.

For those craving substance without sacrificing sound, this is your album.

Chuck D Tells Gene Simmons KISS Has Rock But No Roll, Gives Him “Ghetto” Education

Chuck D wasn’t having any of Gene Simmons’ latest rant about Hip-Hop not belonging in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The Public Enemy frontman sat down with TMZ and delivered a masterclass response to the KISS bassist’s recurring complaints about rap artists getting inducted.

“Gene Simmons seems to say this every three years anyway,” Chuck D said during the interview. “And I guess when the latest group of Hip-Hop artists and rap music artists come in, you know, he’s going to issue his point.”

Simmons recently appeared on the LegendsNLeaders podcast, where he declared that “Hip-Hop does not belong in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, nor does opera, symphony orchestras … it’s called the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.”

But Chuck D had the perfect comeback ready.

“I mean, he’s a rock god, you know, but what he fails to realize is that it’s the rock and roll hall of fame and everything else other than rock when rock and roll splintered in the 60s is the Roll” Chuck D explained. “And soul music, reggae, Hip-Hop, which is rap music.”

The legendary rapper broke down exactly why Simmons misses the point about the Hall’s purpose.

“So, it embodies, you know, sight, sound, story, and style, but music, the vocal on top of the music has already been determined. So that’s the Roll, that’s the flow, that’s the soul in it,” he continued.

Then came the knockout punch.

“Yeah, KISS are rock gods, but they don’t have a lot of Roll to them,” Chuck D said with a slight smile.

The 63-year-old Hip-Hop pioneer made it clear that being told he doesn’t belong somewhere isn’t exactly new territory for him.

“I’m black, born in 1960. Being told that I don’t belong doesn’t even phase me,” he stated matter-of-factly. “You know what I’m saying? I really relish the opportunity that I’m able to even be in the music business at all. And thank God for Hip-Hop and rap music making it possible.”

The conversation also touched on Simmons’ controversial comment about not coming “from the ghetto” and Hip-Hop not speaking his “language.”

“Ghetto don’t mean black. Ghettos, that came out of European term,” he explained, referring to the term’s historic origins in Italy, where Jewish people were forced to live.

Ironically, Simmons, whose real name is Chaim Witz, is Jewish.

“I mean, you know, a cluster of people who are kind of like the same tribe all in the same area,” Chuck D continued. “But you just got to have education so you won’t be rattled by things that just come out of left field.”

New Lawsuit Against Shannon Sharpe Could Derail Dream To Come Back To ESPN

Shannon Sharpe’s dream of returning to ESPN may be sacked – this time for good. The former NFL star faces a new lawsuit from his ex-girlfriend, Michele Evans, a former ESPN producer who worked with him in Denver.

Evans filed two separate lawsuits in New York this week. One targets defamation. The other falls under the New York City Gender-Motivated Violence Act.

Both stem from allegations dating back to 2010.

Evans met Sharpe in the early 2000s while covering his Denver Broncos team as a local television reporter for ESPN. She claims they dated for nearly a decade before things went wrong in September 2010.

According to Evans, she confronted Sharpe about cheating allegations. That’s when the situation turned violent.

“Shannon’s coercion escalated as he maneuvered me onto the bed and achieved non-consensual vaginal penetration, all the while proclaiming his intent to ‘Make it so no other man would want me,'” her complaint states.

Evans also alleges Sharpe “proceeded to forcefully subdue me, compelling me to my knees and subsequently engaging in non-consensual oral penetration.”

Evans emphasized her credibility in challenging her former colleague. She wants the public to know she’s not just another accuser.

“It’s important to the public record that ESPN and its talent understand that I wasn’t just a stranger filing a claim – I was a former ESPN employee with a long track record in the Industry,” Evans noted.

Sharpe’s attorney already fired back at Evans and her accusations in a previous statement from a lawsuit she filed against him in 2023. The legal team called her claims a “cash grab” designed to profit from his current legal troubles.

“It should be no surprise that when someone famous is in the news, all sorts of people crawl out of the woodwork to share their connection to that person in an attempt to profit from that alleged relationship,” the statement read.

The attorney continued: “Sadly, Ms. Evans became obsessed with Shannon and decided to manufacture a claim against him.”

The timing couldn’t be worse for Shannon Sharpe. He recently told Front Office Sports during Super Bowl weekend that he wants his job back at ESPN.

“I would love to go back if they were to call,” Sharpe said. “That is their call. But obviously, I’m more than willing, I’m more than capable.”

He added, “I still have a fan base. I still have a big following. If a reunion is in order, I’m amenable to it.”

This new lawsuit comes just months after Sharpe settled a $50 million sexual assault case with OnlyFans model Gabriella Zuniga. That settlement cost him his job at ESPN in July 2025.

Zuniga accused Sharpe of sexual assault and battery. The case was eventually settled out of court, but ESPN severed ties with him immediately after.

Sharpe’s legal troubles don’t stop there. In September 2024, he accidentally went live on Instagram while having sex. The audio went viral across social media platforms.

Initially, Sharpe claimed hackers were responsible for the embarrassing incident. He later admitted the mistake was his own.

“I’m disappointed in myself,” Sharpe said on his Nightcap podcast. “Obviously I’m embarrassed. Someone that is extremely, extremely private, and to have one of your most intimate details shared with the world, that’s not a good feeling.”

The Instagram incident happened while Sharpe was still employed at ESPN. It added to the mounting pressure that eventually led to his departure.

Vanilla Ice Giddy As 1990 Hit Returns To Charts Over ICE Politics – Updated

‌lVanilla Ice is pumped that his 1990 hit “Ice Ice Baby” jumped back to number three on Billboard’s rap songs chart.

The climb happened because people on both sides of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement debates started using his track in social media videos.

The Florida rapper had no clue his song was trending again until he started scrolling through TikTok and other platforms.

“I honestly had no idea. You know, I could never imagine,” Vanilla Ice told WPBF 25 News. “You know, I just woke up one day and found out that my song is number one. 36 years later and I’m like, whoa. So I’m ready to go dancing again,” he said.

Protesters against ICE operations have been playing “Ice Ice Baby” at rallies across the country. Videos show masked activists blasting the song from speakers during demonstrations in Bristol and other cities.

One viral clip shows a black pickup truck driving past immigration advocates while playing the track at full volume.

Meanwhile, ICE supporters have created their own content using the same song. Social media users on both sides of the immigration debate have turned the 1990 hit into soundtrack material for political videos and memes.

Vanilla Ice said he welcomes any attention that drives his music but wants to stay out of political fights.

“Hey, man, I’ll take anything that drives my songs. You know, whatever makes people laugh and have fun because that’s all they’re doing is using it for little parodies and stuff like that,” he said.

The rapper made clear he won’t pick sides in immigration debates.

“I would never try to even comment on how to run a country, so I don’t. I’m neutral, you know, I don’t do anything. I stay in my lane, if that makes sense,” Vanilla Ice explained.

The neutral stance kind of matches his approach to other political situations. Vanilla Ice performed at Donald Trump’s Mar-A-Lago New Year’s Eve parties on December 31, 2020, and December 31, 2025.

But, he bashed Amber Rose and Forgiato Blow for ripping off his hit to create their abysmal Pro-Trump track, “Trump, Trump Baby.”

“Ice Ice Baby” originally sampled the bassline from Queen and David Bowie‘s 1981 hit “Under Pressure” without permission. The unauthorized sampling prompted legal action by both artists and their representatives.

Vanilla Ice initially denied copying the bassline during interviews. He claimed his version was different because it had an extra note. The explanation didn’t hold up under legal scrutiny.

The rapper eventually settled the lawsuit out of court. Years later, he revealed he paid $4 million to purchase the publishing rights to “Under Pressure.” He said buying the rights was cheaper than fighting the case in court.

The purchase gave Queen members and Bowie songwriting credits on “Ice Ice Baby.”

This means Vanilla Ice now earns money from both his original rap and the underlying “Under Pressure” composition whenever the song gets played or streamed.

The current political resurgence has created bigger revenue streams for Vanilla Ice, who said he’s surprised by how his 1990 creation continues to find new audiences.
