Young Dolph Autopsy Report Reveals He Was Shot 22 Times

Young Dolph suffered almost two dozen gunshot wounds in the deadly shooting that claimed his life.

The West Tennessee Regional Forensic Center released an autopsy report for Young Dolph on Tuesday (March 15). The medical examiner found 22 gunshot wounds on the late rapper’s body.

According to FOX 13 in Memphis, the medical examiner identified entrance and exit wounds throughout Young Dolph’s body. The gunshot locations included his abdomen, both arms, chest, chin, face, forehead, right shoulder, right wrist, temple and multiple spots on his back.

Young Dolph, whose real name was Adolph Thornton Jr., was shot and killed in Memphis on November 17, 2021. He was 36.

Cornelius Smith and Justin Johnson face multiple charges, including first-degree murder, for their alleged roles in the shooting death of Young Dolph. Both men pleaded not guilty to the charges in February.

A third man, Shundale Barnett, remains at large after he was mistakenly released from an Indiana jail instead of being extradited to Memphis. Barnett is accused of accessory after the fact for allegedly helping Johnson evade authorities.

Two other men, Devin Burns and Joshua Taylor, have been named persons of interest in the Young Dolph murder case. Police apprehended Burns in February. Taylor hasn’t been arrested.

Dre Bravo Teams up with NLE Choppa for New Single “Clueless”

The hip-hop world is buzzing with the name Dre Bravo, a hip-hop legend in the making. This South Carolina native recently dropped “Clueless,” and it has the rap world buzzing. Especially considering that NLE Choppa drops some of his sharpest bars on the track.

South Carolina drips through Dre Bravos beats, and he credits his home state for his inspiration and as his muse. Dre is comfortable dropping melodic verses over smooth beats. Dre Bravo’s style calls back to some of hip-hop’s greats while inspiring his own uniqueness.

One of Dre Bravo’s inspirations comes from Lil Wayne. Bravo states, “I feel like he made everybody want to do this.” Though Wayne’s influence can be heard in Dre Bravo’s music, Dre Bravo takes his rapping game to a whole new level. He carves out his own style by being a diverse lyricist who can jump between common hip-hop tropes to an innovative world perspective.

Dre Bravo credits the show Jonny Bravo for his stage name, claiming people have compared their personalities.

And it’s true, you can hear the bravado in Dre Bravo’s “Rolling,” a track that combines hi-hat hits and a smooth melodic flow over a phasing synthesizer sample.

His other release, “Henchman,” samples an infectious hook and uses it as a melodic backdrop for Dre’s lyrics. Dre Bravo goes to work on this song, dropping some of his best rhymes on this track.

But the crown jewel of his musical endeavors is, without a doubt, his recent release “Clueless.” Dre Bravo and NLE Choppa go hard on this track, with Dre Bravo starting it off, then passing it to NLE Choppa. Both Rappers bring their world to life, and with this gritty beat, that will have you moving.

Though Dre can be modest about his approach to music, you can hear his attention to detail and his love for hip-hop in his music and lyrical style. Bravo’s music runs deep with innovation while also calling back to his Carolina roots.

‘STAY OUT OF MY BODY!’ Lizzo Claps At Texas Politicians At SXSW Festival

Outspoken rapper Lizzo has brought down the house with several riveting conversations.

Lizzo discussed empowerment, self-definition, people’s right to govern their bodies, and challenging politicians like Gov. Greg Abbott and his outlandish position on CPS and transgender children as a speaker at this year’s SXSW Festival in Austin, TX.

According to Rolling Stone, during her keynote speech, the “Truth Hurts” artist insisted on the conference attendees affirming themselves, having them all chant, “I love you. You are beautiful. You can do anything.”

But during her conversation with Angela Yee, she got serious and addressed lawmakers like Abbott, who have submitted a policy that would mandate that CPS consider parents who help trans kids obtain access to gender-affirming care as abusive and operating from a cruel space.

“I’m proud to rep Houston but I’m not proud to rep Texan politics right now. There are very regressive laws being passed. They’re taking away the right for young children to have a chance to live authentically as themselves.”

“It’s a violation of human rights. Trans rights are human rights,” she declared.

The Human Rights Campaign responded with a “Thank you.”

They tweeted, “Thank you, @Lizzo, for speaking out against the attacks on trans kids in Texas. Elected officials need to stay out of private medical decisions. #TransRightsAreHumanRights

Awareness about the politics around this policy is important. Should legislation like this be passed, the government could use the law as grounds to remove trans children from the supportive family’s home.

There are others fighting against the bill passing. A Texas judge has temporarily blocked it from going into effect, calling it “unconstitutional.”

Lizzo also spoke about abortion, a hot-button issue in Texas. The latest abortion law makes it illegal to release a pregnancy after six weeks or after a fetal heartbeat is detected.

“We got a lotta ugly babies y’all need to be handling instead of y’all being in people’s homes and telling them what to do with their bodies and being all up in their uteruses,” she said.  “The abortion ban is atrocious as well. Mind your business. Stay out of my body.”

Lizzo is never afraid to let anyone have it.

Novaakan3: The TikTok Star Ready To Take Over The Music Industry

Novaakan3 is here to prove he’s far more than a social media star, he’s a recording artist here to make an impact on the rap game.

The San Diego native known for his skills on the basketball court, was highly recruited out of the junior college ranks. The rising star signed a Division 1 Scholarship to continue his career at Savannah State University.

After college, basketball quickly became his livelihood when he became a professional by signing his first pro contract to play overseas in Europe. When he realized going to the NBA was out of the picture, Novaakan3 explored different avenues that he could thrive in and express himself.

Thanks to the Covid-19 pandemic, Novaakan3 discovered the power of TikTok and quickly grew his following from one million, to 2, to 3, to now 4.1 million followers. It was during the Black Lives Matter protests that Novaakan3 posted real life footage of being hit with tear gas, instantly going viral and sparking conversation at the height of the George Floyd movement.

While the rapid recognition has been a huge blessing both personally and financially, Novaakan3 would soon discover his true passion: music. Having only created music for a year, he unleashed his single “Best Friend” which took off on the app, accumulating over 70 million plays to date. Fast forward to today, Novaakan3 returns with his newest single titled “Love Letter,” tapping none other than Los Angeles’ own Bino Rideaux.

To date, Novaakan3 has opened for the likes of Rubi Rose, DJ Esco, and BLXST, and continues to work hard in the lab perfecting his craft. A true multi-hyphenate, he’s also currently in school to get his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development, with an emphasis on counseling.

AllHipHop: How would you describe yourself, for those who don’t know?

Novaakan3: I’d describe myself as very passionate, down the earth, very humble, and hard-working. Those are really the attributes that describe me through my journey as an athlete, so I’m trying to use the values that I learned through sports to carry into my music career.

AllHipHop: How good were you on that court?

Novaakan3: I was solid, I went D1. I was among the top 5 junior college players in the United States. I played at Mesa College in San Diego, then I went to Savannah State in Georgia. Then I went overseas: I played in Australia, Bosnia and Mexico.

AllHipHop: How was that?

Novaakan3: Bosnia was a beautiful country. Although they had a war in the 90’s and it was still war torn, Sarajevo was an amazing city to live in. The people were hella dope over there, they embraced my teammate and I and made our overseas experience enjoyable.

AllHipHop: What were your hoop dreams?

Novaakan3: I wanted to play in the NBA, but things happen.. A lot of politics too, but I’m happy with what basketball has done for me. I was able to have my education paid for, travel the world, and experience different cultures.

AllHipHop: So when did this social media thing happen?

Novaakan3: I started taking social media seriously during the pandemic. After my season ended in Australia, I came home and I was trying to figure out what was next for me. I was working part time downtown as a VIP host, at FLUXX nightclub, which enabled me to make connections and gain exposure within the nightlife scene. Amidst the pandemic, when clubs closed, I began to explore a different avenue through social media, little did I know this would change my life forever.

AllHipHop: Did you like it?

Novaakan3: My TikTok career started when my boy said “hey man, look at this. Check out this new app, it’s called TikTok.” I’m looking like bro, TikTok is lame. It’s for kids. Everybody’s doing the TikTok dances during the pandemic, I’m like ehh. 2020, that’s when everything started to kick off, when everyone was stuck at home. I’m like hmm, let me start. I’ve always been dabbling in social media stuff, but not really heavy. I started getting into TikTok and started doing it every day. My page started growing and next thing you know I’m at 100K followers. The more videos I made, the more creative I got. I began to enjoy creating videos that my audience could enjoy as well. I stayed consistent and kept going and now we’re at 4.1 million and counting.

AllHipHop: What was your first video to go viral?

Novaakan3: During the Black Lives Matter protest I was filming my experiences in San Diego and took pride as being a creator who used my platform to spread awareness about social injustice. The video that went viral was me being tear gassed by the police, which occurred during a peaceful protest in downtown San Diego. The video reached a wide audience, and garnered over 4 million views. I gained over 100,000 followers in 48 hours. After this video, my account would grow continuously and I became known as one of the top creators in San Diego.

AllHipHop: Did it hurt?

Novaakan3: Yes, It really hurt. I was surprised more than anything, but the structure of the peaceful protests were helpful. They had police on either side of us that could throw stuff into your eyes, like milk. Luckily I was okay and I came out of the experience with the ability to show the world that I’m actually 10 toes down with the movement.

AllHipHop: How’s the journey been from then, to now 4 million followers?

Novaakan3: TikTok started as a way of passing time in the pandemic through comedy. Once the pandemic ended, I branched out into cemedic videos, skits, and voiceovers. One thing about me is I love to laugh. I began posting my Tiktok videos on all of my socials and received a lot of support because people weren’t aware of my sense of humor. I’m a funny person, and I like to laugh. During the pandemic, everyone was like “oh, you’re funny” and I’m like “Yeah, I’ve been funny my whole life”. I think it’s important to show people a different side of you and Tiktok allowed me to promote that.

Once I found my nitch, a lot of people began to gravitate towards my page and bigger social media accounts such as: Sportscenter, House of highlights, and Hoodville began posting my content. I got verified by Tiktok with around 130k followers and that’s all she wrote.

AllHipHop: How quick was that?

Novaakan3: It took me a year and a half to get to a million followers, but it took me a month to get to 2 million. One thing that made my page stand out was my following ratio. If you look at Tiktok, about 98% of the top creators only follow a handful of people. I decided to take a different approach and become “the only verified creator on Tiktok that follows back”. This gave my page a lot of attention because I took the time to follow people back and respond to comments. It was a different kind of love and people truly appreciated the engagement. I believe being authentic and genuine is what sets me apart from the rest.

AllHipHop: Are you serious?

Novaakan3: Yeah, if you look at my page I’m following over 9,000 people. I’ve been preaching on Tiktok that we are all the same. Our social status may be different due to the amount of money we have, but we all share one thing in common, we are all people. I think that’s what they like about me: me showing love, commenting on other people’s videos, responding to comments, just being normal.

AllHipHop: How’s the TikTok bag?

Novaakan3: The Tiktok bag is legit. I’ve made the most money I’ve ever had in the past year. Tiktokers make their money through sponsorships and sponsored posts. The Creator Marketplace on Tiktok allows you to collaborate with brands and create partnerships. I made over $300k alone with only one company on Tiktok.

AllHipHop: How does that work?

Novaakan3: If a company wants to work with you they will email you and ask for a collaboration. Typically they tell you what they are looking for in a video, but want you to come up with a creative idea for it. I typically do three videos per TikTok campaign. Once I am done with the video I collect half the payment up front then we decide on a posting date. It is fairly easy and I love being able to tap in with my creative side.

AllHipHop: And you have a real fanbase that you built organically.

Novaakan3: Yes, I feel like my Tiktok fan base was built organically because of how much love I’ve shown to my followers by being genuine and supporting their creative endeavors. …

AllHipHop: You don’t think it will die out?

Novaakan3: No, I believe the app is here to stay because of how influential it is. My followers are between the ages of 13-25. The younger crowd doesn’t use instagram as much as they use TikTok. Tiktok is also the new radio station; we have artists being discovered every day on Tiktok and getting signed to major record labels. TikTok influencers such as JNR Choi who created the drill music wave on TikTok and recently signed a deal with Epic Records & Sony Music. Look at Coi Leray, how her song “No More Parties” was the #1 played a song on Tiktok which put her in a great position as a new artist. Stories like Kcamp’s Lottery went viral on the app and garnered millions of apple music and Spotify streams.

AllHipHop: “Lottery”!

Novaakan3: Lottery was one the first songs to go viral on Tiktok. I grew up with Kcamp and was just with him in San Diego last week. I told him, I said “you are the first artist to have a song go viral on TikTok.” Lottery went crazy on TikTok, everybody was posting it. I said “you did that. You gotta embrace that. I’m not telling you to go out there and dance and do all that because that might not be who you are, but at least let it be known that you did it first. You know how Soulja Boy’s always saying “I did it first!” You did that. You opened the door for now, people are getting signed. This one dude yvngxchris

AllHipHop: I interviewed him! He got signed to Columbia.

Novaakan3: Off TikTok! He got signed off of Tiktok, and I was seeing it happen. He was doing drill music. Everybody was doing the blood on the leaves challenge and freezing into somebody else, it’s crazy. It’s the new radio.

AllHipHop: When did music start for you?

Novaakan3: Music started about a year ago. I was in the studio one day and decided to make a record. At the time I was just working out, hoping for an overseas contract and doing social media. I’ve always been a fan of music and would freestyle with my teammates all the time. Just testing out new things I told my boy Marvin Beats, he’s a producer out of San Diego, to find me a beat. He played this beat for me, I’m like “hey, I might hop on this.” I said “put her in Chanel, Fendi Prada and them Gucci.” He’s like “that sounds like a hit bro, let’s record it.” I got in the booth and recorded it then dropped my first song ever called “Groupies feat Dan Diego.”

I’m thinking like this, I enjoy music and got millions of followers, why not add to my resume and go into something that I enjoy. I also had a lot of connections from working downtown in the nightlife industry. Once I realized what having a platform could do I began to push my music on my TikTok account. My second single I dropped was called “Bestfriend feat 1Nito”. The more I pushed the song on my platform the more Spotify playlists it got added to and it began to stream organically. I had my first opportunity to perform my songs when a promoter from Bag Nation contacted my team in regards to me opening up for BLXST.

AllHipHop: How was that opening for BLXST? Obviously, he got the streets on lock right now.

Novaakan3: He definitely is holding down California right now and providing that new sound. There are other artists such as BIno Rideaux and Kalan.Frfr who are creating that new sound of the Westcoast and paving the way for upcoming artists like myself. Opening up for BLXST was an amazing experience. It was jam packed and I was the only opener so I had the chance to let the crowd know who I am and got a lot of positive feedback.

AllHipHop: Were you nervous?

Novaakan3: Nah, I wasn’t nervous. More excited than anything. Being able to perform on a stage like that for my first performance was eye opening cause sometimes people have to wait years for that opportunity. I am just thankful to be honest.

AllHipHop: How did you end up opening for Rubi?

Novaakan3: I ended up being booked to open up for Rubi Rose through my relationship with the GM at Fluxx Nightclub. Like I stated before I was a VIP Host at the nightclub and had built a good relationship with the management. The GM contacted me and said “hey, I see you doing your thing. Come open up for Rubi.” It’s crazy how I went from working there to being booked to perform.

AllHipHop: Do you think it’s hard for people to take you as an artist, given your TikTok presence?

Novaakan3: Nah I think TikTok helps me because it allows people to see a different side of me. I think a lot of artists don’t succeed because they come off as distant and people don’t get a chance to get to know them. I am a brand, I want to play in movies, be in commercials, and on television so I put myself on a stage for people to see my personality. If people see me in person they’re like “oh, Novaakan3 funny as hell and he makes good music? I f### with him, because he’s real.” TikTok helps me with that. It’ll either be “Ay yo, I f### with your music,” or “ain’t you on TikTok?”

That’s the two things that I get. [laughs]

AllHipHop: “Love Letter” with Bino Rideaux out now. How did that come about?

Novaakan3: Love Letter is a song that everyone can relate to. That feeling when you love someone and go from talking to them everyday to no communication at all. I feel like everyone has had that experience. I was in studio one and my boy had played the beat. His name is Omega Dre out of San Diego, he produced the record. I’m like “okay, I’m a call this song ‘Love Letter’.” This song is a mixture of that new Westcoast sound but the words have a significant meaning. The beat is uptempo and you can two step to it, but the overall song is about writing a love letter to someone you use to be connected to.

AllHipHop: When was this?

Novaakan3: This was November. I’ve been listening to Bino, but I never really reached out or nothing. I followed him, I reached out like “Yo Bino, my name is Novaakan3. I’m an upcoming artist/influencer out of San Diego, really trying to take over with this music s###. I got a song I want you to hop on.” He responded, “bet that up.” Sent me his number, started connecting with him. Sent him the song, he siad “I f### with it.” I sent it to him, he sent it back.

AllHipHop: Just like that?

Novaakan3: Just like that, and he was busy at the time too because he was on tour. He did Day N Vegas, Rolling Loud and all that. He worked on it, sent it back, and put it out. It’s crazy how stuff just happens like that.

AllHipHop: Are you guys going to shoot a music video?

Novaakan3: Yes, the music video is in the works. I plan to incorporate the support of being a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. If you look at the “Chosen” music video BLXST feat Ty Dolla $ign & Tyga, they brought in different black greek lettered fraternities such as the Kappas to step in their music video. I think that is a dope concept because we stroll to music like this all the time.

AllHipHop: Was it inspired by a female? Who’s the “Love Letter” to?

Novaakan3: [laughs] Nah, I wouldn’t say it’s inspired by a female. Everybody can relate to it. Some of the lyrics are “high school sweethearts turn to distant love…” If you’ve ever been in love, you know how you’re in love with somebody? Something happens, y’all not in love anymore. But you go from talking every day to that person to not talking to them at all? That is the feeling I am sharing in the song, basically writing a love letter to reminisce about the past and how things used to be.

AllHipHop: What inspired your name?

Novaakan3: I got my name Novaakan3 from my fraternity brothers. My name is Novian, and I am a Tre Klub so that is what the 3 stands for. I thought it was very unique so I stuck with it and made it my artist name.

AllHipHop: I saw you say you’re getting your BA in Human Development?

Novaakan3: Yes, I am finally graduating from Cal State San Marcos in May! It has been a long journey and I am very excited to be done with my education. My degree is Human Development with an emphasis in counseling. I was thinking about pursuing a career in academic counseling for college athletes. I am currently interning with the athletic department at CSUSM and helping out with their upcoming events.

novaakan3

AllHipHop: What does a normal day look like?

Novaakan3: I wake up in the morning and eat breakfast. I start off my day with a workout. I have a personal trainer who I workout with for 5 days a week. After my workout, I brainstorm different ideas I have for TikTok and my other social media accounts. I typically try to post at least four videos a day, which helps my page stay relevant and on top of the algorithm. Once my social media videos are done, I like to look over beats and write music. I feel like the rap game is similar to basketball and it’s very important to get reps to improve and pick their brain on how to become successful. I’m still learning as an artist, so I like to watch different podcasts on successful people in the music industry.

AllHipHop: Talk about your relationship with K Camp.

Novaakan3: I’ve known Kcamp since elementary school, so probably 1996/1997. My brother Dan Diego and him were best friends in second grade so our families used to hangout all the time and still do to this day. It’s crazy to see how he developed as an artist and found his own lane. I think he will continue to blossom and finally get his flowers because he’s very creative.

AllHipHop: What can we expect next music-wise?

Novaakan3: I plan on releasing a 6 song EP this summer. I am in the process of working on it as we speak. I can’t wait to show the world how much I’ve grown this past year as an artist.

AllHipHop: What other features do you have?

Novaakan3: I currently have a grammy nominated, BMW Kenny, as a feature, who went viral on TikTok with his song “Wipe It Down,” which garnered several millions of streams. The song we created is called “HOLLUP” and it has been taking off ever since. Be on the lookout for all the new features I will have on my upcoming EP.

AllHipHop: Do you have any goals for yourself?

Novaakan3: I have big goals for myself this year. I would like to partner with several commercial brands and also collaborate with different social media influencers. I look forward to building my social media presence all across the board and to connect with new people.

AllHipHop: Anything else you want to let the people know?

Novaakan3: I am excited for the world to get to know me and to hear Novaakan3! My EP is coming out this summer and I plan on providing nothing but good vibes!

Chief Keef Mourns Granny In IG Post: I Miss You Too Much

On Sunday (March 13), Sosa hops on Instagram. There he tried to make sense of his unexpected grief. Chief Keef is mourning his granny. “I miss you too much,” he openly shares.

Needless to say, Time can be bittersweet. There is always too much of it. Or, devastatingly not enough. Certainly, the Chicagoan can relate. In fact, he pens a heartfelt message which details the depth of his despair.

Of course, the lyrical phenom understands the power of the pen. Perhaps, this is why he can cathartically address his aching heart. Not only was she his grandmother — Margaret Louise Carter — is also the lady who loving raised him.

In the past, Sosa has different experiences with death. As, a child of The Chi’s genocide, he has experienced varying degrees of grief. However, it is the unexpected loss of Ms. Carter, which seems to have him utterly distraught.

The Message

So, the “On Gang” Glory Boy openly shares his pain. Moreover, it appears he expertly uses the stream of consciousness approach. He writes, ” Im so happy i got to make you proud[.] granny never thought this would happen to me, cant believe my grammy just dipped on me[.]

Of course, pure sincerity envelops his words. Next he adds, “ima miss you too much and im sorry grandma[.] i really i am i would give all this s### up just to start over because i know what to do now especially with you granny[.] Soon, a resigned confidence surfaces.

“i aint gonna write hella s### cause i rather tell you when ever we talk again. Im happy me and sis gave you braggin rights!” exclaims the architect of Drill. Soon, Sosa gives out loving instructions. “Tell my uncle Keef i said i miss him everyday wish i could show him i did al the things he was telling me i wasnt doing!” suggests the respected rapper.

The Heartbreak

Finally, Chief Keef offers up his complete angst. The lyrical phenom adds, “Cant believe you just bounced like that ima miss you every minute LOUISE[.] Even though, words can never perfectly express emotion, the musician comes very close.

“sorry about everything i took you through growing up. I hope heaven got facebook for you,” confesses Keef. “I thought you would live til atleast 98 granny! Margaret Louise Carter,” admits the acclaimed artist, “if i woulda knew that christmas hug was our last hug i woulda held on longer[.] granny i woulda not let you go no where.”

Effortlessly, he sums up the message with the following. “Ill always remember you dont like “fixing to” ima be like nike on everything im doing and ima “just do it” (Oh yeah i retired my granny 11 years ago),” through his keystrokes. success works to assuage his grief.

Is Boosie Trying To Punk NBA YoungBoy? (New Diss Video)

First off, he did not earn the name Boosie Bad Azz by being an angel. So, is Boosie actually trying to punk NBA YoungBoy. Well, a recent video definitely hints at the affirmative.

In recent past, Top released his now infamous track, “I Hate YoungBoy.” Accordingly, an influx of attention is now being directed towards NBA. In fact, his big homie Boosie Boo — who is name dropped — has made his feelings known.

An angst-filled YoungBoy raps, “Feel like Boosie don’t even like me, b*tch, don’t call my phone (F*ck you).” Since then, the Back 2 BR wordsmith has responded. Both, through bristling bars and through candid commentary, he addresses the lyrical slight.

Be that as it may, these two artists previously shared an actual relationship outside of the booth. So, this may be the additional factor which is vexing the movie star MC. So, perhaps as a warning on March 2 he dropped, “I Don’t Call Phones I Call Shots.”

At any rate, the “Set It Off” lyricist is again firing metaphorical shots at YoungBoy. Through a recent, Instagram Live session, Boosie drops a bomb. While, grooving in a vehicle, he allows an unspecified track do the talking.

As a matter of fact, the music is saying a lot. I don’t talk I whisper, n*gga/Ya’ll better check my record/I don’t’ do no rap beef/ I put that rap sh*t to sleep/This ain’t Drizzy and Meek,” raps the Southern MC.

Above all, these two musicians have real history. Hopefully, a face to face conversation will work to kill any undulating animosity.

President Barack Obama Says He’s “Feeling Fine” After Catching COVID-19

President Barack Obama has announced that he has the coronavirus.

He took to social media to share that he is not immune to the virus that has crippled the world for almost three years.

The former U.S. President tweeted over the weekend the news writing, “I just tested positive for COVID. I’ve had a scratchy throat for a couple days but am feeling fine otherwise.”

Both of the Obamas have been fully vaccinated and boosted.

Vaccination (and the subsequent booster shot) does not stop you from getting sick with COVID-19, but it prevents you from getting ill.

The CDC reports, “COVID-19 vaccines are effective at preventing infection, serious illness, and death. Most people who get COVID-19 are unvaccinated. However, since vaccines are not 100% effective at preventing infection, some people who are fully vaccinated will still get COVID-19.”

If you are vaccinated, like 44, and still get sick, the case is called “vaccine breakthrough infection.” Many of his supporters and followers wished him well.

BrooklynDad Defiant replied to his tweet, “We are all praying hard for you to recover, President Obama. YOU GOT THIS!!!!”

YouTuber Dr. Rob Swanda replied by posting a video, breaking down how the vaccine’s actually work.

He wrote, “Hoping for a speedy recovery! if you haven’t gotten vaccinated / boosted, here is a reminder of how the Covid vaccines work.”

We all wish the first Black president a speedy recovery.

Fabolous’ Outfit Of The Day Gets Flame Roasted To Hell!

Yes, that’s right. Over the weekend Fab was too ready. He could not wait to get fresh to death. So, why did Fabolous’ outfit of the day, get flame roasted to hell? Moreover, how they turn the top dog to the underdog?

Well, recently, the Brooklynite got dressed! Of course, the seasoned lyricist showed off what he may of believed to be a fresh ‘fit. In fact, the dichromatic ensemble boats the richest of blacks and whites.

Accordingly, the “Cold Summer” spitter was oozing opulence. So, from head to toe, the respected rapper was serving Chanel. Starting with, the dominant headband. Proceeding, to the to the expensively embossed t-shirt. Finally, the double CC gym shoes displays how he is stepping out in style.

Perhaps, this is why chose to upload the freshness to his Instagram stories. However, the legendary MC shares his homie’s reaction to his luxurious garb. “One of my friends cooked me and said I was dressed like a baddie,” admits the respected rapper. The accompanying caption candidly captures the moment.

By the same token, the blessed wordsmith was left utterly thunderstruck. “I usually have some good comebacks when it comes to snapping with my friends,” offers The Kid. Additionally, three crying emojis and a Chanel logo accompany the statement.

Rihanna Names The Songs She’s Most Proud Of Making

Rihanna scored her first No. 1 on the Hot 100 with “SOS” and became a global star with “Umbrella” featuring Jay-Z. The Barbadian billionaire earned a Diamond Award for Eminem’s “Love The Way You Lie.” She won a Grammy for “We Found Love” featuring Calvin Harris.

However, Rihanna does not view any of those 21st Century classics as the song that has made her the proudest. Social media personality Mikayla Nogueira recently asked RiRi about her discography of hit records.

“The people want to know where the album is, but I have a better question. What song are you most proud of that you’ve come out with?” Nogueira asked Rihanna. The pregnant singer/fashion designer responded, “Aw, s###… I love ‘Needed Me.’ I also love a good ‘Diamonds.'”

“Needed Me” is also certified 7x-Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. The song, off Rihanna’s chart-topping 2016 studio LP Anti, peaked at #7. The Mustard-produced track spent forty-five weeks on the Hot 100.

Rihanna currently has fourteen total Hot 100 Number Ones. The 34-year-old R&B/Pop megastar has thirty-one Top 10 hits. The RIAA credits Rihanna with 151.5 million single certifications, the most for any female music act in history.

Cardi B & Megan Thee Stallion’s “WAP” Joins Spotify’s 1 Billion Streams Club

Back in 2020, Cardi B ignited a media firestorm with the help of Megan Thee Stallion. The two rap stars joined forces for the Ayo N Keyz-produced, sex-positive single “WAP” which received both praise and condemnation.

“WAP” debuted at #1 on Billboard‘s Hot 100, giving Cardi her fourth chart-topper and Megan her second. The track amassed a record-breaking 93 million first-week streams in the United States. It also became the first #1 song on Billboard‘s Global 200 Chart.

Additionally, “WAP” spent nine weeks atop Spotify’s weekly Top 200 songs chart in the United States. Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s collaboration also led Spotify’s weekly Global Top 200 songs chart for five weeks.

Cardi and Megan recently achieved another major Spotify milestone. The streaming service confirmed “WAP” is the latest song to join the Billions Club by surpassing 1 billion streams on the platform.

This marks the fourth song by Cardi B to accumulate over 1 billion Spotify plays. She also reached the impressive landmark with “I Like It” featuring J Balvin and Bad Bunny, DJ Snake’s “Taki Taki” with Selena Gomez and Ozuna, and Maroon 5’s “Girls Like You.”

According to chart data, Cardi B is the first female rapper with four billion-streamed tracks on Spotify. The Bronx-bred entertainer will likely add another song to that list in the future. “Bodak Yellow” currently has 756 million Spotify streams.

Additionally, Cardi B’s debut studio LP, Invasion of Privacy, is the most-streamed album by a female rapper in Spotify history. The Grammy-winning project also holds the record for the longest-charting female rap album on the Billboard 200 of all time.

Mike Mora Chronicled His Battle With Cancer

In Septermber 2021, Mora wrote on Instagram:

I am posting this…after so much thought. Many hours thinking of what the right thing to do is. Not because of a selfish reason .not because I want people to feel bad or sorry for me and my family. I am posting this because life is full of the most unexpected situations. I never thought this could happen to me. At just 36, with 3 kiddos, and a wife that loves me. I want to be able to help those that might be experiencing something like this- a life altering disease full of questions and doubt- maybe, hopefully. By showing that it’s possible to make it through. You always see people post about how life is too short. How you should reach out to those you love no matter where life has taken you. It is the truth. Don’t take your time here, your time with friends, family, for granted. S### can be over just like that!

This was the first of many, many more iv’s and needles to be pricked on my arm…

A few weeks later, Mora added:

So the morning of my last UCLA hospital stay, doctors came in my room and gave me the most horrifying, unexpected news. I did not understand the language written on this paper. All I knew from the look in their faces was that it wasn’t a good diagnosis. It was the worst diagnosis. And they were scared for me. I asked how they were going to help me. They said they couldn’t do anything else for me. I had to search on my for some sort of solution.. Scary days.

Lawyers For Jussie Smollett Request His Immediate Release – Say He’s Been Punished Enough

Jussie Smollett is at risk of being harmed in prison and must be released immediately, say his lawyers.

According to TMZ, while an appeal has been entered on his behalf, the Empire actor’s lawyers issued an emergency motion on Monday asking the court to free him as his appeal is determined. They claim the risks of Jussie Smollett staying behind bars outweigh any potential benefits.

The legal team says Jussie’s family claims to be receiving a stream of harassing messages and phone calls directed at the actor. They claim this is a reflection of what will happen to Jussie Smollett if he remains incarcerated.

To highlight their claims, they offer a video provided to them by the Smollett family, purportedly a recording of a call made to them by a stranger detailing what should happen to Jussie behind bars. They fear the racist and homophobic slur-filled clip, one of a barrage they have received, is emblematic of the violence Jussie will receive on the inside.

Furthermore, they claim Jussie is at higher risk of catching COVID due to his compromised immune system. They also state holding him in protective custody is causing his mental health to deteriorate. They say his current conditions are akin to solitary confinement and must be released pending appeal.

Jussie Smollett Has Been Punished Enough Already

Additionally, they double down on their earlier points made in court throughout his trial. They argue that Jussie Smollett has already been punished for his actions, and further detention amounts to unconstitutional double jeopardy.

Meanwhile, Patrisse Cullors gave a recent update on the actor after visiting him in jail and pleaded with his supporters to keep fighting. She claimed Jussie is suffering and doesn’t even have a bed in a video uploaded to Jussie’s Instagram account.

“He’s strong, but what’s happening inside is just unacceptable,” The Black Lives Matter co-founder said. “Today is the first day he’s going to be able to get an actual bed. He’s been sleeping on a restraint bed.”

She also encouraged supporters to use the hashtag #FreeJussie on social media and to check up on him in jail.

Jussie Smollett’s former co-star Taraji P. Henson also made her own plea for his freedom this weekend. The actress claimed “the punishment does not fit the crime,” likening Jussie to Emmett Till.

Kanye West Calls Out “Celebrity Friends” Who Refuse To Speak On His Behalf

Kanye West is now calling out his friends for not speaking out on his behalf in his ongoing dispute with Kim Kardashian over their failed marriage.

“This is the post I was bashed for,” Kanye wrote on Instagram late on Monday (Mar. 14) night. He shared an earlier post that received a lot of attention. It was an image of his daughter North’s backpack with three pins — Kim, 41, an alien, and himself. The post, which Ye says he was “bashed” for attracted over a million likes. “Tell me how to be the best dad when the mom is trying to s### on you after not letting you see your kids,” he continued.

Ye went on to criticize his friends for failing to have his back now that he needs them. “And I love how I have no celebrity “friends” that will speak up on my behalf,” he wrote. “YALL just watching OK cool,” Kanye concluded.

Kanye West Asks “What The Hell Is Wrong With You Godless People?”

He also took issue with a story US Weekly ran. They reported on Kim denouncing Ye’s claims that he cannot see his children. “Please stop with this narrative,” the quote from Kim read. “You [Kanye West] were just here this morning picking up the kids for school.”

However, Kanye West accused the outlet of trying to gaslight him, saying Kim has prevented him from seeing his children on numerous occasions. “Us weekly My kids were not allowed to come to Sunday Service,” he began. “This the fifth time she did this Tying to had light me What the hell is wrong with you godless people?” Ye asked. “She say I took my kids to school and y’all forget that she just didn’t let my kids come to church?” he added.

Earlier on Monday, Kanye accused Hulu of using the separation of his family to push the Kardashian’s reality show. “YALL soooo mad that SKETE showed who he really is Right before the Hulu trailer dropped,” he wrote. “I’m not a bad guy Kim’s not a bad person Kids want parents to stay together but Hulu needed a new narrative.” Read the posts in full below.

Mase Lashes Out At Diddy On “Oracle 2”

One of Da Band members Freddy P recently lashed out at Diddy. And now its Mase’s turn. Remember the original “Oracle” was a Cam’ron diss so good, even Cam gave it up. So, now there’s part 2.

This is a bit hard to listen to.

The use of autotune goes against my soul, especially when Mase can actually spit. Murda Mase anybody?! After you listen a bit, there is a lot to unpack. So, hit me up in the comments and let me know what you think. You ain’t about to have Diddy mad at me!

By the way, the second verse ain’t heavy autotune.

Snoop Dogg Accused Of Harassing Alleged Sexual Assault Victim After She Filed Lawsuit

Snoop Dogg is being sued for sexual assault by an unidentified woman, who now claims he is harassing her because she has taken legal action against him.

Radar Online reports the woman, who goes by the pseudonym Jane Doe in court docs, has amended her lawsuit. Now, she has added new claims of defamation and false light against Snoop and his team.

Jane Doe alleges Snoop Dogg and his friend bishop Don Juan, also named in the suit, sexually assaulted her in 2013. She claims she went to Don Juan’s home after a Snoop concert where he assaulted her. Snoop later assaulted her in the bathroom of a studio, according to her claims.

The West Coast rapper denies all of the allegations and says he is being targeted in a “shakedown by Jane Doe. He filed a 17-page dismissal, asking the court to throw out her “implausible and false” claims.

“Nothing remotely resembling plaintiff’s story about defendant Calvin Broadus [Snoop Dogg] ever happened. He vehemently denies ever engaging in any sex act with plaintiff or assaulting or battering her,” he claims in legal docs.

Snoop Dogg responded to Jane Doe’s lawsuit, calling her a “gold digger” in an Instagram post. TMZ reports their sources say she demanded a $10 million settlement from the rapper and only sued because he rejected it.

Jane Doe Claims Snoop Dogg Is Harassing Her

Now, according to Radar Online, Jane Doe has taken issue with Snoop’s comments on Instagram and those of his publicist. She claims Snoop made his “gold digger” post days after a failed attempt at mediation in February. She believes Snoop threatened her with criminal and civil prosecution because she “complained of sexual harassment.”

Furthermore, she says his lawyers tried to threaten her lawyers just days after she filed suit. She claims they told her attorney, Snoop “will pursue a malicious prosecution action against your client and your firm seeking tens of millions of dollars in damages.”

She claims it was then that the statement from Snoop’s rep accusing her of extortion was issued.

It read: “The allegations by [Jane Doe] of sexual assault by Calvin Broadus (known as Snoop Dogg), are simply meritless. They appear to be part of a self-enrichment shakedown scheme by [Jane Doe] to extort Snoop Dogg…[Jane Doe]’s scheme involves concocting a legal complaint as an anonymous “Jane Doe” plaintiff, and, knowing full well it can be a public document, filing this complaint late Wednesday, only three days before the Super Bowl.”

However, the rep used Jane Doe’s real name in the statement, which she claims demonstrates Snoop’s pattern of practice of scaring, intimidating, retaliating against, and harassing victims of sexual harassment. She says in her filings that she fears Snoop, or one of his fans will carry out his threats.

Jane Doe is seeking unspecified damages from Snoop Dogg for alleged defamation as well as alleged sexual assault.
