Jim Jones recently payed tribute to the late rapper Takeoff after receiving the news that he and the Migos 2021 collaboration became one of the latest RIAA certifications to be posthumously added to Take’s legacy.

Jim Jones took to his Instagram to share a post with a heartfelt message for late Migos member, Takeoff, following the news that their collaborative single, “We Set the Trends”, has officially gone gold. In classic Jim Jones fashion, he mixed emotions of celebration and grief while reflecting on the milestone. In doing so, Capo posed a tribute to Takeoff and also thanked a litany of individuals who contributed to the success of the record, including Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled, Julez Santana and more, in the caption of the post.

The celebration of life and legacy continued in the video Jones shared as he took a moment to express the deep reverence he had for Takeoff, affectionately referring to him by his nickname Rocket.

“I just got a gold record first of all. RIP to Takeoff,” Jones began in the video. “Rock it. I feel you. I love you bro. You went gold on that ‘We Set the Trends’ bro, you heard? You said I got one for you. UNC told me, ‘Load it up.’ I’m forever indebted to you.”

He continued, “Takeoff man, I miss you to death, you heard?” he expressed emotionally before shouting out Quavo and Offset. “Quavo, Offset, what’s up? You heard Migos? Last record, we went gold. I appreciate all you brothers, you heard. God is good.”

Takeoff was killed in November 2022. Considering Take was such a huge part of the smash hit collaboration alongside Jim Jones and the Dipset crew, this gold certification hits different for Jones. While remarking on the weight of his latest milestone assisted by Takeoff, Jones also took the moment to reflect on his own longevity in the rap game as the 20th anniversary of his debut album is quickly approaching.

“I’m going on my 20th-year anniversary to my first album, which went gold, you heard?,” he said.” And at the climate that music is running right now, it’s a hurdle for artists like me in these times to have a gold record.”

The success of “We Set the Trends” comes as another shining moment for Takeoff’s legacy, whose life was cut short, but whose contributions to Hip-Hop are immense. As part of Migos, Takeoff helped pioneer the trap sound that dominated the 2010s.

The group’s breakout singles like “Versace,” “Bad and Boujee,” and “Walk It Talk It” propelled them to superstardom. With multiple platinum albums and chart-topping hits, Takeoff’s contributions will forever be cemented in rap history.

Dirty Money Singer Casts Doubt On Dawn Richard’s Abuse Claims Against Diddy

Kaleena Harper, who was once in the trio Dirty Money alongside Diddy and Dawn Richard, has come to the defense of the Bad Boy Records mogul. On Friday (September 13), Harper issued a statement to her Instagram Story in the wake of Richard’s recent lawsuit against Diddy.

“I acknowledge the recent lawsuit filed by Dawn Richard in which my name has been mentioned 33 times,” Harper began. “While I fully respect Dawn’s right to recount her experiences, I want to emphasize that her account reflects her personal perspective and should not be interpreted as a universal truth applicable to everyone involved.

“It’s important to understand that while I was present in some of the same professional settings mentioned, many of the allegations and incidents described in this suit are not representative of my experiences, and some do not align with my own truth.”

The former Bad Boy artist went on to insist she was never involved in or aware of “any behavior that could be considered abusive or unlawful.” She also vowed not to say anything further as the legal process moves forward.

Richard accused Diddy of sexual abuse, sex trafficking, fraud and more in her lawsuit. She accused Diddy of subjecting her to years of “inhumane working conditions.” She also recalled witnessing him abuse his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura, who sued the mogul in November 2023.

One of Diddy’s lawyers, Erica Wolff, responded to Dawn Richard’s lawsuit in a statement on Wednesday (September 11). Wolff claimed Richard’s allegations were false and suggested the singer had ulterior motives for suing Diddy, whose real name is Sean Combs.

“Mr. Combs is shocked and disappointed by this lawsuit,” Wolff said. “In an attempt to rewrite history, Dawn Richard has now manufactured a series of false claims all in the hopes of trying to get a payday — conveniently timed to coincide with her album release and press tour.

“If Ms. Richard had such a negative experience with Making the Band and Danity Kane, she would not have chosen to continue working directly with Mr. Combs for Dirty Money, nor would she have returned for the Making the Band reboot in 2020 or agreed to be featured on The Love Album last year. It’s unfortunate that Ms. Richard has cast their 20-year friendship aside to try and get money from him, but Mr. Combs is confidently standing on truth and looks forward to proving that in court.”

Drake Vs. Kendrick Lamar Beef Gets Messier With Halftime Show Offer Claims

Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show booking became a source of contention in his much-discussed beef with Drake. Podcaster Jamil “Mal” Clay, an avid Drake supporter, said the OVO star turned down multiple offers to headline past Super Bowl halftime shows. Conflicting reports raised more questions about the validity of Mal’s claims.

One source claimed Mal was partially correct but exaggerating. Drake supposedly rejected offers to headline the Super Bowl halftime show in 2020 and 2021.

A Bloomberg newsletter painted a much different picture. NFL sources told a Bloomberg sports business reporter the league never offered the halftime show gig to Drake.

“It’s a blatant lie,” one source told Bloomberg.

Drake’s name was dragged into the Super Bowl conversation due to his beef with Lamar and longstanding ties to Lil Wayne. Many fans were upset Lil Wayne wasn’t booked for Super Bowl LIX, which will be held in his hometown of New Orleans.

Lil Wayne admitted he was heartbroken after not receiving an offer to headline the Super Bowl LIX Halftime Show. He told fans it “broke” him.

“I blame myself for not being mentally prepared for a letdown and for just automatically, mentally, putting myself in that position,” he said. “Like somebody told me that was my position. But I thought there was nothing better than that. That stage and that platform in my city. So that hurt. It hurt a whole lot.”

Lil Wayne thanked his fans for their outrage. He noted how their support helped him cope with the reality of the situation.

“Y’all are f###### amazing,” he said. “It made me feel like s### not getting this opportunity. But when I felt like s###, you guys reminded me that I ain’t s### without y’all. And that’s an amazing reality.”

Super Bowl LIX is scheduled to take place on February 9, 2025. Lil Wayne will host Lil WeezyAna Fest in New Orleans on November 2.

Lil Tjay Indictment Rumors Run Wild Over Connection To Shootings

Lil Tjay indictment rumors spread on social media after his photo appeared in a FOX 5 report on gang violence in New York. His lawyer Dawn Florio debunked the rumors in a statement to AllHipHop on Friday (September 13).

“Despite recent reports, we want to clarify that my client, rap artist Tione Jayden Merritt, professionally known as Lil Tjay, has not been indicted,” Florio said ” We are aware of several news outlets that have shared false information regarding his legal matters, and we wish to address these inaccuracies.”

Florio continued, “We urge all media outlets to exercise caution and ensure proper due diligence before publishing speculative or unfounded claims. Reporting inaccurate information not only damages reputations, but misleads the public. At this time, we will not be offering further comment on the situation.”

Several Hip-Hop-focused social media accounts claimed Lil Tjay was indicted based on a brief clip from a FOX 5 broadcast. The Bronx-bred rapper’s mugshot briefly appeared alongside multiple alleged gang members named in a 176-count indictment.

“A half-mile swath along the Grand Concourse became a corridor of carnage as these defendants allegedly fired guns again and again, wounding their rivals and at least four bystanders in mindless violence,” Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark said in August. “Their brazenness knew no limits as they even assaulted a young woman in a courthouse hallway. These acts began in 2020, when half of the defendants were under 17 years old. Sadly, they have ruined their own lives as they allegedly wreaked havoc on their community.”

Lil Tjay wasn’t listed as a defendant in the indictment. Authorities indicted 20 alleged members of the Slaughtery a.k.a. Slattery gang in August.

The defendants included Israel Lugo, Feenix Charley, Nasiem King, Dayron Williams, Nadine Asamoah, Joseph Illery, Shyhiem Chambers, Benito Buxton, Clarence Roberts, Jahmeal Weekes, Brian Cespedes, Briana Portalatin, Keith Douglas, Rodney Asamoah and Joseph Valdez. Several minors were indicted, but their names weren’t disclosed.

Authorities claimed the Slaughtery gang was responsible for 14 shootings, a slashing inside a courthouse, a carjacking and more crimes spanning from 2020 to 2024. An 18-month investigation resulted in charges of attempted murder, assault, attempted gang assault, robbery and conspiracy, among others.

“The investigation revealed that members of Slaughtery utilized various social media platforms—primarily Instagram and Facebook—to threaten rival gang members and promote themselves. Slaughtery members and associates posted Drill rap videos onto YouTube in which they bragged about shootings and mocked murdered rivals,” the Bronx D.A. said. “15 handguns and pistols were recovered in the investigation.”

Rich Homie Quan’s Family Invites Fans To Funeral Visitation

Rich Homie Quan fans can pay their respects to him at a public service on Tuesday (September 17). The late rapper’s family will host a “Celebration of Life” for Rich Homie Quan at the World Changers Church International in College Park, Georgia.

“We are extending the viewing of our beloved to his fans before home-going services,” his family said.

His father Corey Lamar originally intended to have a private funeral to quickly “start the healing process.” Lamar decided to open the service to the public after further reflection.

“Without the fans, there would be no Quan,” Lamar said.

The service is free to attend but tickets are required. The viewing is open to fans from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Attendees are instructed to be seated after the viewing. The church will close its doors for Rich Homie Quan’s family at 10 a.m. Re-entry won’t be allowed. Fans are barred from recording inside the church.

Rich Homie Quan passed away on September 5. He was pronounced dead at Atlanta’s Grady Memorial Hospital. His cause of death hasn’t been disclosed.

“On Thursday, September 5, 2024 the Lamar family lost our beloved son, brother, father and friend,” his family said. “Known to the world as Rich Homie Quan, Dequantes Devontay Lamar was a proud native of the great city of Atlanta, Georgia and represented for the A as he and his music traveled across this globe. While he leaves us with an undeniable hole in our hearts, we are comforted by knowing his music and triumphant spirit lives on. Quan’s legacy will forever be cemented as a soundtrack to our lives. And for this, we are grateful.”

Rich Homie Quan’s family asked “Celebration of Life” attendees to wear “attire that is respectful.” They explicitly told fans not to wear “R.I.P.” t-shirts to the service. More information is available here.

Eminem Won’t Stop Dissing Diddy Until Mogul’s In Handcuffs

Eminem continued to attack Diddy on The Death of Slim Shady: Expanded Mourner’s Edition, which dropped on Friday (September 13). Eminem targeted the disgraced mogul on the “Shady Edition” remix of “Fuel” featuring Westside Boogie and Grip.

“From Little Caesars to filled arenas, I made it big, word to Lil Cease/’Fuel’ remix, so who’ll be picked next, who’s name gonna be next up?/Notorious B.I.G.’s death was the domino effects of Tupac’s murder/Like facial tissue, who’s clock should I clean next: Puff’s?/’Til he’s in police handcuffs, guilty, will he step up?/Like gee, never turned himself in, who knows all the murders they’ll pin/On me, mixed up, prepare for me to not choose none of my words carefully,” Eminem rapped.

Eminem dissed Diddy on several tracks, including “Fuel,” on the original version of The Death of Slim Shady. “Fuel” featured references to Diddy’s sexual assault cases and Keefe D, who awaits trial for his alleged role in Tupac Shakur’s murder.

“I’m like an R-A-P-E-R (Yeah)/Got so many S-As (S-As), S-As (Huh)/Wait, he didn’t just spell the word rapper and leave out a P, did he? (Yep)/R.I.P., rest in peace Biggie/And Pac, both of y’all should be living (Yep)/But I ain’t tryna beef with him (Nope)/’Cause he might put a hit on me like, ‘Keefe D, get him’/And that’s the only way you’re gonna be killing me (Nah)/Ain’t gonna be on no beat, silly (Yeah),” Eminem rapped.

Diddy faced sexual assault and sex trafficking allegations in multiple lawsuits filed over the past year. Former Bad Boy Records artist Dawn Richard became the latest person to sue him for his alleged maleficence on Tuesday (September 10).

Richard accused Diddy of sexual abuse and years of misconduct during her time at his label. Diddy, who is under festival investigation for sex trafficking, was “shocked and disappointed” by Richard’s lawsuit.

Princess Love Accuses Ray J Of Traumatizing Their Kids, Threatens Legal Action

Ray J’s ex-partner Princess Love is speaking out after the rapper shared a disturbing video of him talking to their two children in the aftermath of an apparent dispute with their mother. 

The Tronix founder sparked concerns over the disturbing footage posted late on Thursday night (September 12), with viewers accusing him of coaching his children through the video.  

On Friday morning (September 13), Princess Love addressed Ray J’s concerning behavior in an Instagram Statement. She accused him of traumatizing and gaslighting their two kids, Melody, 6, and Epik, 4. 

“This is the only time I’m going to address this,” she wrote. “I’ve been trying my best to be the bigger person and just walk away peacefully. But what you’re not going to do is traumatize, manipulate and gaslight my kids when you can’t do it to me anymore.” 

Princess Love then threatened Ray J with legal action, revealing she also has video footage. “I’ll save my videos for the judge,” she added.

In the video, Ray J is heard talking to his children following an apparent dispute with Princess Love.  

“I just want to make sure. Are you good?” Ray J appears to tell son Epik. “Dada never did nothing to nobody. Mama never did nothing to me, dada never did nothing to mama, right?” 

He then says, “there’s no reason to call the police, right? We just making a movie. We’re just playing. Okay?” Later in the footage, his daughter Melody appears to become distraught over the tense situation in the home. 

The video concludes with Ray J urging his children to apologize to their mother on his behalf. One of the kids eventually tells Ray J, “Mama wants to take your hug.” Ray J replies, “Then everything’s okay? Alright, cool,” and the recording ends. 

Princess Love filed for divorce in February, the fourth time the former couple filed to end their marriage.

Rick Ross Addresses Drake Beef; Talks Possible Reconciliation

Rick Ross is opening up about his soured relationship with Drake, revealing whether he believes a reconciliation is possible. 

On Thursday (September 12), The MMG Honcho appeared on the latest episode of Yung Miami’s “Caresha Please” podcast. The former City Girls’ rapper grilled him about their issues, asking if the Drake beef was real or just business.  

“Nah, I’m not going to say it’s business,” Ross replied, insisting Drake fired the first shot. “He mentioned my name and that’s a no no. Don’t do that. Especially when it ain’t about no real s###.” 

He continued, referencing his frequent taunts via Instagram Stories. “I enjoy that I can wake up every day and say BBL Drizzy or some more s### while I’m smoking a joint, listening to the waterfalls and all that s###, looking at the birds fly off,” he continued. “That s### easy for me, but is everybody built for this?” However, Ross added, “It most definitely could be a real thing.”

Rick Ross On Whether He Really Believes Drake Has A BBL

Yung Miami then mentioned that Rick Ross mediated during Drake’s beef with Meek Mill and asked if they could squash their issues with a phone call. Ross said, “I don’t know it depend on how I feel.” He also doubled down on his BBL Drizzy taunts, insisting he believes Drake had surgery.  

When Yung Miami asked his feelings about the current state of their relationship, given how many hits he and Drake crafted, Ross was unmoved.  

“Me being boss, everybody don’t understand the opportunities they have,” he stated. “Some n##### take s### for granted; I don’t know what it is. Everybody that’s been loyal to me or been down with me, you know that’s something that I extend for the longevity of time.” 

He continued, “I just think when you not really from the streets, and really understand the way certain things work sometimes, you could take s### for granted. Then two months later s### be looking crazy for you when you really could have just … this s### just really be a phone call. A lot of this s### be a misunderstanding. But when you jump out there, I don’t know homie.” 

Elsewhere during the interview, Rick Ross addressed the altercation in Vancouver when Drake fans jumped his crew. Rozay explained that the homes that normally travel with him couldn’t come due to felonies.  

“If I would have just had two three more of my homies with me we would have strip them n##### out their drawers and socks me,” he claimed.

Diddy Files Emergency Motion In $100M Sexual Assault Lawsuit

Diddy filed an emergency motion seeking to overturn a judgment staggering $100 million judgment awarded in his absence to a man accusing him of sexual assault. 

On Thursday (September 12), attorneys for the embattled mogul filed two motions relating to the case brought by Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith. Earlier this week, Judge Anna Marie Anzalone issued a $100 million default judgment against Diddy after he failed to appear at a virtual hearing. Cardello-Smith claims Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted him in 1997 at a party in Detroit. 

However, Diddy’s legal team branded the allegations “objectively unbelievable,” according to legal filings obtained by AllHipHop.  

“This is a frivolous lawsuit against a prominent businessman, based on obvious fabrications, filed by a convicted rapist and serial litigant with an overactive imagination and a thirst for fame,” the motion reads.     

“Defendant, who was never served with this lawsuit, learned about Plaintiff and this action for the first time three days ago, when media outlets reported that this Court had entered a $100 million default judgment against him.” 

Diddy Argues Cardello-Smith “Cannot Keep His Story Straight”

Addressing some of Cardello-Smith’s claims, Diddy’s legal team argues his story doesn’t add up. 

“Plaintiff alleges that he was assaulted in 1997, but he cannot keep his story straight as to where this supposedly occurred,” Diddy’s filing reads. “In his complaint, Plaintiff alleges that the assault occurred after he met Mr. Combs at a restaurant in Detroit. In his pretrial statement, however, Plaintiff alleges that the assault occurred in Adrian, Michigan.” 

The motion also accuses Cardello-Smith of crafting a “fantastical conspiracy,” after he alleged Diddy and Detroit law enforcement officials forced him into staying silent about the alleged assault.  

Earlier this week, Marc Agnifilo, one of Diddy’s attorneys, issued a statement regarding the lawsuit.  

“This man is a convicted felon and sexual predator, who has been sentenced on 14 counts of sexual assault and kidnapping over the last 26 years,” Agnifilo tells AllHipHop. “His resume now includes committing a fraud on the court from prison, as Mr. Combs has never heard of him let alone been served with any lawsuit. Mr. Combs looks forward to having this judgment swiftly dismissed.” 

Playboi Carti’s Album Announcement Leaves Fans Fuming

Playboi Carti has released his first solo single on streaming platforms in four years, “All Red,” but his fans are not happy. 

The Atlanta native teased a major announcement on his birthday, Thursday, September 12, and excited fans felt sure his long-awaited third studio album was imminent. All month, fans have been convinced that he was gearing up to drop his upcoming project titled MUSIC following a recent increase in social media activity and cryptic posts.  

However, when the big reveal finally came, Playboi Carti announced he would release box sets to accompany the album. He shared pre-order links for three different box sets which include merch. He didn’t say when the album would arrive save for promising the digital would arrive before next fall.  

“Album release date to be announced,” read a statement on Carti’s website. “Digital album will be available near the release date, no later than six months from April 18th, 2025.”

Lil Wayne is finally addressing the backlash following the announcement that Kendrick Lamar will headline the Super Bowl Halftime Show in New Orleans. 

In a candid video posted late Thursday night (September 12), an emotional Lil Wayne expressed deep disappointment and pain over missing out on the coveted slot.  

“First of all I wanna say forgive me for the delay,” he began. “I had to get strength enough to do this without breaking.” He then thanked everybody who spoke up for him and reached out to him, adding, “Your words turn into arms that held me up when I tried to fall back.”

Ray J shared a disturbing video of a heart-wrenching conversation with his children seemingly following a dispute with their mother, Princess Love. 

In the video, reported by Livebitez on Thursday night (September 12), Ray J is heard talking to his two children, Melody, 6, and Epik, 4. 

“I just want to make sure. Are you good?” Ray J begins, apparently talking to son Epik. “Dada never did nothing to nobody. Mama never did nothing to me, dada never did nothing to mama, right?” 

He continues, asking, “Everything is safe?,” adding “Have dada put hand on mama or mama put hands on dada? No, right? Okay, so there’s no reason to call the police, right? We just making a movie. We’re just playing. Okay?” 

The little boy then asks if they can go to Ray J’s house, and he agrees but says he wants to ensure “everything is safe here with Melody and everybody.” He adds, “But nothing crazy has happened. I got it all on tape.”

Ray J’s daughter Melody appears to enter the room and begins crying loudly, yelling, “that’s my brother.” Her father attempts to reassure her, telling the little girl, “Everything is okay,” and that he and Princess Love love each other.   

“It was just pretend, okay baby?” he said. “I want Epik to just tell mama that he’s going with me so mama knows what’s going on.” His daughter’s cries get louder as she yells, “I love my brother.”  

The video concludes with Ray J urging his children to apologize to their mother on his behalf. One of the kids eventually tells Ray J, “Mama wants to take your hug. Ray J replies, “Then everything’s okay? Alright, cool,” and the recording ends.

Haitian migrants are being accused of eating pets in an Ohio town and the alleged activity could be either true or false—or both?

An internet controversy sparked by a small Ohio town has gained steam throughout the course of the last few weeks. Residents are grappling with shocking rumors that Haitian migrants are eating local pets and wildlife. According to The New York Post, the frenzy began when a resident of Springfield called 911, claiming to have spotted four Haitian migrants snatching geese near a city park. The call, made two weeks ago, has sparked widespread speculation and fueled viral claims about the migrants’ treatment of local animals.

The disturbing report was amplified when Donald Trump blasted it into the mainstream, declaring that Haitian migrants in Springfield were eating dogs and cats. Though local law enforcement has denied receiving any official reports about pets being consumed, residents have long whispered that ducks and other animals were mysteriously disappearing from parks.

“I see a group of Haitian people… they all had geese in their hand,” the anonymous 911 caller told a Clark County dispatcher. According to the caller, the group fled in a gray Toyota Tacoma truck, leaving the town in shock. This call has now added fuel to the already controversial narrative that 20,000 Haitian migrants—who have moved into Springfield over the last four years—are creating cultural clashes in the once quiet town of 60,000.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine announced this week that he is sending state troopers to assist overwhelmed local law enforcement and allocated $2.5 million to help the town’s health system, which has struggled to keep up with the influx of migrants. During a heated Springfield City Commission meeting in late August, residents shared their own alarming encounters. “These Haitians are… in the park, grabbing up ducks by the neck and cutting their heads off and eating them,” fumed Anthony Harris, 28, sparking gasps from the room.

Despite literally waking up from anesthesia moments before his father entered the room, Shilo appeared to be already focused on making his return to the field.

However, Deion could tell his son was still not in the right state of mind, nor physically anywhere near being gameday ready. In fact, he went on to call his son out for seemingly enjoying the medication he was under a bit too much.

“You feel like you on that Oooh-Wee,” Deion questioned Shilo. Without hesitation, Shilo responded, giving a nod to his West Coast-bred uncle in the process.

“Yeah, I’m on that Snoop Dogg right now,” Shilo said.

Shilo Sanders, a key player for the Colorado Buffaloes football team, plays as a defensive back and has quickly made an impact since transferring from Jackson State, where he previously played under his father, head coach.

Believe it or not, this isn’t the first time that Shilo has suffered an injury of this nature. He also broke his forearm during the 2022 season while playing for Jackson State. The injury occurred during a game against Florida A&M University in September.

Sanders sustained the injury while making a tackle, and although he initially tried to play through the pain, he later had to undergo surgery, which sidelined him for part of the season. Despite this setback, Shilo made a strong recovery and eventually transferred to the Colorado Buffaloes.

Known for his aggressive play and ball-hawking ability, Shilo has become a leader in the Buffaloes’ secondary. During the 2023 season, he recorded several impressive performances, including a standout game with 10 tackles and a crucial interception in the Buffaloes’ upset win against TCU.

“I will be forever grateful for my family’s life, for having a fair chance to live what is called the ‘American Dream,'” he told TMZ. “One of our greatest assets in America is that we are a country of immigrants. I speak from the heart when I say, Haitian people living in the U.S. are good neighbors and good people. We care about humanity. We care about our neighbors.”

He continued, “On behalf of Haitian Americans, I ask that we stop these racist messages and accusations. Put our hands out in peace and say thanks for being my neighbor. We need to respect one another and vote based on policies and facts, not crazy talk. And we need to shake hands with one another and be thankful we are part of an America for all.”

September 11, 2024, marked 23 years since the tragic terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. On that fateful day, and in the weeks and months that followed, Americans displayed extraordinary bravery, compassion, and resilience, which helped the nation recover and rebuild.

Annually, there is an event at ground zero that honors those that died on that day. The 9/11 Memorial & Museum, the event host, is dedicated to honoring those who lost their lives, as well as the brave first responders, recovery workers, and volunteers who risked everything to help others. This mission remains deeply important to me, especially as a new generation grows up with no direct memory of 9/11. Yet, we must ask ourselves: what will unite America now? When we examine the layers of our history and current circumstances, it’s a difficult question to answer. Sometimes, I wonder if unity is even possible. But yesterday, I saw President Joe Biden, VP Kamala Harris, Donald Trump, JD Vance and other dignitaries standing side by side to honor those lost in that terrorist attack.

What if we could show the same empathy for those who have been marginalized, murdered, or otherwise oppressed throughout our nation’s history? The truth is, many of these “terrorists” have been domestic — individuals born in this country, perpetuating violence and division. And that is not coded language to say that the KKK, their offshoots and far more organized groups have wreaked havoc for centuries. To me, that’s at the core of the issue. We haven’t been honest enough about our past. For true healing to begin, there must be a reckoning with the truth.

I know this may seem like a pipe dream, but staying hopeful is necessary to keep pushing forward and fighting for what’s right. Most people in this country want simple things: a good meal, a fair chance at success, and a life filled with some measure of happiness. If the good times outweigh the bad, many are content with that.

Yet, some of us demand more—and that’s where the internal conflict arises. This is a much deeper and more complex conversation. But for a moment, it was refreshing to see our political leaders united in harmony.

Cam’ron Thinks Shannon Sharpe Was Trying To Go Viral With “Accidental” NSFW Instagram Live

Cam’ron claims Shannon Sharpe’s Instagram Live sex session was less of an accident and more of an attention-grabbing “Ponzi Scam.”

In a fiery rant on his sports talk show It Is What It Is, the Dipset rapper dropped a bombshell, accusing Shannon Sharpe of intentionally leaking his Instagram Live sex session to stir up controversy. According to Cam, the viral moment wasn’t an accident but a calculated move by the former NFL star to boost his own clout. As Cam’ron broke down the basis of his claim, he started off dismissing Sharpe’s claims of accidentally initiating the livestream.”

“That n###a capping, that s### was on purpose. You can’t go live without pushing like four or five buttons,” Cam’ron said, accusing Sharpe of orchestrating the incident. “You got to hit four things to go live.

While some might chalk up the mishap to an honest mistake, Cam’ron wasn’t buying it and pressed the issue that Sharpe had a hidden, social media-driven agenda.

“To me, he didn’t go viral in a little minute and he’s like, ‘Yo, let me go viral.’” he pointed out.

Cam also suggested Sharpe’s vocals sounded unusually clear, as if he was using a mic, adding fuel to the theory that the livestream was staged.

“The vocals is too clear,” he questioned. “How you hear it? That clear? Sound like he had a mic.

Cam’ron also took issue with Sharpe’s apology, noting how it was paired with bragging.

“You apologize to ESPN, but then you say, ‘Chad, I told you I’d get it in man!’” he recounted, suggesting Sharpe was more focused on flexing than on showing remorse.

Cam’ron even hinted at a larger scheme behind the spectacle, noting how Sharpe’s merchandise quickly sold out after the scandal.

“You talking about, ‘Oh, y’all crashed the site, all my merch sold out,’” he mocked. “I think it’s a Ponzi scam… but if it worked for you, Unc, it worked for you.”

The rapper closed his rant by questioning Sharpe’s need to address rumors about his sexuality, referencing comedian Katt Williams’ joke during the livestream.

“I don’t think you need to make an announcement… I wore pink a lot of my career, and people would be like, ‘Hey, Cam is gay.’ And I’d be like, ‘Bring your mother around and see what happens.’”
